(Black) Man stopped on Martin County bike ride turns out to be Arkansas murder suspect MARTIN COUNTY โ A man on an early morning bike ride was stopped for improper lighting. He turned out to be wanted for murder in Arkansas. Latarris Robinson, 43, of Stuart, was stopped by Martin County sheriff's deputies at 3 a.m. Sunday because of improper lighting on his bicycle, according to a Martin County Sheriff's Office report. When deputies noticed a baggie of crack cocaine hanging out of Robinson's pocket, he ran, deputies said, but was captured. Deputies said Robinson also was carrying a stolen loaded gun and 21 rocks of crack cocaine. Robinson is wanted in Arkansas on charges of murder, theft, and fleeing and eluding, the report said. Robinson was charged with grand theft of a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, sale and delivery of cocaine, possession of cocaine, possession of MDMA and giving false ID to law enforcement, deputies said. He was being held without bail Sunday at the Martin County Jail, from where he will be extradited to Arkansas to face charges in that state. |
(Black female) Texas murder suspect has bond revoked after 'stabbing potential witness' while out on bail
A murder suspect in Houston, Texas, has had her bond rescinded after she was arrested for allegedly stabbing a potential witness in the case. Felisha Washington, 27, was free after posting bond while awaiting a trial for a previous fatal stabbing last year. But she was returned to jail on Friday and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for the alleged stabbing of a woman involved in the case. The victim of the stabbing survived the attack but both her condition and identity remain unknown at this time. The attack came less than a year after Washington was accused of fatally stabbing her neighbor, Ramona Jones, 51, FOX 26 reported. Jones, who was a mother of three, was found dead in a drainage ditch by Houston Police on October 28 of last year. Investigators later learned that Washington and Jones were next-door neighbors and that the two had a long-running dispute, police said after Washingtonโs arrest on December 16, 2020. Speaking after Jones was returned to prison on Friday, Sean Teare, assistant district attorney for Harris County said: 'What we did in court today, we simply prove that this defendant, Ms. Washington, violated a number of her bond conditions.' He told Fox 26: 'This individual who was on bond for murder was outside of her residence, outside of her curfew hours, and had some pretty significant contact with a witness on that murder.' * "Felisha" * Stupid Negro Names |
UPDATE: Victim of Black 'gas station line RAGE' was Asian It had been five days since Hurricane Ida disrupted power and led to hours long gas lines throughout southeast Louisiana, and 36-year-old Dwayne Nosacka was waiting in one of those queues outside a Chevron station in Metairie with hundreds of others when Walter Sippio cut in front of him. Nosacka jumped out of his car and confronted Sippio, 20, about having cut the line. What happened next depends on whether itโs the Jefferson Parish Sheriffโs Office or Sippioโs family doing the telling. But whatโs confirmed is this: Sippio shot and killed Nosacka, is under arrest for murder, and plans to argue it was self-defense, saying he fired the fatal bullet to protect his life from a man with a knife. |

Former Marine wearing body armor fatally shoots 4, including baby in (CNN) โ A former Marine outfitted in body armor fatally shot four people, including a baby, mother and grandmother, at a property outside Lakeland, Florida, early Sunday morning in what the local sheriff called an โactive shooter rampage.โ The suspect, identified as Brian Riley, 33, then engaged in a firefight with law enforcement officers before surrendering to authorities, but he later attempted to take a gun from an officer at a hospital, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said. Afterward, deputies found four people dead: a 40-year-old man, a 3-month-old baby and the babyโs 33-year-old mother inside the home, and the babyโs 62-year-old grandmother in a second house on the property, Judd said. The familyโs dog, Diogi, was also fatally shot, he added. An 11-year-old girl had been shot multiple times and was airlifted to Tampa General Hospital for surgery. She is expected to recover. Another child who had earlier been missing was located alive and well, Judd said. โThis man killed four people this morning, tried to kill our deputies and then gave up,โ he said. In an interview with deputies, the suspect described himself as โa survivalistโ and confessed to being on methamphetamine, Judd said. The suspectโs girlfriend told authorities that he had been diagnosed with PTSD and had been acting erratically in the past week, saying that he was receiving visions from (Satan), according to the sheriff. The suspect lives in Brandon, Florida, about 20 miles from where the shooting took place. At a press conference Sunday afternoon, Judd said there did not appear to be any connection between the suspect and the victims, and he struggled to explain why the suspect chose that particular family and property. |

Texas anti-abortion tip website gets new home with controversial provider known for (alleged) neo-Nazi sites [Pro Freedom Of Speech] A group of people are gathered at the Times Square of New York City, United States on September 4, 2021 to protest that a Texas law banned abortion. Tayfun Coskun/Anadolu Agency via Getty Images A controversial "whistleblower" website set up to anonymously report people providing or assisting Texans with abortions has a new home after GoDaddy, the popular domain hosting service, booted the site earlier this week for its collection of personal information. According to public domain registration data first reported by the technology publication ArsTechnica, ProLifeWhistleblower.com is now being hosted by Epik, an infamous provider known for offering safe harbor for neo-Nazi and other extremist sites. The "snitch hotline," as critics online have taken to calling it, was created by the anti-abortion evangelical group Texas Right to Life. Immediately upon its creation, the website generated intense controversy and was eventually flooded with bogus tips and Shrek porn โ crashing the website due to overwhelming traffic. The online drama was the latest fallout from a near-total abortion ban which went into effect in the state this week, after the Supreme Court refused to block the measure Wednesday night. The law bars doctors from performing the procedures after six weeks, long before many women are even aware they are pregnant. It also incentivizes people to sue providers and those who assist people seeking abortions, such as ride-share drivers or social workers. It all began last Thursday when GoDaddy said Texas Right to Life "violated multiple provisions," including one which bars sites hosted by the company to "collect or harvest... non-public or personally identifiable information" without written consent from the subject. In a defiant blog post, Texas Right to Life spokesperson Kimberlyn Schwartz blasted the