18-year-old (white, presumably defiled) woman charged in Beaverdale (black-on-black drug deal) homey-cide Molly Elizabeth Peter, 18, of Des Moines, was arrested Monday and charged in connection with a shooting that killed a man last week in Beaverdale. Peter was booked into the Polk County Jail at 3:33 p.m. Monday, on charges of first-degree murder, attempted murder and first-degree robbery, jail records show. She is enrolled as a senior at Hoover High School, Des Moines Public Schools spokesman Phil Roeder confirmed. She has attended schools in the district since at least second grade in the 2006-07 school year, he said in an email. The April 11 murder stemmed from a drug deal that turned into a robbery, court records show. Larry Deandre Ratliff Jr., 26, is accused of shooting and robbing Antonio Eugene Quinn, 36, and Michael Allen James Jr., 33, after the three allegedly met for a narcotics transaction before 9:20 p.m. in a parking lot in the 2800 block of Beaver Avenue, according to criminal complaints filed in court against Ratliff, who was arrested Friday. Quinn, a Beaverdale resident, died in the shooting. James was injured. Ratliff faces criminal charges of first-degree murder, attempted murder, first-degree robbery and possessing a firearm as a felon. Des Moines police spokesman Sgt. Paul Parizek said he could not give specific details about how Peter came to be involved in the murder. "She had a supporting role in this," he said. "It is unfortunate she was a young lady and had her whole life ahead of her and then got wrapped up in this mess. ... It just appears to be bad choices and bad friends." If convicted of first-degree murder, Peter would face a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole, he said. "She was 18 so she is technically an adult," Parizek said. "But essentially, she was a child." |

Beasley, 18, 1626 Weston Ave. and 649 Ashland Ave., was taken into custody and charged with second-degree murder, first-degree robbery and first-degree burglary for his role in the murder of Jose Hewitt. BLACKTIVIST and PRO-FAGGOT Arkansas Supreme Court bars judge who joined protests from hearing death penalty cases The Arkansas Supreme Court on Monday barred a judge from hearing cases involving the death penalty after he blocked inmates from being executed on the same day that he attended two capital-punishment protests. Pulaski County Circuit Court Judge Wendell Griffen had allowed himself to be strapped to a cot in a simulation of a prisoner awaiting execution by lethal injection on Friday at a protest outside the governor’s mansion in Little Rock. The same day, he issued a temporary restraining order delaying the state’s plan to execute eight prisoners from April 17-27. “To protect the integrity of the judicial system this court has a duty to ensure that all are given a fair and impartial tribunal,” said the Arkansas Supreme Court in its order. “We find it necessary to immediately reassign all cases in the Fifth Division that involve the death penalty or the state’s execution protocol, whether civil or criminal.” IMPEACH HIS ARROGANT ASS The court said it would reassign the judge’s case and refer the incident to the Arkansas Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission “to consider whether he has violated the Code of Judicial Conduct.” The high court’s decision came after the state filed an emergency petition asking to have Judge Griffen removed from the case, saying his behavior “makes it crystal clear that he cannot be considered impartial in matters related to the death penalty.” |

Uppity field negro educator (with African name) sues Walmart for listing occupation on fishing license as toilet cleaner BOZEMAN, Mont. - A Montana State University professor is suing Wal-Mart for libel after he says an employee at the Bozeman store listed his occupation on a fishing license as a "toilet cleaner." Gilbert Kalonde, assistant professor of technology education at MSU, filed the suit this past week in Gallatin County District Court. Kalonde is seeking unspecified damages. Reports say that Wal-Mart did not immediately respond to a request for comment. According to the complaint, Kalonde bought a state fishing license in April 2015, showing the Wal-Mart employee identification of his employment at MSU. But the Wal-Mart employee entered "clean toilets" into the state database as Kalonde's occupation. The suit contends Wal-Mart exposed Kalonde to "hatred, contempt, ridicule" through the incident. - (Bias lawsuits) |

