(cross-eyed black) Woman
texted boyfriend about his mom
burning alive minutes before fatal
fire LANSING — Minutes before police say Abbieana Williams set a fire that killed her boyfriend's mother and two nephews, she texted him, according to court records. "I'm outside your mom's house...I hope your mom likes being burned alive," the text read, according to an affidavit that led to murder and arson charges against the Lansing woman. Williams, 21, is accused of killing Melissa Westen and Westen's two grandchildren, 8-year-old Aston Griffin and 4-year-old Jesse Kline IV. One of Williams' friends told police Williams was angry at her boyfriend because she suspected he was cheating on her, Mironiuk wrote. The friend told police he dropped Williams off near 1450 Elizabeth St. between 11:20 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Sept. 3. While they were driving, he said, Williams told someone on the phone, "I hope your mama likes burning alive," Mironiuk wrote in the affidavit. Just before he dropped her off on Elizabeth Street, Williams told him she was going to throw a rock through the window, according to the affidavit. The friend left the area. One of Westen's neighbors told police he saw a black female walking back and forth on Elizabeth Street about four minutes before Westen's house caught fire, Mironiuk wrote. The woman asked the neighbor to borrow a lighter and walked toward Westen's house, where the neighbor lost sight of her, he told police. Williams' boyfriend was seen after the fire with the same lighter, which Mironiuk said was distinctive, according to the affidavit. The Lansing Fire Department was called at about 11:45 p.m. When they arrived, flames were coming out of the front and side windows. "This arson was a despicable act of violence and my heart goes out to the victims and their family," Lansing Police Chief Daryl Green said. |

Police said Smith continued northbound a short distance before her vehicle became disabled. The Waukegan officer was transported to a hospital for evaluation. Smith sustained some injuries, but declined treatment, police said. She appeared to be “heavily intoxicated,” sheriff’s police said. |

CHINESE
NYPD officer helped China spy on
Tibetan community, feds say “Let them [superiors in Beijing] know you have recruited one in the police department,” Officer Baimadajie Angwang allegedly told one Chinese government official. An NYPD officer was arrested Wednesday on federal charges of acting as an illegal agent of the Chinese government, authorities said. Baimadajie Angwang, 33, is accused of providing “non-public information about internal operations of the NYPD” to Chinese government officials stationed at the consulate and offering them access to senior NYPD officials through invitations to official events, according to federal prosecutors. Since at least 2014, Angwang also reported on the activities of Chinese citizens in the New York area and fed information about potential intelligence sources within the Tibetan community, according to federal prosecutors. “Let them [superiors in Beijing] know you have recruited one in the police department,” Angwang told one of the Chinese government officials, according to a government detention memo. Authorities described the official as Angwang’s “handler.” In addition to his work with the NYPD, Angwang is also a U.S. Army Reservist and holds the rank of Staff Sergeant at Fort Dix, NJ., according to federal prosecutors. As part of that position, the FBI says he holds a “secret” level security clearance. His father and mother are retired members of the government and communist party, and his brother serves as a reservist in the Chinese Army, according to prosecutors. Prosecutors say Angwang falsely obtained U.S. citizenship by claiming asylum, stating that he had been arrested and tortured in China due partly to his Tibetan ethnicity. “Yet, despite alleging torture and persecution at the hands of PRC security officials, the government’s investigation has revealed that Angwang has traveled back to the PRC on numerous occasion since his asylum application was granted,” the memo says. |

