(BLACK) Dodge Co. teenagers arrested for double homicide (of
White couple)      CHESTER,
Ga. (WGXA) - Four Dodge County teenagers are behind bars Thursday
morning, accused of murdering an elderly couple who lived just
outside of Chester. According to the GBI, two juveniles are
16-years-old, one is 17-years-old and the other is 19-year-old
Kojak Thomas. All were arrested and charged with murder. All
are from Eastman except for one 16-year-old, who is from Chester.
WGXA will not name or picture any
suspects under age 18. The Sheriff added more warrants are pending
for all, but at this time they're all charged with murder. Also, the
GBI says Alijah Shamir Pennamon, 19, of Eastman, is charged
with receiving stolen property in connection to the case. Sheffield
says the case is still under investigation. Wednesday, the Dodge
County Sheriff's Office and GBI were called to a home on
Chester-Alamo Road just outside of Chester for a welfare check of Everett
and Jain Williams. The check was requested by a neighbor who
had not seen the couple since Sunday. Upon arrival, the Williams'
were found deceased in their home with gunshot wounds. - (Black-on-white) |

Jennings raped a 3-year-old vaginally and orally - intentional
exposure to AIDS  MONROE,
La. (KNOE) - Levon Jennings, a Monroe man accused of rape is
now facing one count of intentional exposure to AIDS virus.
According to court records, the new charge comes from a separate
investigation, unrelated to the rape accusation. Records from
the Ouachita Parish Health Unit show Jennings tested positive
for HIV in 2013 and was notified of the results. The arrest
warrant says Jennings denied any knowledge of being HIV positive.
Bond for Jennings is now set at $750,000. |

young girl at a park in Menifee after being chased down and detained
by a group of parents. Roland George Riddell was arrested on

child under 14, online jail records show. He was booked into
the Cois M. Byrd Detention Center in French Valley and remained
there Thursday with bail set at $55,000. Authorities arrived to La
Ladera Park about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday and learned that parents had
chased Riddell from the park and then detained him after witnessing
the sexual assault. |

Man who allegedly broke into home, sexually assaulted woman is
in custody OMAHA,
Neb. — Police made an arrest in connection to a home invasion and
sexual assault that took place on April 18 around 12:30 a.m. Omaha
police officers were called to the scene near 67th and Lake streets,
where the victim said an unknown man had entered her home, sexually
assaulted her and stole her phone as he fled the house. Officers of
the Omaha Police Department Special Victims Unit have been
investigating the incident and developed information that led to the
arrest of Drequan Price, 21. Price was found Monday and
booked in the Douglas County Corrections Center for first-degree
sexual assault, police said. |

