Black Teen Pleads Guilty to Gunfight That Left (White) Trooper Shot, Could Serve 146 Years   A teenager charged with shooting a state trooper after a chaotic car chase in downtown Philadelphia has pleaded guilty. Philly.com reports 18-year-old Giovanny Cotto has pleaded guilty to three counts of attempted murder and causing a catastrophe, among other charges. Judge Roxanne Covington told Cotto he could face a maximum of 146 years in prison. Prosecutors say Cotto was stopped in November 2015 for an expired registration. Before his car was towed, Cotto jumped in and sped off. The chase ended when his car crashed into a school bus. Cotto then drew a pistol and fired at Trooper Patrick Casey, who was struck in the shoulder. Cotto was later arrested after fleeing police. - (Black-on-white) |

(Black) arrested for the fatal shooting of a (White) man at Lincoln College  NASHVILLE, Tenn. - An 18-year-old has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a 30-year-old at Lincoln College of Technology. Adam Anderson, age 30, was shot and killed on May 1 in the parking lot of Lincoln College in the 2400 block of Emmett Avenue. Reports stated on Thursday that 18-year-old Keanthony Jones was taken into custody and charged with first degree murder. Authorities said at the time of his arrest Jones was free on bond for an aggravated robbery charge concerning an incident that happened in April. In that case, Jones was accused of robbing an 18-year-old acquaintance at gunpoint on South 8th Street. According to reports, Jones refused to speak with detectives Thursday afternoon. - (Black-on-white) |

A (BLACK) Bellefonte man killed his (white) wife and set the house on fire with a child inside, police say - two cats burned alive  A Bellefonte man is facing charges, including first and third degree murder, in the killing of his wife. Police said in a release that Courtney McGhee, 41, was hit with a blunt object several times, though an official ruling has not been made on the cause of her death. Her husband Charles McGhee, 37, became a suspect, police said, because he was witnessed fleeing the home after a fire began in the house. Police believe he intentionally set the fire to destroy evidence. A child was in the home at the time of the fire, woke up to the sound of smoke detectors and went to a neighbor’s house for safety, according to police. The neighbors then called 911 to report the fire. The child was interviewed by officers and said her parents had been arguing. She told police she awoke to the fire alarm at about 11 p.m. The child said Charles McGhee was “startled” when she opened the door, police said, and told her he had to go. Greenville man pleads guilty, sentenced in fiancee's stabbing death  GREENVILLE, Pitt County - The Greenville man who stabbed his fiancee to death in 2014 pleaded guilty Thursday and was sentenced. The Daily Reflector in Greenville reports Calvin Levance Clay, 28, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and three counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill. Clay was sentenced to between 432-567 months in prison -- a minimum of 36 years and a max of 47 years. Clay was arrested and charged with the death of Caitlin Shell Faulkenberry, 25, in 2014. Greenville Police responded to 4006 Whtiebridge Dr., Apt. 15 in Greenville on Nov. 21, 2014 at 6:30 a.m. and found Faulkenberry with multiple stab wounds. She later died at Vidant Medical Center. The newspaper reports police said in reports Clay left the apartment covered in blood and wearing only a pair of boxer shorts. He later crashed Faulkenberry's vehicle into three other vehicles, then allegedly jumped out and asked one people to kill him. The assault with a deadly weapon charges stem from the three crashes. - (Black-on-white) |