Terrell Coffer, 44, of Oakland allegedly stabbed the victim aboard a train as it approached the Warm Springs/South Fremont Station shortly before noon Friday.A BART community service officer on the platform spotted Coffer and helped detain him. Coffer was being held at Santa Rita Jail on suspicion of attempted homicide. Webber: Trump's October surprise
should be martial law -
Sep 19, 2020 Yep, I’m serious, folks. Wikipedia defines Martial Law as the imposition of direct military control of normal civil functions…, especially in response to a temporary emergency where civil forces are overwhelmed. Too harsh? The Insurrection Act empowers the president to deploy the military and National Guard in particular circumstances, such as to suppress civil disorder, insurrection and rebellion. This statement is not a case of Webber being sarcastic again – I’m encouraging Donald Trump to do it. I/we have had enough of putting our lives on hold for radicals. Throughout his presidency, Democrats have attempted to make Trump’s life a living hell, and by extension, most Americans. In past columns, I’ve hammered how the Democratic party has historically been a thorn in our side. Since Hillary Clinton’s defeat, Dems ratcheted up their anarchist behavior to a level unseen since the Civil War. They have turned towards socialism and lust for the power to enforce it. They will step on your mother to do it. The Democrats literally tried to steal the election from Trump, believing they had “Strzok insurance” within the FBI, tying Trump to a fake Russian conspiracy. It was the Democrats that had the ties to Russia. They spent three years and millions of our dollars impeaching Trump, using their personal mainstream media “brown-shirts” to promote the bogus ruse. Since they were exposed, they merely wiped the Robert Mueller hardware records clean, taking a page out of Hillary’s playbook. It would have been nuclear to the media had Trump done that. The impeachment hoax was dying out when the liberal media stepped up to hype a man-made China virus. They successfully terrified the country into submitting to just about any hair-brained idea a Democrat could think of – masks, home confinement, closure of businesses, ghoulish daily death counts, etc. The economy, Trump’s strong suit, tanked due to the hype of the media and the draconian measures implemented by liberal bureaucrats. Democrats danced and bumped elbows with glee, delighted Trump’s economy was failing. Now that unkempt, long-haired ordinary Americans were good and terrified, compliant, and at home, ANTIFA and Black Lives Matter were unleashed upon the cities. So-called peaceful and COVID-free protests by day turned to riots and looting at night, while Democrat mayors fiddled like Nero. Police were ordered to stand down. But the Dems weren’t done yet. Next came reprehensible schemes to vote by mail, rather than chancing “exposure” to China’s bug voting in nasty polling centers. Visits to Wal-Mart or protests are safe, but not polling centers. As mentioned on Facebook, if you don’t see a problem with mail-in voting, put $5,000 cash in an envelope and mail it to yourself. Democrats tried to rig the last presidential election, and they’re at it again. Mail-in ballots, if delivered timely or at all, will have to be counted and the results won’t be known for weeks, if not months. Can you imagine the political infighting? If you recall, these were the same jokers that want to eliminate the electoral college too. Ask yourself why Dems are always tampering with systems that have worked brilliantly for over 200 years. This daily chaos in our country is the very definition of civil disorder, insurrection, and rebellion. Look up the definition if you don’t believe me. While you’re looking things up, check out Norm Eisen or the Color Revolution — it’s all related. Conservatives didn’t try to falsely impeach the president, close businesses, confine people home, or tinker with the election system. And it isn’t conservatives rioting, looting, or promoting the ludicrous, hair-brained idea of defunding the police. It’s anarchists and socialists within the Democratic party promoting civil disorder. Democrats refuse to cede one millimeter towards Trump on any issue — everything must be resisted at great cost to our country. Given the media’s penchant for trying to turn everything around — gaslighting — it’s time to bring this coup to a screeching halt. Trump has to do this soon, or nobody will believe in the election results, regardless of who wins. Anarchy will reign supreme — Democrats will be in ecstasy. Edicts will be shrieked daily from Pelosi, Schumer, and Biden, grabbing power for themselves while jamming up the court systems. The Democrats already have hundreds of lawyers on retainer to fight the election results. With the election nearing, we need to bring this country back to civility. It’s time to let people make up their minds how they want to handle the China bug issue, let business open up, allow only normal voting processes using the electoral system, and stop the rioting — by any means necessary. If that’s a declaration of Marshall Law, last used by Lyndon Johnson, from now until 30 days after the election results, then so be it. (Liberal lawyers will come out of the woodwork to refute Trump’s authority with this one.) Trump has the authority; he needs to use it. |

