(WTVM) - The cold case of a man found dead in his Columbus home in 2008 has finally ended in an arrest more than 12 years later. 40-year-old Shanita Evette Wyatt was arrested and charged with Paul Hill’s murder. Wyatt had been held in the Muscogee County Jail since May 2020 on unrelated drug charges, according to Columbus Chief of Police Freddie Blackmon. In April 2008, officers went to Hill’s Marathon Dr. apartment to conduct a welfare check. When the door was found to be locked, officers forced their way in and found Hill deceased. “The officers observed the door locked, therefore they had to forcibly enter into the residence. In October 2016, Detective Stuart Carter was assigned to the cold case and worked it through June 2017. In January 2020, he resumed the investigation. Additional testimony and witnesses were found to corroborate testimony for previous witnesses, leading to a murder warrant being obtained against Wyatt. Carter said they are still investigating the case and there could be another arrest involved. Blackmon commended Carter’s perseverance “This investigation is evident that Detective Carter honored his oath. He was relentless in this investigation, which led to the arrest of Wyatt,” said Blackmon. Williams, 66, of Mount Vernon, was the head of Global Solutions, International (GSI), a subcontractor for Arcadis. Lewis was charged with using her position for personal gain, or for the gain of a family member, and voting on matters in which she or her family members had financial interest. Jones and Williams were charged with of aiding and abetting Lewis in committing those crimes, with offering her money and other items for the purpose of corruptly influencing official action. The charges revolved around the belief by prosecutors that Jones funneled money to subcontractor Williams at GSI LLC, in order for that company to pay or provide benefits to Lewis or her family. Lewis was convicted in October 2019. She received no jail time. (more....) [NNN forum thread:] Nest of corrupt Alabama spooks nabbed for corruption |

France: Protesters oppose move to disband anti-migrant group PARIS -- Dozens of people rallied Saturday in Paris to support the anti-migrant group Generation Identity, which is fighting for survival following a government order to dissolve it. An Associated Press reporter saw around 200 protesters at the demonstration, which was largely peaceful. Participants held flags of the movement and signs reading “Stop dissolution.” A counter-demonstration also took place in southern Paris against the controversial group. Generation Identity has influence throughout France and beyond. It contends its members are whistle-blowers on a mission to preserve French and European civilization, seen as undermined by newcomers, notably Muslims. Critics contend it is a militia espousing a racist cause. New legislation would protect drivers who hit protestors OKLAHOMA CITY -- When massive demonstrations against racial injustice erupted across the nation last summer, protesters used an increasingly common tactic to draw attention to their cause: swarming out onto major roads to temporarily paralyze traffic. This method sometimes resulted in searing images of drivers plowing through crowds, causing serious injuries and in some cases, deaths. Now, Republican politicians across the country are moving to stop the road-blocking maneuver, proposing increased penalties for demonstrators who run onto highways and legal immunity for drivers who hit them. The bills are among dozens introduced in Legislatures aimed at cracking down on demonstrations. “It’s not going to be a peaceful protest if you’re impeding the freedom of others,” said Rep. Kevin McDugle, the author of an Oklahoma bill granting criminal and civil immunity to people who drive into crowds on roads. “The driver of that truck had his family in there, and they were scared to death." |

Police confirm two (Black) men in Montgomery jail are ‘persons of interest’ in murder of old black trucker JACKSON, Ala. (WKRG) — Two men currently jailed in Montgomery are persons of interest in the murder of 72-year-old Thearthor Dixon, Jackson Police Chief Jerry Taylor confirmed Thursday. Hikeem Edmond and Kylyn Taylor have been arrested on unrelated charges. Both men are in the Montgomery County Detention Center charged with kidnapping and robbery, though it’s not clear yet the circumstances surrounding those charges. We’re told those charges stem from an incident outside of our area. Dixon was found shot to death beside his log truck near Jackson in the early morning hours of January 28th. Police have previously said they believe robbery was the motive, though it’s still not clear what, if anything, was taken from the scene. According to authorities, Dixon was working near Walker Springs Road when he was killed. His truck and body were near a gravel pit site. An employee located Dixon and called 911, according to police. WKRG News 5 has been following this story closely since that January morning. We’re learning the two men could be responsible for a robbery at a convenience store in Clarke County that occurred on December 31, 2020. The owner’s granddaughter tells WKRG News 5’s Blake Brown she believed a man was going to kill her grandfather until the store alarm scared him off. Police haven’t publicly linked the two crimes at this point. The store is located on Gainestown Road near Jackson. We’re told Taylor has an address on that road and that Edmond has a Bessemer address. (Black) Albuquerque motorcyclist arrested after breaking into parking structure ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque man is facing multiple charges after allegedly breaking into a parking structure on the University of New Mexico campus. Police say 33-year-old DeAngelo Shannon broke the barricade on the Cornell parking structure on the evening of Jan. 7, 2021, and rode a motorcycle – along with three other motorcyclists – up to the roof. HISPANIC NJ corrections officer admits to killing