(Black) Woman in custody tied to robberies linked to murder of prenant White woman    BEAUMONT — Beaumont Police have a woman in custody for several Aggravated Robberies that are linked to the murder of Kera Teel and her unborn daughter, Kyndal. Beaumont Police, US Marshal Service, Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, Lake Charles Police Department and Calcasieu Parrish Sheriff’s Office are working together to help solve the Capital Murder case. The investigation led investigators to Atayanna Asia Nicole Douglas, 17 year old Beaumont resident. She was located and picked up June 13, 2017 in Lake Charles, Louisiana and transported to Beaumont Police Department to speak with investigators. Atayanna was interviewed and gave information that implicated her to three Aggravated Robberies that are believed to be connected to the Capital Murder case. The investigation has led to the arrest of numerous gang members involved in violent crimes throughout Beaumont. Officers seized numerous guns and drugs and are still in the early stages of this ongoing investigation. - (Black-on-white) |

Officers were called to the scene of a major crash Tuesday evening at South Pipeline Road and Euless South Main Street. They discovered that Kevin Jernigan, 38, was fleeing from a minor accident down the street when he ran a red light, causing a three-vehicle crash. Louise Hudson, 80, was pronounced dead at the scene. 18-year-old (worthless negro) charged with murder in death of (White) Newport police officer  NEWPORT — A teenager who was being questioned in connection with the shooting death of a Newport police officer is now charged with his murder. Tyler Calamese, 18, appeared in a Jackson County court Wednesday morning. He was formally charged with capital murder for the death of Lt. Patrick Weatherford. 18-year-old Tyler Calamese and his grandmother both spoke to Channel 7 News after he was charged with capital murder in the shooting death of Newport police officer Lt. Patrick Weatherford. (KATV video) Lt. Patrick Weatherford responded to a call of a vehicle break-in Monday night near the Remmel Park area in Newport. When Lt. Weatherford arrived at the scene, he saw an individual fleeing the area. Lt. Weatherford and other Newport officers chased the suspect on foot, entering a residential area. Police say the suspect then turned and fired a gun at police. Lt. Weatherford was wounded and taken to a local hospital, where he later died. - (Black-on-white) |

