shoplift from mall, deputies say PLANTATION, Fla. – A Fort Lauderdale teen was arrested for grand theft and other charges after allegedly using five children to help her steal from the Westfield Broward shopping mall. Broward Sheriff’s Office Deputies said a Macy’s Loss Prevention Officer (LPO) saw "Princess" Scott, 18, in one department of the store where she picked out several items and handed them to the children — ages, 4, 6, and 12 and two 7-year-olds. They then put the items in backpacks they were carrying. The group then went to the men’s department where the LPO saw Scott picking out clothing and multiple packs of Tommy Hilfiger men’s underwear. She again gave the merchandise to the children, who put some of the items in their backpacks but also openly carried some of the nearly $1,000 worth of goods throughout the store. The LPO said Scott, along with the children, passed by cashier areas without paying, and then walked out of the store. |

Sirivongsa who was Arrested OROVILLE, Calif. - A Willows man was arrested Saturday, said the Butte County Sheriff's Office, after a Butte County resident received death threats via social media while promoting a luncheon to benefit Bear Fire survivors at Lakeside Market, a popular gathering spot near Lake Oroville for residents, evacuees, responders, and media. According to the Sheriff's Office, the resident told them that "an unknown individual contacted him on Facebook" and threatened to use a firearm to kill him and his friends. Deputies increased patrol at the Lakeside Market and conducted an investigation. They said they determined the person responsible for the social media threats was at a home in Willows, near the 800 block of Plumas Street. The Glenn County Sheriff's Office assisted Butte County Sheriff detectives and personnel to serve a warrant at the address. Butte County Sheriff's Office official said they search the home and found evidence which showed that 40-year-old Songkham Sirivongsa of Willows was the person that had sent the threatening messages. Sirivongsa was placed under arrest for making criminal threats, which is a felony. His bail has been set for $50,000. Sirivongsa will be arraigned in Butte County Superior Court on Wednesday, September 16 at 3:00 p.m. The Butte County Sheriff's Office said a firearm and ammunition were also found at the home. They said Sirivongsa is prohibited from possessing firearms. |

Granville Ritchie sentenced to
death for 2014 rape, murder of
9-year-old Felecia Williams TAMPA, Fla. - Nearly a year after a jury recommended Granville Ashanti Ritchie be put to death for the rape and murder of a 9-year-old girl, an emotional judge agreed, and sentenced him to death on Friday morning. "The child victim suffered a horrendous, physically painful, psychologically torturous death," Hillsborough Circuit Judge Michelle Sisco said with her voice cracking, before removing her glasses to wipe away tears. Investigators said, back in 2014, Ritchie assaulted and strangled young Felecia Williams before stuffing her body in a suitcase and dumping her into the water near the Courtney Campbell Causeway. In September 2019, all 12 jurors agreed Ritchie, who grew up in Jamaica, should face the death penalty. Friday's sentencing included testimony from Felecia Demerson, the 9-year-old's mother. "I am here to bury this Jamaican today," she said during the hearing. "The only thing I regret today is I cannot ask for his fate…that would be for him to be hung. For him to feel what she felt. I feel like death is appropriate. All I know is he needs to be like her." |

