A Connecticut man in a rage over the inadvertent use of peanuts in a smoothie went on a threatening, racist tirade against a shop's young employees, leading to his arrest, Fairfield police said.
James Iannazzo, 48, of Fairfield, faces charges of intimidation based on bias, breach of peace and criminal trespass.
According to police, Iannazzo purchased a smoothie at Robeks on Black Rock Turnpike about 1 p.m. Saturday. Roughly 30 minutes later, police say he called 911 from his home for a child having an allergic reaction. The child was taken to a local hospital.
A few minutes later, Iannazzo returned to the Robeks location and, police say, yelled at employees and demanded to know who had caused his child to have an allergic reaction by putting peanuts in the smoothie.
When employees couldn't answer, cops say Iannazzo became irate, yelling vulgarly, throwing a drink at one employee and questioning her immigration status. Cops say he was asked to leave and refused, even attempting to open a locked "Employees Only" door to get behind the store's counter.
Forbes ranked Iannazzo as one of Connecticut's top 25 high net worth wealth advisers last year.

Devonne Marsh posted a $5,000 bond and walked out of jail in Wayne County, Michigan on Friday after being arrested two days earlier for allegedly lighting his girlfriend, who is 6 and a half months pregnant with twins, on fire and burning over 60% of her body, according to Fox 2 Detroit.
Marsh, 41, was released on bond with several conditions including being prohibited from doing drugs or going back to the scene of the crime. While he has been released from jail in Wayne County, Fox 2 Detroit reports that Marsh has a hold for charges in another county meaning he is not free to walk the streets at this time.
Marshโs bond was set at $50,000, meaning he only had to post 10% to be released.
Marshโs girlfriend, 26, remains hospitalized in critical condition, and it is unclear whether the babies will survive. She was reportedly too afraid to come forward and report the crime but a tip led authorities to the scene and she is currently cooperating with the investigation.
Authorities said the officers, along with a third officer, went to the apartment on 135th Street after a call came in from a woman needing help with her son, identified by police as Lashawn J. McNeil, 47.
NYPD Chief of Detectives James Essig said McNeil swung open a bedroom door and opened fire at the officers, striking them.
The officer who was killed was identified as 22-year-old Jason Rivera, who joined the force in November 2020, and the wounded officer as Wilbert Mora, 27, who's been with the NYPD for four years.
As McNeil tried to flee, a third officer whoโd stayed with McNeilโs mother in the front of the apartment shot at McNeil and wounded him in the head and arm, Essig said.
In 2002, he was arrested in Pennsylvania for assaulting a police officer, Essig said.
Police said the gun used in Friday night's shooting, a .45-caliber Glock with a high-capacity magazine capable of holding up to 40 extra rounds, had been stolen in Baltimore in 2017.
Friday night's shooting happened in a street-level apartment in a six-story apartment building on a block between two iconic Harlem avenues: Malcolm X Boulevard and Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard.

Lyric Laboy was just 15-months-old when workers at the East River Family Center found her huddled under a bed on July 25 near the body of her mom, Shelbi Westlake, 26, who had died of an accidental overdose, according to the city Medical Examinerโs office.
Lyric, โcovered in human fecesโ and badly dehydrated, was rushed to the hospital, according to a Manhattan Supreme Court petition filed by her dad, Quraan Laboy, 31, who plans to sue the city and the Department of Homeless Services for $5 million in damages.
The agency denied Lyric was left alone for five days, but didnโt say how long it was.
The incident is under investigation, the agency said, adding the shelter is now required to conduct same-night wellness checks for any resident who hasnโt signed the nightly roster.
The beautiful little girl has not fully recovered.
โI donโt know how long she will suffer with this. She has a lot of separation anxiety,โ Laboy said of his daughter, who lost seven pounds during the harrowing ordeal and now hates to leave his side.
The child has been โroutinely slapping her dad while heโs sleeping to make sure heโs alive,โ said Laboyโs attorney, Seth Harris.
Westlake and her daughter shared an apartment-like unit at the shelter at 325 East 104th St. in Manhattan, said Harris. The couple were separated, and the mom and baby had spent about three or four months there.
No one realized Westlake had died until a fellow resident reported a โfoul odorโ coming from her unit, according to legal papers. The mom had last signed in at the shelter on July 19, six days before her body was found, said Allison Keenan, another of Laboyโs attorneys.
โItโs amazing that sheโs alive,โ Harris said.
โAllowing an infant to remain with her dead mother for five days unnoticed not only highlights the indifference and lack of humanity shown to those most in need but exhibits complete malfeasance by the City of New York and Department of Homeless Services,โ Keenan said.

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) โ Federal agents executed search warrants on more than a dozen properties connected to what FBI search warrants call an alleged pattern of deception, money laundering and fraud by a Minneapolis organization claiming to feed at-risk children.
The documents claim the organization
Feeding Our Future had worked with dozens of individuals from across the Twin Cities to steal tens of millions of dollars from the federally funded USDA Summer Food Services Program and Child and Adult Care Food Program.
Feeding Our Future, founded in 2017, went from taking in $2.9 million in federal funding in 2019 to more than $197 million in 2021.
Documents detail how as the organizationโs financial intake skyrocketed; the Minnesota Department of Education became increasingly skeptical. Eventually, MDE withheld certain funds, which led to Feeding Our Future filing suit in a Ramsey County courtroom โ a lawsuit that is currently pending.
Documents claim MDE involved the FBI in April of 2021, under the suspicions Feeding Our Future was submitting fraudulent documents as well as reporting higher numbers of children getting assistance to get more funding.
According to the search warrants, tens of millions of dollars went to restaurants, after school programs and other advocates throughout the Twin Cities. In some cases, organizations getting funds through Feeding Our Future claimed to be feeding upwards of 5,000 children a day. Federal investigators note that Wayzata High School, the stateโs largest, has an enrollment of just 3,600.
Federal investigators say almost none of this money was going towards feeding children. Rather, it was allegedly being laundered through shell organizations before being spent on cars, luxury properties and trips.
While no charges have been filed, more than a dozen organizations and individuals are named in the documents, some who had allegedly stolen millions from the federal funds.
Camrin Williams โ known as C Blue โ signed with Interscope records recently and used part of his advance of several hundred thousand dollars
to hire celebrity bondsman Ira Judelson to arrange his bond, according to a source familiar with the matter.
Williams' family paid more than $15,000 to Judelson to submit all the bail paperwork to the Bronx district attorney's office.
He allegedly shot NYPD officer Kaseem Pennant in the leg Tuesday in Belmont by accident, according to a criminal complaint.
His loaded 9mm pistol discharged while tussling with cops after he tried to flee, the complaint says.
The bullet struck Williams in the groin before exiting his thigh and hitting Pennant, according to his lawyer, Dawn Florio, who blamed cops for the mishap.
"This individual was previously arrested for carrying an illegal gun. Then he violated his probation, carried another gun and shot a cop. If he gets another opportunity to go free, he will use it to cause more violence and mayhem."

TSA confirms it lets illegal immigrants use arrest warrants as ID in airports
The Transportation Security Administration confirmed to Fox News on Friday that it allows illegal immigrants to use arrest warrants as an alternative form of ID to board airplanes.
"For non-citizens and non-U.S. nationals who do not otherwise have acceptable forms of ID for presentation at security checkpoints, TSA may also accept certain DHS-issued forms, including ICE Form I-200 (Warrant for Arrest of an Alien)," a TSA spokesperson told Fox News. That refers to an immigration arrest warrant.
The agency added that the document will then be validated via an "alien identification number" being checked against a number of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) databases.
"All passengers whose identity is verified through alternate procedures receive additional screening before being allowed into the secure area of the airport," the statement said.
Gooden has described the use of arrest warrants as ID by TSA as "totally crazy."
"A criminal alien shouldnโt be allowed to board a plane after presenting a warrant for their arrest," Gooden said in a statement. "They should be detained and brought before a judge."

Mobile County Sheriffโs Captain Paul Burch told WALA this is among the worst crimes heโs seen in his career.
โHe had absolutely no remorse whatsoever,โ Burch said. โProbably the most shocking part of it.โ
Investigators say Washam used a โninja-styleโ sword he recently had purchased to fatally stab his mother, 61-year-old Helen Nettles Washam, at their home.
He is also accused of cutting 52-year-old George Washington Nettles, his uncle who is bedridden from cerebral palsy, on the face. Authorities say he is in critical condition.
Washam allegedly cut his younger brother, Desmon Washam, on the wrist. He was treated at the scene and is expected to be OK.
According to Burch, the suspect has no criminal record or apparent history of mental illness, explaining investigators would explore the possibility that drugs may have played a role.
Burch said the sword, which has a blade measuring about 3 feet, likely was not very sharp, adding sword attacks are rare.
โI can only, maybe, think of one or two other times where there was a large sword-type weapon used, you know, in either an assault or homicide,โ he said. โAnd this oneโs even worse because the, you know, offender killed his mom, you know, with a sword.โ
Washam left the scene before deputies arrived. Deputies spotted his car, but he refused to stop and led authorities on a pursuit.
Police
deployed spike strips to stop Washam and found the sword used to kill his mother in the front seat of the vehicle.
A massive manhunt is underway for 31-year-old Shawn Laval Smith, who is accused of stabbing UCLA graduate student Brianna Kupfer to death at a furniture store.
Ms Kupfer, 24, was alone on a shift at the Croft House showroom in Hancock Park on 13 January when a masked man walked in and attacked her.
Five days later, the identified Mr Smith as her killer, who was seen on surveillance video leaving the store through a backdoor.
Mr Smith is considered โarmed and dangerousโ, and anyone who sees him has been urged to call 911 immediately.
A $250,000 reward is on offer for information leading to his arrest.
Who is Shawn Laval Smith?
Mr Smith is said to have a lengthy rap sheet spanning the US from South Carolina to California.
His most recent arrest was for shoplifting, according to Fox News. He was also jailed in San Mateo for assaulting a police officer, the outlet reported.
Los Angeles County jail records also showed an October 2020 arrest on a misdemeanour charge. He was released on $1,000 bail in that case, the outcome of which was not immediately clear.
Before that case, records reportedly showed Mr Smith was arrested in Charleston, South Carolina, on suspicion of firing a weapon into an occupied vehicle in November 2019. He was released on $50,000 bond in that case.
He also reportedly faced multiple arrests in Cherokee, North Carolina, between 2015 and 2018.
Prior to Mr Smith being named in connection with the Kupfer case, police said they believed the assailant was homeless.
He was described as 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing about 190 pounds.
Alleged connection to the Kupfer case
Investigators believe Mr Smith entered the Croft House store on La Brea Avenue at around 1.30pm on 13 January and stabbed Ms Kupfer to death with a knife.
She was found bleeding out on the floor by a customer 20 minutes later and was pronounced dead at the scene.
LAPD Lt John Radtke told the media on Tuesday that Kupfer had texted her friend to say that a man was making her uncomfortable moments before she was killed.
โShe sent a text to a friend letting her know that there was someone inside the location that was giving her a bad vibe,โ he said, adding that the friend did not immediately see the message.
Surveillance video purportedly showed the suspect leaving the store through the back and walking calmly down an alley wearing a face mask, backpack and dark clothing.
About half an hour later, another surveillance camera captured Mr Smith purchasing a vape pen at a 7-Eleven.
Police said Mr Smith has been known to frequent many areas of Southern California, including Pasadena, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Covina and San Diego.
Los Angeles City Councilman Paul Koretz on Tuesday urged other city leaders to add $50,000 more to the $200,000 reward for information leading to the capture of the suspect.
โWe will find this vicious criminal, we will arrest him and we will get him prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,โ he said.
โBut we must fight for justice for her even though nothing will bring her back. Our mission and my objective is that the perpetrator that took away Brianna from her beloved parents, colleagues, friends and our community will be permanently locked away, constantly reminded of his horrible, ugly and senseless murder of an innocent young woman who had endless potential.โ

