Keedrin Coppage was arrested earlier this month on active warrants involving Sabrina Nguyen, but it wasn’t until Friday that he was officially charged with first-degree murder and tampering with/fabricating evidence. who fatally shot (white) Muncie teen said, 'I want him to see my
face' - Negro name 'Dimorrea' sounds like 'diarrhea' MUNCIE, Ind. — An 18-year-old Muncie man was arrested early Friday in the Thursday slaying of another local man. Dimorrea J. Benning was preliminarily charged with felony murder and armed robbery in the shooting death of 19-year-old Seth N. Barton. Deputy Police Chief Melissa Pease said Friday that city police were searching for a second suspect in the homicide. His name was not released. Benning was being held without bond in the Delaware County jail. A probable cause affidavit reflected the slaying — at White River Apartments, in the 2500 block of West White River Boulevard — stemmed from a drug-related robbery. It indicated Benning and his unidentified accomplice had been at the apartment earlier in the morning "to carry out a previously arranged drug transaction." A witness said Benning and the other man later returned to the apartment "uninvited" and both began pointing guns at "the three individuals inside the apartment" and demanding money. In the document, city police investigator Dustin Lee wrote that the bandits took "guns, money and a bag that possibly contained drugs and money." The report indicated Barton was apparently asleep during the holdup, and that the unidentified gunman began kicking him, saying, "I want him to see my face, and know who did this." As that man was leaving the apartment, a witness said, he pointed a gun at Barton, who remained in a recliner, "and shot Seth Barton." Officers found a mortally wounded Barton in the apartment, in a building at the west end of the complex. He was taken by ambulance to IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. - (Black-on-white) |

(black) Babysitter
sentenced to 28 years in prison for 2018 murder of Norfolk
toddler NORFOLK, Va. – A Norfolk Circuit Court jury convicted Friday a babysitter of one count of second-degree murder following the death of an 18-month-old child. 35-year-old Ashadiya’Xolani Brooks was sentenced to 28 years in prison for her conviction in the 2018 death of toddler Amir Melton. Brooks waived a formal sentence hearing, so her sentence began after the conviction hearing. On Thursday, the jury heard from three different medical experts who explained to the court Amir’s injuries were severe, in line with shaken baby syndrome and his head being slammed at a high velocity against a hard surface. The medial experts testified what happened to Amir was more severe than Brooks’ story about the toddler falling backwards and hitting his head on the tile floor after tussling with her toddler son over a toy basketball. |

NIGHTMARE:
EVIL TRANSIENT BLACK Man Allegedly Tries to Kidnap 6-Year-Old
Girl in Venice, Uncle Intervenes A homeless man with a lengthy criminal record was behind bars this week after he tried to kidnap a young girl from her mother's arms at a Venice Beach pizzeria before being tackled by the victim's uncle, according to police and the family. The startling crime took place about 7 p.m. on Jan. 4, Los Angeles Police Department officials said. Evan McLaurin-Nelson, 31, approached a woman who was with her child and told the mother that he knew the girl and needed to "save her," police said in a written statement. He then followed the mother until she sat down with her 6-year-old daughter in her lap. McLaurin-Nelson grabbed for the girl, but was forcefully pushed away by a male family member, according to police and surveillance camera footage of the incident. "Several seconds later, the suspect attempted to grab the girl again," according to the statement. "This time, the victim's family member was able to grab the suspect and throw him to the ground. He wrestled with the suspect for several minutes until LAPD Pacific Division officers responded and took the suspect into custody." It took six officers to subdue the man, who appeared to be intoxicated, family members said. The family member who intervened was the girl's uncle and a U.S. Army veteran, family members said. The girl told KTLA the experience was terrifying. "It was so scary," she said. "I was bawling my eyes out because I was scared I was going to get taken away from my mommy and daddy." Police described McLaurin-Nelson as a homeless man who moved to California from Las Vegas about three years ago. He has a criminal history in both California and Nevada, with arrests for alleged crimes including false imprisonment, indecent exposure, battery and disorderly conduct. |

