(Black) Man wanted on elder abuse charges, accused of tying up boarding home resident HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Houston police are searching for an unlicensed caretaker accused of tying a boarding home resident to a chair so tightly it caused an infection that caused his death. John Grant, 56, is charged with injury to an elderly individual. According to court documents, he physically abused 65-year-old Clifton Barber in May 2020 at an unlicensed boarding home in the 5800 block of Schevers in southeast Houston. After Barber got sick, another unlicensed caretaker took him to Ben Taub Hospital, where he died. "I was in the room when he passed away," said Farrell Gotch, Barber's brother. "His arm was swollen and his leg was swollen. He was abused." An autopsy report showed Barber had injuries that were consistent with being tied at his wrists, as well as blunt force injuries. The report says Barber ultimately died from sepsis from an infection on his wrist. "He tied him down basically so hard, an infection occurred in his wrist and spread throughout his blood ultimately causing his death," explained Kristina Roberts, chief prosecutor of elder abuse and financial exploitation at the Harris County District Attorney's Office. "That's sad. It's inhumane. It's not even conscionable," said Gotch. The unlicensed caretaker, who took Barber to the hospital, told authorities Barber was not feeling well a few days before his passing and recalled seeing "a bump, which appeared like a tiny bite mark on Barber's forearm." He said another person by the name of "John" resided at the unlicensed boarding home. |

China's push to control Americans' health care future U.S. officials say the Chinese government is trying to collect Americans' DNA, and they believe a recent offer from a Chinese company for assistance in COVID-19 testing was suspicious. Jon Wertheim reports. For all the polarization that grips Washington, here's a source of rare consensus: the emerging threat of China's push to acquire our health care data, including the DNA of American citizens. U.S. officials tell us the communist regime's aggressive collection of our most personal information presents a danger both to national security and our economy. As alarm bells ring across agencies, parties, and presidential administrations, different branches of government have taken action over the past year to stem the tide of our medical data flowing to China. The quest to control our biodata โ and, in turn, control health care's future โ has become the new space race, with more than national pride in the balance. Our investigation begins with an unsolicited and surprising proposal that came from overseas at the onset of the COVID crisis. |

(Black) Suspect pleads guilty to raping woman at gunpoint, sentenced to 198 years ELMORE COUNTY, AL (WSFA) - Terrance Devonte Cobb, 22 will likely spend the remainder of his UNproductive life in state prison. Monday he was scheduled to stand trial for first degree rape, sodomy, kidnapping and shooting into an occupied vehicle. As attorneys worked to strike a jury, Cobb unexpectedly agreed to enter a blind plea. A blind plea agreement does not include sentencing recommendations or dropped charges like most typical plea agreements. Chief Deputy District Attorney CJ Robinson said if the trial had gone forward, prosecutors would have introduced what he described as โoverwhelming evidenceโ to put Cobb at the scene of the crime where he reportedly raped and sodomized a 68-year-old woman after his car collided with hers in Tallassee in early 2019. After the wreck, Robinson said Cobb shot into the victimโs vehicle with a stolen gun and forced her to drive to another location where the sexual assault occurred. That firearm was recovered from Cobbโs house during a search warrant. A ballistic report found the holes in the victimโs vehicle directly matched the gun. Robinson acknowledged the state was also prepared to admit forensic evidence from the victimโs rape exam, which matched Cobbโs DNA profile. Additionally, investigators uncovered money from the victimโs stolen purse in Cobbโs bedroom and her AARP card in his pants pocket. โWe had ballistic evidence, we had forensic evidence, we had direct evidence and circumstantial evidence,โ Robinson added. โWe also had a threat from when [Cobb] was in court previously when he said he should have just killed her.โ Immediately after Cobb entered a blind plea agreement, Circuit Judge Bill Lewis handed down a combined 198-year sentence for the five felony counts. Cobb was sentenced to 99 years for first degree rape and 99 years for first degree sodomy, which will be served consecutively or back to back. Lewis also imposed a 99-year sentence for first degree robbery, a 30-year sentence for second degree kidnapping and a 30-year sentence for shooting into an occupied vehicle. Those sentences will be served concurrently, or at the same time as the 99-year sodomy sentence. The Domestic Terrorism Act Boils Down to State Prosecution of White People for False Sedition