In spite of recent modest decreases, the epidemic of crime that began in the United States in the early 1960s has left us with a rate of violent crime that is still some 300% higher than it was 40 years ago.
The usual suspects--poverty, the easy availability of street drugs and handguns, violent television programs--cannot account for this ominous trend. The fact that African Americans are responsible for nearly half of this violence, although they constitute only about one-eighth of the U.S. population, is the principal reason why the great improvement in race relations made over the past half-century has reached an
asymptote.
White fears, and Black resentment of these fears, are a grave threat to further progress. It is argued here that the main reason for this epidemic of crime and violence is the rapid recent increase in the proportion of the young people aged 15 to 24 who have grown up unsocialized.+
It is argued further that most of these feral youngsters are sociopaths, defined as genetically normal children whose failure of socialization was due to their being domiciled with an immature, overburdened, unsocialized, or otherwise incompetent parent or parents.
Philadelphia gun owner fatally shoots one of three BLACK men trying to steal his car
A Philadelphia man shot and killed a man who was trying to steal his car from outside his house, according to reports.
The licensed gun owner shot at least once early Tuesday after seeing three men trying to tow away his car, possibly just to rip out its catalytic converter, police told the Philadelphia Inquirer.
The trio tried to flee in a gray Honda Accord, but it crashed into a school bus. Two of the thieves fled, but the third one was pronounced dead after being taken to a local hospital, the report said.
The shooting victim was identified as Satario Natividad, 51, by grieving relatives who demanded charges for the gunman, who was questioned by homicide detectives.
โHe did not have to come out and shoot him,โ one of Natividadโs lifelong friends, Tanya Dunn, told the paper.
โIt was a car! All he had to do is call the police. โฆ You donโt shoot someone out in the street over a car.โA Philadelphia man shot and killed a man who was trying to steal his car from outside his house, according to reports.

Police arrest (Black) man accused of robbing store while responding to calls of domestic violence
TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) โ Tulsa police have arrested a man accused of robbing a convenience store after officers responded to his home for calls of domestic violence.
Officers said on Jan. 8, a man who was later identified as Anthony Inkton, walked into a convenience store near 31st Street and Sheridan and asked a clerk about a box of cigarettes.
Inkton then reportedly told the clerk that it was a "stick up," then said, "If you want to live your life and not get hurt, give me all your money."
Authorities said Inkton also implied that he had a weapon.
The clerk complied and Inkton ran out of the store shortly after.
After reviewing surveillance video, detectives determined it was Inkton who was seen leaving the store in a Honda with a woman.
On Monday, officers responded to a home in east Tulsa for calls of domestic violence.
The incident involved Inkton and the woman seen leaving the convenience store with him on the day of the robbery.

KANSAS CITY, Kan. (AP) โ Police in Kansas City, Kansas, have arrested a man on suspicion of killing a woman and severely beating her 4-year-old daughter over the weekend.
Jose Escalante-Corchado, 28, was charged with first-degree murder and four other felonies after the body of 24-year-old Mackenzie Hopkins was found Saturday submerged in a bathtub in her home, the Kansas City Star reported. Hopkinsโ 4-year-old daughter was found on a bed suffering from severe head trauma and remained hospitalized late Tuesday.

Bloody shoe prints throughout the house were traced to a pair of cowboy boots belonging to Escalante-Corchado, police said. Police also said that traffic and surveillance videos showed him in the area at the time of the attack. Witnesses told detectives that a person matching Escalante-Corchadoโs description was seen coming and going from the home and spent an estimated two hours in the area.
Escalante-Corchado admitted to being in the area at the time, but denied any involvement in the fatal attack, police said.

Communist countries practice strict control over speech and thought. However, since the 1980s, another form of speech and thought control has appeared in the West. Thought police use the banner of โpolitical correctnessโ to run amok in the media, society, and education system, using slogans and mass criticism to restrain speech and thought. Even though many have already felt the evil power of its control, they have not grasped its ideological origins.
Phrases such as โpolitical correctness,โ together with โprogressโ and โsolidarity,โ have long been used by communist parties. Their superficial meaning is to avoid using discriminatory language toward minorities, women, the disabled, and others. For example, โblack peopleโ are to be called โAfrican Americans,โ American Indians are to be called โNative Americans,โ illegal immigrants are to be called โundocumented workers,โ and so on.
However, the hidden implication behind political correctness is to classify individuals into groups according to their victim status. Those who are the most oppressed should, therefore, be accorded the most respect and courtesy. This judgment is rendered solely on oneโs identity, disregarding individual conduct and talent, which is the basis of whatโs called โidentity politics.โ
This style of thinking is extremely popular in the United States and other Western countries. According to such logic, black lesbians, who are oppressed along vectors o race, sex, and sexual preference, are ranked at the forefront of victimhood. At the other extreme, white, heterosexual males are considered the most privileged and, in the logic of victim politics, should be at the bottom of the totem pole.
This type of classification is identical to what goes on in communist countries, where individuals were classified within the โfive classes of redโ or the โfive classes of blackโ according to their wealth and class status before the revolution. The Chinese Communist Party eliminated and oppressed landowners and capitalists because of their โwrongโ class status, attacked intellectuals as the โStinking Old Ninthโ, and chanted that โthe poor are the smartest; the nobles, the dumbest.โ
The victims were identified as;
Braxton A. A. Cottrill, 22 years old, was transported to University Hospital in Columbia and was later pronounced dead.
Infant/toddler, 18 months, died at the scene.
Alissa Anders, 18 years old, was transported to University Hospital in Columbia and is in critical condition.
Randall C. L. Yarrington, 21 years old, was transported to a medical facility and treated for gunshot wounds.
Police were provided with a suspect in this incident who was identified as Anquan Eugene Glover, black, male, 5โ11โ tall, 145 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. Glover was apprehended by US Marshals and the Missouri State Highway Patrol on Monday afternoon, January 10, 2022.
BLACK-ON-WHITE?: 3 BLACK Milwaukee teens charged in connection to shooting of MPD detective at Shake Shack
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Three Milwaukee teens have been formally charged in connection to a shooting at Shake Shack in the Third Ward.
The incident happened Friday, Jan. 14. It stemmed from an attempted carjacking of a DoorDash driver.
The driver says she was picking up an order and had her car parked on the south side of the Shake Shack at the time. Her kids had to use the bathroom, so the delivery driver went inside to ask if they could use the facilities. That's when staff alerted her to someone taking something from her car.
The criminal complaint states the driver turned around and saw a man running from her car and getting into a silver car stopped at the intersection. The paperwork states this person got into the front passenger seat of the car and then the vehicle turned north on Water Street. The driver then went outside to check on her children and saw an iPhone with a black case on the ground by the front driver's side bumper of her car. She picked up the phone and went back into the Shake Shack to call the police. The complaint states the phone she picked up was ringing several times and she put it into her coat pocket.
The complaint states one of the suspects walked into the Shake Shack, turned to the delivery driver and demanded the cell phone. It also states the suspect grabbed the delivery driver, pushed her against a wall and took the phone. The suspect had her in a bear-hug and tried lifting her up to slam her to the ground. That's when an off-duty Milwaukee detective intervened. The criminal complaint states the detective wrestled the suspect to the ground and was on top of the suspect. Witnesses say they saw the suspect reaching for his waistband. The delivery driver started she started to run and heard two gunshots, a pause and then three additional gunshots.
The delivery driver left the backroom of the restaurant to check on her kids and saw the officer shot on the ground. The criminal complaint states the officer kept repeating the license plate and mentioned it was an out of state plate. The delivery driver says the officer told the first responding officer the plate number and that he fired through the glass. The delivery driver's daughter mentioned the suspect lost a sandal while running.
The accused are 19-year-old Keasean Ellis-Brown, who is not in custody, 18-year-old Dionta'e Hayes and 17-year-old Timonte Karroll-Robinson.
(MORE DETAILS AT LINK ABOVE....)
According to the criminal complaint, the delivery driver said she was picking up food at the Shake Shack and had her kids inside her car. She was alerted by staff that someone was taking something out of her car.
Her kids, according to the complaint, say a suspect had gotten into the car, looked back and saw them and got out. The DoorDash driver found a phone on the ground near the tire of her car, and picked it up.
Investigators say she went back inside the Shake Shack and the phone was ringing. Eventually, one of the suspects, now identified as Ellis-Brown, demanded the cellphone, and tried to slam her to the ground.
That's what, official say, an off-duty Milwaukee Police Department detective intervened. Witnesses saw the suspect reach for his waistband and the delivery driver said she heard gunshots.

