Gregory Marshall, who served at the schoolβs basketball coach, was arrested following an investigation into his time teaching at Valley Christian High School in 2004 and 2005. Police said Marshall sexually assaulted two victims, who were both members of the basketball team he coached, in his classroom. Marshall was a track and basketball coach at Valley High when the allegations surfaced. A Valley High spokesperson said it was school staff who notified police of the alleged sexual assault in late 2006. At the time, school officials said they knew of only one victim and sent parents a letter explaining Marshall had been put on paid leave pending the investigation. However, due of lack of evidence, that case went nowhere. At the virtual press conference Tuesday morning, two now-adult victims spoke about their sexual abuse by Marshall. The suit is being filed by abuse victim Allison Brown against Marshall and the school. Donβt Fall For The Establishmentβs Tall Tales. There Was No βViolent Assault on the Capitolβ and There is Abundant Evidence of Electoral Fraud In this important column I provide you with evidence that there was no assault on the Capitol, and I provide you with so much evidence that there was massive electoral fraud that it will take you all weekend to go through the evidence. Think intelligently. The rally for Trump on January 6 was massive, which is why the presstitutes did not show it to you. No other politician anywhere in the Western World could produce such a turnout of support. For the rest of the politicians in the West, such a turnout would be in opposition like the long-lived βyellow vestβ protest in France and the massive protests in Germany against the Covid restrictions. Here was the situation on January 6, 2021. Members have applied rules that require the House and Senate to listen to the evidence of election fraud. As Lew Rockwell points out, this means the public would also hear the evidence for the first time. https://www.lewrockwell.com/2021/01/lew-rockwell/the-truth-about-january-6-and-where-we-should-go-from-here/ The evidence will show enormous fraud in the swing states where the election was stolen. Regardless of the evidence, everyone suspects Biden is going to be found the winner, because that is what the Establishment demands and has the means to enforce with media, Antifa, and BLM as threats to be unleashed and campaign contributions to cut off`. Large majorities of both parties would prefer not to see the evidence than to have to vote against the evidence. The situation is pregnant with glory for Trump. Congress is putting him out of office in the face of a massive demonstration from 50 states in support of Trump. The Establishment cannot possibly allow this. The massive support empowers Trump and his supporters as forces for democracy against a corrupt and self-serving Establishment, which is the last thing the Establishment wants and can tolerate. Trump must leave office discredited and blackened and his supporters must be demonized as βMAGA terroristsβ and βenemies of democracy.β This was easily achieved. Such a large and unorganized rally is easy to infiltrate and to lead into a staged βviolent assault on the Capitol.β [continues at link] |

Plano police: DNA evidence connects (Black) man to 2011 sexual assault case, may be connected to several others PLANO, Texas β Plano police have made an arrest in a 10-year-old sexual assault case. Moreover, the arrest could be a big break in a series of rape cases where the suspect targeted Black sorority alums, officials say. Jeffery Lemor Wheat, 48, was arrested on a felony warrant in Crawford County, Arkansas and picked up by Arkansas police on Jan. 11. Wheat has been transferred back to Texas and is currently being held in the Collin County Detention Center on a $500,000 bond. The Plano Police Department said Wheat will face a felony sexual assault charge from an incident that took place in April 2011. According to arrest documents, Wheat was identified using DNA evidence found at the crime scene. In the April 2011 Plano case, officers made contact with a woman who claimed she was sexually assaulted in her bedroom. The victim told detectives at the time the "suspect knew the victim's name and used it." There was blood on the pillowcase of the victim's bed from when the victim bit the suspect's hand. Several days after the incident, the victim received a phone call from the suspect on her cellphone apologizing for the assault. Detectives traced that call to a payphone at a Chevron Food Mart. Detectives were then able to get video of the suspect from the side of the store. According to arrest documents, the victim of the sexual assault confirmed to detectives that that the man seen on the surveillance tape was the assailant. Months later, Plano police received a crime bulletin from Coppell police about a similar sexual assault that happened in September 2011. A vaginal swab was taken from the Coppell incident using a sex assault exam kit. Detectives compared the DNA from the blood in the Plano case and semen from the Coppell case and determined it was from the same man, according the arrest affidavit. Another crime bulletin from the Corinth Police Department detailed a similar sexual assault that occurred in their city in October 2011. In 2003, Arlington also had a sexual assault case and the DNA collected from that scene matched the three 2011 offenses to one man, the affidavit said. According to the affidavit, Plano police contacted with Wheat's ex-wife in November 2020. She confirmed that Wheat was the person in the 2011 surveillance video calling to apologize for the Plano assault. All four of the victims were Black women in their mid-50s and mid-60s and belonged to the sorority Delta Sigma Theta, arrest documents say. BLACK-ON-WHITE: Arrest made in New Year's Day homicide LOUISVILLE, Ky (WDRB) -- A man has been arrested in connection to the New Year's Day homicide in Shively. Investigators say Stephen Lovingood and another man entered Jennifer Whittaker's