eligible for parole, ends Supreme Court case    WASHINGTON
– A new Virginia law ending life-without-parole sentences for
juveniles will make a notorious mass murderer who terrorized the
nation's capital region nearly two decades ago eligible for parole,
likely ending his legal challenge at the Supreme Court. Lee Boyd Malvo, who was 17 in 2002 when he and an older man killed 10 people over three weeks in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia, agreed Monday to drop his effort to win a new sentence. That's because the Virginia law will give him a shot at parole after serving 20 years. Malvo's (black muslim fag) adult partner in the crime spree, John Allen Muhammad, was executed in 2009, but Malvo was sentenced to life without parole because of his youth. Now 34, Malvo was unlikely to benefit from any high court ruling because he faces 10 life sentences over three jurisdictions. His challenge only involved the killings committed in Virginia. About 12 Virginia prisoners who committed crimes as juveniles are affected by the new law. |

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – UPDATE: The Charleston County Coroner’s
Office has identified the victim as 24 year old Elizabeth
Aldridge of Charleston. The coroner advised that Aldridge
died on scene from a gunshot wound.The North Charleston Police Department (NCPD) is searching for a suspect in a homicide that occurred on Pine Ridge Circle Thursday evening. Initial reports stated that a black male wearing a black jacket fled from the scene. According to the report, the responding officer was waived down by bystanders and ushered over to a blue sedan sitting in the middle of the road. He discovered the victim (a white female), with another woman on top of her frantically trying to stop bleeding by holding clothing over the gun shot wound. The officer moved the assisting female and noticed that the victim was “bleeding profusely.” Officers removed the victim from the car and laid her on the ground to attempt CPR. Officers continued CPR until EMS/Fire arrived; the victim died shortly after EMS arrived. NCPD spoke to one witness who (allegedly) said that she let the victim into her apartment to use the restroom and caught her stealing. The witness then told the victim to leave, which she did. A short time later, the witness heard gun shots and ran outside to find the victim shot, according to the report. NCPD is still investigating. - (Black-on-White) |

FALLS, Iowa (KCRG) - Cedar Falls police now have a third person in
custody from a robbery in December that led to a murder
investigation.Police said they arrested Marquas Gafeney, 21, of Waterloo, Sunday on a warrant for conspiracy to commit a felony. On Dec. 4, of last year, police said Gafeney and two others went into an apartment, planning to rob 21-year-old Thomas Saul. During the incident, police say someone shot and killed Saul. Police arrested James Wright-Buls in January. He faces felony conspiracy charges. Keyon Roby was also arrested on charges of conspiracy to commit a felony, but not for the shooting. - (Black-on-White) |