two women, court papers allege NJ corrections officer admits to killing two women, court papers allege A New Jersey corrections officer gunned down his older girlfriend and her female buddy — saying he killed them because he was mad his gal pal wasn’t returning his calls, court documents allege. “I killed both of them — just arrest me, bro,” suspect John P. Menendez, 23, told cops, according to court papers. Menendez — a Hudson County corrections officer from West New York, NJ — was charged this week with two counts of murder and weapons offenses in the slayings of his 40-year-old girlfriend, Anna Shpilberg, and Luiza Shinkarevskaya, also 40, Essex County prosecutors said. Cops responding to reports of a shooting near Newark Liberty International Airport on Tuesday first found Shinkarevskaya dead from a bullet to her head on a sidewalk at a Jiffy’s parking lot, authorities said. A 9mm Glock pistol registered to Menendez was found at the scene, officials said. A short time later, a bloodied Menendez allegedly approached a Newark, NJ, cop and confessed to killing both women. The women previously lived in Brooklyn, and Shpilberg was a dental hygenist who worked on Staten Island, NJ.com reported. Menendez said he shot his girlfriend, Shpilberg, because he was angry she had been ignoring his calls after going on vacation with Shinkarevskaya, authorities said. “This is crazy, I can’t believe I did this,” the suspect allegedly told the officer. He then directed the cop to Shpilberg’s nearby Mercedes-Benz C300, where she was found dead in the passenger seat with a gunshot wound to the head, around Newark Penn Station, authorities said. see also Menendez later told police in a recorded statement that both women were returning from a vacation and that Shpilberg had been ignoring his calls, according to the affidavit. “He said he lost it and killed them,” an officer wrote. A witness told police the women were arriving on a flight at the airport Tuesday and that Menendez was scheduled to pick them up, court documents show. “[The witness] said Menendez was upset about his girlfriend going on vacation,” the affidavit reads. Shpilberg lived in Randolph and Shinkarevskaya in Riverdale, Morris County. They came to the US as children from their native Ukraine, friends told NJ.com. Shpilberg is survived by a son. Her former fiancé, Fabian Goni, told NJ.com that Menendez regularly demanded she “report to him” on her whereabouts. “He wanted texts and videos as proof of where she was,” Goni said. Mexican pimp Hugo Hernandez-Velazquez, brothers ran US sex ring, feds say A Mexican pimp and his brothers ran a yearslong sex ring that forced women into prostitution across the US and used intimidation and violence to keep them in line, Brooklyn prosecutors said Friday. Hugo Hernandez-Velazquez, 45, aka “La Gallina” or “The Hen,” was arrested in Mexico in August and extradited to New York earlier this week to face a 12-count indictment charging him and his two brothers with racketeering, sex trafficking, interstate prostitution, alien smuggling and other raps. His brothers, Arcelia Hernandez-Velazquez, 47, also known as “La Gordis,” or the “The Chunky Woman,” and Ernesto Hernandez-Velazquez, 40, who goes by “Chapas,” were already busted in New York in November 2019 and are awaiting trial. Arcelia Hernandez-Velazquez allegedly maintained a base for the ring in Queens. “For nearly two decades, the defendants lured young women into a brutal life of forced prostitution through false promises of a better life,” said Acting US Attorney for the Eastern District Seth DuCharme in a statement. “This Office will leave no stone unturned in its efforts to end the illegal exploitation of young women.” Since 2001, the siblings preyed on at least six women in Mexico, luring them into romantic relationships with declarations of love before kidnapping them, according to a detention memo. The victims were taken to the homes of organization members in Tenancingo, Mexico, where they were held against their will and banned from contacting their families, the memo says. The women were then smuggled into the US, purportedly for a more prosperous life with their traffickers. Instead, once stateside, the women were transported to brothels and other locations in at least 16 states — from New York to Louisiana to Rhode Island — and forced into sex work. “The conduct of the organization was incredibly violent and transnational in scope,” wrote Assistant US Attorney Margaret Lee in the detention memo, urging Judge Vera Scanlon to hold Hugo Hernandez-Velazquez without bail. “Along with his family, the defendant operated a business of exploiting and abusing women.” If the trafficking victims tried to leave the network, they were viciously beaten and their families were threatened with violence, prosecutors alleged. If the women became pregnant, they were forced to undergo abortions. [NNN forum thread:] fMexican pimp Hugo Hernandez-Velazquez, brothers ran US sex ring, feds say |

Wilson is accused of killing two men, 25-year-old Camdon Jackson, and 26-year-old Van Kennedy. Anna Elizabeth Young, the 79-year-old ex-head who ran the “House of Prayer for All People” cult in Micanopy in the 1980s, pleaded no contest in an Alachua County court Wednesday in the murder of Emon Harper via torture and the manslaughter death of Katonya Jackson, who died from being withheld medication, WCJB reported. Young, aka “Mother Anna,” was arrested in 2017 on a felony child abuse charge for bathing a 12-year-old girl in a steel tub with chemicals, causing severe burns, the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia announced. The Florida woman accused of running a “religious boarding school’ was arrested in Marietta and had been jailed since that time. Emon disappeared from Micanopy, Florida, sometime in 1988, according to the Charley Project, which profiles cold case missing persons. At the time, he and his family were members of Young’s cult, which operated “under a system of collectivism