Shively home just after 5:30 a.m. on New Year's Day. According to the arrest warrant, Lovingood woke Whittaker up and said "Auntie, happy new year this is for my brother" before shooting her. The coroner said Whittaker died of multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the home. Police also say an accomplice held a gun to the head of another man in the home and tried to shoot him, but the gun did not fire. According to court records, that accomplice is still on the loose. Police say the suspect and the victim were not related, despite the statement allegedly spoken by Lovingood. Lovingood appeared before a judge Thursday morning, where a not-guilty plea was entered on his behalf. "This is an allegation of entering someone's home, waking them up in their bed," Assistant County Attorney Kristin Southard told the judge. "This is simply an allegation of an execution of Victim One. And Victim Two, it sounds like, is just lucky that the co-defendant's gun did not fire, or I think we would be looking at a double homicide." But Keith Kamenish, Lovingood's defense attorney, expressed his doubts about the police version of events. "This citation is weird," he said. "You're going to shoot someone in front of another person, then let them live? It just doesn't make any sense to me. I do have a defense for Mr. Lovingood that we're working on now." Sexual torture charge now added in Mobile County murder case MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) β UPDATE (1/5/2021): Sexual torture charge now added in Mobile County murder case An update now to one of the most grotesque crime scenes investigators say they've come across in decades working in law enforcement. Mobile County Deputies arrested Jeffrey Blackston overnight for the murder of Troy Barnhill in Wilmer this past weekend. Investigators say Blackston, 26, savagely beat Barnhill, 27, to death before daybreak Sunday. Captain Paul Burch says the two had lived together and Blackston accused Barnhill of stealing his clothes. Inside the home, Burch says, every drawer had been opened and pockets turned out, evidence Blackston was searching for something. Burch says there were also signs of Blackston's rage. Tuesday, investigators added the charge of sexual torture 1st degree. "Barnhill suffered some damage that was unusual and appears to have been violated with an object," said Burch. "I've seen a lot of bad crime scenes. This is probably in the top five I've seen in the 31 years, as far as how brutal the beating was." Investigators believe there is more to the story than what they say Blackston confessed to, and if you have information you're asked to contact the sheriff's office. You can do so anonymously. BLACK Suspected serial killer accused of smothering dozens of elderly women in Texas facing 18th murder charge
A suspected serial killer accused of smothering more than a dozen women living in retirement homes across central Texas has been indicted on another charge of capital murder. Billy Chemirmir is now facing a total of 18 counts of capital murder and two counts of attempted murder in Dallas and Collin Counties, the Dallas Morning News reported. He has also been linked through medical examiner reports and civil case filings to another six slayings, bringing his alleged death count up to at least 24. The latest charge against the Kenyan-born suspect is in the death of 87-year-old Glenna Day, who was killed Oct. 15, 2016 at The Tradition-Prestonwood. He has been linked to at least eight other deaths at the same luxury senior living facility in Dallas. Investigators said Chemirmir posed as a maintenance worker to con his way into the womenβs apartments and later sold or pawned their jewelry. Like the other suspected victims, authorities believe Day was suffocated with a pillow or choked to death before being robbed. She was one of three women living on the fourth floor of the facility who died suddenly during a three-month span in 2016. Chemirmir has been charged in all of their deaths. βYou would think after the third death, there would be some flags,β Dayβs daughter, Cheryl Kerr, told NBC-DFW in 2019. βThe fourth death? How about the fifth death? The sixth one?β The Tradition-Prestonwood in a previous statement said it had relied on Dallas police investigators and the Dallas County medical examiner, who initially ruled the deaths as natural causes. βThose rulings stood for more than 27 months,β the statement said. βThe Tradition-Prestonwood has cooperated with all the authorities and will continue to do so.β |

Starrville, TX White pastor, 62 fatally shot inside church by negro WINONA, Texas (KETK) β A member of the Starrville Methodist Church in Winona revealed Monday that his pickup truck was stolen by the man suspected of murdering pastor Mark McWilliams. Vic Littleβs story offers new insight into the moments after the shooting, when the accused killer, 21-year-old Myrtez Woolen, escaped and led law enforcement officers on a high-speed chase. On Sunday, Smith County Sheriff Larry Smith told reporters that the stolen pickup belonged to McWilliams. On Monday, Little and other members of Starrville Methodist gathered in front of the church and walked inside, still trying to process why someone would commit such a terrible act. Since the crime scene, yellow tape has now been removed, people were able to see first-hand the damage done to the church. Bullet holes in the walls can be seen, where the intruder took multiple shots at other church members. Glass on a window, still broken, where Woolen allegedly broke into the sanctuary. Woolen, of Arlington, was arrested Sunday in Marshall and charged with capital murder. He was originally wanted in connection with a drive-by shooting that took place Saturday night in Tyler. He was later spotted in a dark-colored Volkswagon Jetta in the Lindale area and had a shotgun sticking out of the sunroof, which led to a chase. Woolen fled east on I-20 and wrecked the car in front of Starrville Methodist Church property. He then ran into the woods