Mustafa Egal, 38, of Minneapolis, Minnesota faces one count of aggravated battery with great bodily harm in Johnson County court. According to court documents, on Aug.24, Gardner police responded to a call about a man lying on the ground in the Walmart parking lot on E. Santa Fe St. When they arrived, they found the victim almost unconscious with a pool of blood surrounding his head. Witnesses told officers that the victim was a tow truck driver who was called to the scene by Walmart personnel because Egal had parked his truck in the parking lot, despite the store having a “no truck” policy. The victim placed a “boot” device on Egal’s truck to stop it from moving. When he saw the device, Egal allegedly attempted to drive off, but instead he hit the tow truck with his semi. Egal then got out of his truck and beat the victim with an iron bar, striking him at least three times in the head, according to court documents. Egal allegedly tried to flee, but witnesses convinced him to stay on scene and render aid to the victim until police arrived. According to court records, the victim suffered life-threatening injuries including broken bones in his face, a bruise on his brain and a severe laceration on his left ear. shirt worn at FDNY firehouse
raises ‘double standard’ complaint The FDNY’s racial divide has come full circle. Firefighters at the majority-black Engine 234/Ladder 123 in Crown Heights are sporting T-shirts with an FDNY logo marked with a black power fist symbol. It bears the words: “Black Lives Matter.” And using a phrase often associated with 9/11, the shirt says “Never Forget” at the top of the symbol, and “400 Years of Slavery” beneath it. It’s the same engine company where white Firefighter Thomas Buttaro was fired in 2015 for wearing a T-shirt marked “Merit Matters,” a group opposed to FDNY racial hiring quotas. When a black firefighter complained about him, Buttaro wore the shirt only to and from work, off-duty. But that led to charges of insubordination and “creating a hostile environment.” Buttaro, who is still fighting his termination in court, said a photo of the new T-shirt circulating on social media shows a black firefighter wearing it in the Engine 234 kitchen. |

Black demon arrested for
rape-murder of 14-year-old (White)
girl - cold case from 1984 ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Rochester Police have made an arrest in a 35-year-old cold case murder investigation in Rochester. Police arrested Timothy Williams, 56, on Sept. 9 in the case of 14-year-old Wendy Jerome. The Rochester native, who was living in Melbourne, Florida at the time of his arrest, has been charged with her rape and murder. He was arraigned Friday morning and will be extradited to New York. According to police, on Nov. 22, 1984, Jerome had been raped about a quarter-mile from her own house. Her body was found in an alcove at School 33 on Webster Avenue. In November 2019, News10NBC’s Nikki Rudd reported in Inside the Evidence that investigators have kept the suspect's DNA found from Jerome's underwear. Back then officers said they knew the suspect was an African American male. At the time, investigators were hoping a familial DNA search would provide a lead. This way, the DNA could be submitted to the state crime lab to see if any offenders in the state data bank could be related to the suspect. When the DNA was filed in April 2019, the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services said they process cases on a first-come, first-served basis and Jerome's case would be at the bottom of the list. After multiple calls and emails from RPD and News10NBC, state police finally gave investigators an answer on where the case stands this past February. They told us then it would be tested within six months. With today's technology, police were able to match the DNA to a family member, leading them to Williams who would have been 20-years-old at the time of the crime. "I never thought I would see this day and now it's here," Jerome's mother, Marlene said Friday during a news conference. "I just wish my husband had been alive to see this. He passed away in 2011, and I know he's up there with her." - (Black-on-White) |

officer grappled with fugitive who
tried to steal his gun, police say As a Tennessee cop and a wanted fugitive fought in the street Monday night, bystanders largely did nothing -- even when the suspect tried repeatedly to steal the officer’s gun, according to police. “There were several individuals that were watching this attack, and watched our officer in a fight for his life doing all he could do to keep his weapon secured while being struck in the head,” Dyersburg Police Chief Steve Isbell said in a statement. "Some of those individuals took their phones and recorded the attack while yelling at the officer, offering no assistance or even a call for help.” The unidentified officer responded to an address in Dyersburg, about 75 miles north of Memphis, to investigate a theft. He met the victim and several other individuals – one of whom identified himself with a fake name. Police said he actually was a fugitive wanted in Illinois named John Hughes, 50. When the false identity failed to check out, the officer attempted to arrest him – but police said Hughes tried to flee.

