COWARDLY PSYCHO BLACK MALE TERRORIST TROLL BASHES At least 10 men in face with blunt weapen from behind Investigators only have a general description of the assailant, saying he appears to be a Black male, 5-foot-6- to 5-foot-10-inches tall and 160 to 180 pounds. One man was out for an evening stroll when someone came up behind him and bashed him in the face with a blunt object. Another victim was taking out the trash at his apartment complex when he was ambushed, and a U.S. Postal Service carrier was badly beaten while out delivering the mail after dark. Residents of Waltham, Massachusetts, are on edge after police said at least 10 men have been targeted by a mystery assailant in a string of unprovoked assaults that have occurred since Nov. 10. The latest attack occurred around 8 p.m. on Friday when a culprit came up behind a man walking on a residential street, hit him in the face with a blunt weapon and ran off under the cover of darkness. As in the other cases, McCarthy said the person responsible for the serial assaults appears to be lying in wait and attacking victims by surprise. Cameros said he was knocked unconscious and left with a fractured skull. (non-English speaking) Emerson remains in a hospital being treated for several fractures to his face and skull. Emerson said the attacker came up behind him like a "coward" and that he didn't have a chance to see his face. - (Black-on-White) |

(black) Shelbyville man accused of shooting, stealing money from 83-year-old woman found dead at home SHELBYVILLE, Ky. - A Shelbyville man has been arrested in connection with the deadly shooting of an 83-year-old woman at her home just days before Thanksgiving, officials said. Alvin L. Brooks was arrested on charges of murder, tampering with physical evidence and first-degree robbery, according to records from the Shelby County Sheriff's Office. Investigators said Brooks is the suspect in the shooting of Deanie Logan, who was found dead Monday at her home on Zaring Mill Road. The coroner's office said the 83-year-old woman died of a gunshot wound. According to the sheriff's office, a witness told police that they spotted a suspicious vehicle in the driveway of the home over the weekend. Investigators were able to track down the vehicle, a white car with plastic over the driver's side window, and also located a firearm they said matched casings found at the victim's home. Brooks allegedly told investigators that he was on Zaring Mill Road Saturday night, but that he had no role in the murder, according to the arrest report. Investigators said they interviewed Brooks' wife who told them that her husband had shot an elderly woman on Saturday and took $500 from the victim. According to the arrest report, Brooks showed his wife the victim's purse and identification before dumping the items in a body of water. (White female) Concealed Carry Holder Killed, (black male) Career Criminal Charged Carrying a firearm for self-defense can increase your odds of surviving an encounter with a violent criminal, but a gun in the hand of a law-abiding citizen is still a tool, not a magical talisman that guarantees protection. The murder of Anna Marie Wagener in St. Paul, Minnesota is a painful reminder of that fact, just as the history of her accused killer is a reminder that the criminal justice system doesn't always deliver justice to criminals. Wagener, a 41-year old mother and grandmother described by family as "tough" and "no nonsense, but with a heart of gold," was shot and killed in St. Paul back on September 3rd, but Antoine Powell wasn't charged for the crime until this week, when the 44-year old added second degree murder to the long list of criminal charges he's faced over the past few years. An informant came forward with information about her killer. According to the confidential informant, a man named Antoine or Shantoine was responsible for her death, as well as stealing her firearm after her murder. The informant also told police that the same man had been a part of the north Minneapolis shooting, and also informed officers that Wagener's killer had been wearing an ankle monitoring device, but had since cut off the device. - (Black-on-White) |