A very horrendous bill was introduced recently in Congress called the โDomestic Terrorism Prevention Act of 2021.โ The irony of this bill title is that it is not about preventing terrorism; it is about legalizing terrorism by the state against the citizenry. It would be more appropriately titled the U.S. Government Terrorism Authorization Act of 2021. The FBI spent 80 years CREATING domestic terrorism; now they will target 80 million voters by labeling them terrorists, too A study by the Center on National Security at Fordham Law School unveiled the FBIโs pervasive role inciting domestic terror. The study investigated 138 domestic terror incidents in the US between 2001 and 2012. Every single one of these incidents involved FBI informants. The informants did not simply observe the terror, nor did they try to thwart it. Instead, the informants played a leading role in carrying out the terror plots. They helped plan the terror and supplied collaborators with weapons. The FBI informants gave instructions and even went as far as recruiting Islamic terrorists. It turns out that โterrorismโ is rarely a naturally occurring, self-organized plot. Instead, terrorism is often executed because it is incited, aided and abetted by federal law enforcement agencies. (Black) Darby School Security Guard LโToray Hill Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Student At Day Care, School DARBY, Pa. (CBS) โ Prosecutors in Delaware County have busted a Darby school security guard on charges of sexual assault of a student. They believe a pattern is developing, where the COVID-19 pandemic and school closures are driving an increase in predators seeking out children. Hill would refer to her as โhis wife and his girl,โ according to court documents first obtained by CBS3. Prosecutors say his control over her would only intensify. โWhat we find in a lot of child predator cases are the individual puts a lot of time and effort into building that relationship of trust to get that child to do what the child knows in their heart is wrong,โ said Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer. Court papers indicate the relationship became sexual when the accuser turned 14. At 16, she now worked at a local day care center where Hill was a camp counselor. Detectives say he molested her on a trip back from the shore. An affidavit claims he told the girl, โI kept my distance until it was time, when you were older, then I would feel comfortable enough to tell you how I feel.โ In July 2017, prosecutors say the two engaged in sexual intercourse inside the day care and even a school. โThere is evidence that it took place in a school building, in the defendantโs home, and in a relativeโs home of the defendant as well,โ Stollsteimer said. Accused LESBO-homo pedophile Malka Leifer finally facing justice after extradition from Israel Israeli authorities extradited a woman to Australia this week where she's facing 74 counts of rape and child sexual abuse. Malka Leifer is alleged to have committed the crimes while she was the principal at a Jewish girls' school in Melbourne between 2004 to 2008. "The victims are absolutely relieved and are ecstatic to achieve their goal," Manny Waks, CEO of VoiCSA, an Israel-based organization dedicated to combating child sexual abuse in the global Jewish community, who is working with Leifer's victims, told CBS News. "But let's not forget that this is just start of it. Now their case really begins in Australia." Israel has become a haven for Jewish sex offenders around the world. A CBS News investigation last year found the problem is widespread. Bringing the wanted to men and women to justice can be difficult, as they often exploit a process called Law of Return, whereby any Jewish person can move to Israel and automatically gain citizenship. Since Aaronson started tracking accused pedophiles, she says more than 60 have fled from the United States to Israel. She says that because her organization is small and has limited resources, the actual number is likely much larger. Brave survivors of alleged predator principal win right to be heard Three alleged child abuse victims of an ultra-orthodox Jewish school principal have won the right to speak about their experiences. Dassi Erlich, Elly Sapper and Nicole Meyer on Wednesday won a fight to tell the world what they allegedly suffered at the hands of their former school principal Malka Leifer at Melbourneโs Adass Israel Girls School in the 2000s. Mrs Leifer is facing 74 charges of sexual abuse against the three former students, but she travelled to Israel before her case could be heard in court. An extradition attempt to bring her back to Australia, so she can answer for her alleged abuse, has dragged on for six years. |