Wash. — Officers have arrested a 19-year-old, who they
believe is connected to a murder in Kennewick on Saturday night.Investigators say 21-year-old Patrick Romero was shot and killed near Bruneau Place and Dennis Street around 6 p.m. Kennewick Police say multiple suspects ran off (like diseased
rats or filthy cockroaches).Kennewick and Pasco officers tracked down Raheem Gregory Mayberry near 19th Avenue and Sylvester Street in Pasco. Two cars associated with Mayberry have been taken and will be searched once a warrant is approved. His home was searched by officers for evidence relating to the crime. After being questioned, Mayberry was booked into the Benton County Jail for first degree rendering criminal assistance. The murder investigation is still ongoing. man was shot and killed Friday afternoon following an argument
during a drug deal, officials say. Around 1 p.m., Allen
police were called to the 500 block of E. Exchange Parkway at the
Allen Station apartments in response to shots fired. Allen High
School and Lowery Freshman Center were both placed on lockout as
officers were called to the shooting scene. When officers arrived,
they saw four people attempting to leave the scene in a black
sedan. Officers were able to take three into custody, as the fourth
fled on foot. During the course of the investigation, officers
learned that the four suspects came to the location to purchase
drugs, when an argument began and led to the fatal shooting.Allen police identified the shooting victim as 39-year-old Ryan Joseph Kelly of Allen, Texas. Allen police said 32-year-old Richard Anthony Valentine was arrested and charged with murder, and 22-year-old Leroy Alvin Walls was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. The third person that was taken into custody was questioned and released. Police said Walls also had warrants out of Dallas County. Texas (KETK) – An Athens mother of three is dead and her
longtime boyfriend has been charged with her murder in an
apparent act of domestic violence. Ashley
Koonce was shot and killed Saturday.According to family, she was trying to escape an abusive relationship with Dameon Tarrel Williams. On Friday, she took her three (illegitimate mixed-race) children and went to her mother’s home for safety. Koonce’s family said Williams followed her on Saturday and shot her in the front yard. Williams, 29, turned himself in to authorities Saturday. He is in the Henderson County Jail on a charge of murder with bond set at $1 million. mother in front of her young daughter at a North Portland bus stop.Nimo Jire Kalinle, 42, had just exited a No. 4 bus at North Fremont Street and Gantenbein Avenue on Jan. 19 when she started slugging Janae Jordan in the face repeatedly, court records allege. During the attack, Jordan, who was with her husband and child, asked why the woman was targeting her. “It’s because you’re white and I hate white people,” Kalinle, who is black, told Jordan, a probable cause affidavit alleges. Kalinle was arrested and later indicted on multiple criminal counts, including a first-degree bias crime, fourth-degree assault and interfering with public transportation, court documents show. She did not show up for a Feb. 5 arraignment, and authorities issued a bench warrant, according to court records. Police on Sunday arrested Kalinle on suspicion of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct in a separate incident and booked her into the Multnomah County jail. She is scheduled to be arraigned in both cases Monday afternoon. Miss. (AP) — A man charged with killing a deputy sheriff and seven
other people in Mississippi in 2017 said Monday that he did not want
to testify in his own trial where he could face the death penalty.“I choose not to,” Willie Cory Godbolt told the judge when jurors were not in the courtroom. Godbolt told his defense attorneys later in the day that he had changed his mind and wanted to testify, but the judge would not allow it because that part of the trial had passed. Godbolt, 37, has pleaded not guilty to four counts of capital murder, four counts of murder, one count of attempted murder, two counts of kidnapping and one count of armed robbery. Prosecutors wrapped up their case Monday after calling several witnesses over nine days. Defense attorneys called only two witnesses before completing their case. COUNTY, Miss.- Agents of the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation and
the Lincoln County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating the shooting
deaths of eight people, including a Lincoln County deputy.
Investigators said 35-year-old Willie
Godbolt is responsible for the
killings, and is being treated at a Jackson hospital for a gunshot
wound. The shooting spree began with a domestic call at 2871 Lee
Drive in Bogue Chitto around 11:30 p.m Saturday. Four
bodies, three females and the deputy, were recovered there.
A second crime scene was located at 1658 Coopertown Road in
Brookhaven, the
bodies of two juvenile males were located there. A third
crime scene was located at 312 East Lincoln Road, a
male and a female were recovered at that location. The
deceased deputy has been identified as 36-year-old William
Durr. Durr was a two year veteran of the Lincoln County
Sheriff’s Department and a four year veteran of the Brookhaven
Police Department. |

He also is connected to other nonfatal shootings, Craig said. Craig had a message for anyone possibly helping Brown Monday: "If we find out who you are, in addition to him being taken into custody, you also will be (arrested).. That's a promise that I'm going to make today." As the investigation into Brown continues, Craig said he expects to discover Brown's connections to other alleged crimes. |

