Clermont police name (interracial) 'persons of interest' in (drug) killing (of white man) at apartment complex Clermont police on Thursday named two “persons of interest” in the June 11 shooting death of a man at an apartment complex. Amber Weaver, 20, and Shaftney McMullen, 23, are “believed to have information that could lead detectives to the arrest of those responsible for this crime,” Clermont police Sgt. Shane Strickland said. McMullen also goes by the name Devonte Wright, Strickland said. “Both subjects have ties to south Lake County and are known to frequent the areas of Clermont, Groveland, Mascotte and Stuckey,” he said. Ronald Stedelin, 30, was found about 2:30 a.m. June 11 behind his vehicle at an apartment complex with a single gunshot wound to his head. He died at the site, in the 1000 block of Disston Avenue north of State Road 50 between lakes Minneola and Minnehaha, police said. Police have increased their reward to $10,000 from $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of the person who shot and killed Stedelin. Stedelin has been arrested several times in Lake County, mostly for traffic or drug violations, jail records show. Two black men and a white hispanic female arrested for murder of white hispanic man in a Colorado trailer park for his dope     A Corsicana man and woman are in custody after police have arrested three in the slaying of a Durango, Colorado man who was shot in the Lightner Creek Mobile Home Park three miles west of Durango. The victim was identified as David Antonio Gaytan, 34, said Dan Bender, spokesman for the La Plata County Sheriff’s Office. He was shot about 11:35 a.m. Sunday, May 13 at a friend’s home at the mobile home park. The suspects fled in a black Chevrolet Impala with Texas license plates. The Sheriff’s Office aired a description of the vehicle, including a partial license plate number, and a Colorado State Patrol identified a vehicle matching the description between 9 and 10 p.m. Sunday in Chaffee County, which includes Salida, about 200 miles northeast of Durango, Bender said. Kevin Goff, 27, of Dallas, (dog killer) Michael Jones, 19, and Alysse Rios, 19, of Corsicana were arrested. All three were being held without bail on suspicion of first-degree murder. They will be transferred later this week to La Plata County, Bender said. |

SANFORD, Fla. - A Sanford rabbi was arrested Wednesday on charges he molested a 15-year-old girl over the course of two years before impregnating her earlier this year, investigators said. The investigation into Lloyd Haughton, who is affiliated with the Synagogue Beth Israel on South Maple Avenue, started on March 31, when the girl told police about the alleged abuse. Statement from Synagogue Beth Israel: "Immediately upon hearing the news, Lloyd Haughton was released of his duties and is no longer affiliated with Synagogue Beth Israel. This is very sad and time is needed for us to heal from the entire matter, I'm sure you'll understand." Officers questioned Haughton, who denied the allegations, the Sanford Police Department said in a media release. Less than a month later, the girl’s mother contacted police and told them that her daughter was pregnant and claimed Haughton was the father. The girl terminated her pregnancy, but the Florida Department of Law Enforcement determined Wednesday that Haughton was the biological father of the fetus, investigators said. He was arrested and charged with sexual battery by a custodian of a victim younger than 18 years old. |

Dennis Conover, 37, was convicted of two counts of sexual assault of a victim younger than 13 and one count of endangering the welfare of a child in a 2014 trial in which he faced more than 20 charges. But his 15-year prison sentence will be cut short and his slate wiped clean following the stunning ruling by the Appellate Division of Superior Court. |

Black San Francisco man found guilty of killing girlfriend, throwing body in bay  A man was found guilty of first-degree murder Thursday for strangling his girlfriend, cramming her body into a suitcase and throwing it into San Francisco Bay. After three days of deliberation, jurors convicted Lee Bell, 55, of killing Pearla Louis, 52 at the time of her death, whose body washed up along the Embarcadero in May 2010. Throughout the three-week trial, Assistant District Attorney Michael Swart presented evidence that Bell had a long history of abusing women that continued after he began a relationship with Louis in 2008. In the last year of her life, Louis was in and out of the hospital for injuries caused by Bell — facial fractures, black eyes, broken ribs — that were similar to newer injuries that the medical examiner’s office documented during Louis’ autopsy, Swart said. Following one of the attacks, Louis moved into a respite center for care. In the weeks leading up to her death, Bell began obsessively calling the center, so much so that the center’s staff made a note to never allow him into the facility. Louis, who was recovering from drug addiction, had a complicated relationship with Bell, who plied her with drugs. Two days before her body washed up, she told a nurse at the respite center that she was going to see Bell to get money he owed her, authorities said. The nurse begged her not to go. |

