    (White) Man shot and killed in Clairton, (fecal-faced black) house guest arrested
black suspectCLAIRTON, Pa. — A 25-year-old man was found shot to death Tuesday morning in Clairton, police say. Police were called to Constitution Avenue just before 8 a.m. and when officers got there, they found the man shot at least once. He died shortly afterwards.

Police say the victim lived at the house with a woman. When he got home the shooter was there as a guest of the woman. The two men then got in a fight, and the guest pulled out a gun and chased the victim outside.
The victim has been identified as Joseph Perlick-Spernak.

Police have identified the alleged shooter as 28-year-old Gerald Johnson.  - (Black-on-white)

    Police chief: (Black) Suspect in Arkansas Walmart shooting was known to officers
black suspect FORREST CITY, Ark. (WMC) - Police have identified the suspect in a shooting Monday at Walmart in Forrest City.

Police Chief Deon Lee says 40-year-old Bobby Gibbs was known to officers before Monday’s shooting but didn’t give specific details. Police responded to Walmart on Deaderick Road just before 10:30 a.m. after someone reported a man inside the store making threats. Two of the first officers on scene -- Lt. Eric Varner and Detective Eugene Watlington -- engaged Gibbs inside the store and were shot.  Varner went to the hospital in Forrest City where he was treated and released. Lee says Watlington went to Regional One in Memphis where he underwent surgery. He is expected to recover. Gibbs was shot and killed at the scene. - (Black-on-white)




    (black) Cleveland man pleads guilty to attempted murder in shootings of police officer and other man
black suspectCLEVELAND, Ohio -- A registered sex offender pleaded guilty Monday to shooting a Cleveland police officer and another man with an assault rifle.

Jonathan Chambers, 31, pleaded guilty Monday morning to two charges of attempted murder before he was set to begin trial on multiple charges from the Nov. 3, 2018 shootings. Common Pleas Court Judge William McGinty is set to sentence him April 8. Chambers opened fire on a man sitting in a car about 4 a.m. on East 121st Street near Shaker Boulevard in the city’s Buckeye-Shaker neighborhood, according to court records. The man was shot in the neck and survived. Cleveland police officers Shane McNea and Christian Childs arrived to investigate after the shooting. Chambers opened fire on their police cruiser with an assault rifle, police said. Bullets ripped through the cruiser and both of McNea’s legs, according to court records. Childs was not injured.

An ambulance took McNea to a hospital, where he underwent surgery. Chambers ran away and was arrested hours later by the Cleveland police department’s gang unit. Chambers’ criminal history includes prior convictions for gross sexual imposition, aggravated assault, carrying concealed weapons, having weapons under disability and drug-related offenses.

black suspect PHOENIX, AZ (3TV/CBS 5)-- A patient was raped by another patient at a mental health facility in Phoenix, according to police. Investigators say 42-year-old Jeffery Mollett attacked a woman in her 70s at the Haven Behavioral Psych Hospital near 7th Avenue and Buckeye Road on Saturday.

Mollett was arrested and booked into jail on charges of sexual assault, kidnapping and sexual abuse.

Arizona’s Family requested a statement from Haven Behavioral Psych Hospital on Sunday.

Brhonson Lexier St. Surin’s online ads under the name Scarlet Lexicon sought women for “fine arts” photo shoots, but he then pressured his subjects into having oral sex and intercourse with him, all the while building up his own private porn portfolio, his victims charge.

One woman now suing Surin claims he locked her in a basement.
“I was scared,” said Nikkol Wade, 26. “I really thought I was going to have to kill somebody or he was going to have to have to kill me. I didn’t know what was going to happen.” Wade, who once modeled lingerie during New York Fashion Week, was shocked when the other woman on the November 2017 job told her, “You know, penetration’s involved.”  “No I did not,” Wade replied. - (Black-on-white)

Hendrick Tyjar Johnson, 35, of Hendersonville, had 17 open warrants for 5 counts of Statutory Rape of a Child Less than 15 Years of Age, 7 counts Statutory Sexual Offense with a Child Under the Age of 15, and 5 counts of Indecent Liberties with a Child.

 Police said Johnson was located and arrested in Erskine Street Apartments.

black suspectJACKSONVILLE, Fla. – As a Florida Department of Corrections’ education supervisor, Rev. Antonio Carlisle was supposed to help rehabilitate inmates. An inmate is accusing him of doing just the opposite when he allegedly raped him in prison. Florida Department of Corrections Secretary Mark Inch released a statement on Friday saying the charges against Carlisle “are deeply disturbing and abhorrent.” According to the FDC’s Office of the Inspector General, investigators said a sexual assault forensic exam including Carlisle’s DNA was part of the case. Inch also said Carlisle, of the Greater True Vine Missionary Baptist Church in Lake City, was dismissed from his job with the department.
The inmate reported Carlisle was pretending to help him when he moved to overpower him and rape him on Aug. 6 at the Florida State Prison in Bradford County. The sexual assault forensic exam was performed the next day. Investigators collected Carlisle’s DNA on Jan. 29 and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement reported it was a match and issued a warrant for his arrest on Wednesday.

Carlisle was arrested on Thursday in Duval County and he was being held on a $1.5 million bond. He is facing charges of sexual battery and sexual misconduct in Bradford County.

black suspectOn a late April evening almost three years ago, Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies responded to a disturbance call in the Windsor Hills neighborhood.

They found Alecia Benson on her back inside a well-kept home, battered, unconscious and gasping for air.

Her only child, former NFL player De’von Hall, smoked a cigarette in the middle of the street outside. He fought three deputies who tried to handcuff him before being restrained and, days later, was charged with murdering his mother with his bare hands.

L.A. County Superior Court Judge Lauren Weis Bernstein declared Hall not guilty by reason of insanity during a hearing last week. The defense and prosecution stipulated to the change of plea based on reports by doctors from both sides, according to a district attorney’s spokesman.

black suspectBUTLER COUNTY, Ohio (FOX19) - The Butler County Sheriff’s Office says a man was arrested Friday in connection with a dog that was left in a cage to die.
The sheriff’s office says Clarence Thomas Jr. was charged with prohibitions concerning companion animals and abandoning animals. Deputies found the 3-year-old Cane Corso in the rear parking lot of an abandoned business in Liberty Township last Wednesday. The dog was in a black wire cage with a plastic pan underneath, a Facebook post from the sheriff’s office said. It was dead when deputies arrived. “We posted this case on social media to get the word out that not only were we looking for the subject responsible for this heinous act but to let offenders know you can run but you can’t hide,” Sheriff Jones said in a news release.

