White female Dallas Fire-Rescue Officer Pauline Perez injured (Black)Man who shot into apartment where girlfriend had been hiding caused Oak Cliff explosion A man accused of causing an apartment explosion in southeast Oak Cliff fired a shot the night before into the unit where his girlfriend and son hid from him. The bullet hit a stove and created the gas leak that ignited and injured residents and firefighters, according to an arrest warrant affidavit obtained Wednesday. Phillip Dankins, 28, faces seven counts of deadly conduct in connection with the Sept. 29 explosion at the Highland Hills Apartments in the 5700 block of Highland Hills Drive. Firefighters were investigating reports of a gas leak when the blast occurred about 10:30 a.m. Dankins has been in the Dallas County jail since early October on other charges. His lawyer could not immediately be reached for comment. Phillip Dankins (dob 2/6/93) faces seven counts of deadly conduct related to an apartment explosion in southeast Oak Cliff. Dankins is accused of shooting into the apartment unit where his girlfriend had been earlier that night, rupturing the hose behind a stove and causing a gas leak, the affidavit says. The couple argued about 10 p.m., and the woman โ who is pregnant with their other child โ fled and was wandering the apartment complex with their 8-month-old son. A man who lived at the complex saw her and the baby and let them into his unit, the affidavit says. Dankins came to the manโs apartment looking for them, and the man pointed a gun at Dankins, according to the affidavit. At one point during that time, Dankins returned to the manโs apartment and fired into the front door and side window, hitting the hose behind the stove, the affidavit says. The cameras were not pointed at the apartment and didnโt catch Dankins shooting into the unit, according to the affidavit. The hose leaked gas until about 10 a.m., propelling other apartment residents to call authorities. Four Dallas Fire-Rescue officials โ Capt. Christopher Gadomski, Driver Engineer Ronald W. Hall, Officer Pauline Perez and Officer Andrew Curtis โ responded and met with three apartment employees. Perez went into the apartment and smelled gas, the affidavit says. She turned to exit just as the gas from the oven ignited. The blast hurled Perez, who was released from the hospital Friday, 30 feet and she suffered 3rd- and 2nd-degree burns, the affidavit says. Gadomski was blown backwards into a nearby apartment, and he suffered broken tibias and fibulas in both legs, as well as burns to his face and body, the affidavit says. (Black-on-White) |
BLACK-on-White: Gunman in deadly Tucson Amtrak shooting was on the run, facing violence charges The man who died in a shootout that killed a DEA agent and wounded two others at Tucsonโs downtown Amtrak depot was on the run after bonding out of jail in California. Darrion Taylor, 26, bonded out of jail in Alameda County in Northern California in late December last year and had been facing a slew of violent charges, according to the Alameda County District Attorneyโs office and the Alameda County Sherriffโs Office. Sgt. Raymond Kelly, public information officer for Alameda County Sheriffโs Office, called the incident a preventable tragedy. โItโs a disaster, itโs a disaster,โ Kelly said. โEverybody involved in the criminal justice will tell you the same thing.โ Taylorโs bail was set at $255,000 on Aug. 21, 2020. He bonded out of Santa Rita Jail in Dublin, California, on 10%, or $25,500, on Dec. 29. Originally, the charge was attempted murder of a law enforcement officer and stemmed from an incident where Taylor, brought into a police station on other charges, lunged at an officer and attempted to remove his firearm. That charge was eventually reduced to assault with a deadly weapon and resisting arrest, Kelly said. Taylor was wanted out of Sacramento County on a $200,000 warrant for an earlier incident that saw him accused of robbery, assault with a deadly weapon and cruelty toward a child after allegedly firing into a residence. According to Kelly, it was those charges out of Sacramento that led to Taylor being brought to the police station where he lunged at an officer. On Oct. 4, Taylor died in a gunfight on an Amtrak train in downtown Tucson. DEA Special Agent Michael Garbo was killed, and another DEA agent was wounded, along with a Tucson police officer. Family of Miya Marcano files wrongful death lawsuit against Arden Villas, where she was rape-murdered by MEXICAN-named sex-fiend The family of Miya Marcano is now suing Arden Villas apartments, its parent company, and maintenance man Armando Caballero for negligence, WESH 2 News has learned. Victim Miya Marcano lived and worked at Arden Villas. A summons was filed in Orange County courts Monday night and lists the apartment complex, its parent company, and the estate of deceased maintenance worker and suspect in Marcano's killing, Armando