behind the church leaving the shotgun behind. βAfter several hours, the search area was expanded as it was felt that the suspect had escaped the perimeter,β Smith said during the Sunday night news conference. Smith County authorities and DPS troopers carried out a large search that used drones and search dogs but were unable to find him, Smith said. Smith said that sometime after law officers left the area in early Sunday morning, Woolen was able to get inside the church by allegedly breaking out a window. Shortly after 9 a.m. Sunday, before services began, McWilliams came across Woolen who was trying to hide in the back area of the church. Smith said McWilliams drew a pistol on Woolen but allegedly Woolen was able to get his pistol and shoot the pastor. Congregation members said the second person shot was Mike Seller. Seller was hit by a bullet in the shoulder and is in a Tyler hospital. Sellerβs injuries are believed to be non-life threatening. Woolen also shot at the pastorβs wife, Rosemary, but the bullet did not hit her, the sheriff said. McWilliamsβ wife was injured when she fell and hurt her shoulder. Smith said McWilliamsβ wife called 911. After the shootings, the suspect took a 2018 GMC truck that belonged to Little. DPS troopers and other law officers eventually caught up to and started following the truck as it headed to Marshall. OnStar was notified and disabled the truck, leading to Woolenβs arrest in Marshall, Smith said. During the arrest, Woolenβs hand was injured. BLACK AFRICAN migrant to Once-White Australia: Perth basketballer faces court accused of murdering his (white) girlfriend The semi-professional West Australian basketballer accused of murdering his girlfriend has displayed signs of psychosis by rambling about the "galaxy inside his head", a Perth court has heard. Chudier Thowath Pal, 29, will undergo a mental health assessment on Monday but has not been forced to be taken to Graylands Hospital's high security mental facility, known as the Frankland Centre, despite a push from the prosecutor. Thowath Pal faces one count of murder over the death of his girlfriend Stephanie Lee Robinson, 30, who he shared a Doubleview flat (and bed) with. Ms Robinson's body was found inside a house on fire just after 7am on Saturday, which sparked a city-wide manhunt for Mr Thowath Pal. Upon his arrest at 2.09pm that day, an investigating officer noted in a memo that Mr Thowath Pal was rambling by saying he had a "galaxy inside his head and a neutron star for a father", the court heard. Shortly after he was taken to Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital for a minor injury following a fall, the attending doctor gave a medical opinion that the basketballer was displaying signs of psychosis but did not seek to make a diagnosis. The prosecution was pushing for a court order for Mr Thowath Pal to be taken to the Frankland Centre but the magistrate rejected the application and instead remanded Mr Thowath Pal in custody for a health assessment on Monday. Recently, Stephanie, a mother of five, had posted on Facebook she was in in a "complicated relationship" since November 2, 2020, with one male friend posting "you deserve better". Officers were called to the shared home of Mr Thowath Pal and Ms Robinson just after 7am on Saturday after firefighters discovered the body inside and treated it as suspicious. Ms Robinson's family has been notified of her death. Pal has two offspring with a different sexual partner. A resident claimed on social media to have seen the couple walking along Huntriss Road and Sackville Terrace the day before, "laughing happily" together before entering the flat. The Kenyan-born center also spent a number of years playing college basketball in the US with the University of North Carolina Asheville Bulldogs and signed up as a training player with the Perth Wildcats after returning from America in 2016. . San Francisco DA under fire after man free on parole is charged with killing two pedestrians SAN FRANCISCO β Chesa Boudin took office as district attorney in San Francisco a year ago, part of a politically progressive wave of prosecutors committed to seeking restorative justice over mass incarceration. The parolee accused of fatally striking two pedestrians in downtown San Francisco on New Yearβs Eve, speeding through a red light in a stolen Honda while intoxicated, allegedly swiped the car from a woman he had met on an app, leaving his date stranded outside a fast food restaurant in Daly City. According to documents obtained by The Chronicle, the woman reported the Dec. 29 theft at Nationβs Giant Hamburgers to Daly City police that afternoon β two days before the tragic collision at Second and Mission streets in the South of Market neighborhood. The woman told officers that she had been on a second date with Troy Ramon McAlister, 45, when he snatched her keys away from her at about noon as the two waited for an order of food. He peeled away in her gray 2017 Honda HR-V, she said, while giving her the middle finger. The woman gave officers McAlisterβs name and address and said he had shown her a 9mm pistol with an extended ammunition magazine. Daly City police soon identified McAlister as a parolee, the Dec. 29 police report shows, and wrote that they would follow up on the investigation five days later, on Sunday, Jan. 3. "As expected, they rigged the Georgia run-off the same way they rigged the Presidential election. Here's the Senate run-off. See how Democrats suddenly dumped ballots to launch ahead when the Republicans had won Georgia? Experts said once one candidate hit 2 million votes, the election was over. Republicans did at 11PM. Then suddenly Democrats surged ahead. Not feasible. They pulled 50,000 mail ballots out of a hat. I believe God gave President Trump a plan to defeat the dark forces trying to enslave the world. God asked Trump to be merciful to those conspiring against us. To give them EVERY opportunity to confess their sins and right their wrongs. Those who did not will know HIS wrath.
