Cook County Jail detainees charged with brutally attacking
officers - attempted murder CHICAGO - Two Cook County Jail detainees have been indicted on attempted murder charges after they allegedly took part in an attack on three correctional officers last week, prosecutors said. According to the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, a grand jury on Tuesday handed up indictments against Dante Jeffries and Sharelle Sims for their role in what appeared on surveillance video to be a brutal attack that left two of the correctional officers unconscious and sent the third one to the hospital with serious injuries. Jeffries and Sims are also charged with aggravated battery, aggravated kidnapping and possession of contraband. They are scheduled to be arraigned on May 5, the state’s attorney’s office said. The attack occurred shortly before 4 a.m. on April 14 at the Chicago jail, where the coronavirus has killed six inmates and an officer. After an officer let Jeffries out of his cell to get water, Jeffries attacked the officer from behind and forced him into his cell, according the sheriff’s office, which released a video of the attack. When the officer managed to escape the cell, Jeffries knocked him down and choked him until he lost consciousness. Jeffries then allegedly grabbed the officer’s keys and gave them to Sims, his cellmate, who began opening other cell doors. As another officer tried to help his unconscious co-worker, Jeffries struck a third officer in the face, knocking him unconscious. He then attacked the second officer. A sergeant armed with a stun gun arrived and ordered Jeffries and Sims, back into their cell. Jeffries, 30, has been in custody since July 2017 on a host of charges, including attempted murder, aggravated battery of a police officer and aggravated kidnapping. Those charges stem from a robbery at a Chicago cellphone store. The robbers shot a police officer at the scene, shattering the officer’s knee. Jeffries has previous convictions for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, domestic violence and drug possession. Sims, 23, has been in custody since last August, charged with being an armed habitual criminal and with the unlawful possession of a firearm with a defaced serial number. He has prior convictions for armed robbery and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. |

Suspect in 4 murders stretching from Auburn to Birmingham
surrenders after manhunt A massive manhunt Saturday in Birmingham ended after a man suspected in at least four murders stretching from Auburn to Birmingham surrendered in his boxers and socks. The suspect has been identified by Auburn Police as 32-year-old Derrick Hightower of Columbus, Ga. He was taken by ambulance with a gunshot wound to the arm, presumably suffered when he exchanged gunfire with police. Those on the scene when he surrendered said Hightower appeared tired after more than 24 hours on the run and ready to turn himself in. A second person of interest is also being questioned as she had been with the suspect at some point during the night. Auburn police have charged Hightower with capital murder and first-degree theft of property in connection with the death of a Smiths Station woman that happened early Friday. They said they have also charged Kentrice Symonee Hill, a 21-year-old Birmingham woman, with first-degree theft of property in the case as well. Police said they will extradite the pair to Lee County. The ordeal began Friday morning with the shooting death of a 54-year-old Smiths Station woman, continued along U.S. 280 to Dadeville where a couple in their 60s was shot to death and continued to escalate Saturday morning with a home invasion and another homicide, followed by a shootout between the suspect and Birmingham police. No police were injured in the gunfire and the suspect managed to escape. Blood at the scene indicated he was wounded. Authorities cautioned nearby residents to shelter in place. "This person is armed and dangerous,'' said Birmingham police spokesman Sgt. Rod Mauldin. If all the crimes are indeed proven to be linked – and police strongly believe they are – the rampage began close to sunrise in Auburn on Friday. Auburn police responded to the Farmville Volunteer Fire Department’s call for assistance on a vehicle fire in the 9500 block of U.S. Highway 280 West around 6 a.m. Friday. When officers arrived, they found a white 2005 Chevrolet Silverado truck on fire and 54-year-old Nancy Nash of Smiths Station dead nearby at Creative Habitats Landscaping. Nash worked at the landscaping business and is believed to have been killed while possibly interrupting a burglary. Next, the suspect is believed to have been involved in the double murder of a couple in Dadeville Friday evening. Dadeville Police Chief Johnathan Floyd said the husband and wife were found slain in their home in a possible robbery. Floyd identified the victims on Saturday as Willie Tidwell, 61, and his wife Barbara, 65. Early Saturday morning, as police continued their search, evidence led them to a home in the 100 block of Briar Grove Drive. A resident in the area was letting his dogs out in the backyard to use the restroom when a black male wearing all black appeared seemingly out of nowhere and said, “Hey, you got a phone?” The resident said, “no,” and the man fled on foot toward the area of Briar Grove Road. It was then, investigators believe, that the suspect broke into a home and a man was shot and killed. A woman and her three children live at the home but were not there when the home invasion and subsequent shooting took place. Birmingham police tried to stop him. He got out of the vehicle and exchanged gunfire with officers before fleeing the scene but later surrendered to a massive police force that had him surrounded. - (Black-on-White) |