(Black) Homeless man rapes 88-year-old woman at senior living center - Suspect asks, 'Do you like this?' during assault  HOUSTON - A homeless man is accused of raping an 88-year-old woman at a senior living complex on June 11. Police believe he might be tied to other crimes. Justin Glenn Ellis, 21, has been charged with aggravated sex assault of an elderly/disabled person in connection to the rape of the woman. Police said he attacked her as she lay in bed watching television at the complex on Buffalo Speedway. Ellis asked the woman several times, “Do you like this?” as he raped her. Houston police officers arrested Ellis Wednesday night when he tried to sneak into another home, investigators said. Police said they believe he might have been involved in other crimes. Police said Ellis is known to frequent the area where the attack happened, as well as the Bellaire and West University Place areas. Ellis is being held in a Harris County jail on $200,000 bond . |
Police make arrest in sexual assault, robbery of UofL student LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Police have arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting and robbing a University of Louisville student last week. The victim said she had parked her car and was walking home to University Pointe apartments on Fourth Street when she was approached by a man around 6:20 a.m. The man demanded money, but the student told him she had no cash on her. "I said, 'No, honestly I don't. I'm sorry. I don't.' And he just kept asking repeatedly and it just got worse from there," Molly said. She said the man grabbed a MacBook from her purse and then began rubbing her breasts and private parts. "He threatened to shoot me if I made any noise. He told me not to look at him. He said, 'Stop looking at me, don't look at me,' and I was frozen. I was just begging him to let me go." Eventually he did. Then the victim ran several blocks to where she had parked her car and called her mom. Darryl Collier, 48, was arrested early Wednesday on two charges of sexual assault and one charge of robbery. |
(Black) Father allegedly beat (mixed-race) daughter after pleading guilty to abandoning her  A father was arrested for beating his young daughter in a Long Island park Wednesday night — a year after he pleaded guilty to abandoning her in a Manhattan Subway restaurant, cops said. Stanley Frederique, 36, was accused of punching his 5-year-old several times, pulling her hair and grabbing her by the wrist in a park in Elmont, according to the Nassau County DA. “I wanted to leave but my daughter didn’t,” Frederique told cops, according to the criminal complaint. “I pulled my daughter’s hair.” Frederique had left the park by the time police arrived but he was found a short time later. He was charged with second-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child. The young girl and her mother were taken to Winthrop University Hospital. |

2 arrested in Fort Bend after 14-year-old's marriage discovered - (girl's mother had pimped her out to dirty old black man) A Sugar Land man is charged with aggravated sexual assault related to the "marriage" of a 14-year-old girl. The teen's mother was also arrested, accused of allowing the marriage. According to the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office, Steven Carty, 47, and Cherry Jamila Payton, 39, are behind bars on bonds of $100,000 and $10,000, respectively. Deputies were led to the couple after a 14-year-old girl told a doctor she was married and sexually active, according to law enforcement. She stated that she had been married since she was 13 years old. The suspected "husband," Carty, was arrested Monday, while Payton, who was identified as the girl's mother, was taken into custody on Wednesday. Carty was charged with felony aggravated sexual assault of a child. Payton was booked on a count of endangering a child. Authorities said there is no marriage license filed in Fort Bend County between the girl and Carty. |

Vic Joseph announced the arrest of Daryl Hayden, of Homewood, on Thursday afternoon. Police had stepped up patrols in and around the area of Westinghouse Academy after two women reported being raped. Surveillance video was released just about 24 hours ago of a man suspected of raping two women in the past few days. The second victim was discovered early Wednesday morning, partially naked near Westinghouse Academy. Police say the first incident happened June 10 around 6 a.m. The second happened Wednesday morning around 3 a.m. |