Bloomfield couple shot, wife
killed, during apparent robbery in
Indianapolis by ruthless black
savages INDIANAPOLIS — A couple that owns a commercial roofing company in Bloomfield, Indiana, was shot during an apparent robbery early Thursday on the west side of Indianapolis while working on a trailer. The wife, 40-year-old Wilma Hochstetler, died at the scene. Her husband, Jonathan, survived a bullet through his neck. Their six-year-old son witnessed the incident. Jonathan’s father, Sam Hochstetler, read a letter Friday afternoon he wrote to the people of Indianapolis. "I feel no hatred, bitterness, anger, nor revenge towards the two Black men that murdered my daughter-in-law,” Sam said. “I extend forgiveness for the two murderers. Revenge only begets more violence. My heart's desire for them is that they would repent, to fall on their faces before the Lord Jesus, and cry out for mercy for their own souls’ sake." Family and friends say Jonathan stopped at a roofing project on High School Road near 38th Street Wednesday. A tire had blown out on his trailer. Early in the evening, Jonathan sent workers with the truck back to Bloomfield. Wilma then drove the truck to Indianapolis with a spare tire. After replacing the trailer tire, they noticed a problem with the lights on the trailer. It was now well after midnight. While working on the lights, two men approached, pulled out guns and robbed the couple. They took money and Wilma’s mobile phone, then shot the couple as they left. Wilma died instantly. Jonathan took a bullet through his neck but remained conscious. He went to the truck to retrieve his phone and called 911. The couple’s six-year-old son was sitting in the truck during the incident. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police responded around 1:30 a.m. to the 3000 block of High School Road. Jonathan’s father Sam said his son underwent surgery Thursday night to fuse three broken vertebrae together in his neck. But he is grateful not to be paralyzed and is expected to recover fully. He also has broken bones in his jaw and face. "The hardest thing for him is going to be to pick up and go on without Wilma,” said Andrew Yutzy, a friend of Jonathan. “Literally, he didn't he didn't breathe without Wilma being a part of it. That's how close they were. Pray for Jonathan, that he can pick up the pieces. And his children, they're just devastated." The couple owns J & W (Jonathan & Wilma) Commercial Roofing in Bloomfield. They were actively involved in mission work. They have four children - three daughters and a son - ages 16, 13, 10 and 6. "We have the hope and the assurance of eternal life,” said Sam. “We have the confidence that Wilma went to be with her maker. The children know that. They know that if they continue in the Christian faith, someday they'll go they'll go be with mother. That's the best way that we cope with that." A Go Fund Me account has been set up to help pay for Jonathan’s medical expenses. There is also a Facebook page with updates on Jonathan’s condition. - (Black-on-White) |

arrested for the shooting death of
an unarmed (White) bicyclist last
year JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Helen Ayers fought to hold back tears when reacting to the shooting death of her half-brother and the arrests of five people in the case. “He was my brother. He had children. And he was somebody’s son, and he was just riding his bike,” Ayers said of her half-brother, Damon Rothermel. Rothermel, 50, was shot and killed in January 2019 while riding his bicycle on Emerson Street near St. Augustine Road. According to police, Rothermel appeared to have been hit by a stray slug from a shootout between people in two cars. Several people came to his aid. One even tried to perform CPR, but it was not enough to save him. Ayers said her half-brother died while completing an errand for his mother. “He was on his way back from Walmart,” she said. Ayers said she was on her way home that day when she drove up to the crime scene. “I had pulled up right at the intersection and saw it all taped off. I had no idea it was Damon. I didn’t know until later what had happened," she recounted. Ayers said it feels like the wheels of justice are beginning to turn now that five arrests were made in connection with the shooting death of her half-brother. Hakeem Robinson, Dominique Barner, Derek Hudson and Christopher Brown were all eventually charged with murder. Janera Smith was charged as an accessory. - (Black-on-White) |

Man charged with murdering woman
outside Brick Church Pike motel
room NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Metro police have arrested the gunman suspected of murdering a woman and wounding another person in a shooting outside of a motel room on Brick Church Pike earlier this week. Michael Brigman, 34, was charged Thursday night with criminal homicide and attempted criminal homicide for Tuesday night’s fatal shooting at the Super 8 off Interstate 65 near West Trinity Lane. When police arrived at the shooting scene around 11 p.m., they said they found Amanda Baucum, 26, and a 35-year-old man, both suffering from gunshot wounds. Detectives said a gunman fired shots at the two during an apparent argument outside of a room on the second floor of the motel. Metro police said Baucum was taken to TriStar Skyline Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead. The male victim was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he was considered stable. Hours after the two were shot, detectives released a surveillance photo of the suspected gunman, now identified by police as Brigman. When he was interviewed by detectives, Brigman claimed the shooting stemmed from a dispute over money, according to police. - (Black-on-White) |