(black) suspect charged in fatal Erie shooting of (White) man -
"Knock, knock - Bang, bang." Teen is accused of taking part in the fatal shooting of a 25-year-old city man in December. A 25-year-old Erie man fatally shot in the doorway of his eastside residence in early December was mortally wounded as three males armed with a handgun attempted to rob him, according to information outlined in the criminal complaint of a teenager charged in the case on Wednesday. Damarjon D. Beason, 17, was taken into police custody on Wednesday morning and was later arraigned by Erie 3rd Ward District Judge Tom Carney on charges including criminal homicide, aggravated assault and robbery. Beason was charged under the Fisher Bill, a state law that permits juveniles accused of committing violent crime to be charged as adults. Beason is charged in the shooting death of 25-year-old Patric Phillips on the late afternoon of Dec. 7. Derrick D. Elverton, 19, of Erie, was charged in the case on Feb. 11 and is awaiting a preliminary hearing scheduled for May 1. Officers who responded to a residence in the 700 block of East 24th Street after the shooting was reported on Dec. 7 at 5:48 p.m. found Phillips dead in the doorway of the residence. An autopsy determined that Phillips died of at least two gunshot wounds, one to the head and one to the neck, Erie County Coroner Lyell Cook said. According to police, Phillips was inside his residence with two other people when someone knocked on the back door. Phillips opened the door and was shot, police said. Investigators reported at the time that several people were outside when the shooting happened, and that officers recovered at least one shell casing at the shooting scene. Erie police initially released few details on the shooting, and the criminal complaint against Elverton was sealed. But new details emerged in the complaint filed against Beason. According to detectives, three males confronted Phillips at the back door of his home after the suspects forced another person at gunpoint to knock on the door. The suspects fled after the shots were fired. Officers who responded to the shooting canvassed the area and found a 9 mm handgun that was determined to be the murder weapon, an Apple iPhone and a jacket that matched the description of a jacket worn by one of the suspects, - (Black-on-White) |

couple couple found dead - yet another case of a black man
killing his white 'baby-momma' and his own evil self Two Ashlanders are dead following a murder-suicide in a South Carolina town early Wednesday morning. The County Coroner confirmed Wednesday afternoon that Kodie Patrick and Isaiah R. Gedeon, both of the Ashland area, were found dead outside of a motel room in the town of Hartsville, South Carolina. Gedeon shot Patrick and then turned the gun on himself. Patrick, according to local news outlets, was pregnant at the time of her death. (Add one more illegitimate mixed race preborn 'fetus' to the abortion statistics) The investigation is still in the early stages. Police are still sorting out why the two were in the town in the first place. Baker described the town as “small and quaint” and not really a tourist destination because it is away from the coast. “People live here and work here; we don't have a lot of visitors,” she said. “We're known for our charm, but we're not a destination spot.” She said the motel the two were found outside of was in an isolated spot on the edge of town. Friends and family showed an outpouring of grief on the Facebook profile of the mother of two. - (Black-on-White) |

charged with 'Murder Most Foul' in fatal shooting of (hat on
sideways) White man - shot in the back An Independence man who turned 18 just two weeks ago has been charged with murder. Authorities say he shot another man outside an Independence apartment complex Friday afternoon. Jackson County prosecutors Monday charged Jason Belshe with first-degree murderm robbery and two counts of armed criminal action in the shooting death of 21-year-old Nikolas Lampton. Police found Lampton dead when they responded shortly after 1 p.m. Friday to a shooting, Witnesses said the shooter had fled to a nearby apartment, and there officers found Belshe among several occupants as well as clothing matching the description of the shooter. Video surveillance of the apartment complex showed the shooting, which happened after Lampton handed Belshe something and Lampton had turned his back to Belshe and then started to run away. Video also showed Belshe running to the nearby apartment and no one left the apartment before police arrived at the door. A witness who had driven with Lampton to the scene said Lampton planned to trade $400 and an ounce or marijuana to a person only known as “J Bay” for a pair of guns. The witness identified Belshe from a photo lineup and said there were three gunshots not more than 30 seconds after Lampton and Belshe walked away from the car. Police found three guns, two of them loaded, in the closet off the bedroom where they found Belshe’s clothes. Belshe told police he had arranged a gun sale with Lampton but then Lampton tried to “up on him” and take the gun. He claimed Lampton had tried to pull a gun on him and he shot at Lampton while running away from him. He said Lampton wanted to give him “weed” and the money for a gun, but Belshe only wanted the money as he was already on probation for weed. An autopsy showed Lampton had two entrance wounds to the back. He also had $400 on him when police found him dead. - (Black-on-White) |