One of two worthless black suspects arrested in fatal shooting of (White) Navy sailor at Horton Plaza  SAN DIEGO --A suspect in the fatal shooting of Navy Lt. Cmdr. James Celani was arrested Monday evening, according to the San Diego Police Department. Arrow Morris, 39, of San Diego was identified by homicide investigators as the suspect who shot both Celani and his younger cousin as they left the Mad House Comedy Club near Horton Plaza on Saturday night, Lt. Mike Holden said. Morris was located in Serra Mesa and arrested last night at around 6:00 p.m. He is charged with the murder of Celani and the attempted murder of his cousin, as well as for robbery, dissuading a witness and a parole violation. Court documents confirm Morris is a member of the O'Farrell Park Bangsters -- a gang known to be allied with the Bloods Gang in Los Angeles. Morris also has a long history of drugs, assault, and domestic violence -- serving several stints in prison. Police today released additional information about what happened just prior to the shooting. Authorities claimed Morris had argued with a woman outside of the comedy club, forcefully took her purse and walked away. As he walked away, Morris allegedly encountered Celani and his cousin and, without provocation, shot them, Holden said. The man could be seen on video charging a car in a Kroger parking lot on Moreland Avenue on June 5. After charging the car, he then jumped on the car and kicked in the windshield. “Oh wow! Why is he doing that?” store employee Kimari Robinson asked after seeing the video for the first time. “That’s scary...because you don’t know what could happen to somebody. That could be someone’s mother, grandmother or even a teenager that doesn’t know how to react to that kind of stuff. That’s not right." (Black) Man arrested in April slayings of a (white) Greenacres marijuana dealer and his (black) best friend   GREENACRES — A West Palm Beach man who police say conspired to rob a Greenacres marijuana dealer and his best friend is facing charges of premeditated first-degree murder in their April 27 fatal shootings. Scott Cinevert, 24, and another man who had not been charged as of Wednesday afternoon “organized a plan to rob” Matthew Makarits, 22, and Marcus Stukes, 21, during the transaction at Bowman Park and “came prepared with multiple firearms,” according to a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office probable-cause affidavit made public Wednesday. Their plan was documented in a Snapchat conversation between user names associated with them between 10 and 11:30 p.m. April 26, the night before the shootings, the affidavit said. The conversation was one of several social-media exchanges that investigators turned into evidence. Cinevert had arranged to buy one-quarter pound of marijuana from Makarits, who became such inseparable friends with Stukes at John I. Burned body of (white) girlfriend found - black boyfriend and 2 others charged   BUTLER, Pa. – Investigators say a burned body found in Lawrence County Monday night is that of 26-year-old Melissa Barto. Barto was reported missing last week after she missed her daughter’s kindergarten graduation. “Yes, we were prepared for the worst. We knew she was dead. We had no idea of the horrendousness, the manner or any of those kinds of details, none of my family had,” Melissa Barto’s father, Dan, said. On Sunday, police arrested Barto’s boyfriend, 21-year-old Ishemer Ramsey, after receiving several tips. Ramsey reportedly told a friend he shot Barto because he thought she was cheating on him. He is charged with homicide. Police called the crime, horrific and very bad. Early Tuesday morning, a second suspect, James Howard George, was taken into custody. Later, on Tuesday afternoon, police made a third arrest in the case. They took Joshua Bowser into custody. (Black) Man found guilty of murder of his white ex-girlfriend and her innocent (White) son    WARREN COUNTY, OH - A jury in Warren County, Ohio has convicted a man in the murder of a woman from Graves County, Kentucky. Terry Froman was found guilty on charges of aggravated murder and kidnapping. He kidnapped Kim Thomas Jackson from her Mayfield home on September 12, 2014. He then drove her to Ohio where he shot and killed Jackson on the interstate near Cincinnati. The jury trial began on June 5. The jury reached its verdict on June 13. A sentencing is set for Thursday, June 15. According to officials, they will discuss the possibility of the death penalty and once that decision is made, they will discuss sentencing. (Two black men and a white woman) face multiple charges in Lone Jack murder  KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Three people have been charged with multiple felony charges in connection to a deadly shooting on June 9 near Lone Jack. Danielle L. Bell, 19, and Raphael R. Corrioso, 23, both of Kansas City, and Kevin Fenwick, 28, of Independence, each face 2nd degree murder, 1st degree assault, and two counts of armed criminal action. Court records say Jackson County Sheriff's deputies were called out to 50 Highway and Tarsney Road near Lone Jack on Friday morning, on a report of a man suffering a gunshot wound flagging down a passing motorist. The man directed officers to a building where a woman was found dead with multiple gunshot wounds. That victim was identified as Rebecca Murphy. Officers tracked Bell to a residence and Kansas City and stopped her, along with Corrioso and Fenwick. Corrioso told police they had confronted the victims about a plan to rob Danielle Bell. The assault victim said Murphy was fighting with Bell when they were both forced into a vehicle and taken to a residence in eastern Jackson County, where they were told to undress and one of the men with Bell began shooting. - (Black-on-white) |

Interracial couple charged in armed robbery in dollar store parking lot WEST DEPTFORD TWP. -- Two people were arrested following an armed robbery at a dollar store, township police said. A man approached a female employee in the parking lot of Family Dollar on Route 45 on May 28. The man displayed a gun and demanded cash. Police did not say if the bandit fled with any money. Following an investigation, police arrested Kerwin L. Matthews, 53, and Melanie L. Thomas, 33, both of Gloucester City. Both were charged with first-degree armed robbery and conspiracy, and placed in Salem County Correctional Facility. |
(Black) Crisfield Man Arrested for Child Rape PRINCESS ANNE, Md.- Maryland State Police have arrested a Crisfield man accused of raping a pre-teen girl. Troopers said 22-year-old Savon J. Douglas, of the 200 block of Somers Cove, was arrested without incident at his home on Tuesday and charged with second-degree rape, second-degree sex offense, third-degree sex offense and perverted practice. He is being held at the Somerset County Detention Center. on a temporary commitment. Investigators from the Maryland State Police Princess Anne Criminal Enforcement Division said they received information from the Somerset County Department of Social Services about the potential rape of a 12-year-old girl. During the investigation that followed, Douglas was identified as the suspect and taken into custody on the aforementioned charges. |