Woman's car stolen by black with her child inside; (White) Man holds suspects at gunpoint ENGLEWOOD - When two burglary suspects saw a woman unloading groceries from her car Wednesday, they also saw an opportunity to steal her car. Police say her four-year-old daughter was still in the car and the suspects let her out about a hundred yards away. However, the woman's cell phone was still inside and officers used it to track the car down in front of an Englewood home. They were also able to find the two suspects who might have gotten away if it weren't for a quick-thinking homeowner. The suspects ran into Tyler Madden's home. He said he doesn't see himself as a hero, but how he helped police tells a different story. "I heard two people enter my house," Madden said. "I heard their voices from the bedroom and I knew there shouldn't be voices." He said he saw a man and a woman in his living room. He verbally threatened them to leave but was ignored. "As soon as he stopped paying a little bit of attention to me, I ran back to where I keep my weapons," Madden said. "I didn't want them in my house. That was my initial goal - to get them out." He said he grabbed a gun and chased them through his house and out the back door. "As soon as I got them in the backyard, I realized that I didn't just want them out of my house," Madden said. "I needed to make sure that no one else was implicated by whatever it was they were doing." Madden said he followed the two over a fence and - while still holding them at gunpoint - ordered them to stay put. "By the time they got into the backyard of my neighbor is when I got them down on the ground," he said. "The 911 call was being placed by my other neighbor and he showed up in the backyard as well." Police were able to arrest 30-year-old Quincy Brewer and a 17-year-old girl with Madden's help - and without ever having to fire a shot. "It ended best-case scenario for everybody involved – myself, the police and the suspects," Madden said. "No one got shot, bad guys went to jail." The case is being investigated by Thornton police. Police aren't releasing the female suspect's mug shot since she's underage. - (Black-on-white) |
Cousin of (white) woman who died two months after being beaten (by black) is calling for swift justice - stomping on head is a 'black thing' COLUMBUS, Ohio — A mother died two months after a relative says a man kicked and stomped her unconscious in broad daylight. "It's not fair nobody deserves that and it just bothers me that nobody knows," said Liz Roth, Sandi Roth's cousin. Liz Roth is calling on the person responsible to surrender. Sandi Roth never came to after a January beating in the Hilltop. Liz Roth, says Sandi had emergency brain surgery after was on life support until family said final good-byes last month. Police haven't found who did it. The mystery of not knowing is angering to her cousin. "It's murder, it's most definitely murder," said Liz Roth. A dark chapter for Liz Roth. She was the first in the family to see her lifeless cousin in a Mt. Carmel West hospital room. "They knew right away she had brain damage," said Liz Roth. The two hadn't crossed paths in a year. An urgent Facebook message in January from Sandi Roth's friend made for a troubling reunion. "That I needed to get to the hospital as soon as possible," said Liz Roth. Columbus police got a call mid-morning January 17th about a woman being assaulted on the Hilltop's S. Wheatland Avenue. Officers couldn't find Sandi at first. She was down the street unconscious. "The doctor did show me her side she had a lot of bruising she was kicked a lot in her side she was kicked a lot in her face and her head.," said Liz Roth. Liz Roth says Sandi was moved to two other hospitals while on life support and died March 19th after a second infection. "It was horrible a long two months," said Liz Roth. Sandi was 29 years old. A mother to a little boy who Liz says has been in foster care. "She loved that little boy I know that he knows who she is," said Liz Roth. Liz Roth says her cousin was a good person but struggled as an adult recently bouncing from place to place. Her breaking point, Liz Roth believes, was the death of her grandmother who raised Sandi after her mother died. "She lost the only person in the world that never gave up on her," said Liz Roth. Liz Roth says Sandi wasn't alone and isn't now as she fights to close this chapter with a successful prosecution. "I'm sure that it's a hard decision to make knowing you could possibly be in jail for the rest of your life but you deserve it," said Liz Roth. - (Black-on-white) |

Possible illegal alien Angelo Colon-Ortiz arrested in connection with killing of White female jogger Authorities have arrested Angelo Colon-Ortiz in connection with the slaying of Vanessa Marcotte, who went jogging in Princeton last summer and never came home. Colon-Ortiz, 31, of Worcester, was arrested early Saturday morning, Worcester County District Attorney Joseph Early Jr. announced at a press conference in Princeton on Saturday. "We got him," Early said. DNA was obtained from Marcotte's hands during her autopsy. "On Friday, State Police found a match for that DNA," Early said. That match was from a cheek swab test that Colon-Ortiz previously consented to. "He was picked up at his residence in Worcester late Friday with the assistance of the Worcester police department," Early said. "He was interviewed and subsequently placed under arrest." Colon-Ortiz will face charges including aggravated assault, aggravated assault and battery and assault with intent to rape, Early said. He will be arraigned in Leominster District Court on Tuesday. Colon-Ortiz has not yet been charged with murder. Early anticipated a murder charge will be filed. "We do believe that he worked in the area and was working in the area right around the time of Vanessa's disappearance," Early said. Investigators said Colon-Ortiz does not have a history with law enforcement, but that remains part of the ongoing investigation. Early said there is some evidence placing Colon-Ortiz in the Princeton area around the time of Marcotte's killing, but he declined to discuss it further. |

Darrell Lumpkin apologized in court Friday telling the judge he was very sorry. He claimed he was having a diabetic episode and thought someone was breaking into his home when he opened fire. The courtroom was packed with firefighters and family members as the wife of John Ulmschneider, the firefighter killed in the incident, got up to tell the court how difficult her life has been like since losing her husband. Dawn Ulmschneider said John was her best friend and soul mate. The widow is raising their 22-month-old daughter and she said one day that Abigail will realize that her father will not be coming home. Lumpkin shot and killed Ulmschneider and wounded volunteer firefighter Kevin Swain as well as his own brother, who was with the firefighters at the time. The firefighters had gone to the house after Lumpkin's brother called 911 to say his brother needed help. When no one answered, the firefighter forced entry into the home. And as they did, Lumpkin opened fire. The other firefighter, Kevin Swain, was hit four times in the shooting. He said in court that he has survivor’s guilt and has had to live with nightmares.
