Sheriff: Death of prominent (White female) Prattville resident ruled homicide, arrest made  AUTAUGA CO., AL - The death of a prominent Prattville resident on Tuesday has been ruled as a homicide and an arrest has been made in the case, according to Autauga County Sheriff Joe Sedinger. Sedinger said Carol Parker Nunnery's body was found on Tuesday by an Autauga County resident on the edge of a pond on County Road 3, located off Highway 14. Nunnery's vehicle was found in another location on Highway 14 in Prattville earlier Tuesday. On Wednesday, Sedinger said the case is now classified as a homicide, and that Willie Foster was arrested by U.S. Marshals in relation to the case. Sedinger says he believes Foster was doing some yard work for Nunnery, but a motive for the homicide still remains unclear. Nunnery was 72 and, at one time, operated a small nursery on Highway 31. She co-founded the Autauga Creek Improvement Committee five years ago with Skip Lobmiller, who is also serving as the family spokesman. "We had a lot of fun times. Carol was my motivation," Lobmiller said. "From day one she started cleaning. She was a little older so she didn't get out in the water but served refreshments and baking was her specialty. She was a very strong Christian faith woman, always in good spirits, always active in the community regardless of the circumstances whether it be the Autauga County Heritage Association [and] volunteered at the museum during the week." - (Black-on-white) |

(White female) Victim identified in Wednesday shooting - (black male) arrested for murder  The Russellville Police Department identified the victim in a shooting death that occurred on Wednesday on James Circle as 39-year-old Rachel Michelle Chisum of Atkins. The department also identified the suspect as 42-year-old William Edward Gray of Russellville. Coon caretaker couple accused of spending $68,000 of disabled white veteran's money   BARTOW COUNTY, Ga. — A Bartow County couple are accused of stealing $68,000 from a disabled veteran. The two now face 133 counts of fraud. Deputies said they are worried there could be other potential victims. The case involves several group home residents. The Bartow County Sheriff's Office wants their families to double check their bank statements. Caregivers Leonardo and Stacey Yarbrough are each facing more than 130 fraud charges. Bartow deputies said they spent $68,000 out of a disabled veteran's bank account. Investigators said the husband and wife were his designated caregivers. "They were supposed to be running a group home," said Thelma Fountain. "I can't even comprehend the things that they did." Fountain said her 48-year-old brother, David Apple, is diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. She said the Yarbroughs moved Apple out of their Cartersville basement and into an apartment last year on Paige Street, barely looking after him. "There was a fire there, and they took him to a hotel, and they just left him there," Fountain said. Fountain said she picked her brother up and moved him back to Ringgold. She discovered discrepancies in his bank statements. "I saw that very large amounts of money were gone," Fountain said. Investigators said while Apple was in the Yarbrough's care, from May to August of 2015, the couple spent his money freely on a diamond ring, repairs to their Mercedes and new tires. Black Sports: 911 Tapes in Mario Pender case release - "domestic battery" by strangulation and resisting an officer   TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- We now have copies of the 911 calls that led to the arrest of FSU running back Mario Pender. Pender was arrested for domestic battery on May 7th. The unidentified caller was on the line with dispatchers for more than five minutes describing a confrontation outside Pender's apartment on Sharkey Street. "I just witnessed a domestic violence incident outside of my house." "Are they still there?" "They just went inside but I saw him drag her by her scalp into the house." "And you said he drug her into the house?" "Yeah, and he was hitting her." The woman told the dispatcher she had heard the couple argue before, but this was the first time she saw any violence. "He's about to take her away in a car right now and he's yelling at her," the caller said. "He's like screaming at her and putting her in the car." Pender has been kicked off the FSU football team. (Black LGBT-Queer) Man charged with homo-raping 11-year-old boy he was mentoring MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Memphis man is charged with rape of a child. A woman told police her 11-year-old son told her he had been having a sexual relationship with his 20-year-old mentor. The boy said it started about two years ago at the apartment of William Cage. A family member said that Cage is youth minister at a Memphis church. “Cage started ‘play raping’ the victim by touching him and it turned into actual rape.” The child also said he was assaulted at his own home, while his mother was sleeping. The child said Cage told him something bad would happen if he told anyone. Police say this came to light because Cage told a friend what had happened and that friend contacted the child’s mother immediately. - (Black fags) |
(Black LGBT-Queer) Tulsa Man Jailed In Homo Sexual Assault Of Disabled Man In A Trailer TULSA, Oklahoma - Tulsa Police arrested a man for the sexual assault of another man Sunday. An arrest report states the victim suffers from mild mental retardation and post traumatic stress disorder. William Cook is in the Tulsa County Jail on complaints of first-degree rape, possession of drugs and possession of paraphernalia. Cook allegedly raped a man in a trailer in the 2000 block of East 1st Street around 4 a.m. Saturday, the arrest report states. He then made the man take a shower to remove any DNA evidence, police say. The man called police who took Cook into custody. They say they found a baggie containing methamphetamine in Cook's possession. |
(Black) Man Previously Convicted Of Rape Convicted Again A man convicted of raping a woman back in 2012 has been convicted of another attack that happened that same year and has more rape trials pending. Michael Richardson is currently serving a 22-year sentence with no parole for the first conviction. He was identified through his DNA, which has linked him to several attacks in 2012. In each case, Richardson picked up the victim on Summer Avenue, raped them, and left them in a remote part of Shelby County. |

