charge armed dread-head black
felon threatening Louisville
Police LOUISVILLE, Ky (WEHT) According to a criminal complaint, on September 23, Cortez Lamont Edwards of Louisville went live on Facebook brandishing an AR variant pistol. In the video Edwards says he is seeking $30,000 to shoot Louisville Metro Police Department officers on scene for a disturbance in the street in front of his house. An investigation into Edwards revealed he is a convicted felon and is therefore not permitted to own a firearm. A search warrant was executed without incident Sunday by agents from several law enforcement organizations, including Homeland Security. Edwards has been federally charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm. If convicted, he faced a maximum sentence of ten years, a $250,000 fine, and three years supervised release. |

investigation WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A man is facing multiple sex offense charges after being arrested by Winston-Salem police on Saturday in connection to a rape investigation, according to a Winston-Salem Police Department news release. Around 10:20 p.m. on Thursday, officers with the WSPD were dispatched to an apartment in the 200 block of Stone Ridge Drive on a reported rape.Based on the investigation, officers determined that a young woman had returned to her apartment and was opening her apartment door, when a young man approached her from behind and forced his way into her apartment. The suspect was a stranger to the victim. Once inside the apartment, the suspect strangled the victim while forcing the her to perform or engage in various sex acts against her will. At some point following the assault, the victim was able to flee the apartment and call 911 from a cellphone belonging to a person at the apartment complex. At 11:36 a.m. on Friday, officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of Woods Road. The responding officers encountered a young woman in her early twenties. She reported that she had just returned to her apartment and was unlocking her door while using her cell phone when she noticed a young man a short distance behind her. She opened the door and proceeded into her apartment. The man followed her and forcefully prevented her from closing the apartment door before forcing his way into her apartment. Once inside the apartment, he began to physically assault her by grabbing and hitting her while attempting to take the cellphone that she was using. She was able to fight back against the assailant and was eventually able to flee the apartment while screaming for help. These patrol officers were provided with a description of the suspect and were actively monitoring these areas for the suspect. The patrol officer initiated contact with the man and during that encounter, and he tried to flee from the officer. After a foot pursuit and physical struggle, the officer was able to take him into custody. He was identified as twenty 20-year-old Tavon Demaris Taylor. Based on evidence gathered during the investigation, authorities charged Taylor with numerous crimes. |

removed monitoring device 2 months
before DuPage home invasions,
authorities say Two months before a pair of violent home invasions happened in Wheaton and Lombard, one of the suspects removed an electronic monitoring device and eluded capture by authorities in Cook County, authorities said. Three people have been charged in connection with the two break-ins that occurred early Aug. 23 and left two men with gunshot wounds, including one of the suspects. A 74-year-old grandmother also was injured. Malik Pitts, 22, of Broadview, Isaiah Johnson, 21, of Blue Island and Keytori Jackson, 22, of Broadview have been charged with attempted murder, home invasion and aggravated battery with a firearm. Pitts and Johnson are held in the DuPage County jail without bail. Jackson is held on $500,000 bail. This week, DuPage County officials said Pitts was awaiting trial for a charge of unlawful possession of a vehicle in Cook County when he cut off his electronic monitoring device back in June. On May 22, a judge released Pitts on a personal recognizance bond with electronic monitoring, according to Tandra Simonton, speaking for the Cook County state's attorney's office. Pitts was outfitted with an ankle bracelet that uses radio frequency to monitor him during home confinement. But according to the Cook County sheriff's office, which operates the county's pretrial monitoring program, Pitts' device sent an alert June 21. Authorities say that shortly after 5 a.m. Aug. 23, Johnson and Pitts entered a home in Wheaton and attacked the residents, including a grandmother who was injured when she was struck in the face while trying to protect her granddaughter. About 20 minutes later, authorities say, Johnson and Pitts attacked a family in Lombard. During that encounter, Johnson shot a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun twice at the homeowner, with one shot hitting the ground and the other going through the man and striking Pitts. |

(surly, resentful black) 18-Year-Old
Arrested For Attempted Murder in
Suspected Retaliation Shooting
Connected to YNW Melly Case An 18-year-old suspected of shooting a 43-year-old man related to Cortlen Henry, who was arrested for murder alongside YNW Melly in 2019, has been arrested for attempted murder. TC Palm reports that Indian River County, Florida deputies arrested Traveion Banks on Wednesday on a warrant for attempted first-degree murder. It is suspected that the man who was shot was targeted because of his relation to Henry, who is also known as YNW Bortlen. In a court hearing on Thursday, YNW Bortlen's lawyer Fred Haddad also told the judge that Bortlen's father had recently been shot. The man related to Henry was shot three times in the back on Sept. 14, and was promptly flown to Lawnwood Regional Medical Center & Heart Institute, Fort Pierce. When the man was able to speak after his surgery for his bullet wounds, he informed the authorities that there were two shooters. Numerous anonymous tips lead them to believe Banks was one of the shooters involved, and it was a retaliation shooting for the 2018 killings Melly and Henry were arrested for. |

school football game An Ohio woman at a middle school football game was tasered and arrested by a police officer for not wearing a face mask in the bleachers. Around 300 people attended a Marietta City Schools football game where Alecia Kitts, of Marietta, was filmed getting handcuffed on Wednesday in the city of Logan. Kitts, as well as several other families and children, were sitting in the bleachers at the time and footage taken by witnesses quickly spread across social media. Footage of the incident shows Kitts sitting next to her mother while in a heated verbal altercation with a police officer over face masks. It's unclear what was initially said, but Kitts repeatedly resists arrest as the officer struggles to handcuff her. 'Let go of me!' Kitts yells. 'Get off of me, sir! What the f*** is wrong with you?' Fans in the stands turn their attention towards the altercation as Kitts screams and a young boy begins to cry. - (Black-on-White) |

