Killeen PD: 2 savage blacks, 1 defiled white female, 1 juvenile arrested in capital murder case KILLEEN - Four people are in custody in connection to the capital murder of 38-year-old Rocky Wayne Marsh at the Morgan Manor apartments on Bundrant Drive in Killeen. An investigation led police to three adult suspects and one juvenile suspect. The case was reviewed by the Bell County District Attorney’s Office and complaints were issued charging Shamar Lamar Lewis, 17, of Killeen, James Tyshawn Pinkard, 21, of Killeen, Erica Lane Brownlee, 21, of Houston, and a fourth juvenile suspect. Police said the four suspects robbed and “brutally” beat the victim around 8:00 p.m. in the parking lot of the apartments. After arriving the scene, they found Marsh lying on the ground unconscious and not breathing. He was pronounced dead at 10:00 p.m. at Seton Medical Center. On Thursday, officials announced Shamar Lamar Lewis also known as “Savage” as a person of interest in the case. Lewis was arrested and taken into custody Thursday afternoon for an unrelated felony warrant. He had been considered armed and dangerous by investigators. (Black) Detroit Man Charged With Murder, Arson In Fire That Killed 5 People DETROIT – A Detroit man has been charged in an apartment fire that killed five people. Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy said 55-year-old Henry Keith Johnson was arraigned Friday on five counts of first degree murder and five counts of arson in connection with the fire Wednesday afternoon, in the 10500 block of Whittier in Detroit.Worthy said the five male victims, whose names have not yet been released, lived in the building where Johnson was also a resident. Several additional people suffered from burns and smoke inhalation. Fire investigators said the fire the suspect may have been arguing with his landlord prior to intentionally setting the fire. Authorities at the scene told WWJ that the day’s strong winds made the fire difficult to put out. |

Suspect Sketches Released In Attempted Kidnapping In Downtown Detroit DETROIT – Crimes Stoppers has released a pair of suspect sketches as police search for a man wanted in an attempted abduction in downtown Detroit. At around 3 p.m. on Friday, March 3, police say the man tried to kidnap a female as she was walking in the 2000 block of Robert Bradby Dr., near the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center — also known as Detroit City Hall. A witness who was driving past jumped out of his vehicle and grabbed the suspect, according to Crime Stoppers, but the suspect was able to break free. The witness tried to follow the suspect but eventually lost sight of him. The victim described the suspect (seen in the first sketch) as a black male, 49 or 50 years old, around 5’11” tall and 200 lbs. She said had a full beard and wore glasses and a hoodie. The witness described the suspect (seen in the second sketch) as a black male, 35 or 36 years old, around 5’11” and 260 lbs., with sparse facial hair and a small tattoo of the “Old English D” by his right eye. |
Black NJ Woman Pleads Guilty To Leading Retail Theft Ring TRENTON, N.J.. — A woman in New Jersey has pleaded guilty to leading a retail theft ring that stole thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from local stores. Prosecutors say 30-year-old Chiara K. Pender recruited people into the ring and usually drove the ring members to stores throughout South Jersey. The targeted stores include Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Target, Walmart, Home Goods, Lowes, Kohls, Burlington Coat Factory and Rite Aid. |
Police: 4 arrested after disturbance at Penn Square Mall OKLAHOMA CITY — A large disturbance was reported about 5:45 p.m. on Friday at Penn Square Mall. The Oklahoma City Police say their investigation showed there was a fight in the food court of the mall. A suspect activated a taser and people nearby hearing the taser noise reported hearing shots fired. There were no gunshots fired and nobody was injured by the taser. OKCPD spokesperson said four people were arrested. Three of those arrested, Briahna Ward, 22, Jamall Stelly, 20, and Joshua Mason, 18, were arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct. The fourth person arrested police said, was Xavier Ware, 19. Ware was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant. |