Black Chattanooga man charged with "domestic" stabbing of (white) woman to death  CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Chattanooga Police (CPD) are charging a 57-year-old man with criminal homicide and tampering with evidence in connection with a stabbing that happened on Sunday night. A release from the CPD says the incident happened just before 9 p.m. at a home in the 1500 block of Bailey Avenue. Officers responding to a call of a deceased person found the victim, 30-year-old Ashley Cates, dead from several cuts and stab wounds. Investigators say they observed evidence that helped lead them to a suspect in the case. Soon after, officers arrested Tyrone Murphy, who was then booked in the Hamilton County Jail. Pregnant mother is killed but her baby is saved by an emergency C-section after her six-year-old son accidentally ran her over with their minivan   A pregnant woman was killed after her six-year-old son accidentally put her car in gear and crushed her. Shannon MacLeod, who was eight-months pregnant, was rushed to hospital after the tragedy in Steilacoom, Washington but died on the way there. Her child, however, was saved after an emergency C-section - and has been named Joseph. Now Nathan MacLeod, one of the 35-year-old's seven children, has started a fundraising page to pay for his mom's funeral. Sheriff - ‘We’ve found our monster’  An ex-convict from Alabama was arrested early Thursday on charges of kidnapping, killing and disposing of the body of a 12-year-old Pensacola girl. Escambia County Sheriff David Morgan said during a news conference that Robert Letroy Howard, 38, of East Brewton, Ala., often “frequented” the apartment of his girlfriend in the Aspen Village apartment complex where Naomi Jones lived with her family. The child was reported missing May 31, and her body was found approximately four miles away by fishermen in Eight Mile Creek on Monday. Investigators came into contact with Howard as they canvassed the neighborhood after Naomi was reported missing, Morgan said. He added that Howard gave authorities “false information” that he was in Alabama when the child disappeared. According to Morgan, surveillance video from residents captured Howard’s vehicle by the creek where Naomi’s body was found. Investigators put him under surveillance and took him into custody soon after. He was booked into the Escambia County Jail at 4:26 a.m. Thursday. Records show Howard was convicted in 1999 on two counts of sexual assault and rape and served 15 years in an Alabama prison. |
Ex-Milwaukee inmate who says (black) officer raped her awarded $6.7M MILWAUKEE - A former inmate who says a Milwaukee County jail officer sexually assaulted her while she was pregnant in 2013 has been awarded $6.7 million. But the federal jury on Wednesday rejected the woman's claim that she was unconstitutionally shackled while giving birth during her incarceration. Sheriff David Clarke defended the practice in a 2015 deposition as necessary to protect hospital staff, saying doctors can ask for shackles to be removed if medically necessary. Prosecutors charged Xavier Thicklen with sexual assault of the inmate but dismissed the charges in 2014 in an agreement charging him with felony misconduct in public office. He pleaded no contest but the court ultimately found him guilty. Jurors found Wednesday that Thicklen was acting as a county employee when the alleged assaults happened. He's no longer employed by Milwaukee County, which is expected to appeal. |

(Black) Man Receives 15 Years After Killing Ex-girlfriend By Lighting Her on Fire BLYTHEVILLE, Ark. – A Mississippi County jury found a man guilty of pouring gas and setting fire to a woman in Blytheville back in 2016. Kordarro Woodard, 25, was convicted of first degree murder in the death of Martha George, 37. Woodard went to George’s home after midnight on June 19, 2016 where he argued and fought with her, poured gas on her, then caused her to catch fire with his lighter. During trial, Woodard claimed George set herself on fire in an attempted suicide because he was talking to other women. Judge Cindy Thyer followed the jury’s recommendation and sentenced Woodard to 15 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. - (Burned Alive!) |
Gun fired inside Las Vegas Strip casino when police confront teenage patrons A gunshot was fired Tuesday at a Strip casino as police tried to take into custody two teenage patrons suspected of loitering. No one was injured in the shooting about 12:30 a.m. at Planet Hollywood Resort. Hotel security approached the suspects because they were thought to be underage. The shooting occurred when one of the two tried to escape. The suspect tried to grab a handgun from his waistband during a tussle. While police tried to stop him from removing the gun, he said, the suspect fired a round into the floor. Police also found a handgun on the second suspect. A 17-year-old minor, who was not identified because of his age, fired the gunshot and will face felony charges in juvenile court. The other suspect, identified by police as Rayshawn Strickland, 19, was arrested on an outstanding fugitive warrant. He is accused of carrying a concealed firearm. |
Fight leads to stabbing at North Park rap concert SAN DIEGO — Rapper XXXTentacion was knocked unconscious and a 19-year-old concertgoer was stabbed during a brawl that broke out during a performance at the Observatory North Park. Someone rushed up on stage and punched XXXTentacion around 8:45 p.m. Wednesday. The rapper was whisked offstage as security guards fought with about 10 other people. At some point during the melee, the 19-year-old victim was stabbed. He was taken to a hospital and was treated for a non-life-threatening injury, according to the sergeant. The venue was emptied following the fight and police officers were on hand to make sure the crowd dispersed. |

Video shows Jersey City cops kicking, dragging innocent Hispanic on fire after crash caused by negro  JERSEY CITY, New Jersey —— Cellphone video shows police officers kicking and dragging an innocent bystander who was on fire following a chase and fiery crash in New Jersey Sunday night. The incident happened just after 11 p.m. as Jersey City police officers tried to stop the driver. During the pursuit the fleeing driver was involved in two different crashes. In the first, officers fired shots at the driver as he tried to drive between two lanes of traffic, but they say the driver, 48-year-old Leo Pinkston, kept going. Several blocks later, the fleeing driver crashed into a utility pole, causing a fire that somehow injured another driver in a different car. It's apparently this driver, 28-year-old Miguel Feliz, who can be seen in the video. He gets out of his car and is on fire as officers approach him. |