BEAST - suing Miami-Dade and
security company MIAMI – Miami-Dade County and Allied Universal security failed to take action quickly enough to prevent the attack of an elderly man on a Metromover train Sunday morning, an attorney representing Eduardo Fernandez and his family says. Fernandez, 73, suffered broken bones and internal injuries in the violent beating, which came a couple weeks after three other attacks on the Metromover. Now, the family is planning to file a lawsuit against the county and Allied. “The family wants to use this lawsuit as a vehicle to promote safety,” Attorney Alan Goldfarb said Wednesday. “They had an opportunity to intervene and increase security and improve what they were doing, because of the three assaults that had occurred.” Eduardo’s son Christian says his father was on his way to work as a valet parker around 6 a.m. Sunday when he boarded the Metromover at Government Center, bound for the Omni Terminal. Fernandez is still in the hospital. Robert Lee Ribbs, a 62-year-old homeless transient vagrant, was arrested and faces charges of strong-arm robbery, aggravated battery and battery on a person 65 or older. Ribbs allegedly stole $30 in cash from Fernandez’s pocket and the LYING NEGRO told detectives that Fernandez called him a racial slur. Police, however, said the incident was unprovoked. |

Benjamin Jenkins, 25, of Mableton, also faces a lifetime of supervision after his eventual release, according to the U.S. Justice Department, which described him as a “prolific sextornist” in announcing Tuesday's sentence. “Jenkins exploited as many as 150 girls for his perverse satisfaction, causing unbelievable trauma to these children and their families,” U.S. Attorney Byung J. “BJay” Pak stated in a news release. “The sheer degradation and depravity that Jenkins forced his victims to endure is unimaginable. This sentence will hopefully help these courageous victims and their families heal.” According to Pak, Jenkins began using fake identities and profiles to contact girls between the age of 13 and 16 starting in 2015. |

HARTFORD, CT (WFSB) – Body camera footage of an arrest by Hartford police sparked protests and questions. Some super-sensitive bleeding heart pro black supremacists argue that too much force was used during the arrest. The footage was released by Hartford police after a tense traffic stop on Blue Hills Avenue Monday afternoon. A woman was pulled over after police said her car was reported stolen. Police said they tried to figure out the situation while explaining to the woman what was happening. “What is your cause for talking to me? I don’t have to talk to you. I’m not under arrest,” the woman told police. Police said the tense situation exploded when the woman tried to leave the scene. When she tried to leave, the officer demanded that she get out before she put the car in reverse and started backing up. “No, it’s my car and it’s not stolen,” the woman told police. Officers and eyewitnesses converged on the woman and encouraged her to put the car in park. After they spent a minute and a half asking her to get out of the car, two officers pulled her out. The woman was arrested with at least three officers on the scene. |

she tried to prevent sleeping
rider from being robbed A man who served three stints in the New York state prison system over the last 15 years — and has been on parole since January — was charged in connection with a brutal attack on a woman on a Brooklyn subway train, police told the New York Daily News. Police told the paper that the 53-year-old victim was trying to prevent a fellow subway rider from being robbed Sunday morning. The victim was riding the Coney Island-bound D train to a photo shoot when she spotted the suspect sitting next to a sleeping man with a full backpack, the Daily News said. The suspect initially backed off when the victim nudged the snoozing man awake — but then the suspect charged back and knocked her to the floor of the train, the paper said. The victim told the Daily News she suffered facial cuts, two black eyes, and a fractured finger before the suspect fled at the Union Street stop. She added to the paper that her attacker left her face "absolutely unrecognizable." "He kicked me from behind," she recounted to the Daily News. "He whaled on me like a caged animal. I rolled under the seat to get away from him. I guess if he had a boot on, I'd have no bones left in my face. The pain was excruciating. I was violently attacked. There was no reason for it." Laking Bristow, 35, was charged with felony and misdemeanor assault after a subway clerk recognized him from photos released by police, the paper said. |

Face
facts: ‘Black Lives Matter’ is
all about hate Its agenda is plain for all to see: cop-killing. With another two police officers shot at the Black Lives Matter riot in Louisville on Wednesday, it’s time to lift the veil on the whole movement: It’s a haven for unrepentant cop-killers. These aren’t isolated incidents. It has been fewer than two weeks since supposedly “peaceful” BLM radicals chanted, “We hope they die,” while blocking the entrance to a hospital where two Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies were undergoing life-saving surgery. An assailant had walked up to their patrol vehicle and opened fire from point-blank range without provocation. Those chilling words echo the rhetoric we hear from BLM founders and members, who make clear that a prime objective of BLM is to “Kill Cops.” Up until now, this has been kept well enough under wraps to deceive major corporations, professional sports leagues and countless well-meaning Americans. .... We saw this in 2014, when BLM first attained national prominence. After months of anti-police rioting, a man pledging “revenge for Michael Brown and Eric Garner” traveled to New York City, stuck a pistol through the window of a squad car and opened fire. Detectives Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu died on the scene. .... Nineteen months later, a man opened fire at a BLM protest in Dallas, murdering five officers. BLM disavowed responsibility, but the killer had deep links to the movement’s radical ideology, stating that he “wanted to kill white people, especially white officers.” BLM supporters certainly didn’t stop chanting “Pigs in a blanket, fry ’em like bacon” in the aftermath, either. ..... Black Lives Matter isn’t about black lives. It ignores the 8,000 to 9,000 black lives taken by other blacks every year in minority communities across the nation. Those black lives, and the lives of African American police officers, don’t matter. Black Lives Matter isn’t about “holding police accountable,” and it isn’t a good-faith call for reasonable reform. ..... It starts with rejecting BLM and every politician who has been cynical enough to enable the radical forces intent on tearing this country apart. When you see Black Lives Matter, realize they are dedicated to killing cops. Too much blood has been spilled already. It has to stop. Rudolph Giuliani is the former mayor of New York City. |