$20K reward offered for info in severed head murder investigation JACKSON, Miss. — Jackson Police said a $20,000 reward is being offered for information regarding the death of a man whose head was severed from his body. JPD said anyone who can provide information that can lead to the arrest and conviction of the death of 30-year-old Jeremy Jerome Jackson would be eligible for the reward. On Saturday, a human head was found on the steps of a home on Deer Park in Jackson. Later that day about a mile away, police found the rest of his body burned on Green Avenue. Authorities were able to identify Jackson’s body on Monday. JPD also said that Jackson died as a result of decapitation. Officers said he also shot in the leg. |

(Black) Tennessee ex-con accused of killing kitten arrested after Facebook post goes viral  MARSHALL COUNTY, Tenn. —– A domestic call in Marshall County led to an ex-con being arrested for aggravated animal cruelty. The suspect was charged after pictures of a dead kitten went viral on Facebook. Police say Kendric Porter has admitted to killing the 6-week-old feline, which belonged to a woman he was dating. The woman got the kitten from her best friend, Lynn Turner. “How could you hurt something that cute?” Turner said. Turner became emotional Tuesday as she told about the jarring phone call she got from her best friend Sunday morning, describing how Porter allegedly killed the kitten. “She says, ‘I need you to help me now.’ She says, ‘He just killed my cat. I have to get out of here,’” Turner said. According to an arrest report, Porter and his girlfriend got into an argument and deputies asked him to leave the home. That’s when Porter allegedly told police he kicked the kitten into the wall and it died. “He grabbed it by the neck and slammed it were her words,” explained Turner. “And I think of the force it took to do that much damage in one slam.” Turner’s friend posted the picture on Facebook. “This is about a kitten losing its life – a helpless kitten. That kitten couldn’t stand up and punch that man and make him stop,” she said. Porter has previously been jailed on drug charges. |

Police Officer Nysia Stroud, 29, a six-year veteran assigned to the NYPD’s Fleet Services Division, was allegedly paid to transport drugs to another courier – who was actually an undercover cop, according to Manhattan DA Cyrus Vance Jr. The drug drops were allegedly made between April and June this year. |
Hispanic Judge warned for trying to use position to free Hispanic murderer-son from prison A Manhattan Supreme Court judge who improperly used her position to try and free her convicted murderer-son from prison got off with a wrist slap. Justice Leticia M. Ramirez was publicly reprimanded by a state ethics panel for writing to an appeals panel on behalf of her son Michael Tineo in his bid to overturn a 20 years-to-life sentence for fatally shooting a man in a heroin deal gone wrong on Long Island. Tineo had pleaded guilty to the charges for the 2004 North Babylon, but then regretted the decision. In a 2014 appeal his jurist mom submitted two statements on his behalf. One closed with, “[I] respectfully request that this court grant the relief sought herein.” She signed the document, “Hon. Leticia M. Ramirez, Acting Justice of the Family Court, Kings County.” Tineo was asking the panel to release him from prison, arguing that he was arrested without probable cause. The judge also used her title to help a childhood friend who was fighting a gambling charge. |

(Muslim) Bangladeshi Diplomat accused of beating, not paying immigrant housekeeper  A Bangladeshi diplomat living in Queens forced his immigrant housekeeper to work 18 hours a day — for no pay — and beat him with a wooden shoe if he disobeyed, authorities said Tuesday. “The defendant allegedly seized the victim’s passport and, from the first day on the job, refused to pay wages due the employee and, furthermore, used threats of harm to his family residing overseas to prevent him from leaving his employ,” Queens DA Richard Brown said in a statement. Suspect MD Shahedul Islam, deputy consul general for the consulate of Bangladesh, was nabbed at his Jamaica Estates home around noon Monday by the NYPD’s Vice squad, officials said. Islam brought the 43-year-old Bangladeshi victim to his home between 2012 and 2013, according to Brown. |