(BLACK) Milford man arrested for stabbing his girlfriend's two pitt bulls to death  Delaware State Police have arrested a Milford man after he stabbed two dogs inside his house. Troopers were called to a residence in the 7000 block of North Union Church Road Wednesday, June 21, around 10:30 a.m., for a domestic issue between Denzel L. Brown, 27, and his girlfriend. Once troopers settled the verbal dispute between the two, the female secured her two adult pit bulls inside separate crates in the house and then left the residence. Brown, who lived at the home, was waiting outside for a ride, but went inside to retrieve some personal belongings, at which point he emerged stating he had stabbed two pit bull dogs with a knife that belonged to his girlfriend after claiming the dogs were fighting. |
Deputies Arrest (Black) Man Seen Urinating at Sierra Madre Gold Line Station, Find Cache of Weapons in His Bag A man was arrested Wednesday after deputies saw him urinating in a planter and found him to be in possession of a cache of weapons at a Gold Line station in Pasadena. Twenty-eight-year-old Christopher Goodine, of Union City, Georgia, was taken into custody after two Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies noticed him urinating in a planter at the Sierra Madre Gold Line Station in Pasadena at about 9:20 a.m. He originally gave deputies a false name, but then he said his identification card was in his duffle bag. The deputies placed Goodine into a patrol car and searched his bag. Inside they found a loaded AR-15 rifle, two loaded 30-round magazines, a loaded .40-caliber handgun with extended magazines, a machete-type knife, a rope, several rounds of live ammunition and a notebook with "unidentified writings," Sheriff Jim McDonnell said at an afternoon press conference. |
(Black anti-white racist) Trinity Professor Goes Into Hiding Over Death Threats After Facebook Posts Go Viral The Trinity College campus reopened Thursday morning after threats forced a shut-down when a professor's controversial Facebook posts drew nationwide attention. Trinity College President Joanne Berger-Sweeney said the school would investigate whether college policies were violated when professor Johnny Eric Williams added a "reprehensible" and profane hashtag to his social media posts. Williams said Thursday morning that he has fled the state because of scores of death threats he has received. "It was overwhelming for my family," Williams said. "I have to look out for family. I've got young kids." Several Hartford police cars were stationed at Trinity Thursday morning, but the campus was largely quiet with most students away for the summer. The Facebook comments by Williams spread quickly on social media and were made in reaction to a fatal police shooting in Seattle, he said. A conservative website, Campus Reform, suggested that Williams was instead writing that victims of the Congressional shooting in suburban Washington should have been left to die. Along with his Facebook posts, Williams included a profane hashtag connected to what Berger described as an "inflammatory article" that included "a call to show indifference to the lives of bigots." |

250K cash bond for Java Wright, accused of setting fatal arson caught on camera  MILWAUKEE — The woman accused of starting a fire that killed on person has been charged — and made her initial appearance in court on Thursday, June 22nd. In court, probable cause was found for further proceedings against 39-year-old Java Wright. A preliminary hearing was set for June 30th, and cash bond was set at $250,000. Wright faces one count of first degree reckless homicide and one count of arson of a building for the arson that happened Friday, June 16th. According to a criminal complaint, officials with the Milwaukee Fire Department were dispatched around 7:45 p.m. Friday. A firefighter entered the burning building, and found the 72-year-old man, later identified as Willie Greer, in a bedroom — badly burned. The firefighter picked him up, carried his body out the back door and passed him off to paramedics, before going back inside to search for additional victims. Greer was later pronounced dead at the scene. He suffered burns on both arms, his torso and his neck. - (Burned Alive!) |

Pennsylvania man convicted of murdering friend after he called him SpongeBob SquarePants  LEWISBURG, Pa. – A Pennsylvania man has been convicted of third-degree murder after a confrontation that a witness said was sparked by a comparison to SpongeBob SquarePants. Prosecutors say 39-year-old Robert S. Lee stabbed Jamal Britton in July 2016 at a Lewisburg apartment complex. PennLive.com reports witness Qaisha Jacobs told the jury Britton, the father of her son, was angry after Lee told him he looked like the anthropomorphic cartoon sponge. Lee acknowledged swinging a knife at Britton but said he was unsure if he struck him. He said he was afraid that the angry, advancing Britton might have had a gun. Lee drove away and threw his knife into a river. Britton walked to a nearby playground and was eventually taken to a hospital, where he died. Lee was convicted Wednesday. He remains in jail pending sentencing. |

