(White) Dad killed in crash caused by (black female) habitual traffic offender Cody Garrick was the mushy one of the family, always telling everyone he loved them. "There isn't anything he wouldn't do for the people he loved," his aunt Tracy Kennedy said. At 23, the single father had just bought a car and started a new job with Domino's Pizza. He had plans to save up for a house to share with his 2-year-old daughter and was excited for their future. But it was all cut short early Sunday morning when Garrick was hit while driving home from his first day on the job. And authorities say the woman who hit him shouldn't have been on the roads. Orange County deputies first spotted 27-year-old Syndia Saint Cyr about 1:30 a.m. speeding. A deputy working a traffic enforcement in the area said Saint Cyr was traveling at least 20 mph over the speed limit, so he activated his emergency lights and attempted to stop her. Saint Cyr — who authorities said is a habitual traffic offender and has a revoked license — kept driving. Saint Cyr continued at what the deputy "estimated to be 100 mph." He then "observed a smoke cloud at the intersection and heard what sounded like an explosion." Florida Highway Patrol troopers said Saint Cyr ran a red light at the intersection and collided with Garrick's car. He was declared dead at the scene. Since 2005, Saint Cyr has been cited for 20 driving violations. - (Black-on-white) |

Philadelphia Man Faces Retrial in 1991 Rape, Slaying of 77-Year-Old Neighbor A man whose conviction in the rape and murder of an elderly woman in north Philadelphia a quarter-century ago was overturned due to DNA evidence is facing a retrial in the case. Forty-four-year-old Anthony Wright was sentenced to life without parole in the October 1991 slaying of 77-year-old Louise Talley, his neighbor in the Nicetown neighborhood. The conviction was reversed two years ago after DNA evidence pointed to another man. Prosecutors will argue in the retrial that Wright didn't act alone but was in the home when Talley was assaulted and stabbed 10 times. Defense attorneys have argued in pretrial filings that other evidence should be barred because it was tainted by improper police conduct and witnesses have died since the 1993 trial. |

Warrant issued for 17-year-old Mounds teen charged with shooting police officer MOUNDS — A warrant has been issued for the 17-year-old Mounds teen charged with attempted murder for shooting a police officer this past summer. The warrant was issued for Nigel L. Williams, who had been out of jail on bail since Jan. 11. The warrant was issued for Williams after he ran from his house when officers performed a compliance check on him. Mounds Police Chief Terry Riddle said Williams ran from his house after two police officers went there around 9 p.m. Monday on a compliance check. One of the conditions of Williams' bond was that he be at his home between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m., Riddle said. Riddle said one of the officers went inside the house, while the other stayed outside. The officer did not say anything to Williams before Williams ran out the back door and into a wooded area, Riddle said. He said he had no idea why Williams ran. Williams' trial on a charge of attempted murder of a police officer had been set to start Monday, Feb. 22, but that was postponed to March 28, the state's attorney's office indicated late last week. Williams was arrested July 8, 2015, after he allegedly shot Mounds police officer Lyle Womack. Womack is still off from work recuperating from his injuries. - (Black-on-white) |

Pack of four vicious perverted savage African migrants kidnap two people and torture, rape and rob them After the first time, the pain of the knife slicing into his thigh started to numb. He did not know his attackers, only that four men who spoke English and another language he did not recognize forced him and his friend into a small sedan. A Saturn. As the duo was driven to ATMs to withdraw cash in the Antioch area before sunrise in March 2012, they were repeatedly punched, stabbed and taunted. Laughed at. It lasted about 45 minutes. They were forced to give each other oral sex. Forced to strip off their bloody clothes, told to get out of the car and pushed down on a road before their attackers fled. After a week-long trial, a jury on Friday found one of the four attackers, Peterpal Tutlam, 31, guilty of six charges against him: two counts each of especially aggravated robbery, especially aggravated kidnapping and aggravated rape. The verdict marks a step toward justice for the victims. It does not mark the end of the impact from what one victim described as torture in the backseat of that car. About three miles away, four men were leaving Caribbean Hut club on Antioch Pike. They’d spent hours drinking and dancing. The victims said they were beaten, stabbed in the arms and legs, threatened with death and told to keep their heads down. At one point, one of the men grabbed one victim's hand and tried to break his fingers. Sexual assault of men occurs less frequently than women, but experts say the emotional and psychological effects can be similar. The kidnappers drove to Franklin Limestone Road and told the victims to remove their clothing, according to testimony. One man said he was pushed into the gravel at the side of the road while the attackers shoved his friend to the pavement and began stomping on him, at least once on his head. The men, naked and covered in blood, walked down a nearby street where they found a resident who called for help. Both suffered about 10 stab wounds. The man whose head was slammed on the pavement needed about 30 stitches for that injury alone and had a bruise on his brain, he testified. Two of them, Duol Wal, 25, and Tut Tut, 19, previously pleaded guilty and are serving 30-year prison terms. The third, Yangreek Wal, 22, pleaded guilty in an agreement he would testify against Tutlam, and is awaiting sentencing. Peterpal Tutlam is from South Sudan and has been in the U.S. as a refugee since he was about 10 years old, according to his attorney, David Harris. All four men charged in the case were born abroad but have lived in the U.S. much of their lives. Two Nuer interpreters from Minnesota attended but were rarely used in Tutlam's five-day trial. Tutlam and the other defendants - two of whom testified during Tutlam's trial - speak the African language as well as English. Tutlam's attorney said Judge Cheryl Blackburn used the interpreters in an abundance of caution because of another recent case involving a refugee whose convictions were overturned because of an issue with her language. |