(black) Man dragged 2 officers with SUV, ran over one of them, court records allege CROWN POINT, Indiana- A man awoke a Dyer (Indiana) couple about 5:10 a.m. Monday by repeatedly ringing their doorbell, dragged two sheriff's officers with his SUV and ran over one of them and was arrested in St. John while attempting to change a flat tire, court records allege. Ernest L. Hoover Jr., of Chicago, left the Dyer couple's home before police arrived, but he returned about 6:15 a.m. and again began repeatedly ringing their doorbell and walking back and forth from their porch to a Cadillac SUV parked in their driveway in the 15000 block of West 103rd Avenue. The couple again called police, and Lake County sheriff's Officer Alex Gallegos arrived and began talking with Hoover, according to Lake Criminal Court records. Gallegos determined Hoover had an active warrant in Lake County and attempted to take Hoover into custody, but Hoover ran from him. Sheriff's Officer Michael Maggi arrived as Hoover struggled with Gallegos, and Maggi began attempting to help Gallegos arrest Hoover. Hoover was able to get back in the SUV and accelerated in reverse, dragging both officers for several feet until they fell off. The SUV hit Maggi in the left leg, knocking him to the side of the vehicle, records state. As Gallegos was dragged, one of his legs hit the concrete and the SUV's tire ran over his right foot. He fell from the vehicle, striking his head on the concrete. A witness told police Hoover appeared to be lining up the SUV to run over the officers again when Maggi drew his gun but didn't fire. Hoover fled the scene and was found behind a business at 93rd Avenue and U.S. 41 in St. John, where he was attempting to change a flat tire on the SUV. Maggi suffered knee and leg injuries. Gallegos suffered injuries to his shoulder, knee and head. Both officers were placed on medical leave. |

HISPANIC Latin Kings Career criminal slashes NYC correction officer, captain in Thanksgiving scuffle A career criminal gangbanger with 70 prior busts slashed a correction officer in the arm and stabbed a captain in the knee at the Manhattan Detention Complex on Thanksgiving Day, union officials said Friday. Black African with name from TANZANIA busted for drunk driving on his birthday after killing Hispanic woman pedestrian An unlicensed and drunk driver ran down and killed a woman steps from her home on Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn on Sunday night, cops said. According to police, Jasen Nhambiu, 49, was drunk when he drove his Hyundai Sonata westbound on Atlantic at around 7:45 p.m. then slammed into Alina Morales, 62, between Third Avenue and Nevins Street. Nhambiu remained on the scene while Morales was taken to Brooklyn Hospital Center in nearby Fort Greene, where she died. Cops later charged the driver with four serious crimes: driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath test, driving without a license, aggravated unlicensed operator (an additional charge because of the alcohol). It is very rare for cops to charge drivers who remain on the scene unless they have committed a second crime, beyond the crash, such as drinking or driving with a suspended license. Indeed, before the charges against Nhambiu had been announced, the only detail police initially released was that Morales had been crossing the wide, dangerous, four-lane speedway "mid-block." |

Joe Biden says he is 'more Jewish' than Hillary Clinton - November 3, 2016, Joe Biden wants you to know that he's more Jewish than Hillary Clinton. The famously Catholic vice president let slip this revelation last week in Dayton, Ohio, where he was campaigning for the Democratic presidential nominee and for former Ohio Governor Ted Strickland, the Democrat who now is attempting to unseat Republican Senator Rob Portman. The moment came 19 minutes into the speech, counterintuitively enough after Biden crossed himself to emphasize that he does not like saying the words "Donald Trump." The crowd laughed appreciatively, and Biden tossed out a self-deprecating line he often uses when he gets a little irreverent: "No one ever doubts I mean what I say. The problem is, I sometimes say all that I mean, and it gets me in trouble." Someone in the crowd interjected, "You're a real mensch!" Biden grinned. "Thank you, it's a high compliment, a high compliment," he said, and digressed for a moment into one of the favorite lines he uses when he's stumping the Jewish circuit. "By the way, I'm the only Irish Catholic you know who had his dream met because his daughter married a Jewish surgeon, I just want you to know that," he said, to applause and laughter. (Biden's daughter, Ashley, married Philadelphia surgeon Howard Krein in 2012.) In addition to Ashley's marriage to Krein, Biden's late son, Beau, married Hallie Olivere, who is Jewish, in 2002. Clinton's daughter, Chelsea, is married to Marc Mezvinsky. |