Husband of woman murdered by ILLEGAL ALIEN sues City of Albuquerque over immigration policy ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.- A new lawsuit blames a city ordinance for officers not acting sooner, potentially preventing the murder of Jacqueline Vigil. โI feel like my wife today could be alive if they would have acted on so much evidence they had against this individual and turned him in to immigration,โ said Sam Vigil, Jacqueline's husband. โI think my wife would be talking to me today.โ A new lawsuit blames the City of Albuquerque for a tragedy it says could have been prevented. The main suspect in Jacqueline's murder, Luis Talamantes-Romero, was a known criminal who was in this country illegally. He has a lengthy criminal history. According to the lawsuit, Talamantes-Romero had been deported but came back to the U.S. a few months before Vigil's murder. He was identified as a suspect in a robbery. โThat alone should have triggered a phone call, or an email to federal law enforcement even if APD needed more time to perfect their investigation all they had to do was โheโs backโ thatโs all it would have took,โ said attorney Robert Gorence, who is one of the lawyers representing Sam Vigil. โIt never happened because of a city policy.โ Robert Gorence and Jason Bowles are representing Sam Vigil in a lawsuit, taking aim at that city policy that declared Albuquerque a Sanctuary City in 2018. It essentially protects the immigration status of someone living here. They believe thatโs why federal authorities were not notified Talamantes-Romero was back in Albuquerque. (Black) Murder conviction affirmed, but case returning to trial court to correct double jeopardy issue
ANN ARBOR, MI โ A man convicted of both felony murder and second-degree murder for the same killing will be returning to trial court to correct a clear violation of the double jeopardy rule. The Michigan Court of Appeals issued an opinion Thursday, Jan. 21, affirming the conviction of Darrick Duffin who was found guilty May 24, 2019, on one count each first-degree felony murder, felony-firearm and felon-in-possession of a firearm. He was also convicted of one count of second-degree murder which was incorrectly merged into the felony murder charge, leading the case to be returned to correct the issue by simply vacating the lesser charge. โThe trial court appears to have properly recognized that a conviction of first-degree felony murder and a conviction of second-degree murder for the death of a single victim violates double jeopardy, as shown by its โmergerโ of defendantโs two murder convictions,โ the court wrote. โHowever, the trial court erred because the correct remedy is to vacate the lesser murder conviction.โ Duffin was found guilty of slaying Nina Battle, 32, following a bench trial before Washtenaw County Trial Judge Carol Kuhnke |

Philladelphia police protest that SOROS funded District Attorney Krasner let out black killer The murder of 25-year-old Temple University graduate, Milan Loncar "lies solely on the lap" of District Attorney Larry Krasner, Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police President John McNesby told "Fox and Friends" Friday. "If he did his job, in his office, what he was elected to do, some of the [crimes] would stop," McNesby said. Police said Josephus Davis is one out of two suspects who were seen on surveillance video approaching Loncar while he was walking his dog on Jan 13. Loncar was allegedly patted down and shot in the city's Brewerytown area, according to FOX 29 in Philadelphia. "This goes right to the common theme of our district attorney here in Philadelphia. His โcatch and releaseโ program, heโs experimenting with since 2017, is not working. Just this month we have 85 people shot in the City of Philadelphia, 12 of those were under the age of 18. Weโre leading the league, unfortunately, in murders this month alone, we have over 30," the Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police president said. McNesby went on to say District Attorney Krasner shows a "lack of effort" when it comes to people committing street crimes. "There is no fear of repercussion in the City of Philadelphia. [Criminals] know they are going to get out and [Krasner] wonโt do anything to them. It is a shame and hopefully, we can get him out of office and stop all this," McNesby said. The homicide rate in Philadelphia has increasingly surged over the years. The Philadelphia Police Department reported 315 homicides in 2017 and it has spiked to nearly 500 cases in 2020. McNesby said thereโs a "long list" of crimes that continue to reoccur in the City of Philadelphia and District Attorney Krasner always blames everyone but himself. The Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police president said thereโs a move to vote Krasner out in May of 2021. |