(Black) Man accused of killing 76-year-old acquaintance, dipping hands in bleach sentenced MADISON, Wis. - A man charged with killing an acquaintance was sentenced in Dane County court Thursday. Dennis B. Hassel, 57, was sentenced to life in prison in the death of Larry Ewing, 76, of Madison. Hassel will be eligible for parole in 25 years, when he'll be 83. Hassel was found guilty in April by a jury of killing Ewing. Ewing was found dead in his Sheboygan Avenue apartment in 2015. A criminal complaint said Ewing died from homicidal violence including manual strangulation and blunt force injuries. Police said Ewing's hands were dipped in bleach when they found his body. Ewing had been in contact with a man who had recently been incarcerated, according to the complaint. Officials said in the criminal complaint that Hassel called Ewing multiple times while he was in prison in December, according to the complaint. Hassel was released in August 2014 and was on GPS monitoring after serving prison time for a sexual assault conviction. |

(BLACK) accused of slaying (White female) school teacher and her teen daughter takes plea deal to spare him from death penalty   It’s been more than two years since city police arrested Gene Everett Washington and charged him with the murders of Robin and Mani Aldridge. In Charlottesville Circuit Court on Wednesday, the 32-year-old submitted Alford pleas to a capital murder charge in the killing of Robin and an amended second-degree murder charge in the killing of Mani. An Alford plea means the defendant does not admit guilt, but acknowledges the prosecution has sufficient evidence to win a conviction. Originally charged with two counts of first-degree murder, Washington’s case has moved slowly since his arrest on Dec. 8, 2014, for a probation violation. The arrest came just three days after emergency crews responded to a house fire at the Aldridge residence on Rugby Road. Prosecutors said Wednesday that on the day of the fire, firefighters entered the home to douse the blaze and found the bodies of 58-year-old Robin and 17-year-old Mani in the basement. Their television and cellphones were mysteriously missing from the home, as was Robin Aldridge’s 2003 Toyota Matrix. Autopsies later revealed that each had died due to multiple blunt force and sharp force traumas to the neck and head, prosecutors announced Wednesday. The Toyota Matrix was recovered the day after the fire at a nearby apartment complex — the same complex in which Washington lived. Prosecutors said Wednesday that police also found a bag containing bloody clothes, knives, shoes, rubber gloves, a stocking cap and Robin Aldridge’s cellphone in a dump bin near the apartment. Washington has since been linked by DNA evidence to the rubber gloves and stocking cap; video evidence further showed a man matching Washington’s description with the bag of bloody clothes and the Aldridges’ car. Mani Aldridge and Washington knew one another, though he would not go into detail. On Wednesday, Washington’s capital defender, Jennifer Stanton, said her client and Mani Aldridge had a “very close relationship for some period of time before any of this happened,” as confirmed by police through “emails and text messages and cell records.” |

Angelica Marie Brumfield, 23, was booked Tuesday into Parish Prison on a count of carnal knowledge of a juvenile. Police said Brumfield, then 22, met the 16-year-old girl in May 2016, and the two started an intimate relationship in July. Brumfield gave the teenager keys to her apartment and asked the victim to move in with her once she was 17, according to the report. On Feb. 15, however, Brumfield broke up with the victim, and the teenager attempted suicide in response, according to the report. The victim told her mother about the relationship, and they both told Brumfield to stop contacting the victim. |

Investigators say a second victim is claiming she was sexually abused by Devincent Phillips when she was 15-years-old. The 40-year-old owns and Coaches at Xcel Athletics in Katy. He is already accused of assaulting another female student there three times. Detectives believe there could be more victims. |
Black ex-boyfriend jailed after Las Vegas woman says he beat, raped her A man was arrested Sunday in connection with the rape and beating of a Las Vegas woman, police reports show. Trandon Tekario Green, 29, faces charges of sexual assault, battery, kidnapping and child abuse, according to Metropolitan Police Department arrest records. Just before 9 p.m., police officers arrived at an east valley apartment complex after receiving a report that a woman there had texted a friend for help. Arriving officers found and arrested Green near the rear of the building, police records show. The woman told police that Green, with whom she had previously had a romantic relationship, had broken into her residence through her 6-year-old daughter’s bedroom window. Once inside, he threatened the woman, beat her with a wooden stick and raped her, she told officers. He also stole her phone and prevented her from fleeing the apartment. |
62-year-old man beaten to death in Denver street after trying to stop attack on teens DENVER -- Police have arrested a man accused of assaulting two random teenagers and then beating a 62-year-old man to death in the middle of the street. The attacks happened near Curtis and 25th streets at about 4 a.m. Friday, according to the Denver Police Department. When officers arrived, they found two teens who had been attacked in what appeared to be a random incident. One of the victims had significant facial injuries. A witness told officers the attacker had run to the 2400 block of Curtis Street after the assault. The officers said they saw a person lying in the middle of the street and a man was "continually striking the victim in the chest with force." The suspect was later identified as 28-year-old Dejuan Stamps. The officers said Stamps "rushed" them when they challenged him. One officer was injured in a struggle, but police were able to subdue Stamps. The victim, later identified as 62-year-old James Farmer Jr., died at the scene. An autopsy confirmed he died from blunt force injuries. Stamps was also homeless but had been banned by the homeless shelter last month. |
Newport News man arrested for indecent exposure at Huntington Beach  NEWPORT NEWS, Va. -- A man was arrested on Tuesday for indecent exposure at Huntington Park Beach. Police arrested 42-year-old Leroy Holmes Jr. from Newport News for exposing himself at a concession stand at the park around 5 p.m.. Holmes was leaning up against the concession stand railing with his pants and underwear on the ground. Investigators said while he was speaking he was highly argumentative and had a strong odor of alcohol. Holmes was taken to the hospital so he could be medially cleared before returning to the police station for booking. He was charged with indecent exposure, and profanity and intoxication in public. |

