(Predominately White) Spring breakers attacked, robbed in Daytona Beach (by black thugs) DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Some people come to spring break for the sole purpose of preying on those visitors, police said. Symian Wesley, 19, of New Smyrna Beach was among them, police said. Wesley and a still-unidentified man were seen on surveillance at Razzle's nightclub Wednesday, befriending two visiting college students then leaving with the victims to hang out somewhere else, police said. About a block away, Wesley and the other man beat the victims and robbed one of them, police said. There were two other attacks on spring breakers, Thursday and Friday nights, and in neighboring Daytona Beach Shores, there was a similar incident early Sunday. "They all had cuts and bruises. They were punched, kicked and knocked to the ground," said Sgt. Mike Fowler, spokesman for Daytona Beach Shores police. Fowler says three 18-year-olds from Jacksonville and a juvenile beat four spring breakers at the Lexington Inn on south Atlantic Avenue. The suspects used some female friends to lure the college students to the sixth floor and jumped them as the victims got off the elevator, police said. "The entire time they were beating them they were asking them what they had in their pockets, running their hands through their pockets, taking anything of value," Fowler said. An employee at the Lexington Inn helped them track down the suspects, who confessed, police said. - (Black-on-white) |

What we know about the Bobbie Maples buried-body missing-person murder case - white woman's dead body found - black man charged MUSKEGON COUNTY, MI – Information about the death of Bobbie Roselyn Maples, whose body was found in January 2016 more than a year after she went missing, continues to come out drop by drop, more slowly than in many murder cases. One piece became public with the charging of Ronald Earl Williams, 35, a Michigan Department of Corrections prisoner, with open murder in Maples' death. After Williams was charged, the affidavit for the search warrant that led to discovery of Maples' buried body was unsealed. That Jan. 22 affidavit, a sworn statement written by Roosevelt Park Police Officer Robert Sypien, cites Williams' 41-year-old sister, Ronesha Aunu Williams, as the source of the tip that led to Maples' body being unearthed. In his statement to a Muskegon County 60th District Court magistrate, the officer said he had spoken with Ronesha Williams that day. She told the officer that she had visited her brother at a home on Michillinda Road around the time Maples was reported missing. "While at the Michillinda Road address, Ronesha Williams observed a large object rolled up in a comforter, estimated by Ronesha to be at least a queen size comforter," Sypien wrote. Later, Ronesha Williams said, she spoke with her brother's girlfriend, Tara Lynn Glaser. Glaser allegedly told her that around the time of Maples' disappearance, "Ronald Williams buried an object at 5265 Nestrom Road in the area of a detached pole barn, and that Ronald Williams then poured concrete over the object that had been buried." Bobbie Maples was involved in a "relationship" with Ronald Williams. - (Black-on-white) |

