Worthless black 19-year-old parasite charged with murder of White man in burglary shooting JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A 19-year-old has been charged with murder after a homeowner was shot and killed Monday afternoon when he interrupted a burglary at his home, police said. Maleek Williams is also facing an armed burglary charge, police said. Lt. Steve Gallaher said 50-year-old Kyle Simpson returned to his home on Native Dancer Court about 2:30 p.m. Monday and walked in on Williams and another man burglarizing his home. Simpson's family and friends said he was a veteran of over 20 years in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany. “It's so sad he can go to war, not get injured, but come home and get shot and left for dead," Simpson's nephew, Brandon Engle, said. "It blows me away.” A neighborhood mail carrier told detectives that he saw Simpson open his garage door before he was met by two men coming out of the home. Williams shot Simpson, and the two left him for dead and drove away in a 2010 black Ford Escape, Gallaher said. Surveillance video from a neighbor's home showed what appeared to be the suspects' SUV leaving the home after the shooting. During his interview with detectives, Williams confessed to the burglary and to shooting Simpson, Gallaher said. He also gave police the name of the other man who was with him during the burglary. Police have found the second man, whose name has not been released, and are questioning him. - (Black-on-white) |

(Evil black psycho sex-fiend killer Negro) Jogger suspect’s (black) sister thinks he was framed because he’s black The sister of Karina Vetrano’s accused killer said Monday that her sibling was framed—and that he was only arrested because he’s black. “I think the cops framed him because he’s a black person. They couldn’t find anyone else to pin this on, so they pinned it on my brother,” Theresa Forbes, 36, told reporters. Forbes’s half-brother, Chanel Lewis, 20, was charged Sunday with murdering the Queens jogger in August based on DNA evidence and two videotaped confessions, authorities and law-enforcement sources have said. Asked about the alleged forensic evidence against her sibling, Forbes said,“The DNA lies sometimes. They wanted to get confirmation so they framed him for murder. “My family, we are God-fearing people. The Bible tells us ‘Do no kill’—we do not kill,” she said. As for her sibling’s alleged confessions, “I think they coerced him into a confession. They tricked him,” Forbes added. - (Black-on-white) |

Maine Gov. Paul LePage (R) just can’t stop talking about black people
1. “Tell ’em to kiss my butt." — LePage to a reporter about the Maine NAACP in 2011. LePage announced he would not be attending Martin Luther King Jr. Day events because, he told a TV station, he thought the group was a special interest. 2. “Guys with the name D-Money, Smoothie, Shifty [who] come from Connecticut and New York, they come up here, they sell their heroin, they go back home [and] half the time they impregnate a young white girl before they leave.” LePage added that’s “a real sad thing because then we have another issue we have to deal with down the road." — January 2016, talking about Maine’s opioid epidemic 3. “My brain didn’t catch up to my mouth. Instead of saying Maine women, I said white women.” — LePage at a news conference in January 2016, apologizing for saying “white women” but otherwise not backing down from the above comments 4. “Let me tell you something: Black people come up the highway and they kill Mainers. You ought to look into that!” — LePage having a confrontation with reporters in July 5. “Let me tell you this, explain to you, I made the comment that black people are trafficking in our state. Now ever since I said that comment I’ve been collecting every single drug dealer who has been arrested in our state. I don’t ask them to come to Maine and sell their poison, but they come and I will tell you that 90-plus percent of those pictures in my book, and it’s a three-ringed binder, are black and Hispanic people from Waterbury, Connecticut, the Bronx and Brooklyn.” — LePage to a black businessman at a town hall in August. (An Associated Press review of that binder found that about one-third show black and Hispanic defendants.) 6. “I have helped many, many families. In fact, I even brought a black person into my family. Nobody wants to give you the real story, but the fact of the matter is, sir, I am not a racist.” — LePage to the businessman at the same town hall. (About that “black person” he brought into his family: LePage welcomed a Jamaican teenager into his family for several years, but he is not, as LePage likes to say or The Fix originally wrote, his adopted son.) 7. “You shoot at the enemy. You try to identify the enemy and the enemy right now, the overwhelming majority of people coming in, are people of color or people of Hispanic origin.” — LePage in a news conference in August. (The American Civil Liberties Union of Maine said statistics show that white people are more likely to sell drugs than black people.) [How Maine Republicans could force Gov. Paul LePage to resign] 8. “You know and I know and everybody in the state knows that the overwhelming majority of the people that have been arrested this year, coming out of Connecticut and New York, have been black and Hispanic, it’s not a matter of race, it’s a matter of fact. Are there some white ones? Yes, there are some white people.” — LePage responding to a reporter's question in August when asked why the race of the accused drug dealers in his binder matters. |