Gwinnett County Police responded to the Hamilton Mill Road area outside of Buford to reports of a person shot at an O'Reilly Auto Parts store around 8 p.m. That's where they believe a black male suspect entered the store followed by a female employee after she had helped a person outside. The suspect responded by opening fire and killing the male employee. He then escaped and drove away toward I-85 which is about a half-mile away. Authorities aren't sure, however, if he actually got on the interstate. However, they don't believe he got away with any money. On

If a judge agrees, Morgan would have to post $5,000 for his release from jail. Morgan, along with his brother Blaique P. Morgan, 23, has been charged with murder in the death of Robert J. Bielec, 62, on Jan. 7, 2016, outside Bielec’s house in the 1700 block of Houston Avenue in Joliet Township. The Morgans struck Bielec with a pipe or crowbar after an argument over comments Bielec supposedly made about their sister, police said. He added that he continues to pray for Schellenger's family. White’s 2019 acquittal on voluntary manslaughter charges came after (Soros-spawn far-left pro-black-criminal) Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner had lowered the original 3rd-degree murder charges against him, a decision that sparked outrage from Schellenger’s family. - (Black-on-white) |

(WELL FED Black) Chi-town
pastor charged with stealing hundreds of thousands from state
food program for needy children CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Chicago pastor has been charged with stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from a food program that feeds needy children. In an eight-page indictment, federal prosecutors outlined a case against Clarence Smith. They said he fraudulently received more than $900,000 through the New Life Community Ministries from the Illinois State Board of Education. The money was administered to the Board of Education for a federally-funded food program. According to the indictment, Smith allegedly took the money but was not following through in providing meals to poor children at Smith's North Lawndale church. Some neighbors said Smith's mission seemed true years ago, but they wondered what was going on recently. "He was coming around in Jordans and Bentleys and new cars, and I'm like, wait a minute, pastors don't do that," said Ravin Cosey, a North Lawndale resident. "It is so infuriating," said Shameka Turner, who is part of the Residents Association of the West Side. |

cameraman claims he was fired over false racism accusations from
Muslim anchor A WPIX cameraman was fired after a Muslim anchorwoman and other station staffers falsely accused him of racism and Islamaphobia, he claims in an explosive lawsuit. “I feel heartbroken and morally and professionally violated,” Ken Evseroff, 52, told The Post. In October 2018 Narmeen Choudhury, who had worked with Evseroff in the field as a reporter when not filling in on the anchor desk, first complained to the station’s human resources department about Evseroff. The Queens-born Choudhury, 38, a Muslim Bangladeshi-American and mother of two who has worked at WPIX since 2011, claimed the white Evseroff made “rude, racist and/or sexist comments” during nearly every assignment they worked together, according to HR documents. While WPIX fired Evseroff for sharing content “on his own time, from his own computer, and from his own home,” according to his legal filing, the station failed to fire a Latino reporter who tweeted a message of “threatened violence against President Trump.” The station’s treatment of the two men showed a “clear disparity,” said Evseroff’s attorney, Andrew Laufer. |

Jose Sifuentes, 42, is accused of capital murder in the sexually motivated slayings of Maria De Lourdes Perales, Erica Olivia Hernandez and Veronica Hernandez. All three were young, Latina women killed between 1998 and 2003 in Dallas County. "In Dallas back in the '80s and '90s, they had these places commonly referred to as 'taxi clubs' where usually Hispanics would kind of hang out," D'Antoni told ABC News on Friday. "You'd pay for your drinks, you could also pay the waitresses money to basically just hang out with you and dance." Sifuentes was arrested in 2003 for the murder of Veronica Hernandez, the only known victim at the time, and his DNA was collected, prosecutors said. But Sifuentes posted bond and fled to Mexico. "Individuals who engage in repeated similar sexually violent homicidal activity against women tend to have more victims than law enforcement is aware of," |