(White) 7-year-old girl stabbed to death by EVIL BLACK SATANIC
Somali national A seven-year-old British girl was stabbed to death by a Somali woman in a park on Mother’s Day, Sunday, March 22nd, a coroner was told during a court hearing. Emily Jones, the victim, was riding her scooter in the Queen’s Park, Heaton while on an outing with her father when she was senselessly and viciously attacked by a 30-year-old Somali woman, English regional newspaper Bolton News reports. Despite emergency services’ best attempts to save Emily’s life, she passed away about an hour later after she was rushed to the hospital. Following the horrific attack, the Somali murderer – who was not previously known to Emily or to parents – was arrested at the scene of the crime on suspicion of murder. The 30-year-old woman is now being held at a high-security detention center under the Mental Health Act. Shockingly, the nationality of Somali attacker was never mentioned by the UK’s mainstream press in what appears to have been an attempt to bury the story.
Mark Jones and Sarah Barnes, during a tribute to their daughter, said: “Emily was 7-years-old, our only child and the light of our lives. She was always full of joy, love, and laughter. Emily had such a cheeky smile and was beautiful inside and out. She had a heart as big as her smile.” “It is truly heartbreaking to wake up to a world without Emily in it and we cannot comprehend why this has happened. “We are beyond devastated that this random act of violence means that we will never get to see our beautiful little girl grow up into the wonderful young lady she was showing such promise of becoming. - (Black-on-White) - (UK) |

murder of (White) man - SHOT
IN BACK ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – After almost 11 years of investigation, Arapahoe County authorities have arrested Terrell Jones, the 26-year-old man who they believe shot and killed Andrew Graham while trying to rob him in November 2009. Court records show an arrest warrant was issued Tuesday and murder charges were filed against Jones who authorities always believed was the triggerman in the Graham killing, but investigators never had enough evidence or proof to obtain an arrest warrant until this week. Jones is being charged with one count of first degree murder after deliberation, and one count of felony murder according to court records. He has repeatedly denied to investigators that he killed Andrew Graham. “It doesn’t bring my son back, but at least he’s being held accountable,” said Cyndi Gelston-Graham, Andrew Graham’s mother. “My husband said he thought nothing would ever happen but I never gave up the faith.” Graham, 23, was shot and killed in November 2009 as he returned to his home in Centennial from a nearby RTD light rail station. Graham was shot in the back and investigators suspected he was the target of a racially-motivated robbery. Investigators soon zeroed in on five suspected gang members who they believed were connected to Graham’s death: Terrell Jones, Allen Ford, Kendall Austin, Joseph Martin and Clarissa Lockhart. (follow

Woman found dead at Horseshoe Lake, where mother was killed 24
years earlier by (black) killer A man convicted in one of the most infamous murders in recent Mid-South history appears to have killed the daughter of one of his original victims, 24 years later. Martha McKay — a member of the influential Snowden family that once owned the Peabody hotel — was found dead late Wednesday morning at her home, the historic Snowden House at Horseshoe Lake, Arkansas. The suspect in the killing is Travis Santay Lewis, according to Crittenden County Sheriff Mike Allen. Lewis was 17 when he pleaded guilty to the 1996 Horseshoe Lake murders of McKay's mother, Sally Snowden McKay, and Sally McKay's nephew, Lee Baker, a popular Memphis blues/rock guitarist. Lewis, 39, had been paroled in 2018, according to Allen. He had been charged as an adult in connection with the 1996 murders. "Deputies today responded to an alarm at the historical Snowden House in Horseshoe Lake," Allen said, in a statement. "Two deputies that arrived found an open back door and upon clearing the house located a possible suspect who jumped from an upstairs window and ran to a vehicle that he drove across the yard and got stuck in the yard. "The suspect then jumped from the car and ran and jumped into the lake. He was observed going under the water and never came back up." According to Allen, rescue teams from the sheriff's department and Arkansas Game and Fish used sonar equipment to locate and recover the body of Lewis, who had drowned. In addition, "the body of a female was found deceased inside the house." Allen identified the woman as Martha McKay. Neighbors reported that deputies told them McKay had been stabbed, while others said a hammer was the weapon. Built in 1919, the Snowden House is located several houses away from the Sally McKay home where McKay, 75, and Baker, 52, were found shot to death on Sept. 10, 1996. The property also served as a location for the 1994 movie adaptation of the John Grisham murder mystery, "The Client." Lewis pleaded guilty to the two murders on April 7, 1998, the day his Circuit Court trial was about to begin in Marion, Arkansas. He was sentenced to (only) 28 1/2 years. - (Black-on-White) |

2 life sentences plus 63 years for murder, rape Trish Anderson spoke for nearly 25 minutes Monday in a Franklin County courtroom to eulogize her “smart, funny, witty, zany, unique” daughter and condemn the man who took her daughter’s life as “an evil monster.” She told the court about the 24-year-old woman who grew up in Warren in northeast Ohio, graduated with a degree from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science and was training to become a funeral director at Shaw-Davis Funeral Homes in Columbus, where she had made countless friends in a short time. “My daughter is Rachael Nicoletta Anderson,” she said. “She is not case number 18CR00769. That always bothered me.” After she spoke, Anthony J. Pardon was sentenced to life without parole for raping and murdering Rachael Anderson during a break-in at her East Side apartment.
McIntosh admitted that even he was startled by the brutality of the crime when prosecutors first projected on a courtroom screen a crime-scene photo of the victim’s body, gagged and hogtied and stuffed in a bedroom closet. Prosecutors used DNA evidence and cellphone-tracking technology to help establish that Pardon raped and strangled Anderson and stabbed her in the back of the neck in her apartment in the 3000 bock of Allegheny Avenue on the night of Jan. 28, 2018, her 24th birthday. Pardon didn’t react as the victim’s mother spoke, nor when her father, Bill Anderson, called him “an animal who stalked and preyed on our beautiful daughter.” - (Black-on-White) |