(Dark Hispanic) Monterey County child murder suspect may be tried in juvenile court Salinas – A judge will decide next week if Gonzalo Curiel’s murder, torture and child abuse trial will be held in juvenile or adult court. “The law changed in January that prohibits the DA’s Office from filing directly,” prosecutor Steve Somers said by phone after Friday’s court appearance. “We were allowed with kids who were over 16 and charged with various crimes, which of course includes murder, to file it directly in adult court. The law changed and requires a judge to make that decision in every case.” Curiel, who was 17 in November 2015 when the crime took place, will be in juvenile court Thursday to set a hearing for a judge to determine if he should be tried in juvenile or adult court. Tami Joy Huntsman, 41, and Curiel, 19, face multiple charges of murder, torture, child abuse and conspiracy in connection with the 2015 deaths of 6-year-old Shaun Tara and 3-year-old Delylah Tara, as well as the severe abuse of a 9-year-old girl. |

Pregnant white woman shot dead in Fresno, Mexifornia - her Hispanic boyfriend (sperm-donor?) is now suspect FRESNO, Calif. - Fresno Police have named a possible suspect in the shooting death of a pregnant woman. Last month, Amber Baker, 20, was shot inside her apartment. Fresno Police say her boyfriend is one of the suspected shooters. "We have failed our youth. There has to be more done to prevent these criminals from ever getting into a life of crime," said Jerry Dyer, Fresno Police Chief. On Wednesday afternoon, Chief Dyer released photos of three young men who were allegedly inside the apartment at the time of the killing. Only two are suspected in Baker's murder including her boyfriend Isaac Razo, 17, and Gabriel Garza, 18. "Not only was Amber Baker six weeks pregnant, but the shooting occurred in a bedroom where her four month old child was also present but in a crib," said Dyer. |

Five Hispanics arrested in 'gang rape' of Las Vegas special education student LAS VEGAS — A Las Vegas father and a group of teens are behind bars, accused of gang raping a special education student at Del Sol Academy. Police have identified the father as 39-year-old Leby Gomez. Police say two of the teen suspects are Gomez’s sons. 18-year-old Jose Henriquez is also identified as a suspect in the case. According to detectives, the heinous crimes were a secret until a video of some of the sex acts was passed around to students on campus. Police say the victim is 14-years-old but has the mental capacity of a seven or eight-year-old. |

A woman sexually assaulted during a massage session at a local parlor spoke out about the incident on Thursday. The victim, who NBC 7 is referring to as "Susan" has sued Massage Heights in Encinitas, claiming the company hired former therapist George Washington Lindsey III without a proper background check. Court records indicate Lindsey was convicted of sexual battery and labeled a sex offender in connection with this case. Susan is now back in court trying to change the way spas like Massage Heights are operating. The details may be graphic. She told NBC 7, she is a veterinarian and single mother of two small children. "I trusted him. I trusted the company,” she said. The trips to Massage Heights were once a soothing break from the stresses of her busy life. But the appointment last February, with then therapist Lindsey, went terribly wrong. “His face was in between my legs," Susan said. She said she told him to stop. He apologized while he massaged her hand and then began squeezing her throat. "I became very frightened that he was going to honestly kill me," she said. Bridgeport Police Arrest (Black) Man for Murder of (White) Man in August - drug deal suspected... A Stamford man has been arrested in connection with the Aug. 27 homicide of Shane Slinsky. Jeremy Middleton, 18, was charged with felony murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, and third-degree larceny, Bridgeport police said Friday. He is being held on a $500,000 bail. Harrisburg seek 17-year-old black rapist in connection with rape case * Harrisburg woman pistol whipped, raped at gunpoint Police said they responded to a call from a woman who reported she was raped, robbed and pistol whipped about 12:58 a.m. They found her half naked at South 16th and Sycamore streets. She said a male acquaintance asked her to pick him and a friend up in her vehicle. Once they were in the vehicle, they demanded her money and then forced her to perform sexual acts on them at gunpoint. They then pistol whipped her. The officers arrested one suspect, Jaquan Watson, in Hall Manor. The location of the second suspect, Tito Hernandez, is unknown. |
Black Sports: Bellevue West football player charged with sexual assault, human trafficking An 18-year-old Bellevue West football player has been charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child and human trafficking. DeArch Stubblefield, a defensive back on the Thunderbirds’ state championship team this past season, was booked into jail Thursday afternoon, said Laurie Synowiecki of the Bellevue Police Department. He appeared in court Friday morning and was charged. Stubblefield is accused of sexually penetrating a child between 12 and 16 years old and forcing that child to engage in sex trafficking between Dec. 1 and Jan. 31, according to court documents. |
Cleveland man accused of sexually assaulting 5-year-old girl CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A Cleveland man is accused of sexually assaulting a 5-year-old girl. Diamond Giles, 26, is charged with rape. He is not in police custody and a warrant was issued for his arrest. The rape happened Oct. 15 at a home on West 121st Street, east of Bellaire Road, police said. Giles sexually abused the girl several times, according to court records. |

