black fagCops released surveillance photos Saturday of a teenager they say tried to rape an 11-year-old boy in a Bronx park after telling the victim he had a knife and trying to rob him. The victim told police the teen grabbed him from behind and demanded cash on Magenta St. near White Plains Road in Williamsbridge about 3:15 p.m. Tuesday. The attacker claimed he had a knife and steered the boy three blocks west to Bronx Park. Surveillance images released by cops Saturday show the attacker walking on Magenta St. with his arm around the boy. Inside the park, the man forced the victim onto the ground, again demanded cash and pulled the boy’s pants down, authorities said. The boy was able to fight off his attacker, who bolted from the park. The would-be rapist punched the boy in the face during the struggle but his injuries were not serious, officials said. Cops are asking the public’s help identifying and locating the suspect. He is described as light skinned and between 17 and 19 with a thin build and braces on his teeth. He was wearing a blue hoodie, white-and-blue sneakers and blue jeans.

Antwan Lee BryantFAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville authorities say that a man has been charged with a sex assault involving a 14-year-old girl. The incident was reported on Friday at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, according to a Saturday news release from Fayetteville police. “The investigation revealed that a 14-year-old female was sexually assaulted by a known subject in her home,” police said. Antwan Lee Bryant, 30, is charged with sexual offense by an adult and taking indecent liberties with a child, police said. Bryant is being held on a $200,000 secured bond in the Cumberland County Detention Center.

Danny Lee Harris, 51, was arrested shortly before 12:30 p.m. by San Gabriel police on charges of contact with a minor with the intent to commit a sexual offense. He was booked and housed at Alhambra Jail. The police department worked closely with the San Gabriel Unified School District following a report of alleged inappropriate contacts between the walk-on track and field coach and a student, according to a press release from San Gabriel city officials. Jhoan MolinaA Pennsylvania man has been arrested after posting photos of drugs, guns and cash on his Facebook page. The Monroe County District Attorney's Office says 26-year-old Jhoan Molina is facing a felony count of drug possession with intent to deliver and several misdemeanor charges. Officials say Molina drew the attention of a detective in the district attorney's office after he posted photos with a handgun, marijuana and large sums of money.

PHILADELPHIA —–A Philadelphia school principal continues to recover after police say he was attacked by a student when a fight broke out. Cell phone footage taken around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday shows a fight that police say broke out between students at the Edwin Fitler Elementary School in Germantown and older students from nearby schools. Fitler’s principal Anthious Boone attempted to break it up. “He was hit in the face with a brick,” said Cooper. Among other injuries, Boone required 8 stitches to the eye.

The 1-year-old was unharmed. Federal Judge William Pauley called the murder “beyond human comprehension,’’ adding, “It was premeditated and carried out in the most cold, calculating way.” Pauley described Capers, 24, as a “very dangerous person who needs to be in prison for a very long time.’’ He decided against a life sentence because it would mean “throwing another life entirely away.”

Levi AronLeiby KletzkyThe brother of a man who kidnapped and dismembered a lost 8-year-old boy has been found dead, his body bound, wrapped in a blanket and stuffed in a basement closet in the same Brooklyn home where detectives uncovered the gruesome remains of the boy nearly five years ago. Detectives found Tzvi Aron's body after police were called there by family, a law enforcement official said.
Tzvi's brother, Levi Aron, pleaded guilty in the kidnapping and killing of 8-year-old Leiby Kletzky in July 2011. Leiby got lost on his walk home from a religious day camp. It was the first time he was allowed to walk alone, and he was supposed to travel about seven blocks to meet his mother, but missed his turn. He ran into Levi Aron on the street, who promised to take Leiby home. But instead, Aron brought the boy about 40 miles (64 km) upstate to Monsey, New York, where he attended a wedding before bringing him back to his home. He kept him there overnight and the following day as he went to work at a hardware store.
Meanwhile, a massive search for the boy was underway in Borough Park section of Brooklyn, home to one of the world's largest communities of Orthodox Jews outside of Israel. Thousands of volunteers from the Hasidic community had assembled to comb the streets. Aron is Orthodox but not Hasidic. The Hasidim are ultra-Orthodox Jews. When Aron noticed flyers plastered on lampposts with the boy's photo, he says he got spooked, went home and suffocated the boy, police said. A toxicology report found Leiby had also been drugged.
Detectives found the boy's severed feet, wrapped in plastic, in a freezer at Aron's home, about 2 miles (3 km) from the boy's home. A cutting board and three bloody carving knives were found in the refrigerator. The rest of the boy's body was discovered in bags inside a red suitcase in a trash bin about a mile from the home. His legs had been cut from his torso.