Black
killer of his white 'baby-momma' and his new sexpal
charged with murder - black also murdered 2 other white victims BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (FOX 9) - On the 11th anniversary of April Pease's disappearance, two people have been charged in connection to her murder after they allegedly abducted her in 2009 from a women's shelter in Bloomington, Minnesota. "Our thoughts are with her family as they reflect back on the eleven painful years since she went missing," read a statement from Bloomington Police. "We would like to thank all the local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies that assisted with this homicide case that spanned over four different states. We would also like to recognize our Detectives, both current and now retired, who worked on this missing person case that today lead to murder charges. They never gave up on trying to find April and hold those responsible for her disappearance accountable." Cedric Joseph Marks, 45, of Belton, Texas and Kellee Kristine Sorensen, 34, of Lynden, Washington, have both been charged with second-degree murder. Marks became a person of interest in Pease's case in 2019 after he was arrested in an unrelated murder case in Texas. Marks had shared a(n illegitimate mixed race) child with Pease when they lived together in Washington. According to the criminal complaint, Pease had suffered abuse at the hands of Marks. In 2009, Pease left with her four-year-old son and moved to a women's shelter in Bloomington. According to the charges, on March 16, 2019, Sorensen told
police she helped Marks find Pease at the women's shelter in
Bloomington and helped with the abduction. She explained they
parked across the street of the facility and waited for Pease.
When they saw Pease get out of her vehicle with her son, Marks
punched Pease and put her in their vehicle. In the meantime,
Sorenson dropped the boy off at the women's shelter. Sorensen and Marks drove off to another area with Pease. At some point, Marks took Pease out of the vehicle, put her in a chokehold and later dragged her out of Sorenson's sight. Marks later returned, crying, saying he killed Pease and removed her teeth and hands to prevent a possible identification. Pease's body has never been recovered. - (DESECRATION OF A CORPSE) In February of 2020, authorities interviewed Marks' wife
Ginell McDonough, who said Marks admitted to her that he killed
Pease in order to get custody of his son. She also remembered that
Marks gave her a CD, which he made for his son to watch when he
turned 18 years old. The CD contained two videos in which he
addresses his children and says he is "about to go and do
something that could either get him locked away for the rest of
his life or get him killed," according to the charges. Marks is currently in custody in Texas, while Sorensen is in custody in Washington. - (Black-on-White) |

Island mother, (black) boyfriend charged with murder in infant's
death - "FOUL PLAY" skull cracked like egg ROCK ISLAND, Ill. (KWQC) - A Rock Island woman and her boyfriend are facing a first-degree murder charge after police say her four-month-old son died from blunt-force trauma to the skull. Tanda M. Allee, 23, and Mateo D. Williams, 20, are both being held in the Rock Island County Jail on a $2 million bond, Rock Island police said in a media release early Saturday. Police responded at 9:10 a.m. Tuesday to the 400 block of 12th Avenue for an unresponsive infant. The infant, identified as Elias S. Austin, was pronounced dead at the scene. Foul play was suspected after the discovery of multiple fractures throughout the child's body, Rock Island County State's Attorney Dora Villarreal said Saturday. An autopsy conducted Wednesday in Peoria determined the cause of death was blunt-force trauma to the skull. The child also suffered multiple skull fractures, bone fractures, and other severe injuries consistent with abuse, according to Villarreal. Police obtained murder charges against Allee and Williams on Friday, according to the release. The child’s older sibling has been removed from the home and placed in temporary foster care, Villarreal said. She added that no injuries have been found on the older child at this time, but further examination and medical records are pending. - (Black-on-White) |

(White) Birmingham man A Birmingham teen has been indicted in last year’s slaying of a 78-year-old man inside his east Birmingham home. A grand jury on March 6 issued indictments against 19-year-old Eric Kindred for capital murder, burglary and theft of property, according to court records made public Friday. He is charged in the Aug. 29, 2019 shooting death of Louis “Louie” Zicarelli. Kindred has been in the Jefferson County Jail since Sept. 13. Initially his bond was set at $450,000 but he is now being held without bond. Zicarelli was shot to death that Thursday night when he opened the front door of his home on Ninth Court Circle South. It was about 9:30 p.m. when he heard the knock and responded. When police responded to the 911 call, they found Zicarelli unresponsive just inside his home. His wife was also home at the time but was not injured. Kindred lived in the same neighborhood as Zicarelli, who had owned the home for decades. Police said the teen is responsible for a burglary at the home earlier in the day and the theft of Zicarelli’s black Ford Fusion. - (Black-on-White) |

