(Black) Man charged in Wrigleyville sexual assault, kidnapping CHICAGO -- A 31-year-old Chicago man was charged in the sexual assault and kidnapping of a woman in Wrigleyville, where he forced her into the trunk of her car earlier this month, Chicago police said. Police arrested Jarqueese O'Brian Henigan on Friday, about a week after the attack. He faces aggravated criminal sexual assault with a weapon, aggravated kidnapping and aggravated vehicular hijacking with a firearm. Henigan was armed with a handgun when he approached the victim as she was exiting a garage at 8:20 p.m. March 9, police said. He then sexually assaulted her and forced her into the trunk of her vehicle, police said. After the assault, police said Henigan took the car on a 23-mile long journey, stopping to use the woman's ATM card. He then crashed into a tree on the city's Far South Side. The woman then escaped by using the emergency trunk release and called police. |
(Black) Rogers Man Sent Sexually Graphic Videos Over Facebook ROGERS — A Rogers man upset with his wife and their finances retaliated by sending homemade pornographic movies to family members through Facebook, according to a probable cause affidavit. Churchie Black, 35, was arrested Wednesday in connection with unlawful distribution of sexual images or recordings, a Class A misdemeanor. After the couple separated, Black’s wife said she received several calls and texts from Black on Feb. 12, which included four or five pornographic movies they made together, according to the affidavit. Police found a Facebook account linked to Black under a different name that sent the videos to his wife’s mother and grandmother, according to the affidavit. |
Police find 1 dead after responding to burglary reports in Madisonville - lifestyle of parasite predator burglers can be deadly MADISONVILLE, Ohio - A man is dead after allegedly trying to break into a home in Madisonville Saturday. Police responded to the 6600 block of Roe Street to reports of a burglary around 1 p.m., but when they arrived they found the alleged suspect had been fatally shot. He later died at the hospital. The resident of the home had discharged an unknown number of shots and killed 34-year-old Tyrone Frazier. The resident said Frazier was attempting to break in. |

Officials with SEPTA say the incident started as a snowball fight on the street that escalated into the Race-Vine station of the Broad Street subway on March 16, just after 3:30 p.m. The video was taken Thursday by a mom from South Philadelphia who declined to be interviewed for this story. Judge Won't Charge Prison Guards Who Allegedly Boiled Schizophrenic Black Man to Death  On June 23, 2012, Darren Rainey, a schizophrenic man serving time for cocaine possession, was thrown into a prison shower at the Dade Correctional Institution. The water was turned up top 180 degrees — hot enough to steep tea or cook Ramen noodles. As punishment, four corrections officers — John Fan Fan, Cornelius Thompson, Ronald Clarke and Edwina Williams — kept Rainey in that shower for two full hours. Rainey was heard screaming "Please take me out! I can’t take it anymore!” and kicking the shower door. Inmates said prison guards laughed at Rainey and shouted "Is it hot enough?" Rainey died inside that shower. He was found crumpled on the floor. When his body was pulled out, nurses said there were burns on 90 percent of his body. A nurse said his body temperature was too high to register with a thermometer. And his skin fell off at the touch. |
Five injured, 1 (black female) dead after shooting at black rap concert - "A Boogie With The Hoodie"   LOUISVILLE, Ky. – A 20-year-old UofL student, identified as Savannah Walker, is dead and five others are injured after an overnight shooting at the Tim Faulkner Gallery in the Portland neighborhood, Metro Police said. The shooting took place during a concert that was being held at the venue. The other victims, ranging in age from 20 to 32, were taken to University Hospital for treatment and all are expected to survive. Off-duty LMPD officers were working the exterior of the venue at the time of the shooting. LMPD says as many as 200 people were at the event. Police also say no arrests have been made and they are looking for potential witnesses and other possible shooting victims. |

KCK woman dies after undergoing Brazilian Butt Lift.cosmetic surgery in Florida KANSAS CITY, Kan. – A metro family is mourning the loss of a 25-year-old woman after she traveled to South Florida to get plastic surgery and died. Family identify her as 25-year-old Ranika Hall. Police in Hialea, Fla., said the woman lost consciousness and stopped breathing. She was at Hialeah’s Eres Plastic Surgery to get cosmetic surgery known as a Brazilian Butt Lift - (graphic). Hall’s grandparents said they were very distraught about their granddaughter’s death. Family said she leaves behind a one-year-old daughter. The procedure happened at the same location where another young woman died last May after undergoing the same procedure with a different doctor. |