NYPD: Man Gropes Woman, Exposes Self To Her In Prospect Park NEW YORK — Police are looking for a man they said attacked a woman in a Brooklyn park Wednesday afternoon. The suspect grabbed the 24-year-old victim’s hand and lead her into Prospect Park, where he groped her before pushing her against a tree and exposing himself to her, police said. The victim managed to run away. The suspect is described as a black man, about 20 years old, 5’8″ tall, weighing 160 pounds, with black eyes and short black hair. He was last seen wearing gray jeans, white sneakers and a blue top. |

Boston Police investigating Mattapan sexual assault HYDE PARK, Mass. — Boston Police are investigating after a reported sexual assault in Mattapan. On Wednesday just after midnight, a woman was walking home near Cummins Highway and Rosewood Street. Suddenly, she said, an unknown person grabbed her and forced her into a secluded area. There, he allegedly sexually assaulted her and then demanded money. Police said he emptied her wallet and then fled the scene in a newer model, red vehicle. The suspect is described as a black male, about 6-foot-1 and thin. He was wearing a dark green hoodie with a hood covering his face and dark pants. |
Black Sports: Baylor cleans house after bombshell rape revelations - fired white coach for covering up Afro-american player rapes    Baylor has fired football coach Art Briles, admitting he failed to responsibly address the disturbing torrent of allegations of sexual violence by his players. Baylor’s football program has faced mounting pressure over how the school in Waco, Texas, has handled reports of rape and assault by football players. Briles reportedly ignored allegations of assaults by players, two of whom were later convicted of sexual assault. In addition, Ken Starr will be forced to step down as president of the university. Starr, who has been Baylor president since 2010, was the special prosecutor who investigated President Bill Clinton’s sexual relationship with White House intern Monica Lewisnky. But the university has been stung by the assault scandal that exploded in 2015 when former football player Sam Ukwuachu was convicted of sexually assaulting a former Baylor soccer player. That was followed by media reports that Baylor ignored repeated allegations of assault against former football player Tevon Elliott, who was convicted of sexual assault in 2014. Other reports of assault allegations followed and more than 200 Baylor students, faculty and alumni staged a candlelight vigil in February. |

Man convicted of second-degree murder in dice game "gone bad"  A young Brooklyn man was convicted of murder and assault on Wednesday for fatally shooting one person and wounding two others during a dice game in 2012. “This case is another reminder of the mayhem caused by senseless gun violence,” explained District Attorney Ken Thompson, describing how 24-year-old Lawrence Harris brazenly opened fire in the middle of a Brownsville street, blasting off ten rounds as bystanders ran for their lives. During the mayhem, bullets struck and killed 20-year-old Trendon Franklin, who was playing dice on the corner of Sutter Avenue and Union Street. Another victim was also grazed in the chest and finger, while a third person was shot in the back. |

