File: "Ghetto Lobster" (Black) Tyler man arrested after child severely burned in bathtub SMITH COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) - A Tyler man is in jail after a child suffered third-degree burns in a bathtub. Joshua Tranair Meekings, 26, is charged with first-degree injury to a child. He was arrested on Monday and is being held on a $1 million bond. According to an arrest affidavit released to KLTV on Friday, a Smith County Sheriffโs Office detective was notified on May 27 that a child had been taken by medical helicopter to a Dallas hospital the day before for burn injuries. According to the affidavit, Meekings, who is the childโs evil stepfather, told medical staff that the child had bumped against a stove, causing boiling water to spill on the boyโs lower body. CPS advised the injuries were not consistent with the explanation and the injuries were consistent with the child being dipped in boiling water. The affidavit states the detective called the childโs mother. She said she came to the home on May 26 and found her son wrapped in a towel. She said once she saw his injuries, she told Meekings to call 911. She said the babysitter told her Meekings had placed the boy in the bathtub and turned on the water. The babysitter said Meekings then went to another room to play video games, leaving the boy alone in the bathtub. She said when the boy could not bear the heat of the water any long, he got out. The mother said Meekings then saw the boyโs burns and wrapped him in a towel. According to the affidavit, the detective then talked to Meekings. Meekings said he had come over to give the boy a bath and had left him alone in there with running water for three to five minutes. The detective next talked to a Dallas doctor, who said the child suffered burns over 33 to 36% of his body and a majority of he burns are third degree and he will require multiple surgeries. She said the boy is currently intubated and on a ventilator due to his medications. Deputies did a check on the water temperature at the home. Once pooled, the water had a temperature of 140 degrees. Despite Meekings saying he left the child alone in the bathtub, the affidavit states it is believed Meekings held the boy down in the bathtub, causing the injuries. TAMPA, Fla. โ The woman who allegedly stole a car and then left her 4-year-old daughter to drown in the Hillsborough River in 2018 will spend the next 20 years in prison. According to Hillsborough County Court records, Shakayla Denson pleaded guilty to second-degree murder Tuesday in the death of Je'Hyrah Daniels. The news was first reported by the Tampa Bay Times. โIt is impossible to fathom how a mother could drown her own child. This sentence imposes an appropriate punishment and achieves justice for JeโHyrah,โ Hillsborough State Attorney Andrew Warren said in a statement. On Aug. 2, 2018, Denson waded into the Hillsborough River and left Je'Hyrah to drown. Witnesses at the time saw her dragging Je'Hyrah by the arm toward the river. At one point, witnesses said, both were screaming. Witnesses said Denson held Je'Hyrah close to her chest as they went deeper into the water. When the water was near the top of Denson's shoulders, she reportedly let go of Je'Hyrah and turned around, heading back to shore. Je'Hyrah would be found unconscious about 30 minutes later in the water and died at the hospital. |

(Black) Man sentenced to life in prison in shooting death of girlfriend RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - MAY 25, 2022 UPDATE: The man convicted of shooting and killing his girlfriend at a motel in Reno in 2020 has been sentenced to life in prison. Lamar Andre Adams, 49, of Richmond, Calif. pled guilty in March 2022 to one count of First-Degree Murder with the Use of a Deadly Weapon and one count of Child Endangerment with the Use of a Deadly Weapon. He was sentenced Tuesday, May 17, 2022. The May 13 shooting at La Quinta Inn on Market Street resulted in the death of 42-year-old Lynette Lozano. Adams was identified as the suspect and was eventually found driving a stolen vehicle in the Reno area and was arrested. Adams reportedly admitted to shooting Lozano with an AR-style pistol. Investigators said after the shooting, Adams drove to Sacramento, hid the pistol in a field, then returned to Reno in the stolen vehicle. Investigators said evidence showed Lozano was reading a book when she was killed. They said her two small children were inside the motel room when the shooting occurred. Her 7-year-old suffered a small burn on his lower back after being struck by an ejected cartridge case during the shooting. The district attorneyโs office also said the 5-year-old told detectives that he โlaid there and pretended to be dead so he wouldnโt do nothing to me.โ At sentencing, Assistant District Attorney Zach Young pointed out that Adams discharged his firearm 23 times in the small motel room, and then left the area, leaving Lozanoโs two young children to find her killed. A good Samaritan who was staying in the room next door comforted the children until RPD and paramedics arrived, the district attorneyโs office said. Adams will be eligible for parole after 32 years and 8 months has been served. |