Man, (Hispanic) woman charged in fatal shooting of officer -
Prosecutor plans to seek death penalty Capital murder charges were filed Thursday against a local man and woman for the shooting death Tuesday of Hot Springs police Officer 1st Class Brent Scrimshire and the state plans to seek the death penalty on both suspects, Prosecuting Attorney Michelle Lawrence said in a news release. Kayvon Moshawn Daking Ward, 21, the alleged shooter, who was still being treated Thursday at a local hospital, is charged with capital murder with a felony firearm enhancement, punishable by life in prison or death, aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, punishable by up to life in prison, and possession of a defaced firearm, punishable by up to six years. Coriama Hernandez, 20, who lists a Linwood Avenue address, was booked into the detention center shortly before 3 a.m. Wednesday on a 48-hour hold and was charged Thursday as an accomplice to capital murder and with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, punishable by up to life in prison. Ward has been sought since Aug. 18, 2019, on unrelated felony warrants for first-degree battery and a misdemeanor count of third-degree battery stemming from allegations he shot Zachary Bennett, 21, following an altercation that day at 315 Grove St. Bennett reportedly sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Hot Springs police had posted Ward's photo and information to the media and on social media, noting he was to be considered "armed and dangerous" after the August incident. According to a news release issued by Lawrence, on Tuesday, around 6:30 p.m., Scrimshire conducted a routine traffic stop on a red Nissan Xterra in the 100 block of Kenwood Street after noting the vehicle failed to stop at a stop sign at Hobson and Linwood avenues. Scrimshire made contact with the driver, later identified as Ward, and noted there was a small child, approximately 2 years old, in the rear of the vehicle who was not in a child safety seat. Scrimshire asked Ward for his driver's license and current proof of insurance and asked him to contact someone to retrieve the child or bring a car seat for the child. Ward reportedly provided a false name and date of birth at that time. Officer Anthony Larkin arrived to assist Scrimshire and a few minutes later, Hernandez arrived on the scene. The officers asked her what the driver's name was, but she would not provide his name, the release said. Ward began attempting to exit the vehicle as the officers were speaking with Hernandez. The officers attempted to stop Ward and handcuff him at that point. Ward allegedly told the officers three different times "they were not going to arrest him" and resisted arrest and began "actively fighting both officers." Hernandez allegedly began pulling and pushing on the officers and yelling at them to stop and leave Ward alone. Larkin then told Hernandez to get off him and used his arm to push her off. "Hernandez's actions allowed Kayvon Ward to break free from both officers and run into a fenced-in backyard," the release states. Once in the backyard, Ward allegedly fired multiple shots at Scrimshire and Larkin and one of the shots struck Scrimshire in the upper torso above his bulletproof vest. Both officers then returned fire striking Ward. Hernandez allegedly got into the driver's seat of the Nissan and fled the scene of the incident once the shots were fired. A defaced firearm was recovered from underneath Ward. Both Scrimshire and Ward were transported by LifeNet to local hospitals where Scrimshire was later pronounced dead "as a result of the gunshot wound inflicted upon him by Kayvon Ward," the release states. - (Black-on-White) |

convicts BLACK Shomari Legghette of first-degree murder in
killing of (WHITE) Chicago police Cmdr. Paul Bauer From their initial sprint across Clark Street to the gunshots echoing over the Thompson Center plaza, Cmdr. Paul Bauer and Shomari Legghette’s fatal chance encounter lasted only a few moments. On Friday, it took about 2½ hours for jurors to find Legghette guilty on all counts of first-degree murder and armed violence in Bauer’s stunning broad-daylight slaying. The conviction brought to a close one of the most high-profile police murder trials in recent Chicago history. And the verdict made Legghette, 46, eligible for life behind bars. Bauer’s family members remained quiet as the verdict was read. But shortly afterward, they were ushered into an empty courtroom nearby, where they erupted into applause that could be heard from the hallway. Jurors were sent back to deliberate late Friday morning after being instructed by Cook County Judge Erica Reddick. Legghette faced charges including first-degree murder, armed violence and murder of a peace officer. After two weeks of trial, the story was familiar to jurors and the public: Bauer’s pursuit of Legghette to the top of a stairwell. Their tumble downward. officer shot and killed during apprehension of murder suspect
- OFFICERS BLOCK PRO-CRIMINAL DA KRASNER A Philadelphia SWAT team officer was shot and killed early Friday as he and other officers were attempting to arrest a murder suspect. Cpl. James O’Connor, 46, is the first police officer killed in the line of duty in Philadelphia in five years, according to reports. The officer was struck by gunfire just before 6 a.m. at a home where the SWAT team was attempting to serve a warrant on the murder suspect. Officers returned fire. O’Connor, a married father of two. Officers were seen blocking Philly’s top prosecutor Larry Krasner from entering the hospital before leaving, Fox29 reported. Krasner, who has sued the police department more than 75 times, according to the Wall Street Journal, has a tense relationship with officers, who accuse him of coddling criminals, being soft on crime and demoralizing the police department. Last year, after six cops were shot, Philadelphia’s top federal prosecutor William McSwain issued a statement charging Krasner with promoting and championing a “new culture of disrespect for law enforcement" in Philly. "I am fed up with it,” McSwain said. |