and Old Testament-style beliefs” that included a kosher diet and adherents wearing robes and head coverings. Members of the group – 24 at its peak – had to change their names and the boy was known as “Moses” Harper. Young allegedly forced members to give up their savings and separated parents from their children, while starving, beating and tortured her followers for their “sins,” according to the missing persons advocacy group. Harper was between the ages of 2 and 3 when his mother gave him to Young’s cult, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. HISPANIC NYC driver who fatally struck toddler hit with manslaughter and homicide raps A driver who plowed into a mother and her 3-year-old son in Manhattan — instantly killing the tot — has been indicted on manslaughter and homicide raps, officials announced Wednesday. Jaime Sabogal, 61, was driving with a suspended license when he was behind the wheel of a Ford F-250 and made a sharp left turn into an East Harlem crosswalk, striking and killing Bertin DeJesus, who was in a stroller. “Not only was the defendant driving recklessly with no regard for pedestrians, but he did so knowing his driver’s license had been suspended,” said DA Cyrus Vance Jr. in a statement. On Dec. 9, 2019, Sabogal turned left from 116th Street onto First Avenue at about 9:35 a.m., mowing down the pair. The distraught mother, covered in blood, was holding her son and wailing, “Save my baby! Save my baby!” a witness told The Post at the time. The 25-year-old suffered minor injuries. The mother and son had just left a Dunkin’ Donuts, where she had a bagel and coffee and DeJesus ate hash browns. Sabogal, of Yonkers, faces eight counts — including second-degree manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide and misdemeanor assault. If convicted on the top count, he faces up to 15 years in prison. A judge ordered him held on a $50,000 bond. HISPANIC Teen allegedly filmed himself killing Chihuahua puppy, police say RIVERSIDE, Calif. (KTLA) — A 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of animal cruelty after police investigated a social media post showing the possible killing of a dog, officials said. Riverside police provided this booking photo of Angel Ramos on Feb. 14, 2021. Authorities received a call around 7:45 p.m. Saturday regarding an online video posted on social media depicting the possible killing of a dog, the Riverside Police Department said in a news release Sunday. The video allegedly showed a small dog suffering from a large laceration to its neck and gasping for air “as a young man stood over it making comments about what he just committed,” police said in the release. Based on information from the social media profile of the person who posted the video, officers went to an apartment complex to search for a suspect, the department said. When they arrived, police found Angel Ramos, who matched the description of the suspect from the video and had fresh blood stains on his clothing. Ramos was also found to be in possession of metal knuckles, which are illegal in California, the department said. While searching the apartment, officers discovered a 4- to 6-month-old Chihuahua in Ramos’ bedroom suffering from a severe neck injury and was “barely alive,” police said. The Riverside County Department of Animal Services transported the injured animal to an emergency pet clinic. “Unfortunately, veterinarians determined the dog would not survive and had to be euthanized,” the police department said in the release. |

Biden Suspends Trump Rules Blocking Chinese Propaganda And Infiltration Sparking Fear Of "Chinagate" Biden Suspends Trump Rules Blocking Chinese Propaganda And Infiltration Sparking Fear Of "Chinagate." Biden ordered the suspension of a Trump administration rule blocking foreign adversaries from our electrical grid. Another policy allows for Chinese propaganda in the US. Many people are scratching their heads at these moves considering if Biden thought they were bad or questioned them he could have left them until new rules were put in place. Democrats have mostly ignored or defended the moves claiming that Trump's policies were bad. Many Republicans and conservatives pointed out the moves are odd and claim its proof of Chinagate, that Joe Biden is compromised by China. BLACK-ON-WHITE: Philadelphia cops find dismembered body in the back of a U-Haul truck that was leaving the home of a suspected burglary - and later find a leg and other parts in a trash can outside a Wawa THE BLACK SUSPECT WAS LET LOOSE BY SOROS-FUNDED DA LARRY KRASNER Philly DA Larry Krasner Strikes Again: Man In U Haul With Human Torso Was Registered Sex Offender & Accused Burglar Out Of Jail On No Bail Taray Herring, 47, of Northeast Philadelphia, was most recently let out of jail last June on a burglary rap, after a judge decided Herring didn't have to post any bail. Multiple body parts have been found across crime scenes in Philadelphia, according to local authorities looking to see if the cases are possibly linked. Officers with the Philadelphia Police Department found a dismembered body in a trash bag in the back of a U-Haul truck during a traffic stop on Thursday at around 9am on the 1000 block of Sanibel Street in the Somerton area of the city. Someone had called 911 for a burglary in progress, telling authorities that the U-Haul truck had been seen leaving the scene, investigators told ABC 6. The driver and the passenger inside the rental vehicle did not try to run when the U-Haul was pulled over by police. According to police spokesperson Sgt. Eric Gripp, the driver was extremely forthcoming about the contents of the vehicle. 