Caballero. Investigators believe Miya Marcano was kidnapped and killed by Caballero, who used a master key fob to get into her apartment. The family says Arden Villas did not do enough to protect Miya, and they are now suing for negligence. "The only way that Armando was able to get in to Miyaโs apartment was through the unfettered access that he had that was given to him by the Arden Villas," family attorney Daryl K. Washington said. The lawsuit says the Arden Villas did not take Marcano's fears seriously and did not do a deep enough background check on Caballero. The lawsuit claims a more thorough background check would have uncovered an arrest from years before. Plus, the lawsuit states, had the Arden Villas talked with previous employers, they would have found out about the Seminole County complex where a female resident also raised concerns about him. Over 60,000 officers assaulted in 2020, with 31% sustaining injuries: FBI More than 60,000 law enforcement officers were assaulted in the line of duty in 2020, including more than 40 who were killed, according to the FBI. The total of 60,105 was an increase of 4,071 from 2019, with FBI drawing on reports from some 9,895 law enforcement agencies. Among those assaulted, about 31% sustained injuries. In 2020, 46 officers were killed, down from 48 in 2019, FBI data showed. Most of the assaults on officers happened after they responded to disturbance calls, including family quarrels and bar fights, according to the FBI. "Police officers across the country are facing an increase in violent crime and violent acts committed against them," said Laura Cooper, executive director of the Major Cities Chiefs Association. "Facing these dangerous situations is another reason why it has been difficult for police agencies to find recruits who want to put on a uniform and put their lives on the line." |

Baltimore County Circuit Judge Nancy Purpura is to sentence him in December. โWe are grateful that justice was served and for the efforts of the state and law enforcement; this has been a long time coming,โ parents of Sebastian Dvorak, Lisa Richard and David Dvorak, wrote in a statement. โThis for us is bittersweet. We do not get Sebastian back and the ripples of impact from that night on so many is significant.โ Under Marylandโs felony murder rule, everyone involved in a felony crime that results in a killing can be held responsible for the murder. Dvorak was a popular bartender at Ryleighโs Oyster locations. Known as โSebass,โ he graduated from Calvert Hall College High School in 2009 before attending Salisbury University and the University of Baltimore. In June 2017, he had been celebrating his 27th birthday in Canton and walking back on Boston Street when he was robbed and shot in his chest near the landmark Can Co. building. His killing launched police and federal agents on a yearlong investigation โ wiretaps, undercover drug buys โ that brought down an East Baltimore street gang led by the Bloods. The gang sold drugs including heroin, cocaine, marijuana, fentanyl and ecstasy, and based its operations in the 500 block of N. Rose St. in McElderry Park, just east of Johns Hopkins Hospital and north of Patterson Park. Mungo was tried the first time over three weeks in June 2019. He admitted to smoking pot and wandering Canton looking for unlocked cars to steal, then to ditching the murder weapon and later to lying to detectives. But Mungo insisted he didnโt pull the trigger. The jury deliberated six days but could not agree on the eight most serious charges โ murder, robbery, gang participation. Some gang members lived in the county and kept drugs there. Marylandโs gang statute allows prosecutors to charge all crimes committed by a gang in the jurisdiction of any one crime. So the attorney generalโs office chose to prosecutor Mungo in Baltimore County Circuit Court. Dvorakโs family and friends formed the nonprofit Sebass Foundation โ a reference to the bartenderโs nickname โ to provide Baltimore youth with new experiences such as camp in Maine and snowboarding lessons. Dvorakโs parents have said they want to help Baltimore youth see a promising future and stay away from guns. A fundraiser online collected more than $27,000 in donations. (Black) N.C. Man Charged with Murdering His Ex-Girlfriend Already Did Time for Killing an Ex: Report Charles Combs (image via Horry County Sheriffโs Office), LaPorscha Baldwin (via GoFundMe) A North Carolina man who had spent 12 years in prison for murdering his then-girlfriend in 2004 is now facing murder charges in the death of another womanโhis ex-girlfriend. The body of LaPorscha Chantel Baldwin, of Gastonia, North Carolina, was found in South Carolina on Thursday, according to authorities. Charles Combs, Baldwinโs ex-boyfriend, is accused of killing her. Baldwin, 30, was last seen by family members on Oct. 10, the City of Gastonia website said in a press release. โThey met at the parking lot of First Antioch Interdenominational Church,โ local ABC affiliate WSOC reported. โLaPorscha Baldwin kissed her 18-month-old daughter and said โI love you,โโ Baldwinโs mother Marilyn Baldwin said. Her mother said LaPorscha was headed work and never returned. She also never called to check on her daughter, which Marilyn said was unusual. โHer daughter is her heart,โ Marilyn said, according to WSOC. โShe would never leave her daughter.