Police say he robbed another bank Saturday and he's still on the loose.
WEST HEMPSTEAD, NY – Police are searching for a man who robbed a bank in West Hempstead Saturday afternoon. Police are looking for Romell Nellis, who was arrested last month on charges of robbing two banks in December. He was released from jail without bail under the state's new bail reform law.
Police say Nellis, who is homeless, entered the Roslyn Savings Bank at 50 Hempstead Turnpike at 1:30 p.m. He approached the teller, passed a note stating he had a gun and demanding money, police said.
Nellis robbed the same bank on Dec. 17, police said. There are active warrants for his arrest.

Jurors heard how the victim had travelled to London from Bristol on August 13, 2016, when French held a machete against her throat while he robbed her in front of the other defendants.  The 22-year-old then falsely imprisoned her in a residential block in Enfield, where she was forced by the defendants to perform oral sex on each of them.
Once the ordeal was over, French followed the victim as she attempted to make her escape.  - (UK)

black suspectThe president of Jackson State University was arrested over the weekend for allegedly trying to solicit a prostitute, police said.
William Bynum Jr., 57, was one of 17 people busted in an undercover prostitution sting, according to Clinton Police Chief Ford Hayman. Bynum Jr. resigned as the head of Jackson State University on Monday, The suspects were caught at a hotel in the town of Clinton after being directed there from an online prostitute ad, Hayman said. When busted, Bynum Jr. allegedly gave cops a fake name. He was charged with procuring services of a prostitute, false statement of identity and simple possession of marijuana. Shonda McCarthy, 46, another Jackson State University employee, was also arrested in the sting.

black suspect DALLAS, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) — An argument over a stuffed animal at a Dallas Dave & Buster’s led to a shooting that injured a local doctor. Police said two groups of people were involved in a verbal altercation inside the restaurant located in the 9400 block of North Central Expressway when one of the suspects open fired — striking the victim.

The victim — later identified as Dr. Carlos Chapa — was transported to a local hospital with a non-life threatening injury and is expected to recover. Witness Emiliano Chapa found his brother on the floor of the restaurant after gunshots rang out. “I picked him up and dragged him all the way through the whole building, around the corner and everything… ripped his pants, took off my belt, wrapped it around his thigh because I saw he was hit in the leg,” he recalled. Chapa said he wrapped his brother’s leg, made sure it was OK and elevated it when one of the people involved in the incident came up to him. “I tell him, “Right now, it’s not the time you need to speed up that tongue because… you’re apologizing, are you the one?’ He was like, ‘No, they were aiming at me,’ and then he said that it was all over a stupid animal… Stuffed animal, toys,” he said. “So, I tell him ‘You’re telling me over some toys, my brother got shot?” When Belinda Young heard gunfire, she immediately started trying to find her son and his pee wee football team.

Police arrested Aurikel Silverio, 24, for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection to the shooting.

RAPID CITY, S.D. — An Indian Health Service pediatrician who was convicted of sexually abusing young Native American boys in his care over two decades and became an emblem of the federal agency’s long-term failures was sentenced Monday to five lifetime prison terms.

Stanley Patrick Weber, 71, groomed and abused Native American boys as young as about 9 years old on reservations in Montana and South Dakota between 1995 and 2011, according to court documents. His supervisors in the federal government buried their own suspicions about his conduct, tried to silence others who raised concerns, and transferred the doctor from one reservation to another after managers concluded he might have molested his patients, The Wall Street Journal and FRONTLINE reported last year.

(WORCESTER (AP) — A Massachusetts man accused of drugging underage boys and filming himself sexually assaulting them over a period of 18 years was sentenced to state prison Monday.

Paul Menard, 55, pleaded guilty to 33 charges, including rape and child rape, and was sentenced to 15 to 20 years in prison, according to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph Early Jr. The North Brookfield resident said he filmed himself sexually assaulting several young men, most of whom were unconscious after he put drugs in alcoholic drinks he provided.

    Justice Department Sues New Jersey, California and King County, Wash., Over 'Unlawful' Immigration Policies
DOJ is suing New Jersey over a directive by the state attorney general that limits state agencies from assisting federal immigration authorities, such as Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The state of California is also being sued after Gov. Gavin 'Anus' Newsom passed a state law banning all private detention facilities, including privately run ICE detention centers.

In Washington, King County is being sued over an executive order banning deportation flights from King County International Airport.

The lawsuits come the same day New York state officials announced it was suing the Trump Administration for blocking New Yorkers from Global Entry and other trusted traveler programs — a move the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) says was in response to the state allowing undocumented immigrants to obtain driver’s licenses.

    Husband of (White) woman killed in hit-and-run finds (85-year-old JAPANESE Toshiro Isa) suspect's car blocks from home
A grieving Southern California man whose wife died in a hit-and-run crash launched his own search for the car that struck her — and found it just blocks away, police said.

Motorcyclist Brenda Jean Richardson, 48, was struck and killed on Wednesday night near the corner of Kalus Avenue and River Road in Corona, California, about 50 miles east of downtown Los Angeles, officials said. Police had put out a call looking for a white sedan in the incident.

Less than two days later, 85-year-old Toshiro Isa, who lives a short walk from where the fatal crash happened, was arrested and booked on suspicion of felony hit and run and vehicular manslaughter, Corona police Sgt. Chad Fountain said.

black suspect LEOMINSTER (CBS) — A woman hit by a police cruiser during a police car chase is recovering in the hospital, but her family says it has been a struggle. Her friends and family still want answers as to how the crash happened.