(Black) Saginaw man gets probation for accidentally killing friend who โwas like a brotherโ SAGINAW, MI โ A Saginaw man accused of accidentally shooting his friend to death has accepted a plea deal. Harold C. Lawson, 34, on Wednesday, April 20, appeared before Saginaw County Circuit Judge Janet M. Boes and pleaded no contest to the lone count he faced โ careless use of a firearm causing death. The charge is a high-court misdemeanor punishable by up to two yearsโ incarceration. In an earlier Cobbs hearing, Boes indicated she would not give Lawson additional time behind bars at sentencing. A Cobbs hearing sees a judge outline the likely sentence should a defendant be convicted. In pleading no contest rather than guilty, Lawson did not admit to having committed a crime. Lawson pleaded as such for reasons of civil liability. Boes relied on documents to enter a conviction on the record. Lawsonโs conviction stems from the 2020 death of 25-year-old Maurice T. Williams III. In the early morning hours of Oct. 6, Lawson, Williams, and a 28-year-old man were behind Baker Auto Parts, 2401 E. Holland Ave., shooting guns for target practice, police have said. One of the three worked at the business. Police officers happened to be at a nearby gas station and heard the gunshots. They responded to the area, but by then the trio had entered the business, turned off the lights, and locked the doors, Saginaw Police Detective Sgt. Matt Gerow has said. The officers searched the surrounding area but did not find anything. They did not know the three men had gone inside Bakerโs, Gerow has said. A few hours later, a gunshot went off in the building, its projectile striking Williams, Gerow has said. Lawson and/or the other man called 911 at 4:07 a.m. to report their friend was having a medical emergency. Officers arrived and began life-saving efforts on Williams, police have said. Williams was taken by a Mobile Medical Response ambulance to Ascension St. Maryโs hospital where he died of his wound. Police arrested Lawson and the other man and recovered at least one gun, Gerow has said. The other man arrested with Lawson spent several days in jail before being released. He was not charged with a crime. |

The criminal complaint states that back in January, two relatives of Hatcher told Whitpain Township Police that he sexually abused them at a house he owns in Blue Bell. One victim told police that Hatcher sexually assaulted him at least five times, which started when he was six years old. Documents state the other victim told police that Hatcher sexually assaulted her and exposed himself to her when she was 15 years old. The third victim initially reported Hatcher in November of 2008 to Philadelphia police. According to the criminal complaint, she said the sexual assault happened inside a Philadelphia home. She told police that Hatcher pinned her down, covered her mouth while she tried to scream for help. The victim was 13 at the time, Hatcher was 43. [NNN forum post by The Bobster] |

The โDirty 51โ lied by painting our stories as Russian disinformation in an Oct. 19, 2020, letter they signed and delivered to Politico five days after The Post exposรฉ and three days before the final presidential debate of the election campaign. They used the institutional weight of their powerful former roles to legitimize partisan political propaganda designed to smear The Post and everyone associated with the story and dissuade the rest of the media from looking deeper into the laptop. The letter, titled โPublic Statement on the Hunter Biden emails,โ and signed by former CIA Directors John Brennan, Leon Panetta and Mike Hayden, former acting CIA Director Michael Morell, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and other ex-spooks, claimed the material on Hunterโs hard drive โhas all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation,โ although not one of them had seen it. Their lie โprobably affected the outcomeโ of the 2020 presidential race, as former Attorney General William Barr has said, describing the letter as โpartisan hackery,โ โbaselessโ and signed by โa coterie of retired intelligence officials who had lost their professional bearings.โ Yet they have never apologized or retracted their lie. In fact, when The Post contacted the group in March, after the New York Times belatedly acknowledged the laptop was real, some, like Clapper, doubled down. One former CIA officer who signed the letter, John Sipher, boasted that he took โspecial pride in personally swinging the election away from Trump.