The U.S. government is set to execute a now 40 year old BLACK KILLER for a crime he committed in Texas when he was 19-years-old. Vialva, who was sent to death row for slaying a young white Iowa couple and burning them in the trunk of their car. for Murders Committed at 19 Bernard and Brown bought lighter fluid, and, according to court records, the teens drove the Bagleys’ vehicle and Bernard’s car separately to an isolated spot on a small hill on the Fort Hood Military Reservation, which was federal land. Bernard and Brown doused the inside of the car with lighter fluid while the Bagleys could be heard singing and praying in the trunk, according to the case files. Even though Vialva said he needed to kill the Bagleys because they’d seen his face, according to the case reports he put on a mask before opening the trunk and shooting Todd Bagley in the head, killing him. He then shot Stacie Bagley in the face. Autopsy findings showed that Stacie Bagley did not die from the gunshot wound but rather from smoke inhalation after they lit the car on fire, according to case files. Brown told investigators the last words Stacie Bagley said were “Jesus loves you” and “Jesus, take care of us.'” She was 28 years old. |

CONVICTED COP KILLER
Anthony
Bottom scheduled to be released on
parole The last of three convicted Black Revolutionary Army members behind bars for murdering two NYPD cops nearly 50 years ago is set to be freed on parole in October, police union officials said Tuesday. Anthony Bottom, who has spent more than 43 years in prison for his role in the assassinations of Officers Joseph Piagentini and Waverly Jones in 1971, will be sprung by Oct. 20, a source told Pix 11 News. The board’s decision infuriated Piagentini’s widow, Diane Piagentini. “We are heartbroken to see another of Joe’s killers set free by politics. But more than anything else, we are angry,” she said in a statement. The widow had pleaded with the board to keep Bottom locked up for life at his October 2018 parole hearing. Bottom was granted parole after appealing the board’s October 2019 decision to keep him behind bars. Bottom, Herman Bell and Albert Washington were convicted of luring Piagentini and Jones to a Harlem housing project with a bogus 911 call and then assassinating them in cold blood. After 40 years in prison, Bell was freed on parole in April 2018. Washington died in prison of liver cancer in 2000. The president of the Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association blamed state policies for Bottom’s release. “Gov. Cuomo and the State Legislature have spent years torturing crime victims, especially the hero families of fallen police officers,” Patrick Lynch said in a statement. “They knew that changing the parole guidelines would unleash more vicious killers like Anthony Bottom back onto our streets.” |

Larynzo Johnson, 26, was charged with two counts of assault in the first degree and 14 counts of wanton endangerment in connection with the shooting of police officers, Louisville Metro Interim Police Chief Robert Schroeder said at a press conference Thursday. The investigation is ongoing. He expected to be arraigned Friday. BLACK Adults, 5 Juveniles Busted
In Gun Trafficking Organization NORRISTOWN, Pa. (CBS) — Montgomery County officials say they’ve busted up a gun trafficking organization. This is a look at six of the nine adult suspects facing charges. Five juveniles are also facing charges. Authorities say the ring illegally obtained and resold 44 firearms in Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties. “The straw purchasers filled out the federal and state paperwork and lied on it vowing that this gun was for their own use,” Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele said. “They walk out of the gun store, they hand over the gun or guns to the other members of the gun trafficking organization who immediately sold it, arming the people the law says cannot have a gun.” Of the 44 firearms that were found to be straw purchases, six have been recovered. |

Police said that Yairo Israel Palomino, who they named Wednesday evening, should be considered armed and dangerous. Authorities had previously said they had identified a suspect in the Sept. 17 killing, but did not immediately name that person. Police say they believe Palomino shot 20-year-old Isiah Legaspi (Filipino?) to death and wounded a woman around 2:45 a.m. in the parking lot of the Foods Co. shopping center in the 300 block of Atlantic Avenue. Palomino was last seen running from the scene, police said. The woman survived the shooting. Authorities have issued a Ramey warrant for Palomino’s arrest. A Ramey warrant is signed off on by a judge after a declaration of probable cause has been presented, authorities said. It is generally issued in the most violent of criminal cases. Police said Palomino is known to frequent Antioch, Pittsburg and Oakley. If anyone sees him, they are encouraged to contact the Pittsburg police dispatch center at 925-646-2441 or its tip-line at 925-252-4040. |

ATTEMPTED MURDER Shocking video shows a protester smacking a Seattle cop over the head with a baseball bat — cracking the bike helmet that saved him from serious injury, police said. The footage showed a mob of laughing protesters surrounding the officer as he fell off his bike during violence Wednesday night that saw at least 13 arrested in the Emerald City, police said. After protesters threw an orange traffic cone at him, the officer tried to defend himself with pepper spray — only for him to get ambushed from behind by someone wearing even more protective clothing than the cop. A man in a full-face helmet swung the bat to the back of the stranded officer’s head, as onlookers gasp at the impact. The officer managed to stay standing, spraying more tear gas as he dragged his bike while fleeing the violent mob. |

broke CAUGHT AT ASIAN WHORE HOUSE IN FLORIDA Prosecutors had said that they would not seek to overturn a state appeals court decision that barred them from using at trial surveillance videos showing Kraft getting sexually serviced for money at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa, a Jupiter, Florida, massage parlor. Kraft’s second visit to the massage parlor in early 2019 occurred hours before he watched his Patriots beat the Chiefs in Kansas City, Missouri, in the AFC Championship Game, en route to their sixth Super Bowl title. Kraft was born in Brookline, Massachusetts, the son of Sarah Bryna (Webber) and Harry Kraft, a dress manufacturer in Boston's Chinatown. His mother was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia; his father was a lay leader at Congregation Kehillath Israel in Brookline and wanted his son to become a rabbi. The Krafts were a Modern Orthodox Jewish family. Robert attended the Edward Devotion School and graduated from Brookline High School in 1959, where he was senior class president. During high school, he was unable to participate in most sports because it interfered with his after-school Hebrew studies and observance of the Sabbath. |