(Black) Suspect in (White) armored truck worker's death fled state, another (black) arrested picking up a paycheck, FBI says    One man suspected of involvement in the deadly shooting of a Loomis armored-truck employee in Mid-City late last month fled the state afterward, and another was arrested when he tried to pick up a paycheck from the job for which he had abruptly stopped showing up, according to federal authorities. The information surfaced at a hearing in New Orleans federal court Friday during which a judge agreed to order that the man in custody, former college football player Deltoine Scott, be held without bail. Scott so far has been accused only of lying to investigators about his whereabouts on May 31, the day Loomis employee Jimmy McBride, 33, was fatally shot while servicing the automated teller machines outside Campus Federal Credit Union at South Galvez Street and Tulane Avenue. But a federal prosecutor on Friday made clear that Scott is strongly suspected of participating in McBride's killing. Authorities have not said whether the "other suspect" to whom FBI agent Christopher Bauer referred during his testimony Friday is Jerome Kieffer, whose name figured prominently in the written complaint against Scott. The FBI investigates robberies at banks and similar institutions. According to authorities, two armed men wearing hoods and masks tried to rob McBride and a co-worker in Campus Federal's drive-through ATM area about 4:30 p.m. The co-worker and the assailants exchanged gunfire, and McBride was killed. Juan Thompson, 31, was suspected in at least eight bomb threats against community centers in Michigan, Texas, California and New York. LOUIS - A teenager has been charged as an adult in the carjacking death of a Pound Ridge man who was in St. Louis to see a newborn grandchild. Prosecutors on Friday charged 17-year-old Richard Donaldson of St. Louis County with second-degree murder, two counts of first-degree robbery and other crimes. Donaldson was 16 when the crime occurred. Police say Donaldson and two others robbed 72-year-old Kenneth Spalter and his wife in February. The crime happened shortly before 10 p.m. on Feb. 10 as Spalter and his wife were getting out of their son-in-law's car. Two gunmen approached the couple and demanded the keys to the car. One of the men grabbed Kenneth Spalter's backpack, which contained an iPad and other items. Police say that gunman fatally shot Spalter when he resisted. Police said both suspects then ran to a waiting car and fled. Police said they are still searching for the second robbery suspect. - Note: there are at least 317 Spalter's in the US, 82 in Israel |

PETERSBURG, Fla. -- The St. Petersburg Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a man that assaulted a 15-year-old girl. A $3,000 reward is now being offered by Crime Stoppers for information leading to the arrest of the suspect. The 15-year-old girl had been reported as missing by her mother on May 27, where she had been last seen around 9 p.m. at her house. Police were not able to find her at that time. Police had responded to a call about a dazed and confused young girl around 4:26 a.m. Monday. The girl had been walking on 22nd Ave. S. near 12th St. and police were able to identify her as the missing 15-year-old. |

Bond Set at $4M for Suspect in Central AR Attacks on Women NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - A local man arrested Monday for a string of attacks on women has been ordered held on $4 million bond after pleading not guilty in four incidents. David Lee Jones, 22, was arraigned by video in North Little Rock District Court Tuesday morning. The high bond amount breaks down to $1 million per incident. The judge set a July 26 court date to review the case. In the most recent incident Jones is accused of, he was reportedly hiding in the back of the victim's car. Officials say he pointed a gun at her neck, made her drive to a location and forced her at gunpoint to perform oral sex on him. DNA found on the victim's shirt reportedly linked Jones to the case. Another of the incidents took place Easter Sunday on a running trail. |
New DNA collection links inmate to four rapes in Omaha in the early 2000s  A recent push by Douglas County prosecutors to have prison officials collect the DNA of refusing prisoners netted a huge result Monday: Tests have connected a child rapist now in prison to the serial rapes of four young women in Omaha in the early 2000s, prosecutors say. Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine said Monday that DNA tests link Brandon Weathers, 41, to a series of four rapes in 2002 and 2004 — attacks that targeted young black women, terrorized the Omaha community and led Omaha police to employ controversial measures to try to find the rapist. Armed with a judge’s order — based on a state law that requires all felons to submit a DNA sample — prison officials approached Weathers last week to obtain his DNA. Weathers reportedly refused, then resisted. Guards held him down and collected his DNA with a swab to the inside of his cheek. The Nebraska State Patrol DNA lab then connected his sample to four unsolved rapes, and Kleine said he expects to charge Weathers with four counts of first-degree sexual assault. Weathers is serving a 100- to 160-year prison term on his 2015 conviction for raping a 13-year-old foster child. |
DNA links 36-year-old to rapes of women in San Antonio, Killeen SAN ANTONIO — A 36-year-old man was arrested last week for allegedly sexually assaulting two women at an earlier date, according to court documents. Terrell Jenkins faces two second-degree felony charges of sexual assault. He faces up to 20 years in prison for each charge, if convicted. A 53-year-old woman said she was sexually assaulted on July 7, 2016, while walking through a park in San Antonio. Jenkins allegedly sexually assaulted her and shoved leaves in her mouth, according to the arrest affidavit. |
Woman lying on sand in Miami Beach awakened by (black) robbers/attempted rapists at 4:30 AM, police say MIAMI BEACH, Fla. - A woman who was lying on the sand early Monday in Miami Beach was awakened by two robbers, authorities said. The robbery and attempted rape was reported just before 4:30 a.m. in the 2100 block of the beach. According to an arrest report, the victim fell asleep on the sand for about five minutes when she was awakened by two men who were next to her. Police said Joseph Oliver, 26, grabbed the woman's throat, choking and suffocating her. Police said Nesly Guerrier, 30, told the victim: "Don't talk, don't yell, don't scream. I have a gun. What do you have? Where's your jewelry? Where's your money? Where's your phone? I'm going to kill you." She said Oliver took off her shirt, causing her sports bra to lift up above her breasts. Guerrier began yelling at the victim: "He is going to (expletive) you." The victim told authorities that Oliver then pulled down her workout pants and lowered his shorts before moving closer to her. |