Hispanic Latina Georgia middle school teacher arrested in $6 million drug bust  Georgia deputies raided a middle school teacher’s home and seized guns and $6 million in cocaine and heroin. The teacher Karla Alvarez, 28, and two others are facing drug trafficking and gun charges following Thursday’s drug bust by local authorities in Hall County. . She teaches Spanish. Investigators executed a search warrant and found 61 kilos of cocaine, a kilo of heroin, guns and cash in the home, which Alvarez shared with Monica Pascual Brito and her brother. Brito, 24, was arrested along with Alvarez. Ricardo Pascual Brito, 28, was being sought. |

Black demon arrested for the robbery and killing of a (White) Fort Worth homeless man   FORT WORTH A 37-year-old man was arrested Wednesday, accused of robbing and killing a homeless man earlier this month, police said. Desmon Demon Mathis faces a charge of capital murder by terroristic threat, according to Mansfield jail records. He remained jail Thursday with his bail amount set at $50,000. Mathis is accused in the death of Allen Ray Plexco, 50. Police found Plexco lying on the sidewalk in the 1800 block of East Lancaster Avenue on March 5. He had been assaulted and robbed with injuries to his face and head, said officer Brad Perez, police spokesman. Craig Holifield, 33, of Newark, had pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child after admitting to the July 28, 2015 incident in East Orange. |
Sambo sex offender on the run after assaulting woman, 62 in bathroom at medical facility COLUMBIA, SC - The Columbia Police Department is investigating the alleged sexual assault of a 62-year-old woman on the campus of Palmetto Health Richland Friday afternoon. The sexual assault occurred in a bathroom at 9 Richland Medical Park Dr. in Columbia. The suspect has been identified as Charles Lamb, 46, who is a registered sex offender in South Carolina. There is now a warrant for Lamb's arrest, who will be charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, kidnapping, strong armed robbery, and trespassing. The crime was interrupted when a witness walked into the restroom, causing Lamb to run away from the scene. The victim suffered head injuries during a struggle and was medically treated at the scene. Lamb also reportedly tried to steal money from the woman's purse during the assault. |
Cleveland coon snatched woman, raped her  CLEVELAND - A search for a man accused of raping a woman late last year ended Friday. Reginald Poole was arrested by Parma Police Department two days after a warrant was issued for the kidnapping and rape of a woman in December. Court records show Poole left his car running at the popular intersection of East 4th Street and Prospect Avenue back on Dec. 17, picked the victim up and put her in his car. Her boyfriend tried running after them but Poole got away, taking the woman to his home where police say she was sexually assaulted. He later dropped the woman off near West 2nd Street and Prospect. |
Black Helena man found guilty of kidnapping and assault HELENA - Timothy Haithcox, 52, who was charged with five felonies and one misdemeanor after a violent attack in April 2016, was found guilty of four of those charges on Friday in Helena. After a five-day trial and five hours of deliberation, the jury delivered a guilty verdict. Haithcox was found guilty of felony aggravated kidnapping, aggravated assault, tampering with a witness, and a misdemeanor assault charge. The jury found him not guilty on charges of sexual assault and tampering with evidence. The victim told police she met Haithcox online and invited him to live with her. She said they lived together for about a month and a half. |
3 colored boys arrested for shooting at market because it gave them the wrong PIZZA toppings  Three teenagers are accused of firing shots at a food market because they got the wrong toppings on their pizza. Tynerick Turner, 17, Djuan Bowers, 18, and a 16-year-old are each charged with 12 counts of aggravated assault, unlawful handgun possession and vehicle theft, according to The Tennessean. Shots were fired out of a white Honda Accord towards the D.B. Todd Market in Nashville, Tennessee, on Wednesday, said police. The car had been reported stolen. During interviews, one of the suspects reported that the gunfire had been directed toward the market because the clerk gave them a pizza with the wrong toppings.' |
(Black) Man surrenders to face charge in 3-year-old's shooting death  PITTSBURGH – Authorities say a man has turned himself in to face a firearms charge in the shooting death of a 3-year-old girl in Pittsburgh. Public safety officials said 40-year-old Paul Parrish surrendered Friday afternoon. He's charged with being a felon illegally in possession of a firearm. Police say Yasha Ross of Coraopolis was shot March 12 in a home in the Mount Washington neighborhood and later died at Allegheny General Hospital. Police said the gun belonged to an acquaintance of Parrish's. |