Black sports: Ex-Vanderbilt Player Participated in Female Student’s Gang Rape A former football player at Vanderbilt University is on trial this week for allegedly taking part in the 2013 rape of an unconscious female student along with three teammates. Brandon Banks, now 23, is the third of the four to go on trial, following the prosecutions of teammates Cory Batey and Brandon Vandenburg. Both of them were convicted of the rape and are in prison. Like them, Banks has been charged with five counts of aggravated rape and two counts of aggravated sexual battery, to which he pleaded not guilty. Their former teammate Jaborian McKenzie is awaiting trial on the same charges. |

Shaquan Taylor, 19, fractured the skull of 16-month-old Nylah Lewis as he viciously attacked her during a visit to his Coney Island home Sunday, officials said. The child’s mother found the tot lying on the floor after she came to the residence because Taylor called her and said the child was crying, police sources said. As the mom tried to dial 911, Taylor started beating her, according to cops. |

Argument over man leads to shooting, Montgomery police say  MONTGOMERY, AL —Montgomery Police say a woman is facing charges after an argument led to a shooting Tuesday evening. According to Capt. Regina Duckett, Cheryl Seegars Blount, 51, has been charged with discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle. The charges are related to a shooting that happened around 5:30 p.m. in the 300 block of West Delano Avenue. An investigation shows Blount and an unidentified woman got into an argument over a man. The argument escalated and Blount fired a gun into the occupied vehicle. The woman received minor injuries but was not injured by the gunshot, Duckett says. Officers took Blount into custody at the scene. She was transported to the Montgomery County Detention Facility under a $30,000 bond. |
(African american) Legislator accused of assaulting girlfriend in front of her daughter A Nassau County legislator was accused Wednesday of roughing up his girlfriend at her Valley Stream home in front of her teenage daughter, police said. Carrié Solages, 38, was charged with assault and endangering the welfare of a child, according to Nassau County police. Solages (D-Valley Stream) was at the woman’s home when they began arguing around midnight. Things soon turned physical, with Solages grabbing her by the neck and arm and pushing her against a wall, police said. The fight awakened the woman’s 15-year-old daughter who tried to intervene, police said. The girl was not harmed. Solages’ girlfriend suffered scratches to her arm and pain to her neck, police said. She was treated at the scene for minor injuries but declined to go to the hospital. |

Darias Lacour, 30, was convicted Wednesday by a jury that deliberated 15 minutes before finding him guilty of aggravated sexual assault. State District Judge Robert Johnson then handed down a prison term that amounts to a life sentence. A Houston Police Department officer walked up to a Pontiac sedan parked on Press Street in June 2015 and intervened in the assault. Trial evidence included footage of the incident that Lacour recorded on his cell phone. |