RBG LACE COLLARS LOS ANGELES, CA—NBA players are honoring the life of Ruth Bader Ginsburg this week by wearing pretty lace collars just like Notorious RBG used to wear. In a touching show of respect for the late Justice Ginsburg, and in solidarity with her progressive cause, Lebron James and the LA Lakers took to the court yesterday wearing a stunning variety of delicate white collars inspired by RBG's wardrobe. According to several commentators on ESPN, the virtual teleconference crowd fell silent in reverent awe as the players all knelt down and chanted "RBG! RBG! RBG!" "Yeah, RBG was an amazing person," said LeBron James after the game. "I have her biography right here and I totally read it right before the game. She was a judge. That's cool, I respect that. Judges judge things and not everyone can do that. She believed in Black Lives Matter and being on the right side of history and stuff." Power forward Anthony Davis also expressed his happiness with the collars. "It's good to honor her today with these lacey things. Commissioner Adam Silver and President Xi Jinping told us to wear them so we did. I just took this little doily thing from under a table lamp at my mom's house and cut a hole in the middle. Easy." NBA players are vowing to wear the collars until Trump is removed from office, or until angry rioters burn their basketball arenas down, whichever comes first. |

shoplifting incident, assault on
(White) female employee The Maplewood, MN Police Department is searching for two suspects accused of assaulting a Burlington Coat Factory employee during a shoplifting incident. The victim's mother spoke Tuesday, saying her daughter was hospitalized for three days with a punctured lung following the attack. "I don't know why people would want to hurt somebody who is so innocent and beautiful," said Heidi, the victim's mother, who did not want their last name used. Heidi said the incident happened on Sept. 3 at the store off of Beam Avenue. She said a man and woman were captured on surveillance video entering the front of the store. "They stole a bunch of clothes. They had suitcases packed with stuff," Heidi said. "And then they ran out the back door to steal what they could." Heidi said her 21-year-old daughter, who is a manager at the store, heard the alarms going off and walked outside to see what was happening. "The lady grabbed her by the back of the hair, threw her down to the ground and started kicking her," Heidi said. "The girl kept kicking her. The guy came around the corner and then he pitched in and started kicking her as well. She thought she was going to die and she wishes she never went out that door." She said the vicious beating continued until another employee heard her calls for help over the store's walkie-talkie system and came to her daughter's rescue, chasing off the suspects. "They just do what they do because they think it's funny. They left her on the ground and they laughed and ran away," Heidi said. Police In Reading Was Justified
Use Of Force, Berks County DA Says READING, Pa. (CBS) — The Berks County District Attorney says the shooting of a BLACK-TRANS-THING by police in Reading earlier this month was a justified use of force. Lakim Miller-Nock, who identifies as a female and prefers to be called Roxanne Moore, remains hospitalized in critical but stable condition. Berks County District Attorney John Adams says the 29-year-old wreaked havoc on the morning of Sept. 13 before being shot by responding officers. The incident lasted less than 15 minutes and ended with 16 shots fired, and Moore being hit multiple times. It all started around 7 a.m. in her apartment when authorities say Moore got into an argument with others and started a fire on the stove, which led to an altercation. Adams says Moore forcibly stole a handgun from someone in the apartment and then ran outside. Video surveillance from that block spotted "IT" waving the handgun in the air, pistol-whipping a man, chasing him and pointing what appears to be a gun at him. That victim was able to run away. A third victim called 911, saying the suspect threatened to shoot and kill her. The district attorney says there is a history of mental health and potential drug use. But it isn’t clear if the suspect was under the influence |

Woman accused of murder, sexual
trafficking in St. Louis Co. CLAYTON, Mo. (AP) — An East St. Louis, Illinois, woman is facing charges of sexual trafficking of a child and second-degree murder for crimes that happened last year in St. Louis County. Authorities on Wednesday announced the charges against 21-year-old Makyia Fowler, who is jailed on $500,000 bond. She does not have a listed attorney. A probable cause statement alleges that Fowler was working in November with the man who was killed, Darren Woods, to recruit and promote a juvenile for sexual acts. The statement said Fowler and Woods, while staying at a hotel, took sexually explicit photos and videos of the juvenile, and posted some of it on the internet as advertisements. The statement said a patron, Eric Moore, set up a sexual encounter and paid $60 but then raised concerns about the price. Authorities say that when Fowler came into the room, Moore pointed a gun at her and demanded his money back. Woods then came into the room and was allegedly shot by Moore, who was previously charged with second-degree murder. |