Demarcus Donnell Parker, 27, was found guilty in 2018 in the fatal shooting of Officer Oliver Johnson, 25, who was off duty at the time, reports said. Johnson, who lived West Memphis, was an officer with the Forrest City Police Department. Parker was found guilty of murder in the first degree, unlawful discharge of a firearm from a vehicle in the first degree, six counts of attempted murder in the first degree, and 15 counts of unlawful discharge of a firearm from a vehicle in the second degree. Similar charges are pending against a co-defendant in the shooting, George Henderson. He has pleaded not guilty. Angry Hispanic Leftist Brings
Rifle to Lubbock George Floyd
Protest to ‘Off Racists and MAGA
People’ [VIDEO] A “peaceful” George Floyd protest rally nearly turned into a bloodbath as a radical leftist brought a rifle. While open carrying a rifle in Texas remains perfectly legal, brandishing it to “off racists and MAGA people” is not. Cops initially arrested 25-year-old Emmanuel Quinones Saturday after he brandished his AR-15 rifle at a rally in Lubbock, Texas. Initially, the masked gun-toting hotshot refused police orders to drop the gun as he held it at low-ready. He had a change of heart when police pointed their guns at him. But wait there’s more! Cops say the would-be mass murderer shouted “President Trump must die” and “this is a revolution” as they struggled to cuff him. Trump Derangement Syndrome is real and chronic in some. |

professor sparks outrage for

Reinoehl ‘justified’ in
shooting of Trump supporter A Rhode Island professor has sparked outrage by claiming an Antifa security guard was morally justified in killing the supporter of a right-wing group after a Trump rally in Portland. Erik Loomis, a professor at the University of Rhode Island, first speculated that self-confessed “100% Antifa” killer Michael Reinoehl was executed by police when they came to arrest him. “I am extremely anti-conspiracy theory. But it’s not a conspiracy theory at this point in time to wonder if the cops simply murdered him,” the scholar wrote in a blog post. Police “were openly working with the fascists in Portland, as they were in Kenosha which led to dead protestors,” Loomis wrote, without any attempt to back up his conspiracy with evidence. The claims incensed some readers, with one reminding him, “Erik, he shot and killed a guy.” “He killed a fascist. I see nothing wrong with it, at least from a moral perspective,” Loomis replied of Reinoehl, who shot dead Aaron “Jay” Danielson after an Aug. 29 Trump rally. Loomis’ comments led to calls for the university to fire him. |

Authorities said Forrest Bowman knocked on the front door of Bonneau Police Chief Franco Fuda's home and then lunged at the chief. Initial reports described the weapon used was a screwdriver, but it was later determined it was an ice pick. A judge denied bond Tuesday night for Bowman. Bowman faces charges including attempted murder for an assault. Bowman was arrested by the SWAT team at his trailer, authorities said. They said he was naked and screaming. Berkeley County investigators said after stabbing Fuda under his left eye, Bowman ran to his mobile home and refused to come out. According to Fuda, Bowman told him that he was “going to die today.” Deputies also sent a robot into Bowman's trailer to get a look inside the home to determine where he might have been hiding. A short time later, they went into the home and brought him out. Authorities said Bowman was found hiding between a mattress and a wall. Investigators said Bowman was recently arrested after allegedly threatening the pastor of a nearby church and police officer. He was recently released on bond. According to court records, Bowman has been out on bond on charges he threatened Fuda two years ago. |

Black footballer charged for
allegedly obtaining $1.2M in
COVID-relief fraud scheme Josh Bellamy got some bad news earlier this week when the New York Jets announced his release, but now the veteran wide receiver is facing something even more daunting: federal charges. Cut from the Jets' physically unable to perform list while recovering from a 2019 shoulder injury, the 31-year-old free agent has been charged by U.S. prosecutors for allegedly obtaining more than $1.2 million as part of a COVID-relief fraud scheme. Arrested on Thursday morning, Bellamy is facing charges of wire fraud, bank fraud and conspiracy to commit wire and bank fraud as part of the federal criminal complaint, according to the U.S. Department of Justice. The ninth-year NFL vet allegedly conspired with others to "submit numerous fraudulent" small-business loan applications "in order to receive kickbacks" -- or millions of dollars guaranteed by the Small Business Administration under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act. Bellamy is alleged to have obtained a PPP loan of $1,246,565 for his own company, Drip Entertainment LLC. Bellamy allegedly purchased over $104,000 in luxury goods using proceeds of his PPP loan, including purchases at Dior, Gucci, and jewelers. He is also alleged to have spent approximately $62,774 in PPP loan proceeds at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, and to have withdrawn over $302,000. Bellamy also allegedly sought PPP loans on behalf of his family members and close associates. Together with co-conspirators, Bellamy's scheme allegedly sought more than $24 million in total PPP loan relief. Many of those loan applications, per the Department of Justice, received approval and resulted in the distribution of "at least $17.4 million" in funds. |