"Allie Marie" Holloway died in March at her residence in San Antonio, and the circumstances around what transpired before her death were initially unclear. The incident occurred at about 2:20 a.m. on March 14 in the 11300 block of Bel Air Drive. Holloway's then boyfriend Orlando Valdez, 27, said he had gotten into an argument with Holloway and that she collapsed and went unresponsive. He then told police he called his mother, who arrived about 30-45 minutes later. Emergency personnel then were called, according to a preliminary police report. "I can’t believe he just left her dead body lying there," said Aletta Holloway, Allie Holloway's mother, who expressed disdain at his failure to call the police himself. Aletta Holloway said she suspected foul play in her daughter's death, and a month later her suspicions were confirmed. On April 24, the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office ruled Holloway’s death a homicide. An office representative said Allie Holloway died by asphyxia by strangulation with significant blunt force injuries to the head contributing to her death. On May 16 murder charges were filed in Bexar County against Valdez in Allie Holloway's death. |
Assaults on Border Patrol agents surge as immigration debate heats up Even though illegal immigration is down, violence along the border is up, with assaults on U.S. Border Patrol agents nearly doubling so far in 2017, the agency’s head told Congress on Wednesday. Agents have reported more than 550 assaults through June 1, up from 300 assaults at the same time last year, said Carla Provost, the acting chief of the Border Patrol. She recounted the statistics as a warning during testimony on gang activity among the illegal immigrant population. She didn’t speculate on what might be spurring the rise in assaults, but it comes as the immigration debate in the U.S. — and Mexico — heats up under President Trump. Border Patrol agents face one of the most dangerous jobs in law enforcement, officials say. “Rocking” incidents, in which those on the Mexican side of the border toss large boulders over the fence to try to injure agents, are common. The issue has even bled into the debate over Mr. Trump’s proposed border wall. Customs and Border Protection, the agency that oversees the Border Patrol, is looking for plans that would allow visibility through to the Mexican side, which helps prevent ambush attacks. |

DPD Arrests Latino Hispanic Rape Suspect in Early Sunday Morning Deep Ellum Sex Assault DALLAS – "As a result of that broadcast, the Dallas Police Department received multiple tips, which led to the identification of Roy Gutierrez, a 40-year-old Latin male," the department announced in a bulletin. At approximately 10:15 p.m. yesterday, police arrested Gutierrez at the DART West End Transfer Station in downtown Dallas. He is charged with aggravated sexual assault and is in the Dallas County Jail on $100,000 bond. According to DPD, a 29-year-old woman got into a car with Gutierrez in the 400 block of North Malcolm X Boulevard. He then sexually assaulted her in the car, the woman told police. After getting out of the car, the woman called 911, and responders took her to the nearby Baylor University Medical Center. |

