$500,000
bail for (lying black) man who claims "self-defense" in November
homicide of (White) man begging
for his life FAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTVF) A man charged with first degree murder and evidence tampering had bail set at $500,000 Friday. Ryder Smith appeared before Superior Court Judge Brent Bennett for the bail hearing. His attorney Gary Stapp requested bail be set at a $10,000 appearance bond with a 10% cash posting --- for a total of (only) $1,000 for Smith to get out of jail. Ryder Smith was charged with murder after he allegedly shot Peter Horace-Wright multiple times with a shotgun. Smith claims he shot Wright in self-defense after Wright began to strangle him. According to assistant district attorney Spenser Ruppert, this version of events was believable at first, but evidence found on scene suggested a different version of events. Ruppert said that troopers found a phone at the scene that Wright had been using to record the attack on video. The video showed Smith approaching Wright’s truck with a shotgun. Wright told Smith he was recording the event, reportedly said he doesn’t care, and then shoots at the truck. After this point the phone is dropped -- but Ruppert said audio can still be heard, and that Smith shot Wright numerous other times while he was begging for his life. He said Smith can also be heard smashing another phone he found on Wright in an attempt to destroy evidence. Many of Horace-Wright's friends and family came to the hearing wearing shirts that said, “Justice for Peter,” with his face printed on the shirts. - (Black-on-white) |

Famed Roman Catholic Jesuit buggered boy 1,000 times around
world CHICAGO (AP) — One day in May of 1970, an 11-year-old boy and his disabled sister were sitting on the curb outside a Chicago tavern, waiting for their mother to come out. When a priest with crinkly eyes and a ready smile happened by and offered the family a ride home, they could not have been happier. The boy, Robert J. Goldberg, now 61, would pay dearly for the favor, enduring what he describes as years of psychological control and sexual abuse he suffered while working as a child valet for the late Rev. Donald J. McGuire. He remained in the Jesuit’s thrall for nearly 40 years, even volunteering to testify on McGuire’s behalf during criminal trials that ultimately resulted in a 25-year prison sentence for the priest. - (Drudge) |

make multiple arrests in Fresno backyard shooting that killed
four HMONG immigrant men Police in California announced Tuesday that they have arrested six suspected gang members in the shooting deaths of four men last month at a backyard gathering of family and friends that they believed was a rival gang's party. The victims were killed Nov. 17 when gunmen entered the back of a Fresno home through an unlocked gate and used semiautomatic weapons to open fire on people watching a football game in the backyard. Four people were killed, and six people were wounded. Fresno Police Chief Andy Hall said at a news conference that the suspects are all self-admitted members of the Mongolian Boys Society gang and that they were retaliating against a rival gang called the Asian Crips that they believed was responsible for killing a member of their gang hours earlier. One of the people at the house was an affiliate of the Asian Crips but was not active in the gang, Hall said, though the Mongolian Boys Society believed it was a gang party. Billy Xiong, 25, of Fresno, was arrested on suspicion of mail theft on Dec. 17, and authorities found one of the weapons used in the killing of the four men, Hall said. His brother, Randy Xiong, was the gang member who was slain 16 hours before the mass shooting. “We know now that this was a retaliatory shooting towards the gang believed responsible for Randy Xiong's death,” Hall said. Fresno police served 19 search warrants on Dec. 26, recovering the other gun used in the slayings, which had been stolen from Oklahoma, Hall said. Besides the two guns used in the attack, authorities also recovered 12 other weapons and $46,000 in cash believed to be tied to drug activity. Also arrested were Anthony Montes, 27; Jhovanny Delgado, 19; Pao Vang, 19; Porge Kue, 26; and Johnny Xiong, 25. Sia Vang is wanted, police said. All the victims were of Hmong descent and the shooting rattled the central California city, home to the second-largest Hmong community in the U.S. Killed were Xy Lee, 23, a popular singer in the community, and Kalaxang Thao, 40, who is survived by two daughters and a pregnant wife, according to a GoFundMe site. Another victim was Phia Vang, 31, who supported his parents and younger siblings with earnings from his job delivering clinical lab results. The shooting occurred at the home of the fourth victim, Kou Xiong, 38, a gregarious sushi chef who loved hosting parties. Xiong is survived by his wife and young daughter. Both Vang and Xiong were children when they moved to the United States from Thailand as part of refugee relocation efforts. Hmong, an ethnic minority group from East and Southeast Asia, fought on the side of the United States in the Vietnam War. After the war, the U.S. moved them to places in Minnesota, California and Wisconsin. In California, Hmong settled in Fresno and the Central Valley, where sponsors hoped they could find work given their agricultural background. |