MUSLIM Florida security guard (in

Trump in retaliation for Soleimani A Florida security guard is accused of threatening to kill President Trump in retaliation for a U.S. airstrike that killed Iran’s top military general last Friday. Chauncy Lump, 26, from the Fort Lauderdale area, faces federal charges of threatening to kill the president and remained jailed Thursday with bond set at $100,000, according to court documents filed Wednesday by the Secret Service. Agent Lucas White wrote that shortly after Trump announced last week that a U.S. airstrike had killed Qassem Soleimani in Iraq in retaliation for plotting numerous terrorist attacks, Lump, under the name "BlackMan vs. America," began livestreaming a seven-minute video on Facebook. During that video, agents say Lump made several threats against the president – who was staying at his Mar-a-Lago club, less than an hour away – while periodically displaying a loaded AK-47 semi-automatic rifle. Lump had white cream on his face, a towel wrapped like a turban on his head, an apparent shower curtain over his body and Middle Eastern music playing in the background. Lump made several threats against the president, including: "He killed my leader, please tell me where is Donald Trump?" and "I need to find the Donald because if I don't find him, I am going to have to blow up Broward County." The affidavit does not say where Lump works as a security guard, but it says he has a concealed weapons permit. When confronted at his home, Lump said he streamed the video
in response to Soleimani's death, but said it was a joke. But
nowhere in the video did Lump say he was joking and conceded, "I

terrorist NYC woman who plotted terror bombing on law
enforcement gets (only) 15 years in prison A New York City woman was sentenced Thursday to 15 years in federal prison for studying how to make bombs for a terrorist attack targeting law enforcement in the United States, according to reports. Asia Siddiqui, 35, of Queens, admitted in federal court in Brooklyn that she and another woman looked online for recipes for homemade explosives and shopped for components at Home Depot with the intent to bomb government targets. She was arrested in 2015 and pleaded guilty last year. The other woman charged in the case, Noelle Velentzas, also of Queens, is scheduled to be sentenced March 5. The women used the teachings of radical jihadist Samir Khan, who was a prominent member of Al Qaeda but is now deceased, as inspiration for their plots. Prosecutors said Siddiqui wrote two poems and an article that were published in Khan’s magazine called “Jihad Recollections.” Siddiqui wrote that she “taste[s] the Truth through fists and slit throats” and that there is “[n]o excuse to sit back and wait -- for the skies rain martyrdom.”
Authorities said they discovered “tools of the trade for terrorists” inside the women’s homes, including propane gas tanks, soldering tools, jihadist literature and machetes. “Lives were saved when the defendants’ plot to detonate a bomb in a terrorist attack was thwarted by the tireless efforts of law enforcement,” U.S. Attorney Richard P. Donoghue for the Eastern District of New York said in a news release. “This is precisely the reason why countering terrorism remains the highest priority of the Department of Justice, and working with the FBI, the NYPD and our Joint Terrorism Task Force partners, we will continue to do everything possible to stay steps ahead of aspiring terrorists and their evil plans to harm Americans.” |

Rand Paul fires back at Graham over Iran criticism: 'He insults
the Constitution' Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) is firing back at Sen. Lindsey Graham after the South Carolina Republican accused him of emboldening Iran, saying Graham "insults the Constitution" and is making "low gutter" comments. Graham told reporters on Wednesday that he thought Paul and Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) were "overreacting" by criticizing comments made during a closed-door Iran briefing. "They're libertarians," Graham said. "I think they're overreacting quite frankly. Go debate all you want to. I'm going to debate you. Trust me, I'm going to let people know that at this moment in time to play this game with the war powers act ... whether you mean to or not, you're empowering the enemy." Paul, asked about the comments during an interview with CNN, argued that Graham isn't familiar with the Constitution and was invoking a "fake, sort of, drap of patriotism." "I love my country as much as the next guy, but for him to insult and say that somehow we're not as patriotic as he is-he hasn't even read the history of the Constitution," Paul said. "He insults the Constitution, our founding fathers, and what we do stand for in this Republic by making light of it, and accusing people of lacking patriotism, I think that's a low gutter type of response," Paul added. |