white women - police ID victims A Knoxville man has been taken into custody in connection with a triple homicide that left three women dead at two different locations over the weekend. Desmon Paul Rhea, 24, was arrested for revocation of probation Sunday at a Burbury Lane residence, near the scene where two of the three victims were discovered, according to a Knoxville Police Department news release. Charges are pending against Rhea, who is being held without bond, police said. The case will be handed over to the Knox County District Attorney's office. KPD identified the victims at a news conference Monday as Juliana White (also known as Juliana Fraley), 29; White's mother, Mildred Blackwell, 55; and Barbara Rogers, 57, Blackwell’s roommate. “We typically don’t do this a ton, but based on the circumstances of this one — having three deceased in a homicide — we felt it important to get it out and let the community and all of you hear from us," KPD spokesman Scott Erland said. Authorities found White at 4:38 a.m. Sunday, dead in the roadway. She had multiple gunshot wounds to her torso. Soon after, Blackwell and Rogers were found dead from gunshot wounds. “We grieve alongside you and want to say that the grief and dismay was channeled into a concerted effort to identify and apprehend the perpetrator of this unspeakable act,” Erland said. “We only hope that our work brings justice and clarity and ultimately leads to some semblance of closure for those left behind." Rhea was arrested for violation of probation, stemming from a Knox County aggravated assault case in 2018. The victim in that case was the mother of his child. He also has a 2017 conviction in Knox County for unlawful possession of a weapon. - (Black-on-White) |

accused of stabbing (WHITE) Phoenix man 80 times inside
apartment PHOENIX, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) -- A suspect has been arrested in a brutal stabbing that left a Phoenix man dead. Vamba Mamadee Donzo is accused of stabbing Christopher Charles Mihaylo 80 times at the victim's apartment. The police report states that the victim and suspect both lived at the same apartment complex. On Aug. 22, family members of the victim called police to do a welfare check on Mihaylo after he didn't show up to pick up his kids. The family members say they had been unable to reach him all day. When police arrived at the apartment near Seventh Avenue and Bell Road, they found the victim "naked on the floor in a pool of blood" in the master bedroom, according to the police report. Police say the victim had "multiple stab wounds and other signs of trauma on his person." The police report says that the victim "suffered greatly" and calls the stabbing "a brutal and extremely violent homicide." Mihaylo's family said he own a transportation company and was a gentle soul. "God was good enough to me as his father to be very involved in his life over the last 60 days," his father said. "He was a great son and I loved him. I’m going to miss him.” Police say bloody footprints were found in multiple rooms of the apartment, and a blood-stained shirt was found hanging from a light fixture in the dining room. The master bedroom, where the victim was found, appeared to have been ransacked. Police say they recovered DNA evidence from the apartment, as well as a bloody knife and a used condom. "The evidence would indicate that the suspect may have had sexual intercourse with the victim," stated the police report. Mihaylo's vehicle, a 2019 Chevy Suburban, was also missing from the parking lot. Using the OnStar system, officers were able to locate the Suburban in Peoria. Inside the vehicle, they found a number of items linking it to Donzo, including Donzo's social security card and a handgun. Police were able to track down Donzo in Tucson, where he was taken into custody. But police say he did not go easily. According to Sgt. Tommy Thompson with the Phoenix Police Department, as Donzo was being taken into custody, he began kicking the window of the vehicle in which he was being transported. The door was opened so that officers could secure him better. At that time, police say Dozno was able to get out the vehicle and fight with the officers. While doing so, police say Donzo bit several officers. During a later police interview, Donzo repeatedly denied knowing the victim, acording to the police report. - (Black-on-White) - Round em up - ship em out! - SEND THEM ALL BACK! |

MONSTER gets two life prison terms for 2012 rape, beating death
of Missouri woman CLAYTON, MO — A man convicted in January of raping and fatally beating a Berkeley woman in 2012 was sentenced Friday to two life terms in prison. Circuit Judge David L. Vincent III sentenced Kavion L. Thomas, 30, to consecutive life terms (calculated at 30 years each) in the rape and death of 61-year-old Patti Ann Harvill. Harvill’s bruised and bloodied body was found by her sister on April 25, 2012, in a hallway of Harvill’s home. Her purse had been dumped out on the floor but no valuables taken. Authorities said a basement window appeared to have been shattered from the inside but was not evidence of a break-in. A jury earlier found Thomas guilty of second-degree murder and rape but acquitted him of sodomy. Thomas had lived in Harvill’s neighborhood at the time of her death. “Why did this monster choose her?” Victoria McNamee said in court. “Every time I close my eyes, I see my sister’s lifeless body.” Thomas moved to Kentucky in 2012. Two years later, he was charged with fatally beating a homeless man at a closed-down car wash in Lexington, Kentucky. A prosecutor said Friday he’s serving an eight-year prison term in that case. We’re never going to know what she endured that night.” - (Black-on-White) |