Watch: Fight on KCATA bus sends man with knife through windshield KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A fight on a KCATA bus Saturday night ended with one person being stabbed and both men going through the bus windshield. Surveillance video shows a woman who was sitting across the aisle from the men take two small children to a rear exit of the bus as the men continued scuffling next to the driver. They crashed into the front windshield, shattering it, and at one point both of them were hanging out the front of the bus as one them held a knife. Police say one person was stabbed, they haven’t announced any arrests. |
Mother assaulted by a pack of (feral fatherless black) teen girls after dropping off kids at daycare in Takoma Park  TAKOMA PARK, Md. — In recent weeks, Terry Delasanta has been most worried about a series of smash-and-grab robberies from cars parked outside her Takoma Park child care center. Then, out of nowhere, came the violent attack Monday morning, against a woman parked at Tulip and Willow Avenues, less than a half-block away. “It was actually one of the parents in our program that was assaulted,” she recalls. “We’re continuing to be very concerned about our safety.” The victim, a petite mother in her 30s, had just dropped her children off at Takoma Park Childhood Development Center, where Delasanta is the director. Police say just before eight o’clock, in the midst of commuter hour, a group of six to seven teen girls, approached the woman’s car; then seconds later, one of them assaulted her, then shocked her with a stun gun. Tia Williams, 18, Mishia Williams, 18, Bernadette Williams, 18, Iyarner Taylor, 18, and a 17-year-old girl were charged with 1st and 2nd Degree Assault, Attempted Carjacking, Disorderly Conduct and Conspiracy to Commit all of the above offenses. |

Video captures obese black woman on the hood of car in Houston HOUSTON, Texas — We've seen some pretty crazy stuff on Houston highways and this is no exception. A viewer was driving on the Pinemont overpass near Highway 290 when he filmed a woman riding on the hood of a car. Ex-Cub Scouts ‘den mom’ charged with kiddie porn after grooming boy  A former Cub Scouts leader from Arkansas was arrested on charges stemming from an alleged relationship with a teenage pack member whose parents claim she groomed the boy. Christina McCafferty, 38, of West Memphis, was charged Saturday with sexual indecency with a child and computer child pornography, according to Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. The charges come three months after she was dismissed as a “den mother” from the Cub Scouts pack. Police said McCafferty had an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old boy, who she would allegedly call and video chat outside of pack meetings. |