Homeless
vagrant Chico Negro facing 21
years after being convicted for
the early morning rape of a woman
in an alley OROVILLE, (Northern) CA — District Attorney Mike Ramsey announced on Friday that a Butte County jury found a black man guilty of raping a woman in a Chico, CA alleyway in March 2019. The case is one of the first jury trials since the COVID-19 pandemic began — and was delayed by North Complex West Zone fires. According to Ramsey, Ishmael Smith, 35, previously homeless in Chico, met the victim, a then 25-year-old woman, as she was walking home from downtown Chico in the early morning hours of March 9, 2019. Ramsey said the victim, who didn’t know Smith, testified at the trial that Smith approached her and began talking to her as she walked. As they passed an alley off Salem Street, however, Smith violently shoved her into the alley and then forced her to the ground, where she was raped. Smith then let her go. Ramsey said the victim told the court that after the rape, she walked home crying while Smith followed her. The woman locked herself inside her car, fearing that if she went inside her home; he would know where she lived. The woman’s sister took her to Enloe Medical Center after she got a call from the victim around 4:00 a.m. that morning. Smith was identified as the assailant on April 22, 2019, after samples taken from biological samples from the victim’s body were found to be his. On April 22, 2019, the database identified Ishmael Smith as the suspect. Chico police got a search warrant for Smith who was arrested in Los Angeles by LAPD on April 25. After the jury found Smith guilty of forcible rape, they further found Smith had previously been convicted of a gang-related second-degree robbery in 2006. This prior conviction is a “strike” and adds 13 years to his potential sentence. |

Man arrested in connection with
sexual assault OXFORD, Miss. (WMC) - The Oxford Police Department and the Union County Sheriff’s Department arrested a 21-year-old man in connection with a sexual assault from two months ago. Authorities say the incident occurred in the 2100 block of Old Taylor Road on July 25. The collection of forensic evidence at that crime scene also linked the suspect to another crime that happened on July 20, in the 200 block of Town Center Drive. On Sept. 8, Wayne Anthony Fiddis was arrested by Union County Sheriff’s Office investigators with the assistance of the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office. He has been charged with two counts of burglary of a dwelling, two counts of attempted burglary of a dwelling, and one count of sexual battery. After a lengthy investigation into a home being burglarized multiple times in Union County from May through September, Fiddis was identified as a suspect in those crimes. On Sept. 9, Union County Sheriff’s investigators contacted Oxford Police regarding a male identified as Wayne Anthony Fiddis of Marshall County. Fiddis was in custody for a separate crime in their jurisdiction but because of similarities to the crimes in Oxford, they wanted to pass along the information. OPD investigators got DNA from Fiddis and sent it to the state crime lab for comparison. Once the results returned, Fiddis was charged with two counts of burglary-home invasion and one count of rape. |

Officials
Identify 1 Of 2 Suspects Police
Say Opened Fire On Plainclothes
Officers In Cedarbrook PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Officials have identified one of the two suspects Philadelphia police say opened fire on three plainclothes officers in the city’s Cedarbrook neighborhood on Friday night. Police say Jeffione Thomas is wanted for the attempted murder of Philadelphia police officers. Police say the last known address for Thomas was in the 7800 block of Fayette Street. There is an active warrant out for Thomas’ arrest. The officers were on a plainclothes assignment in Cedarbrook when a man, police believe to be Thomas, was riding a bicycle and fired a gun at their SUV. As police exchanged fire with him, another man down the street started firing at the officers. Two of the officers suffered non-life-threatening injuries. A third officer was not hurt. The Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 5 is offering a $10,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest of suspects involved in this incident. “It’s outrageous and disgusting when two thugs think it’s OK to open fire on three undercover narcotics officers,” said FOP Lodge #5 President, John McNesby. “Our officers were ambushed for simply doing their jobs, working to get drugs and guns off our streets.” “This brazen disrespect of law enforcement is unacceptable.” Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 215-686-8477. |

abusing minor at army base LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - A former Fort Polk Army Soldier was sentenced to life in federal prison on Tuesday for sexually abusing a minor under the age of 12 years old. Ronald W. Allen, Jr., 41, was found guilty by a federal jury of sexually abusing the minor on numerous occasions over four years on the Fort Polk Military Base, where Allen lived. Acting U.S. Attorney Alexander C. Van Hook said the minor gave details to an individual at a school she was attending in a community near Fort Polk and after an investigation, the DNA evidence obtained from where the abuse occurred matched Allen’s DNA. “This sentence sends a clear message that those who abuse children will be brought to justice,” Van Hook said. “These crimes are particularly heinous because children put their trust in adults and especially those who serve in the United States Military.” Allen was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $72,000, Van Hook said. |