Julie Oetinger is the lifelong best friend of 29-year-old Sarah Stevens, of Townsend, who is in the ICU at UMass Memorial Medical Center after being hit by a State Police car when a trooper was responding to a call last month on Route 12 in Leominster. “From my understanding, she was pulling out of Wendy’s and that’s when she got hit,” Oetinger said. Stevens suffered multiple broken bones and has undergone several surgeries. “It’s a truly a miracle she is still here and made so much progress already,” Oetinger said. “No one you love you want to go through that. It’s been very difficult.” State Police say the trooper’s lights and sirens were on at the time.   • Police: Worcester man swerved at cruiser during wild high-speed chase
    LEOMINSTER, MASS. (WHDH) - A state trooper and a woman were hospitalized following a violent crash in Leominster overnight that occurred as the trooper was responding to the area of a police pursuit that resulted in the arrest of a Worcester man.
    Ronald G. Paris, 35, was arraigned Thursday in Worcester District Court on charges including failure to stop for police, assault with a dangerous weapon, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, driving an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle. He was ordered held on $2,500 bail after a not guilty plea was entered on his behalf. The trooper was responding to assist other officers who were chasing Paris’ vehicle on Route 12 when they were involved in a crash with another car just before midnight, according to Massachusetts State Police.

Officer-involved shooting: Wauwatosa police say (black)  teen fired his weapon before officers fired theirs
black suspectWAUWATOSA — Police have released new information in connection to an officer-involved shooting that took place outside Mayfair Mall on Sunday night. Officers say the teen, identified by family members as 17-year-old Alvin Cole, fired a weapon before officers fired theirs at Cole. Police say shortly after 5:30 p.m. Sunday, they responded to Mayfair Mall after being informed of a possible domestic disturbance involving multiple people. One teen reportedly flashed his gun inside the mall.

Police say dash cam footage video released from that night shows officers recognizing the teen and chasing after him. Police say he was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and a black bag across his chest. Once police caught up with him, they say he fired one round.

"What is clear and not a matter of dispute is that the deceased fired his weapon before the police officer fired theirs," said Wauwatosa Police Chief Barry Weber. Police say more than one officer told Cole to put the gun down before one of the officers returned fire. Police say they performed CPR on Cole, but he later died at the hospital. Wauwatosa police say a 9 mm pistol was found at the scene, and they say it was reported stolen in Milwaukee back in October.

Wauwatosa police say the teenage boy who was fatally shot by police fired first in Sunday's shooting at Mayfair Mall.  
On Friday, police released a squad car video from the shooting. Wauwatosa police officers don't wear body cameras. The video shows police chasing 17-year-old Alvin Cole and the sound of gun shots. After Cole fired, one officer fired back five times, according to Wauwatosa Police Operations Capt. Brian Zalewski. The name of the officer has not been released.
Zalewski says Cole’s weapon was stolen. Police also found a full magazine clip in Cole’s bag.
Speaking on behalf of the Cole family, Rick Farmer of the Original Black Panthers of Milwaukee told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that they need answers. "The investigation needs to be transparent, concise, and it needs to be clear, because there's so many different stories and the reality is that a 17-year-old teenager, black male, lost his life," he said.

    3 (black) suspects now charged with 1st-degree murder in fatal shooting of (White female) Chesapeake delivery driver
black suspectCHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Three people arrested after the fatal shooting of a Chesapeake pizza delivery driver in March 2019 now face first-degree murder charges.
Tonagee Ravenel, Antonio Britton and Semiya Davidson had all been charged with robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and use of a firearm in commission of a felony in connection to the incident, but no one had been charged with murder until this week.
The development comes just a week after a judge certified their robbery and gun charges in a preliminary hearing.
The three are accused of killing 30-year-old Stephanie Brainerd at Chesapeake’s Marina Point Apartments on March 14, 2019. This a breaking update. To read the latest in the case, click here.

black suspectA former Wake Forest basketball coach was found guilty of assault on Thursday for fatally punching a Florida tourist in Queens.

Jamill Jones, 37, could face up to a year in prison when sentenced next month for the August 2018 attack that left Sandor Szabo, 35, dead. He showed no emotion when the jury delivered the guilty verdict at Queens Criminal Court, but friends and family of Szabo tearfully consoled each other when the announcement was made. “I am so relieved it’s over,” said Donna Kent, Szabo’s mother. “I’m ready to sleep and move on. This has been my life for 18 months.”

Jones, a North Carolina resident, and his lawyer declined to comment to reporters after the verdict was handed down.
The former college hoops coach slugged Szabo in the head for drunkenly banging on his car in Long Island City.
Szabo, who was in town for his stepsister’s wedding, fell and hit his head on the pavement.

    Milwaukee police release name of (White) officer shot, injured in exchange of gunfire with (black) man fleeing crash
black suspect Milwaukee police have identified an officer who was shot this week during an exchange of gunfire with a man running from a vehicle that had crashed during a police chase.

Officer Robert Parks, 32, was shot in the leg. His partner, Officer Adam Maritato, 33, was not injured, according to a Friday news release.

Major Artis, the 24-year-old man accused of shooting the officer, died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound soon after the incident, police said.

Milwaukee police released the names and photos of the officers and Artis on Friday.

Artis' family has said they do not believe he would kill himself. A relative told the Journal Sentinel Friday his mother "hates that an officer got shot," but remains concerned because she has not been contacted by police, nor seen evidence showing Artis was the shooter.

Investigators are trying to determine a motive for the apparently random assault Monday that left two people in critical condition.

Anthony Devonte Williams, 33, of Capitol Heights, Maryland, was arrested after passengers managed to disarm him and get him off the bus, California Highway Patrol Sgt. Brian Pennings said. “There’s no indication that he knew anybody on there,” Pennings said. Williams has been booked into jail on suspicion of murder and attempted murder and is being held without bail. It wasn't immediately known whether he had an attorney.

The Kern County coroner's office said Tuesday that (Hispanic) 51-year-old Lurbis Elena Vence of Molino, Colombia, died in the attack. An autopsy will be conducted. The packed bus was heading from Los Angeles to San Francisco when shots were fired at about 1:30 a.m. Monday on Interstate 5 near the small mountain community of Lebec, about 70 miles (113 kilometers) northwest of Los Angeles.

black suspectGARY, Ind. -- A man is accused of shooting a 13-year-old girl in the back and paralyzing her after she refused to have sex with him last month in Gary, Indiana.

Shamar Walker, 18, is charged with attempted murder, aggravated battery, battery resulting in serious bodily injury and battery by means of a deadly weapon, according to an affidavit from the Lake County state's attorney's office.