Four-year-old
(White) boy is shot dead and four

gunman barges into Ohio home and
opens fire Police in Ohio are searching for a man who walked into a family's home and opened fire early this morning, killing a four-year-old boy and wounding four adults. The mass shooting took place at around 2am on Monday inside a two-story home in the 100 block of Perry Street in Struthers on the Ohio-Pennsylvania border. Struthers Police Chief Tim Roddy said during a press briefing this afternoon that the gunman made his way inside the home and began yelling at the people inside. Before the residents had a chance to respond, the intruder opened fire inside the living room. Roddy identified the deceased child this afternoon as four-year-old Rowan Sweeney. He died in the arms of his mother, 22-year-old Alexis Scheider, who was also shot. Yarnell Green Jr, 30, and 20-year-old Andre Stephon McCoy Jr were in critical condition at St. Elizabeth Health Center, one of them suffering from two gunshot wounds to the head and the other from two gunshot wounds to the back. Both Schneider and Cassandra Marsicola, 20, were hospitalized in stable condition after being shot in the legs. The suspect ran away from the home on foot. Police said the surviving victims told them they did not know the gunman. Marsicola called 911 to report the incident, saying that everyone in the house had been shot. Schneider could be heard yelling on the call, 'My son is dead.' Neighbors reported hearing five to eight gunshots but did not see the suspect. The two injured women were described as friends. They are cooperating with the investigation. Meanwhile, Rowan's father, David Sweeney, delivered an emotional statement, calling his son's killer a 'coward' and a 'scumbag,' and urging him to 'be a man' and turn himself in. 'Rowan was the sweetest boy,' Sweeney said in a voice trembling with emotion. 'Rowan was the best. He is so young. He didn't deserve any of this... buddy, I'm so sorry, for you, buddy. I love you.' Then addressing the killer directly, Sweeney said through sobs: 'you're sick, dude. you're sick. You took my son from me...you can live with that for the rest of your life.' Police described the suspect as a thin, light-skinned black man who was last seen wearing a black jacket. Chief Roddy stressed that it was not a random act of violence but rather a targeted attack. - (Black-on-White) |

He did not stop," Puerta said. “There was a moment when he said, ‘Sorry’ and I looked at him and he punched me and after that, I don’t know what happened.” Puerta said she passed out during the beating, and she managed to walk out of the Metromover in a daze and called 911. Officers said Puerta wasn’t King’s only victim. They are accusing him of attacking two other men in the Metromover that same day. More than two weeks after the attack, Puerta still has a broken rib, a swollen jaw, a black eye and a bruised arm. She is worried King will strike again. “I don’t know how I am alive,” Puerta said. - (Black-on-White-Hispanic-Woman) |

suspect’s no-bail release A good Samaritan is outraged because he risked his life to save a mom and her kids from a violent pervert at Hudson River Park — only to learn the suspect Justin Merritt, 34. was quickly released without bail (DUE TO DEMOCRAT anti-cop POLITICIANS) “It’s basically a lawless free-for-all,” hero Denis Goncharov lamented of New York City, after learning that the suspect will remain free until a December court date. “Like in the movie ‘Joker,'” he told The Post. As a dad of two grade-school-age girls himself, Goncharov, 33, says he didn’t think twice about leaping between a terrified family and a deranged (African-American, colored, black, Negro, nword) who had walked up to their park bench last week and starting masturbating. Goncharov chased the creep for more than half a mile through Greenwich Village to help cops catch him — even after the still-exposed man picked up a brick from the ground and ran at his head with it. “What upsets me is the kids he was exposing himself to were similar age to my daughters,” Goncharov explained of his bravery. “I imagined the kids being harassed were my own.” “A lunatic like this is able to re-offend again and again and without consequences,” Goncharov complained. “I felt sorry for the hardworking NYPD officers who often feel so powerless,” he added. “The law is completely letting down innocent, law-abiding citizens. Shootings, burglaries and violent crime are off the charts — and is it any wonder?” |

CRAZY BLACK KILLERS MURDERED FIVE
MEN IN METRO DETROIT IN LAST MONTH
(WXYZ) — In the span of a month, three different men living only miles apart were accused of violent attacks resulting in the loss of five lives. They used different weapons, but what made each attack possible—according to those that know them—was the same broken mental health system. Most people suffering from mental illness are not violent; in fact, studies have shown they are more likely to be the victims of attacks than perpetrators. But in each of these recent cases, the accused aggressors suffered from mental illness. In some cases, the attacks follow years of seeking treatment for a mental condition. Darrien Walker pointed a gun at a neighbor. Wielding a samurai sword and knives, Walker threw a dagger at a Detroit cop, striking him in the face. Seconds later, he was shot and killed. LaMetrius Jackson suffers from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. While waiting for a bus on Detroit’s West Side, he stabbed a man to death in broad daylight. His court-appointed lawyer is trying to get him off using the 'crazy nigga' defense. Donny Walker opened fire on his sister Danny and mother Hazel, killing them both. Once police arrived, he turned the gun on them. “He started shooting at the officers,” said neighbor Patrick McCullough, who witnesses the shooting. “He let out at least five or six rounds.” After a brief standoff with police, Walker was shot and killed. fire LANSING — Minutes before police say Abbieana Williams set a fire that killed her boyfriend's mother and two nephews, she texted him, according to court records. "I'm outside your mom's house...I hope your mom likes being burned alive," the text read, according to an affidavit that led to murder and arson charges against the Lansing woman. Williams, 21, is accused of killing Melissa Westen and Westen's two grandchildren, 8-year-old Aston Griffin and 4-year-old Jesse Kline IV. One of Williams' friends told police Williams was angry at her boyfriend because she suspected he was cheating on her, Mironiuk wrote. The friend told police he dropped Williams off near 1450 Elizabeth St. between 11:20 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Sept. 3. While they were driving, he said, Williams told someone on the phone, "I hope your mama likes burning alive," Mironiuk wrote in the affidavit. Just before he dropped her off on Elizabeth Street, Williams told him she was going to throw a rock through the window, according to the affidavit. The friend left the area. One of Westen's neighbors told police he saw a black female walking back and forth on Elizabeth Street about four minutes before Westen's house caught fire, Mironiuk wrote. The woman asked the neighbor to borrow a lighter and walked toward Westen's house, where the neighbor lost sight of her, he told police. Williams' boyfriend was seen after the fire with the same lighter, which Mironiuk said was distinctive, according to the affidavit. The Lansing Fire Department was called at about 11:45 p.m. When they arrived, flames were coming out of the front and side windows. "This arson was a despicable act of violence and my heart goes out to the victims and their family," Lansing Police Chief Daryl Green said. |