The incident occurred on Wednesday, March 8. A teacher reportedly contacted authorities after noticing that her student was acting different. "The teacher said the victim is one of her special needs students that she watches carefully," states the report. "The teacher noticed that the victim was rapidly shaking her leg and appeared very upset and this is unusual behavior for the victim." The teacher questioned the teen and she reportedly told her about the incident, which involved unwanted physical contact to the victim's private areas. Police issued a warrant for the arrest of Bryan Crayton. He was booked into prison for sexual battery. |

Michael Frierson, 47, faces three counts of rape. A warrant was initially issued for his arrest following an Oct. 3 indictment in the two cold-case rapes, one in 1997 and one in 2000. He was arrested Saturday morning after he fell asleep on a couch inside the home of the woman he's most recently accused of raping. |

Flowers, arrested for sexual battery on 12-year-old girl - given Sexually Transmitted Disease PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. ---A 12 year-old girl in Pinellas County told detectives she woke up one night to a man sexually battering her in her bedroom. Daniel J. Flowers, 37, was arrested on Thursday in connection to the incident. The victim, who tested positive for a sexually transmitted disease said Flowers had removed her clothes, had his pants down and was touching her inappropriately with his genitals. After the assault, the victim pulled up his pants and left the room. The victim contracted trichamonis, which doctors say can only be transmitted through sexual contact, primarily vaginal penetration or contact. Flowers lived with the victim, her mother and her sisters in the house where the incident occurred. |

According to the Delaware Department of Justice, in May of 2015 Bobbie Harrell had sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old girl whom he was babysitting at a home on Simon Circle. Harrell pleaded guilty to second-degree rape and first-degree reckless endangerment and was sentenced in Delaware Superior Court to 30 years in prison followed by three years of probation. |

Samuel Reed, 41, is accused of weapons offenses, two counts of aggravated sexual assault and kidnapping, according to an alert issued by Irvington investigators. The attacks took place between Jan. 17 and Monday near the Newark-Irvington line, around Grove Street and Nye Avenue, police said. Morris was 16 at the time, so recent U.S. Supreme Court rulings made him eligible for a sentence reduction hearing. Interracial Caretakers had ill man sign over deed to home, planned to sell it to buy their own WILTON MANORS, Fla. - Two caretakers of a Wilton Manors man whose health was declining had him sign over the deed to his home while he was in a hospital so that they could sell it and use the money to buy their own home, police said. Rina Lynn Wiseman, 57, and Herbert Joseph, 60, both of Lauderhill, face charges of grand theft and exploitation of the elderly. According to police reports, Wiseman and Joseph had been the man's caretaker for about two years, during which time they noticed his declining health and memory issues. While the man was in a hospital last month, Wiseman and Joseph had him sign a quit claim deed to his home, valued at more than $100,000, police said. |

The pair last targeted a 34-year-old woman as she was walking toward her Bronx home on Fairmount Place near Southern Boulevard in West Farms on Thursday around 6 a.m. The man approached the woman, punched her in the face and dragged her toward the street where he snatched $1,300 from her, authorities said. (Black) Fayetteville Man Pleads Guilty To Stabbing Brother To Death, Sentenced To 30 Years FAYETTEVILLE — A Fayetteville man was sentenced to 30 years in prison on Wednesday (March 8) after he pleaded guilty to stabbing his brother to death. Freddie Matthews, 42, pleaded guilty to second degree murder after he stabbed his brother, Alfred Matthews Jr., in the back with a knife in January 2016. Matthews also pleaded guilty to second degree battery, with a suspended sentence of six years, for hitting a deputy in the face. The two brothers got into a physical fight in the backyard of their home on Jan. 29, 2016. During the altercation, one grabbed a broomstick and the other grabbed a knife. Freddie Matthews, who had the knife, stabbed his brother in the back. |
AC Police Arrest Black Man In Possession of $80K Worth of Heroin, Stolen Gun From Georgia ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. —Atlantic City police have arrested a man they say was in possession of at least $80,000 worth of heroin. A search warrant executed on March 6, 2017 resulted in the arrested of 35-year-old Ameer Stephens, of Atlantic City. Police say inside Stephens’ vehicle, officers found one kilogram of raw, uncut heroin—a street value of roughly $80,000. “This amount of heroin will make more than 35,000 individual bags of heroin,” said police in a news release. Police say they also recovered one pound of marijuana and a loaded handgun reported stolen from Georgia. |