Ga (WJBF) – A Hephzibah woman was charged with stabbing a man Sunday
night in front of her two daughters. 36-year old Lydianette
Benjamin is charged with aggravated assault and child cruelty.The incident took place on the 2500 block of Sherbourne Drive in Hephzibah. According to authorities, Benjamin allegedly stabbed the victim while her own 8-year-old and 13-year-old daughters were present. (WISH) — A man has been charged in the November death of an
Indianapolis woman, police say.According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, Robert Burks, 57, of Indianapolis, was charged with murder Friday in the death of Julie Morey, 58. Morey was found dead at St. Patrick’s church in Fountain Square on the morning of November 3. The Marion County Coroner’s Office says Morey was strangled and stabbed to death. It’s unclear what Morey was doing at the church, or if she was actually killed there. “After a lengthy investigation, on Friday, February 21, 2020, 57-year-old Robert Burks was charged with Murder for his alleged involvement in the death of Julie Morey at St. Patrick’s church in Fountain Square,” the police department said in a news release sent to News 8 Sunday morning. on an open count of murder in connection with the Edward
Ross murder, according to court documents.Joshua Campell was arrested Thursday and charged with murder. The documents go on to say another man was arrested in Tallahassee on Wednesday in connection to the murder. The Leon County arrest report shows that Andre Bivins was arrested in Tallahassee on Wednesday for a warrant out of Bay County for first degree murder. On December, 29, 2019, the Bay County Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting in Panama City Beach. Deputies found Edward Ross shot multiple times. He was taken to the Bay Medical Center, where he later died. According to the court documents, witnesses on scene described three men entering the home. Video surveillance shows two white cars at a gas station within two blocks of the home. One man was later identified as a co-defendant to Campbell in this case.  Through
the investigation, deputies received information that Joshua
Campbell was bragging about "banging a body," and accurately
described of how Ross was found clothes when the initial call came
in. On Tuesday, Campbell was interviewed and denied being a part of
the homicide. Deputies gathered more information in the case from a
co-defendant, and on February 19, that defendant was found in
Tallahassee, Florida. During an interview, the defendant identified
Campbell as being involved in the shooting, saying he was the one
who shot the victim.The defendant denies being one of the shooters on December 29, but he did admit his role as being a driver for the shooters. - (Black-on-White) |

engaging in sex acts with a dog.Jerry Morgan III, 58, of Anderson, is charged with bestiality and invasion of privacy. According to the probable cause affidavit, a woman gave Morgan a female pit bull on Christmas Eve. She took the dog back two days later after seeing a pair of alarming videos on Facebook. The videos showed Morgan engaging in sex acts with the dog, according to court documents. They were recorded by Morgan’s girlfriend, Catrece Peel, and posted on the social media website. |

Ogg.Marilyn Joy Wilkes, 27, pleaded guilty to three charges: sexual assault of a child under the age of 17, human trafficking and compelling prostitution for a month-long crime spree over the Christmas holiday in 2018. Ogg said that during that time, Wilkes had sex with the juvenile, forced her to solicit strangers on the street in southwest Houston, and made her see "Johns" in a motel room on FM 1960. She also made her go to strangers' homes for sex, according to Ogg. "Only a true predator would force a minor to become a street walker," Ogg said. "Someone who steals a child's youth by brutally coercing them to have sex with strangers for their own profit, like in this case, deserves to spend time in prison." Ogg also said when the teen refused to work, Wilkes would abuse her by reportedly punching her in the face and burning her with cigarettes. "Once, when the juvenile did not make her $600 a day quota, Wilkes broke her finger and her ribs," said Ogg in a statement. |