NYC: Cops found not guilty of beating black man who gave directions to killer  Two NYPD detectives who were charged with beating a uniformed postman in Queens were found not guilty on all charges, officials said. Karim Baker had accused police of harassing him since 2014 because he gave directions to the man who killed two police officers as they sat in their patrol car. Queens Supreme Court Judge Michael Aloise found the detectives — Angelo Pampena and Robert Carbone — not guilty of felony and misdemeanor assault charges in the non-jury trial. |

Obed Vasquez, 26, of Mexico, had been living in Mission, Texas, when he was pulled over in a vehicle and arrested by the Hidalgo Sheriff’s Office for possession of marijuana and drunk driving. Vasquez pleaded guilty to the charges and has since been turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), where he is facing deportation on charges for illegally re-entering the United States. In the criminal complaint, it was revealed that Vasquez was removed from the U.S. for the sixth time on June 28, 2016. Shortly after, Vasquez returned. |

Ibrahim Harun, 46 — who refused to attend his trial — was found guilty Thursday on five counts, including conspiracy to murder Raymond Losano, 24, of Texas, and Army Pvt. Jerod Dennis, 19, of Oklahoma, during fighting in Afghanistan in 2003. Harun was also found guilty of conspiring to blow up the American Embassy in Nigeria with the goal of killing everyone inside. “Fortunately, that plan failed,” prosecutor Melody Wells said in her closing remarks. |

Aiden Archer died in June of 2015, after suffering horrific abuse. "His death at the hands of the defendant is perhaps the most cruel and inhumane deaths imaginable," said Matthew Torbenson, prosecutor. Prosecutors with the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office recounted the injuries that contributed to the death of Archer -- arguing that the man responsible be sentenced to 27 years in prison. "At least 11 human bite marks that were identified on his tiny body," said Torbenson. That defendant, 29-year-old Maurice Snyder, pleaded no contest last year to second degree reckless homicide in the death of his girlfriend's son. The defense argued for 15 years in prison, saying Snyder was high at the time of the incident. Attorneys: Blood in (BLACK) Wilmington murder suspect’s SUV matches (2nd) dead (WHITE) woman   WILMINGTON – Blood found in James Opelton Bradley’s SUV was a DNA match for a missing Wilmington woman whose decomposing body was found in a shallow grave in Hampstead in 2014, attorneys in the case revealed in court Friday. Bradley, 54, of Wilmington is charged with first-degree murder in the killing of Elisha Tucker, 34, also of Wilmington. Tucker’s remains were discovered April 29, 2014, buried in a field when investigators were searching for Bradley’s missing co-worker Shannon Rippy Van Newkirk, 53, of Wilmington, who was last seen three weeks earlier on April 5, 2014. Though Van Newkirk has never been found, the discovery of Tucker's body prompted prosecutors to charge Bradley with Van Newkirk's presumed death. He was slated to go to trial next month in her killing. Only circumstantial evidence tied Bradley to Tucker and he denied knowing her. Then, when the blood test results came back in November as a DNA match to Tucker, the state announced it also was charging Bradley with Tucker's killing. She had been missing since August 2013. This time the state decided to seek the death penalty. In July a judge ruled the evidence of the killing of Tucker and Bradley’s conviction for killing his 8-year-old stepdaughter in 1988 in Fayetteville could be heard by the Van Newkirk jury -- making the Tucker evidence vital in the Van Newkirk defense. - (Black-on-white) |