NoDa restaurant co-owner Scott

a worthless evil black ex-convict killer) CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - Warrants released Thursday state that NoDa restaurant co-owner Scott Brooks was robbed of $100 when he shot and killed while opening his family business. A suspect arrested in the fatal shooting was identified Wednesday by Charlotte-Mecklenburg police as 33-year-old Terry Conner Jr. A second person is being sought (because the black cowards most often work in packs - like jackals) in the case, police say, and a $21,000 reward is still being offered for information that leads to the arrest of that person. 61-year-old Scott Brooks was shot during an attempted robbery while opening his restaurant, Brooks’ Sandwich House, early in the morning on December 9. The business was likely targeted because it deals with cash, police said. An arrest was made in the case early Wednesday morning, but police did not provide any names. “We have some very good news,” police said, announcing an arrest in the case. Conner, who police say has a criminal history, was taken into custody in Countryside Drive early Wednesday. Conner faces charges of murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon, first-degree kidnapping and possession of a firearm by felon. “We are still looking for a second suspect," police said. On Thursday, (lying black bastard - although technically 'innocent' until judged guilty by a jury of his peers or the Almighty) Conner appeared in court and told the judge and Brooks family that he was innocent. - (Black-on-White) |

(SAVAGE
negro nightmare) gets 30 to life for "SAVAGE" Las Vegas
rape and murder of a (white) woman A Las Vegas man convicted of rape and murder tried to blame the 55-year-old woman’s death on a seizure as he was sent to prison Thursday. Prosecutor Christopher Hamner described the “savagery” of the November 2018 attack on Kelly Deanne Kazoon as senseless. The apartment where she was found was covered in blood, and when police arrived, Charles Talley was inside and naked. “There was no rape,” Talley said Thursday at a hearing before District Judge Douglas Herndon. “She wasn’t raped. And then I did not beat her. She had a seizure. It was convulsions. I didn’t do that to her.” Defense attorneys said Talley, a Navy veteran, suffered from brain damage and the effects of drug addiction. He was drunk and high at the time of the attack, they said. At his trial earlier this year, Talley’s attorneys argued that sex between him and Kazoon was consensual. Prosecutors said Kazoon probably was dragged down a hallway of the apartment as she died bleeding, her fingernails scratching the carpet. Pictures from crime scene investigators showed blood-spattered walls, a blood-covered countertop and bloody handprints on the floor. Kazoon suffered from multiple injuries, including a fractured jaw, a brain bleed, lacerations in her mouth and contusions in her throat. The judge ordered Talley to serve 30 years to life in prison. “Your complete inability to accept any responsibility for what was done to that woman is a scary thing,” Herndon said. “It’s a scary thing.” Kazoon’s husband died in early 2016 after a battle with
cancer, and she later walked away from the east Las Vegas home she
had shared with him near Nellis Boulevard and Desert Inn Road,
family members told the Las Vegas Review-Journal at the time of
her death. After the attack, Kazoon was rushed to Sunrise Hospital
and Medical Center, where she died from injuries caused by
strangulation and blunt force trauma. Family members and prosecutors said Kazoon had considered Talley a friend. “Kelly had a way of just making happiness happen in a room. She was very outgoing,” her sister, Alice Garcia, said on Thursday. “Kelly did not deserve to die.” - (Black-on-White) |

BLACK 'CELEBRITIES' all come out in support of convicted
black criminals - even White 'cop' killers Prosecutor says (black) Nathaniel Woods should be executed even if he didn't kill police officers (CNN)Nathaniel Woods is scheduled for execution Thursday for the slayings of three officers that his co-defendant says Woods did not commit, but Alabama's top prosecutor is not moved by Kerry Spencer's claim that Woods is innocent. With just hours until Woods is slated to die, his attorneys are petitioning the US Supreme Court to block the execution, citing concerns about the method by which he is to be executed. In a phone interview from William C. Holman Correctional Facility in Escambia County, Spencer told CNN that he alone fatally shot the three officers in 2004 when they stormed the crack house where he was sleeping. A fourth officer was shot but survived. Convicted of capital murder in 2005, Woods will die by lethal injection at 6 p.m. (7 p.m. ET) at Holman prison, about an hour's drive northeast of Mobile, unless he is granted a stay or clemency. Black Activists, including Martin Luther King III, Bart Starr Jr., and Woods' attorneys, have asked Gov. Kay Ivey to commute his sentence, but in a Wednesday statement, state Attorney General Steve Marshall called Woods' punishment just. He took issue with those who say Woods is innocent or that he surrendered to police during the June 2004 drug raid. "The falsehoods are the descriptors 'surrendered' and 'innocent': Neither apply whatsoever to Nathaniel Woods, whose actions directly caused the deaths of three policemen and injury to another," the statement said. "Justice is set to be carried out tomorrow. The only injustice in the case of Nathaniel Woods is that which was inflicted on those four policemen that terrible day." Woods wasn't involved, he said. In fact, Spencer said, Woods ran when the gunfire erupted. - (Black-on-White) |