Springfield man indicted after
allegedly sexually assaulting,
beating, choking woman A Springfield man has been indicted after allegedly sexually assaulting, beating and choking a woman repeatedly over the course of nearly 10 hours, according to court records. Aaron Hammond, 45, was indicted in Clark County Common Pleas Court this week on four counts of rape, two counts of kidnapping, three counts of felonious assault and one count of abduction. As of Tuesday afternoon, he was listed as an inmate in the Clark County Jail. Police began investigating Hammond after they were dispatched to Springfield Regional Medical Center on May 28 on a report of a sexual assault, according to an affidavit filed in the case. At the hospital, officers interviewed the victim who told them the night before she had rented a room at the Relax Inn so she “could consume some alcohol with friends.” The victim said her friends left the hotel room around 11:30 p.m. and shortly after Hammond arrived and she let him in, the affidavit said. The victim said Hammond made her remove her clothes and, “proceeded to hit, smack, choke and sexually assault her.” The woman told investigators that she was choked at times to the point of passing out. “She stated that she was told by Hammond that if she reported this to the police or went to the hospital that he would finish what he started and kill her,” the affidavit said. The victim left the motel and drove immediately to the hospital, according to the affidavit. |

Woman
confronted in shower, husband
stabbed in Brookhaven home
invasion by black savage (Look into his eyes.... nothing inside.... many domestic pets, dogs, cats would show more intelligence, more 'soul') BROOKHAVEN, Ga. — Police in Brookhaven say they arrested a suspect after he stabbed a man in the face during a home invasion, just weeks after he was released from jail following a similar crime. The department said Friday that 56-year-old Jimmy David Mils of Atlanta had been apprehended after the home invasion, which began with him confronting a woman in the shower. Brookhaven Police say the woman's husband confronted Mills, who then stabbed him in the face and stomach. The couple's infant child was also in the house, but not attacked. The department said that in April 2015, Mills committed another home invasion with "extraordinary similarity" to the one committed this week. In that instance, police say Mills broke into a condo less than one mile from the break-in committed Thursday night. They said he was armed with a knife and assaulted two women before fleeing. He was said to have pleaded guilty in that case to two counts of aggravated assault and possession of a knife during the commission of a crime. He was sentenced to serve 8-15 years in prison in 2016, and released on parole on Aug. 3 this year. "The Brookhaven Police Department typically does not reveal information about prior offenses committed by arrestees," the department said in a release. "In this case, however, the extraordinary similarity between this case and a 2015 Brookhaven home invasion demands an exception to that practice." |

Man charged in fatal South Bend
stabbing - (of white girlfriend) SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - Richard Lee Alexander has been arrested and charged in connection with the South Bend stabbing death of 37-year-old Catherine Minix. Minix' body was found Sunday in the 900 block of Fairview. Alexander was arrested on an outstanding warrant and is being held at the St. Joseph County Jail. He is charged with murder, a felony; and invasion of privacy, a class A misdemeanor. Alexander’s initial hearing and arraignment are scheduled for Sept. 18 at 1 p.m. Police say the Minix and Alexander had a history of domestic violence issues, and charging documents indicate that a No Contact Order was in place preventing the two interacting. Those documents also allege that after stabbing Minix, Alexander went to his ex-wife’s home and told her he was going to prison. When asked why he said that, Alexander told her “Because I killed the b****". Bobbi Fein, a friend of Minix, says that (sic) two had been dating at one point but were no longer together and Catherine was ready to move on when Richard Alexander allegedly stabbed and killed her. .....16 News Now Reporter Mark Peterson covered the story of ‘The River Park Rapist" back in the 90’s when Richard Alexander was the suspect. He was convicted of twice in a series of sexual assaults in the River Park Neighborhood that took place in the summer of ’96. At trial, Alexander was identified by one victim who never saw his face, but by the sound of his voice. In 2001, DNA testing proved conclusively that someone else was responsible for the crimes and Alexander was released from prison. Court records show that Alexander was charged three separate times this year with violating a protective order in February, April, and May. - (Black-on-White) |