(White female ex-sex-partner of berserk black ex-con killer - mother to two of his mixed-race offspring) charged with giving the felon guns A Newton woman is facing a federal charge after authorities said she is suspected of giving Cedric Ford the two weapons he used to shoot 17 people in Hesston on Thursday. Sarah Jo Hopkins, 28, is the mother of Ford’s 4-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son, according to court records obtained by The Eagle on Friday afternoon. She was charged with one count of knowingly transferring a firearm to a convicted felon, U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom said in an e-mailed news release Friday. Hopkins is not the woman who filed for the protection order served to Ford at Excel Industries the day of the shooting. An affidavit filed in the case alleges Hopkins knew of Ford’s criminal history – or had reason to think he had one – including his felony convictions, which barred him from possessing firearms. Hopkins is the mother of Ford's two children. She moved out of her home with Ford in July and retrieved the guns from the house less than a month later with the help of police, the Eagle reported, citing an affidavit in the case. Shortly thereafter, Hopkins gave the guns back to Ford "because Ford had threatened her." |

UK: (Black) Illegal immigrant from Burundi African - who was jailed for dealing cocaine on UK streets and then dodged deportation on Human Rights grounds is BACK behind bars after he carried on peddling drugs | ||
An illegal immigrant drug dealer dodged deportation on his release from a British prison after fathering a child - only to continue peddling crack cocaine on the UK's streets. Mohammed Shyheim, 31, was sentenced to three years in jail in 2008 for selling cocaine in Sheffield. He has been in Britain illegally for 12 years and never been granted citizenship after fleeing the war-torn East African country of Burundi as a teenager. Shyheim was considered for deportation on his early release from prison after 18 months, but launched an appeal. He has fathered a child in England which enables him to argue his human rights would be infringed if moves were made to send him home. He is no longer with the child's mother. (Black) Driver In Deadly Davis Crash To Be Charged With Murder (of 71-year-old White woman) WOODLAND – The driver involved in a deadly crash in Davis will be facing a charge of murder, prosecutors revealed. Yolo County District Attorney Jeff W. Reisig’s office released their criminal complaint against Steven Hendrix on Friday, showing that they plan on filing murder, vehicular manslaughter, DUI and child endangerment charges. Jonasen was turning onto 2nd Street in Davis when the car Hendrix was driving broadsided her. Four juveniles were in Hendrix’ car at the time of the crash, police say. Murdered (White female) teacher’s family tells judge of their anguish during sentencing (of black rape-murderer) Chism Chism will automatically get life in prison for killing his math teacher in 2013. But a judge will decide when he’ll be eligible for parole. Ever since her daughter was murdered more than two years ago, Peggie Ritzer can barely stand to take a picture of her remaining children. Instead of a trio, she’s left with two. “To take a picture of them together brings me so much pain,” she said, “because Colleen’s absence is overwhelming.” For an hour and forty minutes, Colleen Ritzer’s friends, family, former co-workers and teachers told a judge what they lost—and what Philip Chism took from them. Judge David A. Lowy will have to decide when Chism, now 17, will be eligible for parole after he was found guilty of murdering, raping and robbing Ritzer on Oct. 22, 2013 in a bathroom at Danvers High School. He will automatically receive a life sentence, but could be eligible for parole after as few as 15 years. - (Black-on-white) |

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - A Sioux Falls man who admitted to killing his girlfriend in December of 2014 has been sentenced to 60 years in prison. As part of a plea deal, 40-year-old Timothy Moses pleaded guilty to 1st degree manslaughter in the beating death of Angel Schroeder. The judge imposed the maximum sentenced allowed in the plea deal. That's exactly what Schroeder's family asked for in court Wednesday. Family and friends packed the Minnehaha County courtroom; almost all of them wearing purple shirts, paying tribute to Schroeder. Schroeder's Mother Shane Brandt said, "She was like a little elf sometimes and she was funny and she couldn't sing but she sang all the time and she had the most musical laugh anybody's every had. I just miss her." Police say they found Schroeder dead on the bathroom floor at her home on the 1000 block of West 22nd Street on Dec. 28, 2014 after they were asked to check on her boyfriend, Timothy Moses' well being. Both had been drinking and Moses claims he doesn't remember choking or beating her, while her young son and his friend heard her cries upstairs. Brandt says Angel never discussed their abusive relationship. Brandt said, "For reasons I'll never understand, my daughter did not use her voice because if she had we would not be here today." Before Moses was sentenced, Brandt addressed the court. She says the last time she saw her daughter's smile was on Dec. 24 and Christmas will never be the same. Brandt looked at Moses and said, "Satan takes on many forms and I'm looking at one of them." - (Black-on-white) |

Three black female NY college students who claimed to be victims of racist attack charged with assault and false reporting Three black female college students who claimed to be victims of an assault by a group of white men and women have been charged themselves. The University at Albany announced Thursday that two of the women, Ariel Agudio and Asha Burwell, have been charged with misdemeanor assault and falsely reporting an incident. The third woman, Alexis Briggs, has been charged with misdemeanor assault. The women, all 20 years old, claimed they were attacked early on the morning of Jan. 30 while riding a bus. They claimed that they were called racial slurs and were physically attacked while bystanders looked on. Investigators say a review of multiple videos of the incident showed no evidence the women were victims of a crime or subjected to racial slurs. In fact, police said the women were the aggressors, assaulting a 19-year-old white woman. The white men Agudio, Burwell and Briggs claimed assaulted them were actually trying to break up the fight. "I especially want to point out that what happened on the bus was not a (white-on-black) 'hate crime,'" University Police Chief Frank Wiley said in a statement, according to the Albany Times-Union. The incident roiled tensions on campus and garnered extensive media attention, including a sympathetic tweet from Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton. - (Hatecrimes) - (Black-on-white) |