Cowardly gold-tooth negro shot (White) female teen during armed purse-snatching - 'He was aiming to kill'  HOUSTON -- It was May, Friday the 13, and one 16-year-old was feeling accomplished. She had just gotten her first paycheck at a Studio Movie Grill in northwest Harris County and walked straight to the ATM on her way home. "I felt like someone was following me, so I kind of went to the other side of the road," she said. She kept walking until she heard a man yell at her from behind. "He said, 'Shut up and give me everything (expletive),'" she said. The teen spotted a driver in a car nearby and ran to him, screaming for help. But that driver wasn't there to help her. "I thought it was a regular person but it was his getaway driver. And he told him to hurry up and finish, like, what he was doing. He got the purse, got in the car, the car had moved up, and he shot me and drove off," she said. Someone in the apartment complex heard her screaming and called 9-1-1. Her dad was working as an emergency dispatcher at the time. "My wife called me crying, saying Amanda had been shot," he said. One of the ambulances in his fleet ended up taking his daughter to Memorial Hermann Hospital. "He was aiming to kill, and it almost hit my heart," the 16-year-old said. She has a broken collarbone and a broken rib. She should get better physically. Emotionally, though, she has more healing to do. "My anxiety is a lot worse. Also I cry during the day and I don't know why," she said. A sketch artist with the Harris County Sheriff's Office drew this picture of the suspect, based on the victim's denoscription. "On his teeth, at the bottom, every other tooth was gold and then the top three were gold," she said. Conviction of (black) 17-year-old upheld in murder of (White) Brockton cabbie  The state supreme court on Wednesday upheld the conviction of Adilson Neves for the 2008 murder of Brockton taxi driver Edward Conley. Neves, who was one month shy of his 18th birthday when he killed Conley, was sentenced in 2011 to life in prison without parole. His lawyers appealed on the grounds that statements Neves made to police were involuntary and should have been suppressed at his trial. They also challenged the admission of grand jury testimony from a witness who claimed a loss of memory, the failure to strike the testimony of a witness who violated a sequestration order and the judge's failure to instruct the jury about a finding of involuntary manslaughter. Conley, a 56-year-old father of two, was fatally shot in the back of the head during a robbing of his cab on Galen Street, a dead-end off Centre Street (Route 123), on Feb. 16, 2008. Black savage attacks White man with machete at gas station  A black savage used a machete to attack a White man at a Dewey Avenue gas station on Saturday night. Greece police say Timothy Pearson, 55, of Rochester, is charged with second-degree assault, a felony, and second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor. The unidentified out-of-state victim and Pearson suffered cuts on their hands during the altercation, which took place around 11:30 p.m. "The suspect, Pearson, appeared to be trying to sell (stolen?) electronics to the victim in the parking lot as the victim was seated in the car nearby." "The altercation verbally escalated. Pearson kind of went away from the car, retrieved machete-style knife from his vehicle, and then began to approach the victim again." The victim ran into the gas station and was followed by Pearson. "At one point Pearson strikes the victim in the head with the machete, but the non-blade side of the machete so the victim didn't sustain a cut at that point." Pearson then left the building and allegedly began rifling through the victim's vehicle in the parking lot, and another struggle ensued when the victim confronted him. Police chief injured during chase shows dash cam video     GREGG/HARRISON COUNTIES - She’s been arrested over forty times in Gregg and Harrison Counties. Felesia Meshaun Ford, 40, of Longview, made a plea bargain and recently received eight years probation for leading Lakeport Police Chief Wesley Freeman on a high speed chase last October. Ford finally pulled over, a struggle ensued, and the chief was dragged as Ford drove off, until he got himself loose and was knocked unconscious when he hit the asphalt. “When she grabbed my arm and got it started and held on to me, and that’s the last thing I remembered,” Freeman said. The chief was knocked unconscious. Felesia Meshaun Ford did get state jail time for the warrants. Chief Freeman says she’ll be out in September. Freeman suffered a head injury requiring stitches and a shoulder injury. It took him six weeks to recover. - (Black-on-white) |