The charges stem from a shooting that occurred about midnight Jan. 25 near the corner of 21st Avenue and Martin Luther King Drive in Gary, according to the court document. Officers responded to reports of a person shot at that location and found the girl lying on her back, the document states. The teen also had a cut on her forehead, and was unable to move. She was taken to an area hospital where a bullet was found lodged in her upper back by her spine, the document states. She was later transferred to the University of Chicago Medical Center.
The girl told officers she went over to Walker's sister's apartment that day after school, where he asked her for sex, the document states.
She and Walker had a previous sexual relationship in which she told him she was 15.

Joseph Cornelius Richardson was taken into custody on Thursday for the alleged sexual assault that happened in July 2019. According to police, the victim reported that Richardson sexually assaulted her in her Abington home.

An investigation led to Richardson’s arrest. He now faces a number of charges including rape, statutory sexual assault, indecent assault on a child under 13 and other related charges.

black suspectThe suspect only spent a few minutes inside the Las Vegas Strip property before he stumbled upon a hotel-room key, dropped by an unsuspecting victim on the casino floor. Soon, he would enter her room and rape her while she slept, according to Metro Police.


The victim first thought she was dreaming but opened her eyes to see a stranger on top of her. Less than 24 hours later, that stranger, Donovan Daray Fox, 27, of Las Vegas, was in police custody with the help of facial-recognition technology.

The alleged crime unfolded in the early hours Sunday at the Venetian, 3355 Las Vegas Blvd. South. The victim was in town with her husband and friends. After spending time at the casino, the woman decided to retire to her 25th-floor room alone, according to Fox’s declaration of arrest.  
However, before she did, she accidentally dropped one of the keys to the room, where Fox allegedly picked it up at 2:41 a.m., five minutes after he walked into the casino. Two minutes later, he followed two women to the 14th floor, where he committed a lewd act on himself outside a room. A camera caught him.

Police allege he then took the elevator up to the victim’s room. The small envelope containing the key had her room number written on it. He peeked underneath her door at then entered the room. He was later caught on video leaving the room, police said. The victim told police that once she realized she was being raped, she spooked the man by telling him her husband was on the way up. A medical examination showed she’d been sexually assaulted, police said.

Police said he disregarded the red light then crashed into the victim’s vehicle. The victims were taken to Regional One in critical condition but did not survive their injuries. According to an affidavit, Jones told police he smoked weed before the crash because he was upset about Kobe Bryant’s death.  Police watched security camera footage that showed Jones speeding and crossing over the middle lanes. Investigators have identified the two victims as Sonja Roser, 54, and Christopher Hunt, 51. Jones is now charged with disregarding a red light, opposing traffic, driving while under the influence, reckless driving and two counts of vehicular homicide.

The officer tried to break up the brawl — and bit his wife on the hand during the scuffle, according to authorities.

black suspectMARTIN COUNTY, Fla. — The Martin County Sheriff's Office has identified the man who shot and killed a Florida Highway Patrol trooper on Wednesday as 28-year-old Franklin Reed III of Palm Bay in Central Florida.

FHP said Trooper Joseph Bullock was assisting Reed, who had a disabled vehicle in the northbound lanes of I-95 in Martin County, around 11:15 a.m.

Reed suddenly opened fire, killing Trooper Bullock, according to authorities. Witnesses said Reed was angry over having to pay to tow his car, and that's why he shot the 42-year-old trooper.

Reed has no criminal records in the state of Florida, according to the Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement. There were no charges on record that would have made it illegal for Reed to own a firearm. Reed's prior contact with law enforcement is limited to a few traffic violations in Brevard county.
According to FHP, an off-duty Riviera Beach police officer, identified as Jemel Headings, was passing by the scene and engaged the suspect, fatally shooting him.  - (Black-on-white)

Shock and grief rocked the rural community near Millville in Columbia County after the man and woman were found shot to death in their home.

The person charged with their murders, the couple’s adoptive son, 18-year-old Carl Kressler.

Troopers were sent to the home on Hartman Hollow Road around 10 p.m. Thursday. Court documents showed Carl Kressler, 18, called 911 and told dispatchers that his parents were “gone.”

Inside the home, troopers found the bodies of Flint and Sharon Kressler.  Police said Carl Kressler admitted to shooting his parents because, in part, they made disparaging remarks about their decision to adopt him. According to court papers filed at the magistrate’s office in Millville, Carl Kressler told investigators he tried to make it look like his parents were shot and killed during a burglary.

Leon Tyler Smith, 26, appeared in Lee County Circuit Court on Wednesday for a sentencing hearing after he pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in May 2019.

Commonwealth’s Attorney H. Fuller Cridlin said Smith shot a man, identified in court records as Lee David Lipps, 34, of Pennington Gap, on Aug. 28, 2018. He was shot four times and died at the hospital. During Wednesday’s, Cridlin said he presented evidence demonstrating that Smith had traveled from Norton to Pennington Gap for the sole purpose to kill Lipps, who owned Stone Mountain Naturals, a ginseng company. Lipps was working in his yard at the time of the shooting.

Cridlin said evidence included data collected from Smith’s cell phone and local cell towers, as well as surveillance video, which showed his whereabouts in the minutes and hours leading up to the shooting. After the shooting, which occurred during daylight hours, Cridlin said, Smith traveled to another location to hide the weapon, which was later found by investigators. He said Smith investigators also found Smith’s shirt. Cridlin also said evidence showed Smith had consumed 13 beers, marijuana and meth before the crime.

The motive: Smith hated the victim, the prosecutor said. “ The defendant’s sister was engaged to the victim and the families were estranged,” Cridlin said. “The defendant made various allegations about the victim but all were contradicted by the victim’s fiancée.” “ A person capable of coldly hunting down and killing someone in broad daylight does not belong in our society,” Cridlin added. “ The defendant turned his 30-year-old sister into a grieving widow,” Cridlin said. “It’s a completely senseless tragedy.” - (Black-on-white)

black suspectKNOXVILLE, Tenn. — UPDATE 11 AM WEDNESDAY: The man charged with murdering a woman Tuesday at a Mechanicsville house has a 20-year arrest record that includes violent assaults on women, disturbances and drug sales and use.