While driving along the westbound side of I-20 through Georgia, Juan Jesus Castillo-Reyes, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, allegedly crashed into four cars that were stopped due to construction, according to WJBF. Castillo-Reyes allegedly slammed into the back of Alexander Earles’ vehicle, killing him. The plea bargain called for a five year sentence for the attempted murder charge. (white) Woman dies of 'traumatic injury'; (black) man accused of murder A man has been arrested in connection with the death of a Des Moines woman found in an apartment Monday night, police said. James Russell Walden Jr., 60, of Des Moines has been charged with first-degree murder in Sheila Ray Keenan's death. At about 10:40 p.m. Monday, police responded to an apartment building in the 1700 block of Grand Avenue, where a person was reportedly injured inside a second floor apartment. The victim, Keenan, 45, had an unspecified traumatic injury, according to a Des Moines police news release. She was dead when police arrived. Early investigation shows Keenan and Walden were not strangers, but detectives have not been able to determine how they knew each other. It appears both were guests at the apartment where Keenan died, he said. - (Black-on-white) |

Shih Tzu dies after worthless Negro placed it in the trash compactor NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Metro Nashville Police officers arrested 27-year-old Terrence J. Clark for allegedly putting his mom's dog in an apartment complex trash compactor. Surveillance video shows Clark pull up in a car, remove the Shih Tzu from the back seat, put it in a plastic grocery bag, and then place it in the trash compactor. The video then shows the suspect push the compactor button four times before returning to his car and driving away. On Feb. 21, someone heard the dog whimpering and barking from inside the compactor and called the Nashville Fire Department. Firefighters responded to the complex and rescued it. The dog was rushed to a veterinarian, but died four days later. The investigation showed the dog belonged to Clark’s mother. |

Fugitive black pimp arrested for allegedly raping 14-year-old girl, prostituting her BATON ROUGE, LA - A man is behind bars for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl and forcing her into prostitution. According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, the alleged rape occurred in October 2015. Marcus Jacobs, who was 32-years-old at the time of the incident, was identified as the suspect. A warrant was issued for Jacobs arrest. He was located and booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on March 6, 2017. He is charged with sexual battery, trafficking of juvenile for sexual purposes and second-degree rape. Another individual has been arrested in connection with this case. He too is accused of raping the teen. Corey Williams was arrested in June 2016. He is charged with first degree rape. |

The alleged incident occurred on Feb. 23 near the East Point MARTA station, according to authorities. Irvington police say the man threatened women with a handgun near the intersection of Grove Street and Nye Avenue, near the Newark border, often between 3 p.m. and 3 a.m. Police say the most recent incidents happened between Jan. 17 and March 7. $1M bond for homeless (black 'houseguest') who allegedly raped, injured woman MUSKEGON, MI - A homeless man with a long rap sheet is being held on a $1 million bond for raping an acquaintance at her home. Jivonnie Ramone Jones, 31, has been charged with first degree criminal sexual conduct for the alleged attack in the 100 block of West Summit Avenue in Muskegon Heights on Feb. 27. It's alleged that Jones "forcibly raped" the victim who required medical treatment for injuries that included bruises, abrasions and a large bump on her head, said Muskegon County Chief Assistant Prosecutor Timothy Maat. Jones and the victim are "long-time acquaintances" and he was a "guest" in her home at the time of the alleged assault, Maat said. |
DNA test leads to arrest in 2015 Universal City sexual assault case - Lonnie Williams, 41, accused of leaving woman bloodied in ditch SAN ANTONIO - Lonnie Williams, 41, has been linked to the beating and sexual assault of a woman in Universal City through DNA evidence, according to an arrest warrant affidavit. Williams was arrested Tuesday on a charge of aggravated sexual assault. The affidavit said that Universal City police found the victim, bleeding from her head, in the area of Loop 1604 and Pat Booker Road in July 2015. The victim told police she had woken up in a ditch where she had been "left for dead" by a man who attacked her. |