Malik McDowell is facing several charges after he reportedly exposed himself and assaulted a Broward Sheriffโs deputy.
During his bond court appearance on Tuesday, a judge found probable cause to charge him with aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence, and exposure of sexual organs in public.
The incident happened Monday at a childrenโs learning center in Deerfield Beach. According to the prosecutor, police said surveillance video showed McDowell, who was naked, go onto the property while children were inside the building.
When a deputy arrived, he found McDowell sitting on a curb near 40 Fairway Drive. When the deputy approached him, McDowell charged at him โat full speed with a closed fist,โ according to the arrest form.
The deputy said McDowell slammed into him and repeatedly punched him.
โThe punches were swung with extreme aggression with at least one strike hitting my on my right eye/temple area of my eye. When I felt the strike hit, I was dazed and felt extreme pain in the area where I was struck,โ the deputy wrote in the report.
McDowell reportedly continued to hit the deputy.
The prosecutor said the deputy has bruising and is having trouble walking.
The deputy noted that McDowell stopped his attack and tried to flee on foot. The deputy said he deployed his Taser and was able to take McDowell into custody.
โA lot of f***ing money, because Iโm rich, bitch. Dumbass n***a. I got a lot of f***ing money, you broke-ass n***as,โ McDowell said.
He added, โI paid my f***ing taxes, I paid a million in taxes this year. If I want to call that bitch a bitch, I can.โ

When the street revolution of Western youths was in full swing in the 1960s, there was one who dismissed their naivety, sincerity, and idealism. โIf the real radical finds that having long hair sets up psychological barriers to communication and organization, he cuts his hair,โ he said. The man was Saul Alinsky, a radical activist who wrote books, taught students, and personally oversaw the implementation of his theories, eventually becoming the โpara-communistโ agitator with the most baneful influence for decades.
Aside from his worship of Lenin and Castro, Alinsky also explicitly praised the devil himself. In his book Rules for Radicals, one of the epigraphs says, โLest we forget at least an over-the-shoulder acknowledgment to the very first radical: from all our legends, mythology, and history (and who is to know where mythology leaves off and history beginsโor which is which), the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdomโLucifer.โ

(Black) Virginia man arrested in โabductionโ of missing store clerk Ahreal Smith last seen taking out trash after work
Virginia police have arrested a 50-year-old man in connection with the suspicious disappearance of a 28-year-old woman who vanished last week minutes after the end of her shift at work.
Ahreal Smith was last seen on surveillance video taken at the Claraville Little Sue store in Heathsville on Jan. 12. She grabbed a bag of trash and headed toward the dumpster after closing shop. Authorities are now describing her absence as an "abduction" and have charged area resident Tyrone Samuel.
"We are still investigating if there was a prior connection, and if there are other potential suspects," Northumberland County Sheriff Johnny Beauchamp told Fox News Digital Monday.
Her car was running in the parking lot out front โ where a co-worker found it still idling a day later, with Smith nowhere to be seen.
Police K-9s tracked her scent about 50 yards away from the storeโs dumpsters, to the edge of a road where investigators believe she may have gotten into a vehicle.
On Sunday, the Northumberland County Sheriffโs Office announced it had arrested Samuel a day earlier.
The Heathsville resident "was arrested and charged with the abduction of Ahreal Smith," the sheriff said in a statement.
Smithโs whereabouts remain unknown and anyone with information is asked to call the sheriffโs office at (804) 580-5221.
She is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs around 170 pounds. She wears a wig and has numerous tattoos, including a rose on her right thigh, according to authorities. She was last seen wearing a black Nike hooded sweatshirt, jeans and a pair of Uggs.
Smithโs employer, another local business, a charity called Youth Empowerment Strategies for Success and her family have pooled together a reward of $9,400 for information that leads to her location.
The sheriff told Fox News Digital last week that the FBI was assisting the investigation and had possession of the security video.
The video shows that Smith went out to start her car at around 9:05, then returned inside, according to the sheriff's office.
At 9:18 she got briefly into a different car that was in the parking lot. Police said they questioned that driver and do not consider them a suspect.
After that Smith went back to the store, locked it up and turned on the alarm.
The video next showed Smith picking up a trash bag and walking out of the view of the camera. She has not been seen since. A co-worker found her car empty and still idling in the parking lot the next morning.
A state police K-9 unit tracked Smithโs scent for about 50 yards, from the dumpsters to Walnut Point Road.
The sheriffโs office also issued another statement urging calm in an attempt to dissuade vigilantism after saying that authorities received a number of calls regarding threats against "to persons and property related to the Ahreal Smith investigation."
"We would ask the public to please understand that each one of these calls for service diverts needed resources from the investigation," the sheriffโs office said. "Our office will release vetted, accurate information as we are able. Any incidents of threats of violence or actual violence will be investigated and prosecuted."
No charges for female Beloit officer for shooting MEXICAN-named man who tried to take her gun
BELOIT, Wis. (WTVO) โ The Rock County District Attorney says no charges will be filed against a Beloit officer who twice shot a man who was attempting to take her gun.
According to the district attorney, the shooting happened on December 15th, 2021 after Jorge Bautista Almaraz, 29, allegedly โthrew himselfโ at the passenger side of a passing car in the 1500 block of Prairie Avenue.
Beloit Police Sgt. Shannon Dykstra was passing the area and stopped to see what was happening, but said Alamaraz refused to make contact and walked away from the scene. Police said the victimโs car had a large dent in the passenger door and the rearview mirror was broken.
Dykstra then requested additional officers, as she believed Almaraz to be suffering from a โmental health issue,โ according to the district attorney. As she was calling reinforcements, Almaraz reportedly lunged for her holstered gun.
Dykstraโs body cam reportedly shows her push Almaraz away, draw her revolver and order him to get down on the ground, but after he rushed her again, she shot him twice.
Brianna Kupfer, 24, was alone and working at Croft House when an unknown male suspect, who is believed to be homeless, knifed her before fleeing through the back door and calmly walking down an alley, Fox 11 reported, citing the LAPD.
Kupfer was discovered by a customer about 20 minutes later and pronounced dead on scene.
The victim was studying architectural design and worked at the furniture store as a design consultant, the report said.
Her father told CBSLA that she was โloved by all.โ
Akeem Williams, 21, was arrested on a warrant Wednesday for pretending to have a gun and stealing a black 2014 BMW on Osborn Street near Linden Boulevard in Brownsville that same day, police said.
After his arrest, Williams complained of chest pains and was taken to nearby Brookdale University Hospital, police said.
At some point, his leg shackles were removed and he managed to move his handcuffs to the front of his body before fleeing, cops said.
Video showed the still-cuffed Williams running away from the hospital โ without shoes on โ around 8:30 a.m.
Cracking the case of the โwokeโ prosecutorโ
One of the most puzzling conundrums about โprogressiveโ prosecutors โ who favor de-prosecution and de-carceration โ is to ascertain their motivations.
What are these elected chief prosecutors thinking when they unilaterally decide not to enforce the law? And why, even as murders increase in the big cities they police, do they continue to support these policies without shame?
Letโs consider the options:
ARE THEY RACISTS?
One of the big arguments from the left today is that โdisparate impactโ is in and of itself an indication of racism. If fewer African American children are graduating high school, for instance, the system must be racist.
Consider Philly
Well, in Philadelphia, homicides have exploded from a low of 248 murders in 2014 to 562 killings in 2020, a new all-time record. The victims of this violence are almost entirely people of color living in the poorest sections of the city. In 2020, more than 85% of the homicide victims in Philadelphia were black. Progressive prosecutor Larry Krasner is overseeing policies and programs that are corresponding with the deaths of hundreds of people of color every year, from children to young men to the elderly. All evidence suggests Krasner does not care, or he would change his policies.
ARE THEY FISCAL CONSERVATIVES? (costs too much money to prosecute... :) ARE THEY INSANE? ARE THEY ANARCHISTS?

On Thursday, October 24, 1929, the New York stock market crashed. The crisis spread from the financial sector to the entire economy, sparing none of the major developed nations of the West. Unemployment spiked to over a quarter of the population, and the total number of unemployed exceeded 30 million. Apart from the Soviet Union, industrial production in major industrial countries dropped by an average of 27 percent.
In early 1933, within 100 days of Rooseveltโs inauguration, many bills were introduced around the theme of solving the crisis. The policies increased government intervention in the economy and passed major reforms: Congress enacted the Emergency Banking Act, Agricultural Adjustment Act, National Industrial Recovery Act, and Social Security Act. Though Rooseveltโs New Deal essentially ended by the outbreak of World War II, many of the institutions and organizations that emerged during the period have continued to shape American society to the present day.
Roosevelt issued more executive orders than the total number of such decrees hitherto issued by all presidents in the 20th century. Nevertheless, the American unemployment rate in the United States did not fall below double digits until the war. The New Dealโs real effect was to set the U.S. government on a trajectory of high taxation, big government, and economic interventionism.
In his 2017 book The Big Lie: Exposing the Nazi Roots of the American Left, conservative thinker Dinesh DโSouza argued that the National Recovery Act, which formed the centerpiece of Rooseveltโs New Deal, essentially meant the end of the U.S. free market.
According to FDRโs Folly, a 2003 book by historian Jim Powell, the New Deal prolonged the Great Depression rather than ending it: the Social Security Act and labor laws encouraged further unemployment, while high taxes encumbered healthy business, and the like.
Economist and Nobel Prize Laureate Milton Friedman praised Powellโs work, saying: โAs Powell demonstrates without a shadow of a doubt, the New Deal hampered recovery from the contraction, prolonged and added to unemployment, and set the stage for ever more intrusive and costly government.โ
Deranged BLACK man pushes Asian woman to death at Times Square subway station
A deranged homeless man allegedly shoved an Asian woman to her death in front of an oncoming subway train Saturday morning in Times Square, police said.
The horrifying episode unfolded at 9:40 a.m. just nine minutes after the man was caught on video on the platform at the Times Square station at West 42nd Street and Broadway, police said.
Michelle Alyssa Go, 40, was waiting on the southbound platform when she was shoved onto the Q train tracks and hit, police Commissioner Keechant Sewell said in a late afternoon press briefing in the station.
โThis incident was unprovoked and the victim does not appear to have any interaction with the subject,โ Sewell said.
The suspect had first approached another woman, who was not Asian, who became alarmed and moved away, said Assistant Chief Jason Wilcox of the NYPD Detective Bureau.
โShe feels that he was about to physically push her onto the train,โ he said. โAs sheโs walking away she witnesses the crime where he pushes our other victim in front of the train.โ
At 9:53 a.m., a man walked into a transit precinct on Canal Street and declared that he โpushed a woman in front of a trainโ Wilcox said.
The suspect, identified by police as Simon Martial, 61, was arrested and charged with second degree murder, police said.
Martial has no known address, according to law enforcement sources.
Martial, who has a gray beard and was wearing black hooded jacket, stuck his tongue out at photographers as he was being led into the Midtown South precinct on West 35th Street.
โHe is crazy, talking gibberish,โ said a law enforcement source.
Embattled Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who has taken heat for being too soft on crime, would not comment on potential charges at the press briefing.
When asked if New Yorkers had to be worried about the suspect being released immediately from jail, he said no.
The NYPD said its hate crimes task force was reviewing the incident but it wasnโt being officially investigated as a hate crime.
Martial has a criminal record with at least three arrests going back to 1998, when he was busted for robbery, with the latest coming in October 2019 for criminal possession of a controlled substance. He served two years in state prison for attempted robbery and was released in August 2021, state records show.
He was accused of entering a manโs car on Sixth Avenue and Waverly Place on Aug. 9, 2017, simulating he had a weapon and saying โI have a gun. Give me your cash!โ according to sources.
The terrified driver fled.
Martial also had three runs in with police as an emotionally disturbed person, sources said.
A woman who identified herself as Martialโs sister, Josette, said he has a history of mental illness.
โHeโs been on medication for over 20 years and in and out of mental hospitals in New York,โ the woman said.
She said her brother, who is originally from Haiti, NEWS ARTICLE DOES NOT INDICATE CITIZENSHIP STATUS OF SUSPECT