Negro arrested after refusing to wear pants in public, police say  ROCK HILL, S.C. – A Rock Hill man was arrested Wednesday after police said he refused to put on pants while out in public, claiming he is a nudist. According to Rock Hill Police, officers were dispatched to the 400 block of South Cherry Road in reference to a pantless man walking along the street. When police arrived, they located a black male clothed in only a yellow shirt. When officers asked the man for his name, the suspect, later identified as Derrick Melton, told officers, “I plead the fifth (amendment).” Melton allegedly told police his last name was Melton, telling officers “I think it sounds better.” Officers told Melton to return home and put on pants if he wanted to walk in public, but Melton declared he was a nudist, police said. When told not wearing pants while walking around the city was illegal, Melton allegedly said, “then go ahead and arrest me for indecent exposure because I’m not putting on any pants.” Melton was arrested and charged with indecent exposure and giving a false identity to police. Melton's mother told NBC Charlotte that he has mental health issues and was off his meds. She says he is now in the hospital receiving treatment. |

Police arrest (black) man accused of shooting and killing (White) man who accidentally struck (black) child in Walnut Hills   CINCINNATI -- Police have arrested the man they said killed a driver who accidentally hit a boy with his car. Deonte Baber, 25, shot Jamie Urton in March on Kenton Street in Walnut Hills, police previously said. Baber is facing a murder charge in Urton's death. "He's a piece of crap and he needs to go to jail for the rest of his life," Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters said. Police identified Baber as a suspect in March, but had been unable to find him. Covington police with the Cincinnati Police Department's Fugitive Apprehension Unit arrested Baber in Covington Tuesday. The boy's father, Jamall Killings, is also facing charges of murder and felonious assault. He pleaded not guilty to the charges in April. Urton had been driving on Kenton Street between Burbank and Wilkinson at about noon March 24 when the 4-year-old boy jumped out from behind two cars, according to Deters. He said the collision "was clearly not the driver's fault." Urton stopped, and he was pulled from the car, Deters said. He was beaten and then shot. - (Black-on-white) |

A dashcam caught the whole thing on video. “All of a sudden the next thing I know (he was) jumping and kicking in the windshield,” the victim, who asked only to be identified as Kristen, told. . “I was so terrified.” Kristen’s dashcam caught him jumping on the hood of her car before stomping on her windshield. “I have no clue why this happened and why me?” Kristen said. (BLACK) Duo denied bond in Colleton Co. murder of (white) man   Colleton County deputies are investigating a shooting that killed 29-year-old Joseph Jacob Leeman. Two suspects have been apprehended in this case, Corey Niko Sanders, 25, and Dana Castillo Martinez, 37, according to Lt. Benton with the Colleton County Sheriff's Office. Sanders and Martinez were denied bond for their murder charges in bond court Sunday morning. Both will remain incarcerated in the Colleton County Detention Center. On Saturday just after midnight, Colleton County Dispatch received a call reference to a shooting that occurred at 27 Nunuville Rd. in Walterboro. Deputies responded and located a male victim deceased from an apparent gunshot wound to the head, they say. CPS case worker: Child starved, beaten, kept in closet - (white) mother and her (black) live-in sex partner charged   A 4-year-old boy was beaten, denied food, and locked in a closet coated with his feces and urine, witnesses testified in a child abuse case. Battle Creek police feared Maloyd Gaines might die from the neglect and abuse after he was taken for medical treatment to Bronson Battle Creek on March 22 by his mother, Megan Schug, 23. She is charged with second-degree child abuse and appeared in Calhoun County District Court for a preliminary examination before Judge James Norlander. Schug's live-in boyfriend, Issac "Mike" Miller, 35, also is charged. "The boy was very thin to the point he was very sickly," said Zaleski, who was called to the hospital that evening. "He had abrasions and cuts and rashes all over his body," Zaleski said. "His toes were blackened and swollen and his hands also were swollen." Zaleski told the judge he went to the home that night, where Schug, Miller and four children were living, and found a small couch, small TV and small TV stand in the living room but no other furniture in the house. There were no beds, little food, and only clothes and trash strewn about. On the second floor, Zaleski found a strong smell of human waste Miller treated Schug's two older children — Maloyd and his sister — badly because they were fathered by another man. The two younger children, one fathered by Miller and the second born after Miller moved in with Schug, were treated as his own and much better. |