Local activist charged with child

kids at home to attend Black Lives
Matter meeting SAN ANTONIO — The founder of a local activist group who has been vocal in advocating for reforms and divestment in law enforcement was arrested Wednesday after allegedly leaving her kids, ages 2 and 8, home alone to attend a Black Lives Matter meeting, according to a report from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office. Jourdyn Parks, 29, is facing a charge of abandoning a child with the intent to return, a state jail felony. According to a preliminary report from the sheriff’s office, deputies were called to a home in far northeast Bexar County for a welfare check after receiving a report that children were left home alone. When deputies got to the home, they said they saw the 2-year-old and 8-year-old looking out of a window, the report states. Deputies noted in their computer-assisted dispatch log “children have stated their mother gives them medicine ti make them sleep while she is gone” (sic). According to the report, the 8-year-old girl opened the window and began talking to deputies. According to deputies, the girl told the officers Parks “went to a Black Lives Matter meeting and said she’ll be back soon.” The report stated that the girl told deputies Parks used to take them to the meetings but stopped and “often leaves them alone to go to meetings.” According to the sheriff’s office, deputies were called to the home at 12:12 p.m. and arrived at 12:21 p.m. The agency said Parks did not return to the home until 3:09 p.m. A report states the deputies entered the home through an open back sliding door and that the home "smelled of feces and urine," and that the home's smoke detectors were removed from the ceilings. "What they found inside was some pretty deplorable conditions," Sheriff Javier Salazar said. "Feces, excrement on the floor. Human -- they believe it to be human -- there was no animals in the house that they could see. There was old food with insects flying around and not a lot of what you would consider wholesome food that you would want these kids to eat, but it was just old food wrappers that were gathering insects." |

17-year-old girl tried to rob
pizza deliveryman, charged with 3
counts of murder LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WISH) — A Lafayette girl was formally charged Tuesday as an adult with three counts of murder and five other criminal charges after the shooting deaths of two men last week, according to court documents. Jaelynn Billups, 17, was charged in Tippecanoe Superior Court 2 with killing Joshua L. Ungersma, 37. She also was charged with killing Ungersma while committing or attempting to commit robbery. In the other murder count, she was charged with causing Ungersma to kill Alberto Vanmeter, 19. She’s also charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery, armed robbery, theft, pointing a firearm, and carrying a handgun without a license. Two Lafayette Police Department officers responded just before 11:15 p.m. Aug. 31 to a “shots fired” run in a residential area in the 1900 block of North 16th Street. That’s southwest of the intersection of U.S. 52/Sagamore Parkway and Schuyler Avenue. The officers found Ungersma and Vanmeter dead in the road. Billups was at the scene. Ungersma, a delivery driver for Domino’s Pizza, was found with “a .38 S&W revolver in his pocket with the rounds fired,” police said. He had a permit to carry a handgun. Vanmeter was found nearby with a Domino’s pizza box, two drinks and cash laying on the ground beside him. Police later confirmed Vanmeter was Billups’s girlfriend. One witness told police he heard Billups say Ungersma had shot Vanmeter, and the witness was one of two who saw Billups shoot Ungersma. Billups used the same phone number to order the pizza and drinks and to call 911 after the shootings. The address for the delivery was an unoccupied home. A coroner determined Ungersma died of multiple gunshot wounds while Vanmeter died of a single gunshot wound. - (Black-on-White) |