decision: "We will not be silenced. If anti-Lifers want to take our website down, we'll put it back up." "No one can keep us from telling the truth. No one can stop us from saving lives. We are not afraid of the mob. Anti-Life activists hate us because we're winning. Hundreds of babies are being saved from abortion right now because of Texas Right to Life, and these attacks don't change that." Within days, the site had been transferred over to Epik, which has made a name as the refuge of last resort for extremist websites that other domain hosting companies have deemed too toxic: neo-Nazi propaganda, QAnon home base 8chan, Alex Jones' conspiracy theory network InfoWars, as well as right-wing social media sites Parler and Gab. But even Epik founder Robert Monster appears to have his limits: late Saturday night it appeared the Texas Right to Life website disabled its anonymous tip submission form. "We received complaints about the site," a representative for Epik told The Daily Beast, saying the website "violated Epik's Terms of Use," an apparent reference to the collection of third-party personal information without consent. "We contacted the owner of the domain, who agreed to disable the collection of user submissions on this domain." It remains unclear whether Texas Right to Life will continue to solicit anonymous whistleblower tips in some other way. |

INCOMPETENT NEGRO FAILED TO SHOOT HIMSELF (fatally) Took him SEVEN SHOTS to kill his white ex-girlfriend.... โ in the leg, stomach and neck BLACK-ON-WHITE: Lakeville man faces upgraded murder charges in ex-girlfriend's death A Richfield man has been indicted for murder in connection with the fatal shooting of his ex-girlfriend outside a Lakeville day care center in June, Dakota County Attorney Kathy Keena announced Friday. Atravius Joseph Weeks, 32, was indicted by a Dakota County grand jury on two counts of first-degree murder (domestic abuse and premeditation), and one count of second-degree murder (intentional) in the shooting death of Cortney Grace Henry, 29, on June 22. An indictment is similar to a criminal charge, but different in that the charge comes from a grand jury composed of county residents who determine if there is enough relevant evidence to indict. A grand jury is used if the offense is punishable by life imprisonment. Prosecutors initially charged Weeks with second-degree murder. Police found Henryโs body around 2:40 a.m. in the New Horizon Academy parking lot near 203rd Street and Icefall Trail in Lakeville. She had been shot seven times โ in the leg, stomach and neck, according to the criminal complaint. Weeks then tried to shoot himself, grazing his head. As officers were treating his wounds, he told them โI just killed my best friend,โ the complaint states. Weeks is currently in custody in the Dakota County jail with bail set at $2 million with conditions. His next appears in court Sept. 22 in Hastings. (Black) New Orleans man booked with murder after surrendering in Metairie gas station fatal shooting, JPSO says METAIRIE (WVUE) - A 20-year-old New Orleans man was booked with second-degree murder Friday (Sept. 3), after admitting he fatally shot another motorist he cut in front of a Metairie gas station line, Jefferson Parish Sheriff Joe Lopinto said. The arrest of Walter Sippio was announced at a Saturday news conference. As detectives were searching for Sippioโs vehicle Friday night, Lopinto said the suspect surrendered himself and the gun believed used to kill 36-year-old Dwayne Nosacka of Metairie. The fatal shooting was reported just after 4 p.m. at a Chevron fuel station at 2301 Clearview Pkwy. The JPSO said multiple witnesses saw a white minivan driven by Sippio cut in front of a long line of unhappy customers waiting to fuel vehicles and gas cans at the station. Lines have been long and tempers short amid a regional fuel shortage caused by Hurricane Idaโs disruption to Louisiana supply lines. After Sippioโs brazen intrusion into the line Friday afternoon, Nosacka stepped out of his vehicle to confront him, Lopinto said. After a heated argument, Sippio returned to his vehicle to retrieve a gun. โThis was a verbal altercation that he decided to take to another level,โ Lopinto said. According to witnesses and other evidence, Sippio pointed his gun and shot Nosacka one time in the chest, then fled the scene. Nosacka was rushed to a hospital, but did not survive his wound. โOnce (Sippio) pointed the gun, the victim put his hands up like to say, โWhat, youโre going to shoot me now?โโ Lopinto said. โAnd thatโs what he did.โ Sippio faces a mandatory lifetime prison sentence if convicted on the second-degree murder allegation. |

JURY FINDS HISPANIC WITH MEXICAN NAME GUILTY OF MURDERING POLICE OFFICER Four and a half years after Whittier Officer Keith Boyer was fatally shot while on duty, a jury on Wednesday, Sept. 1 convicted a 30-year-old Los Angeles man for his murder. After closing arguments Tuesday in the seven-day trial, jury members only needed about two hours to decide Michael Christopher Mejiaโs fate but didnโt make their announcement until just before 9:45 a.m. Wednesday. In his case made to jurors, defense attorney Paul Cohen โ who later declined to comment after the verdict โ did not deny Mejia killed Boyer and Roy Torres of East Los Angeles and attempted to kill Whittier Officer Patrick Hazell. Instead, he asked they find him guilty of second-degree murder because he was on drugs at the time of the crimes. Unpersuaded, the jury convicted Mejia on two counts of first-degree murder, a count of attempted murder and carjacking. In addition, the jury also made findings of special circumstances that could lead to a life sentence without the possibility of parole: that one murder victim was a police officer, that there were multiple murders and Mejia attempted to avoid arrest. Wearing a dark plaid flannel, long-sleeve shirt and his usual black mask, Mejia showed no emotion as the verdict was read. โThis is a first step toward justice for the families,โ said Whittier Police Chief Aviv Bar, who was among about 60 officers watching the proceedings from an overflow room. Because of social distancing, the jury took all but two seats in the courtroom. โThis case was filed as a death penalty case for a reason,โ Bar said. โYou sat in there and saw the evidence. You saw the savagery of this individual. I canโt see a more suitable case for the death penalty.โ But In February, then-new L.A. County District Attorney George Gascรณn announced the death penalty is off the table for this and all cases. When he was sworn into office, Gascรณn unveiled several directives. On the death penalty, he wrote that a sentence of death is never an appropriate resolution in any case, that studies found that race influences who is sentenced to die in the country and the state, that the death penalty is costly and that there is a real risk of executing innocent people. But Boyerโs father and son, as well as the two prosecutors, disagreed with the directive. โThese are the exact types of cases why overwhelmingly every time itโs put on the ballot,โ Deputy District Attorney Garrett Dameron said. โThe voters vote to keep the death penalty because of cases like this. Itโs unfortunate our governor all the way to local politicians decided they want to ignore the will of the voters.โ Mejia Surname - Most prevalent in MEXICO - Highest density in HONDURAS U.S. CITIZENSHIP STATUS OF SUSPECT NOT REPORTED. |

