(Black) Man arrested in 'brutal' 2012 murder (and likely rape) of 84-year-old (White woman) Hazel Dingman A 76-year-old suspect has been arrested in connection with the 2012 murder of 84-year-old Hazel Dingman. Alvin Guy, of Las Vegas, was arrested and is being charged with murder with special circumstance, rape with a foreign object and penetration with a foreign object, Stockton police said. San Joaquin County District Attorney Tori Verber-Salazar said the arrest was a reminder cold cases like this are often solved. "Whether it's today, or 5 years, 10 or 20 years down the line, justice is served. Nobody has the right to do what this man did," Verber-Salazar said. Dingman's son and daughter attended the news conference to announce the arrest. "We want to thank the Lord God, who has given us this day," said Susan Trinchera, while holding a framed photo of her mother. Dingman was found murdered inside her home on Downing Avenue, a secluded three-acre property. At the time of the murder, investigators found obvious signs of trauma to her body, noting she may have been sexually assaulted. - (Black-on-white) |

(Interracial) Pair indicted in February murder of (White) Shreveport businessman SHREVEPORT, LA - A Shreveport man and a Bossier City woman have been indicted in connection with a suspected arson case that uncovered a homicide back in late February. Amanda B. Williams, 28, and Cameron D. Lewis, 26, were both initially charged with principal to first-degree murder after the body of Bryan Savage was found in the back of home on Woolworth Rd. on February 22 by firefighters responding to a report of a fire in the garage. Savage, 55, had been shot in the chest. Investigators determined that killer or killers tried to cover their tracks with a fire. At the time of their arrests, police were saying they believed the 2 were involved in the murder, but that the person who "pulled the trigger" was still at large. Two days later, the charges against Williams and Lewis were upgraded to principal to first-degree murder, and police confirmed they were no longer looking for a third suspect. According to an arrest affidavit filed in the case, Williams told police she knew a burglary was going to take place at Savage's house the night he was killed. The document also says Williams and Lewis told police they were nearby the home about the time Savage was slain. Caddo Parish Grand Jury reviewing the evidence in the case decided Wednesday that there is enough evidence in the case for second degree murder against Williams and Lewis that they should go to trial. - (Black-on-white) |

UK: GRAPHIC CONTENT: (Black) Man cut (white) partner's head off and flushed it down toilet Dempsey Nibbs, 69, became enraged after vivacious Meals On Wheels worker Judith Nibbs, 60, taunted him as their relationship fell apart by saying she had been seeing other men. On the evening of April 10 2014, Nibbs attacked the mother of his two children at their flat in Hoxton, east London. He knocked her out with an iron bar before cutting her head off, smashing it up with a mallet and disposing of the pieces in the lavatory. Afterwards, the crane driver wrote a note to his 30-year-old son Kirk and called 999 to say police would find two bodies at the property. A police officer broke down the door when he saw Mrs Nibbs' headless body through the letterbox and bravely grappled a shotgun and knife from Nibbs as he attempted to stab himself in the bathroom. Afterwards, Nibbs, who had been diagnosed with prostate and cancer, and wore a colostomy bag said he killed his wife because he thought she was a "snake" but jurors heard he had shown no signs of mental illness. Prosecutor Crispin Aylett QC told an Old Bailey jury that the couple's relationship soured in the spring of 2014 as Nibbs suspected his wife of having affairs. - (UK) - (Black-on-white) |
Testimony from (black) murder defendant’s (obese white) girlfriend conflicts with her earlier statements to police Deonte Lanier’s freedom could depend on whether jurors believe Amanda Fisher’s testimony on Tuesday or what police say she told them shortly after the 2012 shooting death of Johnny Peay. Lanier, 25, is on trial this week, charged with first-degree murder. If convicted, he faces mandatory life imprisonment without parole. Co-defendant Connell “Tigo” Muskelly is expected to testify against Lanier later in the trial. Tuesday, Fisher, Lanier’s girlfriend, took center stage. She told the jury she didn’t want to be in the witness chair. Prosecutors say the 29-year-old Mount Holly woman suddenly moved to Myrtle Beach after being subpoenaed to testify against Lanier. The trial judge had her arrested and jailed to make sure she turned up in court. On the night of Sept. 26, 2012, according to Fisher’s testifimony Tuesday, she and the man she affectionately called “Big Daddy” argued at her Gaston County home before Lanier drove off on his scooter. She said he returned the next morning as Fisher was watching a TV news report about Peay’s killing the night before. “He was like, ‘Oh s--t,’ ” Fisher recalled. She said Lanier walked into the kitchen and called a friend on his cellphone. She said she heard Lanier say, “Tell your unc to hide his gun.” When Lanier came back to the couch, “I asked him, ‘Did you have something to do with that (killing)?’ ” Fisher said. Lanier asked how she could ask such a question, she said, then punched a hole in a nearby wall. In his questioning of Fisher, assistant prosecutor Jay Ashendorf spent particular time asking her about a sawed-off shotgun she says her boyfriend kept behind the door of their bedroom. “Do you love the defendant?” Ashendorf asked. “Yes sir, I do,” Fisher replied. “Do you want to see him go away to prison for the rest of his life?” “No sir, I don’t.” |