Steven Haynes, 40, returned to Livingston and Court streets in Downtown Brooklyn — where police say he slugged and brawled with one of New York’s Finest on Thursday — after being cut loose, irritating local merchants who say he’s been a troublesome presence on the block for months. “No bail. Three hours, he was back in the same spot,” Michael Vitiello, general manager of an Italian restaurant two doors down, told The Post. “They had a cop sitting there, just watching him. He got his own security ‘cuz he’s a celebrity now.” “They could have locked him up in Bellevue last night, but they didn’t do it,” he continued. “Now he’s back in the street causing problems.” “Now he’s starting to spit at people, started to curse people out,” Jesus said. “The other day he went at the delivery guy like, ‘why you always around me?'” City judges have begun to release many defendants who are charged with "lower-level crimes" — in anticipation of a New York state ("Democrat Anarchist") bail reform measure due to take effect Jan. 1. |

It’s unclear if Sunday’s victim is Jewish — and police weren’t treating the incident as a hate crime. The victim suffered swelling and bruising to her right eye from the pummeling, police said. On Friday, Harris allegedly assaulted three Orthodox women on Eastern Parkway near Kingston Avenue — one of at least eight anti-Semitic incidents in the city last week. “Yes, I slapped them. I cursed them out. I said ‘F-U, Jews,’” Harris admitted to cops after that attack, according to a criminal complaint. |

who gunned down Texas church shooter says he's no hero The pistol-packing parishioner captured on livestream gunning down a man who opened fire inside a Texas church on Sunday morning, killing two members of the congregation, says he doesn't consider himself a hero. Jack Wilson, a 71-year-old former reserve deputy sheriff, took out the shotgun-wielding suspect with a single shot to the head during services at the West Freeway Church of Christ in the Fort Worth suburb of White Settlement, police and witnesses said. "I don't see myself as a hero," Wilson told reporters on Monday. "I see myself as doing what needed to be done to take out the evil threat." Not only is Wilson a former law enforcement officer, he also provides firearms training to members of the church who volunteer to help with security of the sanctuary, he said. The suspect's name has not yet been released, but Texas State Attorney General Ken Paxton said he had attended the church several times and has had multiple run-ins with law enforcement. "I only fired one round. It was the only shot I had, which was a head shot," Wilson said. "In my classes, I teach not to take head shots, but that was the only shot I had that was a clear shot and I was comfortable with taking the shot because of my training and my practice." He said once he took out the suspect, he walked over to the gunman to make sure he "was not going to get up." |

York Jailbreak: Illegal Alien Freed After Allegedly Killing
Mother of Three on Christmas Eve A New York state law that allows accused criminals to be freed from prison the same day they are arrested for violent crimes has freed an illegal alien accused of killing a mother of three on Christmas Eve. Jorge Flores-Villalba, a 27-year-old illegal alien, according to Assemblyman Colin Schmitt, was arrested after he allegedly admitted to hitting and killing mother of three Marie “Rosie” Osai, who was a legal immigrant from Haiti, in a Christmas Eve crash on Long Island, New York. “I was driving and I did strike a person,” Flores-Villalba allegedly told law enforcement officials. “I didn’t call the police. I was afraid because I don’t have a license.” After being charged with felony fleeing the scene of a deadly accident, Flores-Villalba was arraigned and then freed without bail on Christmas day — less than 24 hours after Osai was allegedly killed. Family friend Irene Secone told New York CBS Local that Osai’s friends and relatives are “devastated” while “this man on Christmas day goes home and spends it with his family.” The illegal alien’s immediate release is now required by law in New York after state Democrats, against the wishes of law enforcement and even the most liberal district attorneys, rammed through a series of bail reform measures and Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) signed the legislation into law. The law will ensure that suspects accused of crimes deemed “non-violent” are not jailed before their trial dates and do not have to post bail. Instead, these suspects are released directly back into the public and expected to show up for their court dates. About 125,000 accused criminals are expected to be released from prison every year in the state. The list of crimes for which suspects will be freed from prison before trial includes: Second-degree manslaughter Aggravated vehicular assault Third-degree assault Promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child Possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child Promoting a sexual performance by a child Failure to register as a sex offender Making terroristic threats Criminally negligent homicide Aggravated vehicular homicide As part of the law, accused criminals will actually be allowed to investigate their own crime scenes and be given a list of named witnesses testifying against them within 15 days of their arrangement. The law means that if a suspect is charged with home burglary, that suspect will be allowed to return to the victim’s home and inspect their property as part of their defense. - (Invasion) |