Front Of 3 Kids In West St. Paul MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Steven Daniel Buford, 21, is charged with murder in connection to the shooting death of 22-year-old Lauren Summer Koffi-n’guessan last Friday in West St. Paul. [THE WHITE VICTIM WAS 'DATING' THE BLACK DEMON SUSPECT] The Dakota County Attorney’s office says Buford shot Koffi-n’guessan in the head during an argument outside of the Eagle Point Apartments on the 2000 block of Oakdale Avenue. The criminal complaint says police were called to the building right before the shooting after someone heard a disturbance, then saw a man later identified as Buford jump from a second-floor balcony. As officers and the initial witness were walking around outside of an adjoining apartment building, they heard a gunshot. They then saw Koffi-n’guessan on the ground, and Buford running through the parking lot. A woman just pulled into the parking lot with her two young sons when she said she saw the two arguing. Her sons then witnessed Buford shoot Koffi-n’guessan before he ran towards their car with Koffi-n’guessan’s 15-month-old son in tow. The woman says Buford then threw the infant at her through the window before jumping into her backseat, sitting on her 7-year-old son, then ordering her to drive at gunpoint — right before officers reached the car and arrested him. Buford, who has a lengthy criminal history, is charged with second-degree murder, first-degree attempted aggravated robbery and being a felon in possession of a firearm. trafficking charges A Las Vegas man has been charged by authorities with sexually assaulting and trafficking a woman in Las Vegas, according to police and court records. Cameron Thomas, 30, was arrested by Las Vegas police Aug. 31. An arrest report for Thomas states a woman came to Las Vegas voluntarily to work as a prostitute for Thomas in the fall of 2019. In another instance, she said, he took her phone and smashed it. She said she was beaten as well, and when she discussed leaving he threatened to kill her and her family, police said. Prosecutors filed charges against all three Tuesday, one in Cleveland Municipal Court and two in Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court. All three are between the ages of 15 and 18. David McDaniel Jr., 18, is charged in Cleveland Municipal Court with two counts of aggravated murder. He will make his first court appearance Wednesday. Two boys, ages 15 and 17,
face charges of aggravated
murder, aggravated robbery and

Juvenile Court. The 17-year-old boy
pleaded not guilty at his

the 17-year-old boy were arrested
late Sunday. Investigators arrested
three people on Friday in connection
with the shooting. None of the
initial three arrests have been
formally charged. The charges filed on Tuesday give the first indication of what police believe is a possible motive, that the shooting is the result of a robbery. A detective wrote in court records that the trio shot and killed Skernivitz and Scott Dingess, 50, during an attempted robbery. Skernivitz was working undercover and investigating drug dealing in the area. He sat with Dingess in his unmarked car behind a mostly abandoned strip mall, according to law enforcement sources. Three people walked up to his car opened fire, killing him and Dingess, identified by the sources as a police informant. A bullet hit Skervenitz in the chest, and several shots hit Dingess, killing both, according to the sources. Skernivitz, a 22-year police veteran, is survived by a wife and three children. - (Black-on-White) |

Woman allegedly killed 15-year-old
girl in Englewood street brawl
sparked by Facebook feud CHICAGO - A young woman used a knife given to her by her mother to stab a 15-year-old girl to death as the teenager tried to break up a street brawl in Englewood sparked by a social media feud, Cook County prosecutors said. Barbara Clifton’s mother had been fighting with her sister on Facebook and allegedly arranged the Aug. 26 fight near Hamilton Park. She was the one who gave Clifton the knife before 19-year-old Clifton fatally stabbed Erica Blackhawk, prosecutors said earlier this week. Erica collapsed on a sidewalk and told witnesses Clifton was her attacker, prosecutors said. Erica was rushed by paramedics to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where she died. Erica was the girlfriend of Clifton’s aunt’s son and was like a mother to her, prosecutors said. Before the murder, Clifton’s mother and her sister’s families had allegedly sent each other threatening messages after Clifton was blocked from a Facebook Live video by someone Erica knew, prosecutors said. On evening of the fight, Clifton and her family exited a car and confronted Erica and Erica’s boyfriend’s family in the 7400 block of South Parnell Avenue, prosecutors said. Clifton’s mother wielded the knife toward the group in a “menacing” way, chasing them toward their home nearby, prosecutors said. That’s when Clifton’s mother handed Clifton the knife, prosecutors said. Clifton’s mother then took a sock with a metal object in it, possibly a lock, and hit her sister in the head with it, triggering a full-out fight, prosecutors said.As two families began punching each other in the street, Erica allegedly came running unarmed from a porch to break up the fight. Clifton then grabbed Erica by the shoulder and stabbed her two or three times in the chest and abdomen, prosecutors said. Erica doubled over in pain and walked back to the home before collapsing. While witnesses screamed, Clifton and her group rushed back to the car while a few other people continued fighting on the street, prosecutors said. Clifton was arrested Saturday and charged with first-degree murder. Her mother has not been charged. |