Former neighbors and friends still remember that — even 30 years after he was killed. The 15-year-old boy was sexually assaulted, strangled and mutilated in April 1987. Police were unable to catch Dewan’s killer for three decades. In that time, life painfully went on for those who were close to him. Then, two weeks ago, police said they had solved the cold case. A prisoner in San Quentin was being charged with Dewan’s murder. Cold-case detectives reviewed Dewan’s case about a year ago. They submitted evidence to the Police Department’s crime lab, where forensics developed a suspect DNA profile using modern technology. It led them to 56-year-old Russell Taylor. He had been serving a life sentence at San Quentin State Prison since 2000 for possessing a controlled substance, a third-strike offense, according to state records. |
Metro Police seek possible victims of sexual assault suspect LAS VEGAS - Las Vegas Metro Police believe a man they arrested for sexual assault could be a suspect in other crimes. During an afternoon news conference, Lieutenant Dave Valenta with the LVMPD, Sex Crimes Section, released a photo of 34-year-old Joseph Warren who was arrested on March 7. Valenta said, Warren was wanted in connection with the sexual assault of a woman on March 1 in Freedom Park. Warren is a registered sex offender from a 2006 case. He is also currently in a court proceeding for an open and gross lewdness charge in Feb. 2016. "We believe we have a serious prolific offender on our hands," Valenta said. Warren is facing charges of sexual assault, kidnapping, battery to commit sexual assault and open and gross lewdness. |
Joshua Jackson Sentenced to 45 years for Kidnapping, Sexual Assault * "he smirked and showed no remorse" On February 7, 2017, a Curry County jury found 31-year-old Joshua Quiton Jackson guilty of two counts of Criminal Sexual Penetration, three counts of Aggravated Battery on a Household Member and Criminal Sexual Contact. The charges stem from a domestic violence incident in April of 2015. Today, Jackson is already serving an 18 year sentence for crimes against the same victim. Chief Deputy District Attorney, Brian Stover, asked the Court to remember Jackson's disrespectful conduct at trial, where he smirked and showed no remorse. Judge Tatum ordered that Jackson register as a lifetime sex offender and sentenced him to the maximum time of 45 years in prison which will run concurrently to the previous 18 year sentence. Judge Tatum stated to Jackson, "You have a long history of violence with women, you have shown no regret, no remorse and you are a menace to this community and to women. Your acts can only be described as cowardly, inhuman and despicable and I think you have very little rehabilitation potential." |
Barbaric Bond Hill (black) charged with atrocious rape released on bond BOND HILL, Ohio -- A Bond Hill man charged with rape, kidnapping and felonious assault was released Thursday on bond, according to the Hamilton County clerk of courts. Court documents said that Shannon Merritt, 46, was arrested March 3 after threatening and injuring his victim during a sexual assault. "This is an atrocity," said Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters. "How anyone could do this to another human being is mind-boggling … and it borders on barbaric." Merritt was released Thursday on a $5,000 bond. In total, he faces five charges for the incident: felonious assault, rape, attempted rape, kidnapping and abduction. |