Black California recall candidate Larry Elder says it could be argued that slave owners were owed reparations after the Civil War On a July 18 episode of Prager University's "The Candace Owens Show," Larry Elder said an argument could be made that slave owners were owed reparations after the Civil War because slavery was legal and their "property" had been taken. "When people talk about reparations, do they really want to have that conversation? Like it or not, slavery was legal," Elder said. "Their legal property was taken away from them after the Civil War, so you could make an argument that the people that are owed reparations are not only just Black people but also the people whose 'property' was taken away after the end of the Civil War." Elder replied that the United Kingdom compensated slave owners for their loss of property, stating that the "substantial amounts of money" they received from the government prevented civil war from breaking out like it did in the US. (Not black) MAN CHARGED IN DEATH OF BLACK FIANCรE WHOSE PHONE HE USED TO CONTINUE TEXTING HER MOTHER Last week, Michael Lee Wilkerson of Greenville, South Carolina, was arrested on suspicion of killing his fiancรฉe, Brittany Michelle Davis. With the assistance of the US Marshalโs Task Force, the Gwinnett County Sheriffโs Office, and the Gwinnett County Police Department, Wilkerson was arrested and taken into custody during a traffic stop in Buford, Georgia. He is currently located at the Gwinnett County Jail and is awaiting extradition back to Greenville. The victimโs mother received text messages from her daughterโs phone in February when she went missing and also in March of 2020. She was found dead earlier this year in April in a wooded area in northeast Georgia. The Greenville South Carolina Police Department released a statement regarding the arrest of Michael Lee Wilkerson in the death of Brittany Michelle Davis. โOn March 16, 2020, the family of Brittany Michelle Davis contacted the Greenville Police Department to report her missing. After learning that Davis had been living on McDaniel Avenue with her fiancรฉ, Michael Lee Wilkerson, at the time of her disappearance, detectives later uncovered evidence suggesting that Davis was deceased and likely a victim of foul play. โIn April 2021, human remains were found in a wooded area in northeast Georgia and DNA testing has confirmed that they belong to Davis. While it is believed that Davis died on or about February 12, 2020, the cause of death has not been determined. Based on evidence obtained during the investigation, detectives had probable cause to charge Michael Lee Wilkerson, 42, with the murder of Brittany Michelle Davis, who was 32 years old at the time of her disappearance.โ According to Revolt, Davisโ mother, Melanie Holliman, stated that she had continued to receive text messages from Davis back in February and March of last year. KNOWN ISIS supporter shot dead by New Zealand police after shoppers stabbed in 'terrorist attack' (CNN)New Zealand police have shot and killed an ISIS supporter who injured at least six people in a supermarket "terrorist attack" in the Auckland suburb of New Lynn on Friday, authorities say. "This afternoon at approximately 2:40 p.m., a violent extremist undertook a terrorist attack," said Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern in a news conference Friday afternoon. "This was a violent attack, it was senseless, and I am so sorry it happened." Ardern added that the man was a Sri Lankan national, a "supporter of ISIS ideology," and a "known security threat." He was under constant surveillance by multiple government agencies, and security personnel were able to shoot and kill him within 60 seconds from the start of the attack, she said. The attacker obtained a knife within the store and used it to stab shoppers before police shot him, said New Zealand Police Commissioner Andrew Coster, who described him as a lone actor. China bans effeminate men from being on television
Broadcasters must "resolutely put an end to sissy men and other abnormal esthetics," the TV regulator said, using an insulting slang term for effeminate men โ "niang pao," or literally, "girlie guns." That reflects official concern that Chinese pop stars, influenced by the sleek, girlish look of some South Korean and Japanese singers and actors, are failing to encourage China's young men to be masculine enough. |
Parents sue California over mandated โchants to Aztec and African death godsโ in ethnic studies classes A group of parents in California sued the State Board of Education Friday over a proposed new โEthnic Studies Model Curriculumโ (ESMC) that would have public school students chanting affirmations to Aztec gods and invoking an ancient Nigerian Yoruba religious prayer. Other critics have slammed the ESMC for allegedly indoctrinating students in Marxism and for promoting an antisemitic viewpoint. The state education board unanimously adopted the curriculum for the stateโs 6 million-plus public school students in March, media reports indicate. The lawsuit includes the text of the โNahui Ollin,โ described as a chant โfounded on traditional Aztec beliefs, focusing especially on the four deities Tezkatlipoka, Quetzalkoatl, Huitzilopochtli, and Xipe Totekโ as well as a reference to Hunab Ku, โan older Mayan creator deity.โ |

CHICAGO, CHICAGO, that black Lesbo mayor's urban JUNGLE town BLACK-ON-WHITE: CHICAGO, CHICAGO residents fed up with increasing crime: 'We're moving out' Pack of three cowardly black predators take animal joy in vicous attack on White chef CHICAGO - River North residents say theyโre becoming fed up with increasing crime, including a brutal stabbing attack inside a bank Wednesday and the vicious beating of two men in the middle of State Street last weekend. "I saw a guy with a knife, a pretty big knife, with blood on it and he was running with a head of steam," said an eyewitness to the attack, who did not want to be identified. It happened inside the Chase Bank at Dearborn and Ohio in River North around 11 a.m. "He was pretty upset and he was saying for all the words about Chicago and the police," the eyewitness said. Witnesses say the man was screaming at pedestrians and appeared to be mentally unstable when he walked into the bank and without warning began stabbing a 24-year-old female employee in the neck. Paramedics rushed the woman to Northwestern Memorial Hospital just blocks away in critical condition, as police officers scrambled throughout River North to find the attacker, still wielding a bloody knife. "We walked down the block and to see that poor woman coming out on a gurney with blood coming all over her. Itโs just frightening," said River North resident Jodi Noble. Chicago police say they are questioning a suspect in the attack. Itโs the second high-profile attack in River North this