  • Chinese Man claims he stabbed own dog to death in self-defense
    A man stabbed his dog to death inside his luxury Midtown apartment then stuffed the carcass down the building’s garbage chute, officials said. Zheheng Feng, 24, allegedly slashed the dog in the chest May 26 at 605 West 42nd Street, where a one bedroom rents for over $4,000 a month. A building worker made the grisly find when the 16.5-pound dog came flying down the garbage chute, and he saw “a ripped open garbage bag with a dog’s head sticking out,” the complaint states. Police tracked down the dog’s sadistic owner who claimed he had acted in self-defense. “I fed my dog, and it was acting irrational,” he said, according to court papers. “The dog then started scratching me on my arms so I stabbed it in the chest,” he continued.

Price, 43, is facing one count each of attempted murder and contraband in prison, according to documents from the state attorney’s office in Florida. Prosecutors say Price used a 5-inch homemade knife to repeatedly stab another inmate named Joshua Davis in a “premeditated design” and with “intent to kill.” Investigators say Price entered Davis’s cell and stabbed him repeatedly for 20 seconds before the inmate was able to run. “Price caught up with Davis inside the quad and tackled Davis, continuing the attack with the knife,” prosecutors said in court documents. “Two officers with the assistance of two inmates, were able to restrain Price and enable Davis to once again escape the attack.” The other inmate was stabbed five times, twice to the head, twice to the back and again to the chest, according to court documents.     Four-time confessed murderer, Craig Price, threatened prison guards in Florida and made mention of his gruesome crimes of the late 1980's. "I'm going to kill every officer I can get my hands on, just like I killed those little kids,” said Price, according to a disciplinary report. Now 41-years-old, Price has been behind bars for 26 years. In 1989, he was only 15, but bulky and 280 pounds when he confessed to four murders in his Warwick neighborhood. Joan Heaton and her two daughters, 10 year old Jennifer and eight year old Melissa were savagely killed with kitchen knives in their Buttonwood home. Jennifer was stabbed 62 times. Police found the murder weapons in a shed behind Price's home. He was less than remorseful, later admitting to the unsolved murder of neighbor Rebecca Spencer two years earlier, when Price was only 13. Price was not tried as an adult because he was so young when the crimes were committed. State law has since been changed. He was free to be released on his 21st birthday, but instead was sentenced for contempt after refusing to undergo psychiatric testing. His time behind bars hasn't gone smoothly. Outrage erupted when video surfaced of him, at the time, in the state training school, rapping about killing a cop. He was shipped to Florida in 2004, like other high profile inmates, and he's violated his probation a number of times. In 2009, Price stabbed a prison guard with a homemade weapon.

Grant, who is serving a sentence of 25 years to life in state prison, told police shortly after his arrest that he was waging a race war and only regretted not being able to kill more whites that day. Russo-Carriero’s family sued a variety of entities after the murder, culminating in Thursday’s trial, which is expected to last through next week.     “Mom’s dead.” Jonathan Russo still struggles to repeat those words 12 years after telling his younger brother that their mother, Concetta Russo-Carriero, was stabbed to death in a White Plains parking garage. A homeless convicted rapist stole a knife from the Galleria mall and killed the 56-year-old legal secretary on June 29, 2005. Sitting in his Mahopac home recently, Russo, now 40, described a family shattered by the murder of its matriarch. “She was such a strong and important figure in our lives, and it was so unimaginable to just lose her,” he said. “This is 12 years later and we’re still picking up the pieces from it; it’s something you don’t quite get over.” Russo also spoke about why the family supports New York's civil commitment law, named “Connie’s Law” after his mother, that allows for locking up sex offenders after they finish criminal sentences. “We wanted positive change and we did not want to see another family go through what we went through,” he said.

The plea satisfied an indictment that had accused Lancaster of sexually abusing the girl on three occasions. Daryl Wood was 17 in 1994 when he forced his way into a Poughkeepsie home, held two college students at knifepoint and raped one and forced the other to undress. While at the Auburn Correctional Facility in 1997, he tried to rape a nurse.