'The vehicle pulled over, and as soon as the officers got out of the car the driver of the U-Haul just came right out the door and said, "I don't want anything to do with this," and "There's a body in the back,'" Gripp said. Both the driver and the passenger were taken into custody. Authorities also found a weapon in the back of the truck. So far, the two men taken into custody have not been charged with a crime. Meanwhile, officers discovered a leg and a hand later that day, on Thursday night, in a dumpster behind a Wawa convenience store at Kelvin Street and Bustleton Avenue. The scene was less than a third of a mile away from where the dismembered body had been found. Police said that the body parts could belong to the same person. On the previous day, Sgt. Gripp said police had conducted a welfare check on the Sanibel Street home of Peter Gerold Wednesday after a neighbor called. While police found nothing unusual when they arrived, neighbors did tell them that Gerold car's had been missing for a week. Later, pieces of body parts were found in an unattached garage behind Gerold's home, police shared. They also said it appeared someone tried to burn a body. Police have not indicated whether the body found has been identified as Gerold - known for operating a Kneading You Therapy massage practice out of his home. One neighbor told ABC-6 that Gerold was known for offering people work around his house and that he might have been too trusting. Neighbors said that Gerold was friendly with the community, delivering honey he grew to their homes and known for his love for his exotic pets. 'He was always willing to help people no matter what; it's so sad,' said next door neighbor Tiffany McLean said. Gerold was also known for lending a helping hand to people and may have been too trusting, said neighbor Linda Xander. BLACK-ON-WHITE: 2nd Person Arrested in Beating Death of 18-Year-Old Danielle Hopton FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) – A woman who was found fatally injured in a Fort Collins parking lot last weekend has been identified by the Larimer County Coroner’s Office as 18-year-old Danielle Hopton of Fort Collins. The man arrested by police following her death, 20-year-old Stephen McNeil, appeared in Larimer County District Court on Friday morning. Friday afternoon, Fort Collins Police Services announced the arrest of a second person, Ian Rayas, also 20, of Timnath. The three were among a group of friends who drove to the Whispering Pines Apartments at 525 East Drake Road late Saturday night, according to a press release from Fort Collins Police Services. Investigators learned Hopton and McNeil, who had been in a relationship, stepped out of the car to talk. McNeil then allegedly assaulted Hopton. Other members of the group called 9-1-1 as McNeil left the scene, according to police. Hopton died at the hospital. Police arrested McNeil at noon the next day. Rayas was questioned by investigators but denied knowing either McNeil or Hopton or anything that happened between them that night, police stated. But investigators found “evidence to the contrary” and arrested him Thursday. McNeil is being held for investigation of 1st Degree Murder, Domestic Violence, Violation of a Protection Order, and Violation of Bail Bond Conditions. The coroner’s office has not yet determined a cause of death. But in a press release from Fort Collins Police Services, her injuries were described as the result of an assault. “This heinous act of violence took a woman’s life and forever changed the lives of her loved ones,” stated Investigations Lieutenant Jeremy Yonce in FCPS’s press release. Rayas is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday on two felonies, including an accessory to crime charge. Other than to confirm the pair were in a relationship, spokespersons for the police department and the 8th Judicial District Attorney’s Office have refused to answer questions about any connection between McNeil’s two previous arrests and the current one involving Hopton’s death. ‘A-Train Ripper’ identified as Rigoberto Lopez, (crazy black spanic) homeless troll from Brooklyn The suspected “A-Train Ripper” is a 21-year-old homeless man from Brooklyn who confessed to the weekend subway slash spree and has previously been busted at least four times — including for allegedly assaulting a cop and his own father, law-enforcement sources said Sunday. Rigoberto Lopez, who lives in a shelter in Boerum Hill and has battled mental-health issues, was charged with one count of first-degree murder, two counts of second-degree murder and two counts of second-degree attempted murder over his latest alleged crime — the random fatal knifings of a man and woman and the slashing of two other guys, the NYPD said. “I’m not going to get into motive, but what I can tell you is they were all unprovoked attacks. The victims had nothing, didn’t initiate anything,” NYPD Chief Brian McGee, commanding officer of Manhattan North Patrol, told reporters at a briefing Sunday. Lopez, whose past arrests have included an alleged assault on a cop, had previously “been removed to the hospital two times for, I’ll say, mental illness,” McGee said. The suspect was nabbed Saturday while still covered in blood and with the alleged murder weapon, law-enforcement sources have said. Lopez has at least four prior arrests, including for “possession of a controlled substance, criminal contempt and assault,” McGee said. The drug charge stems from an October arrest of an emotionally disturbed person in Manhattan after police allegedly found cocaine on Lopez, law-enforcement sources said. In November 2019, he was charged with hitting an NYPD cop, and in October 2019, he was busted with violating a protective order his father had against him — one month after he allegedly struck his dad with a stick, according to sources. (Vicious soulless black animals) feral fatherless thugs 15 & 17, ‘filmed themselves gang raping woman and beating her to death in park as other despicable degenerate Afro-demons watched’ TWO teenagers are facing homicide charges after a woman was savagely raped and beaten to death by a gang of up to 11 boys. Ee Lee, 36, was relaxing in a park when the teens dragged her under a tree, stripped and abused her in a sickening assault filmed on cell phones, prosecutors say. Kamare Lewis, 17, and Kevin