4 arrested for Bluffton man's murder - (3 black males, 1 defiled white female) BLUFFTON, S.C. (WSAV) - Four suspects have been arrested in connection with a murder in Bluffton earlier this week. Monday night, Beaufort County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) deputies responded to a report of shots fired at the home of Timothy Milliken on Kensington Boulevard. There, authorities found the 45-year-old man dead from apparent gunshot wounds. Investigators were called to the scene and gathered information on a suspected vehicle and the whereabouts of those responsible for Milliken's death. On Tuesday, BCSO contacted the Gwinnett County Police Department for assistance locating the individuals who were believed to be in the area. Gwinnett County officers found the suspected vehicle outside of a home provided by BCSO investigators. As police approached, three men fled on foot but were quickly apprehended. Officers ran a check on the three men and determined 26-year-old Devante White, of Green Pond, South Carolina, and 22-year-old Malik White, of Beaufort, were wanted for felony warrants out of Hardeeville. The third man, 22-year-old Jamal Coakley Jr., of Dale, was arrested on a separate charge. BCSO investigators traveled to Gwinnett County to interview the men about Milliken's murder and subsequently sought warrants from a Beaufort County magistrate for their arrests. The magistrate issued warrants for murder, kidnapping, armed robbery and possession of weapons during a violent crime against all three men. They'll be extradited to Beaufort County for the charges. A fourth suspect, 17-year-old Sarah Barr, has since been arrested on warrants for murder, armed robbery and kidnapping in Milliken's death. Friday morning, BCSO investigators traveled to the Dorchester County Sheriff's Office in Summerville to meet with Barr. She was transported to the Beaufort County Detention Center where she remains at this time pending a bond hearing. The sheriff's office says it appears Milliken was familiar with at least one of the subjects and was specifically targeted by the four. - (Black-on-White) |

Timeline: BLACK Alleged serial killer accused in spree of shootings across Dallas-Fort Worth A 31-year-old man is accused of killing four people and shooting at least four others in what were mostly random attacks, law enforcement officials said Friday. Jeremy Harris faces four charges of murder in connection with a spree that spans more than two weeks. Police said most of the shootings appear random, with the exception of the father of Harris' ex-girlfriend. Dallas police announced Friday that they were filing three additional murder charges against Harris. He was already jailed in connection with the death of his ex-girlfriend's father. With the exception of Blair Carter in Celina, Harris does not appear to know any of the people he's accused of shooting, authorities said. "I believe this is the definition of a serial killer. It's random," said Deputy Chief Reuben Ramirez. At 2:56 a.m. Oct. 31, a Southern Methodist University student was shot in Downtown Dallas. Robert Jaden Urrea, 19, was walking downtown near the intersection of Harwood and Jackson streets. Around 8:33 p.m. Nov. 14, Adam Gautreau, 36, was shot and killed along Stemmons Freeway at Empire Central Drive in Dallas. His mother said he moved about four years ago to Dallas but struggled with drug addiction. Gautreau was homeless and panhandling at the time of his death. A black Chevrolet Tahoe pulled up near where Gautreau was. "He was beckoned back over and when he turned around they just fully shot him from head to toe, nine times," said the man's mother, Marlowe Gautreau. "It seems completely random." Around 9:02 p.m. Nov. 14, Kenneth Hamilton iskilled at the intersection of South Beckley Avenue and Clarendon Drive in Dallas. He was at a stoplight when he was shot. Surveillance video shows a black Tahoe pulled beside Hamilton's car and then drive off. "He was killed senselessly," said Kenneth's wife, Joyce. "A car pulled up and just shot him, just randomly, for no reason, just shot him." Around 11:10 a.m. Nov. 18, firefighters respond to a house fire on Anvil Drive in Celina. Blair Carter, 60, was found dead inside the home after the fire was extinguished. [His ex-girlfriend's father]

Trial for (foreign, muslim-named) Hayward, CA man charged with murder of (White) CHP officer in DUI crash comes to a close DUBLIN - An Alameda County jury is deciding the fate of a 24-year-old man charged with murder in the 2017 crash that killed a CHP officer, after prosecuting and defense attorneys gave their final pitches Tuesday. Here's what both sides agree about: On Christmas Eve 2017, Mohammed Ali, of Hayward, swerved out of his lane on Interstate 880 in Hayward, rear-ending a parked CHP vehicle and killing Ofc. Andrew Camilleri. At the time, Ali's blood alcohol level was well over the legal limit. But for about four hours Tuesday, the attorneys debated other key facts in the case. Deputy district attorney Stacie Pettigrew told the jury that Ali knew full well that he was too drunk to drive, but made the fateful decision to leave the home of his wife's family in Manteca and drive to Hayward anyway. Ali was driving more than 100 miles per hour when he swerved into the shoulder and rear-ended the CHP vehicle, Pettigrew said. "(Ali), having five prior speeding citations, having been explicitly taught the dangers of driving fast and driving impaired, having expressed that he was 'hella drunk' and should sleep it off chose to drive 58 miles at speeds over 100 miles per hour, chose to drive on the shoulder, and Ofc. Camilleri paid the ultimate price," Pettigrew said. "The defendant committed murder." He said Ali had gotten into a heated argument with his wife that night and was in an emotional state in addition to being drunk. "The defendant created a situation that ended an innocent man's life. He knew better, and did it anyway... "He left a trail of destruction in his path." In addition to murder, Ali faces charges of drunk driving causing great bodily injury to Camilleri's partner. If jurors reject the murder charge, they could also convict Ali of a lesser offense of vehicular manslaughter. |