โHe will have a conversation and then all of a sudden he will have a psychotic disorder,โ Sliwa said. โAgain, an Asian gets pushed in front of a train. How many times does this have to happen? Asians are being attacked every which way.โ
Wai Wah Chin, charter president of the Chinese American Citizens Alliance of Greater New York, called the incident โhorrifying.โ
On Nov. 12, a mugger pushed a woman โ who was also Asian โ onto the tracks. She was rescued by good Samaritans before a train came.
Through Dec. 12 of 2021, straphangers had been pushed onto the tracks 27 times, up from 25 during the same period in 2020, according to the NYPD.
An unidentified assailant stabbed a 37-year-old man in his buttocks at the B and D train station at Grand Street and Chrystie Street around 10:40 p.m., according to police. The attacker fled in an unknown direction.
The victim was transported to Bellevue hospital where he is recovering.
The stabbing comes on the same day that an Asian woman was tragically pushed to her death in front of an oncoming subway car by a deranged homeless man at the Times Square station on West 42nd Street.
Michelle Alyssa Go, 40, was waiting on the southbound platform when she was shoved onto the train tracks unprovoked and struck by an R train, police said.
The attacker, 61-year-old Simon Martial, was arrested and admitted that he pushed the woman as he was escorted out of the Midtown South precinct

On Thursday, Montgomery Circuit Judge Tiffany B. McCord increased Johnsonโs bail amount to $860,000. McCord came to the figure based on these amounts for each of the seven charges Johnson faces:
1 murder charge: $500,000
2 counts of first-degree assault: $120,000 each
4 counts of second-degree assault: $30,000 each
The bail increase came after Montgomery County District Attorney Daryl Bailey petitioned the court to increase Johnsonโs bail and public outcry over Johnsonโs release from jail.
This case also led to the Alabama Supreme Court issuing an order Friday to raise the maximum bail amount for murder charges in the state to $1.5 million.
Itโs unclear how Johnson was able to post the increased bail on Saturday.
Court documents indicate the six other victims suffered various wounds including:
A male who was shot in both thighs
A male who was shot in the left leg
A male who was shot in the right arm and right abdomen
A male who was shot in the left shoulder and right thigh
A female who had a bullet graze wound to the head
A male who was shot in the lower back
Police identify hostage-taker in Texas synagogue standoff as BRITISH MUSLIM
The suspect who held a rabbi and his congregants hostage at a Texas synagogue โ where he demanded that US authorities release a convicted terrorist โ was identified Sunday as a 44-year-old British citizen, according to federal authorities.
Hostage-taker Malik Faisal Akram was shot dead following the lengthy standoff in Colleyville on Saturday, the FBI said.
โThe FBIโs Evidence Response Team (ERT) will continue processing evidence at the synagogue,โ the agency said. โAt this time, there is no indication that other individuals are involved.โ
A UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office spokesperson previously said in a statement to news outlets on Sunday, โWe are aware of the death of a "British man" in Texas and are in contact with the local authorities.โ
"Itโs useless to catch criminals like [Hannah Tubbs] if we donโt follow through and seek justice for victims such as the 10-year-old girl [she] sexually assaulted. She bears the burden of a lifetime of trauma," L.A. County Supervisor Kathryn Barger, told the Los Angeles Times. "[She] will be offered therapeutic interventions under the auspices of โrestorative justiceโ ... and possibly granted only probation or parole. Where is the justice for [her] young victim and her family?"
Hannah Tubbs, 26, pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl in a womenโs bathroom back in 2014, when she was two weeks away from turning 18. She walked into the bathroom of a Dennyโs where she grabbed the 10-year-old by the throat, locked her in a stall, and put her hand down the girlโs pants, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Even as the Adams administration was quietly undoing its predecessorโs racist outrage in the name medical racial โequity,โ the federal Food and Drug Administration began pushing the same madness, in this case rationing COVID-19 antibody treatments according to skin color. Oh, and the state Health Department has gone down the same road.
The root problem is that the entire US health establishment, so deeply entwined with ultraprogressive academia, has utterly embraced the lunatic โanti-racismโ approach of the trendy left.
The pretext for rationing health resources according to race is that itโs a proxy for various underlying conditions. That is, for example, blacks are more likely to be obese than whites.
But the correct approach is simply to prioritize scarce treatments for the obese of all races โ not to put the overweight black ahead of the too-hefty white.
While communism manifests itself in Eastern countries, such as the Soviet Union or China, as totalitarian governments, mass killing, and the destruction of traditional culture, it has been silently and steadily gaining control over the West using subversion and disinformation. It is eroding the economy, political processes, social structures, and moral fabric of humanity to bring about its degeneration and destruction.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosiโs son, "PRINCE" Paul Pelosi Jr., has been called out by the Daily Mail over his close ties to โa host of fraudsters, rule-breakers and convicted criminals,โ yet has never been charged himself.
Once dubbed the โrising princeโ of the Pelosi political dynasty by the now-defunct Menโs Vogue, Pelosi Jr. had โyears-long repeated business dealingsโ with unsavory characters, in what may have been efforts to curry favor with the Democratโs powerful family.
This time, the son in question is not Hunter Biden, the presidentโs son, who has been at the center of scandal after scandal since before his father even entered the White House.
Instead, it is House Speaker Nancy Pelosiโs son โ Paul Pelosi Jr. โ who is making headlines.
According to the U.K.โs Daily Mail, โa shocking paper trailโ ties the younger Pelosi to five companies that have all been probed by federal agencies for crimes such as fraud.
Of note, Paul Pelosi Jr. himself has never been charged, the Mail reported.

On November 30 in Philadelphia, a 17-year-old black criminal named Latif Williams shot and killed Collington, who was a white and devoutly Marxist 21-year-old college student. This little news item has put my alter-egos in a tizzy in part because itโs the perfect example of ideology eating itself. A dogmaboros, if you will.
First, you have Collington, who was more than just another soft-headed, liberal undergraduate. He was also an activist in training, a passionate Bernie Bro, and a person who worked with city commissioners and state senators to advance a far-Left agenda. This is how Chris Black of Investment Watch describes him:
An anti-White BLM-supporting communist activist who campaigned for criminal justice reform and against โWhite supremacyโ was killed by a Black man in a mugging in Philadelphia. This took place on
Holodomor remembrance day, which he had mocked just hours earlier.
I cannot verify the part about mocking the Holodomor, but the rest of Blackโs assessment appears to hold up after a deep dive into Collingtonโs still-active social media accounts. Collington seems to have been a true believer in Leftist ideology who wandered off the plantation only when attending Free Palestine rallies or retweeting people who claim that Zionism equals White Supremacy.
Collington also retweeted Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner back in August. In it, Krasner asked a court to hold the Philadelphia Police Department in contempt for withholding officer misconduct information. Since it was Krasnerโs indulgent attitude on black crime which led directly to Collingtonโs murder, Iโm sure the irony here is lost on no one. (More on Krasner later.)
Latif Williams, on Wednesday night, turned himself in to the Philadelphia Police Departmentโs Homicide Unit following the killing of 21-year-old Samuel Collington on Sunday. Officers that day responded to a 911 call for a person with a gun in the cityโs north side and found Collington with gunshot wounds to his chest and back. He later was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
"Latif was fully cooperative with police upon learning of his arrest warrant, and he turned himself in voluntarily this evening," Williamsโ attorneys, Patrick Link and Marni Jo Snyder, told Fox29 Philadelphia. "We are in the process of investigating the facts of this case and we expect his presumption of innocence to be maintained throughout the judicial proceedings."
Career
After graduation and passing the bar, Krasner returned to Philadelphia to work for the Federal Public Defender's Office. He opened his own law firm in 1993 and worked as a criminal defense lawyer in Philadelphia for 30 years,
specializing in BLACK 'civil rights',[9] and frequently representing protestors pro bono. Krasner's representation of Black Lives Matter and Occupy Philadelphia members led many to call him an "anti-establishment" candidate during his 2017 primary campaign for the Democratic nomination.
He campaigned against existing policies that had resulted in disproportionately high numbers of minority males being jailed and proposed other reforms in criminal justice. Krasner was a featured speaker at the 2017 (Communist progressive) People's Summit.
Jarvis Williams, 26, is now facing charges including attempted murder, carrying a concealed weapon without a permit and battery, jail records show. He was taken into custody on Jan. 5 after his mother Gloria Slack reached out to investigators, according to a police report obtained by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
"At this point, Slack broke down and began to cry," police reportedly wrote in the document. "She then stated she wanted to turn her son in for committing the shooting."
Investigators believe the shooting was an act of retaliation. Williams and his mother allegedly were targeted by one of the victims -- identified as Elijah Herbert -- in a shooting last October, Fox5 Las Vegas reported, also citing the document.
(Black) Drug suspect uses 4-year-old boy as shield to avoid Taser, Volusia sheriff says
A fleeing drug suspect used a 4-year-old boy โas an apparent shieldโ to avoid an officerโs Taser before the man was arrested Thursday night near Daytona Beach, the Volusia Sheriffโs Office said.
The suspect was caught hiding under a blanket in a vacant house, according to the department. The child was not injured.
Tyrell J. Jackson, 31, had a trafficking amount of fentanyl and methamphetamine in his car, deputies said.
He was taken to the Volusia County Branch Jail, where he remained held without bond Friday morning.
After Jackson had fled a traffic stop on Wednesday night, his silver Toyota Camry was found abandoned in the back yard of a Gardenia Drive home in Daytona Beach with the driverโs door open, the department said.
โThe officer saw a man yelling โHurry up!โ and banging on the back door of the house, which was locked,โ the department said in a press release. โThe officer drew his Taser and ordered the man to stop, but the suspect was holding the child between himself and the officer. When the door opened from the inside, the suspect pushed the child through and ran inside behind him.โ
Jackson then ran out the front door and down the street into the vacant house on Gardenia Drive, where he was taken into custody without incident.
Police are looking to speak with Mehki Green, who they believe has information on the suspect shooter that allegedly murdered 15-year-old Robert Harris Jan. 7 at an east side gas station.
Surveillance video released by Detroit Police Chief James White showed the seconds that led up to the shooting.
"This person was focused on killing this 15-year-old. The gun jammed, he racked it and shot him again. It jammed, he racked it and him shot again," said White.