NYPD officer helped China spy on
Tibetan community, feds say “Let them [superiors in Beijing] know you have recruited one in the police department,” Officer Baimadajie Angwang allegedly told one Chinese government official. An NYPD officer was arrested Wednesday on federal charges of acting as an illegal agent of the Chinese government, authorities said. Baimadajie Angwang, 33, is accused of providing “non-public information about internal operations of the NYPD” to Chinese government officials stationed at the consulate and offering them access to senior NYPD officials through invitations to official events, according to federal prosecutors. Since at least 2014, Angwang also reported on the activities of Chinese citizens in the New York area and fed information about potential intelligence sources within the Tibetan community, according to federal prosecutors. “Let them [superiors in Beijing] know you have recruited one in the police department,” Angwang told one of the Chinese government officials, according to a government detention memo. Authorities described the official as Angwang’s “handler.” In addition to his work with the NYPD, Angwang is also a U.S. Army Reservist and holds the rank of Staff Sergeant at Fort Dix, NJ., according to federal prosecutors. As part of that position, the FBI says he holds a “secret” level security clearance. His father and mother are retired members of the government and communist party, and his brother serves as a reservist in the Chinese Army, according to prosecutors. Prosecutors say Angwang falsely obtained U.S. citizenship by claiming asylum, stating that he had been arrested and tortured in China due partly to his Tibetan ethnicity. “Yet, despite alleging torture and persecution at the hands of PRC security officials, the government’s investigation has revealed that Angwang has traveled back to the PRC on numerous occasion since his asylum application was granted,” the memo says. |

Webber: Trump's October surprise
should be martial law -
Sep 19, 2020 Yep, I’m serious, folks. Wikipedia defines Martial Law as the imposition of direct military control of normal civil functions…, especially in response to a temporary emergency where civil forces are overwhelmed. Too harsh? The Insurrection Act empowers the president to deploy the military and National Guard in particular circumstances, such as to suppress civil disorder, insurrection and rebellion. This statement is not a case of Webber being sarcastic again – I’m encouraging Donald Trump to do it. I/we have had enough of putting our lives on hold for radicals. Throughout his presidency, Democrats have attempted to make Trump’s life a living hell, and by extension, most Americans. In past columns, I’ve hammered how the Democratic party has historically been a thorn in our side. Since Hillary Clinton’s defeat, Dems ratcheted up their anarchist behavior to a level unseen since the Civil War. They have turned towards socialism and lust for the power to enforce it. They will step on your mother to do it. The Democrats literally tried to steal the election from Trump, believing they had “Strzok insurance” within the FBI, tying Trump to a fake Russian conspiracy. It was the Democrats that had the ties to Russia. They spent three years and millions of our dollars impeaching Trump, using their personal mainstream media “brown-shirts” to promote the bogus ruse. Since they were exposed, they merely wiped the Robert Mueller hardware records clean, taking a page out of Hillary’s playbook. It would have been nuclear to the media had Trump done that. The impeachment hoax was dying out when the liberal media stepped up to hype a man-made China virus. They successfully terrified the country into submitting to just about any hair-brained idea a Democrat could think of – masks, home confinement, closure of businesses, ghoulish daily death counts, etc. The economy, Trump’s strong suit, tanked due to the hype of the media and the draconian measures implemented by liberal bureaucrats. Democrats danced and bumped elbows with glee, delighted Trump’s economy was failing. Now that unkempt, long-haired ordinary Americans were good and terrified, compliant, and at home, ANTIFA and Black Lives Matter were unleashed upon the cities. So-called peaceful and COVID-free protests by day turned to riots and looting at night, while Democrat mayors fiddled like Nero. Police were ordered to stand down. But the Dems weren’t done yet. Next came reprehensible schemes to vote by mail, rather than chancing “exposure” to China’s bug voting in nasty polling centers. Visits to Wal-Mart or protests are safe, but not polling centers. As mentioned on Facebook, if you don’t see a problem with mail-in voting, put $5,000 cash in an envelope and mail it to yourself. Democrats tried to rig the last presidential election, and they’re at it again. Mail-in ballots, if delivered timely or at all, will have to be counted and the results won’t be known for weeks, if not months. Can you imagine the political infighting? If you recall, these were the same jokers that want to eliminate the electoral college too. Ask yourself why Dems are always tampering with systems that have worked brilliantly for over 200 years. This daily chaos in our country is the very definition of civil disorder, insurrection, and rebellion. Look up the definition if you don’t believe me. While you’re looking things up, check out Norm Eisen or the Color Revolution — it’s all related. Conservatives didn’t try to falsely impeach the president, close businesses, confine people home, or tinker with the election system. And it isn’t conservatives rioting, looting, or promoting the ludicrous, hair-brained idea of defunding the police. It’s anarchists and socialists within the Democratic party promoting civil disorder. Democrats refuse to cede one millimeter towards Trump on any issue — everything must be resisted at great cost to our country. Given the media’s penchant for trying to turn everything around — gaslighting — it’s time to bring this coup to a screeching halt. Trump has to do this soon, or nobody will believe in the election results, regardless of who wins. Anarchy will reign supreme — Democrats will be in ecstasy. Edicts will be shrieked daily from Pelosi, Schumer, and Biden, grabbing power for themselves while jamming up the court systems. The Democrats already have hundreds of lawyers on retainer to fight the election results. With the election nearing, we need to bring this country back to civility. It’s time to let people make up their minds how they want to handle the China bug issue, let business open up, allow only normal voting processes using the electoral system, and stop the rioting — by any means necessary. If that’s a declaration of Marshall Law, last used by Lyndon Johnson, from now until 30 days after the election results, then so be it. (Liberal lawyers will come out of the woodwork to refute Trump’s authority with this one.) Trump has the authority; he needs to use it. |