week. Early Saturday morning, police surveillance cameras captured the vicious beatings of two men in the middle of State Street near Illinois. "Well I got a broken nose, cheekbone, my right eye was hemorrhaging. Lacerated kidney. Concussion," said 55-year-old Edwin Barone, a chef at a downtown restaurant. He was one of the men beaten and robbed of his wallet by three attackers while more than a dozen onlookers stood by watching. "Nobody helped me. There was a crowd of people and theyโre all watching me get beat up and nobody helped me," Barone said. "I hope me coming forward will help them police this area better. Because these people pay good money to live here." All of the recent crime is having an impact. A couple who moved to River North from the suburbs three years ago say theyโre selling and moving to Florida. "Weโre moving out. Weโre in the process of moving as we speak," said Michael Noble, who moved to the neighborhood from Schaumburg with his wife when they became empty-nesters. "I just canโt put up with this anymore. BLACK-ON-WHITE: White Tow truck driver killed on Dallas High Five overpass, black suspect arrested DALLAS โ Updated at 11:02 p.m. with the tow truck driver's name. A tow truck driver was struck and killed on a High Five overpass in north Dallas on Monday night, and a suspect has been arrested, police said. Denise Chantel Alford, 35, faces an intoxication manslaughter charge in the crash, according to a police news release. The crash happened about 9:45 p.m. on the overpass from LBJ Freeway to southbound U.S. 75. The tow truck driver, later identified by the Dallas County Medical Examiner's Office as 35-year-old Garry McGee, was hooking up a vehicle to his truck when Alford, who was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe west on LBJ, struck the vehicle, police said. The collision knocked McGee off of the overpass and onto the freeway below, police said. McGee died at the scene. The overpass from LBJ to 75 is the highest part of the High Five interchange, about 12 stories tall. Alford stopped at the crash scene and was arrested on a charge of intoxication manslaughter, police said. According to an arrest warrant affidavit, Alford told police she had taken several prescription medications at 9 p.m., had smoked marijuana earlier in the day at about 4:30 p.m. and drank three alcoholic drinks at about 3 p.m. The affidavit said Alford incorrectly stated letters of the alphabet and numbers during a field sobriety test. She also "displayed an abnormal side to side sway," the affidavit said, and "could not keep balance for instructions," stepped off line and swayed while trying to stand on one leg. She took a breathalyzer test and blew a 0.076, according to the affidavit. The legal driving limit in Texas is 0.08, but the officer "determined that Alford was intoxicated and did not have the normal use of her mental and physical faculties while operating a motor vehicle," the affidavit said. Alabama sets new execution date for (retarded evil black) inmate for 1991 murder MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- Alabama has rescheduled the execution of a state inmate who had a lethal injection called off in February when the U.S. Supreme Court sided with his request to have his personal pastor with him in the death chamber. The Alabama Supreme Court set an Oct. 21 execution date for 51-year-old Willie B. Smith III, who was convicted of the 1991 kidnapping and murder of 22-year-old Sharma Ruth Johnson in Birmingham. In February, the state called off Smith's execution on the night he was to have been put to death. The decision came after the U.S. Supreme Court maintained a lower court injunction, saying he could not be executed without his personal spiritual advisor present in the room with him. The state at the time maintained only prison staff would be allowed in the room. Alabama officials wrote in a court filing that the state recognized "its policy restricting access to the execution chamber to institutional chaplains was unlikely to survive further litigation" and โreached an agreement with Smith to allow his spiritual advisor to minister to him in the chamber.โ The Alabama Department of Corrections did not immediately respond to an email asking about the change in procedures. Prosecutors said Smith abducted Johnson at gunpoint from an ATM, stole $80 from her and then took her to a cemetery where he shot her in the back of the head. The victim was the sister of a police detective. โThe murder of Ms. Johnson, which was committed during the course of a robbery and kidnapping, was as brutal as they come, and there is no doubt that Smith committed those offenses,โ lawyers with the attorney generalโs office wrote in the request to set the execution date. The Alabama Supreme Court set an October execution date for Smith even though a judge has scheduled a 2022 trial on claims related to his "intellectual capacity". His lawyers have argued the state failed to give Smith, who has an IQ below 75, required assistance under the Americans with Disabilities Act in filling out forms that affected the timing of his execution. โWe are disappointed that the attorney general asked for and the Alabama Supreme Court set a date for Mr. Smithโs execution despite the fact that a lawsuit he filed two years ago is progressing through discovery and is set for trial early next year," federal defender John Palombi wrote in an email. Palombi added, โThe state is attempting to moot this lawsuit out before his case can be heard. We will continue to fight against this premature attempt to execute Mr. Smith." The Alabama attorney generalโs office has disputed that Smithโs rights were violated. What is the 'racial slur' that some old Italians use to refer to blacks? |
How authorities captured a (Black) man wanted in two north Alabama capital murder cases Authorities in north Alabama were tightlipped this morning during a press conference where they gave a few details on how a two-time capital murder suspect was arrested Tuesday. Ricardo Bass, 40, was booked last night into the Morgan County Correctional Facility for capital murder. He is being held without bond. He also faces a capital murder charge in Huntsville. His arrest brought to an end a manhunt that lasted almost two weeks. According to authorities, the United States Marshals Service notified the Decatur Police Department and the Huntsville Police Department Tuesday about 7:15 p.m. that a silver Dodge Ram truck was headed northbound on Interstate 65 towards Decatur from Birmingham with Bass as an occupant. The U.S. Marshals Service also provided the suspectโs vehicle description and a license plate number. Authorities would not say specifically how the vehicle was identified, except that it involved โa lot of legwork, a lot of teamwork, a lot of very creative police work,โ according to Decatur Police Chief Nate Allen. The Decatur Police Departmentโs Vice/Narcotics Unit traveled to I-65 Exit 334 and eventually observed the the vehicle as it passed the Priceville/Decatur exit traveling north. The vehicle exited from I-65 North toward Huntsville onto Interstate 565 East, when