Drunk and/or 'high' black man arrested after 2 (elderly citizens) killed in Fort Worth hit-and-run crash   FORT WORTH -- A man has been arrested for DWI after police say he caused an accident that left two people dead. Officers were called to the scene of a major crash Tuesday evening at South Pipeline Road and Euless South Main Street. They discovered that Kevin Jernigan, 38, was fleeing from a minor accident down the street when he ran a red light, causing a three-vehicle crash. Louise Hudson, 80, was pronounced dead at the scene. James Hudson, 79, died a short time later at the hospital. |
Suffolk DA: Hempstead man indicted in rape of juvenile A Hempstead man has been indicted in the rape of a juvenile, prosecutors said Wednesday. Jamal Taylor, 33, of Gladys Avenue, will be arraigned Thursday in Riverhead on an indictment charging him with third-degree rape, the Suffolk County district attorney’s office said. advertisement | advertise on newsday The indictment stems from Taylor’s “having sexual relations with a juvenile female in Brentwood last month,” Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said in a statement. Suspect arrested for June 2 sexual assault on West Inman Street in Statesboro STATESBORO, GA — A suspect has been arrested for a reported sexual assault on West Inman Street in Statesboro that occurred on June 2. Just before 11 p.m., officers responded to West Inman Street in reference to a reported sexual assault and met with the victim. Officers determined that the suspect fled the scene. The victim advised the officer that the suspect was known to her and that they met through an on-line dating site. The victim was transported to the Teal House for a sexual assault examination. The investigation resulted in an arrest warrant being issued for 31-year-old Jarvis Dontez Walker, of Millen, Georgia for the offense of rape. On June 5, Walker was arrested. |
Woman abducted, sexually assaulted; police search for 2nd suspect McKEES ROCKS, Pa. - The Allegheny County Police Department’s general investigations unit is searching for a second suspect in connection with the abduction and sexual assault of a woman in Stowe Township. The 30-year-old victim told police that she was forced into a vehicle at about 9:30 p.m. Sunday while walking on McCoy Road in Stowe. The victim told police that she was taken to a home on Pleasant Ridge Road in Stowe, where she was sexually and physically assaulted. County police said the woman was blindfolded and tied up with belts, bandannas and electrical cords. The woman said she was beaten, burned, and doused in alcohol and bleach for 35 hours. Marnell Watts, 37, of Stowe Township, is charged in connection with the incident. The department has also obtained an arrest warrant for Edward Darnel Ponton, 32, for his role in the assault. Ponton is described as a black male, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds. He drives an older-model gold Buick LeSabre with tinted windows. |

According to prosecutors, Gerald Duane Day entered the victim’s house n the 19000 block of Raymond. at around 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 15, assaulted the 37-year-old female resident; and, holding a handgun to her hard asked her where her valuables were located before sexually assaulting her. |
Police seek (black) man accused of dragging, raping woman behind high school ATLANTA – Police say 20-year-old Tovoris Gordon attacked a woman walking home by dragging her and then raping her two years ago. Now, they need your help finding him. On May 11, 2015, the victim was walking home on Beckwith Street in Atlanta around 4 a.m., when a black male, wearing a patterned red shirt passed her. After she passed him, she told Atlanta Police investigator, J. Storno in a hospital interview, that the man grabbed her from behind. She tried fighting her way from his grasp, but he through her down to the ground. He told her to shut up and stop screaming. She told police that Gordon then dragged her off the road and nearby the football field and track, behind Washington High School. He then, she said, pushed her face into the concrete where he undressed her and sexually assaulted her. The suspect has never been captured. CrimeStoppers is offering a $2,000 reward leading to Gordon’s arrest and indictment for the 2015 crime. |
Police: (Black female) Woman Drugs, Robs Men She Meets At LA Nightclubs HOLLYWOOD – Investigators are trying to identify a woman wanted for drugging and robbing men in Hollywood, Beverly Hills and West Los Angeles. Los Angeles police reported Tuesday that the suspect met her victims in or outside nightclubs. After being invited to their homes, she used an unknown substance to “poison or drug the victims, causing them to become incapacitated,” police said in a news release. She then stole jewelry and money from them, police said. One such incident occurred on March 5 and resulted in the theft of $200,000 worth of items and cash. The two victims, Gary and Stan, said they met the suspect at the Argyle in Hollywood and invited her back to an apartment. Surveillance video showed the three walking up to the unit. Once there, the suspect made the two men drinks and they both passed out. She is described as black, 20-years-old, 5-foot-6 and 120 pounds. She has large tattoos on her left leg, left hip and back. |
2 black suspects, 1 employee wounded in Victorville pawnshop shootout  VICTORVILLE, Calif. — Two robbery suspects and a pawnshop employee were wounded during a shootout inside the Victorville business Tuesday. The incident happened around 2 p.m. in the 15100 block of 7th Street. Authorities said two men entered the shop, appearing to be interested in a gaming system and a gun on display. The two men then tried to rob the store, authorities said, and one employee was armed, which led to a shootout. Both suspects and one of the store employees were struck in the shooting. All of them were taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The co-owner of another pawnshop next door said these types of situations are why store owners need to be armed. "Usually pawnshops are in bad areas as it is, so we have to be armed because the criminals are armed. They don't abide by laws so we've got to make sure we're armed. I have at least four mags on me, extra mags at all times," Aaron Heckenlaiele said. |
Dad charged with suffocating his (black) 7-year-old daughter  A 7-year-old girl from New Rochelle, NY, has been found suffocated and her father was charged with murder, according to a report. Gabriele White, a second-grader at William B. Ward Elementary School, was found dead Tuesday in their home. Police said they would not speculate on a motive for the killing, which they believed was caused by asphyxia by suffocation. The exact cause was pending an autopsy. Cops responded to a babysitter’s call about 3:20 p.m. Tuesday after she found the father, Neil White, bleeding on his arms, police said Wednesday. White’s wife, Michelle Hord-White, filed for divorce in April and the couple was living apart, sharing custody of Gabriele, the paper reported. In January, police responded to the home over a verbal dispute between Neil White and Michelle Hord-White. It was resolved and officers left after a few minutes. |