Case
of (White) Raleigh man's
disappearance now being
investigated as a homicide -
(black suspect) RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- The disappearance of a Raleigh man missing from the Cameron Village area is now being investigated as a homicide, the police department announced on Wednesday. No charges have been filed in the case, but officers said they suspect foul play is involved in Andy Banks' disappearance. Banks has not been seen or heard from since Saturday when he told friends he was going to the Cameron Village area to meet a man who (said he) was interested in buying his SUV. "Regardless of what state Andy is in, everybody just wants there to be an end to this part of it, to know where he is," friend Cliff Cash said Wednesday. "That really happened pretty fast, so I think that's pretty solid police work and I know the family feels that way." Banks' family did not comment on the latest developments. Banks' 2011 Range Rover, which he was trying to sell, was found Monday afternoon in Danville, Virginia. On Tuesday, Justin Fernando Merritt, 34, was arrested and accused of stealing Banks' vehicle. Waukegan man sentenced to 60 years
for killing woman who was ramming
SUV into his car A Waukegan man who opened fire on a woman who was ramming his car was sentenced Thursday to 60 years in prison for the woman’s first-degree murder. Farid Rakin, 52, was found guilty earlier this year in the June 5, 2017, shooting death of 24-year-old Ciera Davis of Waukegan. He faced a minimum term of 45 years in prison, an enhanced penalty based on his use of a firearm to commit a murder. Lake County Judge Patricia Fix lamented the combustible combination of events that led to Rakin firing seven bullets at Davis outside a house party. “I wish everyone would have walked away that night, but we can’t turn the clock back,” Fix said. Davis went to the party, where she got into a fight with Rakin – they had been in a relationship -- after finding him with another woman, according to trial testimony. Davis got into her SUV and began ramming it into Rakin’s unoccupied car before Rakin fired on her, striking her twice. |

Jerry Harris Arrested - was trying
to HOMO-bugger two White boys High-profile cheerleader Jerry Harris has been arrested and charged with production of child pornography after allegedly enticing a 13-year-old he met on Instagram to send him explicit photos and videos, even meeting up with the boy at a cheerleading event to solicit oral sex, federal authorities said Thursday. Prosecutors allege that he befriended two twin teenage brothers online, both 13, and “repeatedly solicited child pornography images and videos” from both. A criminal complaint also details Harris’ encounters with three other minors that didn’t form the basis of the criminal charge, including a 15-year-old boy who Harris admitted having anal and oral sex with at a cheerleading event in 2019, and a 17-year-old boy who was paid $2,000-$3,000 by Harris to send photos and videos—and to eventually hide the evidence. |

Man Who Posed As 17-Year-Old,
Sexually Assaulted Teens He Met
Online Believed To Have More
Victims LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) — A 22-year-old man police say posed as a teenager in order to meet minors and sexually assault them may have more victims. Princeton Bloome was arrested on June 25 and has been charged with several felony counts for crimes against children. He is being held on $850,000 bail and is scheduled to make his next court appearance on Sept. 30. LAPD officials say Bloome posed as a 17-year-old, used false identities and made up stories about his lifestyle. After forming online relationships with teens, he would meet them in person and sexually assault them, according to police. The latest incidents happened this year. In May, Bloome allegedly met a 16-year-old online in West Los Angeles, then sexually assaulted the teen when they met in person. In January, police say Bloome assaulted a 13-year-old in the North Hollywood area, then threatened the teen and the teen’s family. Bloome also faces charges in the 2018 sexual assault of a 13-year-old in the Topanga area. After they met online, police say he lured the teen to a place where the sexual assault happened. According to investigators, Bloome used threats against the teen and the teen’s family in order to meet again several times during a one-month period. |