โ LaPorsha, who worked at Amazon, didnโt show up for work that day, local NBC affiliate WCNC reported. Baldwinโs car was found the next day, on Oct. 11. โ[W]hen Baldwinโs car was found, the tires were slashed, and possible blood was found on the steering wheel, dashboard, and cup holder,โ WCNC reported. โInvestigators found womenโs clothing and duct tape inside as well.โ โPolice found Baldwinโs phone and discovered that after she left the church, she had a conversation with Combs,โ according to WSOC. Combs, 35, is now charged with first-degree murder, according to Mecklenburg County Sheriffโs Office records. โBaldwin had broken up with Combs about three weeks prior, police said,โ WSOC reported. โAccording to court records, Combs was distraught and on the day Baldwin vanished, he told a friend about her and said he would kill himself if he could not be with her. According to WSOC, Combs has previously been convicted of murder in the death of another girlfriend. The details are disturbingly similar. โChannel 9 learned that Combs was convicted of second-degree murder in Charlotte in 2007,โ the WSOC report said. โHe spent 12 years in prison for the 2004 death of his girlfriend at the time, Marsheida Dorsey. According to court records, Combs told Dorsey the only way out of the relationship โwas through death.โโ In 2020, Combs was arrested and released for driving without a license, Mecklenberg County Sheriffโs Office records show. Baldwinโs death has left โan irreversible pain,โ according to a GoFundMe page that was launched in an effort to support Baldwinโs family. โShe was a daughter, a sister, a cousin, a niece, a grandchild, a friend to everyone she met,โ the website said. โShe had an infectious smile, and knew how to light up a room with her presence. She was funny, she loved life, and wanted to help those around her.โ Baldwinโs 18-month-old daughter โnow has to grow up without a mother because of a selfish act,โ the page also said. Homicide detectives from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg police department, along with state law enforcement in South Carolina and the FBI, worked together to locate Baldwin and arrest Combs. Authorities say Combs will be extradited to Mecklenburg County. As of Monday morning, Combs was still in custody in Horry County, South Carolina, records show. (Black) N.C. BLACK-ON-WHITE: BLACK Woman gets 38 years for stabbing 2 White humans to death in Allendale ALLENDALE, S.C. (WJBF/AP) โ Prosecutors say a 31-year-old South Carolina woman has been sentenced to 38 years in prison for stabbing to death two neighbors in a rural apartment complex. Investigators say Paulette Sims was still stabbing and sticking her finger into the wounds of one of the victims when police arrived at the Oakland Apartments in Allendale in March 2020. Prosecutors say 44-year-old Carolyn Cook and 57-year-old Bobby Heath Jr. were trying to protect their roommate from Sims when they were attacked. Investigators discovered that the attack began when a handicapped man, who was a roommate of Cook and Heath, walked outside their apartment and saw his acquaintance, Sims, โjust lying in the road,โ according to a news release. Concerned something was wrong with her, the man suggested Sims go back to her apartment. She then retrieved a knife from her apartment and charged at the man, it added. Heath lay a short distance away from Cook, with a single stab wound to his heart, the release continued. He died on the way to the hospital. Cook was stabbed three times and suffered lacerations of her pulmonary artery and lung. She was pronounced dead at the scene, the release stated. When Cook intervened, Sims stabbed her instead. Heath then came to Cookโs defense, and Sims stabs him as well. He collapsed while trying to return to his apartment. The officers had to use a Taser to subdue Sims, and their dashboard and body-worn cameras captured the final moments of her attack. โMs. Sims attacked two neighbors without provocation and continued to assault one of her victims after she likely was already dead,โ said Julie Kate Keeney of the 14th Circuit Solicitorโs Office, who prosecuted the case. โThis attack was so brazen and so savage, it would be difficult to believe it took place had some of it not been captured on video.