(Black) Phoenix man pleads guilty to stabbing (White) partygoer to death in Oswego County  HANNIBAL,N.Y. -- Markee L. Cathcart, 20, pleaded guilty this morning to second-degree manslaughter in the fatal stabbing of 23-year-old Sean D. Leonard in the town of Hannibal, according to Oswego District Attorney Gregory Oakes. Cathcart and Leonard arrived at the party at 99 Kellogg Road in the same vehicle in the early morning of Oct. 24, 2015, according to officials. Leonard and Cathcart got into an argument at some point outside the home, which turned physical. Police were called to the scene at 2:28 a.m., where state police found Leonard with at least one stab wound to the torso. No other partygoers were injured. Leonard, of Fulton, died at Oswego Hospital Cathcart, of 36 Church St., Phoenix, was due to take his case to trial next month. He pleaded guilty this morning and was promised no less than 3 years and no more than 9 years in state prison, Oakes said. - (Black-on-white) |

  Police have released a CCTV still of a man wanted in connection with an acid attack on five teenagers as they waited for a train. He is alleged to have been part of a group that squirted corrosive liquid over the boys before jumping on a train and making his getaway. The man is described as black, with dark hair and wearing a jet black North Face gilet. The terrifying incident took place shortly after 12.40am on Sunday, when the man dismounted a train travelling towards Barking at Ockendon station, Essex. He approached the five victims who were waiting on the platform where he held one of his hands behind his back. After a brief dialog with them, he removed his hand from behind his back exposing a bottle. He then squirted an unknown liquid over the victims. (Black) Father sought after boy killed in mother's arms in St. Louis An 8-month-old boy was shot to death in his mother's arms Tuesday, and the suspected shooter - the boy's father - remained at large, St. Louis police said. The deadly shooting occurred shortly after 1 p.m. by an Interstate 270 exit ramp near the city limits, St. Louis Police Chief Sam Dotson said. The baby, Reign Crockett, was shot once as his mother attempted to escape a slowing car in which two other young sons were passengers, Dotson said. Police believe Diata R. Crockett, 34, was aiming at the mother, Dotson said. The victim's brothers, ages 2 and 3, were found unharmed several hours later at a family member's home in the St. Louis suburb of Bellefontaine Neighbors, near Ferguson. The mother flagged down a passing motorist who drove her and the infant to an area hospital as Crockett pursued them, Dotson said. |

But the panel acquitted Bayna-Lekheim El-Amin, 42, of a lesser charge for stomping on the head of one of the men. Lawyers for El-Amin argued during the one-week trial that he was trying to protect himself from Jonathan Snipes, 33, and his boyfriend Ethan Adams, 26. |

Corey Terry, 27, is accused of shooting Austen Agnor, 20, from Chester, Virginia, at an Exxon gas station on Courthouse Road around 7:15 p.m. Terry and Agnor were supposed to meet at the Exxon to complete a court ordered custody exchange. Investigators said during the exchange, a dispute began, and Terry fired multiple shot, hitting and killing Agnor. Terry fled the scene on foot and was later arrested without incident at 9 p.m. by a Virginia state trooper. Terry has been charged with first-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. He is being held without bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail. - (Black-on-white) |