authorities think the vehicleโs driver noticed them. Then the vehicle came to a sudden stop at County Line Road and Bass exited. Then the vehicle kept going. Authorities said Bass was quickly taken into custody without incident by investigators with Decaturโs Vice/Narcotics Unit. The driver of the vehicle was not apprehended. The Decatur Police Department was assisted by the Huntsville Police Department, the Madison County Sheriffโs Office, the U.S. Marshals Service and ALEA. Bass is expected to make a court appearance within the next 72 hours. He was identified as the main suspect in two killings Aug. 19. Huntsville police said officers were dispatched Aug. 19 to the 3600 block of McVay Street around 5:50 a.m, where 31-year-old Huntsville resident Jeffrey Carden was discovered dead at the scene from a fatal gunshot wound. Jeffrey Carden Obituary Then, around 30 minutes later, Decatur police were called to the scene of a robbery at the Wavaho station, 707 Wilson St. N.W. Mark Allen Nicholson died there from gunshot wounds. Ricardo Bass, wanted in 2 north Alabama murders, captured by U.S. Marshals in Huntsville, police say |
(Black) Ex-Boyfriend Charged with 2015 Murder of Ohio Mother Killed While Children Were at School Nearly six years after he was first identified as a person of interest in her shooting death, Candance Prunty's ex-boyfriend has been formally charged in Ohio with the 26-year-old's murder. Clark County Prosecutor Dan Driscoll tells PEOPLE that Thomas Albert, 38, was also indicted Monday on aggravated murder, aggravated burglary, felonious assault, weapons, and tampering with evidence charges stemming from the 2015 homicide. Prunty was shot to death at her Springfield, Ohio, home on Oct. 21, 2015. According to Springfield News-Sun, the young mother was shot in her head and neck while her three children were at school. Relatives found her lifeless body on the floor of her kitchen after she failed to pick up the children from school. At the time of her murder, her three sons were 1, 4 and 7, the paper reports. Albert was Prunty's ex-boyfriend, and police believed in 2015 he had something to do with her killing. The News-Sun reports that advancements in crime scene investigation technology helped authorities link Albert to evidence recovered from Prunty's home in 2015. Albert, online records show, has been in an Ohio prison since 2018 after being convicted on unrelated attempted homicide and aggravated robbery charges. He becomes parole eligible in 2045. Beard said the filing of charges has not brought her any sense of closure. A trial, and a conviction, would. "It seems like heaven opened up and showered blessings upon us," Beard said. ASIAN North Las Vegas man sentenced in underage sex case A North Las Vegas man who sexually assaulted an Arizona teenager and hid her in his bedroom was ordered Tuesday to serve 16 more years in federal prison. โMe and her had a prior relationship for a whole year. We just talked and we built this connection,โ Jimmy Carter Kim, 32, said before he was sentenced. โNext thing we know, we meet up and I put myself into a situation that I shouldnโt have.โ Kim told U.S. District Judge Richard Boulware that he has taken responsibility for his actions. He blamed his drug use and his inability to cope after his motherโs death. But he didnโt want to make excuses, he said. โI fell in love with her,โ he said of the victim. โI didnโt do anything to be malicious. I wasnโt trying to kidnap her. I wasnโt trying to be a bad guy.โ Kim initially faced charges of kidnapping, sexual exploitation of children and possession of child pornography, but he pleaded guilty to one count of sexual exploitation of children. Boulware said that he had trouble accepting the plea deal that let Kim combine both his federal sentence with the 10-to-25 years plus lifetime supervision he received from District Judge Mary Kay Holthus after pleading guilty in April to two counts of attempted sexual assault of a minor under 16. โWhat happened deserves serious punishment,โ Boulware said. After prison, Kim will also face a new psychiatric evaluation and federal supervision for 36 years, and he will be banned from contact with children. Kim originally faced a total of 83 counts and pleaded guilty in both cases. Police arrested Kim in December 2015 after a 14-year-old runaway from Bullhead City, Arizona, called 911 to report being kidnapped and locked in his bedroom for about a month, court records show. |

Superior Court Judge Timothy Walmsley ordered that Arbery's history with the law could "lead the jury to believe that although Arbery did not apparently commit any felony that day, he might pose future dangerousness in that he would eventually commit more alleged crimes, and therefore, the Defendants' actions were somehow justified." The McMichaels' defense attorneys wanted to use Arbery's criminal history, which included two arrests, hoping it would help prove that the men had good reason to believe Arbery committed a crime before his death. Simmons, who was also found guilty of arson with intent, had sent a voice note to his victim that night saying "I really hope you suffer and die", the Old Bailey heard. He will be sentenced on 22 September. Giving evidence during the trial, Simmons admitted being a "controlling and jealous" husband who had harassed his wife. However, he maintained he had not meant for her to die. The court heard that on 10 February 2020, Ms Keane-Simmons made a formal complaint to police about her husband's behaviour, which included constantly contacting her on social media and sending messages to her workplace suggesting she wanted him "beaten up". In March, 13 months after their wedding in Trinidad and Tobago, she started divorce proceedings. On 15 April, a friend received a photograph of Ms Keane-Simmons naked in the bath which the defendant also posted on his own Instagram account, together with his wife's maiden name and details of the school where she worked, the Old Bailey heard. The defendant later admitted he had sent the photo. Prosecutor William Emlyn-Jones QC told the jury that 45 minutes after posting the image on Instagram, Simmons went to a garage and bought a petrol canister which he filled up with more than five litres of petrol. In the early hours of 16 April, the fire brigade were called and forced their way into Ms Keane-Simmons room, but she had suffered significant burns and a brain injury caused by a lack of oxygen, the court heard. She was later pronounced dead at hospital. [link to New Nation News - UK - Europe] |