Edgar Morfin Mendoza was pronounced dead at the scene after two officers opened fire at the Meux Home Museum in downtown Fresno, authorities said. The officers, whose names have not been released, are now on administrative leave. One of them tried to subdue Mendoza with a stun gun but he pulled out the darts before allegedly charging the officers.
Fresno Police Chief Paco Balderrama said officers were called to the Victorian Age museum, which has been closed for cleaning, following a report of a potential burglary in progress around noon Thursday. The 911 caller told police that a man was pacing outside the museum holding a 6-inch (15.24-centimeter) knife.
Balderrama said two officers arrived to find broken windows and the museum's front door pried open. They discovered Mendoza at the doorway and he was "frantic, he was yelling at the officers,โ the chief said.
Mendoza allegedly did not cooperate with the officers' attempts to de-escalate the situation, police said in a Facebook post, and โthen suddenly attempted to assault one of them.โ
That officer used a stun gun in an attempt to subdue Mendoza but he pulled the darts out, police said. Mendoza allegedly then โgrabbed a hammer and raised it above his head and charged at the officers.โ
Both officers fired their weapons.
Fresno is about 220 miles (354 kilometers) north of Los Angeles.
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. โ A detective who is investigating Jorge โGeorgeโ Diaz-Johnstonโs murder said on Friday that the crime was not a random act of violence and his anal husband, Don Johnston, is a suspect.

Diaz-Johnston was last seen alive on Jan. 3 at a park in Tallahassee. Creamer said Johnston didnโt report his disappearance to police until five days later. Detectives found him dead on Jan. 8 in a Jackson County landfill more than an hour away from Tallahassee.
โWe got very lucky this time because we knew there was a body located,โ Creamer said.

Jannie M. Perry, 38, made her first court appearance Wednesday after the body of Damari Perry, 6, was found in an abandoned alley in Gary, Indiana, early Saturday morning, according to FOX 32 in Chicago. She had been in a hospital since Saturday after complaining she was ill.
Damari's 20-year-old brother has also been charged in the death and an underage sibling has been arrested.
Jannie Perry is charged with first-degree murder, concealment of a homicidal death and obstructing justice, the station reported.
Prosecutors allege his mother and two other family members forced him into the freezing shower on Dec. 30 until he became violently ill and passed out. They didnโt call 911. His body was then disposed of and he was found later by investigators naked and wrapped in a plastic trash bag, the station reported.
The coroner determined he died of hypothermia and said some of his organs were partially frozen while part of his body was "charred."
Damariโs 20-year-old brother, Jeremiah Perry, is also accused of discussing where to dump his body with Jannie Perry.
His mother reported him missing on Jan. 5, initially claiming he was last seen on Jan. 4 with his teenage sister in Skokie, Illinois, and the girl and Damari had gone to a party with her friends. The mother claimed that the 16-year-old had fallen asleep drunk and when she woke up Damari and one of her male friends were gone. Police said they later determined the story was a lie.

Four charged federally in killing of LAPD officer who was shot while house-hunting
The four are charged with violent crime in aid of racketeering in the killing of Officer Fernando Arroyos, who was fatally shot Monday, the U.S. Attorneyโs Office for Central California said.
Three are alleged to be members of the Florencia 13 gang, the U.S. attorneyโs office said. The fourth is a girlfriend, it said.
The federal prosecution, which is unusual in a local murder case, could bring death sentences and minimum sentences of life without the possibility of parole, because Arroyos is alleged to have been killed during the commission of a robbery.
Charged in federal court are: Luis Alfredo De La Rosa Rios, 29; Ernesto Cisneros, 22; Jesse Contreras, 34; and Haylee Marie Grisham, 18, who is Riosโ girlfriend, the U.S. attorney's office said.

Space heaters that had been running 24/7 for days caught fire in a duplex apartment, and when the father, Mamadou Wague, got his eight children and wife out, he left the apartment door wide open. Someone from his family or another, also left a stairwell door wide open, and the smoke got sucked through the open doors, which caused all the deaths, injuries, and destruction.
Already on the day of the fire, Fire Commissioner Daniel Nigro was ready with a cover-up: The doors malfunctioned. ....

The point is, every single liberal who sees this story and feels really bad feels that way because they know these people are primitive and they view them as pitiful, i.e., pathetic.

Woman and child fight off BLACK attacker during violent sexual assault in Oneida County, police say
Utica, N.Y. โ An Oneida County woman on Tuesday accused a man she knows of cornering her in a bedroom, forcing her onto a bed and sexually assaulting her, police said.
The woman told police officers that she tried to fight the man off, according to a news release issued by the Utica Police Department. The man was identified as Kenneth Ashley, 41.
An investigation revealed Ashley had removed the womanโs pants and sexually assaulted her with his mouth, police said. The woman screamed and tried to escape, but Ashley held a pillow over her face in an attempt to suffocate her, they said.
An unidentified boy, who was related to the woman, heard the screams and came into the room to help the woman, police said. Ashley began punching the boy in the face, they said.
While Ashleyโs attention was on the boy, the woman grabbed a knife, police said. She stabbed Ashley with the knife, they said.
While Ashley was trying to get the knife from the woman, police officers entered the residence and secured the weapon, according to the release. The police had been called to the residence earlier.
Ashley was charged with first-degree rape, first-degree criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child, according to the release.
(Black REPUBLICAN) Former legislative candidate bound over on child sexual abuse charge Sean A. Barron, 52, of Post Falls โ AKA Alex Barron โ is charged with sexual abuse of a child under the age of 16 and with domestic battery.
COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho โ The case of a former legislative candidate accused of fondling a child has been referred to First District Court for further action, as reported by KREM 2 News partner the Coeur d'Alene/Post Falls Press.
Sean A. Barron, 52, of Post Falls โ publicly known as Alex Barron โ is charged with sexual abuse of a child under the age of 16 and with domestic battery, both felonies.
In addition to sexual abuse, Barron was initially charged with rape. The rape charge was amended to domestic battery last week.
Barron ran unsuccessfully in 2020 for the District 3 seat in the Idaho Senate.
He served as secretary for the Kootenai County Republic Central Committee from 2016 to 2020.
After a preliminary hearing last week, First District Judge Mayli Walsh ruled that enough evidence exists to bind the case over to district court.
Kootenai County Sheriffโs deputies responded Sept. 30 to a report that Barron had inappropriately touched a 12-year-old child.
The child testified in court last week that Barron cupped her buttocks multiple times.
She said Barronโs touch made her uncomfortable, but she wasnโt able to extricate herself from his โhug.โ He appeared to be drunk, she said.
โAfter he let go, he fell to the floor, and I started crying,โ she said.
She told the court that Barron later apologized to her for touching her that way.
โHe told me it might have been something in his drink,โ she said.
A woman testified about an incident she said occurred the same night Barron allegedly fondled the child.
She said Barron groped her and attempted to initiate sexual intercourse with her multiple times. He allegedly bit her hard enough to bruise.
She said she told Barron to stop during two separate attempts and he temporarily complied. The third time, she said he forced her to have sex.
โHe was really drunk and I was afraid to say no,โ she said.
Documents filed by the state include photos of bruises and bite marks on the womanโs body.
The woman said she later confronted Barron. He allegedly denied knowledge of any events that occurred on the night in question.
When contacted by police on Oct. 1, Barron reportedly said he believed he had been drugged at a Post Falls bar on the night of the alleged incidents and did not remember anything.
He later said he had โhazyโ memories of placing his hands on the 12-year-old childโs buttocks, according to court documents.
He told police he had apologized to the child and sought counseling.
Barron acknowledged that the woman confronted him about the alleged forced sex, police said. He reportedly characterized the event as consensual.
Police arrested Barron. He later posted $35,000 bail.
A judge issued a bench warrant for Barronโs arrest on Oct. 12, after he failed to appear in court for a hearing.
The warrant was quashed the next day; Barron reportedly did not receive notice of the hearing.
Barronโs attorney filed a motion in December to sever the sexual abuse charge from the original rape charge, on the grounds that the charges have โdifferent factual allegationsโ and involve two different accusers.
Judge Walsh denied the motion last week.
Upon arrival, deputies saw the three suspects run into the woods. A perimeter was set up to contain them.
A white Toyota Highlander was located in front of 170 Evergreen Drive and the vehicle was stolen out of Richmond County.
K-9โs tracked the suspects and eventually they were located and identified as 17-year old Daron Wright and two juveniles ages 15 & 16, all three from Richmond County.
The death of Justin King, a Black and Filipino man who was fatally shot Nov. 3 in rural Missouri, was ruled a justifiable homicide in an inquest Tuesday after months of outcry from the community.
King, 28, was shot by his neighbor in a trailer park community in Bourbon, about 75 miles southwest of St. Louis.
The ruling comes more than two months after his death and after his family and neighbors contested the police narrative of events.
Six county residents were presented with evidence and heard from witnesses about the case at the Crawford County Courthouse to help the coroner determine the manner of death.
The proceeding started at 9 a.m. and ended around 6 p.m., when the panel concluded that the shooting was justified, said Nimrod Chapel Jr., the president of the Missouri NAACP, who is representing the King family.
The Crawford County Sheriffโs Office initially said King was shot after โforcing entry into a neighboring residenceโ where the homeowner โfeared for his life.โ
But Chapel said King was shot outside the neighborโs home and had not entered it.
"The family is distraught. They were promised the evidence, and what they ended up with was seeing their son being vilified," Chapel said after the inquest.
"They do not accept the findings of the coroner's jury and have great issues with the process and the manner in which that finding was found and has been articulated," he added.
He said the neighbor involved in the shooting was not at the inquest.
Chapel said he and the family will continue to look for ways to get justice.
The neighbor, who has not been named because he hasn't been charged, told NBC News, "It's a horrible situation."