Sheriff: (Black) Ex-husband killed (white) Hobe Sound woman in front of (their mixed-race) child   HOBE SOUND — Steven Williams confessed late Tuesday to killing his ex-wife Tricia Todd — for whom the Martin County Sheriff’s Office searched for nearly a month — but not to where he disposed of her body, Sheriff William Snyder said Wednesday. “The lack of a body will not be an impediment as we go forward with prosecution,” Snyder said about his departm ent’s case against Williams, who has been charged with second-degree murder and child neglect. Williams, a 30-year-old Air Force airman stationed in North Carolina, remains in the Martin County Jail without bond. Snyder said Williams only told detectives that Todd’s remains were in a “wooded area” in Hobe Sound, although investigators spent weeks following her April 27 disappearance searching the area by foot and with cadaver dogs. ” Williams was court-ordered to pay $1,150 a month in child support to Todd beginning in March 2015, when the couple divorced, court records show. Todd was a 30-year-old hospice nurse raising the couple’s 2-year-old daughter. Williams was the last person to see Todd alive — on April 26 — and was caught on surveillance footage driving her car after she was killed, Snyder said. (Black) Cleveland sex offender accused of pistol-whipping woman, threatening to shoot 1-year-old CLEVELAND, Ohio — A Cleveland sex offender is accused of pistol-whipping a woman and threatening to shoot her 1-year-old daughter during a robber. Marshall Berry, 56, is charged with aggravated robbery. Berry is serving a 152-day sentence at the Cleveland House of Corrections for petty theft and trespassing in a vehicle. No court date has been scheduled for the armed robbery case. Berry about 9:30 p.m. on March 13 walked up to a woman and her daughter at the intersection of East 14th Street and Sumner Avenue. He pistol-whipped the woman in the head and stole her wallet, according to police. Berry threatened to shoot her daughter and ran off. Berry's criminal history spans three decades. He is a Tier III sex offender stemming from a 2009 conviction for sexual battery against a 36-year-old woman. He was sentenced to two years in prison in that case. Berry has been convicted in 18 felony cases since 1980. |

Fayetteville man surrenders to police in February rape  Fayetteville, N.C. — A Fayetteville man surrendered to police Tuesday in connection with a sexual assault that occurred earlier this year. Edward Lee Alexander, 46, of the 500 block of Anson Drive was charged with second-degree rape and first-degree kidnapping. The charges stem from a Feb. 4 incident in the area of Pamalee Drive and Murchison Road. Authorities said the 24-year-old victim in the incident was an acquaintance of Alexander. Alexander was being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center under $75,000 secured bond. |
Police: (Black) Man charged in woman's rape on Metro train WASHINGTON -- A man is being held without bond after police say he allegedly raped a woman on a Metro train April 12th. The suspect has been identified as John Prentice Hicks and police say he has been charged with attempted first-degree rape, first-degree sexual offense and second-degree assault. A warrant was issued for his arrest on April 12th after he used his SmarTrip card to leave the Glenmont Metro Station after the alleged assault. He was taken into police custody on Friday, May 20th. Hicks had a bond hearing on Monday. |

Last suspect in the 2009 Five Points gang rape is sentenced to 23 years Stanley Theodore Armitage, one of the three men accused of a 2009 gang rape in Five Points, was sentenced Friday to 23 years in prison, followed by 10 years of sex-offender probation. Armitage, 22, was the last of the three men to face sentencing. Jacksonville police didn’t get a break in the case until Armitage was arrested for a home-invasion robbery and assault in 2012. DNA then linked the case to Armitage, 26-year-old Rakeem Mitchner and 22-year-old Martin Anthony King. |

(Black) Man Arrested In Connection With Fatal Northeast Phila. Hit-a-Hispanic-thrown-120-feet-and-Run  PHILADELPHIA — A Frankford man is under arrest in connection with the fatal hit and run accident in the Northeast early Tuesday morning. Thirty-five-year-old John Cook of Tackawanna Street surrendered to police Tuesday at police headquarters. He’s charged with homicide by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter and related crimes. Philadelphia Police say Cook was driving the Lexus which struck Aleja Molina while he was standing under a SEPTA bus shelter at Cottman and Bustleton Avenues. Police say the car was speeding when it hit Molina around 12:30 a.m Tuesday. Molina was thrown 120 feet by the impact and died a short time later. Witnesses told police Cook got out of his vehicle, looked at Molina on the ground and then fled on foot. |
(Black) Teen identified as suspect in stabbing death The NYPD identified a teenager as a person of interest in connection to stabbing death of a Brooklyn man who was discovered last week by firefighters putting out a fire inside his apartment. Cops say Jahkeem Scott, 17, is a person of interest in the death of Romulo Heras, 61, and have released new photos of him in the hope of tracking him down for questioning. Heras was found with a stab wound to the neck on Jan. 22 at around 9 a.m. shortly after the fire was extinguished in his ground-floor apartment at 59 Logan St. in Cypress Hills. |