Bloomfield couple shot, wife
killed, during apparent robbery in
Indianapolis by ruthless black
savages INDIANAPOLIS — A couple that owns a commercial roofing company in Bloomfield, Indiana, was shot during an apparent robbery early Thursday on the west side of Indianapolis while working on a trailer. The wife, 40-year-old Wilma Hochstetler, died at the scene. Her husband, Jonathan, survived a bullet through his neck. Their six-year-old son witnessed the incident. Jonathan’s father, Sam Hochstetler, read a letter Friday afternoon he wrote to the people of Indianapolis. "I feel no hatred, bitterness, anger, nor revenge towards the two Black men that murdered my daughter-in-law,” Sam said. “I extend forgiveness for the two murderers. Revenge only begets more violence. My heart's desire for them is that they would repent, to fall on their faces before the Lord Jesus, and cry out for mercy for their own souls’ sake." Family and friends say Jonathan stopped at a roofing project on High School Road near 38th Street Wednesday. A tire had blown out on his trailer. Early in the evening, Jonathan sent workers with the truck back to Bloomfield. Wilma then drove the truck to Indianapolis with a spare tire. After replacing the trailer tire, they noticed a problem with the lights on the trailer. It was now well after midnight. While working on the lights, two men approached, pulled out guns and robbed the couple. They took money and Wilma’s mobile phone, then shot the couple as they left. Wilma died instantly. Jonathan took a bullet through his neck but remained conscious. He went to the truck to retrieve his phone and called 911. The couple’s six-year-old son was sitting in the truck during the incident. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police responded around 1:30 a.m. to the 3000 block of High School Road. Jonathan’s father Sam said his son underwent surgery Thursday night to fuse three broken vertebrae together in his neck. But he is grateful not to be paralyzed and is expected to recover fully. He also has broken bones in his jaw and face. "The hardest thing for him is going to be to pick up and go on without Wilma,” said Andrew Yutzy, a friend of Jonathan. “Literally, he didn't he didn't breathe without Wilma being a part of it. That's how close they were. Pray for Jonathan, that he can pick up the pieces. And his children, they're just devastated." The couple owns J & W (Jonathan & Wilma) Commercial Roofing in Bloomfield. They were actively involved in mission work. They have four children - three daughters and a son - ages 16, 13, 10 and 6. "We have the hope and the assurance of eternal life,” said Sam. “We have the confidence that Wilma went to be with her maker. The children know that. They know that if they continue in the Christian faith, someday they'll go they'll go be with mother. That's the best way that we cope with that." A Go Fund Me account has been set up to help pay for Jonathan’s medical expenses. There is also a Facebook page with updates on Jonathan’s condition. - (Black-on-White) |

one speaks out after 5 blacks
arrested for the shooting death of
an unarmed (White) bicyclist last
year JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Helen Ayers fought to hold back tears when reacting to the shooting death of her half-brother and the arrests of five people in the case. “He was my brother. He had children. And he was somebody’s son, and he was just riding his bike,” Ayers said of her half-brother, Damon Rothermel. Rothermel, 50, was shot and killed in January 2019 while riding his bicycle on Emerson Street near St. Augustine Road. According to police, Rothermel appeared to have been hit by a stray slug from a shootout between people in two cars. Several people came to his aid. One even tried to perform CPR, but it was not enough to save him. Ayers said her half-brother died while completing an errand for his mother. “He was on his way back from Walmart,” she said. Ayers said she was on her way home that day when she drove up to the crime scene. “I had pulled up right at the intersection and saw it all taped off. I had no idea it was Damon. I didn’t know until later what had happened," she recounted. Ayers said it feels like the wheels of justice are beginning to turn now that five arrests were made in connection with the shooting death of her half-brother. Hakeem Robinson, Dominique Barner, Derek Hudson and Christopher Brown were all eventually charged with murder. Janera Smith was charged as an accessory. - (Black-on-White) |