(black) Man Who Allegedly
Assaulted 60-Year-Old Woman On
Bed-Stuy Street NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Members of the FDNY jumped into action after witnessing a recent assault in Brooklyn right outside a fire station. The clip shows a woman in a blue shirt walking down the sidewalk on Hancock Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant when a man on a bicycle swerves over and punches her in the face, knocking her down. He speeds off as four people race behind him. The pursuers were firefighters and they continued the chase around a corner, and took the man to the ground. Meanwhile, others were seen checking on the 60-year-old victim. “It’s bad. You can’t hit a woman. She’s very nice, the whole family. I grew up with them and they very nice,” said Twin Alzokari of nearby J&A Deli and Grocery. The firefighters stayed with the suspect until police arrived and took him away in handcuffs as a crowd watched on. The NYPD identified the suspect as 53-year-old Daniel Biggs. Police said he has 18 prior arrests, from robbery to assault. The most recent came on Aug. 2, after he allegedly slashed a 26-year-old man on the face. Biggs is apparently a recognizable face in the community. During the Aug. 26 incident, while he was being restrained, Biggs punched a 29-year-old firefighter in the eye causing bruising and swelling, police said. |

According to police, 31-year-old Bardsley Monfilston admitted to shooting the dog on Sunday. It happened in the Fox Meadows condominiums. Many people in the area said they were shocked and upset to hear what happened. Not only do they describe it as a quiet neighborhood, but a lot of them own dogs themselves. The owners of the dog that was shot described her as never harming anyone. “She's the sweetest most innocent dog,” said Jessica Aurilio, of Cromwell. She said it was her boyfriend’s dog that got free when it jumped a fence to chase a bird. Aurilio and her boyfriend’s children were there at the time the dog was shot. “Nobody should feel unsafe in their neighborhood, and nobody at 11 years old should see a man pull out a gun and shoot their dog,” Aurilio said. She also says the 1-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer wasn't a danger to anyone. “She's just the sweetest, most docile, goofy dog,” Aurilio said. Monfilston is facing several charges, including cruelty to animals and unlawful discharge of a firearm. He’s also charged with two counts of risk of injury to a minor. The news was a shock to others in the Fox Meadows complex, where many homeowners can be seen walking their dogs. Aurilio said the outpouring of support has helped the family. |

aunt to death in South Shore Adebowale Awolola, 25, faces a charge of first-degree murder in the stabbing of 52-year-old Alaba Awolola. A 25-year-old man apparently suffering from a mental illness allegedly stabbed his aunt to death at her South Shore home over the weekend. “I want to note this is a mental health case,” an assistant Cook County public defender said during Adebowale Awolola’s bond hearing Tuesday. Judge Arthur Wesley Willis called Awolola a danger to the community, his family and “anyone he comes across.” But he also noted that a mental breakdown appeared to play a role in Saturday’s deadly attack against 52-year-old Alaba Awolola in the 2900 block of East 78th Street. The couple had picked Adebowale Awolola up earlier in the night in downstate Champaign after he called them crying, asking for a ride. Once in Chicago, Adebowale Awolola allegedly called his aunt and asked if he could come over, prosecutors said, The couple said Adebowale Awolola and his aunt appeared to be acting friendly with each other and that the two had a close relationship because the elder Awolola had raised her nephew in Nigeria before they came to the United States. - Round em up - ship em out! - SEND THEM ALL BACK! |