Arrests made in (black-on-White) Prattville murder     PRATTVILLE – A 14-year-old and 15-year-old have been charged with murder in a Sunday homicide that occurred in Prattville and an adult suspect is at large, said Police Chief Mark Thompson. The suspect is Santwone Cornelius Jones, 24, of 1203 Bragg St., in Montgomery, the chief said. All three suspects are from Montgomery, Thompson said. The teenagers are in custody in Montgomery and the district attorney’s office will begin court proceedings to have them declared as adults in the case, Thompson said. John Michael Taylor, 56, was found at 1 a.m. Sunday in the middle of the 1900 block of Cobbs Ford Road suffering from a gunshot wound, the chief said. Before succumbing to his wound, he told officers that he had been robbed by three men. Police believe Taylor was targeted after he left a service station, also in the 1900 block of Cobbs Ford Road. Robbery is the apparent motive in the killing, said C.J. Robinson, chief assistant district attorney. Video footage from the business shows Taylor in the store at the same time as the trio of suspects. Taylor was allegedly forced into a red or maroon vehicle, robbed and then shot, authorities say. He was able to walk to Cobbs Ford Road where he collapsed and a passing motorist called police, Thompson said. The three suspects and Taylor did not know one another, he said Thompson would not release the names of the teenagers due to their juvenile status. - (Black-on-white) |

(Black man) Allen Wade found guilty of killing (White) Wolfe sisters in East Liberty   PITTSBURGH —A jury on Monday found Allen Wade guilty of first-degree murder for the deaths of his neighbors, Susan and Sarah Wolfe, who were found shot in their East Liberty home in 2014. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for Wade, 45. The jury will hear more testimony Tuesday morning before deciding to sentence him to death or life in prison without parole. Wade's family members said, while they still have some doubt that he committed the murders, the evidence was overwhelming. "We have to agree with the jury right now," said Janene Hayes, Wade's cousin. " "To see him turn to something this ugly, this monster..." (Black) Man Charged With Hate Crime In Stabbing (a White man) On West Loop Bridge  CHICAGO — A 45-year-old man has been charged with a hate crime after allegedly using a racial epithet while stabbing another man on the Washington Street Bridge late Sunday. Todd Light was going home Sunday night, and stopped on the bridge to look at the Chicago River, when a man approached him, demanded his wallet, and stabbed him multiple times in the abdomen. Light fought back, and held down his attacker until police arrived. “I hit him until he dropped the knife and stopped trying to kill me, because I didn’t want to get stabbed again,” he said. Monday morning, police said 45-year-old Leroy Willis had been charged with aggravated battery, a hate crime, and aggravated attempted robbery. (Black) New Orleans man accused of raping 2nd preteen relative, starting when she was 10 A New Orleans East man arrested two weeks ago on suspicion of raping a preteen relative has been rebooked on new accusations that he also raped that victim's older sister. Court records show Kavon Morgan, 25, was booked again Sunday (May 22) with additional single counts of first-degree rape, second-degree rape and molestation of a juvenile. The new accusations are in addition to the single count of first-degree rape for which he was arrested on May 10. New Orleans police said they brought the new allegations after interviewing a witness in Morgan's initial case.The witness told investigators what she knew about the alleged sexual assault of her sister on May 6. Then the young teen girl told detectives and a forensic interviewer from the Children's Advocacy Center that she also was raped by her relative Morgan, on two occasions. |
13-year-old testifies she was kidnapped, drugged and sexually assaulted GREENSBORO — On Tuesday morning a 13-year-old girl sat in front of the man accused of committing sexual crimes against her and told a jury in Guilford County Superior Court that the man kidnapped, drugged and threatened her on Dec. 16, 2013. It was the last time she saw the man before the trial began. Ronnie Lee Ford, 52, of 1025 W. Barton St., is charged with attempted first-degree sex offense, sexual exploitation of a minor, sex offense with a child, sex offense with a minor and first-degree kidnapping. She was 11 years old at the time of the reported assault. "This is a case about a trust that was broken and shattered," Guilford County Assistant District Attorney Kelly Thompson told the jury. "We don't always realize there are fake friends that will do harm to you." Police arrested 38-year-old Danielle Patrice Gilmer. Gilmer agreed to testify against Ford later this week in return for a lesser sentence. |