Murder trial begins for (Black) man freed from prison 8 days before killing A dispute over 30 bucks ended with a Penns Grove man shot in the face two years ago. On Monday, the murder trial for an ex-con charged in the killing kicked off in Salem County. Ordale R. Telfair, 40, of Bridgeton, was out of state prison for eight days when prosecutors allege he shot Tayshon M. Hayward, 26, on May 23, 2019, at the Penns Grove Gardens apartments. Hayward was rushed to a hospital where he died the following day. The shooting stemmed from an earlier incident that apparently did not involve the victim. Salem County Assistant Prosecutor William Holmes presented a brief outline of the allegations for the jury Monday morning. Someone with Hayward on the night of the shooting was accused of stealing $30 from a womanโs vehicle and the husband of that woman arrived at the apartment complex with friends, including Telfair, to confront the alleged thief, the prosecution alleges. Witnesses told investigators that Hayward tried to intervene in the dispute in front of an apartment unit. When Hayward walked away from the group and headed toward another unit at the complex, Telfair allegedly chased after him and pulled a revolver from his waistband. โTayshon decides to walk way and walks toward his friendโs house. As heโs walking away, the defendant, Ordale Telfair, chases after him, catches up to him, shoots him directly the face,โ Holmes told the jury. Tayshon Hayward Tayshon Hayward, 26, of Salem County, was shot to death in May. Ordale R. Telfair is charged in the killing. (National Gun Violence Memorial) Prosecutors previously stated that two witnesses who identified Telfair as the shooter were the woman who claimed her money was stolen and her husband. Both were described as acquaintances of the defendant. A warrant was issued for Telfairโs arrest and he was nabbed in Georgia the following month. In addition to first-degree murder, he is charged with gun crimes related to the shooting. Days before the killing, the defendant was released from prison after serving time for weapons possession. His criminal record includes 12 prior indictable convictions. The first witnesses called Monday morning included a Penns Grove police officer and an investigator from the county prosecutorโs office, who spoke about what they observed and described evidence collected at the scene, including blood samples and bloodied articles of clothing. The shooting was not captured on surveillance cameras, but the case inspired a borough ordinance requiring apartment owners to install cameras in outdoor common areas. The trial is being conducted in-person with all participants masked and socially distanced in the courtroom. The case is being streamed online and is expected to continue into next week. |

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Family blasts potential release of NYC nurseโs killer as a โsinโ The convicted murderer who sexually assaulted a Bronx nurse and bludgeoned her to death some 40 years ago is up for parole in September โ but the victimโs family is fighting his potential release, saying it โwould be a sin.โ โItโs [been] 39 years and every day is a nightmare,โ Phyllis Meliota, 87, said of her daughter Barbara Meliotaโs murder at the hands of maintenance worker Anthony Doyle in 1982. โYou can never forgive somebody that does an evil thing like that.โ On a spring morning that May, 24-year-old Barbara had arrived for her 7 a.m. shift at Montefiore Hospital early so she could bring her dad a coffee as he awaited surgery for a slipped disk in the same infirmary. Except Barbara never arrived to meet her dad or to start her shift because Doyle found her first in the hospitalโs garage where he toiled as a maintenance worker. โWhat he did to my daughter shouldnโt happen to anybody. Itโs horrible, just a horrible thing,โ Barbaraโs mother Phyllis told The Post by phone. Doyle, a then 22-year-old from the Bronx, had already been convicted on a past robbery charge and was either free on parole or probation when he decided to attack Barbara on the sixth-floor stairwell of the hospitalโs garage, the New York Times reported at the time. The convict bludgeoned her with the foot-long metal nozzle of a fire hose, dragged her to a dank, windowless storage area one floor below to sexually assault her on a soiled mattress and then callously shoved her battered body down an airshaft, investigators previously said. Later that day, detectives found Barbaraโs body partially submerged in dirty rainwater that had collected at the bottom of the airshaft. Her once neat nurseโs uniform was disheveled and her face was shrouded in a plastic bag โ her stockings, undergarments and shoes stuffed in a nearby dumpster. A preliminary autopsy revealed Barbara died from head trauma and a fractured spine that she suffered during her tumble down the airshaft. Doyle quickly made a โfull confession on videotape,โ The Times reported in 1982, citing prosecutors. (Black-on-White) |
PD will seek capital murder charges after (black LGBT-QUEER) man dies of burns A Robinson man has died in a Dallas hospital burn unit after his ex-fagfriend was accused of setting him and a friend on fire earlier this month, and Robinson police are seeking capital murder charges against the suspect. Cargin Madison, 25, died Monday after the Aug. 12 incident that occurred around 2:30 a.m. at his home in the 100 block of Bentwood Drive, Robinson Police Chief Rich Andreucci said. His ex-boyfriend, Willie Joy Lloyd, 39, was arrested the same day on three counts of attempted capital murder after U.S. Marshals and Robinson police tracked him to Teague, where he lived. Lloyd was originally charged with three counts of attempted capital murder and remained this week in McLennan County Jail on a bond totaling $1.5 million. Andreucci said the department is working with the McLennan County District Attorneyโs office and is seeking to charge Lloyd with capital murder for the death of Madison. โThis is a serious offense, so we want to make sure we do justice for the victim,โ Andreucci said. According to previous reports, officers responding to the fire saw two badly burned individuals, one of which has now been identified as Madison. Police said Madison, who was originally from Mississippi, was the main resident of the house and had been sleeping in bed when Lloyd broke into the house and poured gasoline on the bed, proceeding to set it on fire. Andreucci said Lloyd also set the living room couch on fire on his way out of the house before fleeing. Robinson police believe that Madison was the primary target. Madisonโs friend was also injured in the fire and is still in the hospital, but no additional information was available about his condition Thursday. A female who was upstairs at the time of the fire was also taken to the hospital, where she was treated for smoke inhalation and later released. |