Brownsville man convicted of stabbing to death his estranged wife
was sentenced to 25 years to life in Brooklyn supreme court
Wednesday. David Andrew Rhoden, 48, stalked his ex, Karen
Bartley, on her way home from work Sept. 13, 2016,
and then confronted her as she sat in her car, ultimately slashing
her throat and stabbing her.Bartley, 45, was left to bleed to death in her Nissan Maxima. The attack happened just months after the couple had split. Rhoden, 48, was sentenced by Brooklyn supreme court Justice Ruth Shillingford for the murder and criminal possession of a weapon Afterward, Bartley’s daughter, Shanice Wright, told reporters through tears, “She was my mother and I won’t get another one. man arrested for stabbing a (White) man to death in road rage
attack  WOODBURY
- A Clayton man is charged with murder for the alleged slashing
that killed Joseph Pirri during
a road rage incident in Deptford last month. The Gloucester County
Prosecutor's Office announced the arrest of Everett E. Moore
Jr. 54, at a news conference Wednesday afternoon. Moore, a
construction worker from Clayton, was arrested at 8:20 a.m.
Wednesday at a Williamstown service station by prosecutor's office
officers, Monroe Township police and U.S. Marshals. He is
charged with first-degree murder and weapons offenses and is
scheduled to make his first appearance before a judge
Thursday. Pirri, 32, was "just trying to get home" during a nor'easter on March 7 when he was allegedly attacked. The Blackwood man survived long enough to describe the incident to 911 dispatchers and describe his attacker, Fiore said. On the 911 call, Pirri told dispatchers "a guy passed me and I flipped him off ... he got out and ran up with a knife, put it through my window and cut me," according to police reports on the incident. Okla. - A man has been taken into custody following a homicide
investigation near the University of Oklahoma. Norman police were
called around 3 p.m. Tuesday to an apartment complex in the 2800
block of Dewey Ave. for a medical call. When they arrived, they
later discovered a woman dead at the scene. Family members tell
News 4 the victim is 27-year-old Brittani
Rose Young. Police said Young died from apparent
trauma to the head. "It's been determined based on
information from witnesses, that the suspect, 29 year old Joseph
Alliniece stomped the victim's head with his foot while she lay
on the floor," Jensen said.In a court order from Norman Police one witness said she was allegedly pulled into the apartment by Allineice while she was holding her 2-year-old daughter. The witness said Young "laid lifeless" as she described Alliniece as "agitated" while she watched him stomp the victim's head several times be leaving the scene. "Young was heard screaming from within the apartment and those witnesses saw Alliniece run from the scene," said Jenson. coroner’s office said Tuesday.But that won’t stop prosecutors from pursuing a murder charge in the case. “The determination of the coroner of accidental is not legally relevant to a determination of legal liability under the felony murder rule, which makes a killing during a robbery a murder, whether the killing is intentional, unintentional or accidental.” Brazilian native Eduardo Gaiolli de Sanchez Osorio, 21, died Jan. 3 after he banged on the windshield and hood of a black Mercedes-Benz and fell when the car took off near Flamingo Road and Koval Lane. Documents released in March revealed how Osorio’s missing watch led investigators to identify Ronneka Guidry, 29, as a murder suspect in his death. Osorio’s death initially was counted as a traffic fatality, but police changed course two days later, citing new, unspecified information. Guidry was indicted in February on charges of murder, robbery, grand larceny and failure to stop at the scene of a crash. Another man told police that he was with Osorio at a Las Vegas Strip nightclub hours before his death. Footage from the club showed Osorio wearing the Rolex watch, which his father estimated to be valued at $8,000. during robbery in Scottsdale SCOTTSDALE,
AZ - Authorities are searching for two suspects who allegedly
robbed a man in Old Town Scottsdale and bit
off a portion of his ear. On Monday evening,
authorities responded to the area of 1st Street and Brown Avenue
after receiving reports of a robbery in the area. The victim
told officers that he was standing in line behind an
African-American man and Caucasian woman to use an ATM, a
police spokesperson said. After the pair finished and walked away,
the man began his own transaction. At some point, the couple
returned and attacked the man, police said. During their fight,
the suspect allegedly bit a portion of the
victim's ear off. While the suspect and victim were
fighting, the woman was seen using the ATM, officials said.
Afterward, the pair fled the area south on Brown Avenue toward
Scottsdale Road. They made off with an undisclosed amount of cash. |

Hechavarria, a former nurse at Cape Coral Hospital, is
accused of raping patients. This is the second lawsuit facing Lee
Health. Hechavarria is already facing criminal charges for
assaulting a patient in 2015. NBC2 obtained more than 137 pages
from inside Hechavarria’s employee records after requesting them
from Lee Health.They reveal what kind of nurse he was while working at the Cape hospital. The 13-page lawsuit was filed by a woman who claimed the 36-year-old Hechavarria assaulted her while she was lying in her hospital bed. “It's just not something I would expect. You feel like you should be safe in the hospital,” said Kristen Monica. The suit claims Hechavarria, during the midnight shift, grabbed her breasts and penetrated her while she was drugged. |

video masturbating in his car in Victorville, and authorities are
now looking for potential additional victims, officials said. The

Sheriff’s Department said in a news release. The young man was
walking in the area when he noticed the lewd individual sitting in

creep wearing a condom exposed himself to a woman aboard a subway
train, police said. The 38-year-old woman riding a No. 7 train in
Queens told cops that a man entered her car with his genitals
exposed about 6:40 p.m. April 17 near the Mets-Willets Point
station. He sat across from her and displayed his member,
which was covered with a condom, who released a photo of the
suspect. The man then got off the train and fled. He was described
as 25 to 35 years old, with a medium build and short braids. |

Dad threw exercise weight, fatally striking daughter: police BESSEMER,
Ala. — Authorities say a man who had been arguing with a woman in
Alabama threw an exercise weight through a car window, striking
and fatally injuring their
2-year-old daughter. Jefferson County Sheriff’s
Office Chief Deputy Randy Christian tells AL.com that deputies
responded to a domestic violence report Saturday and found Laila
Reid unresponsive with injuries to the head and face. She died at
a hospital. Christian says the child’s father, 38-year-old Ira
Reid, had argued with the mother. When the mother got in a
car to leave, the deputy says, Reid threw the weight, hitting the
child seated inside. Christian says Reid acknowledged causing the
injuries. |