"THE NATIVES ARE RESTLESS!!!"
King's family and local residents marched and held protests in Bourbon, demanding accountability.
King had moved to Bourbon from St. Louis to be close to his daughter Harlee, his family said. Several of his neighbors said King and the shooter were friends.
Several neighbors said they heard gunshots Nov. 3 and saw King lying on the ground outside the neighborโs trailer.
โThe only person that says itโs a home invasion is the guy that shot my son,โ Kingโs father, John King, has said. โAnd all the neighbors are saying, โNo, you shot him in cold blood outside.โโ
John King said that his son was the only Black person in the trailer community and that he believed the shooting was an act of โracially motivated hate.โ

โI am pleased that Mr. Buford has entered pleas of guilty for the commission of these violent crimes thereby sparing those victimized by his actions from having to endure the stressors of a trial,โ said Dakota County Attorney Kathy Keena.
According to the criminal complaint, officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of Christensen Avenue in West St. Paul for a domestic disturbance. Buford was seen arguing with Koffi-nโguessan,. He shot her and took her 15-month-old son and ran through the parking lot.
As officers responded, they heard screaming and saw a woman standing outside of her car holding an infant. Buford was in the backseat of the car. The womanโs 7-year-old son was standing next to her and her 12-year-old son was still in the car.
The woman told police she heard a loud bang and saw Buford running toward her with a gun. He threw the infant at her and attempted to carjack her. Police arrived and arrested him without further incident. They found Koffi-nโguessan, and were unable to revive her.
Buford has a lengthy criminal record with convictions for possession of a dangerous weapon on school property, aggravated robbery, possession of a pistol/assault weapon after a previous crime of violence, second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon and first-degree burglary.

An 18-year-old man was arrested last weekend after police say he tried to pull over a Dallas police officer driving an unmarked car on North Central Expressway.
Alexis Estrada Lopez faces one felony count of impersonating a public servant. His attorney did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Around 11:30 p.m. Sunday, a Dallas officer was driving north in the 8600 block of North Central Expressway, near Northwest Highway, when a vehicle drove up behind him and turned on red and blue emergency strobe lights from inside the car, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.

He confessed to Miami Beach Police Department investigators that he assaulted the woman, who he kissed and touched after showing up at her hotel room without permission.
Mr Habib had met the woman earlier that evening, and was able to convince hotel reception to hand him a key to her room, a police report said.
โHotel staff advised the victim that the defendant had her information and even had a woman on the phone pretending to be her, so he was given a key thinking it was her granting access,โ the report added.

The state began covering immigrants 26 and under in 2019, and those 55 and older last year. Now Newsom wants state lawmakers to cover the remainder, starting no sooner than Jan. 1, 2024.
It wasnโt immediately clear if he would phase in the additional health coverage or how he planned to pay for it.
One legislative analysis put the price tag for covering the remaining donut hole of uninsured immigrants at $2.4 billion per year. Covering those age 50 and up, the most recent expansion, will eventually cost taxpayers about $1.3 billion per year.
His budget address kicks off months of haggling with his fellow Democrats, who control the state Legislature, talks that will intensify when Newsom presents an updated spending proposal in May.
Some progressive (marxist-socialist-COMMUNIST) legislative Democrats last week proposed creating in California the nationโs first universal health care system, backed by steep tax hikes that would have to be approved by voters (IF YOU CAN TRUST ANY VOTE IN A DEMOCRAT CONTROLLED area)
Newsom also has pledged to spend $300 million on boosting law enforcement efforts to combat retail theft BROUGHT ON BY LIBERAL-MARXIST-DEMOCRAT-INSURRECTIONISTS and another $2.7 billion to spend on things like promoting sexual deviancy, atheism, human sacrifice of almost born, unarmed victims.

TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) โ A 29-year-old Buffalo man was arraigned on four felony charges, including attempted murder in the November shooting outside Devlinโs Deuce bar in Tonawanda.
Leslie Tatum, 29, of Buffalo, stands accused of attempting to shoot; with an illegal gun; and kill a man outside the Town of Tonawanda bar in the early hours of November 20, 2021. Tatum allegedly pulled the trigger after a big fight happened outside the tavern, according to the Erie County District Attorneyโs office.
The shooting victim was taken to Erie County Medical Center for surgery on โserious physical injuries.โ
Tatum faced more legal trouble when he was found with a loaded handgun under the front passenger seat he was sitting in when Buffalo Police pulled over a vehicle the 29-year-old was traveling in. The stop on East Delavan Avenue and Roslyn Street was initiated for tinted windows.
He was arrested arraigned in Buffalo City Court on a gun charge.

Bernard Adams, a retired police officer, will oversee governmental affairs in his role as a deputy police commissioner with the NYPD, the New York Post reported. The job comes with a salary of around $240,000, The Daily Beast said.
He most recently worked as assistant director of operations for parking at the medical campus of Virginia Commonwealth University, according to his LinkedIn, after retiring from the NYPD in 2006. He left the police department after 20 years of service, the Daily Mail reported.
Critics have suggested that it could breach conflict of interest rules.
New BLACK MAYOR OF NEW YORK CITY hiring his black corrupt criminal buddies to big jobs New black Mayor Eric Adams has named black former NYPD chief Philip Banks โ an unindicted co-conspirator in a sweeping federal police corruption case โ the deputy mayor of public safety, City Hall officials confirmed Friday.
Banks, whoโs long been rumored to be appointed to the reinstituted post by Adams, will return to public office nearly eight years after abruptly resigning from the top uniformed spot in the department amid the federal probe into the NYPD.
The post, last held by Milton Mollen in 1992, is tasked with overseeing the NYPD and other public safety matters.
At the time, Banks had said his rift with then-Police Commissioner Bill Bratton over his promotion to first deputy commissioner, the second in command, spurred his resignation.
It was later revealed the rising starโs surprise move came as the feds probed โhundreds of thousandsโ of dollars in Banksโ account as part of the investigation into Jona Rechnitz and Jeremy Reichberg, who bribed cops with hookers and jewelry.

Pollard recalled how much of the Jewish leadership did not stand up for him following his 1985 arrest, when he was a civilian analyst for the U.S. Navy who was found to be spying for Israel.
โIf youโre outside Israel, then you live in a society in which you are basically considered unreliable,โ he said.
The U.S. Jewish leadership eventually softened in its outlook, and some Jewish leaders lobbied for Pollardโs release, saying his life sentence was excessive.
Pollardโs full interview will be published Friday. In an earlier excerpt published by Israel Hayom, he said he knew he โcrossed a lineโ when he relayed the information to Israel, but added that he believed the United States was withholding from Israel intelligence critical to its security.
Pollardโs arrest and eventual conviction complicated ties between U.S. Jews and sectors of the government. Jews seeking entry into or advancement in the national security apparatus were often rebuffed, with Pollard cited as the reason. The Pollard narrative in part drove the espionage charges brought in 2004 against two top staffers for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee โ a case that fell apart but drastically changed how AIPAC operated.
Pollard suggested that Jews were deluding themselves if they thought of America as a home and suggested he would counsel a young U.S. Jew working in the American security apparatus to spy for Israel.

"Useful Stooges":The Rosenbergs in the 21st century
Weโve been looking at the case of Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, the first civilians in American history to be executed for treason. As we mentioned yesterday, the testimony of Ethelโs brother, David Greenglass, was released in July, and big-media reporters who were unfamiliar with the case were quick to fall for the claim that the testimony proved Ethelโs innocence.
On August 11, the Rosenbergsโ sons, Robert and Michael Meeropol, published a piece in the Times claiming that the testimony โdemonstrates conclusively that our mother was prosecuted primarily for refusing to turn on our fatherโ and calling on President Obama โto acknowledge that Ethel Rosenberg was wrongly convicted and executed.โ
The last person Brown was seen alive with was Anthony Eugene Robinson, Davis said.
Robinson, 35, of Washington, D.C., is being held in the Rockingham-Harrisonburg Regional Jail in Harrisonburg, Virginia, on two counts of murder and two counts of felony disposal of human remains.
He was arrested in November 2021 and charged with the killing of Allene Elizabeth Redmon, 54, and Tonita Lorice Smith, 39. (aka Tonita Lorice Nita Smith
Investigators believe the killer transported their bodies, found by police in Harrisonburg, Virginia, in a shopping cart, Davis said.
"We believe he transported at least one of our Fairfax County victims in a shopping cart as well," he said.
Robinson is the "primary and singular suspect" in the deaths of the third and fourth victims, Brown and Harrison, and criminal charges are expected against him in those cases, Davis said
Davis added that Robinson used the dating app Plenty of Fish to find his victims, as well as the Tagged app.

(Black) Man accused of rape-MURDER of 5-year old now a suspect in newborn daughterโs death
A man accused of murdering a 5-year old girl he paid to have sex with is now a suspect in his 2005 death of his newborn daughter, a report said.
Jeremy Williams, 37, allegedly strangled Kamarie Holland in Alabama last month after paying the girlโs white miscegenator PIMP-MISTRESS mother, Kristy Siple, to sexually abuse the girl.
His arrest on a capital murder charge for Karmarieโs death has sparked cops in Alaska to reopen the cold case of Williamsโ daughter, Naudia Treniece, who died at 1-month old from blunt force trauma, WRBL-TV reported.
Steve Dutra, police chief of the Alaskan city of North Pole, confirmed the case had been reopened to the station on Thursday. Williams had previously lived in North Pole with Naudiaโs mother, who was stationed there with the Air Force, according to the report.
But no charges were ever brought against Williams after investigations by North Pole police and the Air Force, WRBL stated.
After Williamsโ was arrested in Kamarieโs case, authorities in Alabama noted during a press conference that Williams had been a suspect in Alaska but was never charged due to a lack of evidence. There were no immediate details on the circumstances of Naudiaโs death.

Albany County, WRGB โ Albany County Sheriff Craig D. Apple, Sr. reports the arrest of an inmate on felony assault charges.
Sheriffโs Investigators say they arrested 35-year-old Durrell S. Williams following an investigation into an assault on a Correctional Officer inside the Albany County Correctional Facility.
Investigators say Williams assaulted a Correctional Officer, which caused the victim to be treated by medical staff.
Williams was charged with one count of Assault in the Second Degree (a class D felony).
Williams is scheduled to be arraigned at Colonie Town Court next week.
The officer, who was not immediately identified, tried unsuccessfully to communicate
(suspected illegal african criminal alien may NOT SPEAK AMERICAN ENGLISH!!!)
with 27-year-old Matthew Bia and get him to come outside of the business, Department spokesperson Sgt. Ann Justus said.
Bia reached into his waistband and quickly pulled his hand out, at which point the officer believed he was wielding a gun and responded by firing one round, Justus said. It was later determined that Bia was unarmed.
Bia was not struck by the bullet but had minor glass cuts from the break-in, Justus said. After other officers arrived at the scene, he was taken into custody on suspicion of burglary and aggravated assault on an officer.
Justus said the basis for the assault charge comes from (ARIZONA State statutes)
ARS 13-1203 and ARS 13-1204, which considers "reasonable apprehension of imminent physical injury" as assault and classifies any assault against a police officer as aggravated assault.