But the celebration took a horrific turn on the way home to Brooklyn, with the aspiring social worker killed when she was ejected from a car driven by her allegedly drunken NYPD traffic agent pal on the Williamsburg Bridge. Miner was in the back seat of the gray 2013 Infiniti sedan as it sped from Manhattan to Brooklyn just after 3 a.m. Thursday, police said. (Black) Registered sex offender accused of abducting woman, 19, and raping her in Baton Rouge park A 42-year-old registered sex offender was arrested Thursday, accused of abducting a woman at gunpoint March 9 and raping her at a Baton Rouge park. Quenton Dwayne Rogers was booked with second-degree kidnapping, armed robbery and first-degree rape. A warrant gave this account of the incident: A 19-year-old woman was walking around 8 p.m. in the 200 block of Veta Street, headed from a friend's house to her grandmother's home, when a vehicle pulled up and a man demanded she get into the vehicle. When the victim resisted, the man, later identified as Rogers, struck her, placed a handgun to her side and pulled her to the car by her shirt. The victim said Rogers took her to Brooks Park on Eddie Robinson Sr. Boulevard and raped her under some playground equipment before fleeing. |
Jiggaboo Javon accused of rape after 12-year-old girl turns up pregnant  A 21-year-old Macon man faces rape and aggravated child molestation charges after a 12-year-old girl became pregnant last year. Javon Eugene Causey, of Ponce de Leon Avenue, was arrested Thursday morning and booked into the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center. Arrest warrants state Causey performed oral sex on the girl and twice had “forcible sex” with her at her home in the months of July and August of 2016. |
(Black) Kansas City community activist accused of purse-snatching theft of credit card from nonprofit Mothers In Charge mother  A well-known Kansas City community activist is now facing felony charges – accused of stealing money from an anti-crime nonprofit organization he helped found. Bryan Dial was charged with felony receiving stolen property. Prosecutors said he stole a credit card from Mothers In Charge and used it to rack up more than $500 in charges. Dial is the former executive director of the Ad Hoc Group Against Crime. He’s also currently an associate minister at Metropolitan Missionary Baptist Church and he’s run for seats on both city council and the school board. Court documents show the listed victim, Rosilyn Temple, and Dial have long considered each other like family, as they worked together to found Mothers In Charge back in 2013. But their bond might now be broken after allegations of stealing surfaced. Prosecutors have accused Dial of stealing the nonprofit's credit card from Temple's purse while visiting her home right before Christmas last year. |

Colored boy, 3 others arrested for turning Chandler menorah into swastika  CHANDLER, AZ - Police have made several arrests in connection with a menorah that was vandalized and turned into a swastika late last year. The menorah, which was made out of PVC pipes, was a Hanukkah decoration put up by a family near Chandler Boulevard and McClintock Drive. The Federal Bureau of Investigation later joined the investigation as law enforcement looked into whether the vandalism constituted a hate crime. Friday, police said four people, 19-year-old Clive Jamar Wilson and three juveniles, were arrested for the crime. A Chandler Police Department spokesperson said all four will be charged with one count of first-degree criminal trespass and one count of aggravated criminal damage, both Class 6 felonies. |

Police: Black sperm-donor baby-daddy hired Hispanic? hitman through Latina? to kill pregnant Hispanic? woman    BAYTOWN, TX -- We're following breaking news after two more people were charged in the murder of a pregnant Baytown woman. Rose Marie Hunt was just weeks away from delivering a baby when she was murdered back in February, according to police. David Galindo, 20, was charged in her murder. But now police say there is evidence the man who impregnated Hunt also paid Galindo to kill her. The suspected father of Hunt's baby, Derrick Metcalf, and Galindo's girlfriend, 18-year-old Daizy Costello, have now been charged with capital murder. According to investigators, Metcalf paid Galindo $1,500 to kill the victim, and Costello was there at meetings to negotiate the plan. Hunt's body was found on the side of a road in February, covered by a white sheet. Prosecutors said she was eight and a half months pregnant, and had allegedly been "out on a date with Galindo" earlier the day she was found. She was wearing bloody clothes, police said, and a handgun that matched the caliber used to shoot Hunt once in the head was allegedly found in Galindo's residence. Now after further investigation, police said the evidence pointed to a murder for hire plot involving Metcalf and Costello.

Hispanic Man accused in deadly gang shooting of (White) Escondido woman pleads not guilty  VISTA - A man accused in a gang shooting in Escondido that killed a female motorist driving home from church pleaded not guilty Friday to charges of murder, attempted murder of rival gang members and shooting at an occupied vehicle. Dionicio Crespin Torrez Jr. 24, also faces gang special circumstances that could lead to the death penalty or life in prison without parole. A 16-year-old boy also was arrested in connection with the shooting that killed 55-year-old Catherine Kennedy. He is scheduled to have a detention hearing in Juvenile Court on Monday. |