Prosecutors said Kenneth Jackson, 44, used his ex-girlfriend's car to commit a string of robberies across North Texas. One of the crimes was in Grayson County, and now the victim of that incident is speaking out. In 2014, Amber Rogers worked at the Kwik Check convenience store on Highway 289 in Gunter. One September night she was robbed. "Oh, it's changed me immensely," she said. "I have nightmares at night sometimes from it." Surveillance video showed a subject identified as Kenneth Jackson walking up to the counter. Rogers said the man was asking for directions to Dallas when things quickly took a frightening turn. "He came to the counter and told me to give him all of my money." Rogers -- a Marine Corps veteran -- refused to give money to Jackson. He kept telling her to open the cash register before finally giving up -- but not without leaving Rogers in fear. "Shock didn't set in until after it had all happened," she said. - (Black-on-white) |
(Armed black) Man attempts home invasion, gets beating instead    CHATTANOOGA, TN — The man shot during a home invasion recalled the moments before the gun went off, and how he wrestled with the intruder, who is now behind bars. It happened Sunday night at an apartment complex on Mansion Circle. The 19 year-old victim, Shane Feeney, said he had not met the man accused of shooting him and he wonders why the apartment he was in was targeted. "Screaming and like tussling going on in the apartment," Feeney remembered, "It felt like hours." What felt like hours, lasted only about 30 minutes. Feeney recalled the scuffle with a man he said he had never met until Sunday night. "I hope whatever happens to him is equal to what he did to us," said Feeney. He said he was hanging out at an apartment with friends when they noticed someone outside. Police later identified that person as Calvin Carter III. "It sounded like he was messing with a gun," said Feeney, "So I came back and I was like 'I don't know if he is, but it sounds like he's messing with a gun. I'm going to call the cops.'" Feeney said while he was on the phone with police, his friends went to a backroom. One of them jumped out a window to get help, but came face to face with Carter, who held him at gunpoint. Feeney said he saw Carter holding his friend at gunpoint at the front door, and let him in. "He heard me on the phone with the cops," Feeney said about Carter, "And I said 'Come here now. Come here now.'" Feeney said Carter demanded the phone, he gave it to him, and Feeney said that's when he took action. "Whenever he turned around, that's when I grabbed him," recalled Feeney, "And his forearms were still loose so he grabbed the gun out of his waist band and shot me in the leg." Feeney was shot in the upper thigh. He said five people held Carter on the ground until police arrived. "He kept wrestling with me," recalled Tucker Williams who helped hold Carter down, "I was like 'you have one more chance please stop.' 80-year-old (White) vet robbed at gunpoint in Stanly County (by pair of worthless pretator-parasite blacks)  STANLY COUNTY, N.C. - Stanly County investigators are searching for one of two teenagers accused of robbing an 80-year-old cab driver. The teen is considered armed and dangerous. Bill Eutsler told of the terrifying moments when he said two teenagers robbed him at gunpoint after he had been driving them around for three hours. “He put the gun right up against my forehead,” Eutsler said. Stanly County Sheriff George Burris said Thomas Clark and Madison Beckford called for a cab Saturday morning. “We believe they were plotting this the whole ride,” Burris said. Eutsler, an 80-year old Vietnam veteran, picked them up in his personal car because all of the taxi drivers for his family’s company were unavailable. After driving the teens to uptown Charlotte, then back to Albemarle, the teens allegedly asked Eutsler to take a shortcut and turn onto City Lake Drive. “Right then, I said something ain’t right,” Eutsler said. The veteran said the suspects forced him out of the car at gunpoint, made him lay down on gravel and stole cash and his cellphone. “I was scared, I’m not going to lie,” Eutsler said. “I was scared and I just thought this was it. And I just said, ‘Lord help me.’” “It’s very disheartening to know that young folks are going to this type of violence,” Burris said. Eutsler said the suspects left him and drove off in his car. About 20 minutes later, around noon Saturday, investigators said Albemarle police spotted the stolen car. They say Beckford was driving and there was a 1-year-old baby in the car without a car seat. Investigators believe she had dropped Clark off and picked up the baby. Authorities are still looking for Thomas Clark. “I just hope they catch him before he hurts somebody else,” Eutsler said. From now on, he said he plans to carry Mace with him when picking people up for rides. Reginald Gerald Kimbro was indicted Wednesday on charges of aggravated sexual assault and sexual assault, confirmed Yvette Vela, a spokeswoman for the Cameron County district attorney’s office. The charges stemmed from a 20-year-old Tuttle, Oklahoma woman’s claim that Kimbro had choked and sexually assaulted her on March 21, 2014, at the Isla Grand Beach Resort on South Padre Island. Police arrested Kimbro, but charges were later dismissed by the Cameron County district attorney’s office. According to the arrest report for 25-year-old Jenneson Michael Bryant, Bryant walked into a church on the 1200 block of Rosa L. Parks and into the women's restroom. The church pastor tells police Bryant then exited the restroom naked. Bryant walked into the common area of the church naked, looking at a woman while erect. The pastor says he yelled at Bryant who then fled the area. The pastor then jumped into his SUV and followed Bryant until police arrived. |

(Black) Man accused of stabbing woman, attempting to sexually assault teen arrested CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio -- A man accused of stabbing a woman and assaulting her two teenage children earlier this year was arrested Monday night, law enforcement authorities said. John Eskridge, 37, was arrested on Prange Drive in Cuyahoga Falls, U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott said. Eskridge was wanted for stabbing a woman in her hand Jan. 10 after she confronted him about attempting to sexually assault her teenage daughter. He also was accused of assaulting the woman's teenage son following the stabbing, police records showed. The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force listed Eskridge as a Fugitive of the week in March for the stabbing incident and for violating his parole in relation to a previous conviction in an attempted murder and rape case. |
New Orleans police arrest suspect in rape of woman on Chartres Street in April  New Orleans police have jailed a 29-year-old man suspected of raping a woman and taking her purse as she walked in the French Quarter-Marigny border earlier this year. James Young was booked Monday on counts of second-degree rape and simple robbery in an attack that police said occurred about 2:40 a.m. April 16. Police said the victim in the case had left a local bar and was walking down the 1400 block of Chartres Street when she was sexually assaulted early on a Sunday morning. Afterwards, the attacker — described as an unknown man — took the woman's purse and fled toward Barracks Street, police have said. Investigators on April 17 released a computer sketch of the man they said was responsible for the rape, but it was a little more than two months before authorities made an arrest. |
Negro and (wigger-thing) Sentenced Today For Murder of White man in 2014   CRAWFORD COUNTY, KANSAS - 20-year-old Taylor Thomas was shot and killed in October of 2014 during a robbery. Five people were charged in connection to his death. Monday's sentencings included Darius Rainey, who was convicted of first degree murder and will spend life in prison, with the possibility of parole after 25 years. Corbin spragg was also sentenced. He'll spend 27 and a half years in prison for second degree murder and aggravated kidnapping. We spoke with Spragg's uncle, Anthony Reed, who's upset about the outcome. "But he was selling drugs just as much as the next person was. They just don't want no one to know the truth, I don't think that's fair " he says. According to police Rainey and Spragg were with Tyler Smith and alleged shooter Bryan Bridges when they broke into the home of Taylor Thomas. But police believe Thomas was not the target. They say the suspects were looking for the drugs and money of his roommate Joseph Otter, who was sentenced last year to five years in prison for a drug conviction. Tyler Smith is scheduled to be sentenced in July for conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary. And Bryan Bridges was sentenced to life for first degree murder with the possibility of parole after 25 years. |