80-Year-Old
Man Accused of Gunning Down
Neighbor on Front Lawn After
‘Heated Argument’ Over His Pit
Bulls An 80-year-old man is accused of shooting and killing a neighbor after a “heated argument” over dogs on Monday in Cleveland, Ohio. During a Wednesday arraignment, Johnny Hogue pleaded not guilty to the charge of aggravated murder in the death of 68-year-old Barbara Rogers. WOIO’s report on the shocking case said a “heated argument” about Hogue’s pit bulls led to the defendant shooting Rogers multiple times on a front lawn. Anita Kirk said she had just gotten back from the grocery store with Rogers. Kirk said the she herself was the one who called police the day before because Hogue shot at one of her dogs. Kirk said that she was arguing with Hogue on Monday and then Hogue responded by shooting Rogers several times in the chest, killing her. “He did it in front of me. Me and him was the ones going at it,” Kirk said. “He shoots his gun off on the side of my house. He’s done several things and has it been reported? Yes.” News Cleveland 5, citing the preliminary police understanding of what occurred, reported that Rogers tried to intervene as Hogue argued with another neighbor (likely Kirk, based on her public statements). Hogue then allegedly shot the victim and went back inside his residence. Acccording to WOIO, neighbors said that Rogers was recently attacked by Hogue’s dogs. |

"I see Tanaya continuing to run after her. Smiling," says Sonnefeld emotionally. That's when she says she saw an object in Tanaya's hand that looked like scissors or a knife. Teacher Sara Sonnefeld said in a preliminary exam she grabbed the teen from the back and pushed her out of the classroom into the hallway, struggling to keep Tanaya out of the classroom. “Is she saying anything at this time?" asked the prosecuting attorney. "She told Evan, she told Evan, I hope she dies, I hope she dies," Sonnefeld responded. Gibson died from 2 stab wounds. Prosecutors say she and Lewis liked the same boy, a boy named Evan. |

18-year-old tried to rob cab
driver in Aloha, got shot with his
own gun - in his butt WASHINGTON COUNTY, OR (KPTV) - Deputies arrested a man early Tuesday morning after they say he tried to rob a cab driver at gunpoint and was later shot through the hip with his own gun. Josiah Johnson, 18, tried to rob the cab driver after getting picked up in Gresham and asking for ride to the Aloha area, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office. Due to the long distance, the driver asked Johnson for pre-payment or collateral, so Johnson gave the driver his cell phone, the sheriff's office says. Once in the Aloha area, the driver stopped at a home near the intersection of Southwest 188th Court and Southwest Farmington Road. Johnson allegedly tried to pay the driver with a fake $100 bill, but the driver immedietly recognized the bill as fraudulent and did not return Johnson's phone, according to investigators. Johnson then pulled out a gun, pointed it at the back of the driver's head and started yelling at him, but the cab driver couldn't understand, deputies said. The driver told investigators he saw an opportunity to grab the gun, causing a struggle that ended with the gun firing and hitting Johnson. The bullet entered Johnson's left hip and exited out his left buttocks, investigators said. |

two others Three (niggers) are now facing criminal charges for harassing diners at a restaurant in Pittsburgh during a Black Lives Matter protest over Labor Day weekend. Misdemeanor charges were filed against Monique Craft, 35, Kenneth McDowell, 33, and Shawn Green, 24, on Monday. It's unclear whether they've been taken into custody. A viral video showed the trio and other protesters screaming 'f*** the white people' and yelling other obscenities at diners outside the Sienna Mercato restaurant on Penn Avenue on September 5. Craft was dubbed the 'beer bandit' after being seen swiping a drink from an elderly white couple and downing it in front of them before another protester knocked the glass to the ground. Green, who goes by Lorenzo Rulli, swore at the elderly couple and gave them the finger, according to a police complaint. He also walked up to the front of the restaurant and screamed into an open window. Police identified McDowell as the 'ringleader' and said he used a megaphone to scream obscenities at diners sitting outside Sienna Mercato and others passing by, as seen in the video. McDowell was also accused of getting into an alteration with a McDonald's manager in another protest video that went viral. - (Black-on-White) |