Bond granted for (black) teen accused in deadly hit-and-run crash - INTENTIONALLY ran over White man - killing him DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. —A teen faced charges related to a deadly hit-and-run crash in Daytona Beach. Christopher Moore was arrested last week in Georgia. He was brought back to the city where his alleged crime occurred. Police said during a recent trip to Daytona Beach, Moore intentionally ran over Roger Martin, killing him. Moore, a Georgia senior in high school, just turned 19. Police said he fled the scene after killing a man in Daytona Beach. The state argued for no bond, but much to the anguish of the victim's loved ones, "I just can't believe they would give that man a bond," said Heather Staffa, the victim's ex-girlfriend and mother of the victim's children. A judge said she had no choice in the case. Moore is charged with leaving the scene of an accident with death, an offense in which bail is typically granted, despite a tearful objection in and out of court from the mother of the victim's children. "He maliciously killed my children's father. He meant to do this. This was no accident," Staffa said. "I know he's young, but he killed my kids' father and left him dead on the side of the road. It's not fair." Police said Moore was in Daytona Beach with friends for spring break on April 3 when he got into an argument with Martin and Martin's friend at a beachside cafe. While behind the wheel of a van seen on city cameras, he allegedly chased after the motorcycles. Police believe Moore intentionally ran over Martin, throwing him off his motorcycle, killing him. From another camera the van can be seen dragging the motorcycle down the street as sparks flew. "Nothing is worth running a man down and killing somebody over some bar fights," Staffa said. Martin was the father of four children, ages 10 months old to 19 years old. As the suspect's attorney argued for a bond, telling the court Moore graduates in six weeks, a friend of the victim said the teenager doesn't deserve the privilege. "How is it fair that he's going to be able to go to his graduation and their oldest daughter won't have her father at her graduation next month?" said Victoria James, the victim's friend. Moore's parents were in Daytona Beach from Georgia, but did not want to talk to the media. If Moore makes bail, there are no restrictions on him returning to Georgia. However, he could be quickly back in Florida; a prosecutor revealed that the state is preparing to upgrade the charge against Moore to homicide. - (Black-on-white) |

(Black) Cleveland man charged with aggravated murder, GoFundMe page says (white) fiancée's death "accidental fall" A Cleveland man who set up two fundraiser pages asking for donations after his fiancée died of an “accidental fall” has been charged with aggravated murder. In an indictment filed in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas on Friday, Clarence Bogan III was charged with aggravated murder, felonious assault and domestic violence. According to police records Bogan’s fiancée, Stacey Marie Tucker, 39, died in his apartment on West 115th Street early in the morning on Feb.10. Bogan told neighbors his fiancée was intoxicated and “fell four times” causing a fatal head injury. The next day Bogan published at least two fundraising pages asking for money for Tucker’s funeral expenses, saying she died “from a head injury suffered in an accidental fall in the early morning.” Apartment Manager Jay Anthony Smith said that he and others suspected foul play because Bogan was speaking with many of the residents to “make sure they had the story straight.” Smith said the complex had issues with Bogan in the past. Bogan is a registered sex offender after pleading guilty to rape and serving time in 2009. He’s considered a “repeat violent offender” but Smith said he did not notify the apartment owner when he moved in. “My boss got a couple pamphlets in the mail and everybody’s threatened to move out,” Smith explained. “I’ve had three tenants move already out of this build because of him.” A medical examiner determined that Tucker died from “blunt impacts to head, trunk, and extremities with visceral and soft tissue injuries” and ruled the death a homicide. As of late Monday afternoon, Bogan was not in the custody of the Cuyahoga County Jail. - (Black-on-white) |