MYERS (CBSMiami) — A man who talked about shooting up a Florida
synagogue had the weapons and ammunition to carry out the threat,
according to authorities.The suspect, Alfredo Sanchez, 43, faces charges of Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition by a Felon. The Lee County Sheriff’s Office says Sanchez is a convicted felon from Miami-Dade County and was previously sentenced to prison for firearm charges. Under Florida law, convicted felons are not allowed to possess firearms or ammunition. In addition, he actually attended the Ft. Myers Synagogue he threatened. According to the Rabbi from the Chabad Lubavitch of Southwest Florida, Sanchez and his family have attended for about a year. The investigation into Sanchez started about two weeks ago when he told a fellow synagogue member, “If he had another screw loose, he would go to the synagogue and shoot it up,” according to the arrest report. “Sanchez made at least one statement indicating that he had the ability and the means to carry out a shooting at the synagogue. It was also reported that Sanchez offered to sell a firearm to a synagogue member,” said Lee County Sheriff Carmine Marceno. 20-year-old woman and her 18-year-old boyfriend, suspects in the
deaths of three women whose bodies were found in a two-story Hemet
home earlier this week, were arrested in Las Vegas, officials said
on Friday.Chief Eddie Pust said the killings were done over a rental dispute. The causes of death were blunt-force trauma and strangulations. Arrested were Jordan Guzman, who police said recently moved into the house, and boyfriend Anthony McCloud. They were each arrested on three counts of suspicion of murder, with extraditions expected to take place in two to three weeks. The suspects had taken the youngest victim’s Hyundai Sonata and driven it to Las Vegas, Hemet police said. It was found early Thursday, and the pair were taken into custody. They were being held at Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas on bail amounts of $2 million each. Police had said on Thursday they had arrested two people suspected of killing the three women the night before, but few details emerged at the time about the case. Police were first alerted to trouble at 8:50 p.m. Wednesday, when they received a call about a woman who reportedly was lyingin a pool of blood. two teenage boys off a road, angered that the twin brothers were
riding bicycles adorned with flags supporting President Donald
Trump, before ripping one of the sibling's flag from his bike,
police said Friday.Hobart police said Snapchat videos helped officers secure charges against Kyren Gregory Perry-Jones, 23, and Cailyn Marie Smith, 18, in connection with a July 22 incident. Police Capt. James Gonzales said the Hobart couple are accused of driving in their car, running the 14-year-old boys off of the road, and making threats toward them. According to a probable cause affidavit, the boys told officers that a vehicle with a man driving and woman passenger followed them before the male driver pulled up nearby and asked one of the boys “if they were Trump supporters” - to which the boy replied that they were. The driver then swerved at the boys, forcing them onto roadside grass to avoid being struck, according to the affidavit. The driver followed the boys before exiting the car and tearing off the flag from one of the brother's bikes, the affidavit states. The driver dropped the flag, which was affixed to the bike with fishing pole, ran back to his car and drove off, “but not before running the flag over,” it states. Both Perry-Jones and Smith have been charged with two felony counts of intimidation and criminal recklessnes. They were also charged with one count each of theft and criminal mischief, both of which are misdemeanors. Smith was in custody but Perry-Jones remained at large Friday evening, police said. Online court records do not list attorneys who could speak on behalf of either of them. Gonzales said the charges weren’t filed until Thursday because there was a delay in detectives getting information from Snapchat, The (Northwest Indiana) Times reported. In a video posted to Snapchat, allegedly by the couple of their encounter with the boy, shows “the driver turns the wheel sharply as if he saw the boys and wanted to hit them with the vehicle while yelling `ya'll better get home,'" according to the affidavit. A male's voice is then heard telling the female passenger “pull that flag down" in the video which shows the female trying to reach it through her window and her saying, “get closer." “The female is then heard saying `ya'll scared, just like your president'' and `America is not great'" followed by an expletive, according to the affidavit. purchases inside her car when a Nissan drove up alongside her,

which was hanging over her shoulder. But she held on tight to the
bag, and the vehicle accelerated forward, dragging the victim some
150 feet, according to police. The passenger finally let go and the

sexually touching someone, has pleaded guilty to felony sex abuse.
50-year-old Antwan Diggs, of Buffalo, pleaded guilty in
State Supreme Court in Erie County, Thursday morning. The charge he
pleaded guilty to is considered a violent felony. "Doesn't matter
what your status is in this community, if you commit a crime, you
will be prosecuted," Erie County DA John Flynn said. In October,
Diggs was listed on the City of Buffalo website as the city's
Community Crime Prevention Initiative Coordinator within the Buffalo
Urban Renewal Agency (BURA). His biography also noted that he is Pastor
of the Hananiah Lutheran Church in Buffalo, and supervises a
youth program At Saint Columba Brigid Teen Center "so that [youth]

BENSALEM, Pa. (CBS) — It was a high-end smash-and-grab in Bucks
County. The burglary suspects left behind a key piece of evidence
that led to their arrests. Police say this was a brazen burglary.
Not only did four people drive into this business and make off with
seven dirt bikes, but they allegedly came back to get even more.
“That had steel doors on it, steel door jam with poles across it and
they blasted that out along with the concrete,” Fun Center
Powersports co-owner Alan Slezak said.The side of Fun Center Powersports in Bensalem now looks different after police say four people drove a rented U-Haul into the business just after 2 a.m. Tuesday. “They came in the side door, went over to the vehicles here, pushed these out to the side and got roughly seven vehicles it’s looking like at this point,” Slezak said. He tells Eyewitness News that the four made off with about $100,000 worth of merchandise. Bensalem police arrested the accused thieves about 40 minutes later. “The officers were still checking the area and here comes this U-Haul truck speeding down Bristol Pike. They make a car stop on the truck,” Bensalem Police Director of Public Safety Fred Harran said. Police say officers found motorcycle price tags in the back of the truck, but no motorbikes. I have one set up for the NNN forum - but it only works with certain browsers - it works with Firefox on my laptop but it does NOT work with Safari on iPhones using Safari and it does not work with Google Crome without an add-on. So you can try it out and if it works, great