(black) Drug trafficker executed for kidnapping and raping teen, burying her alive A marijuana trafficker convicted of kidnapping and raping a teen - and then burying her alive - was executed this week at an Indiana prison, becoming the eighth federal inmate to die this year. Orlando Cordia Hall, 49, was put to death via lethal injection late Thursday at the Federal Correctional Complex in Terre Haute, where he was pronounced dead at 11:47 p.m., the Department of Justice announced. Court documents show Hall, who ran a marijuana trafficking operation in Arkansas with several accomplices, drove to Arlington, Texas, in September 1994 after a botched drug deal worth $4,700. Prosecutors said Hall and his accomplices went to the man's home because they thought he stole their money and instead kidnapped his 16-year-old sister, Lisa Rene, after she refused to let them inside. Hall then raped the teen - an honors student and aspiring doctor - in a car and later drove her to a hotel in Arkansas, where he and his accomplices bound and repeatedly raped her, prosecutors said. The following morning, Hall said the teen had known "too much" and took her to a park where he and another man dug a grave earlier that afternoon, but were unable to find the site. One day later, on Sept. 26, 1994, Hall and two other men took the teen to Byrd Natural Lake Area in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, where Hall placed a sheet over her head and whacked her with a shovel, prosecutors said. |

Deadly 'road rage' shooting: short-tempered long-haired 'asian'? arrested for murder of short-tempered (white) father of three AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Aurora have arrested a suspect in a road rage case that turned into a deadly shooting. Romeo Desean Thompson is facing charges of first-degree murder and possession of a weapon by a previous offender. Phillip Hunt, 54, was shot in the chest and abdomen, according to the affidavit, and died later at the hospital. Police arrested Thompson, 19, just a few hours after the incident at E. Yale Avenue and E. Brown that happened on Monday morning. Hunt's wife, Donna, said they were in their black 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, stopped at a red light, facing eastbound on East Iliff Avenue, at South Chambers Road. Phillip was driving and Donna was in the front passenger seat. The traffic light turned green, and the driver of a dark colored Jeep Cherokee behind them honked. The driver of the Jeep Cherokee was later identified as Thompson. Donna Hunt told police her husband became annoyed that someone had honked at him and slowly accelerated eastbound on East Iliff Avenue. She said Thompson, then became aggressive and began to speed around their vehicle on the right side. She told police Thompson threw what she believed to be a Gatorade bottle at their car, striking it and making a loud sound. Phillip Hunt then pulled up behind the Jeep Cherokee that Thompson was driving, and followed it at a high rate of speed. Donna Hunt said Thompson was driving erratically and went through red lights to get away from Philip, who continued to follow the Jeep Cherokee on multiple streets in Aurora. Thompson pulled over the Jeep Cherokee near the intersection of East Brown Drive and East Yale Avenue and both men got out of their vehicles. Donna Hunt said Thompson hit Phillip Hunt with a black handgun - and then heard two or three shots. Thompson took off, but Donna Hunt got pictures of his vehicle, the license plate and his female passenger. It's not clear if she will face any charges. Thompson was later arrested at a Circle K after getting out of the car and walking away. According to the affidavit, Thompson admitted shooting Phillip Hunt three times - and said two of those shots were fired after he was already on the ground. Phillip Hunt worked for a financial services company and was married with three children. A coworker told CBS4 Hunt was "a lovely man." A GoFundMe has been set up to raise money for the education of his children. |