Channel Islands police arrested Jonathan Henry-Walker, 23, at his home in San Bernardino County Thursday morning. He was booked into Ventura County jail Thursday afternoon after the Ventura County District Attorney's Office filed a rape charge against him. Bail was set at $100,000. Three women accused Henry-Walker of rape. |
St. Johns deputies looking for coon who approached several teen girls in Creekside High parking lot ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. - The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office is seeking a man in connection with two suspicious incidents that happened Monday afternoon at Creekside High School. Keith Kelvin Grant, 34, is wanted for two counts of trespassing on school grounds. The first incident happened at 5 p.m. Monday. Grant drove into the student parking lot and asked a female student for directions to a nearby park. The girl told Grant that she could follow her to the park in his car, and the girl asked a friend to accompany them. Grant then asked if there was a quieter place they could go, "which caused concern to the girl and she drove away." The next incident happened at 6 p.m., also in the Creekside student parking lot. Grant approached another female student and asked if she or her friends would like to go to a party. She told him she was 17 and he said he was 21. (a lie) |
(Black) Man wanted for urinating on children's shoes at Hendersonville Walmart HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. – Police are searching for a man who is accused of urinating onto 50 pairs of children’s shoes at the Hendersonville Walmart. Hendersonville police said they received a complaint from Walmart on Sunday of the suspect publicly relieving himself on the shoes, which are valued at $550. Walmart has since discarded the shoes. The suspect was seen on surveillance video leaving the store in a gray, 4-door sedan. He was described as between 45 to 55 years old with balding hair and glasses. |
Bowling Alley Party Turns Into 800-Person Riot, NYC Men Among Several Arrested HALFMOON, N.Y. — Authorities have charged three Albany men with inciting a riot after officers from numerous law enforcement agencies had to break up a party that attracted hundreds of people to a suburban bowling alley. The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says Davion T. Davis, 27, Richard A. Peterkin, 33, and James S. Scott, 22 urged others to disregard police instructions to disperse after fights broke out inside the Spare Time Lanes in the town of Halfmoon last Saturday night at around midnight. All three men have been arraigned in town court and released on their own recognizance. Authorities charge (black) couple with running fake sweepstakes A husband-and-wife team ran a fake sweepstakes that duped dozens of victims into handing over some $300,000, authorities said Wednesday. Ricardo Castang, 35, and Linda Altidor, 30, of Brooklyn, called people in 17 states and told them they were sweepstakes winners, according to city Special Narcotics Prosecutor Bridget G. Brennan. Officials uncovered the scheme while investigating Castang for cocaine trafficking. The defendants, who claimed to work for Publishers Clearing House, told the victims that before they could collect their windfall they had to send a check for fees and taxes, officials said. |

(Black) Chicago woman charged with murder after forcing (her black boyfriend) to drink bleach CHICAGO -- A Chicago woman has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of her boyfriend who police say she forced to drink bleach during a fight. Chicago police said 24-year-old Yasmine Elder was charged Wednesday in the death of 26-year-old Darrius Ellis. Police say Elder and Ellis were fighting Monday in a parked van when Elder overpowered the man and forced him to drink bleach. Ellis was found by police lying on the ground and was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. |

Colored Boy Shot At Mailman While Fleeing Home Burglary MIAMI – Police have arrested the suspected gunman who shot at a postal worker during an alleged home burglary. Jacoby Myrick, 18, faces numerous charges in two separate incidents, including opening fire on the mailman in an attempt to escape. The shooting occurred March 2nd as the mailman made a delivery to a Kendall home just as it was being robbed. As he got back in his vehicle, he told police he saw several hooded men hop the home’s backyard fence and jump into their car. Because the postal carrier began driving in the same direction as them, investigators think the alleged burglars got spooked that they were being followed. “The defendant then placed his arm outside of the vehicle while brandishing a handgun.” “The defendant then fired the handgun at the victim, who was driving a postal vehicle.” Myrick told police he didn’t take part in the burglary and stayed in the car, acting as a lookout. Though, he confessed to firing the weapon. |
Black Man slashes postal worker in seemingly random attack A Queens man delivered a brutal attack on a female postal carrier Monday as she tried to drop off his mail, police said. The 49-year-old US Postal Service worker was slashed on the side of the face by Robert Powell, 32, outside his Laurelton home, authorities said. Powell allegedly came out of the home at 137-37 220th Place and confronted the worker just after noon. He then slashed her in the side of her face, causing a deep wound, before going back inside, cops said. The woman was taken to North Shore Manhasset Hospital in stable condition, cops said. |