Delco Wawa Robbed at Gunpoint on Consecutive Nights by black sambo   A Delaware County Wawa was hit with attempted armed robberies on consecutive nights by a similarly described perpetrator. The male subject entered the Wawa just before 10 pm on June 17 and made a purchase at the register. He then proceeded to display a handgun and demand money from the register. However, according to police reports, he did not obtain anything before fleeing on foot. In the evening the next day, the man appeared in the same clothing with a different hat and approached the register to make a purchase once again. This time, after revealing his handgun and demanding money, he was able to flee the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. Pennsylvania State Police are describing the man on both instances as a 5-foot, 8-inch to 6-foot tall male wearing all black clothing. The Stoneybank Wawa in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania was able to capture surveillance images of the suspect on both occasions. |

Detectives arrested 32-year-old Edward Jorge Gardner and charged him with First Degree Murder in the death of 53-year-old Ralph Coleman Dunbar. Dunbar's remains were found in a car off Falconridge Ct. on June 10. Greensboro police say the car was set on fire in the woods at the end of the court. The NC DMV found a vehicle ID number from the frame of the burned 2001 Ford Taurus, which was registered to Dunbar. X-rays confirmed Dunbar was the victim. Detectives say Gardner and Coleman met through the internet and agreed to meet each other on June 9 as part of a 'sexual relationship.' Police found out Gardner and Coleman met through the internet from evidence on social media sites and cell phones. Gardner was taken in to custody without incident. In 2011, 28-year-old Clarence Henry Andrews had to register as a sex offender after he was convicted of sexually abusing a 9-year-old boy in a bathroom at a Maryland church. According to his plea agreement, in March 2015, Andrews communicated with an 11-year-old boy in Georgia, via a video game system, Skype, Facetime, text messages and telephone. Andrews promised to provide the boy with Advanced Warfare, a video game, in exchange for sexually explicit images and videos of the minor. He also used religion to persuade the boy to produce and share the sexually explicit content. Officials said Andrew admitted that he tried to get at least eight other victims, 16-years-old and younger, to produce images and videos of sexually explicit conduct between 2013 and April 2015. He also admitted that between April 2013 and October 2014, he befriended a family through church with an 8 to 9 -year-old daughter and a 7 to 8-year-old son in Maryland. Andrews visited the family’s home several times. He said he took the girl to a downstairs bathroom in the home and promised her he would give her money if she pulled down her pants. According to the release, he touched and photographed the girl's buttocks.
He also reportedly took the boy to the same bathroom, engaged in sexual conduct and photographed the child’s buttocks. |
Groom Arrested, Charged With Assault On Wedding Day NORTH SMITHFIELD, R.I. — Police in Rhode Island say a groom was arrested at his wedding reception for assaulting restaurant employees. Court records showed Frank Redding pleaded no contest Monday to charges of simple assault and vandalism. He initially faced an additional charge of disorderly conduct, but that was dismissed. Police say an argument with Redding’s family members escalated to include restaurant staff on Saturday in North Smithfield. Police say Redding was approached by a staff member because he’d been drinking alcohol that wasn’t sold by the facility. Police say Redding chased the staff member back into the restaurant while threatening to kill him. They say he also assaulted other employees. |