Nikko Jenkins, 30, carried out a ruthless shooting spree in Omaha, Nebraska in August 2013. Judges were told that he needed 27 stitches after he hacked at his penis as a tribute to an Egyptian god while in jail. He also sliced his tongue to resemble a snake. After pleading no contest in 2014, tattooed Jenkins’ defense insisted he should get a more lenient sentence because his self-harm was evidence of psychosis. But after lengthy assessments a panel of three judges ruled that he knew right from wrong when he slayed his four victims. Just 11 days after being released from a 10-year stretch in prison for carjacking, Jenkins shot and killed Juan Uribe-Pena and Jorge Cajiga-Ruizon on August 11. Eight days later he killed former friend Curtis Bradford, and on August 21 he killed Andrea Kruger after pulling her from her SUV and shooting her four times. After prosecutor Erin Reid described how Keon Robinson, 28, a level-three sex offender, had beaten the 31-year-old stranger until she was unconscious and molested her as she was passed out on the sidewalk, Robinson turned to his lawyer and grinned widely.     Flour Bluff, Corpus Christi, TX - Police are looking for leads into who shot and killed a 17-year-old boy overnight. The shooting happened in Flour Bluff at an apartment complex on the 2600 block of Waldron Road around 11 PM Tuesday night. When cops arrived, they found Timothy Echols Junior shot in the chest. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later. According to police, a young black male knocked on the victim's apartment door, and when the he answered, there was a brief exchange of words and that's when the suspect opened fire.

Avery Wheeler, 22, had been shot to death at a residence in Edgewood, making him the first homicide victim in the city in 16 years. The man accused of pulling the trigger, Zachary Munroe-Waters, 20, was a friend and had visited his home, Wheeler’s mother said. Investigators said another man, Allex Cuentas, was involved in the death and allegedly set up Wheeler to be robbed by Munroe-Waters. When Wheeler fought back, the gunman shot him, grabbed his cash and ran, police said. Cuentas, who investigators said initially pretended to be a victim of the shooting, was arrested the same day on a charge of second-degree murder. Sgt. Hugh Barry, 31, was allowed to stand before Bronx Supreme Court Justice Robert Neary without handcuffs Wednesday afternoon, as his lawyer pleaded not guilty on his behalf to a single count of second-degree intentional murder, along with lesser charges of manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide. Barry admittedly shot schizophrenic Deborah Danner in her apartment on Pugsley Avenue in Castle Hill in October after she threatened arriving cops, first with scissors, then a bat. Danner was a self-described “paranoid schizophrenic”. Danner was notorious in her neighborhood for spitting, cursing and screaming “I’m going to kill you!” at those around her.

The victim says she was unloading boxes from her car in the 3500 block of Ross Avenue when the armed suspects approached her and forced her to get inside the vehicle. The suspects drove to an ATM on McKinney Avenue and tried to use the woman's debit card, police say. While they were out of the car, the woman managed to take off and escape. Devon Brown was shot and killed Wednesday night in the Marion Terrace Apartment Complex in Hanover Township. Brown's wife, Antionette Nimmons, said it was supposed to be a day to celebrate her 6-year-old son's graduation from kindergarten. Instead, it was where her loving husband was shot and killed. Chase was convicted in the death of Angel Hooper in April. Hooper was just six-years old when she was shot and killed outside of a Kansas City 7-Eleven in October of 2014. She had gone inside the store at East 107th and Blue Ridge with her dad to buy some bubblegum. As they were leaving the store, a passing car fired multiple rounds toward the store parking lot and Hooper was struck in the head.

Deshawn “Crip” Hurst, 17, of Pensacola was arrested about 4:15 p.m. Wednesday at Pensacola Village, 500 E. Fairfield Dr. He was charged with armed carjacking. The three other suspects involved in the incident and arrested were: Shanteria “Tee Tee” McPherson, 21, was arrested June 2 and charged with armed carjacking. Nigel Watson, 20, was arrested May 31 and charged with fleeing and eluding, armed carjacking, resisting an officer and not having a valid driver’s license. Louis Mason, 15, was arrested June 1 and charged with armed carjacking.

She told police she fell asleep but was awoken by Alford shortly before 1 a.m. after he burst into her room, demanded she give him her car keys and water, and then stole her purse. He then left the home and took her car, police said. The woman said Alford was having issues with drugs and had been using K2, a synthetic marijuana.

Weeks later, police received a call from Harris's husband Dominick Daniels. Dominick further informed police Harris admitted to him a year ago she became so angry with her child she yanked both arms with such great force she broke one of his/her arms, according to the report.  Police said, when she brought the child to the hospital with the broken arm, she told them the incident stemmed from a stroller accident.