The violence happened around 10 p.m. Saturday at the BP at the corner of Douglas and Monroe streets. Bystanders are credited with holding the suspect, Thomas Smith, until police arrived. Investigators say Danialle Swan was getting gas with her fiance. She was approached by the suspect as she was returning to the car from the convenience store. Moments later, Smith attacked stabbing the woman repeatedly. That’s when witnesses jumped in. In a video obtained by 13abc, bystanders can be seen taking down the alleged stabbing suspect, right after the crime. A witness is heard asking the suspect, “You stab that girl?” Police are giving kudos to the bystanders who put their lives on the line for justice. “It’s not something that we would encourage, however, we are eternally grateful to this witness who tackled the suspect and waited for police to arrive. It's unknown if he would've been captured had he not done that,” says Lt. Kellie Lenhardt. Detectives believe this attack was random. “This random attack is very rare. Usually victims and suspects know each other, whether it be from an ongoing feud or a past relationship,” says Lenhardt. Swan, 28, died at a local hospital and leaves behind three children. As for the suspect, Smith is charged with murder. In fact, it's not the only violent crime he's facing. Smith was arrested for assault on February 21 for punching and kicking someone. He appeared in court and was released on an OR bond just five days before allegedly attacking again. Today, he faced a judge for the murder charge. Smith is being held on $1 million bond. - (Black-on-White) |

arrested in (White) Burnsville teen’s killing outside Target in
Savage, Minnesota SAVAGE, Minn. — Three suspects have been arrested in the fatal shooting of a 16-year-old boy outside a Target store in Savage, police said. The boy — identified Wednesday, March 4, as Samuel Alvin Keezer of Burnsville — died Saturday at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, a day after he was found semiconscious and lying in the Target parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. Police on Tuesday arrested Taran Cortez Miller, 44, and a 16-year-old juvenile — both of Prior Lake — on suspicion of second-degree murder. (The white wife of the black killer) Tanya Marie Esthell Miller, 43, also of Prior Lake, was booked at Scott County jail on suspicion of aiding second-degree murder. The Scott County attorney’s office is reviewing the case for formal charging. Police have not released a possible motive for the shooting, which was reported at about 7:30 p.m. Friday. - (Black-on-White) |

Suspect in gruesome 2015 murder and BEHEADING of a (White) woman
pleads NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) — The man accused of killing and dismembering a mother from Niagara Falls five years ago has pleaded not guilty. Police say Yasin Abdus Sabur, 36, killed Terri Lynn Bills. Her dismembered body was found inside a vacant house in 2015. Last week, Sabur was locked up in South Carolina, and was being brought to western New York to face charges. “I thought they gave up,” the victim’s nephew, Josh Highway, said. “Five years passed and they’re never going to find them, and then we got word that they found him.” There has been speculation that whoever killed Bills also killed Loretta Gates — a woman whose body was found dismembered in 2012. Since Sabur was incarcerated at the time her body was found, police do not believe the murders are connected. Following Sabur’s arraignment, Niagara Falls police and the Niagara County District Attorney’s office held a conference. - (Black-on-White) |

One
of two suspects arrested in killing of NoDa restaurant co-owner
Scott Brooks CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - A suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of NoDa restaurant co-owner Scott Brooks has been identified by Charlotte-Mecklenburg police as 33-year-old Terry Conner Jr. A second person is being sought in the case, police say, and a $21,000 reward is still being offered for information that leads to the arrest of that person. Conner was released from prison in September after being charged in a home invasion and shooting. “We are finally getting some peace of mind!! We have a been praying for this day and it’s finally here! We are to blessed to be stressed!” Brooks’ Sandwich House posted on Instagram following the announcement of the arrest. David Brooks, who ran the restaurant along with his twin brother Scott Brooks, spoke publicly after the announcement of the arrest was made, calling the news “a blessing out of such tragedy.” - (Black-on-White) |

Hate Crime, but the Truth Can be Gleaned from Between the Lines By Nicholas Stix If three white kids had gone hunting a random black, this would be the biggest story in the world for over a year. As is, it’s just another “dog bites man story” and not even worth mentioning. - (Black-on-white) |

on White Rapes: There are 20,000 black-on-white rapes every year in the US, but fewer than 100 white-on-black rapes. Editor note: that works out to about 54 black on white rapes per day according to available statistics from 1999. New Nation News can only report a few of these confirmed black on white rapes from local news sites. |