Fight Between McDonald’s Workers Ends With Stabbing FORT WORTH —– An argument between two McDonald’s employees turned violent late Tuesday night as one of the workers pulled out a knife. The incident happened just before midnight at the location near the Hulen Mall in south Fort Worth. Police and paramedics were called to the scene. An officer there explained that one employee stabbed another employee after they got into some sort of disagreement. There has been no word yet about why they were fighting. The suspect then fled from the restaurant. Authorities found 23-year-old suspect Joseph Edward Bruce II a short time later. He was arrested and has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. His bond has been set at $30,000. |
Ft. Wayne beauty college gunman upset woman wouldn't date him FORT WAYNE, Ind. — The Latest on the shootings of two women at a Fort Wayne beauty college. Fort Wayne police say a man who shot two women at a Fort Wayne beauty college before turning the gun on himself was upset that one of the women would not date him. Police spokesman Michael Joyner told a news conference Tuesday that 24-year-old Davion D. Brown entered Ravenscroft Beauty College on Monday evening carrying a backpack and found that woman, 29-year-old Patricia Ann Hahn of Fort Wayne, in a break room and began shooting with a .22 caliber semi-automatic handgun, striking her as many as nine times. Police says Hahn is hospitalized in stable condition. Joyner says investigators believe Hahn tried to protect the second woman, 20-year-old Alyssa L. Spade of Fort Wayne. Spade suffered a graze wound. Joyner says officers found Brown dead from a self-inflict gunshot wound. 3:09 p.m. |

"For $2,100, they killed three people and shot me five times," Archer says. Now, he and others are awaiting the Thursday execution of Robert Bryant Melson -- the man convicted of firing the shots that wounded Archer and killed Nathaniel Baker, Tamika Collins and Darrell Collier. The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday night cleared the way for the execution after lifting a stay of it issued last week by the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Archer says he considers himself a survivor -- not a victim -- of the April 1994 shooting at a Gadsden Popeyes restaurant. Archer was just 17 when two men, Melson and Cuhuatemoc Peraita, robbed the store. |
Upset about car repossession, (crazed and unhinged black) KC man accused of terrorist threats against auto loan employees KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Jackson County Prosecutors charged a 30-year-old Kansas City man with harassment and making terroristic threats after police say he threatened employees and their families at Auto Bank KC, 6901 E. Front Street, when the business informed him they would have to repossess his vehicle if he didn’t catch up on payments. The criminal complaint says Santos and a friend were driving down Park Avenue in a Chevrolet Trailblazer at more than 70 miles per hours. Witnesses told investigators the SUV had gone through at least three red lights. Santos ran the red light at the intersection with 15th Street East, crashing into a Honda Fit driven by 47-year-old Krista Sandstrom. She was later declared dead at the scene.Officers found the passenger in a parking ramp, and Santos nearby on the street. He resisted arrest and told the officers he is in the infamous Sureños gang. |

Virginia man who traveled to join ISIS guilty on terror charges  ALEXANDRIA, Va. – A jury on Wednesday convicted a Virginia man on terrorism charges after he traveled to Syria and Iraq to join the Islamic State group and volunteered to serve as a suicide bomber. Twenty-seven-year-old Mohamad Khweis of Alexandria left the U.S. in December 2015 for Turkey, looking for a way to get across the Syrian border and join the militant group. He eventually spent three months in Islamic State(ISIS)-controlled territory before reconsidering his choice and escaping. He was captured in March 2016 by Kurdish forces in northern Iraq. |

