Suspect Accused Of Intimidating Witness With Violent Imagery In Rap Video COATESVILLE, Pa. — An employee of the Chester County Juvenile Probation Department is accused of Witness Intimidation. Authorities allege she went into to a courtroom on behalf of her boyfriend, to tell a potential witness in a drug case against him, not to show up at an upcoming hearing. Twenty-three-year-old Chanel Turner was a receptionist in the Chester County Juvenile Probation office. Investigators say when her boyfriend, accused Coatesville drug dealer, 25-year-old Kenneth Wylie, told her a witness against him in a pending case was in the Justice Center, she went to a courtroom, found that potential witness and said, “Hey, don’t come to court tomorrow.” When he questioned her, she told him, “War said don’t come to court tomorrow,” and referenced Wylie’s preliminary hearing on drug sales. Hogan says Wylie also played a role in a music video last May, designed to frighten witnesses away from testifying against him. In the video, posted on YouTube, Wylie, according to Hogan, portrays a gunman shooting a man who has cooperated against him. |

Assertions of Hate Crime in Seattle After a (Black Muslim) Somali-American Teenager Falls to His Death SEATTLE — The Seattle Police Department said Wednesday it was investigating the death of a 16-year-old Somali-American boy who died Saturday after a fall from a balcony near Seattle Central College, where he had been taking classes. The death of the boy, Hamza Warsame, has prompted outrage among members of the Muslim 'community' here, amid assertions — it is not clear from whom — that he was beaten and pushed to his death by a white man. This (false rumor) was spread (by blacktivists) online through a hashtag on Twitter and Facebook, #Justice4Hamza. On Wednesday, scores of protesters, including members of the boy’s family, who are Muslim, marched to the local police precinct shouting for justice and calling the death a possible hate crime. A police official close to the investigation, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the case is open, said a preliminary examination of Hamza’s body showed no injuries that were “consistent with having been physically beaten” and added that “there wasn’t any evidence suggesting foul play.” |

(Black) Man Acquitted In Shooting Death Of Aspiring (White) Teacher PHILADELPHIA — A jury has acquitted a 37-year-old South Philadelphia of all charges in the June 2008 murder of a Minnesota man who came to the city to become a teacher. Marcellus Jones yelled “thank you” to the jury while the victim’s family, in town for the trial, wept after the verdict was read. Defense attorney Richard Giuliani applauded the panel for sticking strictly to the evidence in a case in which the defendant is already a convicted killer. “When a defendant testifies and brings out that he has five prior robbery convictions and denies the involvement of the killing of someone else where he’s already been convicted, that was difficult. But apparently the jury focused on the evidence in this case, which I’m grateful for,” said Giuliani. With no DNA or other physical evidence, prosecutors relied heavily on witnesses’ testimony. Despite the verdict, Jones isn’t going anywhere. He’s serving a life sentence for murdering the man suspected of driving the getaway car the night Beau Zabel was shot to death and robbed near the Italian Market. |

Jury finds (black "cold blooded killer Larry Brown guilty of murder (of White security guard) TAMPA -It took the jury four hours to return a guilty verdict in the Larry Donell Brown murder trial. Prosecutors say in November of 2012, Brown rode his bike over to the apartment complex where Michael Valentin worked as a security guard and shot him dead because he wanted his gun. But Brown's attorney argued there is no evidence connecting him to Valentin -- no gunpowder residue, no blood evidence and no DNA linking him to the crime. But the jury clearly believed the prosecution when they called Brown a cold blooded killer. Because Brown was sixteen at the time of the murder, he cannot be sentenced to life in prison, according to a U.S. Supreme Court decision last year. - (Black-on-white) |

UK: Black African migrants from Nigeria jailed for keeping slave for 24 years A doctor and his nurse wife who kept a man in forced servitude for almost a quarter of a century after illegally bringing him to Britain have both been jailed for six years. Former NHS obstetrician Emmanuel Edet, 61, and midwife Antan Edet, 58, kept fellow Nigerian Ofonime Sunday Inuk as a ‘houseboy’ after telling immigration officials he was their teenage son when they arrived here in 1989. Over the next 24 years he worked unpaid up to 17 hours a day looking after the couple’s two sons, cooking, cleaning and gardening. He was also forced to sleep on a hall floor for long periods of time. He eventually managed to alert a charity to his plight after the couple went to Nigeria for Christmas in 2013 and they were arrested the following March. - (UK) |
Suspected (black Muslim) American ISIS Recruiter Turns Himself In - in Somalia An American fugitive, who officials say is suspected of recruiting impressionable young men for terrorist groups including ISIS and was linked to at least one domestic terror attack in the U.S., has turned himself in to authorities, the State Department announced today. Mohamed Abdullahi Hassan, known online as “Miski,” surrendered to the government of Somalia early last month, a State Department spokesperson told reporters. Hassan has been wanted by the FBI since he left the U.S. in 2009 for allegedly providing "material support" to the al Qaeda-linked terrorist group al-Shabab in Somalia, often purportedly by convincing young American recruits to join. U.S. officials accuse Hassan of since moving on to recruiting for the Syria-based terror group ISIS. Over the weekend ABC News reported that investigators were trying to determine if the couple who killed 14 people in San Bernardino last week had any online connection with Hassan in the months before he turned himself in. |

(Black) Fresno man sentenced to death for rape, murder of (White) teen girl in 1985 Eddie Ricky Nealy, whom a prosecutor called one of the most dangerous men in Fresno County’s history, was sentenced Friday to California’s death row for the 1985 rape and killing of Fresno teen Jody Lynn Wolf. Judge Arlan Harrell’s voice cracked and he nearly cried in Fresno County Superior Court when he announced Nealy’s death sentence. Nealy, 58, received the death penalty after a jury in September 2013 convicted him of rape and the first-degree murder of 14-year-old Jody, whose nude body was discovered floating face up in a southwest Fresno canal on Aug. 15, 1985. The runaway was wearing only knee-high socks. An autopsy revealed she died of blunt-force trauma to the back of her head and had been dead at least two days. In its decision, the jury said Nealy should be executed for killing Jody. “It was a cold, vicious murder in the commission of a rape,” Harrell said in announcing Nealy’s punishment. The judge said there was evidence presented at Nealy’s trial that showed he had killed Mary Charlotte Barnett in July 1988, but Nealy never was tried for it. Barnett’s nude body was found in a southwest Fresno field. She was hogtied and had a purse strap and brassiere tightly wrapped around her neck. The coroner said Barnett died as a result of ligature strangulation and had cuts, bruises and fractures on her face, as well as on other parts of her body. Nealy’s other convictions included three rapes, one robbery and child abuse. - (Black-on-white) |