Robert Joseph Atkins, 38, is being held in the Knox County jail. He faces jail arraignment Wednesday and a hearing date Feb. 14. in Knox County General Sessions Court.
He's accused of killing 29-year-old Kaitlyne Warwick at 1227 Pickett Ave. near Knoxville College. After killing her, he dragged her body outside and left it there, according to Knoxville police.

He's been banned from numerous Knoxville public housing properties through the years for causing disturbances.
Records show he's also attacked and beaten several woman, at least one of whom was pregnant with his child at the time, records show.  Sometimes charges were dropped because the victim didn't want to press charges.

He's been found using meth and cocaine, among other drugs, court records show. Atkins is a felon, having been convicted of simple possession casual exchange third offense in 2013, records show. In November, he was charged with threatening his cousin with a machete at the Pickett Avenue address. He's previously offered the cousin's name as his own when confronted by police. The aggravated assault case was later dropped. Atkins was booked into the Knox County Detention Center and is also facing charges of tampering with evidence and illegal possession of a firearm. - (Black-on-white)

William Sloss, 34, is accused of killing Amanda Berry, whose body was found in the basement of a home on Virginia Avenue last week.

Just a few seconds after walking into his arraignment hearing, Sloss fell to the floor despite being held by several officers. And once he faced the judge, he greeted her with “**** you.” Over the next 90 seconds, Sloss mixed a series of swear words with silence. When asked if he was going to hire an attorney or if he needed a public defender, he said nothing. When asked if he was working, he remained quiet.
“Given his lengthy record of violent offenses, we will increase the bond to $1 million,” the judge said.
Sloss, who was arrested and booked into Metro Corrections on Thursday night, is charged with murder and abuse of a corpse.

The incident started Wednesday when a woman told Las Vegas police that she had been kidnapped and sexually assaulted at a residence by the suspect later identified as Gary Walker, 55.

When detectives went to the home, they were notified Walker had allegedly killed another woman at the same residence, and found a gruesome scene. "... Homicide detectives responded to the residence where a deceased female was found in a suitcase," the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said in a statement Thursday. It's unclear who told detectives that a woman was killed at the residence. Walker was arrested Wednesday on charges of murder, kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon and sexual assault, according to online records from the Clark County Detention Center. The identity of the dead woman has not been released. Walker's first court date is scheduled for Monday, according to online records. It's unclear whether he has an attorney.

black suspectA man was sent to jail Thursday for allegedly forcing women into prostitution-related activities across South Florida and physically assaulting one of his victims.

Deshawn Montell Casey, 28, faces charges of battery and human trafficking. On Thursday afternoon, around 12:45 p.m., one of his victims called the police to report that Casey had beat her. Upon arrival at Miami Princess Hotel at 4251 Northwest 11th Street, cops discovered the female disturbed and crying, according to an arrest report.
She had "visible injuries to her face consistent with trauma," according to the report, and proceeded to tell police that Casey had strangled and whipped her after becoming upset she was not producing more money.

Jacques Smith, 21, was taken into custody in Rowlett Tuesday afternoon at a home in the 8300 block of Luna Drive. He’s accused of killing sisters Deja, 19, and Abbaney Matts, 20, and injuring Abbaney’s 2-year-old child at Pride Rock residence hall. According to family members, Smith was Abbaney Matts’ ex-boyfriend. Authorities were able to identify Smith as the suspect through surveillance video and tips from witnesses.

Latimer and his accomplice held their victim at gunpoint and took the man’s watch and the bag full of pot before driving off, according to law enforcement sources. A witness saw the cop, who works in nearby Transit District 12, and his accomplice putting on their masks before the robbery and called 911, sources said.

black suspectMINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A 39-year-old Robbinsdale man, accused of cutting off the oxygen supply at a major Twin Cities hospital late last year, now faces criminal charges.

Larry Raduenz Jr. was formally charged in Hennepin County with one felony count of first-degree damage to property in connection to the Dec. 27, 2019 incident. Investigators say Raduenz scaled a fence to get to the oxygen tanks at North Memorial Health hospital in Robbinsdale — a move that could have been deadly for the patients inside.
Authorities say broke metal clasps and zip ties, and shut off the oxygen to the entire hospital.

An engineer called to check out the damage said if it had taken much longer to fix, the oxygen would have depleted and could have caused injury or death to multiple patients, the complaint said.

North Memorial Health says patients were not hurt, but it’s not the first time Raduenz has tampered with hospital property. According to the Hennepin County search warrant, Raduenz was inside the hospital in the month leading up to the incident, unplugging computers and televisions.

A woman with a history of mental illness allegedly attacked a street musician with a steak knife Tuesday on a downtown CTA platform, destroying his guitar and nearly pushing him onto the L tracks, prosecutors said in court Thursday.

Barbara Johnson, 38, faces two felony counts of aggravated battery and a misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property in connection to the stabbing at the Red Line platform at Jackson. Cook County Judge Susana Ortiz cited Johnson’s extensive felony background, which includes convictions for resisting arrest and battery to an officer, when denying her bail.
The attack began about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday when Johnson, who did not know the performer, approached him and unplugged his guitar amplifier, prosecutors said. Johnson shoved him toward the tracks, nearly pushing him over the edge, and punched him several times, prosecutors said. He eventually got away, but she chased and stabbed him in the arm with a steak knife, prosecutors said. Johnson then threw his amplifier and guitar onto the tracks, prosecutors said. Chicago police said the 26-year-old performer was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in fair condition. Her public defender said she has a history of mental health illnesses, is a life-long Chicago resident and attends St. Sabina Church.

black suspectMARTINSBURG — A Martinsburg man was sentenced Monday to a maximum of 100 years in prison after a guilty plea to second degree murder and a four-count felony guilty verdict was returned by a Berkeley County in a separate case.

Alvin Deshaun Gilbert, 27, also known as Albert D. Gilbert, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, a lesser included offense of the indicted first-degree murder charge, in December after fatally shooting 26-year-old Corey Barkhammer on the evening of Feb. 3. Gilbert admitted to the shooting, but also alleged he was defending himself when the victim allegedly pulled a gun on him during a struggle.

However, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney C. Lydia Lehman told the court there was no evidence of a struggle or a gun on the victims person. Gilbert also told the court he went to the 405 S. Raleigh St. home and forced his way inside to talk to Barkhammer after he had allegedly ripped Gilbert off during a drug transaction. Witnesses told police a male, later identified as Gilbert, arrived at the home and began kicking the front door open before they heard a series of gunshots and Gilbert leaving the area.