According to a probable cause affidavit, it was Burks’ red Fila athletic shoes that led to his identification. The victim told police he was on the ground and at eye level with his assailant’s feet when he realized he’d sold the pair of shoes less than a week before from a store he manages in Central Mall. The victim told police the business where he works in the mall is the only one in Texarkana which sells the red Fila shoes. |

catch (black) man accused of
assaulting two traffic agents Police have arrested the goon caught on video violently attacking two unarmed NYPD traffic agents last month, officials announced Monday. Ismailia Mangara allegedly flew off the handle after agents Adams Mandiata and partner Edwyn Stuart, asked him to move his car from in front of a fire hydrant in the Bronx on Aug. 26. NYPD Chief of Detectives Rodney Harrison announced in a tweet Monday that the 48th precinct busted the 27-year-old Bronx man. Mangara was charged with four counts of second-degree assault. He has a prior arrest from 2011 for gun possession, cop sources said. Mangara allegedly immediately became irate at Mandiata and Stuart’s request that he move his car, barking, “What the f–k you guys here for?” Mandiata, 30, recounted to The Post at the time. Mangara allegedly first tried to punch Stuart from inside the agent’s car, Mandiata said. And when the two men got out of their car, Mangara socked a much shorter Mandiata in the left eye. |

Black Lives Matter protesters
harass Pittsburgh diners A raucous contingent of Black Lives Matter protesters harassed white diners over the weekend in Pittsburgh, hurling insults before one demonstrator stole a drink off one pair’s table. Cellphone footage posted on Twitter shows the protesters converge on a restaurant’s outdoor dining area Saturday in the Steel City. “F–k the white people that built the system,” one demonstrator could be heard yelling at the patrons, some of whom grabbed their belongings and walked away. The group approached an older man and woman who stayed put, with a female protester clad in a shirt reading “Nazi Lives Don’t Matter” reaching onto their table, grabbing a drink, downing it and walking away as the patrons look on in disbelief. A second video shows demonstrators smacking a white bicyclist. The protesters then faced off against police outside the home of Mayor Bill Peduto, according to the Pittsburgh Post Gazette. The tactic of browbeating outdoor diners has also been used in other cities across the country, including Washington, DC. |

The
Revolution Against White
America - by Paul
Craig Roberts Obviously, the revolution under way against “white America” has support not only from Democrat mayors, city councils, governors, Speaker of the House, Biden and Kamala—all of whom refuse to support law and order—but also from members of the judiciary. To spell it out for you, the revolution in process is supported by the Democrat Party. If you are a white person and you vote Democrat, you are voting against yourself. The revolution is directed against “white America.” The Revolution Against White America is supported by the Democrat Party, the media, global corporations, the foundations, self-hating whites, the Israel Lobby, and the military/security complex. Trump is supported by “the Trump deplorables” whose only power is the vote, which no longer counts in America. The Democrats know that they have no chance of winning the election. They intend a coup as they themselves recently revealed—https://www.paulcraigroberts.org/2020/09/06/sounds-like-the-democrats-are-planning-a-coup/ . The Democrats have made it clear that they will not respect the vote count. Democracy is out, because democracy supports white racism. This makes democracy itself racist. The vast majority of Americans are too insouciant to know or care what is happening to them. Consequently, there is nothing in the way of the anti-white revolution. Indeed, Americans are so unaware of what is happening that they will regard this warning as a joke or the ranting of a conspiracy theorist or a racist, one of those terrible white people who do not believe in the indictment of white people for their “systemic racism.” The situation in America is so far gone that it is not even possible to inform people what is happening to them. They are brainwashed and indoctrinated to their own destruction. |