Siding with defense, federal judge sentences (Black) heroin addict who fired gun at building full of children to only 11.5 years SAN FRANCISCO โ A Patterson man who, in 2019, fired a shot into a building full of children rehearsing for a play, was sentenced to 11-and-a-half years in federal prison in a Thursday afternoon court hearing. While the sentence was lengthy, it was technically a victory for the defense; prosecutors argued the defendant, 40-year-old Jontae Sandifer, should have received more than 21 years in federal prison. But after hearing from Sandifer and his attorney, U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria agreed to the defense request for an 11-and-a-half-year sentence for the federal charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm. โI know Iโve made some very bad choices and decisions that landed me here, but that is not who I am as a person,โ Sandifer said in court Thursday, after his attorney argued he was heavily addicted to heroin at the time of the shooting. I am now trying to break those chains of addiction.โ SFPD Tenderloin - Aug 13, 2019 - Overnight Tenderloin Officers responding to a call of shots fired near GG/Leavenworth arrested Jontae Carlos Sandifer, 38 of Patterson CA. Smith was charged in November 2018 with murder in the May 15, 2009, shooting of Jeremiah Higgins, 27, at Canden Apartments in Portage. Counterintelligence official warns incoming Biden White House of threat from China A national counterintelligence official warned President-elect Joe Biden that China poses a โmore severeโ threat to the country than any other American foe and that it will represent one of his administrationโs โbiggest challenges.โ โFrom a threat perspective, Russia is a significant adversary particularly with regard to cyber intrusions, malign influence, and sowing discord in our democracy,โ Bill Evanina, director of the National Counterintelligence and Security Center, told Fox News. โHowever, no country poses a broader, more severe intelligence collection threat to America than China.โ Chinaโs campaign to influence foreign countries extends from collecting data, to economic espionage, to trying to affect the supply chain and infrastructure โ efforts that have been intensifying in recent years. โSpecifically, in the last year, with respect to the death of George Floyd, COVID, the vaccine, the election process โ we saw foreign adversaries, including China, working diligently to expose and amplify discourse in the U.S.,โ Evanina said, โnoting how the Chinese Communist Party has ramped up its media presence to โcontinue to stoke the fire and sow discourse in America.โ Are the Biden's corrupt crime family's dealings with the Chinese Communist Conspiracy a great security threat to most Americans? |
U.S. Senate Republican leader McConnell says Trump 'provoked' Jan. 6 riot WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell on Tuesday accused President Donald Trump, a fellow Republican, of provoking the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol. โThe mob was fed lies. They were provoked by the president and other powerful people,โ McConnell said in a speech on the Senate floor. ****************************************************** U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has outed himself as a RINO taking the false propaganda narrative of the Democrat-socialist party under the influence of the Chinese Communist Conspiracty ****************************************************** Mitch McConnell's Chinese Wife Elaine Chao Financially Tied to the Chinese Government Breitbart News senior contributor Peter Schweizer on Sunday detailed how Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and his wife Elaine Chao are financially tied to the Chinese Communist Party. Schweizer said on Fox News Channelโs โThe Next Revolutionโ that McConnellโs โposition on China has softened over the years,โ which he argued is due to the growing relationship between the Chinese government and the Chaoโs company. โReally, it goes to the fact that Mitch McConnell and Elaine Chao, his wife, are financially tied to the Chinese government,โ Schweizer outlined. โAnd it comes through the shipbuilding company that Elaine Chaoโs family owns. That relationship was forged in December of 1993 when James Chao, Elaine Chaoโs father, Elaine Chao, and the new son-in-law, Senator Mitch McConnell, visited Beijing, China, at the invitation of the China state shipbuilding corporation. This was a coup to Beijing because Tiananmen square had happened just four years earlier. Very few high officials went there. The result of that meeting and the deals that followed is that today the Chinese government finances the construction of the ships for the shipbuilding company, they build the ships, they provide the crews for the ship, and they provide the cargo for the ship. So, the Chinese government could pull the plug tomorrow on this business. And the reason theyโre doing business with them, letโs make it clear, is because Mitch McConnell is a very powerful figure in Washington, D.C. And the problem is, Steve, that his position on China has softened over the years the closer that this commercial relationship has become, and heโs a direct beneficiary of what this business does.โ According to Schweizer, this is the โstrategyโ of the Chinese government across the globe. โThey seek out political elites and give them commercial deals,โ Schweizer stated. โThey are wedded to the Chinese,โ he added. โThey donโt want to anger the Chinese because they could destroy their families financially.โ |