(Black) Alabama murder suspect, relative accused of raping the same girl, police say A 19-year-old Dothan man was arrested earlier this week and accused of sexually abusing an underage girl. Dantrell Javon Johnson is charged with first-degree rape, second-degree sodomy and second-degree rape, court records show. He is being held in the Houston County Jail on $90,000 bond. Dothan police confirmed that Johnson is accused of abusing the same girl as his relative, James Morris Johnson Jr. Johnson Jr. was arrested May 9 and charged with three counts of first-degree rape. This man raped the girl over the course of three years, police say. Johnson Jr. also faces a murder charge. He was arrested March 11 and charged in the March 3 shooting death of his girlfriend, Tanisha Norton, court records show. Records claim Johnson fatally shot his girlfriend at their residence on Aberdeen Road using a .38-caliber revolver. |
(Black) Man Accused Of Beating, Raping Tavernier Woman MIAMI – An Upper Keys man is accused of violently raping and beating a Tavernier woman earlier this year. On March 13th, the woman was walking along U.S. 1 to meet friends at a bar when a man, later identified as 53-year old Johnny Hayes, grabbed her. She said at first, she thought it was her friends playing a joke on her when someone grabbed her. She then realized she did not know the man who had grabbed her. The woman said when she fought back as he dragged her into some bushes, he began to hit her with some kind of weapon. Hayes reportedly told her he would kill her, but would let her live if she stopped fighting. She said he choked her as well and she lost consciousness for a period of time. When she woke up, he was still on top of her raping her and hitting her. She said during the attack, Hayes told her she’d done this to six other women and had been to prison. |
(Black) Man accused of exposing himself in Westport could face additional charges EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. — A man accused of engaging in inappropriate behavior on a beach in Westport faced a judge in Rhode Island Monday. Andrew Butler, 45, appeared in Providence District Court for a fugitive from justice hearing. Butler waived extradition and was taken back to Massachusetts. Last week, Westport police asked the public to help identify a man accused of exposing himself on Gooseberry Island. Police say a girl saw the man engaged in the act and took a photo of him as he left the area. Police said that after seeing Butler’s photo on Facebook, six other women came forward saying he had done the same thing in front of them at Gooseberry. |

FBI agents wounded in bid to nab (black) reputed gang member; suspect dead in Park Forest  Two FBI agents serving an arrest warrant suffered non-life-threatening gunshot wounds Tuesday morning at a Park Forest home, and a suspect in the residence was found dead, according to the FBI. The Cook County medical examiner's office identified the dead man as Melvin Toran, 50. Toran was a reputed high-ranking member of the Black P Stone Nation street gang, according to a federal law enforcement source. FBI agents had gone to the home in the south suburb of Chicago to arrest him on charges of narcotics trafficking, part of a gang sweep involving several other ranking members of the gang. |

Crews of nannies, housekeepers and landscapers came and went. Once a week, professionals detailed the fleet of exotic cars in the driveway -- a white Rolls-Royce, a black Land Rover, a high-performance Mercedes and a Ferrari. Neighbors rarely saw the young mother, Tiffany Li, from a wealthy Chinese family, or her ex-boyfriend, the children's father, culinary student Keith Green, and they often wondered what was going on behind the impressive double doors. Early Saturday morning, however, a SWAT team rammed through the wrought-iron security gate to find out. "Come out with your hands up!" neighbors heard through a police bullhorn. Before dawn, Li, 30, and her new boyfriend, Kaveh Bayat, 29, were arrested at the home. A third suspect, Olivier Adella, 40, was arrested at his Burlingame home the night before. All were charged with murdering Green, 27, who was found dead May 11, decomposing in a wooded area near Healdsburg. He vanished two weeks earlier, authorities said, the night he was supposed to meet Li at the Pancake House in Millbrae. The couple had two daughters, ages 2 and 4, together. Green told his friends he had been falsely accused of domestic violence and that he had been threatened by Li and Bayat. Green's body was found near a homeless encampment. |