โ A jury found Sims guilty of murder on Thursday. Interracial couple kept their dead little boy's remains in a freezer for 2 years CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) โ The son of Kassceen and Dina Weaver, Eliel Adon Weaver, was found dead inside of a freezer back in May. As officials continue working to figure out the circumstances under which little Adon died, his father appeared in Chesterfield Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court for his preliminary hearing on Friday. After police found the childโs body, Kassceen Weaver was charged with conspiracy to conceal a dead body, concealing a dead body, failure to render aid, malicious wounding, and domestic assault and battery. The defense argued on Friday that there was insufficient evidence that Kassceen Weaver showed malicious intent in concealing the body or that he was the one to conceal the body. The judge agreed and dismissed the malicious wounding and conspiracy to conceal a dead body charges. The bulk of the original charges against him were nolle prosequi, meaning they were formally abandoned. Instead, Kassceen Weaver has now been indicted on three new charges โ aggravated malicious wounding, felony murder, felony child abuse and neglect. He will spend the weekend in jail and his bond will be determined in court on Monday. Attorneys said that he will be arraigned on the new charges in circuit court as early as next week. As for the childโs mother, Dina Weaver, her charges have been continued to Monday. Attorneys said that her preliminary hearing will most likely be waived and she will go on to the circuit court. The couple has separate attorneys. The investigation that led to the discovery of the childโs body started after Dina Weaverโs brother contacted police that he was concerned she was in a potential domestic violence situation. This led to police getting a search warrant and investigating the couple. In court on Friday, the details on the state of the childโs body were revealed. Authorities recalled searching multiple freezers in the garage of the Weaversโ home. There they found a box deep inside one of the freezers that they believed to be human remains. Police testifying in court said the childโs remains were tied up with twine, wrapped in adult clothing and a sheet and then stored inside of a bag. The bag was placed inside of a sealed plastic container. Police said upon locating the container, the smell from inside the container was indicative of human remains, so they involved the Medical Examinerโs Office. Canadian pastor defiant as judge orders him to parrot 'medical experts' from pulpit: 'I will not obey' EXCLUSIVE: The Polish-Canadian pastor who has been jailed for holding church services in Calgary, Alberta, said he will refuse to obey a court order mandating him to publicly echo the established opinions of medical experts regarding COVID-19. Pastor Artur Pawlowski was sanctioned by Court of Queen's Bench Justice Adam Germain to 18 months of probation, according to a written ruling released Friday. The ruling is the latest development in Alberta's ongoing legal battle against Pawlowski, who faced a civil contempt charge for holding church services in violation of a court order forbidding organizing, promoting or attending an "illegal public gathering." He faced another contempt charge for repeatedly ejecting armed officials attempting to inspect his sanctuary for COVID-19 compliance, for which he first drew international attention. In addition to tens of thousands of dollars in costs and fines, one condition of Pawlowski's probation requires him to parrot "the majority of medical experts in Alberta" regarding social distancing, mask wearing and vaccines, even when he speaks in church. "The final term of his probation order will be that when he is exercising his right of free speech and speaking against [Alberta Health Services] Health Orders and AHS health recommendations, in a public gathering or public forum (including electronic social media), he must indicate in his communications the following," wrote Germain, who appended a script: "I am also aware that the views I am expressing to you on this occasion may not be views held by the majority of medical experts in Alberta. While I may disagree with them, I am obliged to inform you that the majority of medical experts favour social distancing, mask wearing, and avoiding large crowds to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Most medical experts also support participation in a vaccination program unless for a valid religious or medical reason you cannot be vaccinated. Vaccinations have been shown statistically to save lives and to reduce the severity of COVID-19 symptoms." Pawlowski told Fox News he has no intention of complying with Germain's sanction, which he condemned as "unconstitutional," "illegal," and a clear instance of "compelled speech like in China and North Korea." "They're telling me what I can and cannot preach," Pawlowski said. "They're telling me that every time I want to address the public, I have to spew their lie first in order for me to deliver my message. That's China. That's North Korea." "When I grew up under the boots of the Soviets, the courts like this were called 'show courts,'" he said. "It was to show that the government can do with you whatever they want, and there is nothing you can do about it. And it's just to scare the public, telling you, โSee, we can finish off anyone we want.โ They're terrified of the truth." "I'm not hiding. I'm not a criminal. I said I will not obey this court order. I refuse to obey a crooked judge's order. He's not a judge, he's a political activist," he added. Pastor Speaks Out After Arrest by Canada Authorities - Artur Pawlowski (YouTube Interview) |