Spencer, 15, each face a charges of first-degree intentional homicide, as party to a crime, and first-degree sexual assault. Ee was found half-naked and barely breathing by a pond at Washington Library Park in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on September 16 last year. She died days later in hospital due to blunt force trauma to her head. Investigators say footage from the area showsa pack of 11 'youths' leaving the park on foot and on bicycles, one being Lewis. A boy who called 911 was actually an associate of Lewis and Spencer who had been seen walking with them, according to a criminal complaint. Prosecutors say the witness later offered up a "detailed statement" alleging Lewis and Spencer beat the woman and forced her to perform sex acts. The witness also claimed to have seen video footage on Lewis' phone, showing the pair hitting Ee as she lay on the ground. Another onlooker described Lewis "hitting her with tree branches and punching her in the face" as Spencer also struck her, court papers allege. The witness told cops: "Spencer told Kamare to put her in the water and Kamare was dragging her to the water." He claimed footage recorded by Lewis was sent to him on Facebook Messenger before he deleted it from his phone. Months later, the boy's mother told police there was further footage on her son's old iPhone. His mom said the video showed "two boys beating a lady" with "a lot of other little kids standing around." She said "you could tell who they were" and explained she originally told her son to delete the video because she believed he was not involved. Another boy whose DNA was found on a bottle at the scene told investigators how Lewis and Spencer targeted the victim at random. "They saw this lady on a blanket in the park... walked up to her to see if she had any money, and started harassing her," he told authorities. He said they then began hitting and kicking her, before dragging her to an area near a tree to assault her further. The boy told the others he "didn't want to be involved and started walking away," resulting in him being hit by a juice bottle thrown by one of the teenagers. Prosecutors said Spencer confessed to this witness that he and Lewis beat and raped Lee. Both of the teens' DNA was found on the victim's body and her denim jacket, according to the criminal complaint. Arizona legislator compares transgender people to farm animals An Arizona state representative is facing an ethics complaint after he compared transgender people to farm animals at a Wednesday committee hearing. The hearing was for House Bill 2725, which would require state identification documents to contain only a male or female gender marker. The bill pre-emptively bans nonbinary people, who are neither exclusively male nor female, from using gender-neutral X markers on their IDs, even though Arizona law doesn’t currently permit that. State Rep. John Fillmore, the bill’s sponsor, said during the hearing that he “proposed this bill just to give clarity in government documents and was hoping to avoid the whole gender identity issue on the gender dysphoria,” according to a video of the hearing. "What’s going to happen when someday someone wakes up and they want to go to a far extreme and identify as a chicken or something, for crying out loud,” he added. “Where do we draw the line?” Gender dysphoria (GD) is the distress a person feels due to a mismatch between their gender identity and their sex "assigned" at birth. The photog was surrounded and struck after one of the marchers recognized him from a BLM protest outside the NYPD’s 6th Precinct house in Greenwich Village last year, according to sources. The agitated protester began yelling, “He’s a cop,” inciting many of his fellow marchers. About a dozen people surrounded the photog, shoving him and beating him with their fists and other objects, sources said. The NYPD confirmed the attack, telling The Post “a member of the media” was assaulted, and police made “a number of arrests.” |

That was when she said she attempted to leave the vehicle but was unable to, police reported. Singletary took the girl to his home, instead, where he raped her, according to authorities. Prior to the incident, police said the girl told them Singletary had been stalking her at work. Singletary was charged with criminal sexual conduct, 1st degree and is being held without bond. |

(Unknown actress) Gina Carano fired from ‘The Mandalorian’ after controversial posts Actress Gina Carano has been booted off “The Mandalorian” after she penned a social media post that compared being a Republican to being Jewish in Nazi Germany. The former MMA fighter — who played Cara Dune in the hit Disney+ show — was also dumped by United Talent Agency (UTA), Variety reported. “Gina Carano is not currently employed by Lucasfilm and there are no plans for her to be in the future,” a Lucasfilm spokesperson said in a statement Wednesday. “Nevertheless, her social media posts denigrating people based on their cultural and religious identities are abhorrent and unacceptable,” the statement continued. Carano faced swift backlash over a since-deleted Instagram post that compared the hatred aimed at people with opposing political views to that of the division in Nazi Germany. “Jews were beaten in the streets, not by Nazi soldiers but by their neighbors…. even by children,” her post stated. “Because history is edited, most people today don’t realize that to get to the point where Nazi soldiers could easily round up thousands of Jews, the government first made their own neighbors hate them simply for being Jews,” her post said. “How is that any different from hating someone for their political views?” she asked. #CancelDisneyPlus trends after Gina Carano fired from ‘The Mandalorian’ “Gina Carano was fired for being conservative.” Carano’s firing ultimately came after a hashtag pushing for her to be dropped had been circulating for months, following earlier posts mocking masks, questioning the election results and