(Negro) Evansville murder suspect in court for murder of (White) woman)  EVANSVILLE, IN — The man facing a murder charge in the death of Jamie Baker made his first court appearance Thursday morning. Deryan Cook, 20, faced a judge by video conference from the jail. During the hearing Cook told the judge, "It was not me." He also said, "I was in the wrong place at the wrong time." Cook told the judge he understood the charges against him and claimed he knows who killed Baker. The 40-year-old Evansville woman was shot in the back while walking on Cass Avenue around 2:00 a.m. Monday. According to a police affidavit released Thursday morning, Baker was walking with a friend to get a battery for his truck. The friend says a man with "an angry look in his eye" walked passed them, then started to follow them. Baker's friend says the man yelled for them to get on the ground. That's when he says he told Baker to run, and he heard several gunshots. When the friend looked back, he says he saw the shooter running away. The friend says he fell to the ground next to Baker and called 911. Police say surveillance video supports the friend's story. Authorities say a witness who saw police on Cass Avenue after the shooting, later ran into a man he knows only as "Doc." He says Doc told him he shot a girl four times, or he "lit off four clips and had five left." The witness told authorities it was a .40 caliber pistol, which matches the caliber and number of shots used to kill Baker. Police were able to track down Cook by his nickname and address given to them by the witness. They say he was found at Kinway Apartments Wednesday with several other people. One of those people told officers Cook had a .40 caliber gun, but had gotten rid of it. Police say Baker's friend was able to pick Cook out of a lineup. Officers say Cook first denied any involvement, but then admitted to following Baker and her friend until the shots were fired. He denies it was was him who pulled the trigger. Cook says another man was waiting to jump out and rob Baker and her friend. He's due back in court Tuesday morning. - (Black-on-white) |

Black wanted to be more than 'friends' with (White) woman that refused to date him, so he shot her and his worthless self  FORT WAYNE, Ind. ——Two people were injured after a gunman opened fire inside a Fort Wayne beauty school Monday evening before ultimately turning the gun on himself. Police were called around 6:45 p.m. Monday to Ravenscroft Beauty College at 4530 Lahmeyer Road on a report of an active shooter inside the school. When police arrived, they found a woman outside suffering from a gunshot wound. She was taken to a hospital in serious condition, where she was later downgraded to critical condition. Tuesday afternoon Fort Wayne police identified her as Patricia Ann Hahn, 29, of Fort Wayne. A second female victim arrived at a local hospital where she was listed in good condition. She has been identified by police as Alyssa L. Spade, 20, of Fort Wayne and has since been released from the hospital. Once police were able to get inside the building they found a man, believed to be the shooter, dead. He was identified Tuesday as 24-year-old Davion D. Brown of Fort Wayne. Brown died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound of the head, the coroner’s office said. Witnesses said that Brown and Hahn "knew one another", and the shooting appeared to be a domestic situation. Brown has two prior convictions in Allen Superior Court for robbery, according to court records. He was sentenced to four years in the Department of Corrections and was released in April 2014. Police said Brown went into the school and asked for Hahn. He found her in a breakroom where he started shooting. At one point, witnesses said he ran out of ammunition told Hahn to run, reloaded then began to chase her while shooting at her at she ran to safety. Police also described an act of heroism by Hahn. Dothan Police say, Stevie Springfield, 47, is facing two counts of assault second-degree and using a false identity to obstruct justice. Haley Anderson, 19, is charged with assault second-degree. Officers responded to the 200 block of Grandvilla Drive in reference to a loud noise complaint. According to DPD, the Springfield gave officers a false name when officers attempted to take him into custody. Both Springfield and Anderson began resisting arrest when officers attempted to detain them, police say. The bond for both Springfield and Anderson will be set at a later date, according to police. |
(Black) Knoxville man found guilty of raping, impregnating (10-year-old) girl twice - tried to blame twin brother A Knoxville man was found guilty on Wednesday of raping and impregnating a girl twice — once when she was 10 and again when she was 11. Trendell Ray Brady, 34, was convicted of two counts of rape of a child. When the victim was seven years old, Brady began dating a family member and occasionally babysat the victim and her siblings. Brady began molesting and sexually assaulting the victim, leading to rape. Twice, the victim became pregnant and fetal DNA evidence matched Brady. Brady admitted that he had sex with the girl, but he tried to blame his twin brother at trial. "There are not enough years in prison Brady can serve to repair the damage that has been done," said the District Attorney General, "However, I trust that the sentence in this case will ensure that Brady is never again able to harm a child." Each count of rape of a child carries a punishment between 25-40 years. |