While Gilbert admitted to being angry, he alleged he did not have his weapon pulled out when he forced his way into the home. However, he did admit to firing four or five shots during the altercation.

An on-duty US Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer shot a man in the face in Brooklyn Thursday morning after an attempted deportation went awry, authorities said.
Officers from ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations team — who are in charge of arresting and deporting illegal immigrants — were in the process of serving a deportation order against Gaspar Avendano-Hernandez on W. 12th Street in Gravesend near Highlawn Avenue when an associate of the deportee “physically attacked” the arresting officers, according to an ICE spokeswoman and law enforcement sources.

In the midst of the scuffle, the officer’s service weapon went off, sending a bullet through 26-year-old Erick Diaz’s hand that then ricocheted into his face, according to sources and Diaz’s brother, Kevin Yanez Cruz.

An ICE source told The Post Diaz had reached for the officer’s gun, which is why he was shot.
Avendano-Hernandez used the chaos of Diaz’s gunshot wound as an opportunity to run back inside his house and then barricaded himself until the NYPD came and arrested him, sources said.

The deportee is a “twice-removed illegal alien from Mexico” who was convicted of assault in 2011 in the Big Apple, according to ICE. He was arrested by the NYPD on Feb. 3 for possessing a forged instrument, a felony charge, and ICE attempted to “lodge an immigration detainer” against him following the arrest, the agency said.

“However the subject was released from local custody before ICE could lodge a detainer. This forced ICE officers to locate him on the streets of New York rather than in the safe confines of a jail,” ICE said in a statement.

The judge described the senselessness and brutality of the crime as something “beyond my ability to understand.” Garcia had pleaded guilty to attempted murder for the May 22, 2018, attack in the first block of Windsor Lane in Glendale Heights in an altercation over $150 worth of marijuana. Authorities say Garcia threw a 2-pound ball-peen hammer several feet, striking the victim in the face, and then hit the unconscious man two more times with the hammer before driving off with friends.

A 29-year-old man waited naked in the hallway of a housing complex in Harlem to ambush a cop — then begged two other officers to “shoot us” while he wrestled for the cop’s gun, a new series of graphic videos released Wednesday shows.

The fatal incident started just before 2 a.m. Oct. 23 when cops were called to 2785 Frederick Douglass Blvd. for an erratic man, later identified as Victor Hernandez, kicking and banging on doors on the second floor.

A pair of new body camera recordings from two of the responding officers and released by the NYPD on Wednesday captured most of the dramatic, early morning encounter.

Previously released CCTV video from the laundry room of the building shows Hernandez waiting for Officer Christopher Wintermute to come into his sights. Hernandez fires off at least one shot at the cop, hitting him in the center of the bulletproof vest and destroying his bodyworn camera, the video shows. Wintermute got off one shot as he fell to the floor, but it was unclear if his bullet hit Hernandez, according to the NYPD. Hernandez then jumps onto Wintermute and tries to wrestle the officer’s service weapon away from him — while screaming, “Shoot us! Shoot us!,” video shows.

Moments later, the new video shows, Officers Michael Buliga and Whitney Martin come around the corner and fire 15 times at Hernandez from just feet away — hitting the 29-year-old “multiple times.” As Hernandez was pleading with the cops to “Shoot us!,” Wintermute can be heard yelling, “Shoot him!,” the video shows.

    ICE: Hundreds of illegal aliens charged with rape, other crimes after release from Southern California jail
mud suspect U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) reported on Wednesday that hundreds of Orange County Jail inmates on whom the agency had active detainers were re-arrested over the past two years on charges including rape, assault with a deadly weapon and child sex offenses -- after TREASONOUS local authorities released them without notifying ICE.

According to county data, officials at the Southern California jail didn't notify ICE when it released 2,121 inmates with detainers on them over 2018 and 2019. Over that same period, another 1,315 were released "to ICE upon completion of their local sentences in accordance with" California's sanctuary regulations laid out in Senate Bill 54, an ICE press release said.

According to ICE, 411 of the released inmates have been rearrested and booked into the Orange County Jail on additional charges, which also include domestic violence, identity theft, and driving under the influence.

The agency's statement noted that number does "not account for individuals who may have been released and committed crimes in other jurisdictions."

DALLAS — Dallas police are asking for the public’s help Tuesday in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with the shooting death of a 49-year-old man.

On Feb. 2 around 7:40 p.m., officers were called to the shooting in the 4200 block of North Cockrell Hill Road, near the Mexican restaurant El Patron Tacos y Tortas al 100, Dallas police said. Officers said the victim, a white male identified as Shane Semsroth, died from his injuries. Detectives say the black man captured on surveillance is believed to be the suspect in the case.  - (Black-on-white)

Collins died from a gunshot wound to his head in his apartment late Dec. 30. The Wilsons, who identified themselves as brothers, were arrested Monday in Skiatook and Tulsa, respectively, thanks to help from Skiatook police and the U.S. Marshals Violent Crimes Task Force, a news release states.

Cellphone records show that the brothers went to Collins’ home to buy hallucinogenic drugs, but they instead “rushed” Collins, shooting and killing him, police allege in a probable cause affidavit. black suspectA man Anchorage police have identified as a suspect in a homicide at the Black Angus Inn has been arrested outside of Alaska nearly two months after the crime, according to police.

Brant Marshall, 40, who is known to acquaintances as "Joey Snow" and "Snowy," is wanted on second-degree murder and manslaughter charges. He is a suspect in a Dec. 3, 2019 shooting that killed 34-year-old Grant Fowler at the inn.
Police at the time said Marshall had traveled outside of Alaska during their investigation into the shooting. He was arrested in the U.S. Virgin Islands on Jan. 28.

An updated community alert from the Anchorage Police Department said Marshall was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force. Police said he will be extradited to Alaska.

Marshall's criminal history includes convictions of sexual abuse of a minor, assault and failure to register as a sex offender.

“She was missed, and we were always wondering,” said Diane Williams, Campbell’s sister.