American ISIS Wannabe Nabbed in Elaborate Sting, FBI Says  Federal officials arrested a young New York City man today for allegedly supporting ISIS — the culmination of an elaborate FBI and NYPD sting operation in which the 22-year-old was duped by at least four undercover law enforcement agents, according to court documents. Bronx resident Sajmir Alimehmeti was arrested before dawn this morning without incident. A criminal complaint filed by the Department of Justice alleges that he helped a person he believed to be an ISIS recruit — who was in fact working for federal authorities — travel to Syria to fight with ISIS by giving advice and helping the individual get last-minute supplies. Alimehmeti was also charged with passport fraud for allegedly lying about losing his passport in an attempt to get a new one. |
Mother calling for change after (White female) 2nd-grader attacked on school bus (by feral blacks)  PITTSBURGH — The mother of a second-grader who she says was attacked on her school bus shared her story Wednesday in the hope of shedding light on the issue and making a call for change. Cellphone video captured the fight in which Arlington Elementary School student Brianna Zagwoski was repeatedly punched and had her hair pulled. “Every time I would try to go swing, they would grab my arms and hold them,” Brianna, 9, said. Just weeks after having her appendix surgically removed, Brianna managed to escape with only a lump on the back of her head. “She says, ‘You know, mom, I tried to fight back,’” Irene Zagwoski, Brianna’s mother, said. “Because I teach my kids to defend themselves, and she apologizes and says, ‘I’m sorry. I had to ball up.’ I couldn’t take it no more.” Since the fight on Monday, Zagwoski said she’s taken her concerns to the school principal and filed a written complaint. She said she want more done to address the school bus issues. “You have to wait. There’s nothing you can do. You have to wait. Wait for the forms to be filed,” she said. Meanwhile, Zagwoski said she’s keeping her children out of school for the remainder of the year. Video shows the victim, wearing a suit, appearing to talk with a group of men outside Jim’s Steaks at 4th and South streets around 3:30 a.m. on May 7. Originally two men wearing dark coats punch the man before a third coward in a yellow jacket runs up and take a few shots. The attackers wound up grabbing the victim’s cellphone and gold necklace before running off, said Philadelphia Police. TALLAHASSEE, FL - Police say documents in the arrest of the 
Marshall Berry, 47, was arrested after a tipster read the Fugitive of the Week story in the Sunday Plain Dealer, Deputy Marshal Brian Fitzgibbon said. The tipster called 9-1-1 and Cleveland police found Berry at 3 a.m. in a house in the 2700 block of Community College Avenue. Berry is accused of assaulting and raping a

Court records show that the 69-year-old man took the identity of man deceased since 1994 to get social security, VA and other Federal, state and local benefits since 2012. Police report that Rene Ortiz Quintana has been in the United States illegally for about 50 years. They say that in October of 2012 he took the identity of

ST. LOUIS, MO - A Ferguson activist who is part of the "Black Lives Matter" movement -- is arrested and charged with human trafficking and prostitution. According to court records, Charles Wade, was arrested in April for allegedly hiring out a 17 year old girl for sex in Maryland. The operation was discovered by undercover agents. Wade runs Operation Help or Hush, a non-profit created during the Ferguson unrest. Last September he began crowd funding a center for children and youth near Ferguson and Dellwood. Wade said he was asked to help the woman, who claimed she was 20, to find an emergency shelter.
A British mother has revealed she dumped her boyfriend for her pen pal prisoner who is on death row in America. Katie Menham, 25, from Malmesbury, Wiltshire, has exchanged 'dozens' of letters with convicted killer Julius Bradford, 31, since January – and is now fighting to get him a retrial so they can be together. Bradford has been on death row in High Desert State Prison, Nevada, since 2004 - after he was found guilty of first-degree murder and attempted robbery. In court it emerged he and two accomplices had ambushed a 48-year-old father of seven, attacking him and attempting to rob him before shooting him dead.
