BLACK Man sentenced to 24 years in prison for 2016 fatal shooting of (WHITE) man in grocery store parking lot JACKSON COUNTY, MO — A 19-year-old has been sentenced to 24 years in prison for a fatal shooting that happened in a grocery store parking lot. A Jackson County jury convicted the Kansas City man June 9 for the 2016 fatal shooting and killing of a man during a botched gun sale in a metro parking lot. Fazon K. Swinton, 19, was convicted of second-degree murder, second-degree attempted robbery, armed criminal action and leaving the scene of a shooting. On August 11, Swinton was sentenced to 20 years for the murder conviction and 4 years on the armed criminal action conviction. The judge set the sentences to run consecutively. The judge also sentenced Swinton to 7 years for the attempted robbery conviction and 1 year for leaving the scene of a shooting. The judge set those sentences to run concurrently to the first two. Prosecutors recommended that jurors give Swinton a life sentence for the charge of second-degree murder. They said the minimum sentence of 10 years for that charge would be a slap on the wrist. Swinton shot Jacob Brantner, 40, in a parking lot on E 63rd Street after they had arranged to meet in order for Brantner to sell Swinton a handgun. The two men wrestled over the gun before Swinton grabbed it and ran away. Both Brantner and Swinton then pulled out guns and shot at each other. Brantner was hit and died from the gunshot wounds. - (Black-on-white) |

Jury finds BLACK man guilty of attempted murder of WHITE former girlfriend A jury convicted a man Wednesday of trying to kill a former girlfriend during a bullet-fueled car chase and shooting a year ago. Willie Amos, 40, was found guilty in Allen Superior Court of attempted murder, dealing a Schedule I drug and being a serious violent felon in possession of a handgun. Defense attorney Anthony Churchward argued no one could prove Amos intended to kill Rosita York. Amos stopped shooting her even though he had more bullets. The only issue at hand was the intent. Churchward told jurors to put emotion aside and ask what are the objective truths. However, two days before Amos shot York, he told her he was going to kill her. He told her her days were numbered, Deputy Prosecutor Christine Neilson told jurors during closing arguments. On Aug. 24, 2016, Amos found York near her mother's house, chased her in his car, ramming it repeatedly and forcing her to crash into a tree. He then shot her three times as she tried to run and then kicked her in the face and stomped on her head before fleeing. - (Black-on-white) |

Police justified in shooting of (stupid black) Arkansas teen that pointed realistic (BB) gun at cops and refused to drop it LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A black teenager pointed a BB gun that looked like a handgun at police before he was fatally shot by officers outside an emergency youth center in eastern Arkansas, a prosecutor said in announcing no charges would be filed against the officers. Prosecuting Attorney Scott Ellington on Wednesday released body camera footage that shows 16-year-old Aries Clark was holding and raising what appeared to be a pistol on July 25 outside East Arkansas Youth Services in Marion. The officers “ordered, cajoled, encouraged and begged” Clark to get rid of the gun, Ellington wrote in a letter to the head of Arkansas State Police, which investigated the shooting. In one video, an officer can be heard promising to put his gun down if Clark drops his, telling the teen: “You’re somebody’s kid, man. We don’t want to do this.” Ellington said the two officers who fired their weapons — Brannon Hinkle and Wesley Smith — were justified in using lethal force. Both officers are white. |

Police say 49-year-old Rendong Zheng was delivering food to the Philadelphia housing complex where Tyquail Duffy and a 14-year-old accomplice lived when he was shot in April 2015. The Philadelphia Inquirer reports Duffy was sentenced Monday to a maximum of 35 years in prison. The judge also ordered Duffy to pay for Zheng's funeral expenses. |
Convicted Baton Rouge child rapist's freedom comes to an end with life sentence A 49-year-old Baton Rouge man who had been free on bail since his April conviction in the 2012 aggravated rape of an 8-year-old girl was sentenced Wednesday to a mandatory term of life in prison. State District Judge Trudy White, over the objections of East Baton Rouge Parish prosecutors and the victim's family, had allowed Earl Coleman to remain free and live near the victim and her mother while he awaited sentencing so Coleman could be with his seriously ill mother. White last month denied Coleman's request for a new trial but allowed him to stay out of jail on $10,000 bail. He continued to be electronically monitored. |

(Black) Fag Escort Found Dead of Meth Overdose at Home of Top Democrat Fag with fetish *
Sex, Politics, Meth and Death The Los Angeles County Coroner has reported the death of Gemmel Moore, 26, of an accidental meth overdose at 7:22 p.m. on July 27 at the West Hollywood home of high-profile Democratic Party donor and political activist, Ed Buck. The youth’s death reportedly occurred just hours after he left his family in Texas in order to join Buck. While a case detail report filed by the medical examiner lists the manner of Gemmel Moore’s death as an “accident” and its cause as “methamphetamine use,” the deceased man’s mother told the WeHo Times that something more nefarious may have occurred... “I called one of my son’s friends and was like, ‘who the hell is Edward Buck?'” LaTisha Nixon said, speaking from her home in Spring Texas during a phone interview. “And my son’s friend was like, ‘oh my God, that’s that white guy, that wealthy white politician guy… he was like ‘oh my God…’” Buck, a one-time Republican, came to Southern California from Arizona several years ago and gained a reputation for making generous donations to the California and L.A. County Democratic Party and chair of (LGBT-Queer) Stonewall Democratic Club’s Political Affairs Committee. LaTisha Nixon says she learned that her son, who was unemployed, had recently been doing sex work. She told the WeHo Times that her son’s friend was also engaged in similar activity—and that they had a client in common. “When he calmed down, he told me that Ed Buck was one of my son’s clients and that Ed Buck was one of his clients as well,” Nixon said. “[Buck] would have my son to go out to… Santa Monica Boulevard looking for young gay black guys so he could inject them with drugs, see their reaction and how [they] would react and take pictures of them.” “Buck would pleasure himself at the sight of my son using drugs…” |