Hispanic Bronx man charged with stealing ambulance, killing (Hispanic female) EMT (GRAPHIC)  The long-haired madman accused of fatally mowing down an FDNY first responder with a stolen ambulance was surrounded by his victim’s uniformed colleagues as cops escorted him from a precinct house in the Bronx early Friday. Jose Gonzalez, a career criminal with 31 prior arrests, had a black eye and a busted lip as he was led out from the 43rd police station in the predawn hours. More than 35 EMT workers, decked out in full uniforms, had gathered outside and heckled the accused murderer as he stared at them, his face contorted in a twisted smile. “You’re a piece of s--t,” one EMT hurled. “There’s a special place in hell for people like you,” another fired, as cops led the smirking Gonzalez to a squad car. He is accused of fatally running down 14-year EMT veteran Yadira Arroyo after stealing her ambulance in a nightmarish scenario. |

Two Chinamen arrested for vicious Lower East Side pummeling   Two men were arrested in connection to the vicious caught-on-tape beating of a man on the Lower East Side last week, police said. Nawang Choying, 23 of Queens was charged with gang assault for attacking 24-year-old William Franco on March 10th after police received a tip leading them to Choying. He was released on his own recognizance by a judge on Thursday and is due back in court May 8th. According to officials, Choying provided them with information which led to the arrest of his neighbor and alleged accomplice Shachin Gauchan, 23 who was charged with assault Thursday. |
COLD CASE: DNA under the fingernails of a White 81-year-old strangled woman points to black POS convict   In 1987, several days after pleading guilty to a string of burglaries in St. Paul’s Macalester-Groveland neighborhood — and being released from jail a day later — Michael Withers broke into an elderly woman’s home and killed her, police said. The 30-year-old cold case, which led to the filing of charges against Withers on Thursday, was solved after additional DNA testing of the fingernails of the victim, Lillian Kuller, 81, a vivacious and refined former Ziegfeld Follies dancer, who had lived in her home at 1290 Goodrich Ave. for decades. Withers, 58, who is in prison for burglarizing a pair of homes in 2013, a mile or so from where Kuller lived, was charged in Ramsey County District Court with two counts of second-degree murder for the crime. He was scheduled to finish serving the 2013 burglary sentence in October. Lillian Kuller was born in Chicago and as a young woman joined the Ziegfeld Follies as a chorus dancer, where she often hobnobbed with celebrities. Update: $1M bond for (black) man in case of (White) babysitter’s shooting death  A federally convicted man and his girlfriend have been formally charged in the shooting death of 20-year-old Taylor Brandenburg outside a Huffman Avenue residence early Sunday morning. A judge set Chuckie Lee’s bond at $1 million in connection with murder charges. Lee, 38, was formally charged with two counts of murder, two counts of felonious assault, two counts of having weapons under disability and one count off discharge of a firearm on or near prohibited premises. Many charges also include 3-year firearm specifications. No plea was entered at Thursday’s video arraignment from Montgomery County Jail. The victim’s family did not appear in court. Lee’s next court date is scheduled for March 23. GBI arrests three (black) suspects in shooting death of (White) U.S. Marshal     ALLENHURST, Ga. - The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has arrested three people in the shooting death of a U.S. Marshal. Patrick Thomas Carothers was part of a team executing a search warrant for a fugitive out of South Carolina when when he was killed on November 18, 2016. Dontrell Montese Carter was wanted for attempted murder of police officers, domestic violence, and unlawfully discharging a weapon during an incident in September 2016 in Sumter County, South Carolina. The Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force had tracked Carter to a residence in Allenhurst, Georgia located in Long County. At the residence where Carter was hiding, law enforcement also made contact and interviewed Ashley Chavon Roberts, Jeremy Lance Lewis and Levy Lewis Jenkins. The investigation into Carothers’ murder found the three committed acts which hindered Carter’s capture. As a result, Roberts, 24, Jenkins, 34, and Lewis, 32, have each been charged with one count of Hindering Apprehension or Punishment of Criminal (felony) and one count of Felony Murder in Carothers’ death. Carothers was a 26-year veteran of the U.S. Marshals Service and deputy commander of its Southeast Regional Task Force. - (Black-on-white) |