White officer won't face charges for shooting black NC man in self-defense RALEIGH, N.C. – A prosecutor said Wednesday that a white North Carolina officer acted in self-defense and won't face charges for shooting a black man in a case that sparked outcry in his predominantly black neighborhood. Police have said previously that 24-year-old Akiel Denkins was armed and reached for Officer D.C. Twiddy's weapon before the officer shot and killed him in late February. Wake County District Attorney Lorrin Freeman said she concluded Twiddy acted in self-defense after interviews with 40 witnesses and crime lab analysis of more than 35 pieces of evidence. She said in a news release that Twiddy shot Denkins "as a matter of last resort and only because he reasonably believed his own life was in danger." Twiddy was seeking to arrest Denkins after he failed to appear in court on felony drug charges, authorities said. |
(White female) Paramedic responds to police chase crash, finds that she's been a theft victim (by 3 black teen thieves) HIGGINSVILLE, MO - In a wild turn of events, a paramedic who was called to a car accident following a police chase came to realize the initial crime the suspects committed was against her. “We heard there was an accident,” said first responder Karin Reickard of what happened on March 29. Reickard knew just what to do because she’s been a paramedic for 15 years. She drove her ambulance to the scene of the crash at Interstate 70 and H Highway. Inside the car that crashed were four young men, including 19-year-old Jaylen Fields and Stephan Harris and Christopher Scroggins, both 17. “I got in back seat of the car and I assessed him, asked him the common question that we ask - do you know what today was? He was alert and conscious. He did have some bleeding of the face,” Reickard said. In the process, she looked down to the floor board and saw a ring that she often wears. “I picked it up and I started to shake and thought, ‘That's my jewelry,’” the paramedic said. That’s not all. Also in the car she saw her son’s autographed Kansas City Chiefs football and X-Box, an heirloom wedding ring and her husband’s long guns and a revolver, apparently broken in the crash. Once the men were transported to various hospitals Reickard explained to the police her suspicions and after returning to her rural Higginsville, MO, home, she found out she was right. Her front door was open and it was clear the house had been ransacked. “My couch was overturned, my jewelry was gone through,” she said. It's unnerving for Reickard and sad. Her wedding ring has yet to be found. She fears it was thrown from the car after the young men realized police were after them on the highway. Prosecutors said the three teens face various burglary and theft charges. - (Black-on-white) |

Aspiring rapper busted in massive identity theft scam A sophisticated identity theft ring was busted Tuesday for stealing victims’ credit cards and racking up hundreds of thousands of dollars at luxury retailers like Barneys, Louis Vuitton and Saks. Cory Carter is named as the ring’s “quarterback,” obtaining victims’ personal information and using it to apply for fraudulent credit cards, prosecutors allege in the 12-defendant indictment. He would have the new cards sent to an address where a cohort would be waiting for the delivery, pretend to be the victim and intercept it, authorities said. The ring was even able to circumvent fraud safeguards by rerouting calls from banks to phone numbers they controlled. |

Man who posed as woman charged in dating app scam A Dorchester man accused of posing as a woman on a dating app to lure men into gunpoint robberies was busted thanks to another item of modern technology — the court-ordered GPS monitoring ankle bracelet he was wearing placed him at the scene of those crimes, court papers state. Rakeem Austin, 30, is accused of holding up nine men who succumbed to his Internet come-hither — falling for his fake femme ploy on the dating app Tagged — between Oct. 2, 2015, and Nov. 21, 2015, Assistant District Attorney Greer Spatz said. “The cases all have the exact same MO,” Spatz said. The nine would-be Lotharios arranged meet-ups through the app, expecting to meet lasses who went by the user names “Lizzy S” and “Candy B.” Instead, they encountered Austin, who ordered them to the ground at gunpoint and made off with their wallets, cellphones, jewelry or other valuables. |
Former Firefighter Convicted Of Fraudulently Collecting Disability, Found To Be Doing Martial Arts TRENTON, Nj., — New Jersey’s acting Attorney General, Robert Lougy, announced that Shane B. Streater, a former Camden Firefighter, was convicted of stealing more than $82,000 by fraudulently collecting a disability pension from the state’s Police and Firemen’s Retirement System. While doing so, Streater was working as a martial arts instructor and participating in competitive mixed martial arts. Streater, 41, was convicted of second-degree theft by deception. Sentencing is scheduled for May 20. “Streater portrayed himself as a firefighter permanently disabled in the line of duty, but it was all a shameful charade, as he demonstrated by engaging in strenuous martial arts activities,” said Lougy. “His ploy to steal pension benefits was a slap in the face of the honest firefighters and officers who continue to serve the public bravely and who are counting on that pension fund for their retirement.” |