Vincent McDuffie, 48, is accused of having a sexual relationship with the teen from June 2016 to May, the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement. McDuffie previously worked at Community Charter School of Paterson. McDuffie worked as an aide at School 18 in Paterson and making $29,000 a year, a Paterson Public Schools spokesperson said. He was terminated as of Friday. |

Oklahoma City Police Department reports show Darell Eugene Jones, 34, was arrested June 10 on a complaint of sexual battery. An officer working in the 200 block of E. Sheridan was approached by a man describing an incident where a man was grabbing women. The officer spoke with a woman who stated she was walking down the sidewalk when a man reached down and grabbed her by the genitals and that it was intentional and she was frightened. The victim then heard two women behind her stating that the same man had grabbed them by the genitalia. The women pointed out Jones as the same man that had allegedly assaulted them. A witness then told police he had allegedly observed Jones grab a woman as she walked by. Jones was then confronted and asked by the victims and witnesses why he was grabbing women. Police then arrested Jones and booked him in to the Oklahoma County Jail. |

Family sues to stop (black) ‘deadbeat’ son from ending mom’s life support   An incapacitated woman is slowly dying in a Bronx nursing home — and her desperate family has gone to court in hope of restoring nourishment they believe will bring her back to a normal life. Leonie LaMont’s family wants a state appeals court to restore water, food and other life support to the 65-year-old former nurse. They say her deadbeat son agreed to cut her life support to get her money. “You can’t just put this woman down like that,” said Marian McPherson, LaMont’s aunt. “I hate to see her die. She can get better and live, I see that. She’s not a vegetable.” McPherson, 66, said in court papers that LaMont tried to talk to her when she visited the Hebrew Home for the Aged this month and that a nurse confided her niece “is not brain dead.” But last week, the home removed her feeding tube. “The son wants her dead,” said Sandra Prowley, a lawyer for McPherson and other relatives. “It’s all about money.” LaMont immigrated to the US from Jamaica in 1967 and was a nurse at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital for many years to support her son, Donovan Johnson, 45. “He kept pushing her around asking her for money, money, money,” McPherson said. “She would say to me, ‘I’m so fed up with my son. Trial Begins for ( (LGBT-Queer dirty deviant black) Former Milwaukee Cop Who Killed (black man) Sylville Smith   The jury trial for Dominique Heaggan-Brown, the now former Milwaukee police officer who shot and killed 23-year-old Sylville Smith, is scheduled to begin Monday. Heaggan-Brown, who, like Smith, is black, is facing a first-degree reckless homicide charge for shooting Smith following a traffic stop back in August. The charge carries a maximum sentence of 60 years in prison. The shooting sparked two nights of protests across Milwaukee. The criminal complaint notes that both Heaggan-Brown and another officer on the scene at the time of the shooting were wearing body cameras. The footage from both officers shows that they chased Smith on foot. The complaint also details that the “video shows Smith slip to the ground and he approaches a chain link fence between two houses. The video shows Smith rise back to his feet with the gun still in his right hand and Smith turns his head and upper body towards the officer. He then raises the gun upward while looking in the direction of the officers and throws the gun over the fence into the yard. “While Smith raises his gun upward, P.O. Heaggan-Brown discharges one shot from his service weapon at Smith and Smith falls to the ground on his back,” the complaint also states, noting that after he fell to the ground, Smith was unarmed. |

Border Patrol Agents Arrest Attempted Cop-Killer, Child Molester after Illegal Crossing Border Patrol agents working in the Tucson Sector arrested two previously-deported Honduran nationals with felony convictions. One of the men had previously been convicted of attempting to kill a police officer while the second had a conviction for sexual activity with a child. The agents assigned to the Ajo Station observed a man illegally crossing the border near the Lukeville Port of Entry early on Thursday. After he made his way into Arizona, agents apprehended him and took him to the Ajo Station for processing, information obtained from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials by Breitbart Texas revealed. A records check revealed the 46-year-old Honduran national, Antonio Torres-Colindres, has a previous conviction out of the State of Florida for attempted murder of a law enforcement officer, officials stated. Agents processed the criminal alien and turned him over to Department of Justice officials for prosecution for illegal re-entry after removal as a convicted felon. About 24 hours later, agents working in the same area near Lukeville observed 23-year-old Wilmer Orlando Redondo-Ulloa illegally entering the U.S. Agents arrested the man and took him to the Ajo Station for processing. |