Black man receives 30 years for rape of 10-year-old girl  A Little Rock man was sentenced to 30 years in prison Tuesday after pleading guilty to the 2015 rape of a 10-year-old girl in Hot Springs. Derek Sean Johninson, 43, who was set to stand trial March 27, appeared before Garland County Circuit Court Judge Marcia Hearnsberger to enter his plea to the felony charge, punishable by up to life in prison, and in addition to prison time was ordered to register as a sex offender and pay a $250 registration fee. The victim was complaining of pain in her privates. The lab reported results indicating the presence of semen and blood in the victim's underwear. |

Sam Lee Smith, 21, of Fort Smith is facing felony rape of a child by sexual intercourse. A father reported Monday (March 6) that Smith was having an inappropriate relationship with his young daughter. He told police Campbell attempted to entice his daughter to run away from home and he’d hide her until she turned 18, an arrest report states. |

Shannon Maurice Smith Jr., 23, was previously charged in connection with stealing the victim's car. Goose Creek police said a murder warrant issued Wednesday for Smith's arrest represents a "significant milestone" in the homicide investigation that began Feb. 27. Smith, who goes by the alias Marquis Owens, is jailed on local charges in St. Peters, Mo., while authorities apply for his extradition. Officers were alerted to trouble when 68-year-old Michael Mullikin's daughter reported him missing the night of Feb. 27. She noted that his car was gone from the home at 469 Madeline Drive. (Black) 16-year-old charged with rape in Fayetteville FAYETTEVILLE, North Carolina -- Police in Fayetteville have charged a 16-year-old in a February 25 rape investigation. Omari Isaiah Merida is being held under a $200,000 bond at the Cumberland County Detention Center. Investigators said he was an acquaintance of the victim. Merida is charged with two counts of second-degree rape, attempted second-degree rape, two counts of first-degree kidnapping, and one count of second-degree sexual offense. |
Jiggaboo Jarrel raped, strangled victim in domestic incident  Auburn, N.Y. -- Auburn police have arrested a man for raping and strangling a victim during a domestic incident on Wednesday. Police said they were called at about 4:38 p.m on a report of a domestic incident. Their investigation found that the victim had been strangled, raped and was prevented from calling 911 for help, police said. The victim went to Auburn Community Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries and was treated and released, police said. Jarrel J. Whiten, 24, of Auburn, was charged by police with first-degree rape and second-degree strangulation, both are felonies. He is also charged with the misdemeanors of third-degree menacing and two counts of fourth-degree mischief. |

Cops searching for  A black parasite in a Thrasher hoodie is wanted for robbing two women in Lower Manhattan on Friday morning, throwing them to ground and taking their belongings, according to police. The suspect first targeted a 67-year-old woman near 650 Water St. around 7:30 a.m. when he snatched her purse, which contained $20 and her cell phone, and tossed her to the ground. His second victim, a 34-year-old woman, was attacked in a stairwell near East Broadway and Catherine Street around 8:30 a.m. the same day. The victim told police that he grabbed her purse, containing $400 in cash, credit cards and her cell phone, before throwing her to the ground and fleeing. |