outside Brick Church Pike motel
room NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Metro police have arrested the gunman suspected of murdering a woman and wounding another person in a shooting outside of a motel room on Brick Church Pike earlier this week. Michael Brigman, 34, was charged Thursday night with criminal homicide and attempted criminal homicide for Tuesday night’s fatal shooting at the Super 8 off Interstate 65 near West Trinity Lane. When police arrived at the shooting scene around 11 p.m., they said they found Amanda Baucum, 26, and a 35-year-old man, both suffering from gunshot wounds. Detectives said a gunman fired shots at the two during an apparent argument outside of a room on the second floor of the motel. Metro police said Baucum was taken to TriStar Skyline Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead. The male victim was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he was considered stable. Homeless
vagrant Chico Negro facing 21
years after being convicted for
the early morning rape of a woman
in an alley OROVILLE, (Northern) CA — District Attorney Mike Ramsey announced on Friday that a Butte County jury found a black man guilty of raping a woman in a Chico, CA alleyway in March 2019. The case is one of the first jury trials since the COVID-19 pandemic began — and was delayed by North Complex West Zone fires. According to Ramsey, Ishmael Smith, 35, previously homeless in Chico, met the victim, a then 25-year-old woman, as she was walking home from downtown Chico in the early morning hours of March 9, 2019. Ramsey said the victim, who didn’t know Smith, testified at the trial that Smith approached her and began talking to her as she walked. As they passed an alley off Salem Street, however, Smith violently shoved her into the alley and then forced her to the ground, where she was raped. Smith then let her go. Ramsey said the victim told the court that after the rape, she walked home crying while Smith followed her. The woman locked herself inside her car, fearing that if she went inside her home; he would know where she lived. The woman’s sister took her to Enloe Medical Center after she got a call from the victim around 4:00 a.m. that morning. Smith was identified as the assailant on April 22, 2019, after samples taken from biological samples from the victim’s body were found to be his. On April 22, 2019, the database identified Ishmael Smith as the suspect. Chico police got a search warrant for Smith who was arrested in Los Angeles by LAPD on April 25. After the jury found Smith guilty of forcible rape, they further found Smith had previously been convicted of a gang-related second-degree robbery in 2006. This prior conviction is a “strike” and adds 13 years to his potential sentence. |

Man arrested in connection with
sexual assault OXFORD, Miss. (WMC) - The Oxford Police Department and the Union County Sheriff’s Department arrested a 21-year-old man in connection with a sexual assault from two months ago. Authorities say the incident occurred in the 2100 block of Old Taylor Road on July 25. The collection of forensic evidence at that crime scene also linked the suspect to another crime that happened on July 20, in the 200 block of Town Center Drive. On Sept. 8, Wayne Anthony Fiddis was arrested by Union County Sheriff’s Office investigators with the assistance of the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office. He has been charged with two counts of burglary of a dwelling, two counts of attempted burglary of a dwelling, and one count of sexual battery. After a lengthy investigation into a home being burglarized multiple times in Union County from May through September, Fiddis was identified as a suspect in those crimes. On Sept. 9, Union County Sheriff’s investigators contacted Oxford Police regarding a male identified as Wayne Anthony Fiddis of Marshall County. Fiddis was in custody for a separate crime in their jurisdiction but because of similarities to the crimes in Oxford, they wanted to pass along the information. OPD investigators got DNA from Fiddis and sent it to the state crime lab for comparison. Once the results returned, Fiddis was charged with two counts of burglary-home invasion and one count of rape. |

Officials
Identify 1 Of 2 Suspects Police
Say Opened Fire On Plainclothes
Officers In Cedarbrook PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Officials have identified one of the two suspects Philadelphia police say opened fire on three plainclothes officers in the city’s Cedarbrook neighborhood on Friday night. Police say Jeffione Thomas is wanted for the attempted murder of Philadelphia police officers. Police say the last known address for Thomas was in the 7800 block of Fayette Street. There is an active warrant out for Thomas’ arrest. The officers were on a plainclothes assignment in Cedarbrook when a man, police believe to be Thomas, was riding a bicycle and fired a gun at their SUV. As police exchanged fire with him, another man down the street started firing at the officers. Two of the officers suffered non-life-threatening injuries. A third officer was not hurt. The Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 5 is offering a $10,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest of suspects involved in this incident. “It’s outrageous and disgusting when two thugs think it’s OK to open fire on three undercover narcotics officers,” said FOP Lodge #5 President, John McNesby. “Our officers were ambushed for simply doing their jobs, working to get drugs and guns off our streets.” “This brazen disrespect of law enforcement is unacceptable.” Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 215-686-8477. |
Former
Fort Polk soldier sentenced to
life in prison for sexually
abusing minor at army base LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - A former Fort Polk Army Soldier was sentenced to life in federal prison on Tuesday for sexually abusing a minor under the age of 12 years old. Ronald W. Allen, Jr., 41, was found guilty by a federal jury of sexually abusing the minor on numerous occasions over four years on the Fort Polk Military Base, where Allen lived. Acting U.S. Attorney Alexander C. Van Hook said the minor gave details to an individual at a school she was attending in a community near Fort Polk and after an investigation, the DNA evidence obtained from where the abuse occurred matched Allen’s DNA. “This sentence sends a clear message that those who abuse children will be brought to justice,” Van Hook said. “These crimes are particularly heinous because children put their trust in adults and especially those who serve in the United States Military.” Allen was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $72,000, Van Hook said. |

Springfield man indicted after
allegedly sexually assaulting,
beating, choking woman A Springfield man has been indicted after allegedly sexually assaulting, beating and choking a woman repeatedly over the course of nearly 10 hours, according to court records. Aaron Hammond, 45, was indicted in Clark County Common Pleas Court this week on four counts of rape, two counts of kidnapping, three counts of felonious assault and one count of abduction. As of Tuesday afternoon, he was listed as an inmate in the Clark County Jail. Police began investigating Hammond after they were dispatched to Springfield Regional Medical Center on May 28 on a report of a sexual assault, according to an affidavit filed in the case. At the hospital, officers interviewed the victim who told them the night before she had rented a room at the Relax Inn so she “could consume some alcohol with friends.” The victim said her friends left the hotel room around 11:30 p.m. and shortly after Hammond arrived and she let him in, the affidavit said. The victim said Hammond made her remove her clothes and, “proceeded to hit, smack, choke and sexually assault her.” The woman told investigators that she was choked at times to the point of passing out. “She stated that she was told by Hammond that if she reported this to the police or went to the hospital that he would finish what he started and kill her,” the affidavit said. The victim left the motel and drove immediately to the hospital, according to the affidavit. |