2 (blacks) are charged for deadly shooting (of White man) on Springfield's north side  SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Police arrested and prosecutors charged two men for the shooting death of a man on Wednesday afternoon in north Springfield. Police said the shooting happened after one of the men tried to steal drugs from a companion of the murder victim, and she resisted. Quincy Owens, 38, and Brandon McGary, 28, each face charges of second-degree murder, first-degree attempted robbery and armed criminal action for the death of Adam Hilburn, 34, of Springfield. A judge set bond at $500,000 for each. Police say Hilburn was shot in a parking lot between two businesses on Kansas Expressway at Talmage Street. He died at a hospital after his friend, Rebecca Strom, took him there. Police said he was shot in the chest. The probable cause statement said Strom and Hilburn were at a convenience store on Kearney Street east of Kansas. Strom sold some drugs to someone else, and then Owens approached her and also wanted to buy some drugs. They decided to do the deal elsewhere, and Owens and McGary followed Strom and Hilburn to the parking lot on Kansas. In the parking lot, Strom told police, Owens walked up to Strom, who was in the driver's seat, put a handgun to her head, and demanded that she give him the drugs. Strom said she grabbed the gun and fought with Owens. As she drove forward, Strom told police, Hilburn was shot, so she kept going and drove to the hospital. - (Black-on-white) |

Judge August Hand of the 22nd Judicial District sentenced him to life in prison. Testimony for the state had begun Wednesday in St. Tammany Parish and prosecutors were attempting to convince a jury that Jefferson was a man with a history spousal abuse who killed Nicole Veade Jefferson. Nicole Jefferson went missing after her birthday party on April 29, 2012, at the home the couple shared with their four children in the Greenleaves subdivision near Mandeville. Her body was found a week later in a wooded area off Interstate 12 west of Louisiana 21. Her neck showed "cutting marks,'' prosecutor John Alford told jurors in his opening statement. Although the couple had divorced in 2006, Alford told jurors Calvin Jefferson, 46, had moved back in with his ex-wife to help raise their children. Marvin Brummell pleaded guilty to indecent assault of a child and corruption of minors on Monday. In 2012 Dauphin County Children and Youth were at the 10 year-old victim’s home when the she told the caseworker that Brummell had been assaulting her. An investigation into the victim’s allegations resulted in charges against Brummell. |

Brandon Carraway, 34, of Mesquite was arrested Wednesday on charges of sexual assault, compelling prostitution under 18 and trafficking of persons under 18. The girl told police that she met Carraway in April while she was walking near a car wash on Malcolm X Boulevard in South Dallas. He took her to a Garland motel where he raped her. At the motel, she met 22-year-old Jalena Johnson, who bought condoms for the teen to use when she was sold. Johnson was also arrested Wednesday on a compelling prostitution charge. |

(Black) Louisville man pleads guilty to sex trafficking (pimping) of 14-year-old A Louisville man pleaded guilty Tuesday to sex trafficking a 14-year-old to help him pay off debts. Keith L. Napier Jr., 27, entered a guilty plea in U.S. District Court in Louisville to sex trafficking of a minor, which carries a 10-year minimum federal prison sentence. In March 2016, Napier asked an unidentified 14-year-old if he would help him pay off debts by performing sex acts for money. Over the next three months, he drove her to and from appointments, which were advertised on the website Backpage and usually staged at hotels, according to the plea agreement. Prosecutors said Napier "had a reasonable opportunity to observe" the girl and knew her real age. |

A Philadelphia woman is accused of attacking a police horse with a flag pole during an anti-Muslim rally in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania over the weekend. Police said the incident occurred during an ACT for America Rally Saturday at 11:32 a.m. on the Capital steps of North 3rd and State streets in Harrisburg. It was one of several rallies in cities across the nation Saturday that were sponsored by ACT for America. During the rally, protesters moved from the Capital steps onto N. 3rd Street throughout the midtown area, officials said.