โ โI lost the election for Trump?โ wrote Sipher during a Twitter spat with a former Trump official. โWell then I [feel] pretty good about my influence.โ The arrogance of these Deep Staters tells you that they believe they will get away with lying to influence an election. BLACK-ON-WHITE: 22-Year-Old Christopher Tyson Charged In The March Murders Of Two Women In Baltimore BLACK Baltimore man pleads guilty to strangling two women to death, gets life in prison A Baltimore man will serve life in prison after he admitted to strangling to death two women whom he solicited for sex less than a week apart in 2021, the stateโs attorneyโs office said. Christopher Tyson, 23, pleaded guilty Tuesday to two counts of first-degree murder in the killings of Ashley Lambert and Denita Barrett. The stateโs attorneyโs office said a judge handed down concurrent life sentences after the womenโs families testified to the toll of their untimely deaths, according to the prosecutorโs office. Lambert, 37, had four children, and Barrett, 21, had two. In a statement, Baltimore Stateโs Attorney Marilyn Mosby called Tysonโs actions โsickening.โ โAs a mother of two girls, it pains me to think of the devastating loss of these women for the six children left behind to live without their mother,โ Mosby said. โMr. Tysonโs actions exhibited a dangerous and calculating pattern to prey on vulnerable women.โ An attorney was not listed for Tyson in online court records for the two murder cases. He is being represented by the Office of the Public Defender on rape charges stemming from an incident approximately a month after Barrett and Lambert were killed. A spokeswoman for the public defenderโs office declined to comment Thursday. The same prosecutor who handled the murder cases, Assistant Stateโs Attorney Elizabeth Stock, is prosecuting the rape case against Tyson. At the time of his arrest, Baltimore police suspected Tyson might have assaulted more women and asked for help finding victims who survived his attacks. Barrettโs sister discovered her unclothed body in the living room of her home March 21, 2021 and flagged down officers in the cityโs Westport neighborhood. Paramedics pronounced Barrett dead, and her body was taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, where a pathologist performed an autopsy and ruled her death was a homicide caused by strangulation. An employee of the Deluxe Plaza Motel on Pulaski Highway called 911 around seven days later, at approximately 11:30 a.m. The staffer reported finding an unresponsive woman in a room after the occupants did not check out. Police officers and medics found Lambert face-down on the floor when they arrived March 28, 2021, the stateโs attorneyโs office said. She was pronounced dead in the motel. The medical examinerโs office later found blood on her face, noted that it appeared she had not dressed herself and determined she was suffocated to death with a maneuver like a chokehold, the stateโs attorneyโs office said. Detectives reviewed surveillance footage from the area and were able to make out the last person seen with Lambert. The investigators learned that man bought something from a business in the area, got a receipt of the purchase and identified Tyson from his Visa card. Police soon labeled him as a person of interest in Barrettโs death. The Wells Fargo card also clued detectives in on Tysonโs address. Equipped with a search warrant and a battering ram, they forced their way into his residence when nobody answered. Police said they found Tyson in a second-floor bedroom. In interviews, detectives recognized Tysonโs explanations were not consistent with the evidence. Confronted with an image of the last person seen with Lambert alive, Tyson admitted it was him, according to police and prosecutors. He told police he met Lambert online and agreed to pay for sex. In the motel room, Tyson told detectives, they got into an argument, and he strangled her with a chokehold. Police and prosecutors say he later admitted to killing Barrett after arranging to pay her for sex. He said he used an application to contact Barrett and that they agreed to meet at her house. BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK Haitian gang leader indicted over TERRORIST KIDNAPPINGS OF WHITE CHRISTIAN MISSIONARIES and BABY!!! - (link fixed)