Victim’s Family Claims Preliminary Autopsy Proves Excessive
Force Used In Fatal Walmart Shooting BARSTOW
(CBSLA) — The family of an unarmed man who was shot and killed in
a Barstow Walmart parking lot this month is demanding (black
tribal) justice. Attorneys for the victim’s family say
the preliminary autopsy shows officers used excessive force — and
they’re filing suit. Cell phone video captured the moment officers
opened fire on a car at the Barstow Walmart earlier this month.
“You can hear approximately 30 shots, we know at least 10 struck
the driver,” attorney Dale Galipo said. That driver, 26-year-old Diante
Yarber, did not survive. His family members — some who were
in the car with him at the time of the shooting — are now hoping
attorneys can get them some answers.Barstow police say Yarber may not have had a gun that day, but they say he was using the black Mustang he was in as a weapon, hitting several police cars as he tried to get away from officers. That’s why they say four officers were forced to open fire, even though they were in a busy Walmart parking lot with other people around. |

Chattanooga man arrested, charged with stabbing dog to death
Tuesday CHATTANOOGA,
Tenn. — A Chattanooga man is behind bars, charged with stabbing a
dog to death Tuesday afternoon. According to the arrest report,
witnesses told a McKamey Animal Center officer an
extremely friendly German Shepherd was hanging
around the Glass Street neighborhood when it started to follow a
man who came to ask them for a cigarette. Witnesses told police
that the man, 20-year-old Cameron Jeffries, told them as
he walked away that he would stab the dog if it didn't stop
following him. Moments later, the witnesses say they saw Jeffries
chasing the dog, which ran onto their porch, bleeding from two
stab wounds. McKamey sent an officer to the scene, but the dog
died on its way to the center. Chattanooga police arrested Cameron
Jeffries at his home on Glass Street and charged him with
aggravated cruelty to animals. |

arrested a man Monday for a violent home invasion in Chelsea that
targeted an elderly woman, law-enforcement sources said. Thomas
Davis, 54, was busted around 11 a.m. for the April 12
incident, when he tailed the
80-year-old resident into her West 28th Street home
near Ninth Avenue, sources said. Police video released shortly
after the incident showed Davis allegedly enter the elevator with
the woman while appearing to talk on the phone. Davis followed the
octogenarian into her apartment, pushed her and forced her to the
ground. He fled with $150 cash, cops said. |

Staten Island courtroom erupted in cheers Tuesday when a judge
sentenced a killer babysitter to 23 years in prison, calling it
“the most disturbing case” he’d ever handled, according to reports

innocent 17-month-old child?” Supreme Court Justice
Wayne Ozzie said during the sentencing hearing for Gloria
Fields, the Staten Island Advance reported. Fields, 32,
tortured, beat and sexually assaulted Anthony
Delgado while he was in her care from Feb. 19
to Feb. 21, 2016, ultimately killing the baby boy, according to a
Staten Island DA’s press release. |

FedEx Worker Charged With Stabbing Man On Midtown Street NEW
YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) — A man was stabbed in the back Monday in
Midtown, Manhattan. The incident happened around 1 p.m. The
suspect was a 22-year-old FedEx employee who had an ongoing
dispute with the 28-year-old victim, who works nearby.
The victim was stabbed multiple times in the back. He was
taken to Bellevue Hospital where he is expected to survive.“I just saw the cops had just arrived, he was on the ground, there’s blood on the ground, somebody holding like a bandage to his back. And then there’s all this blood, and that’s all I saw.” Tyquan Bailey, 22, was charged with attempted murder, felony assault and criminal possession of a weapon. |

Man causes $50,000 in damage to light rail in Mesa - Some
blacks will do anything to return to cozy jail  MESA,
AZ - A man is in custody after he was seen walking down a Mesa
street with a broken window from a light rail car. Mesa
police report on April 17, they were called to Centennial Way and
Main street where they allegedly witnessed 28-year-old Arthur
Will Burrell walking down the street with a broken window
from a light rail car. Police say the window was
shattered. Burrell continued walking even after being
confronted by police. Officers pepper sprayed him to get him to
comply. Light rail supervisors reported to police that
Burrell was seen kicking out seven windows from a light rail car,
causing approximately $50,000 in damage. Upon his arrest,
Burrell reportedly said that, "he told them not to let him out
of jail and that he would do something to come back." |

seeking sex from minors online.Ronnie Cosby, 42, of Hammond, was sentenced Monday in federal court for sex trafficking a minor, two counts of transportation of a minor for prostitution and two counts of producing child pornography, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Cosby engaged in prostitution with two minors at his Hammond apartment and other locations, meeting a 14-year-old victim on Badoo, an online dating site, and a second 15-year-old. |