Dramatic video shows BLACK dine-and-dash duo running over California restaurant manager
Dramatic video captures the moment a couple of brazen dine-and-dashers ran over the manager of a California restaurant when he confronted them about the unpaid $90 bill.
The man and woman entered the Ragin Cajun Cafรฉ on South Pacific Coast Highway in upscale Redondo Beach early Monday afternoon and asked if they could sit at the farthest table on the empty patio, KTLA reported.
They then proceeded to order a large array of pricey items on the menu, including steak and lobster, eatery owner Lisa Hodges told the news outlet.
After about 40 minutes, the unsavory characters reportedly asked for the check and takeout boxes for the many leftovers.
โ[The manager] went out to clean the table and grab the check, and their checkbook was empty,โ Hodges told KTLA. โThatโs when he saw them driving off in their car.โ
The manager decided to take action.
โWe have hay bales as our railing, so he jumped over,โ Hodges told Fox News Digital. โHe stood in front of their car just to ask them to pay the tab.โ
The male driver allegedly told him to walk over the vehicle so they could pay him.
โBut he (the manager) didnโt want to move, because I guess instinctually you realize theyโre probably just going to take off,โ the owner said.
The surveillance footage shows the car accelerate toward the manager, who ends up on the hood.
โThey turned so quickly, that he fell off โฆ onto the sidewalk,โ Hodges told KTLA.
โThey could have reversed. They could have driven around him. But they chose to just hit the gas and drive through him,โ she told Fox News Digital.
The manager suffered minor injuries in the frightening incident but was back at work two days later, according to KTLA.

California AG: Murder charges inappropriate in stillborn cases โ even when woman contributes to baby's death - (link fixed)
ASIAN California Attorney General Rob Bonta advised Thursday that murder charges aren't warranted for women who have stillborn babies โ even in cases where the woman's actions contributed to the death.
"Itโs an experience that should be met with an outreached hand, not handcuffs and murder charges," Bonta said of women who go through a stillbirth.
His online news conference was prompted by the California Future of Abortion Council, a group of abortion providers and advocacy groups, who asked Bonta to interpret state law.
Bonta said murder charges in a fetus death should be brought only against those whose violence against the mother causes the loss of the baby but shouldnโt include any actions the woman takes herself. (like 'putting out a hit against the baby by agreeing to an abortion - and isn't abortion murder?)
He said miscarriages happen in the first trimester in about one in 10 pregnancies and about one in every 160 deliveries are stillborn, adding that allowing murder or manslaughter charges would cause unnecessary scrutiny on women with those pregnancy outcomes.
He added that addicted women might avoid health care during their pregnancy, fearing they could be prosecuted.
Rob Bonta, an Asian-American Progressive (Democrat of course) , Is Named Attorney General in California. Gov. Gavin Newsom has appointed Mr. Bonta, an East Bay assemblyman, to fill the remaining term of HISPANIC Xavier Becerra, who became the U.S. Health and Human Services secretary last week.
Police arrest MEXICAN-named (Black) man in 2016 killing of (juvenile delinquent) teen boy who threw an egg at him
SALT LAKE CITY โ A man who has had an outstanding $1 million warrant out for his arrest for 4 1/2 years accusing him of shooting and killing a 16-year-old boy who was "egging" cars has been arrested in Mexico and returned to Utah.
Salt Lake police on Friday announced that Fortunato Nato Villagrana, 27, had been transported back to Salt Lake City by the U.S. Marshals Service following his arrest.
Paris' mother, Ashly Gustin, could hardly contain her excitement as she broadcasted a live video on the
Justice for Paris Gustin Facebook page at 11:25 p.m. Thursday, right after Villagrana was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail.
"That is right, that is right, that is right, Villagrana has been captured and is finally, finally in jail and going to be serving time for my son, Paris Gustin's murder," she said while holding up a wanted posted with the word "captured" printed across Villagrana's photo.
Gustin said Villagrana has actually been in custody since July but had been fighting extradition back to the United States. She called his arrest and return to Utah a bittersweet moment.
"I'm so happy right now. I don't even know what to say or do, honestly. This is a joyous moment for me, obviously, as we are now in year six. It's a bittersweet moment, though, as obviously there's so many families waiting for their justice," she said.
During the early morning hours of July 5, 2016, Paris Gustin, 16, was inside a Honda Civic with two other boys, both 16. They were driving around and throwing eggs
at people and other vehicles in the Fairpark neighborhood near 600 North and 1100 West.
Gustin, who was in the front passenger seat, threw an egg through the open window of a Nissan, which hit the driver, Villagrana, in the ear, according to charging documents.
An upset Villagrana drove to his home to retrieve an AK-47, the charges state, and then he and Martin Antonio Cruz, now 27, went looking for the car. Police say they spotted the teens near 600 North and 1000 West, made a U-turn in the street and began chasing the boys.
Villagrana leaned out the front passenger window and fired several shots from about a foot away, striking Gustin in the head and back, according to the charges. Gustin yelled to his friends that he had been shot.
In February 2017, Cruz was arrested and both men were charged in 3rd District Court with murder, a first-degree felony; discharge of a firearm causing serious injury, a first-degree felony; and two counts of discharge of a firearm, a third-degree felony. A $1 million arrest warrant was issued for Villagrana.
Cruz's court case is still ongoing. His next court hearing is scheduled for Jan. 24.
"Even though there are monsters that go bump in the night, everything that is done in the dark eventually comes to light. And people like this are caught," Ashley Gustin said in her video.
Gustin said the big break came after she was able to get wanted posters of Villagrana distributed on Facebook in Mexico. Because of that, she said she received a tip about a year ago from someone who knew where Villagrana was. She said she has had to remain quiet publicly about police efforts to arrest Villagrana. But once he was flown back to Salt Lake City on Thursday night, she was allowed to reveal the secret she had been keeping for months.
"We are releasing the video today as part of our effort to be transparent. I would caution the public that the portions of the video, that we are releasing, are graphic and disturbing," he said. "The video clearly shows the subject threatening to shoot the deputy and pointing the weapon at the deputy before the deputy fired his weapon."
Joye said they did share the video with the family of the deceased first.
"They support the release of the video, as well. Our hearts go out to them over the loss of their loved one," he said. "The role of a police officer is a dangerous job. And we are so blessed to have highly, trained individuals to serve the citizens of Florence County.
Florence County Coroner Keith von Lutcken confirmed the 27-year-old suspect, Abdul Timmons, of Florence, was fatally shot by the deputy (IN SELF DEFENSE).

Memphis Police have issued an 'ALL POINTS BULLETIN' for a BLACK RAPPER SUSPECTED IN THE RAP ASSISINATION OF ANOTHER BLACK RAPPER AT A BAKERY IN MEMPHIS
New details have surfaced about Justin Johnson, the man who is wanted for allegedly shooting and killing rapper Young Dolph at a bakery in Memphis on Nov. 17 as he continues to evade capture.
The Memphis Police Department issued a first-degree murder warrant for Johnson, 23, on Wednesday -- a Memphis man with a history of violence who is allegedly a local Memphis rapper known as Straight Drop or Straight Dropp, according to ABC Memphis station, WATN, and other local media outlets.
โThis is just the beginning,โ Dolphโs longtime partner Mia Jaye said in a statement posted to Instagram, following law enforcement's announcement of the alleged suspect. โWe are still prayerful that all attacks, plots and plans that were made against Adolphโs life are revealed and justice is diligently served.โ
Young Dolph, whose real name was Adolph Robert Thornton Jr., was shot and killed in Memphis on Nov. 17 while visiting Makeda's Homemade Butter Cookies, a bakery in South Memphis the rapper was known to frequent. He was 36 and shared two young children with Jaye, Tre and Ari, both of whom shared an emotional tribute to their father at a memorial in Memphis last month.
Young Dolphโs aunt Rita Myers told Rolling Stone in an interview on Wednesday that the family is reeling from her nephew's killing.
โThereโs not any closure for us with this news, because [Johnson] is not in custody, and we still donโt have all the facts,โ she said. โWe still feel the same. This news just made me feel worse. I thought it would make me feel better, but it didnโt. All I know is, anyone who could walk up and take the life of another person for no reason is someone with hate in their heart, a person who has no regard for life, a person who cares about nothing.โ
(Black) Man charged with shooting, hurting his daughter during custody exchange
Police have arrested a man charged in a shooting in North Versailles that injured his own daughter.
Shawn Coles-Lundy, 29, of Elizabeth Township, was charged Thursday after he allegedly shot at an SUV carrying five people, injuring two of them: his 6-year-old daughter and a 31-year-old man.
According to a criminal complaint, Mr. Coles-Lundy fired the shots Wednesday during a planned custody exchange outside the North Versailles Police Department on Greensburg Pike.
Municipal surveillance cameras captured the child entering the SUV while Mr. Coles-Lundy had โa brief altercationโ with the 31-year-old man, who arrived in the SUV. According to the complaint,
the man is the current boyfriend of Mr. Coles-Lundyโs daughterโs mother.
Mr. Coles-Lundy then pulled out a 9mm handgun and shot the man, who fled back to the SUV and entered the rear driverโs side passenger seat, the complaint says. Mr. Coles-Lundy continued firing as he moved around the vehicle.
When a detective interviewed the mother on the scene, she told him that she exchanges custody with Mr. Coles-Lundy outside the police building every Wednesday. According to the complaint, the woman said Mr. Coles-Lundy had court-ordered custody with the girl every week from 6-8 p.m.
When she arrived at the police department around 8 p.m. for the exchange, she was accompanied by her boyfriend and her 11-month-old son. When Mr. Coles-Lundy opened fire and her boyfriend jumped back into the car, she heard the 6-year-old yell โOuch!โ after she was struck in the left hip by gunfire.
The boyfriend started yelling to the woman and asking her to drive, the complaint says, and the SUV fled the area.
The fifth person in the SUV, a 14-year-old girl, was not identified in the complaint. The teen told police she did not hear anything said between Mr. Coles-Lundy and the other man, and she told officers that Mr. Coles-Lundy continued firing his weapon even as the man jumped into the backseat with the three children.
She also said she had never been present for a prior custody exchange and was not aware of any history between the two men, the complaint says. The teen said she did not see anyone with a gun other than Mr. Coles-Lundy.