A notorious Haitian gangster is due to appear in US court Wednesday for allegedly leading the armed abduction and kidnapping of 17 Christian missionaries last year. Joly "Jolly" Germine, 29, is said to be a leader of the 400 Mawozo gang, infamous for holding foreigners for ransom. Some of the alleged missionary captives seized by the criminal group were held for two months before escaping. Their ordeal brought international attention to gang abductions in Haiti. Mr Germine, known as 'Yonyon', is the first defendant to be charged over the kidnappings. Transferred from a Haitian jail into US federal custody earlier this month, he is being held in the District of Columbia for conspiracy to commit hostage taking. He faces a separate charge for arms smuggling. His indictment "demonstrates that the United States will not tolerate crime against our citizens, here or abroad," said FBI director Christopher Wray. Three other alleged gang members were also arrested alongside Mr Germine for arms smuggling, though not for the kidnapping of the group of missionaries from the Christian Aid Ministries in October 2021. The group comprised of 16 US citizens and one Canadian national. Five children were among the hostages, including an eight-month-old baby. The missionaries had visited an orphanage in the town of Ganthier, east of the capital, Port-au-Prince, when they were taken on their way home. (Black-on-White) |

Senate CRUMBLES BEFORE BLACK PRIVLEDGE AND confirms another BIDEN BLACK in AFFIRMATIVE ACTION EQUITY FOXTROT MACARENA [despite documented statistical lower intelligence of African-mericans] MAGOGO SINGING AND DANCING BLACK GORILLA TOY SINGS "LA MACARENA" WASHINGTON (AP) โ The Senate confirmed economist Phillip Jefferson to the Federal Reserveโs Board of Governorslate Wednesday, the latest addition to the panel after delays and setbacks for some of President Joe Bidenโs nominees. Jefferson becomes the fourth Black man to serve on the Fedโs board, and he would join Lisa Cook, the first Black woman on the Fed in its 108-year history. She was confirmed earlier this week. Senators confirmed Jefferson on a 91-7 vote, without the divisive partisan debates that have erupted over some of Bidenโs other choices. The seven-member panel is being filled out as the Fed is fighting the worst [DEMOCRAT-SOCIALIST] inflation in four decades. Last week, the central bank hiked its short-term interest rate by a half-percentage point, double its usual increase. Fed Chair Jerome Powell, who is serving in a temporary capacity after his term ended in February, is also poised for confirmation. He has signaled that similar large hikes are likely at its June or July meetings. Jefferson, a former Fed researcher who served as dean of faculty at Davidson College in North Carolina, was nominated for a 14-year term to the Fedโs Board of Governors. Along with Cook and Jefferson, the Senate two weeks ago confirmed Lael Brainard for the Fedโs influential vice chair position. But another Biden pick, Sarah Bloom Raskin, withdrew her nomination after a key Democrat, Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia, joined with all Senate Republicans to oppose her confirmation. Republicans had argued that Raskin would use the Fedโs regulatory authority to discourage banks from lending to oil and gas companies. Most economists expect the Fed to continue carrying out its rate increases even as new members like Cook and Jefferson join the board, given how high inflation is. |

Cops identify (Hispanic Puerto Rican) Pedro Cintron as suspect in fatal shooting of NYPD worker A 55-year-old man is wanted for allegedly fatally shooting his NYPD civilian employee girlfriend, and gravely wounding a neighbor who went to check on her Monday in Queens. Hours after the Monday morning slaying of 51-year-old Migdalia Ortega in her Ridgewood apartment, the NYPD identified the suspect as Pedro Cintron. Ortega was fighting with her boyfriend inside the apartment on Fresh Pond Road near Palmetto Street when a female neighbor showed up to see what was going on, authorities said. โDuring the dispute, the 48-year-old neighbor went to check on the third-floor occupant,โ Deputy Chief Julie Morrill told reporters Monday afternoon. โShe was in shock and fled back to her apartment. The male suspect followed her and continued shooting.โ โThere are shell casings throughout the hallway and stairwell.โ Ortega was shot in the head and the neighbor blasted in the stomach and shoulder, cops said. QUEER FAGGOT LGBTQ+ rights groups defend California policy protecting transgender inmates QUEER FAGGOT LOONEY LUNATIC DEVIANT PERVERTED should be back in closets.... hysterically demand WASMEN BE ALLOWED INTO FEMALE PRISONS IN ORDER TO RAPE THEM Californiaโs โTransgender Respect, Agency, and Dignity Act,โ signed in 2020 by Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom, requires the state Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) to recognize an inmateโs self-reported gender identity and pronouns. The measure also requires the department to house inmates in correctional facilities designated for men or women based on their reported gender identity and regardless of their physical characteristics, in line with a Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) policy revised earlier this year. |