(Black) Man authorities said had role in 'execution' of Worcester couple held without bail in home invasion case WORCESTER -- The man authorities claim is responsible for the killing of a couple who planned to testify against him in a home invasion case will remain in jail after a judge found he violated probation. Chad Easter, 30, of Boston, is currently charged in a home invasion from 2013. Last week, prosecutors said Easter is suspected of "executing" Alex Lora and Jessica McKeon last month so they could not testify against him in the home invasion case. Lora and McKeon were shot inside their apartment at 8 Forbes St. on March 10. McKeon was shot six times and found dead in the apartment while Lora was shot twice and died at the hospital. Authorities said Easter, who was out on a $5,000 bail, failed to show up for a random drug test on March 11 while on probation for the 2013 home invasion case. Court officials said he failed to maintain employment, which was also part of his probation. Easter's bail was officially revoked and he was arrested when he showed up to court on March 28 - the day his home invasion trial was supposed to start. - (Black-on-white) |

Georgia to execute (black) man who killed (White) woman during burglary ATLANTA - Georgia is preparing to execute a death row inmate who shot a woman to death during a burglary in 1996. Kenneth Fults is scheduled to die at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the state prison in Jackson. The 47-year-old inmate pleaded guilty in 1997 to killing his neighbor, 19-year-old Cathy Bounds, and a jury sentenced him to death. Fults' lawyers have said he had an extremely tough childhood and an intellectual disability that keeps him from acting appropriately. They also pointed out flaws in his sentencing trial, including a juror they said was motivated by racial bias and a trial attorney who slept through part of the proceedings. Fults would be the fourth person executed in Georgia this year. - (Black-on-white) |

(White female) Minneapolis road rage shooting victim: 'All I did was honk my horn' (at three rude feral black killer thugs) MINNEAPOLIS - Upset, angry and scared, Kat asked us not to use her full name or show her face. She is too afraid that the men who shot her in a Minneapolis road rage incident will try to track her down. “All I did was honk my horn and he tried to kill me,” she said. "I don't want anybody else to go through what I went through. “I hope they catch these guys because I can't sleep at night." What we can show you are the bandages and the bullet holes. Kat was shot a total of 4 times. One bullet tore through her stomach and is difficult to look at. VIEW ALL VICTIM PHOTOS Kat said she was heading to work down busy Hennepin Avenue. She had missed her turn off and honked at the Jeep Grand Cherokee that cut in front of her. Traffic cameras snapped several images of the suspect vehicle, described by some as beige, tan or gold. Kat vividly remembers 3 people inside. "Three black men. One driving,” she said. “I did see a black handgun before he shot me. He had short dreads, light skin, skinny. You could tell he was a little tall." The shooter was sitting in the front passenger seat. Before opening fire, Kat recalls him rolling down his window and demanding her to pull over. "Five seconds later, I heard pop, pop, pop, pop,” she said. “I realized I had blood coming from my shoulder. I didn't realize I got shot in my arm and abdomen." After the shooting, Kat was rushed to the emergency room at HCMC. She spent two nights in the hospital and was sent home with a couple of bullets still lodged in her body. "I have two bullets in me,” she said. “My arm and bicep, and one in my shoulder, 3 inches from my heart.” - (Black-on-white) |

Students beat and bullied me for being white A white student at a predominantly Hispanic and black Long Island high school says he was targeted for punishment over his race — punched, hit with a chair and repeatedly called “cracker” and “white boy” — while administrators did nothing to protect him. Lawyers for Giovanni Micheli, now 23, aim to convince a federal jury that their client was singled out as a “minority” in Brentwood High School and then told by school officials, most of them white, to either “project more self-confidence” in order to stem the beating and berating — or leave. Micheli sued the Brentwood School District in 2010, and the trial opened Monday in Brooklyn federal court. “Giovanni was a minority because he was Caucasian,” attorney Wayne Schaefer said in his opening statement. “This case is about discrimination against a minority student . . . Our claim is that there was deliberate indifference because he was a Caucasian student complaining in a district where Caucasians are a minority.” After his parents complained, administrators eventually removed Micheli from the campus in favor of home tutoring, according to Schaefer. Finally, staffers ordered that he leave campus as a safety precaution. He and his parents want reimbursement for his parochial school tuition. . - (Drudge) - (Black-on-white) |