Kera Teel was transported to Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital where the baby was delivered. The couple was planing on naming their unborn daughter Kyndal Jae. Teel and her mother were returning home from a doctor's appointment in Galveston when two men walked up to their car, robbed them, shot Teel, and fled. Teel's mother was in the car when the shooting happened. Officer Morrow said this is a capital murder case because the killings took place during a robbery. “These were completely innocent victims, and so we’re really sad about the loss of life out here,” she said. Ezeoma Obioha received the sentence after tearful statements were read by the victim's relatives in court. He was convicted last December for fatally shooting Carrie Melvin. The two had worked together. Bernard Melvin, Carrie's father, spoke about how hard it's been on his family to lose Carrie. "I have held my wife often as she cried herself to sleep. On several occasions, she has yelled herself hoarse, screaming at the individual person who did this," he said. On July 5, 2015, 30-year-old Carrie was killed on Sunset Boulevard. In addition to life without parole, Obioha also received an additional 25 years to life for the special allegation that the murder was committed for financial gain. Prosecutors won the case based on evidence that Obioha owed Carrie more than $1,600 for social media work she had done to promote his company. They also portrayed him as a man with a crush that Carrie did not reciprocate. A stolen SUV being chased by police crashed into his family's car at St. Louis Lambert International Airport. The family is asking for prayers this morning. The stolen car hit the family's car outside of Terminal 2. Caleb is struggling to survive. His five-year-old brother Evan is in critical but stable condition. Their mother is also in the hospital. The family had just returned to St. Louis from a trip to Disney World. Their aunt, Brittany Lee was able to leave the hospital Tuesday night and spoke with news. The SUV sped away from Normandy police during a traffic stop. It had been stolen in a carjacking in St. Louis city. Death penalty upheld for (BLACK BEAST) ‘Bedroom Basher’ killer of 6 in Orange County  SAN FRANCISCO — The California Supreme Court has upheld the death sentence of a man dubbed the “Bedroom Basher,” who was convicted of a series of slayings that occurred in the late 1970s in Orange County. The court issued its decision Monday. Gerald Parker was sentenced to death following his conviction on murder charges in the slayings of five women in Orange County and the unborn child of a Tustin woman who survived an attack. The attacks occurred in 1978 and 1979, but remained unsolved until prosecutors say DNA evidence linked them to Parker in 1996. That evidence cleared a man – a husband of one a woman who survived – who had been in prison for nearly 17 years in the incident. Prosecutors say Parker — a staff sergeant in the U.S. Marines — broke into the women’s apartments, sexually assaulted and beat them. Parker was convicted of first-degree murders in the home-invasion rape-murders of Sandra Fry, Kimberly Rawlins, Marolyn Carleton, Debora Kennedy and Debra Senior; and the death of the unborn girl Chantal Green. The crimes happened in Anaheim, Costa Mesa, and Tustin. |

Struggling (White female) artist’s sketch helps cops catch her (black male) attacker  Laura Murray was barely making rent drawing portraits of tourists in Central Park when she was mugged at gunpoint in the lobby of her West Harlem apartment building. The daughter of an Oklahoma City cop, Murray, then 21, stayed calm as the attack unfolded on an afternoon in November 2012. Her two assailants, whom she would learn were an uncle and nephew, dragged her to an unlit hallway. The nephew held her up to the wall by her neck, while the uncle pointed a gun in her face. “He kept a really quiet voice and said, ‘If you scream I’m going to shoot you,” Murray recalled to The Post.“I’m trying really hard to make eye contact thinking he won’t shoot me if I keep eye contact.” But her training at the School of Visual Arts kicked in, and she started to memorize every detail of the older man’s appearance. “He was really, really tall, but he was very skinny. He had these eyes that looked really tired. He had kind of a broad nose and a slight ridge in his nose. Pretty noticeable cheekbones, kind of gaunt,” she recalled. She handed over her wallet. “I was broke. I think they got like two dollars,” Murray said. But she refused to give up her cellphone, falsely telling them she didn’t sssssve one. When they told her to face the wall and said, “Don’t move, don’t scream,” she feared the worst. Instead, she heard them leave. She immediately called police and sprinted upstairs to her fifth-floor apartment. “I was bawling,” she said. “As soon as I got upstairs, I grabbed a sketch pad and started sketching the guy’s face. A day later, a detective called. “We have two men in custody who mugged a girl at gunpoint. One of them looks just like your sketch. Can you come in and ID these people?” the detective said, according to Murray. She picked the perps — Robert Yarbrough and his nephew — out of a lineup. The nephew, a minor at the time, pleaded guilty to robbery and got eight years in prison. But Yarbrough, who had previously been convicted on weapons and drug charges as well as a 1975 rape in The Bronx, chose to go to trial. Murray testified against him, and her sketch was introduced as evidence. Yarbrough was sentenced to 44 years to life in 2014. He will be 97 at his possible earliest release date. - (Black-on-white) |
Judge sets bond for (adulterous promiscuous black) HIV Murder suspect - victim was his adulterous fornicating white girlfriend  TOLEDO, Ohio — Update: A Lucas county judge set bond for Ronald Murdock at $1.5 million. He will be back in court June 13th. A Toledo man is charged with murder for allegedly having sex with a woman and giving her HIV. Her son is angry and has a message everyone should hear. "If you're going to be in a relationship make sure you get checked period," said Josh Klempner. Toledo police charged Ronald Murdock with murder and felonious assault. The married man is accused of having unprotected sex without disclosing he was HIV positive to his girlfriend Kimberly Klempner. Her death certificate says she died in February of 2017 from AIDS. "It would be different if he would let people know that he had it before he got in that relationship. He didn't so that right there tells me and everybody else that he has no care.The only person he's worried about is himself," said Klempner. According to a police report his victim told police she was in a relationship with Murdock for the last five years. She told investigators she learned she was HIV positive in 2015 and when she told Murdock he didn't seem bothered by it. "My mother found out about some pills he had. She stayed the night at his house one night and she felt something was up. She did some snooping and ran across a few pill bottles. She did a little research on them and found out that way," said Klempner. The police report also states Murdock's wife discovered that Murdock and Klempner were having an affair and told Klempner that Murdock was HIV positive. He claimed that was a lie. "He should of warned her. He should have told her. I don't want him out here on the streets. The way I see it they should just bury him under the jail." According to Ohio law, you are required to tell your partner if you are HIV positive or have AIDS. If you don't you can be charged with murder or felonious assault. - (Black-on-white) |