She had just driven her sister back to the campus after a big family party over the weekend, according to their father, Timonthy Matts. ‘I think it was a coward move. I mean that someone would do something like that. My daughters were fun, uplifting, they had plenty of friends,’ Matts told WFAA.

Rustin was jailed on a "morals charge." He was eventually convicted of misdemeanor vagrancy and was sentenced to 60 days in jail. The offense landed him on the sex offender list, cost him jobs and was used to delegitimize the civil rights movement by people like segregationist Sen. Strom Thurmond, who read Rustin's arrest record on the Senate floor. On Tuesday, 67 years after that arrest and 33 years after his death, Rustin received a pardon from COMMIE-FAG California Gov. Gavin "ANUS" Newsom.

North said he saw a knife in Soulemane’s possession; he fired seven shots through a closed window, killing the 19-year-old New Haven resident.

Richmond, 37, wouldn’t come out of his cell for the sentencing — but instead of ordering court security officers to bring him out by force, Chun issued the sentence to an empty chair, a spokeswoman for the state court system confirmed to The Post.

Richmond planted a GPS device on Bryan’s car and tracked her for three days before ambushing and fatally shooting her on Dec. 4, 2016 outside of her home in Bergen Beach, prosecutors said.

The victim told police on Jan. 25 a “male adult grabbed her off the street, pulled her into his home and raped her,” police wrote in an arrest report for Hicks. “(The victim) elaborated and said the black male forced her to do crystal meth and had sex with her.”

Reuben Long Detention Center on Tuesday and freed after posting $1,000 bail. Police spokeswoman Mikayala Moskov said there had been an warrant for Johnson’s arrest and the Horry County Sheriff’s Office recently arrested him. Officer said the water levels were high on the property and they noticed several dogs that were sickly, with irritated skin and hair missing, according to a police report. A 6-week-old puppy was found hanging upside dog from an elevated dog pen, the report states. Officers thought the dog was dead, but as they approached, the pup started to move its legs and they freed the dog.

(CNN) Javier Da Silva Rojas, 25, pleaded guilty in federal court Wednesday to kidnapping resulting in death in the killing of Valerie Reyes, according to a release from the Greenwich Police Department posted to Facebook.

Reyes' body was found in a suitcase in Greenwich, Connecticut in February 2019, police said.
"This lengthy investigation included examination of multiple crime scenes, hundreds of hours of surveillance footage, and numerous interviews of potential witnesses. Additionally, social media footprints and records from a variety of sources were analyzed," the release says. Da Silva Rojas was Reyes' former boyfriend, Greenwich Police previously told CNN.

Anthony Devonte Williams, 33, of Capitol Heights, Maryland, was arrested after passengers disarmed him and got him off the bus, California Highway Patrol Sgt. Brian Pennings said. “There’s no indication that he knew anybody on there,” Pennings said. Williams was booked at the Kern County jail Monday evening on suspicion of murder and attempted murder and was held without bail. It wasn’t immediately known whether he had an attorney.

Sedrick Hawkins, 24, is wanted for aggravated murder.

Marshals said Hawkins broke into the landscaping business on Buckeye Road in Cleveland on Sept. 16 and beat 74-year-old Larry Manno. Hawkins is also suspected of robbing the victim. Manno suffered broken ribs and lacerations, and died from his injuries a month later. He was well known in the Buckeye-Shaker neighborhood, where residents said he was dedicated to keeping the area safe.
Hawkins is 5 foot 9 and 150 pounds. He is known to frequent the area of East 130th Street and Buckeye Road.  - (Black-on-white)

Cleve W. Lewis, 32, Deontray Gross, 32, and Gregrey A. Coombs, 41, are charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder in the shooting death of Derrick Harris. Harris, 31, was shot when he answered the door at a unit in Delsea Gardens apartments on Nov. 6.
He was found on the floor in a pool of blood and later died of his injuries.
Lewis and Coombs have both been accused of using handguns to shoot Harris. Authorities have not revealed a motive for the killing. Evidence gathered in the case includes security camera video, witness statements and cellphones seized during the investigation, prosecutors said. Harris’ killers traveled to the complex in a large black SUV that was spotted at Delsea Gardens several times on the day of the crime. It was later parked at an adjacent lot separated from the apartments by a fence, according to prosecutors.

Khloe McNeal, 24, of Kinston was in her car at the intersection of East and Bright Streets Monday morning at 10:52 a.m. when an unknown person approached her and doused her with a flammable liquid and set her on fire. Taylor was processed into the Lenoir County Jail, and release provisions have yet to be set, according to the press release.

Police arrested the 23-year-old suspect after the coroner ruled the victim had been shot in the back of the head. Prosecutors claim Mann’s wife, Sinthia Costa, lived in Maryland and came to the east side home just 10 days earlier to try and repair the couple’s relationship.

According to police, a 7-year-old student was seen in the video moving his hands on a bulletin board. Smith walked swiftly up to the student, put her hands on the back of his head and neck, and violently shoved him face first into a wall, police said.

He was convicted on Friday in Chicago alongside the hitman Eugene Spencer, who received a 100 year sentence. The court heard how Wilson cleared his mum's bank accounts out after her death.

"The word is 'matricide,' meaning murder of one's own mother," Cook County Judge Stanley Sacks said in court. "Whatever he wanted, his mother gave to him. A car. A job. One could say he was spoiled. She gave Qaw'mane life, and it was his choice to take it away from her."
Wilson, who was 23 at the time of her killing, ordered Spencer to enter her apartment in Chicago, where he shot her in her sleep.

    Atlanta homeowner shoots black alleged prowler banging on his front door
black suspectAn Atlanta homeowner who shot an alleged prowler said the man was banging on his door so loudly he was afraid he was trying to break in.
Officers found Brandin Davis, 26, on the front porch of a home on Adair Avenue about 3:30 a.m. Sunday, Atlanta police spokesman Sgt. John Chafee said. Davis had been shot in the shoulder. The homeowner told police he and his wife were asleep when they heard someone banging and kicking at the front door. The homeowner got his gun and called police, Chafee said. Davis continued to kick the front door and was causing damage to property on the porch, according to Chafee. That’s when the homeowner fired a shot through the door and hit Davis, Chafee said. He was taken to a hospital. An officer at the scene said Davis seemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.