PETERSBURG — Veteran cab driver John Andrew Hutchens, 59, was dispatched by United Taxi of Clearwater to pick up someone in Lealman around midnight Thursday. It started out like any other fare for Hutchens, 59, who has worked as a local cabbie since 2004. But St. Petersburg police said this trip ended with passenger Juan Carlos Juares (aka Juan Carlos Juarez) fatally stabbing the cab driver. Hutchens was attacked in his own cab, police said, but when he tried to escape the slashing and stabbing continued outside. The brutal attack was caught on Hutchens' dashboard camera, police said, which showed how the attack started in the cab and ended outside it. "It was the most violent crime I've seen in 31 years," said Assistant Police Chief James Previtera at a Friday news conference announcing the arrest. Police said the 27-year-old Juares attacked the cab driver after failing to come up with enough cash to pay his fare.

During two phone calls from a psychiatric hospital following her arrest, Matacchiera told the Courier-Post she was trying to "sacrifice" the girl. But the Sheriff's Office remained tight-lipped about the investigation Thursday and declined to say whether the young woman's body has been found. Malik Sheron Davis was booked late Wednesday in an investigation that the Sheriff's Office said is ongoing. A Facebook page set up for by Landry's family and friends stated that her body has not been found and that family members are working with Sheriff's Office detectives and a private investigator in the search. "The search for this sweet girl isn't over, her family isn't giving up! So y'all don't either!" a Facebook post read.
Sheriff's Office spokesman John Mowell declined to discuss the search, saying only that "we are working this missing persons case as a homicide." Investigators on Tuesday searched in and around a home in the 100 block of Laguna Lane, but Mowell declined to discuss what was learned. The documents say a witness saw her husband, Octivas Crout, holding his wife at gunpoint outside her home. Octivas Crout surrendered to Lexington police Monday. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says the children were found safe shortly after an Amber Alert was issued. Octivas Crout is the father of two of the children. He faces kidnapping, assault and burglary charges. Amanda Crout is charged with accessory after the fact and filing a false report.

Johnson, 40, of East St. Louis, Illinois, formerly of Cape Girardeau, with first-degree statutory sodomy and first-degree attempted statutory sodomy. The victim told police Johnson raped her while they were alone in the residence they shared in the 800 block of South Sprigg Street when she was “six or seven” years old, according to a probable-cause statement filed in the case by Cape Girardeau police detective M. Peters. The victim also told police Johnson tried to force her to engage in a sex act “a couple months prior to the event originally reported,” Peters wrote.

Williams forced the man to strip and then bound him before raping the woman, according to CMPD. They said Williams took a cellphone, wallet and the victims' clothing before fleeing on foot.

    Janitor convicted of sex crimes worked at school after arrest
Samuel CampbellOSSINING - Parents are asking administrators at Brookside Elementary how a janitor could work at the school for months after his arrest on sex charges. Samuel Campbell, 54, was arrested in April 2016 in Poughkeepsie for sexual abuse of a minor and rape. He was sent to jail on May 1 of this year. From the time of his arrest to his conviction, Campbell was still working at Brookside Elementary. Court records confirm Campbell's arrest and conviction. He is now serving time at the Dutchess County Jail. The superintendent said in a letter to the parents that the district was never informed of his arrest and states that if it had been, Campbell would have been suspended until the legal process was complete. Campbell had worked at Brookside Elementary since 1998 and had no prior criminal record.

The sting operation involved undercover Boston Police detectives posing as prostitutes on Backpage.com. The Suffolk County District Attorney’s office said Foxworth and the other men negotiated payment for a sexual encounter online, then were arrested when they went to the place where they had agreed to meet the detectives. Foxworth, 68, of Hull, had given Gov. Baker and his wife a blessing during a church service in the fall of 2014, shortly after he was elected.

Abdiwasa Abdi, 18, was charged Tuesday with aiding and abetting a person shooting a firearm at a motor vehicle and armed criminal action. Also charged is Sheikhnoor Jeylani, 18. He was charged with unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action in January. Court documents say Abdi and Jeylani were with two other men on January 3 when they went to meet three women selling a cellphone using the app OfferUp.

Eric RichardsonTRENTON — An award-winning state trooper has been suspended after an investigation determined he tried on several occasions to pull women over in an attempt to date them, Attorney General Christopher Porrino said. Eric Richardson, 31, of Camden, was charged with third-degree tampering with public records and fourth degree falsifying or tampering with records after trying to cover up the reason he pulled the women over, according to Porrino.