QUEER FAGGOT Hannah Tubbs, trans child molester, pleads not guilty to murder, robbery charges Hannah Tubbs, a transgender California inmate convicted of molesting a (girl) child in a case that sparked massive criticism of Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascon over his office's handling of the prosecution, pleaded not guilty Tuesday to unrelated murder and robbery charges. Tubbs appeared in a Kern County courtroom in Bakersfield to face charges connected to the April 21, 2019 death of Michael Clark. Tubbs is being held in Kern County jail on $1 million bond and is being detained in a men's jail. Prosecutors are referring to the suspect by birth name James Edward Tubbs. Tubbs became the center of controversy earlier this year after pleading guilty to a 2014 assault on a young girl inside a Denny's restaurant bathroom when the then-suspect was just weeks from turning 18. Prosecutors said Tubbs grabbed the girl by the throat, locked her in a stall, and put her hand down the girlโs pants. |
Hannah Mary Tabbs: A black murderess in racist 1800s US In 1887, the discovery of a torso near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, touched off a sensational murder trial. Kali Nicole Gross, author of Hannah Mary Tabbs and the Disembodied Torso, went in search of the woman at the centre of it all. When a local carpenter on his way to work discovered a headless, limbless, racially ambiguous torso in a pond just outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1887, it terrified the residents in the surrounding communities. Though it seemed like the kind of crime likely to go unsolved, police quickly zeroed in on a black migrant named Hannah Mary Tabbs. Her trial lasted for months with an outcome few could have predicted. Dubbed a "murderess", Tabbs and the torso case would be front-page news for months because it unearthed otherwise forbidden subjects such as adultery, sex and domestic violence. The victim was thought to be her lover, but Tabbs blamed an 18-year-old mixed-race teenager named George Wilson for the crime. Their fates became intertwined within the brutally racist criminal justice system of the time. After first reading about the case in a century-and-half old Eastern State Penitentiary scrapbook, I was desperate to learn more about Tabbs, a married woman who at the very least had been involved in a deadly, adulterous love triangle with a man ten years her junior. Tabbs was a kind of black woman that I hadn't encountered before while studying history. She knew how to put up a front when it came to respectability, but she also knew how to manipulate, threaten, and brutalise people to get what she wanted - whether it was to be feared or to engage in a risquรฉ affair. After I decided to write about her, there were many moments when other scholars belittled the project. Some ridiculed the notion of documenting the story outright while many publishers passed on the project because Tabbs was "not sympathetic". I especially chafed at this. Was Lizzie Borden expected to be sympathetic? Why ask this of Tabbs? Did black women have to be purely good or purely victims for a mainstream audience to care about their history? But perhaps more importantly, why did they see her as undeserving of sympathy? Hannah Mary Tabbs was born in the 1850s in a slave state and grew into her womanhood during the nation's bloody Civil War. When she met her husband, a man 15 years older, she was alone in Baltimore, Maryland, with her "mulatto niece" in tow. Some questioned whether Tabbs was the girl's mother. If so, I wondered about the circumstances of conception - had she been raped or otherwise exploited? (more at link above) |
BLACK-ON-WHITE Sundiata Acoli: US Black Panther COP-KILLER given UNDESERVED parole after half a century A New Jersey court has granted parole to the oldest former member of the Black Panthers after nearly five decades in prison. Sundiata Acoli, 85, was sentenced to life in prison in 1974 for the murder of a police officer the previous year. Founded in 1966, the Black Panthers were a revolutionary black nationalist and socialist group espousing armed self-defence especially against police. Acoli was 35 years old at the time of the incident. The shooting that led to Acoli's imprisonment followed a routine traffic stop on the New Jersey Turnpike. The ensuing gunfight left a New Jersey State trooper, Werner Foerster, dead, and another wounded. At the time, Acoli was traveling with Assata and Malik Shakur, two members of the Black Liberation Army, the armed wing of the Black Panthers. He was arrested after a police chase alongside Assata Shakur. (Black-on-White) |