King was charged with first- and third-degree sexual assault and one count of capturing/distributing an image of an unclothed person; the Detroit Free Press says he faces up to life in prison if convicted. U.S. Marshals arrested Wesley Cunningham, 27, at Sam’s Club on College Road in Wilmington around 6:30 p.m. Monday. Wilmington Police Spokesperson Cathryn Lindsay says the first crime happened April 9, but the adult female victim didn’t report it until June 1. Cunningham is charged with 2nd degree sexual offense in that case. Lindsay says the second incident happened on April 30 in the 300 block of S. Kerr Ave. and involved a 19-year-old female. KCK man charged in reported Westport rape, kidnapping KANSAS CITY, MO — A KCK man has been charged in connection with a reported rape and kidnapping of a 23-year-old woman on Friday after meeting in a bar. Derek D. Donnell, 31, faces two counts of rape or first-degree attempted rape, kidnapping and sodomy or first-degree attempted sodomy. The victim stated she met Donnell in Westport and went to his car to smoke marijuana with him. Donnell began to drive and touch her breasts and vagina over her dress soon after she got into his vehicle. After telling him to stop, Donnell forced her into the backseat and removed her underwear. With his hands around her neck, he forced her to have sex. The victim ran away, but he chased her, caught her and struck her with a closed fist. The victim said Donnell had sex with her again and forced her to perform oral sex on him. She escaped a second time and waved down officers. The officers were in the area and heard screaming. They then saw the woman waving them down. The officers reported she was hysterical, barefoot and covered in dirt and leaves. |
(Black) Man arrested for kidnapping, sexually assaulting woman after burglarizing home COLLEGE STATION, TX —— College Station police said that they have arrested a man who kidnapped a woman and sexually assaulted her while she was jogging after he had burglarized a home. Police said that they responded to the 700 block of Highland Street, which is less than a mile away from the Texas A&M campus, for a suspicious person call on Monday. The person who called police said that a man was at the door of their home, demanding entry. When police began to search for the suspect, a man approached an officer. Police later identified the man as the suspect. Police said Raymond Bailey Jr. struck the officer’s vehicle with his hand and began to make erratic comments of sexual nature to the officer. During this time, police said a vehicle pulled up next to the officer, and a woman in the vehicle said the suspect had kidnapped her and sexually assaulted her. |

Police believe the man they arrested was exposing himself and touching himself inappropriately in front of women while riding the Metro. One woman ever tweeted a video of it happening to her. Shortly after 7 p.m., police say officers stopped a man who matched the description of a person of interest in an indecent exposure incident. The woman who witnessed the incident is working with police to make a positive identification. |