Alishia Noel-MurrayThe father of a Brooklyn woman accused of plotting the murder of her husband has been arrested for threatening to “get” the kids of an NYPD detective who testified against his daughter, police sources said. “You lied!” dad Andrew Noel barked Tuesday at Detective Salvatore Triscritti after he took the stand against Noel’s daughter, Alishia Noel-Murray. “I’ll get you. I’ll get your family. I’ll get your kids,” the dad snarled. Noel-Murray faces life in prison if convicted of orchestrating the slaying of her husband, Omar Murray. Prosecutors say she ordered the murder-for-hire so she could cash in on her hubby’s life-insurances policies and live it up with her boyfriend, Dameon Lovell.

Rosenberg told CBS San Francisco that, "Instead of stopping, he accelerated, and drove over his body. My son's helmet had come off, and wedged under one of Galo's tires, so he backed up, driving over him a second time. And then a third time, trying to flee, drove over him a third time."

The 18-year-old Artan said in the note reassembled by investigators that he would intercede for his parents on judgment day. An attorney representing Artan's family says the note mystified them and to this day they don't know why Artan took those actions. Somali refugee Abdul Razak Ali Artan, was shot and killed by the first responding OSU police officer, and 13 people were hospitalized for injuries.

Government officials lashed out Thursday against the perpetrator who posted notices in downtown Washington, D.C., urging residents to report suspected illegal immigrants, saying they were “dangerous” fakes. “Tear it down!” (Black female) Mayor Muriel Bowser said on Twitter as reports of the flyers trickled in. “DC is a sanctuary city. Clearly the flyer is meant to scare and divide our residents.”

    Police: 6-year-old (White) girl killed after (interracial) couple gets into fight while driving in Muncie
Taelyn WoodsonNathaniel JordanJessica SkeensMUNCIE, Ind.—–Indiana State Police arrested a Muncie man following a crash Sunday that claimed the life of a 6-year-old girl. Shortly after 4:30 p.m. emergency crews were called to a one vehicle crash with ejection on northbound State Road 67, just north of Meeker Avenue. Investigators say the driver, Jessica Skeens, 28, of Farmland, was driving a van with her (black) boyfriend, Nathaniel Jordan, 27, of Muncie. Two of Skeens’ children were in the middle seat in child restraint seats. Two other children were in the rear seat without child restraint seats. Skeens and Jordan were arguing when Jordan punched Skeens and grabbed the steering wheel, causing her to lose control of the van. The van reportedly left the roadway, rolling over into a ditch and coming to rest on its wheels. Skeens’ 6-year-old daughter Taelyn Woodson was in the back seat, and she was partially ejected out of a window. She died from her injuries. The three other children were transported to IU Health’s Ball Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Skeens was treated for a broken arm. Jordan was treated for minor injuries. Indiana State Police troopers arrested Jordan on charges of neglect of a dependent causing death, felony criminal recklessness and domestic battery. Jordan was taken to the Delaware County Jail. Investigators say further charges are possible as they continue to review the accident investigation. Investigators believe alcohol was a contributing factor in the crash, along with improper use of child restraints and seat belts. - (Black-on-white)
   
  • Grandmother vows to protect siblings of 6-year-old girl killed in Muncie crash
    MUNCIE, Ind. —- A small memorial marks the spot where a small girl lost her life Sunday, just off the Muncie bypass near the Meeker turnoff. Investigators say Taelyn Ann Marie Woodson did not have a seatbelt as her mother's van left the road, went up a hill, then rolled, throwing the girl out. The girl's mother, 28-year-old Jessica Skeens, has been charged with drunk driving causing the death of Taelyn, plus neglect and other felony counts. Skeens' boyfriend is also charged. Police say 27-year-old Nathaniel Jordan had repeatedly punched Skeens in the face while she drove the van east on the bypass, then grabbed the steering wheel. The vehicle then flew out of control.

    (BLACK) Road rage shooting suspect pleads not guilty to brutal slaughter of ELDERLY WHITE COUPLE
Khalil SandersMary Ann Allison and Teddy Lee AllisonCOLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — A man arrested for allegedly shooting someone in a road rage incident in Colorado Springs has pleaded not guilty to the crimes he's accused of committing. Khalil Sanders was arrested after a woman called 911 to report she had been shot in the back while driving her car on Feb. 2. Police believe Sanders targeted the woman after she had cut him off while driving. The woman's injuries were not life-threatening. Prior to the Feb. 2 shooting, Sanders had pleaded guilty to two counts of vehicular homicide in 2013 and was sentenced to probation and community service, court records show. Sanders had struck and killed a married couple in August of 2012 while driving. Sanders is now facing multiple charges including first-degree assault, use of a weapon to commit a violent crime, illegal discharge of a firearm, felony menacing and use of a weapon by a previous offender. Sanders pleaded not guilty to all of those charges on Monday. - (Black-on-white)