"I want him behind bars," Stacy Scribner said of the unidentified man. "He broke my nose!" BLACK Texas man suspected of committing two murders while free on bond in county of Soros-funded DA A Texas man is suspected of committing two murders after being released on bond in a country run by a hispanic district attorney's office funded by liberal megadonor George Soros. Documents obtained by Fox News show 29-year-old Laderious Deshawn Nicholson was arrested in 2019 for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and released in 2021 on a surety bond. He allegedly committed two murders after his release. He was arrested in September 2021 for those homicides and is currently in the Travis County correctional system. Austin is mostly within Travis County. Records from the Travis County Sheriffโs Office show that Nicholson was released from its custody on March 15, 2021, when he posted a bond of $75,000 via Kwik Out Bail bonds and was set free without any bail conditions such as a GPS monitor or curfew. Court papers show Nicholson is suspected of committing a murder on May 15, 2021, during a dice game robbery. Additionally, court papers show another murder warrant being issued for Nicholson related to a deadly shooting in Austin on June 23, 2021, when he allegedly shot a man seven times and killed him during a botched drug deal in Austin, Texas. The surety bond that released Nicholson back onto the streets was acted upon under Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza, who received over $500,000 from PACs tied to billionaire liberal megadonor George Soros. Garza, a Democrat, defeated incumbent DA Margaret Moore in the 2020 Democratic primary and won the general election in November. He took office 3 months before Nicholsonโs release. Soros has gained notoriety in cities across the country for pushing progressive programs that defund police departments and lower sentencing requirements for violent crimes. In Austin, Soros recently dumped $500,000 into a campaign fighting a ballot measure that would reinstate funding to the police that Mayor Steve Adler and the city council stripped following the death of George Floyd. Feral pack of illegitimate worthless (black) killer teens make life cheap and transient under the Biden (aspiring) dictatorship BLACK-ON-WHITE: 2 (black) teens plead guilty to 2nd degree murder of (White) musician NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) - Two teens involved in the murder of a Nashville musician pleaded guilty to second degree murder charges on Tuesday. Decorrius Wright and Diamond Lewis will both serve at least 25 years in prison for their role in the murder of Kyle Yorlets outside him [stet] home during a robbery attempt in 2019. Lewis entered her guilty plea during a hearing Tuesday morning. She will serve 25 years in prison at 100% with a small possibility of a reduced sentence in the future. Wright pled guilty to second degree murder and aggravated robbery later in the morning. He was sentenced to 25 years in prison for both charges, to be served concurrently. He will also serve an additional year for escaping the Davidson County Juvenile Detention Center after his arrest in 2019 and theft of property, which he was sentenced to 10 years of probation. The family of Kyle Yorlets participated in the hearing via video conferencing. Assistant district attorney Megan King read victim impact statements prepared by Kyleโs parents, including his mother, Deb, who passed away earlier this summer after a battle with cancer. โOur lives will never be the same, there is unimaginable pain,โ Deb Yorlets wrote in her statement read to the court. โIt is true torture to go through the holidays without him. Healing will take a very long time. He was someone who you did not easily forget, having such a positive impact on everyone he met. Kyle was an exceptional light and inspiration in our family.โ โWords cannot explain the devastation created by the senseless loss of someone as special as Kyle,โ Larry Yorlets, Kyleโs dad, said in his statement. โItโs truly my belief that there is some divine reason whey this happened because nothing else makes any sense. We may never know what the reason is, but I hope it has a huge impact because the sacrifice was immeasurable.