The NYPD released the name of the man who was strangled during an alleged dispute over a woman in a Staten Island apartment building.
Police said victim Rafael Ramos, 36, entered the home of
Emmanuel Diaz, 32, at 1950 Clove Road Saturday morning at 7:15 a.m. The two began fighting, with the older man striking the other in the face with a knife, cops said.
Ramos had gone to Diazโs Grasmere apartment to confront him about a woman they were both romantically involved with, sources said. Diaz retaliated and strangled his assailant until the man was unconscious, a police spokeswoman said.
Police arrived to find first responders treating the victim, who was pronounced dead. Diaz was found, covered in blood and with a cut on his face, walking out of the apartment, the NYPD said.
He was taken into custody and charged with murder, strangulation, criminal obstruction of breaking and assault, cops said.
A neighbor in the building told The Post that Diaz had a reputation for seducing his neighbors.
โHeโs Romeo. He would listen to their problems, and they would tell him and next thing you knowโฆ.โ Taino Escobar, 38, told The Post.
Escobar claimed he too had confronted Diaz last year because Diaz had once been intimate with his own significant other.
โI lit his aโ up, back slapped him so hard his nose was bleeding,โ the neighbor said.

โA tragedy like this affects us all, and our heart goes out to the families who are left to pick up the pieces," Belvidere Police Chief Shane Woody said Wednesday.
Boone County Stateโs Attorney Tricia Smith said that if he's convicted, Smith would face life in prison for each count of first-degree murder, without the option for parole.
Andrew Hintt's aunt, Theresa Hintt Thompson, told WREX-TV the family is happy that charges have been filed.

(Black) Rapper Pooh Shiesty faces 97 months in prison after pleading guilty to role in shootings
Rapper Pooh Shiesty is facing more than eight years in prison after pleading guilty Tuesday to a federal gun charge stemming from three shootings during the past two years in Tennessee and Miami-Dade County.
Lontrell Williams Jr., 21, a.k.a Pooh Shiesty, admitted to conspiring to possess firearms in furtherance of crimes of violence and drug trafficking as part of the plea, the U.S. Attorneyโs Office in South Florida said in a release.
United States District Judge Michael K. Moore will sentence Williams at a future hearing. According to the signed plea agreement, the government cannot ask for more than 97 months in prison. He could also be facing up to three years of supervised release and a fine of up to $250,000
The feds say Williamsโ charges pertain to three different events, from July 2020 to May 2021.
In July 2020, Williams was with a person who fired a gun inside a car at a gas station in Memphis, Tennessee.
Later, in October 2020, Williams, Bobby Brown and Jayden Darosa arranged to buy marijuana and high-end sneakers from two men at the Landon Hotel in Bay Harbor Islands. During the deal, Williams and Brown shot the two men, one in the hip and the other in the rear end.
Brandon Cooper was one of the two men shot and was later arrested in a fraud bust. He was one of eight suspects arrested for allegedly forging checks, then withdrawing money from the accounts of unsuspecting businesses and people. The second man wounded in the attack, Jeffrey Sarna, was also arrested and accused of taking part in a scheme to steal money from elderly people.
In December 2020, Williams was arrested in connection to that shooting, pleaded not guilty and bonded out in March. A few months later, he was again in trouble with the law on Memorial Day weekend. An arrest warrant read that Williams shot a security guard in the leg at the King of Diamonds strip club in Northwest Miami-Dade.
(Black) Man to serve 40 years for involvement in Virginia Beach 7-Eleven armed robbery that led to officer-involved shooting
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - A man was sentenced Tuesday for his involvement in an armed robbery that led to an officer-involved shooting in 2018.
Shots were fired between a Virginia Beach Police officer and one of the suspects after a robbery at a 7-Eleven in the 1700 block of South Independence Boulevard on October 11, 2018.
23-year-old Jahkil Tiashion McPhail was sentenced Tuesday on two counts of robbery, three counts of use of a firearm, conspiracy, abduction, and wearing a mask in public.
A judge sentenced McPhail to 87 years in prison with 47 suspended, leaving 40 years to serve. He plead guilty on August 23.
According to officials, if this case went to trial evidence would prove that on October 11, 2018, McPhail and his co-defendant Jasper Wynn, planned to
rob a 7-Eleven store on S. Independence Boulevard. Officials say they forced a female clerk that was outside, inside at gunpoint.
They say they ordered her and another clerk to the ground and took money and cigarettes.
Two Virginia Beach police officers had just arrived at the 7-Eleven and parked their surveillance van in the parking lot facing the store. They say they saw McPhail and Wynn commit the armed robbery.
They called for back-up and confronted McPhail and Wynn as they fled on foot.
As McPhail fled, police say Wynn turned toward the officers and fired at them. They returned fire. Wynn was struck and was taken to the hospital.
According to officials, one of the officers later discovered a bullet hole through the lower leg of his uniform and a graze wound to his leg.
Wynn pled guilty to charges of two counts of Attempted Capital Murder of a Law Enforcement Officer, two counts of Robbery, three counts of Use of a Firearm, Conspiracy, Abduction, and Wearing a Mask in Public. He is scheduled for sentencing on February 14.

UNKNOWN WF Maralee Nichols reacts to UNKNOWN BM Tristan Thompsonโs paternity results
Sheโs not buying it.
Maralee Nichols issued a statement responding to the DNA test results that proved Tristan Thompson fathered her 1-month-old baby boy.
โThere was never any doubt that Tristan Thompson was the father of Maralee Nicholsโ baby,โ the former personal trainerโs publicist said in an exclusive statement to Page Six on Tuesday.
โTristan made numerous false and defamatory statements and declarations about Maralee over the past few months, and she is taking his contrite statement today in the context of all of those statements.โ
The Sacramento Kings player publicly admitted the child was his in a lengthy statement posted to his Instagram Story on Monday and included an apology to ex-girlfriend Khloรฉ Kardashian for cheating on her โฆ again.
โToday, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols,โ Thompson, 30, wrote. โI take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son.โ
He continued, โI sincerely apologize to everyone Iโve hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both privately and publicly.โ
Seeing as Thompson allegedly asked Nichols to get an abortion, accused her of trying to โgainโ fame and even threatened her over child support in legal documents as part of her paternity lawsuit, itโs clear why she isnโt necessarily buying what he is publicly selling.
Kardashian, meanwhile, has yet to react to the news, though her ex-husband, Lamar Odom, offered her his support.
โI truly wish nothing but the best for her and Iโm hoping we can reconnect and talk one day as friends,โ Odom, 42, commented on a Facebook post discussing the test results, adding, โshe is a good person and deserves the world.โ
Thompson is also dad to 3-year-old daughter True with Kardashian, 37, as well as 5-year-old son Prince with ex Jordan Craig.

(Black) Iraq War Army vet โ jailed for murder charge โ says he was defending family - (link fixed)
In September, Alejandro Gonzalez, an Iraq war Army veteran honored for his service in combat, drove his family from Union City, Georgia, to Baltimore to see his mother.โฏ
The plan was for a short visit there before they all traveled in separate vehicles to visit his 94-year-old grandmother in New York, Gonzalez's lawyer said.
But the Baltimore visit took a turn for the worse over a long-standing apartment building neighbor dispute, and Baltimore prosecutors have charged Gonzalez, 38, with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Travis Ben-Watkins, 26. Gonzalez claims it was an act of self-defense.
Gonzalez is in a Baltimore jail while he awaits a trial set for March 2022 in Baltimore Circuit Court. His attorney, Michael Stark, said he is renewing a petition for Gonzalez's release on bond to stay with an Army friend in Frederick, Maryland, where he could remain until the trial. He would be staying in the state and close enough to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for continued treatment of wartime post-traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury.
Ben-Watkins was an upstairs neighbor of Gonzalez's 66-year-old mother. She had been having a dispute over trash and marijuana use with her upstairs neighbors.
During the Sept. 4 visit, Alejandro Gonzalez confronted Ben-Watkins about the ongoing dispute, according to The Baltimore Sun, and that conversation escalated. Stark said the neighbor threatened Gonzalez and his family, told him to wait and began to make a phone call.
Gonzalez, believing the neighbor was calling for backup, rushed to get everyone out and cut the visit short, Stark said. While helping his mother pack, he also grabbed her registered 9 mm handgun, Stark said.โฏ
As they were about to leave, Ben-Watkins emerged outside with a wooden chair, smashed it on the ground, and charged, waving the broken leg of the chair like a club. Thatโs when Gonzalez fired the gun and killed Ben-Watkins, The Baltimore Sun reported.โฏ
Gonzalez then proceeded to drive his family back to Georgia, and his mother went to the Baltimore police and told the department what happened, Stark said.โฏ
"What cuts against him is that he went back to Georgia to begin with," Stark said. "But he was smart to get his kids away from there. He said he wanted to get his kids back home."
After getting his sons home, Gonzalez checked into a Veterans Affairs hospital in DeKalb County for his PTSD and TBI. From there, he called the police and told them where he was, Stark said. He was extradited on Sept. 28, The Baltimore Sun reported.โฏ
According to law enforcement, at around 12:20 a.m., 42-year-old Jeffery Bouiye shot and killed 47-year-old Andre Jackson near N. 12th Street and Avenue. Jackson suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the body and was rushed to AdventHealth Heart of Florida where he was later pronounced dead.

HISPANIC CRIME (one of thousands of open-borders biden's 'guest' ALIENS?)
The shooters who killed a 22-year-old man at an Orange County mobile home park in November attacked โwithout provocation,โ during an apparent attempt to rob the victim, according to an affidavit.
The affidavit filed in the case against 20-year-old Marcos Antonio Hector Alquicira indicates that he was one of several assailants involved in killing Yohan De La Riva and wounding a young womanat Groves Mobile Home Park.
Deputies were called to the mobile home park, which is on Stardust Lane near Pine Hills, about 6:45 p.m. Nov. 27 after a Ford Fiesta sedan crashed into a home there, the affidavit states.
They arrived to find both shooting victims inside the vehicle. De La Riva, who had been shot in his arm and back, was taken to Health Central Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The female victim, who was not identified in the affidavit, was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center.
She said De La Riva had been talking to someone earlier that day about purchasing marijuana and had gone to the mobile home park to make the deal. After they parked, she said, three people approached with guns and started threatening her and De La Riva, the affidavit said.
The victim said it appeared that De La Riva had been set up for a robbery.
A resident at the mobile home complex helped deputies identify two of the suspected attackers, including Alquicira, the affidavit states. The Sheriffโs Office also determined that Alquicira and De La Riva had been in contact via Instagram prior to the killing.
The Instagram account also featured โseveral videos of suspected cannabis for sale,โ the affidavit said.
One image with Alquirciraโs face in it was allegedly captioned, โYou donโt need love to be happy you need weed thank me later.โ
A detective also noted that Alquicira lives inside the mobile home park, just north of where the killing happened.
Alquicira was jailed on charges of first-degree felony murder, aggravated battery with a firearm and attempted robbery. He is being held without bail at the Orange County Jail.