The militant group's video was produced by its own so-called news agency, Amaq, and was released the day after Christmas. The 56-second video has Arabic captions but does not have audio. In the video, ISIS soldiers wearing beige uniforms and black masks are lined up behind the Christian men. One captive in the middle is shot while the other 10 are pushed to the ground and beheaded. Not a lot of details were given about the victims other than they were male, Christian and "captured in the past weeks" in Nigeria's north-eastern Borno State. In an earlier video seen by Reuters, the captaives pleaded for the Christian Association of Nigeria and President Muhammadu Buhari to intervene to save them. "We killed them as revenge for the killing of our leaders, including Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and (ISIS spokesman) Abul-Hasan al-Muhaiir,'" said a member of the terror group's media unit, according to journalist Ahmad Salkida, who was first sent the video shot in an unidentified outdoor area. |

judge calls for retrial of 1 count in Texas attack by BLACK
MUSLIM TERRORIST PHOENIX (AP) — A U.S. judge refused to toss out the entire case against a Phoenix man convicted of providing guns and training two friends who attacked a Prophet Muhammad cartoon contest outside Dallas but said he should be retried on a a single count of transporting weapons across state lines. Judge Susan R. Bolton ruled Monday that FBI surveillance video that surfaced three years after the convictions of Abdul Malik Abdul Kareem doesn't contain evidence requiring a new trial on all counts. The footage was taken by a camera outside Kareem's apartment, showing his roommates but not him on the day the friends left for Garland, Texas, the site of the attack. Kareem was convicted in 2016 and sentenced to 30 years for providing the guns used in the attack carried out by Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi, as well as conspiring with both friends to provide support to the Islamic State terror group. Shortly after they opened fire, Simpson and Soofi were shot and killed by an off-duty police officer. Ten years could be dropped from Kareem's sentence if a new trial clears him of the single count of transporting weapons. Authorities have said Kareem, who wasn't in Texas during the attack, trained Simpson and Soofi on using the guns and watched jihadist videos with them. |

NON-WHITE sex fiend chased from Florida home after grabbing
girl, 11, in Christmas Eve break-in attempt A man was arrested after forcing his way into a Florida home on Christmas Eve, nearly snatching an 11-year-old girl before he was chased off by her father, authorities said. Steven M. Hasugulgum, 21, was standing outside an Ormond Beach-area home around 6 p.m. Tuesday when the girl opened a sliding door and walked outside, the Volusia Sheriff’s Office said. Hasugulgum advanced, putting his fingers to his lips and telling her to “shh” as he forced her back inside. Hasugulgum followed her and grabbed her hand, trying to pull her toward him, but the girl’s father, Derek Kloepfer, was able to chase the intruder away, deputies said. "If I would have grabbed him, I'm sure there would have been some consequences,” Kloepfer told FOX35 Orlando. Years After (white) Miss. Teen Jessica Chambers Was Burned to
Death (by black), Family Still Waits for Justice First one jury, then a second, failed to reach a verdict on whether an accused man splashed fuel on Jessica Chambers and caused the 19-year-old former high school cheerleader to die by setting her on fire on a rural Mississippi road in 2014. Neither convicted nor cleared, the suspect, Quinton Tellis, now sits in jail awaiting trial for an unrelated murder in neighboring Louisiana. The victim in that case, 34-year-old Meing-Chen Hsiao, was a Taiwanese exchange student who was tortured and stabbed more than 30 times in her apartment in July 2015 by someone allegedly trying to obtain the PIN number to her debit card, according to affidavits obtained by PEOPLE. These affidavits name Tellis as her accused killer. Her decomposing body was not found for 10 days. Tellis has pleaded not guilty to Hsiao’s murder, just as he and his defense attorney maintained his innocence through the two Chambers trials. But while Chambers’ family hopes that a third trial in the Chambers case may yet deliver the justice they seek, the Mississippi prosecutor, John Champion, tells PEOPLE that he’s not rushing forward. “I’m just going to wait and see what happens in Louisiana,” he says. Shows Muslim in US on Student Visa Violently Attack Arizona
State Trooper, Forcing Officer to Shoot and Kill Him An Arizona state trooper shot and killed a Qatari man who violently attacked him during a traffic stop, and it was all caught on the police dash cam. 25-year-old Mohamed Ahmed Al-Hashemi, who was in the US on a student visa, threw a street sign onto a road in Phoenix last Thursday, sparking a violent confrontation with the officer. Trooper Hugh Grant ordered Al-Hashemi to pick up the sign, but he refused to obey commands even as the trooper ordered him to stop walking in the middle of the street. Al-Hashemi then approached the police car and kicked the front grill. The trooper used a stun gun to subdue Al-Hashemi but it didn’t stop him from rushing the officer and violently punching and kicking him. After over a minute of fighting, the trooper, who was in a fight for his life had no choice but to fire his weapon, killing Al-Hashemi. The dashboard cam shows the violent encounter and Trooper Grant was even thrown to the ground at one point. Al-Hashemi was screaming the entire time he kicked and punched the officer. The state trooper also had a female ride-along in the car from MADD [Mothers Against Drunk Driving] so he feared for her safety as well. |