Homeowner fatally shoots (black) home invasion spook, (defiled white female) coalburner arrested  BERKELEY COUNTY, SC - Police say a fatal shooting Tuesday night at a Moncks Corner home was justified because the homeowner was protecting his family from a home invasion. Police Chief Rick Ollic told reporters Wednesday afternoon their investigation revealed a man the Berkeley County Coroner identified as Elijah A. White, Jr., 30, forced his way into a home on Post Oak Court off Highway 52. White was armed with a handgun and wearing a mask and gloves, he said. "We also retrieved from him rope, which I believe he was going to tie up the victims if he got into the residence, so there was no doubt he was there to do some serious harm to this family," Ollic said. The homeowner fired his gun when White burst into the home, fatally striking him, Ollic said. Police also arrested a woman they say went to the door posing as a representative of a homeowner's association and was wearing a fake badge that read, "HOA." Juanita Marie English is charged with first-degree burglary and criminal conspiracy, Ollic said. She was in bond court Wednesday night where she received a $125,000 bond. Ollic was also present during the bond court hearing and told the judge that he believes English is a "threat to society." "[The victims] are absolutely traumatized," Ollic told the judge."The female victim, it's unbelievable what she went through last night." |
KC mammy of five charged with child abuse is accused of hitting daughter in head "and butt" with metal dog chain KANSAS CITY, Mo., -- Kansas City Police arrested Shadell Jackson, 34, this week for allegedly hitting her 14-year-old daughter with a metal dog chain in the head and butt during an argument. A police report states the incident happened on September 7, 2016 at Jackson's home on the 3000 block of Tracy Avenue. Multiple witnesses told police Jackson struck her daughter at least four times in her head, shoving her down, and hitting her. The report states when police arrived to Jackson's home they discovered it to be in very bad shape. There was no food, and smelled of fecal matter. Animal Control officers removed 10 dogs from the home that night. |
(Black parasite) Suspect Robs 2 Food Trucks Of Hundreds Of Dollars  According to police, the suspect entered the food truck with a handgun and demanded money, making off with $500, and was last seen on 45th Street toward Samson Street. The second incident took place nearly two hours later at a food truck in the 3400 block of Lancaster Avenue. Police say the suspect entered the food truck from the rear and stuck a gun to the victim’s neck, demanding cash. The suspect made off with an unknown amount of money and was last seen heading east through Lancaster Walk. There were no injuries reported in either incident. The suspect is described as a 5-foot-8 black man, wearing a black jacket, red-hooded sweatshirt – possibly True Religion brand with a print of Buddha on the center of the chest – and red pants. |
Forrest City homicide suspect threatens witness in Fayetteville, police say  FAYETTEVILLE -- A suspect in a Forrest City shooting death was arrested here late Wednesday after police said he punched and threatened to kill a witness for cooperating with investigators, according to a preliminary police report. Bruce Heard, 25, of 128 Eula Ave. in Forrest City was arrested on Curtis Avenue in connection with intimidating a witness, first-degree terroristic threatening, third-degree domestic battery and endangering the welfare of a minor. He also is wanted in connection with first-degree murder, said Lt. Eric Varner, an investigator with the Forrest City Police Department. |
Reward offered for three feral Negroes who beat dog with bricks in Cleveland  CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The Cleveland Animal Protective League is working to track down three people who beat a dog with bricks on Cleveland's East Side. The white and tan bully-boxer mix, who rescue workers named "Indiana Bones", has been under veterinarian care since the March 9 incident at East 111th Street and Superior Avenue, Cleveland APL CEO Sharon Harvey said. Veterinarians believe the dog was struck by a car before it was attacked. A witness spotted three males at the intersection about 1 p.m. They took turns kicking the dog and beating it with sticks and bricks, Harvey said. The trio ran when they learned police were on the way. "It's sad to start with, then you see the incredibly sweet nature of this dog -- and to think anyone could think of doing something so brutal is heartbreaking," Harvey said. The APL is offering a $500 reward for anyone that provides information that leads to the apprehension of those involved. The males were described as black and between 16 and 20 years of age. One wore a black hoodie with a Nike logo and sweatpants, another wore a gray hat and North Face fleece, and the third wore a khaki hoodie and jeans, Harvey said. "Indiana Bones" will soon undergo a few surgeries to repair injuries suffered during the beating. "We're going to do everything we need to do to fix him and find him a new home," Harvey said. |
Black female Oakland Fire Chief Retires Amid Ghost Ship Investigation - says Jewish female mayor OAKLAND, CA — Oakland Fire Chief Teresa Deloach-Reed, who has been under fire since the deadly Ghost Ship warehouse fire in December, has announced that she will retire in May, according to Mayor Libby Schaaf. Deloach-Reed headed a department that dealt with the city’s deadliest fire in its history, the blaze at a warehouse at 1315 31st Ave. in the city’s Fruitvale district on Dec. 2 that killed 36 people who were attending a concert. The property was being used illegally as a residential space and the Fire Department has been criticized for not checking it for safety violations. |

Widow Breaks Down on Stand in Deadly Mall Carjacking Trial    The widow of a young New Jersey attorney who was killed in a carjacking at the Short Hills mall in 2013 testified Wednesday about the sudden ambush and the harrowing wait for help as she watched her husband bleed. Jamie Friedland gave the emotional testimony at the trial of the alleged getaway driver, Basim Henry, who already confessed to police his involvement in the December 2013 shooting, according to prosecutors. The accused gunman's trial has not yet started. Hanif Thompson, of Irvington, and Newark residents Karif Ford, Basim Henry and Kevin Roberts have pleaded not guilty to felony murder and other charges in connection with the carjacking. Jamie and Dustin Friedland met at Syracuse Law School and married two years before he was killed. The couple lived in Hoboken at the time. |
