Black Woman charged with murder for hitting officer’s daughter with SUV repeatedly CHICAGO -- A woman who allegedly used her SUV to repeatedly ram the daughter of a Chicago police officer into a tree last Friday night, killing her, was charged with first degree murder and denied bond Monday. Police say it started as an argument over Facebook, and 24-year-old Chynna Stapleton was upset because 17-year-old Tatyanna Lewis had started a relationship with the father of one of her children. Lewis' boyfriend Tyshaun Page said Lewis visited him Friday and said she was fed up with being what he called "bullied and harassed" by Stapleton. Stapleton and Page have a one-year-old son together. "She kept picking on Tatyanna, she got tired, started crying and said, 'I'm tired of her picking on me.' I said do what you gotta do baby - I didn't know all this was going to happen," Page said. Just after 11 p.m. that night, Page said his fiancé and baby's mother got into a fist fight. Police say Lewis started walking away with friends down the sidewalk when Stapleton got into her Jeep Liberty- with her 13-year-old cousin in the back seat- and then swung around and started barreling down the sidewalk. Witnesses then watched as Stapleton hit Lewis, and then kept going until she struck a tree. "Witnesses then watched as she put her car in reverse; the victim had become lodged and was dragged and pulled under the vehicle. She shifted to drive and ran over her with both the front and rear tires of her car," Santini said. Lewis was pronounced dead at the scene. |

Black Sex offender arraigned for brutal sex attack on German woman tourist in Harlem A serial sex predator was arraigned Friday for the vicious beating and attempted rape of a German tourist — as well as an earlier assault on another woman. “Both cases involve similar facts with egregious violence,” said Assistant District Attorney Erin Reid of defendant Keon Robinson, 28. The sadistic fiend allegedly approached the 31-year-old tourist May 4 at about 2:50 a.m. on West 146th Street near Frederick Douglas Boulevard. He put her in a chokehold, threatened her with a gun and demanded her purse. When she resisted, he punched her repeatedly in the face, knocked her unconscious and snatched her bag, papers state. The horrific attack, which is captured on surveillance video, shows Robinson hike up her dress, remove her tights and underwear and molest her, the complaint says. After regaining consciousness, “the defendant punches her at least five more times, until she stops moving” and then continued to violate her, court papers allege. After the sick assault, he left the victim passed out on the ground “with her vagina exposed,” said the prosecutor. The young woman, who suffered a broken tooth and two black eyes, was returning to her Airbnb rental when she was attacked. Robinson — a level three sex offender — was also arraigned for the April 24 robbery and assault of a stranger in Harlem and is the prime suspect in another rape case, Reid told Judge Tamiko Amaker. - (Black-on-white) |

New York Fire Department lowers standards to recruit unqualified blacks - rejected (Haitian?) black sues city A firefighter wannabe claims the FDNY unfairly rejected his application over his hitting on a customer and cursing out a boss at previous jobs — but that the department has welcomed less qualified candidates and even convicted felons. Now he’s suing the city, whining that the FDNY determined he “lacked satisfactory character” for the job based solely on his “private-employment history.” His suit only mentions he had “anger issues and [was] immature in the past,” but has since improved his “character.” It neglects to mention the Bronx resident cycled through 23 jobs in just 13 years, according to a January 2017 letter from the Fire Department. |

Video shows (black) man punching puppy in the face twice DECATUR — Disturbing surveillance video shows a man forcefully striking and dragging a dog in a gas station parking lot Sunday. A man and woman saw a puppy running around the parking lot of a BP gas station. As they were heading inside, the woman walked over to the dog and began petting it. They began playing with the dog when they heard another man yell "come here". The woman picked up the puppy and walked towards the man. As they approached each other, the man reached back and swung at the dog, hitting it twice with a closed fist. Black Sports: Chicago Bears WR's girlfriend targeted in West Town 'bump-and-run' carjacking CHICAGO — Chicago police are tracking a number of so-called "bump-and-run" attacks. The girlfriend of Chicago Bear Kevin White was the latest target. White wasn't driving the luxury vehicle at the time. His 26-year-old girlfriend was alone in the car when it was stolen near West Grand Avenue and North May Street in the city's West Town neighborhood. Police said around 6:30 p.m., the thieves nudged her bumper at a stop sign to get her to come out of the car to check out the damage. Then two people jumped into the Maserati and took off, leaving the woman stranded. "This suggests a team of individuals doing this. One drives, both of them are in the car. Sometimes they use a female to bump the other car. If the female knows it's another female, then she gets out, lets her guard down, someone comes from behind, they jump in the car and they take off in the car," said Andrew Holmes, a community activist. "They'll hide the car in the garage somewhere until they can go do a drive-by or strong arm robbery with your vehicle and then they'll leave the vehicle. Sometimes the vehicle is found burned." |

(white)Montana woman charged with murder (of her black boyfriend) - she originally reported as suicide GREAT FALLS -Linda Roseann Christianson has been arrested for the stabbing death of Steven Fletcher. She is charged with deliberate homicide and tampering with evidence related to his death. A press release from the Cascade County Sheriff's Office states that Christianson was arrested in Ravalli County. Fletcher was found dead at his home at 5405 Lower River Road. Officers responded to the home for a report of a suicide at about 4:47 p.m. on Sunday, March 5. During the initial stages of the investigation, deputies had reason to believe that the death was not a suicide and deemed the scene and circumstances suspicious. The evidence shows that the knife was clearly placed in Fletcher's hand after he was deceased. Detectives later learned that Fletcher was in the process of leaving Christianson, and that he had recently put in an application for housing for only himself and his children without Christianson. (When the deputies originally answered the 911 call) she crawled up onto the couch over the top of Fletcher in an apparent attempt to perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation; however, she appeared to be blowing into his face from a few inches away. Christianson appeared to be under the influence of drugs. Neighbors told officers that Christianson was known to use meth, and to their knowledge, had done so within the last five days. She then started talking about Fletcher's ex-girlfriend, who she said was mad at Fletcher and had threatened recently to come over and harm him. |

Suspect identified in deadly officer-involved shooting A male suspect was killed in an officer-involved shooting near Highway 50 and Zinfandel Drive in Rancho Cordova Monday evening, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department. The incident happened just before 7 p.m when the Sheriff’s Communication Center received a report of an assault in the 10800 block of Olson Drive. The caller stated the suspect was hitting and choking a female inside her vehicle and attempting to pull her out of the car, the sheriff’s department said. A Rancho Cordova police officer responded to the incident, and the 32-year-old male suspect started to physically fight with the officer after neglecting directives when the officer attempted to detain him, according to the sheriff's department. The fight continued across Olson Drive and during the struggle, the officer fell into an area of river rock. The suspect picked up a river rock and struck the officer over the head, which caused injury. The officer then fired his gun at the suspect, the sheriff’s department said. The suspect then fled south towards Highway 50 and was later located on the north side of the westbound lanes of Highway 50 by a K9 Unit and second patrol deputy. After being deployed, authorities say the suspect struck the K9 with a rock and then attempted to strike the deputies. The sheriff’s department says two deputies then fired their weapons and struck the suspect. The deputies immediately began life saving measures on the suspect, who was later transported to a local hospital where he died from his injuries. The man has been identified by the Sacramento County Coroner's Office as 32-year-old Mikel Lane McIntyre. Hours before the shooting, Mikel’s family called 911 saying they thought he was having a mental breakdown. |