The Burlington County Prosecutor's Office said police were called to the scene of a motor vehicle crash on Route 130 north near Chester Avenue at about 11:30 p.m. when they found 54-year-old Cynthia Fortune on the ground on the driver's side of a Chevy Cruze. There were multiple cuts on Fortune's neck, and police found a knife inside the vehicles. She was pronounced dead after being transported to Lourdes Medical Center. An autopsy will be performed on Friday. Authorities said Quentin S. Fortune, a passenger in the car, had fled the scene of the crash toward businesses along the busy roadway and was later apprehended by police at the Route 130 diner. (Negro) Suspect acted erratically before killing police dog, 2 people, police report says Las Vegas - The man who police say shot and killed two people and a police dog Thursday was visiting his mother and yelling that people were after him and he was being followed in the hours before the shooting. James Craig Simpson, 31, was shot several times by four different officers, including the police dog’s handler. Simpson had put the gun on the street but picked it back up when the police dog started coming after him. He grabbed the gun and started running, and it was then that police say he turned around and fired toward the officers, who shot back. Brandon Hughes and his mother, Felecia Wimberly-Hughes, were identified as the homicide victims in the police records. Public records show that the two lived nextdoor to Simpson’s mother. Emergency crews were dispatched just before noon Thursday to 9848 Fast Elk St., near Log Cabin and North El Capitan ways. The two bodies were found inside the home. The arrest record said that Simpson called his mother, Twila Oliver, in the middle of the night to pick him up. Oliver sent a taxi for him. About 6 a.m., Oliver was woken up by a knock at her bedroom door. It was Simpson, and he was holding a handgun she had never seen before. Simpson began yelling at her that people were after him, were following him and were outside. Simpson continued to act erratically, and his mother’s directives for him to put down the gun and leave were ineffective. She called police at 12:07 p.m. |
Black Man says brutal beating of black transgender A man charged with the vicious beating death of a transgender woman in Harlem told cops he did it in a “blind fury,” it was revealed Thursday at a hearing in Manhattan Supreme Court. James Dixon, 25, allegedly confessed to Detective Heriberto Vasquez shortly after the Aug. 17, 2013, attack, the cop testified. “A couple of days before this incident, I got fooled by a transgender and this could have led to this incident, [this] blind fury,” Dixon allegedly wrote in a statement, the officer said. Dixon and some pals had chatted up some women “thinking they were girls” on Eighth Avenue near the corner of West 148th Street. “I asked the one I was talking to if she was a guy,” Dixon allegedly wrote in the statement about Islan Nettles, 21. When the curvy beauty said yes, Dixon became so enraged, he pushed her away and punched her in the face, knocking her down, then punched her again, he admitted, according to Vasquez. “I told the other transgender person, ‘You want some too?’” Dixon allegedly said. When Nettles fell, she hit the pavement with such force that she sustained a serious brain injury, according to Assistant District Attorney Nicholas Viorst. But Dixon continued to pummel her as she lay on the ground unconscious, prosecutors have charged. Nettles died five days later at Harlem Hospital. |

Police Release New Video Of (Vicious Cowardly Black Scum) Suspect In Robberies Of Elderly (White) Women In Brooklyn, Queens NEW YORK — Police are hoping new surveillance video will lead them to a violent robbery suspect who they said is targeting mostly elderly women in Queens and Brooklyn. Investigators said the video released overnight shows the suspect around the time of his latest attack Saturday afternoon on Ocean Parkway near Beverly Road in Brooklyn. Erin Van Schendel, 83, was left badly bruised after detectives said the suspect viciously beat her. “I guess I just got socked, I don’t remember very much,” she said. “When she opened the door, he slammed her down, knocked her in the face and broke her nose,” said her son, Marc Van Schendel. In January, investigators believe he robbed a 76-year-old woman and an 87-year-old man at knifepoint in Ridgewood, Queens. Then on Feb. 11, police said he followed a 71-year-old woman into her home in the area of Prospect Place and 6th Avenue in Brooklyn, tied her up, pulled out a gun and hit her in the face. He then stole $375 and fled, police said. The next attack happened on March 2 when police said he robbed $370 from 91-year-old Elizabeth Gioino at gunpoint. Police said the suspect then approached an 83-year-old woman at gunpoint, showing a box cutter and making away with over $300. The suspect is described as a black man between the ages of 40 and 60, 5 foot 10 inches tall weighing 250 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black jacket. - (Black-on-white) |

U.S. Marshals Hunt For (Black Hispanic) Alleged Murderer In Double-Shooting Case BUFFALO, N.Y. – The U.S. Marshals are turning up the heat in the search for western New York fugitive Dominick Cruz, the alleged gunman in a deadly parking lot shooting in Tonawanda, New York, in January. On Jan. 10, Cruz, 39, allegedly shot 25-year-old Mark Sternin and 24-year-old Tyler Sadauskas during an altercation, killing Sternin and critically wounding Sadauskas. Authorities quickly identified Cruz as the suspect, and were able to track him to his place of employment two days later where they planned to arrest him. Unfortunately, their plan fell through when Cruz learned of their arrival and escaped out of a side door. “Dominick Cruz’s blatant disregard for human life and the law have made this case a top priority for us,” said U.S. Marshal Charles Salina of the Western District of New York. “Our deputy U.S. marshals and our federal, state and local law enforcement partners will leave no stone unturned until this dangerous fugitive faces justice.” - (Black-on-white) |