A terrified 20-year-old woman pleads with the dispatcher for help. The woman on the line goes to tell the dispatcher that she's in a house along with numerous other women. She said that the man "had me go get plastic surgery" and he threatened to kill her if she left. When police arrived, they found eight women they said were behind held against their will at the million dollar Sandy Springs, Ga. home. Kenndric Roberts, 33, was arrested and charged with false imprisonment and trafficking of persons for labor. He's being held at Fulton County Jail, with his first appearance scheduled for Thursday. |

Kamari Belmont, 23, bonded out of jail Monday night on a robbery charge. A half hour later, and just blocks from the jail, he was shot dead by gunmen in an SUV, police say. Prosecutors were forced to drop a murder charge against him last month after failing to give him a speedy trial. Belmont’s lawyer says isn’t sure Belmont’s murder was a retaliation killing. Mestizo Suspect, 15, charged with homicide in Flagstaff rec center shooting of a young White man Flagstaff police have made an arrest in the shooting death at Hal Jensen Recreation Center in Sunnyside on Friday. Police arrested and charged Fernando Enriquez, 15, of Flagstaff Tuesday night with homicide. He is accused of killing Flagstaff resident Jacob M. Allen, 20, who was shot and killed in the men's bathroom of the rec center. Enriquez is being charged as an adult and was booked into Coconino County Jail. Enriquez, was also shot during the incident. |

Mestizo Teen Arrested In Connection With Nearly A Dozen Breaking And Entering Thefts ROGERS — A Springdale teen was arrested on Tuesday (March 7) and is facing several charges of breaking and entering. Freddy Garcia-Ochoa, 19, is a suspect in 10 separate incidents where people reported their vehicles had been broken into and had property stolen, according to a warrant affidavit. The incidents occurred between Feb. 8-9, and hundreds of dollars worth of items were reported missing. Officers found Garcia-Ochoa on Feb. 10, and during a search of his vehicle, they found several items that matched descriptions of stolen items. |

Mexican Wife poisons husband’s Lucky Charms to avoid sex with him A Nevada woman is on the run after lacing her then-husband’s bowl of Lucky Charms with drugs. Andrea Heming, 49, confessed to investigators in 2015 that she drugged the cereal to prevent him from having sex with her while she was sleeping. “I wouldn’t use that much to kill him, but just enough to make him not have an erection,” she allegedly told investigators about the boric acid in her husband’s breakfast. Heming pleaded guilty to contaminating the food, but then skipped town after paying her $50,000 bail. Authorities have not been able to track her down since she failed to attend her sentencing hearing. Heming’s ex-husband, identified only as “Ralph,” is now calling for authorities to find his fugitive ex. “I was very surprised,” the man said. “I thought we had a better system of keeping track and holding people responsible.” Authorities say they believe Heming is in her native Mexico. |

Hispanic Latina Benton County Woman Arrested After Allegedly Hitting Police Officer BENTON COUNTY — A Benton County woman was arrested on Tuesday (March 6) and is facing charges of aggravated assault upon a certified law enforcement officer, second-degree battery, third-degree domestic battery and resisting arrest. A Rogers police officer responded to a disturbance at the 700 block of N 22nd Place and while making contact with the caller at the front door, Maria Oseguera-Ramos allegedly slapped the officer in the face. As the officer was placing Oseguera-Ramos in handcuffs, the report states she stuck him in the nose with the back of her head. Another officer arrived and she allegedly spit in his left eye. |

New video released of suspect in murder of WSU Sgt Collin Rose A new video has emerged showing who police believe is the suspect in the murder of Wayne State University police Sgt. Collin Rose. Detroit police released a DDOT bus video of a man crossing the street 10 minutes after Rose was fatally wounded on Nov. 22. Rose was shot in the area of Brainard and Lincoln. Investigators believe the suspect was riding a bike at the time of the incident. The 29-year-old was investigating possible thefts of navigation systems from cars when he radioed that he was about to speak to someone on a bike. Rose was shot in the head during the stop in an area off campus in the Woodbridge neighborhood where Wayne State Police Chief Holt says many students and some officers live. Investigators believe the suspect was riding a bike at the time of the incident. Officers who arrived on the scene for backup found Rose injured on the ground. An officer immediately took Rose to the hospital, where he went into surgery. He pulled through surgery but remained in grave condition and was on a ventilator. - (Black-on-white) |