A lawsuit filed Monday in Tarrant County District Court alleges that Jerry Harris, the 21-year-old star from Netflix’s docuseries Cheer, sexually manipulated and harassed two underage boys he knew through competitive cheerleading. Along with their mother, the twin boys, 14, filed suit against Harris, as well as Varsity Spirit, a group that organizes cheer competitions across the country; the U.S. All Star Federation, which oversees competitive cheer and dance nationwide; and Cheer Athletics, a chain of gyms that includes locations in Dallas, Plano, Frisco and Austin. The lawsuit accuses Harris of sexual misconduct and the groups of negligence. In one alleged incident, detailed in the suit, Harris led one of the brothers to a bathroom in the Fort Worth Convention Center and “proceeded to sexually harass and molest,” him, demanding oral sex, during the American Cheerleaders Association’s national competition in February 2019. Harris also sent sexually explicit messages, photos and videos of himself to the boys — and pressured them to reciprocate — the lawsuit claims. - (Black-on-White) |

'I

passenger is escorted off plane by
police in Sacramento after
launching racial rant when asked
to take her seat The video of a black passenger claiming to be a 'Queen from California' being taken away by an officer after a racial rant on a plane has been shared online. At the start of the video, a flight attendant can be seen trying to get past the woman, who refuses to move, claiming the flight attendant is antagonising her. The woman tells the flight attendant not to push her, saying she is trying to go to the bathroom on the plane, which has landed in Sacramento. Trying again, the flight attendant tells the woman to sit down, telling her she needs to get to the door. A blonde woman sitting next to where the incident is unfolding can be heard telling the woman: 'You are not listening'. In response, speaking louder, the woman in the way says 'I am not a child. I am grown, I'm trying to [go to] the bathroom. Can I go to my bathroom? 'What do I gotta listen to? Are you my boss? You're white privilege, you are not my boss. Sit down! You are white privilege, sit down! You wait for me to get to my bathroom. Please respect me.' The woman again refuses to move, to which the flight attendant asks someone out of shot to 'call them now,' speaking about airport security. Her rant continues, and the woman begins to be more aggressive towards the woman sitting down, telling her to 'shut up and stay in your lane'. Passengers sitting in the area appear either bemused or agitated, with some laughing either at or with the woman ranting, saying that she's 'the Queen in this mother f***er.' After a couple more minutes, in which she starts preaching to the other passengers, the woman begins gesturing to someone out of shot. The camera pans to the right, and shows a black officer walking up the isle and asking the woman to come with him. Accepting her fate, she agrees to go with the officer, but not without talking back to the blonde woman as she is ushered off the plane. One witness on the plane said it was the 'first time in my life I was scared being a white person, surrounded by the majority of black colored people in the plane. 'This lady was arguing the whole flight with someone next to her and when the plane landed, we were told to stay in our seats but for that lady, there were no rules.' |

Arrest
Made In 40-Year-Old Cold Case
Murder Of Michelle ‘Missy’ Jones FONTANA (CBSLA) — Police on Monday announced the arrest of a Las Vegas man in the 1980 murder of a Fontana teen. According to police, enhanced technology to assess DNA evidence links 66-year-old Leonard Nash to the killing of 18-year-old Michelle “Missy” Jones. Jones’s nude body was discovered in a grapefruit grove in the Live Oak and Santa Ana area, and she had been sexually assaulted. Detectives got Nash’s DNA from discarded items and it was a match to DNA found through Jones’s autopsy. Detectives say through interviewing family members, they discovered that Nash was the victim’s sister’s boyfriend at the time of the murder. “I want to make it very clear to the family that she was never a piece of trash to us and she was never forgotten,” said Fontana Police Department Detective Katie Clark. “It means more to me than you can imagine to solve a case with my partners from 40 years ago.” Family members also spoke out at a press conference when police shared news of the suspect’s arrest. “I just wish my mom was here and my dad was here,” said Jones’s sister. “I am happy that he is caught. I am happy that we got closure.” |

federal murder charge State prison officials put a reputed MS-13 gang member back on the streets — even though the feds wanted him held on a murder charge that carries the death penalty, The Post has learned. Ever Morales-Lopez, 26, was granted early parole for a 2018 conspiracy conviction on Long Island and released from the medium-security Washington Correctional Facility in Comstock on Sept. 3, records show. But a federal arrest warrant for Morales-Lopez had been lodged with National Crime Information Center after he was indicted in July, along with seven other reputed MS-13 members, on racketeering charges that cover six murders, two attempted murders and a kidnapping conspiracy, a law enforcement source familiar with his case said. The warrant was supposed to ensure he was transferred to federal custody to await trial instead of being sprung, the source said. |