Four people have been charged with the murder of 20-year-old Trey Kurtz. Only one of the men accused was 18 years old at the time of the crime. He was pronounced dead at the scene from a single gunshot wound to the head. 19-year old Michael Charles Dixon Jr., 18-year old J.B. Wright, 18-year old Deperrion Lott, and 20-year old Jordan Alexander Graves, all of Brenham, have been charged with murder. Second suspect in '15 Little Rock killing handed 40 years Two of the three people accused of participating in the fatal robbery of a Little Rock security guard in his home have now been sent to prison on murder and robbery charges. The final defendant -- the man his co-defendants say is the killer, 28-year-old Calvin Thornton Jr. of Little Rock -- is to stand trial before Pulaski County Circuit Judge Barry Sims at the end of the month. Prosecutors are seeking a life sentence for Thornton on capital murder and aggravated robbery charges. Police say Thornton has implicated himself in the July 2015 slaying of 68-year-old Fred William Pohnka Jr. during a robbery at Pohnka's South Jackson Street home. Pohnka, a father of three, was found dead in the kitchen of his ransacked home by his supervisors, John Platt and Wayne Taylor. They had gone to check on Pohnka when he did not show up for work at Regions Bank. His car was in the driveway when they arrived, and they found his front door unlocked. They saw his body in a pool of blood and called police. The three defendants were charged with capital murder and aggravated robbery. On Monday, 29-year-old Alexandria Levette Martin (black whore) of Little Rock, who was Thornton's girlfriend, pleaded guilty to reduced charges of second-degree murder and robbery in exchange for a 40-year prison term. The mother of two has no prior felony convictions and was the first arrested after Pohnka's death. Martin and co-defendant Malcolm Jamal Cooksey, 25, told authorities that Thornton beat Pohnka to death with a gun during the robbery. Last month, Cooksey accepted a 50-year prison sentence for first-degree murder and felony theft. He was arrested the day after Martin. Court records show he was on probation at the time of the slaying for a July 2010 arrest in Little Rock with a stolen car and a gun. The resulting theft by receiving conviction was his first felony, court records show. His plea is conditioned on fulfilling his promise to testify against Thornton, court records show. Martin was arrested almost a week after Pohnka was killed. Detectives were directed to her by the last person Pohnka ever spoke to by phone, Victoria Harton. (prostitute) Phone records showed that he had spoken with the 29-year-old Little Rock woman shortly before he was killed. Harton told police that she'd had sex with Pohnka for money three days earlier. On the night he was killed, she'd turned him down but arranged for him to meet Martin, she said. Detectives got surveillance video taken from several convenience stores in the county where the victim's bank cards had been used and got photographs of the three defendants, court records show. After her arrest, Martin told police that the men had followed her to Pohnka's home. She said they rushed into the house when the victim opened the front door for her to leave. Martin said she went back inside the home a short time later and helped the men steal a TV, guns and the victim's wallet. She also said she'd taken her cigarette butts and anything else she thought might connect her to the home. Martin told police that Cooksey said he'd hit the man in the head with his gun when "things got out of hand," according to court filings. In his post-arrest interview with detectives, Cooksey denied harming the man, saying Thornton was the killer. A two-day manhunt for Thornton by police and federal marshals ended at the home of Thornton's cousin, Shaloriale Nywan Moore, 37, at 1600 S. Pierce St., where police arrested Thornton after finding him hiding in Moore's attic, nine days after the slaying. Moore was also arrested because she'd told police he wasn't there. Moore has since pleaded guilty to felony hindering apprehension in exchange for three years on probation. - (Black-on-white) |

Convicted Black Killer (of White police officer) Set To Be Freed Next Week - "No Justice - No Peace" A man who was sentenced to death for killing a Gary, Ind. police officer is now about to walk free. Lt. George Yaros was 57 and nearing retirement when he was killed in the line of duty in 1981. Yaros was responding to a bank robbery. He was shot as robbers escaped out the back, guns blazing. As the World War II veteran lay wounded, prosecutors and witnesses said one robber, Rufus Lee Averhart, stopped and fired the fatal shot into the officer’s chest. His son later saw his dad at the hospital. “Sometimes I think I wish I wouldn’t have seen it, because I think about it sometimes,” Tim Yaros says. “Other times, I say I’m glad I saw it, because I know what he did to my dad.” Averhart, who changed his name to Zolo Azania in prison, has been behind bars since. He denies the crime, despite two convictions and death sentences. But after a series of appeals and, ultimately, a plea deal, the Yaros family is preparing for him to walk out of prison Monday. Justice, says Tim’s wife, not served. The family does not buy Azania’s claim he’s changed. They note he killed another man before the 1981 murder. - (Black-on-white) |