"In a fit of rage and jealousy..." Black Sports: โShoot his s--- up:โ Travis Rudolph claims girlfriend sent men to kill him on night he was arrested for murder Travis Rudolphโs angry girlfriend told some men to go to his home and โshoot his s--- up,โ according to court documents. It turned into a brawl, and Rudolph opened fire with his AR-15. Prosecutors call it murder. The former Florida State football star claims he acted in self-defense. Itโs the first accounting of Rudolphโs side of the April 7 shooting outside his Lake Park home, which sent shockwaves through his Palm Beach County community and generated national headlines. Rudolph, 25, finds himself potentially facing life in prison. He faces one count of first-degree murder and three counts of attempted first-degree murder for the shooting that claimed the life of 21-year-old college student Sebastien Jean-Jacques. Family members of Jean-Jacques told the South Florida Sun Sentinel in May that he went to Rudolphโs home that April night with the three other men looking to act as a โpeacemakerโ after Rudolph and his girlfriend got into a physical altercation. However, Rudolphโs attorney, Marc Shiner, said in court filings that Rudolph feared for his life after the men arrived and was justified in opening fire, invoking the โstand your groundโ defense. Shiner is asking for the charges to be dismissed. According to court documents filed by Shiner, the trouble began hours before the shooting when Rudolphโs girlfriend, Dominique Jones, took his phone and claimed he was cheating on her. โIn a fit of rage and jealousy,โ she hit him over the head with a tequila bottle and destroyed his phone and a video game console, the filing said. Jones then called two men, whose names are redacted, saying Rudolph had disrespected her and slammed her to the ground. She later texted both men, telling them to come to Rudolphโs home and โshoot his s--- up,โ according to the filing. Before the shooting, she called Rudolphโs sister, saying she was sending over men โto kill Rudolph,โ Shiner claimed. The four men showed up at Rudolphโs house near midnight, leading to a brawl outside Rudolphโs home that lasted for several minutes. Accounts differ over who started the fight. According to Shiner, Rudolph was immediately attacked after leaving the home. However, in the arrest report, one of the men told police that Rudolph was โimmediately combative and confrontationalโ after stepping outside. During the fight, one of the men allegedly pointed a gun at Rudolphโs brother, Darryl, which prompted Rudolph to run inside and grab his rifle, according to the filing. Rudolph chased after the men, who then got into their car. Shiner claims two of the men were pointing guns at Rudolph, so he sprayed the car with his AR-15 rifle, firing 38 rounds within seconds. One man was shot multiple times and ran away as the three others sped off in their car. According to the filing, the injured man tossed his gun while he was running, but police later found the weapon. Jean-Jacques, who was sitting in the front passenger seat, died on the way to St. Maryโs Medical Center. Police did not find a second gun. Rudolph remains in Palm Beach County jail after being denied bond. Prosecutors previously announced they will not be seeking the death penalty in the case. Rudolph will make his next appearance on Nov. 8 for a โstand your groundโ hearing. |
Jury trial delayed in Bentonville murder case BENTONVILLE -- The jury trial for a Rogers man accused of stabbing another man to death is being postponed nearly a year because of covid-19. Anthony Wayne Ballett, 40, is charged with capital murder, which is punishable by death or life imprisonment without parole. He previously pleaded not guilty to the charge. He is accused of killing 25-year-old Keundra Allen. Ballett's jury trial was scheduled to begin Oct. 19. Benton County Circuit Judge Brad Karren held a hearing Friday on the request by Ballett's defense attorneys to delay the trial. A motion filed by the defense states the covid-19 pandemic has hampered the ability to prepare for the trial. Ballett's attorneys have had only one in-person meeting with him while the rest of their communications were done via the internet, video link or through a glass partition, according to the motion. The conditions haven't allowed for full, open discussions between Ballett and his attorneys, according to the motion. The covid-19 outbreak in the Benton County Jail has made it problematic for a defense expert to have contact with Ballett, according to the motion. A masked mental health professional was required to submit to a covid test before being allowed an in-person meeting with Ballett, according to the motion. Shannon Jenkins, spokeswoman for the Benton County Sheriff's Office, said last month of 605 jail inmates tested for the virus, 48 women and 10 men tested positive. Dozens of inmates also tested positive for the virus last year. Bryan Sexton, chief deputy prosecutor, didn't object to the request to reschedule the trial. Sexton said he understood the defense's concerns. Karren granted the request and scheduled a new trial date of Aug. 29, 2022. Ballett was arrested Dec. 26, 2019. He's accused of stabbing Allen 13 times, according to court documents. Police found Allen in a grassy area near an apartment at 502 S.E. B St., about a block from the Bentonville Public Library. Ieshia Webster told police she and Ballett stopped dating about six months before the stabbing outside her apartment, but he was still in love with her. Webster said she and Allen were companions, and Ballett didn't like the relationship, according to the affidavit. Webster said she and Allen heard Ballett's car outside her apartment, and Allen went outside. There was a knock at the door a few seconds later. Webster said she saw the men fighting, and Allen was pulled in the apartment and the door was shut. They heard Ballett drive away, according to the affidavit. Webster and Allen later heard a noise in the backyard. Allen went outside. Webster said she then heard a scream, went outside and saw Ballett had a knife and was stabbing Allen, according to the affidavit. |

(Black) Jackson sentenced to prison after being found guilty of extorting a Jacksonville attorney Onslow County District Attorney Ernie Lee announced the operator of a local website was found guilty of extortion resulting from a 2019 incident with a Jacksonville lawyer. Gerald Jackson Jr., the operator of "The North Carolina Beat", was sentenced to an active term of 11 months to 23 months after a jury found him guilty of extortion on Tuesday. Lenoir County Judge Imelda J. Prate sentenced Jackson and the state was represented by Assistant District Attorney Lori Carroll. "This defendant has engaged in criminal conduct in Onslow County for several years and this office advocated for active sentences including an active sentence for his conviction of extortion," said Lee. "The citizens of Onslow deserve to be safe from defendants who use the internet to commit cyberstalking and other offenses." Between Sept. 18 and Sept. 19, 2019, Jackson was accused of extorting money from a local Jacksonville attorney. According to Lee, in exchange for not publicly disclosing alleged personal embarrassing information about the attorney, Jackson attempted to receive $4,500 in cash. While operating the website and a Facebook page for NC Beat, the court says Jackson used the social media platform to post, report, and publish information about various individuals, including elected officials in Onslow. Lee explained Jackson threatened to do the same to the attorney if he did not receive the money. The attorney, who remains unnamed in Lee's release, never paid Jackson and reported the threats to law enforcement. Onslow County Sheriff's Office led the investigation against Jackson, headed up by Major Mark Scott, leading to Jackson's charge. Lee added Jackson has built an extensive criminal history in Onslow to go along with the extortion verdict. His prio r convictions include 19 counts of felonious false bomb report to a public building (schools) in April 2016, misdemeanor computer trespass in September 2016, misdemeanor cyberstalking in Sep. 2017, two counts of misdemeanor cyberstalking in Dec. 2018, and misdemeanor cyberstalking in Jan. 2019. |