โ Lewis appeared emotional during her court appearance while Wright seemed to show no remorse, sitting stoically at times in the courtroom. Both wore masks much of the time because of COVID-19 protocols. Lewis and Wright were charged as adults with killing Kyle Yorlets while attempting to rob him outside of his home. Lewis admitted to approaching Kyle Yorlets outside his home and asking him for money. Kyle Yorlets attempted to hand Lewis a $1 bill when Wright shot him in his arm, according to the plea statement read aloud in court. Wright and Lewis were each indicted on multiple charges. They are two of the teens charged with the death of Kyle Yorlets. Lewis faced eight charges, included murder, robbery and theft, while Wright faced 11 charges, including murder, robbery and theft before they accepted the plea deal. Five (black) teens were accused of the armed robbery and shooting. The other three involved remained in juvenile court. OBITUARY for VICTIM Kyle Yorlets (Black-on-White) |
โJustice has been servedโ | (Black) Man convicted for 2017 North County quadruple murder GLASGOW VILLAGE, Mo. (KMOV.com) โ After hours of deliberating, a jury found a 24-year-old man guilty of killing four people, including a 10-year-old boy, in north St. Louis County in 2017. JaโVonne Dupree was found guilty of four counts of first-degree murder and other felony charges just before midnight Friday. On Aug. 24, 2017, police found the bodies of 56-year-old Patricia Steward, 20-year-old Joseph Corley, 18-year-old Deandre Kelley Jr., and 10-year-old Terrence Dehart inside a home in Glasgow Village during a welfare check. All four victims were shot to death. "It's just as grisly as you'd probably imagine it to be," Benjamin Granda with the St. Louis County Police Department said describing the scene in 2017. During the trial, family members of the victims testified that Dupree was homeless and taken in by the โmatriarch of the family, a hip-hop producer who worked with Dupree as a rapper.โ The 24-year-old killed them after being kicked out of their home, officials said. Immediately after the shooting, Dupree picked up all the shell casings before stealing various electronics, clothes, shoes, and a car. He was arrested four months later in Columbia, Missouri. Investigators discovered the 24-year-old boasted about committing the crimes, revealing details not known to the public on social media afterwards. โThe unimaginable suffering of an amazing and loving family does not end with these guilty verdicts, but at least they know that justice has been served and that they were intimately involved in the success of this investigation and prosecution,โ St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Wesley Bell said. Ja'Vonne Dupree's life sentence without the possibility of parole is still drawing public criticism from those who wanted the death penalty. |

Mark Austin and a co-defendant were originally charged with murder, conspiracy and weapons counts in the death of Austin's 55-year-old father, Mark, who was found beaten to death in his Brick Township home in September 2019. Ocean County prosecutors on Friday announced a superseding indictment against 30-year-old Austin, alleging that he procured commission of the murder with payment or promise of payment. Prosecutors said that aggravating factor, if proven, would require imposition of a life-without-parole sentence. When the original charges were filed, "it was not known at that time that this was a murder-for-hire situation," prosecutors said. Austin's (black) co-defendant, Jeray Melton, 30, of Salem City, pleaded guilty in February 2020 to aggravated manslaughter and is awaiting sentencing, prosecutors said. Melton originally alleged Austin, his former cellmate at a youth correctional facility, threatened to kill him if he didn't kill the victim but he changed his story several times, according to The Asbury Park Press. Melton told the judge during his plea hearing that Austin offered him $50,000 to do the slaying. Asked why he changed his story repeatedly, Melton told investigators he was scared and has "mental health problems". Alvarado held a semi-automatic handgun in his right hand as Cedillo stood about 8-10 feet away from him, the affidavit stated. The men threatened to assault each other, and Alvarado kept pointing his gun at the other man โseveral times as they walked through the parking lot,โ investigators said. In the video, a woman is overheard possibly speaking to a 911 dispatcher about Alvarado having a gun. Cedilloโs spouse also tried to intervene, police said. After several minutes, Alvarado raised his handgun and fired multiple times at Cedillo, striking him in the torso. He died at the scene. Police said the suspect got in his vehicle and fled northbound on Somerset Road. Last week, SAPD released a bulletin with information about the wanted man. He turned himself in at the Bexar County Jail on Tuesday, SAPD said. NEWS ARTICLE DOES NOT INDICATE CITIZENSHIP STATUS OF SUSPECT |