Chicago man facing attempted murder charges for alleging stabbing
another man at an Evanston McDonald’s restaurant will continue to
be held in jail without bond, a Cook County judge ordered Monday.
The public defender for Olanrewaju Oshiga,
32, of the 7500 block of North Ridge Boulevard, Chicago, sought to
get bond for him during a bond review hearing Monday at the Skokie
courthouse. Oshiga is charged with attempted murder in the March
17 steak knife attack that left a 41-year-old man near death, with
a section of his intestines leaking from his abdomen,
authorities said. Prosecutors gave more details of the incident,
saying Monday that Oshiga stabbed the man in the McDonalds
restaurant, located in the 1100 block of Howard Street in
Evanston, at least seven times after an argument. |

Dallas PD officer shot at Home Depot dies; Hispanic female

of two Dallas Police Department officers shot at a Lake Highlands
Home Depot has died a day after the shooting. The officer was
identified as 27-year-old Officer
Rogelio Santander. He's the first Dallas Police
Department officer to be killed in the line of duty since the 2016
ambush in downtown that left four DPD officers and one DART
officer dead. Santander and fellow Officer
Crystal Almeida, 26, were shot when they responded to
a call Tuesday afternoon at the Home Depot store in North
Dallas. Scott Painter,
a loss prevention officer at the store, was also shot. "We are
happy to report that Officer Crystal Almeida and our loss
prevention officer, Scott Painter, are making remarkable
recoveries," Hall said. "They are still in critical condition but
we are optimistic."The person of interest, identified as 29-year-old Armando Juarez, was taken into custody after a police chase that ended off Lemmon Avenue at about 9 p.m. Tuesday near Dallas Love Field. |

Calif. -- A retired security guard was behind bars Monday
for allegedly murdering a retiree in northern San Diego County
more than three decades ago. Nathan Eugene Mathis, 62, was arrested last week at his Ontario home in connection with the fatal stabbing of 75-year-old Richard Finney of Escondido, according to police. “A promise was made 32 years ago by the daughter of the decedent, that we would find and bring the killer to justice and that’s happened,” said Escondido Police Chief Craig Carter. On the morning of Nov. 13, 1986, Finney was found stabbed to death in his living-room chair at the East Mission Avenue apartment where he lived by himself, Lt. Ed Varso said. of (White man) Daniel Spencer who invited suspect   A
Travis County jury began deliberating Monday evening in the murder
trial of 67-year-old James Robert Miller Jr., who is
accused of fatally stabbing 32-year-old Daniel
Spencer in September 2015. Miller’s attorney says
it was self-defense.Spencer was killed at his home early on the morning of Sept. 21, after inviting Miller to his house to play guitar. Spencer, a film editor from Los Angeles, had moved to Austin in 2014. The two men had been drinking, and Miller told officials he thought Spencer was coming on to him. Miller testified that he told Spencer he was not gay and tried to leave and then Spencer started yelling at him and waving his hands. When asked if they fought, Miller said no. Prosecutors said because Spencer did not touch Miller or state any intention to hurt him, the notion that he used deadly force for self-defense was “ludicrous.” Prosecutor Matthew Foye said the facts that Spencer was stabbed in the back and that Miller showed no sign of harm on his body the day of the slaying prove it was not self-defense. Landry Parish Sheriff's deputies have arrested an Opelousas woman
in connection with the rape of a child.Arnesha John Louis, 21, was booked with second-degree rape. The investigation began on April 18 when the child's mother reported to deputies that her son had been raped. Detectives interviewed the juvenile who said he was forced to have sexual intercourse with a female known by the family. After horse playing, Louis allegedly pulled off his pants and got on top of him and began to have sex with him. The juvenile was able to give detectives key evidence of the rape which led the detectives to interview Louis. Louis was interviewed at the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office. She allegedly admitted to having sexual intercourse with the juvenile and stated “it was only an accident," deputies said. Louis was then booked into the parish jail. |

involving a Hispanic man, who was allegedly beaten and pushed onto
the subway tracks Friday night at Manhattan’s Union Square subway
station.According to the NYPD, the suspect is a black man wearing a red hat and red T-shirt that displayed President Trump’s campaign slogan, “Make America Great Again.” The suspect reportedly shouted racial slurs at the victim. 33, had a BAC of .12% when he crashed his vehicle head-on into

severe leg injury. The passenger in the car that was hit is
still in long-term care dealing with the long-term impacts of