Washington man convicted of so-called 'hate' crime in transgender teen's murder [because 'transgendered people are a privileged class' and 'pets' of the Powers] A Washington state man was found guilty Friday in the death of a transgender teenager, Nikki Kuhnhausen. David Bogdanov, 27, was convicted of second-degree murder and malicious harassment, according to Clark County Superior Court records. Malicious harassment is Washington state's hate crime statute. Prosecutors say when Bogdanov found out Nikki was biologically male, he became enraged and killed 'her'. The 17-year-old had gone missing in June 2019, and six months later, 'her' remains were found in a heavily wooded area of Larch Mountain near Vancouver, Washington. Social media and phone records led police to Bogdanov, who had been messaging with Nikki on Snapchat the day of 'her' disappearance. Bogdanov testified in his own defense Tuesday, admitting he killed her but saying that he did it in self-defense, a claim prosecutors refuted, CNN affiliate KATU reported. At the time of Bogdanov's arrest, Vancouver police Lt. Tom Ryan told reporters that the man had picked up the victim in a van and taken 'her' to a residence. That's where the teen confirmed 'she' was biologically male, and Bogdanov gave a statement "saying that made him really, really uncomfortable and disturbed him, and he asked Nikki to get out of his van and 'she' walked away," according to Ryan. On the stand, he said the teen fought him and reached for a gun, and he said he had no choice but to subdue her, KATU reported. Court documents suggest Bogdanov strangled the teen with a cord, according to KATU. Bogdanov admitted that in June 2019, he dumped the "girl"s body near Larch Mountain in remote Clark County, according to KATU. Under questioning, he acknowledged that he would have found it "humiliating" if his family found out that he had been with a transgender "woman". (wasman) |

New Orleans police Detective Everett Briscoe, a 13-year veteran of the force, had just arrived in Houston with friends on Aug. 21 and walked over to the Grotto Ristorante after dropping his bags off at a hotel. While he was having drinks with friends, the suspects tried robbing the group and Briscoe was fatally shot. The other victim, Dyrin "DJ" Riculfy, remains hospitalized in serious condition. Both suspects were out on bond for other crimes, Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg said. Jenkins was on bond for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Jackson was out on bond for an aggravated robbery involving a 2020 robbery of someone who was followed home from The Galleria shopping mall, the same location near where Briscoe was killed. His bond was forfeited earlier this year, and earlier this month he failed to appear for a court hearing, which led to the discovery that his ankle monitor had been cut off. Both are now charged with capital murder and attempted capital murder. "Death is on the table," Ogg said. |

BLACK-ON-WHITE: Shock vid shows ANOTHER huge brawl in stands at NFL game after (Blonde) woman slaps (negro) in the face DRAMATIC footage shows the moment ANOTHER huge brawl broke out at an NFL match after a woman shouted in a man's face before slapping him. Chaos erupted in the stands at the Steelers' pre-season game against the Detroit Lions in Pittsburgh after being sparked by what appeared to be a row between two fans. Shocking video from Heinz Field yesterday shows a woman screaming "get the f*** out" at a man before she raises her hand and hits him across the face. He then retaliates as another man - who appears to be with the woman - intervenes. A scuffle then breaks out between the trio - with the man slapped by the woman appearing to knock the other bloke out as he throws several punches at him. People can be heard screaming in horror as the woman tries to push the man away from her pal. Other people then get involved in an attempt to put a stop to the fight. EDITOR COMMENT: We can only assume that this incident was precipitated by the negro making some rude obscene sexual comment or gesture to the blonde woman - in our civilzed past - the proper response for the offended woman would be to SLAP the male in his face - so based on the Blonde woman's response - the NWORD was not being civilized and let his 'jungle nature' slip out. (Black) Baton Rouge man arrested in death of 3-month-old infant= BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - A Baton Rouge man has been arrested in connection with the death of a three-month-old infant, according to arrest records. First responders were dispatched to the 8900 block of Thelma Street on Aug. 14 to a report of unresponsive child. EMS paramedics were able revive the child before the ambulance reached an area hospital. Medical personnel at the hospital determined the child had suffered severe brain injuries and had fairly fresh burn marks to his chest and stomach that resembled cigarette burns, according to arrest records. The baby also had suffered traumatic rib fractures in various stages of healing. According to arrest records, when officers initially interviewed Leon Arnold, 36, of Baton Rouge, he said he was the one who put the baby down for a nap and the one who attempted to awake the baby from the nap. Police say Leon also told investigators the baby was laid down on his stomach and that when he went to awake the baby, the child had spit up milk. Investigators say the child later died and an autopsy was conducted on Wednesday, Aug. 18 and a pathologist determined the manner of the childโs death was a homicide. The pathologist said the babyโs injuries were consistent with being beaten or the babyโs lower body being struck against a hard object, arrest records say. Officers say they arrested Arnold on Thursday, Aug. 19 on the charge of first-degree murder because the child was in his care when he went unresponsive. Police say Arnold was previously charged in 2010 with second-degree cruelty to juveniles when the defendantโs one-month old baby suffered a broken femur and skull fractures. The girl (Franchesca) was still picking at my daughter.โ Principal Gardner says this was a community altercation that bled over into the school. She says the investigation into the fight is ongoing. โWhen I tried to go to the different parents to see what was going on, I got a bunch of lies from both sides,โ the other girlโs mother said, in reference to other incidents like the bus fight. โThese are young children, young girls and they are taking everything out of proportion.โ Mccaa told WCBI that she will be withdrawing her daughter from Columbus Middle School permanently. The mother of the seventh grader says that her daughter will no longer be taking the bus to school. [NNN forum thread:] Pack of feral shegroids arrested for monkey fight on Mississippi School bus |