    Federal prosecutors sue NYC to get info on 2 illegal immigrants
Federal prosecutors asked a court Monday to force the city to cough up intel on two illegal immigrants who were arrested but released despite ICE detention orders — including a man charged with killing a 92-year-old Queens “cat lady” last month.

The filing by the US Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn says the de Blasio administration ignored subpoenas from US Immigration and Customs Enforcement seeking information on 21-year-old accused killer Reeaz Khan and a Mexican national under its “sanctuary city” policy — and demands the city honor the requests. The feds argue in their Brooklyn federal court filing they have “broad, undoubted power over the subject of immigration and the status of aliens,” and the legal authority to access the city records. Khan, who was indicted on murder and sexual assault charges last week in the Jan. 6 killing of Maria Fuentes, is now in custody and awaiting trial in that case.

The second man sought by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, drug suspect Romero Ramirez-Macias, 38, remains at large, sources said.

    RICHMOND HILL, Queens (WABC) -- The homeless man charged in the murder and sexual assault of a 92-year-old woman in Queens is apparently in the country illegally, officials say.

    Authorities say 21-year-old Reeaz Khan, who is accused of assaulting and killing Maria Fuertes last week in Richmond Hill, is a Guyanese national now being held on Rikers Island.

    Khan was indicted by a jury Wednesday on seven charges. Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz released the following statement: Officials say that back in November, Khan was released from custody after attacking and stabbing his father with a broken coffee cup.

    But Khan was not turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement at that time because of New York City's sanctuary policy, which only allows offenders to be turned over after they've been convicted of a violent crime.

The remains were discovered by firefighters responding to a blaze that authorities say the father set after three kids were removed from the home, two of whom were allegedly abused.
A father, under arrest in Arizona, told police that human remains found inside his burning home are of an adopted girl who died 2½ years ago, court documents revealed Monday.

In a criminal complaint filed by the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office against Rafael Loera, 56, and Maribel Loera, 50, the man allegedly told Phoenix police the girl died while the family was taking her to a hospital.
"Rafael disclosed in July 2017, while the child was on summer break, she became ill," according to the complaint.




  Second Hispanic man arrested in killing of young Brooklyn video game developer
A second man has been charged in the November killing of video game developer Jose Zambrano Rodriguez.
Damian Diaz, 29, was arrested in Queens, police said, and arraigned Saturday on manslaughter charges in Brooklyn Criminal Court.
Diaz, along with his cousin, 25-year-old Joshua Hernandez, allegedly beat Rodriguez, 26, in a random attack outside a Brooklyn bar in the early morning hours of Nov. 17, Assistant District Attorney Christopher Myco said in court Saturday.

    Judge denies plea to dismiss OU HOMO sexual harassment lawsuit
NORMAN, Okla. -- A judge has refused to dismiss a lawsuit accusing the University of Oklahoma's Board of Regents of negligence in its handling of a sexual harassment case.

Cleveland County District Judge Thad Balkman ruled Thursday the case filed by Levi Hilliard involves a “mixed question of law and facts” that should be decided in future legal proceedings, The Norman Transcript reported. Balkman, however, did dismiss a portion of the lawsuit that sought punitive damages against the university.

Hilliard, a former server at a university restaurant, says former OU Vice President Jim “Tripp" Hall III made sexual advances towards him on multiple occasions. He says Hall “patted him on the buttocks” during the fall 2017 semester and pinched his nipples at the university club where Hilliard worked.

    “He grabs me. Pulls me in. Pulls my head to the side and kisses me on neck and as he’s pulling away, he says 'Mmm yeah. That's the stuff,” Hilliard said.
    The incidents happened between 2017 and 2018 at the University Club where he still works, according to Hilliard. The U-Club, as it’s known on campus, is an upscale restaurant used by OU Officials to wine and dine donors and potential donors.
    Hilliard said over the course of the year Hall grabbed his nipples, groped his backside, hugged and kissed other employees and in one instance, a very intoxicated Hall gave him an unwanted kiss on the neck.
    In text messages seen by News9, Hilliard told his supervisor about the incident. He says he was told there would be a meeting about it, but the meeting never happened.
    Last week, Hilliard joined the other public accuser, Jess Eddy in calling for sweeping changes to policies and procedures at OU’s Title IX office, beginning with a full review. Eddy alleging both Hall and Former President David Boren HOMOsexually assaulted him.

The French teenager who received death threats after footage of her saying that Islam was a 's**t' religion went viral online has come out of hiding to defend her strong atheist convictions. 

The teenager, identified only as Mila, appeared on the French TV programme Quotidien last night to say she 'does not regret' her comments.

It comes after France's left-wing elite was criticised for failing to support a 16-year-old girl who has faced death threats for insulting Islam. She was removed from her sixth-form college in Lyon, south-east France, by police 'for her own safety' and has faced a torrent of insults and threats to rape and kill her.

During the interview Mila defended her right to her strong atheist convictions. She said: 'I would like to clarify that... I would like to come back to the subject about the fact that I absolutely do not regret what I said, that it was really what I thought.'

The threats came about after Mila, who loves singing and whose profile is adorned with an LGBT flag, was talking with her followers on Instagram and one of them reportedly began harassing her.

After rebuffing the follower's advances, he reportedly began insulting her with homophobic attacks and accusations of racism.

White victim A self-proclaimed neo-Nazi podcaster who allegedly used the death of Iowa college student Mollie Tibbetts to spread white nationalist propaganda through racist robocalls – some targeting members of the Tibbetts family – could face nearly $13 million in fines.

 The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) announced Thursday that it is proposing a $12,910,000 fine against Scott Rhodes for using illegal caller ID spoofing to make thousands of robocalls “with the intent to cause harm.” Officials say Rhodes' targeting of Brooklyn, Iowa -- the town Tibbetts lived in -- is part of a pattern of exploiting tragedy to further his bigoted ends.

The 20-year-old Tibbetts disappeared on July 18, 2018, while jogging along a residential street, prompting one of the largest missing person searches in state history. Her decomposing remains were found one month later in a nearby cornfield and Cristhian Bahena Rivera, an undocumented immigrant from Mexico, was charged with first-degree murder in her death.

Shortly after Rivera’s arrest in August 2018, Rhodes allegedly used Tibbetts’ death to call for a “whites only” America in robocalls that focused primarily on the small community.