Black pimp, white-named female charged with human trafficking of a minor JESSUP, Md. - Howard County police have charged a man and a woman with human trafficking of a 16-year-old girl. Andre Lamar Russell, 28, and Heather Lynn Harding, 23, were charged for forcing the girl into prostitution. According to detectives, Russell approached the teen, who had been reported as a runaway, and offered her a place to stay. Police said he then sexually assaulted her and forced her to use drugs. Investigators believe that Russell and Harding coordinated prostitution appointments and forced the teen to perform sex acts for money, which Russell then took for himself. Detectives said he placed ads on the website Backpage, which is known to be used for prostitution advertising. On May 31, detectives received a tip that a man was offering sexual services with a teenage girl for money in the Jessup area. On June 1, officers observed Russell with Harden at a motel. Detectives responded and located a 16-year-old girl in their motel room. Russell and Harding were then arrested. |
Black Sports: Imprisoned former Cleveland Brown Reggie Rucker's NFL pension garnished to pay back money he stole CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Former Cleveland Browns wide receiver Reggie Rucker has agreed to let the federal government garnish $394 a month from his NFL pensions to pay back the money he stole from his nonviolence nonprofilts. Rucker, 69, still owes the vast majority of the $110,841.37 that U.S. District Judge Dan Polster ordered him to pay when he sentenced Rucker in August to 21 months in prison. The monthly garnishments will mark the first meaningful payments Rucker will make to the Cleveland Peacemakers Alliance and other groups. Rucker, who is in a federal prison in Lisbon, receives $2,390.75 a month from NFL pension plans, according to court filings. Polster signed the order approving the garnishment on Friday, after Rucker and federal prosecutors agreed on the amount. - (Black Sports) |
(Black) Grandma accused of fatally stabbing 18-month-old toddler COLTON, Calif. -- A Southern California woman who was once found not guilty by reason of insanity to the attempted murder of her own children was arrested early Tuesday on suspicion of stabbing her daughter and two granddaughters, one fatally. The Colton Police Department had been looking for Nicole Darrington-Clark, 43, since the Monday morning attack that left an 18-month-old granddaughter dead and critically injured her daughter and a 5-year-old granddaughter. The children's mother and the 5-year-old, who was found hiding in a closet, are recovering in the hospital after being upgraded to good condition. In an earlier case, Darrington-Clark pleaded guilty to stabbing her 14-year-old son and throwing her 10-year-old daughter out of a moving minivan in 2005. |
Akron man shot twice at house after argument over sneakers, police say AKRON, Ohio -- An Akron man fired two shots at a house before he climbed a tree and sneaked inside through a window following an argument over a pair of sneakers, police said. Horace M. Johnson II, 30, is charged with aggravated burglary and improperly discharging a firearm at a habitation in the Friday incident. No injuries were reported. Johnson went to the house just after 9:30 p.m. and argued with a resident over a pair of sneakers. A woman ordered Johnson to leave and locked the door behind him, police said. The woman then heard two gunshots strike the house. She ran upstairs to the attic and called 911. Johnson then climbed a tree and sneaked inside through an open window, police said. Several people inside the house caught him and held him down until officers arrived. |

Karell Chambers, 33, and three other men were sitting in a car about 3:50 a.m. Saturday on Victory Blvd. near Travis Ave. when a witness flagged down NYPD Officer Gareth Echevarria and his partner, police sources said. Police said Chambers was a suspect in a robbery. When Echevarria asked Chambers for his ID, he peeled off, dragging the cop a short distance. Echevarria suffered cuts and scrapes, and was released from Richmond County Medical Center on Sunday. |

Cheese's last month. 23-year-old Deonte Jordan Dupree Jenkins has been arrested. He is facing third-degree robbery charges. Reports say Jenkins allegedly swiped a child's gift bag with $85 inside. Cedar Falls Police say employees then approached him, so he gave the money to them and tried taking off. The 11-year-old's mother tried stopping Jenkins until police arrived, but he allegedly pushed her into a wall and left. Cedar Falls Police say they received numerous tips after sharing a photo from surveillance footage. Jenkins was identified after witnesses identified him in a photo lineup. |
Previously Deported Illegal Alien Convicted of Raping 15-Year-Old A previously deported illegal alien was convicted and sentenced for raping a 15-year-old girl in Batavia, Ohio. Jose Tovilla-Lopez, 41, was sentenced to eight years in prison for first-degree rape after he re-entered the United States after already being deported. According to prosecutors, Tovilla-Lopez was working in the U.S. under a stolen Social Security number that belonged to a 69-year-old Arkansas woman. One night, while at the victims’ family home, Tovilla-Lopez had been drinking heavily and even gave the victim alcohol as well. |

Hinds County Sheriff’s Department Major Pete Luke said Amber Turnage was arrested on May 18. He said Turnage bonded out of jail on the same day. A grand jury indicted the former Provine High School teacher with sexual battery last month.Amber Turnageis accused of having a sexual relationship with a 17- year old student. She faces six counts of sexual battery. Warren Martin, the child’s attorney, said there are several videos of inappropriate behavior between Turnage and the student. Martin also claims Amber Turnage gave the student gift cards to keep him quiet. Amber Turnage was fired from her job at Provine, officials said. |