woman. FLOYD County. Ga. (CBS46) -- Two teens have been arrested on murder, aggravated assault charges in connection with the Aug. 24 shooting death of 57-year-old Laura Regina Ross, who was found dead in her Shannon home after calling 911 and hanging up. According to Floyd County Jail records and Sgt. Chris Fincher with Floyd County Police, Tyree Kozel Daniels (18) of Cedartown, Ga and a 16-year-old Rome juvenile have been charged with Felony Murder (non-family, gun) and Aggravated Assault. Although the jail report lists Daniels of a Lindale address, Fincher confirms he resided at Mulberry Lane in Cedartown, not Lindale. The warrants by Investigator Jordan Clayton allege Daniels and three suspects went to Shannon on August 24 with the intention of fighting with someone who lives at 126 Baker Street. The group of attackers kicked in the door and started shooting. Police were sent to Baker Street around 10:30 p.m. following a 911 call for help by the 57-year-old victim Laura Regina Ross. faces backlash from workers The move has irked some of American’s white New York staffers, including those who have spouses or relatives who are cops — because they consider the BLM movement divisive and anti-police, saying it promotes or condones violence. “I take offense to this,” one veteran flight attendant said in an email to airline management obtained by The Post. “Serious offense. My husband is a LEO (Law Enforcement Officer), as was my deceased father and as far as I’m concerned ALL LIVES MATTER.” “I am completely disgusted at the fact that we can’t show support for our GOD, our COUNTRY, our LEOs but when it comes to BLM organization (which is controversial in itself), American Airlines says that’s obviously different,” she wrote. “And we can. How is that right? Well, I don’t feel included.” Another flight attendant who asked to be identified only as John said staffers who refuse to wear the pin will now “be ostracized and labeled as racist,” and described BLM as “a terrorist organization that promotes violence to further their agenda.” “If this pin is sanctioned I will wear my NYPD pin supporting the police department,” he said. |

migrant Said Maye was wanted in the Aug. 24 death of Idris Yussuf, which occurred after a dispute at a Minneapolis bar. A suspect in a vehicular homicide in Minneapolis was arrested Aug. 28 at Washington Dulles International Airport as he tried to board a flight to Turkey, authorities said Friday. Said Sharif Maye, 34, of Minneapolis, was wanted in the Aug. 24 death of Idris Ali Yussuf, 31, of Brooklyn Park, who died after being intentionally struck by a vehicle driven by Maye, according to vehicular homicide charges filed in Hennepin County District Court. U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers arrested Maye four days after Yussuf's death after detecting the arrest warrant for Maye while examining the passenger manifest on the D.C. flight headed to Turkey, the agency said in a news release. Officers arrested Maye at the departure gate. His final destination was to have been Somalia, the agency said. According to the charges against Maye, officers were called to the intersection of Franklin and Lyndale avenues just before 2:30 a.m. Aug. 24 on a report of a hit and run and found Yussuf gravely injured. He was taken to HCMC, where he died just after noon the next day of craniocerebral injuries, according to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office. A witness told officers that Maye had been at a bar with Yussuf and the witness earlier that night and gotten into a dispute. After they left the bar, the witness saw Maye's vehicle hit Yussuf as Yussuf tried to get into his own vehicle, pinning him against it. The witness told police that Maye had crossed into the opposite lane to hit Yussuf and that the crash appeared to be intentional. |

All were charged with rioting; some were additionally charged with weapons and burglary tool possession. The protest began at 6 p.m. at Foley Square; protesters lit trash can fires and scrawled graffiti — including the word “Abolition” — as they made their way north. “Every city, every town, burn the precinct to the ground,” the group was recorded chanting at one point. |

protesters attacked car that
plowed through Times Square crowd,
passenger says A woman who was accused of defacing a “Black Lives Matter” street painting graffiti was in the car that plowed through a group of protesters in Times Square — and claimed Friday that the driver was merely trying to get her and others “to safety.” Juliet Germanotta, 39, told the “Freedom News” website that she and several pals went to “counter-protest” at the Crossroads of the World on Thursday and were confronted by hundreds of demonstrators who “started verbally harassing and taunting us.” Germanotta and her friends made their back way to one person’s car and got in, she said, but the protesters were “trying to open the car, hitting the car.” “I heard something really heavy hit the car and that’s when we just went,” she told the site. “The driver then drove through to try to get us to safety.” Germanotta said her group “did not know that our lives were going to be put in jeopardy.” “I literally saw my life flash in front of me,” she said. “I thought I was going to die last night.” She added: “Black lives do matter, but I say all lives matter and it’s so scary to see what’s going on that people want to hurt someone because they are more conservative.” Germanotta, who described itself as a transgender WASMAN “livin’ with the AIDS,” was busted last month for allegedly splashing blue paint over the giant yellow lettering in support of Black Lives Matter on Fifth Avenue in front of Trump Tower. |