Four
(blacks charged so far, two new arrests), (White) victim
identified in deadly Cordova shooting SHELBY COUNTY, Tenn. — A man was shot and killed over the weekend in Cordova after a shootout, and four men have been charged in connection to his death. The Shelby County Sheriff's Office said deputies were on the scene of the shooting in the 6900 block of Lagrange Circle South around 8:30 p.m. Saturday. A police affidavit says a car pulled up to the Black family’s home, and someone started shooting. When Chauncy and Timothy Black returned fire, bullets struck the house across the street. One person, later identified by authorities as 26-year-old Kaleb Wakefield, was shot in that house and taken to Regional One Hospital in critical condition. Around 10 p.m., the sheriff's office said he died from injuries at the hospital. Chauncy, 18, and Timothy, 20, were charged Sunday. Jail information lists the charges for both men as reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon and tampering with evidence. To some in the Mid-South, Chauncy might look familiar. He made headlines in 2016 after asking a stranger to buy him donuts in a grocery store parking lot. A GoFundMe raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for his family. Less than four years later, he looks like a far cry from that smiling, grateful boy. Tyrek Edwards and Jaylin Edwards are brothers who are also charged in connection with this case. They face aggravated assault and other charges. - (Black-on-white) |

('Polite' black repeat rapist) Rape
suspect in custody on parole violation MILWAUKEE —A man suspected of raping a homeless woman in a park is in the custody of the Department of Corrections. An arrest warrant was issued Monday for Quin Hale, 33, who was accused of sexually assaulting the victim as she slept in the dugout of James W. Beckum Park. But it turned out Hale has been in custody on a separate charge since Dec. 16. Hale was charged with first-degree sexual assault with use of a dangerous weapon. According to a criminal complaint, the incident happened Oct. 20, 2019. The woman told police a man woke her by saying, "Hello," and then ordered her to take her pants and undergarments off. She said she did while crying and the man asked: "Why are you crying? It doesn't matter if you cry, this is still going to happen." The woman told police the man then raped her. She said when he finished, he said "thank you" and told her if she told anyone, that he was "gonna get her" -- which she took to mean that he would kill her. The woman went to the emergency room, where nurses gathered DNA from the rape. Police were able to link the DNA found in the rape kit to Hale, who pleaded guilty in 2017 to having sex with a 16-year-old girl. In that case, Hale served nine months in prison for the misdemeanor. |

(MEXICAN) Gunman
in 'Fast and Furious' border killing sentenced to life in prison The man convicted of the shooting and killing U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry in 2010 – a case that exposed the government’s botched “Fast and Furious” gun-running operation – was sentenced Wednesday to life in prison. Heraclio Osorio-Arellanes, who was convicted of first-degree murder and other charges last year following his extradition from Mexico in 2018, was given the life sentence after U.S. District Judge David C. Bury heard tearful statement’s from Terry’s sisters. Osorio-Arellanes is one of seven defendants charged in Terry's 2010 slaying in Arizona. The agent's death exposed Operation Fast and Furious, a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) operation in which the federal government allowed criminals to buy guns in Phoenix-area shops with the intention of tracking them once they made their way into Mexico. |
Former
Twinsburg teacher sentenced to 2 years for sexually abusing
student in classroom AKRON, Ohio – A former Twinsburg High School home economics teacher was sentenced Wednesday to two years in prison for sexually abusing a 17-year-old student in a classroom pantry. Laura Bucy, 33, of Akron faced up to five years in prison for the third-degree felony charge of sexual battery, to which she pleaded guilty in June, Summit County Common Pleas Court records show. Twinsburg police began investigating Bucy’s relationship with the student after her ex-husband called police on Sept. 6, 2018, and told them Bucy said “she had to confess to her sins” and “she had sex with a student of hers,” according to a police report. Investigators spoke with Bucy on Sept. 11, and she admitted to engaging in a sexual relationship with the 17-year-old boy at a time when “she felt very overwhelmed with having three kids to care for, working and attending college,” the report says. She told officers that the boy acted and looked like her ex-husband. |