using “beep/bop/boop” instead of trans-supportive pronouns. Judge won’t dismiss (Black) murderer's Dayton triple murder case A Montgomery County Judge denied a request to dismiss a case by a man accused of killing three people in Dayton last year. Judge Steven Dankof wrote that, according to Ohio law, it would be wrong for him to consider the state’s evidence before trial and, therefore, a request by the defense for Octavius Lamont Humphrey, 41, has to be denied. “Based on well-developed law, the court must not examine the quality or quantity of the state’s evidence, or lack thereof, to support the indicted charges and must find Mr. Humphrey’s motion without merit,” the decision says. Humphrey’s attorney, Lucas Wilder, argued that there is a lack of evidence in the case and that the judge should dismiss the charges. Humphrey is charged in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court with murder, felonious assault and having weapons under disability. He is accused of killing 45-year-old Dontay Alston of Dayton, 48-year-old Michael A. Jackson of Dayton and 37-year-old Justin Wilson of Wilmington in November at a home on the 2600 block of North Gettysburg Avenue in Dayton. |

(Black) Gun-loving ex-con who led cops on car chase while out on bail facing federal raps A gun-loving convict who led cops on a high-speed car chase while out on bail for a multiple shooting now faces federal charges, prosecutors announced Wednesday. Danari Aiken, 28 an alleged member of the street gang Mac Ballers, was indicted last week in Brooklyn federal court on two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm for which he faces up to 20 years in prison. Aiken allegedly boasted about his gang connections on social media and even posed with what appears to be a fake assault rifle in a photo taken while he was out on bail for the 2018 shootout that injured five. In the snap, Aiken is shown flashing a gang sign as he stands with three pals, who are also clutching weapons, inside what appears to be a room outfitted to look like a bank vault, court papers allege. During the Dec. 8, 2018, gunfight outside the Rose Lounge in Queens, Aiken allegedly aimed his Glock 19 pistol at a rival from two feet away and squeezed off multiple shots — missing his target. His foe returned fire with equal imprecision — and five bystanders were struck and injured. Aiken was on probation at the time for a 2015 firearms conviction. |

QUEER FAGGOT Bucks County School Bus Driver, John Michael Evans, Pleads Guilty To HOMO-Sexually Abusing 2 Teen Boys PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A Bucks County school bus driver plead guilty to sexually abusing two teen boys, including a foster child who was in his care. John Michael Evans, 40, of Tullytown, pleaded guilty to two counts of involuntary deviated sexual intercourse and one count of sex trafficking of a minor. Police say Evans abused the two boys separately and repeatedly between January 2017 and June 2020, when the more recent victim reported the abuse to Tullytown police. Evans began abusing the foster child in April 2020 shortly after the boy, who was 16 at the time, was placed in his care. The victim reportedly told police abuse happened “several times a week, too many times to count.” Evans also had nude photos of the boy and would arrange sexual encounters with other men in which he included the boy, according to Deputy District Attorney Mary Kate Kohler. The boy said Evans would give him alcohol and marijuana before and after the abuse. Evans told the boy about the previous victim and that no one believed the first victim and no one would believe him if he reported the abuse. That victim, now 17, reported to police that Evans sexually assaulted him on numerous occasions. Charges were filed as a result of a renewed investigation. Prior to the charges, Evans worked as a school bus driver for the Pennsbury and Bristol Township School Districts. China-boy Biden Reversal of Trump-era Rule Targeting Chinese 'Propaganda' on Campuses will make his masters in Beijing pass out 'good fortune' cookies Senator Tom Cotton of Arkansas has joined the list of Republicans condemning the Biden administration for withdrawing a rule that required campuses to disclose links to Chinese cultural programs accused of promoting propaganda. The Confucius Institute U.S. Center facilitates Chinese language and cultural courses in around 500 K-12 schools and 65 colleges across the country. China hawks in the U.S. have long accused the programs of being a tool of the Chinese Communist Party, pointing to the institute's links to the Hanban organisation, which is affiliated with Beijing's Ministry of Education. On December 31, 2020, the Trump administration submitted a proposed rule to the Department of Homeland Security that would have required American educational establishments to disclose links with Confucius Institutes. The rule would also apply to other cultural institutes or student groups funded directly or indirectly by China. On January 26, less than one week into the Biden administration, the policy was revoked, Campus Reform reported. It cited a spokesperson from Immigration and Customs Enforcement and records from the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. The move sparked accusations from some GOP lawmakers that this would allow Beijing to push propaganda unchecked in American schools and universities. In a statement, Sen. Cotton described the Confucius Institutes as "front groups for the Chinese Communist Party." "The federal government ought to shut down these regime-run institutes or, at a minimum, require colleges to disclose their secret agreements with them," the Arkansas senator said. "Instead, the Biden administration is allowing a foreign influence operation to continue in the shadows." Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) said in a statement thatthe move "emboldens the Chinese Communist Party" and would help "fuel the propaganda of America's number one adversary." Rep. Rick Allen (R-GA) tweeted: "The Chinese Community Party's influence on America's education system is a national security threat, and we must require academic institutions to be transparent about their ties." Rep. Kevin McCarthy of California, the House minority leader, said the administration's decision was "rewarding China by allowing their propaganda to infiltrate our college campuses." Last year, the then Secretary of State Mike Pompeo declared the Confucius Institutes a "foreign mission" of China, describing them as part of the Communist Party's "global influence and propaganda apparatus." Other critics include the non-profit Athenai Institute (Action to Halt the Expansion of Neo-Authoritarian Influence), which says the institute has pressured host universities to censor politically sensitive speeches. (Unknown Black basketballer) SENTENCED TO 120 DAYS IN JAIL ... After Bizarre Gun Incident Minnesota Timberwolves star Malik Beasley was just sentenced to 120 days in jail -- and banned from owning guns for life -- this after he pled guilty to felony threats for pointing a firearm at a family during a bizarre incident back in September. Prosecutors in Hennepin County, Minn. say Beasley's Plymouth house was accidentally put on a "Parade of Homes" list in the fall -- which is essentially a tourist guide for impressive mansions in the area. The list caused vehicle traffic around Beasley's home to increase -- which really pissed him off, prosecutors say. Officials say on Sept. 26, Beasley got so frustrated that he walked toward a visiting car that was near the end of his driveway and pointed a gun at it. Prosecutors say he then ordered the family inside the ride to scram. 24-year-old Beasley -- who cops say was also in possession of marijuana at the time -- was later arrested ... and ultimately charged with felony threats of violence and felony drug possession. |
(Black)Akron man sent to prison for rape, kidnapping of teens AKRON, Ohio — A man who raped a teen girl then ended up holding three teens hostage during a standoff with police was sentenced to prison Monday after pleading guilty to multiple felony charges. Craig Stubbs, 34, of Akron, was sentenced to 18 to 22 years in prison by Summit County Common Pleas Court Judge Susan Baker Ross. Ross also designated Stubbs a Tier III sex offender, meaning he will have to register with the local sheriff every 90 days for the rest of his life following his release from prison. According to prosecutors, in October 2019 Stubbs was out of jail on bond on a burglary charge when he went back to the home he was accused of burglarizing. Stubbs cut off an ankle monitor before going to the home. Three teens were in the home when Stubbs arrived. Prosecutors say Stubbs threatened to kill the teens and would not allow them to leave. He then raped one of the teens, a girl that he knew, prosecutors say. Police arrived and Stubbs ended up in a standoff. One of the teens managed to escape, and the other teens were able to get out of the house when Stubbs barricaded himself in a room, prosecutors say. Stubbs eventually was arrested by police. |
(Black) Eureka pimp’s rape trial may still include trafficking charge The trial for a Eureka man accused of multiple counts of raping a minor is set to begin and may still include a human trafficking charge that was dismissed following the preliminary hearing. The trial for David Anderson II, who is facing multiple charges of raping a 16-year-old girl between Nov. 7 and Nov. 8, 2018, was allowed to move forward with jury selection on Monday after the defendant in another trial pleaded guilty. COVID-19 health and safety protocols only allow for one jury trial to proceed at a time because of space limitations. Before the trial can move forward, attorneys need to address a motion to dismiss a human trafficking charge that was dropped following the preliminary hearing. At that time, defense attorney Michael Acosta said the basis for the charge was Anderson’s consumption of Black media that exalts pimping. It appeared the charge was reinstated, though it’s unclear when, since Acosta was seeking to have it dismissed ahead of the trial. Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads, who was unavailable for comment by publication time, indicated at a prior hearing that she would seek to have the charge reinstated. During the preliminary hearing, a detective said the victim relayed how Anderson told her it was all right that she was under 18 “because people like the young ones” and he could make a lot of money off of her. |

Sacramento, California mayor condemns (anti-Semitic) ANTIFA DOMESTIC TERRORISTS who vandalized his home Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg is condemning a group of protesters who he says vandalized his property, destroyed a cherished homemade piece of art, threw rocks at his front door, and repeatedly shouted his children's names. "This was not protest. This was anarchy," Steinberg said in a statement. "You want to challenge me, challenge me at City Hall. Challenge me in the community. Challenge me at the ballot box." According to a news release by the Sacramento Police Department, over 80 officers monitored a planned demonstration on Saturday evening of approximately 50 people that gathered at Frank Seymour Park in South Sacramento. Most of the terrorists were dressed in all black, wearing helmets and armor, and some were carrying shields. Police said the demonstrators then marched to Steinberg's private residence, where they began to vandalize the property, throw rocks, steal security cameras and destroy light fixtures. In addition, they barricaded the front door and gate to the residence with landscaping debris that was removed from the yard. After police moved in to disperse the crowd, protesters left the residence and began to march down nearby streets. As they marched, the protesters pulled garbage cans and other items into the road. The officers then declared the protest an "unlawful assembly," and the protesters left the area. "This was not a protest-it was a crime," Sacramento Police chief Daniel Hahn tweeted. "Local officials, and their families, should not be subject to criminal acts at their personal homes (or anywhere else). If we can ID suspects, arrests will be made." Demonic Democrat Trump SHOW TRIAL Kangaroo Kourt Kabuki Half-time Extravaganza |