11-year-old boy struck by a pickup truck in El Paso during a
school-organized walkout to protest gun violence. El Paso police
spokesman Darrel Petry said Sunday that the investigation into Jonathan
Benko’s death continues. But no charges have been filed
against Jesus Diaz, the 61-year-old driver who
struck Benko as he attempted to walk across a highway on Friday

Cortez Mitchell sentenced to life for 2015 murders - they
committed the crimes for fun     Cortez Mitchell, 19, was sentenced to two life sentences and four 20-year sentences for his role in a 2015 crime spree that included the murders of Antonio Hernandez Lopez and Joshua Davis. The life sentences will run consecutively, according to the Morgan County District Attorney's office. Mitchell, Cedric Cowan, Joseph Cowan and Amani Goodwin were arrested for the murders of Lopez in the carport of his Decatur home and Davis at Wilson Morgan Park in May of 2015. Police said the four confessed to a string of robberies and said some of them said they committed the crimes for fun. They were caught after one of them took a picture of himself with a cell phone stolen during one of the robberies, according to police. Goodwin pleaded guilty in January to three counts of first-degree robbery and two counts of felony murder. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison. - (Black-on-white) |

Texas (KTRK) -- The Harris County Sheriff's Office has charged a
24-year-old man with capital murder in the shooting death of a man
at an east Harris County construction site. Kevin Shepherd has been arrested and is being held with no bond. Sheriff's investigators say 46-year-old Glenn Wenzel, a supervisor for D.R. Horton, was conducting home inspections in the 15000 block of Pueblito Verde Way when he was confronted by two armed men who tried to rob him. New Orleans man was found guilty Wednesday night (April 18) of
fatally striking a bicyclist on a Bridge City road last year and
then leaving the scene.Taurus C. Hale, 21, who was 20 and living in Marrero when the crash occurred, was convicted by a Jefferson Parish jury of hit-and-run driving causing death or serious bodily injury. The late Feb. 15, 2017 crash killed 65-year-old Bruce McJilton of Bridge City as he bicycled on Nine Mile Point Road. An obituary for McJilton describes the Cambridge, Mass., native as a veteran of the Vietnam War who traveled extensively and had a range of technical skills and interests. Hale was driving his 2003 Honda Odyssey van south on Nine Mile Point Road, near the Westbank Expressway, when he struck the bicycling McJilton head-on. McJilton was thrown onto the side of the road. Lawson was booked on a number of crimes, including sodomy
and producing pornography with a minor.A Huntsville man performed sex acts on a 10-year-old girl and did drugs off of her body while performing sex acts. Darnell Eugene Lawson, 35, was arrested. He was charged with sexual abuse of a child under 12, first-degree sodomy, three counts of pornography production with a minor and three counts of child pornography possession. Lawson is accused of abusing a 10-year-old girl at her home. The girl's mother came home and found her daughter partially nude with Lawson in the home. The girl told her mother that Lawson committed sex acts with her and did drugs on her during a sex act. Lawson also took photos of the acts on his phone. |

happened on Friday.Investigators have charged 30-year-old , from Arlington, with attempted rape and burglary. Between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m., police said Johnson forced his way into a residence in the 800 Block of S. Frederick Street, took out a knife and attempted to sexually assault a woman. He then fled the scene. |

was sexually assaulted by an adult male suspect in Berkeley late
Thursday morning, police said on Friday. The girl was walking in

block of Addison Street near Sacramento Street when the man
grabbed her from behind, according to police. The victim said the suspect covered her mouth and pressed a gun into her side while telling her not to scream, police said. The girl told police that the man walked her east on Addison Street into the side yard of a home, where he sexually assaulted her. After she was assaulted the girl sought help and Berkeley police were notified and began investigating the assault, according to authorities. The girl described the suspect as a black man, possibly in his 30s, who is 5 feet 7 inches tall with a medium build who was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. |

suspect has been arrested for the impersonating an Uber driver to
rape an Athens woman after police made contact with another
victim. Police arrested Emerson Redd for rape against the
first victim, after speaking with the suspect. This victim
described a similar incident to the previously reported rape, as
she entered what she thought was an Uber around 1:15 a.m., hours
before the first reported incident. Since the first reported
incident, ACCPD have confirmed that the
woman raped was a University of Georgia student. |