Brother of leftist who stormed U.S. Capitol says hundreds of Antifa members started the riot For weeks now, since the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol Building โ and thatโs what it was, a riot, not an โinsurrectionโ that was โincitedโ by President Donald Trump โ supporters of the commander-in-chief have been scratching their heads. Why? Because while undoubtedly some of his supporters did breach the Capitol Building, rioting is so very uncharacteristic of his voters and supporters. For the past four-plus years, in fact, itโs been the far left, the anarchists, and the Black Lives Matter thugs who have rioted all across the country. Last summer, as the COVID-19 pandemic deepened, rioting became a way of life for tens of thousands of Americans. But there were no riots tied to Trump voters and supporters. There were a lot of rallies that were well-attended by the presidentโs backers. But none of them resulted in riots. Indeed, Trump supporters were often the victims of attacks by deranged leftists โ all of which goes back to the initial point that rioting by Trump supporters just doesโt make any sense. It is so out of character. Why, then, the U.S. Capitol? Why now? It appears as though that riot was instigated by more than 200 Antifa backers, according to the brother of one of them โ John Sullivan, a veteran rioter who was already facing charges for engaging in violence during a Salt Lake City protest last summer. |

Suit Filed Against San Joseโs Valley Christian High, (Black) Former Basketball Coach Over Sexual Abuse SAN JOSE (CBS SF) โ A one-time student at San Joseโs Valley Christian High on Tuesday announced a lawsuit against her former basketball coach and the school itself over sexual abuse that took place over 15 years ago. Gregory Marshall, who served at the schoolโs basketball coach, was arrested following an investigation into his time teaching at Valley Christian High School in 2004 and 2005. Police said Marshall sexually assaulted two victims, who were both members of the basketball team he coached, in his classroom. Marshall was a track and basketball coach at Valley High when the allegations surfaced. A Valley High spokesperson said it was school staff who notified police of the alleged sexual assault in late 2006. At the time, school officials said they knew of only one victim and sent parents a letter explaining Marshall had been put on paid leave pending the investigation. However, due of lack of evidence, that case went nowhere. At the virtual press conference Tuesday morning, two now-adult victims spoke about their sexual abuse by Marshall. The suit is being filed by abuse victim Allison Brown against Marshall and the school. But fellow victim Tracey Walker, who said her abuse by the coach started when she was only 13, also appeared at the press conference, giving a statement on her experience in solidarity with Brown. |

Donโt Fall For The Establishmentโs Tall Tales. There Was No โViolent Assault on the Capitolโ and There is Abundant Evidence of Electoral Fraud In this important column I provide you with evidence that there was no assault on the Capitol, and I provide you with so much evidence that there was massive electoral fraud that it will take you all weekend to go through the evidence. Think intelligently. The rally for Trump on January 6 was massive, which is why the presstitutes did not show it to you. No other politician anywhere in the Western World could produce such a turnout of support. For the rest of the politicians in the West, such a turnout would be in opposition like the long-lived โyellow vestโ protest in France and the massive protests in Germany against the Covid restrictions. Here was the situation on January 6, 2021. Members have applied rules that require the House and Senate to listen to the evidence of election fraud. As Lew Rockwell points out, this means the public would also hear the evidence for the first time. https://www.lewrockwell.com/2021/01/lew-rockwell/the-truth-about-january-6-and-where-we-should-go-from-here/ The evidence will show enormous fraud in the swing states where the election was stolen. Regardless of the evidence, everyone suspects Biden is going to be found the winner, because that is what the Establishment demands and has the means to enforce with media, Antifa, and BLM as threats to be unleashed and campaign contributions to cut off`. Large majorities of both parties would prefer not to see the evidence than to have to vote against the evidence. The situation is pregnant with glory for Trump. Congress is putting him out of office in the face of a massive demonstration from 50 states in support of Trump. The Establishment cannot possibly allow this. The massive support empowers Trump and his supporters as forces for democracy against a corrupt and self-serving Establishment, which is the last thing the Establishment wants and can tolerate. Trump must leave office discredited and blackened and his supporters must be demonized as โMAGA terroristsโ and โenemies of democracy.โ This was easily achieved. Such a large and unorganized rally is easy to infiltrate and to lead into a staged โviolent assault on the Capitol.โ [continues at link] |