What is a 'Kangaroo Court'? A kangaroo court is a court that ignores recognized standards of law or justice and often carries little or no official standing in the territory within which it resides. A kangaroo court may ignore due process and come to a predetermined conclusion. What is a 'SHOW TRIAL'? A show trial is a public trial in which the judicial authorities have already determined the guilt, and/or innocence, of the defendant. The actual trial has as its only goal the presentation of both the accusation and the verdict to the public so they will serve as both an impressive example and a warning to other would-be dissidents or transgressors What is Japanese Kabuki theater? Kabuki is a classical Japanese dance-drama. Kabuki theatre is known for the stylization of its drama, the often-glamorous costumes worn by performers, and for the elaborate kumadori make-up worn by some of its performers. Trump lawyer David Schoen says Democrats impeachment trial will ‘tear this country apart’ “A great many Americans see this process for exactly what it is: A chance by a group of partisan politicians seeking to eliminate Donald Trump from the American political scene and seeking to disenfranchise 74 million plus American voters and those who dare to share their political beliefs and vision of America. They hated the results of the 2016 election and want to use this impeachment process to further their political agenda,” he argued. “These elitists have mock them for four years. They’ve called their fellow Americans who believe in their country and their Constitution ‘deplorables’ and the latest talk is that they need to ‘deprogram’ those who supported Donald Trump and the Grand Old Party.” |

Italian Ex-cop jailed in Haitian migrant broomstick assault denied ‘compassionate’ release
Disgraced former NYPD cop Justin Volpe, jailed in the brutal 1997 stationhouse broomstick assault on Haitian immigrant Abner "Spoook on a Stick" Louima, was denied a plea for compassionate release from prison Monday. Volpe, 48, was sentenced to more than 21 years in prison in 1999 for the shocking attack inside the 70th Precinct stationhouse in Brooklyn. Volpe was convicted of using a broomstick to sodomize Louima, perforating his rectum and bladder, following Louima’s arrest when cops broke up a rowdy party on Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn on Aug. 9, 1997. In a hand-written plea for release, Volpe in December said he had tested positive for COVID-19 while behind bars, and he wanted to be with his ailing mother. “I do not seek to evade just punishment for my crime,” he wrote. “I have served the overwhelming majority of my sentence. After 21 plus years in prison, it is my family who is being punsihed more.” “I respectfully ask for your consideration to have the ability to help my dear 76-year-old mother (Grace) who is a widow and needs physical and emotional help, as well as my loyal wife (Caroline) who meets all the demands of a household all on her own during these trying and uncertain times,” Volpe wrote. |

Anchorage Assemblymember Allard defends “FUHRER” and “3REICH” license plates On Sunday, Anchorage Assemblymember and Alaska State Commission for Human Rights Commissioner Jamie Allard defended Alaska vanity license plates “FUHRER” and “3REICH,” arguing on Facebook that the words are innocuous translations of German terms for “leader or guide” and “realm.” The word Fürher is strongly associated with Adolf Hitler, who served as Führer of Germany from 1934 to the end of World War II in 1945, and who presided over the Holocaust. The term “Third Reich” was the Nazi Party’s official designation for its fascist regime. Both terms are heavily incorporated into 'alleged' neo-Nazi and white supremacist subcultures in the United States and abroad. The situation leading to Allard’s comments began on Friday, when prolific Alaska Twitter user Libby Bakalar posted a photo of the “3REICH” license plate and requested that someone file a complaint. Shortly thereafter, Representative Sara Hannan (D – Juneau) replied that she had initiated a complaint and had inquired about why the plate has been approved by the Alaska DMV. |
Italian-Americans say CUNY must uphold their affirmative action status [NNN forum thread:] Wops say CUNY must uphold their affirmative action status Dago activists are demanding that the City University of New York reaffirm its decades-old pledge to give the group preferential treatment in staff recruitment, hiring and promotions. The Italian American Legal Defense and Higher Education Fund is accusing CUNY officials of failing to honor a settlement that treats Italian-Americans as a disadvantaged group — and grants them affirmative action status in staff hiring and promotion decisions. CUNY is believed to be the only higher education institution in the country giving special consideration to Greaseballs for employment purposes. “CUNY is not a welcoming institution to Guineas,” said Joseph Scelsa, president of the Italian-American legal group, founder and president of the Italian-American Museum and former head of CUNY’s John Calandra Italian-American Institute. In a Dec. 29 letter to CUNY Chancellor Felix Matos Rodriguez, the secretary of the group, claimed the number of Italian-Americans at CUNY was already “unacceptably low.” “We expect equal treatment with other affirmative action categories,” Santi Buscemi wrote. In the letter, Buscemi asks Matos Rodriguez to issue a pledge reaffirming CUNY and its college presidents’ support of “affirmative action for Italian-Americans.” The group said the CUNY chancellor has still not responded to their letter. |