Asian Suspects indicted in execution-style slaying of NYC businessmanโ Four suspects have been indicted in the 2019 execution-style slaying of a Queens businessman gunned down on a Flushing street, federal authorities said Tuesday. The suspects, Qing Ming Yu, Antony Abreu, You You and Zhe Zhang, were each indicted in Brooklyn federal court for the early-morning hit on 31-year-old Xin Gu outside a karaoke bar on Fowler Street in the neighborhood. Investigators believe Guโs killing stemmed from a business dispute he had with his former boss at a Manhattan property development company,Qing Ming Yu, 54, according to the feds. The victim left Yuโs company and started his own outfit, attracting several clients and employees from his former workplace, the feds allege. Enraged by the perceived slight, Yu โ whose business eventually shut down at the end of 2018 โ allegedly hired his nephew, 34-year-old You You, to murder Gu, authorities said. You enlisted Abreu and Zhang, both 34, to help pull off the hit, according to federal authorities. Gu was gunned down by Abreu outside the karaoke bar at about 2:30 a.m. Feb. 12, 2019, where he had been celebrating the Lunar New Year, the feds allege. Zhang acted as the wheelman during the hit, picking up Abreu in a Honda Accord with fake plates after the killing, according to the feds. Three of the suspects were arrested Tuesday morning, including Yu, who was cuffed in his eight-bedroom mansion in Oyster Bay, a law enforcement source said. Abreu was already in federal prison serving time for an unrelated case. [NNN forum post by The Bobster] |

Oregon pro-life group struck by DOMESTIC TERRORIST Molotov cocktails in failed Mother's Day break-in
Molotov cocktails were hurled toward an Oregon pro-life organization office Sunday evening, another attack toward an anti-baby-killing group on Motherโs Day following an earlier incident in Wisconsin. Police said what began as an "attempted break-in" at the office for Oregon Right to Life at approximately 10:38 p.m. Sunday in Keizer, Oregon, a suburb north of the stateโs capital of Salem, failed, so an unknown suspect or suspects ignited two Molotov cocktails and threw them toward the brick building. There was a small fire with minimal damage, and no one was in the building at the time, according to the Keizer Police Department, which shared a photo of what appeared to be a charred exterior vent. |

All scripture is for us, but it was not all written to and about us. To rightly divide the word of truth is to recognize and consistently maintain the clear divisions that God put in the scripture. The main division in the word of God is between the prophetic kingdom program of Israel (concerns that which was spoken by the prophets since the world began, Acts 3:21) and the mystery program of the Body of Christ (concerns that which was kept secret since the world began until it was revealed through the apostle Paul, Rom. 16:25). Christ chose Paul to be the pattern and spokesman for the Body of Christ to follow in this present dispensation of grace (1 Cor. 4:16-17; 11:1; Phil. 4:9; 1 Tim. 1:12-16). Hope Bible Church Website Hillview Baptist Church on YouTube We believe salvation is by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christโs death on the cross for our sins, his burial, and resurrection the third day. We love sinners enough to share the gospel of the grace of God with all men. We believe Godโs power unto salvation is in the gospel of Christ (Romans 1:16), and his power to stablish believers is in Paulโs gospel, the preaching of Jesus Christ according to the revelation of the mystery, and the scriptures of the prophets. We believe the great enemy of Godโs power in his word is the traditions and wisdom of men, which make the word of God of none effect. (Mark 7:13, 1 Corinthians 1:17, and Colossians 2:8-23). Therefore we hold to true biblical ministry of preaching Christ crucified to sinners, and building up the saints in Christ through good doctrine, obtained only through studying and teaching the King James Bible rightly divided (2 Timothy 2:15) Hillview Baptist Church website Shorewood Bible Church on YouTube We are an independent, self-governing, self-supporting, self-propagating local body of believers. We maintain no organizational affiliations with any other group, although we gladly fellowship with others of like precious faith. Our purpose as a visible, localized manifestation of the Body of Christ is to glorify God by promoting "the preaching of Jesus Christ according to the revelation of the mystery" committed to the Apostle Paul (Rom. 16:25, Eph. 3:1-9) and carrying out "the ministry of reconciliation" committed to our trust as Ambassadors of Christ (II Cor. 5:18-20, II Tim. 1:13,14). To this end and following the ministry strategy of the Apostle Paul (Acts 14:21-23), we have established three Biblical priorities for our ministry: Shorewood Bible Church website |
