early Tuesday morning at Holt's Quick Chek at 400 North Pacific

71-year-old woman killed in I-70 shooting may have been
mistakenly targeted by black demon  KANSAS
CITY, Mo. — A 71-year-old grandmother who was fatally shot in her
vehicle early Wednesday near the downtown loop appeared to be
mistakenly targeted after an earlier incident at a club, officials
said. Dakkota S. Siders, 25, was charged with second-degree
murder, three counts of unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful
use of a firearm, armed criminal action and delivery of a controlled
substance. Barbra Harper, 71,
was found shot to death in her vehicle on Interstate 70 westbound
after police responded to a reported crash around 3 a.m. Wednesday.
Two of the car's windows were broken, and spent shell casings were
found near the vehicle, Kansas City police said in a probable cause

LOUIS, Mo. — Two suspects are under arrest for the murder of Craig
LeFebvre in August, 2018. Antreion Betts, 19,
and Armani McKinley, 20 are now facing felony 2nd-degree
murder charges along with armed criminal action, and robbery
charges.Roth “Craig” LeFebvre, the St. Louis County Health Department spokesperson since 2007, was an innocent bystander who was shot and killed during a robbery attempt at the Grand Boulevard MetroLink station in the city of St. Louis. LeFebvre was shot in the chest and died at the hospital. The robbery victim spoke with police and explained that McKinley and a group of others tried to steal his money, bus pass and cell phone. He says that McKinley pointed a gun at him and racked it several times. The victim fired in response to the robbery and unintentionally struck Lefebvre. suspects are in custody following a fatal shooting in West Carroll
Parish Sunday afternoon. Chandler
Erskine, age 17, of Oak Grove died in the shooting
and a second person was injured. According to the Louisiana
State Police, the shooting happened around 12:30 p.m. Sunday. Two
teens from Oak Grove met a group of individuals at the Oak Grove
Rodeo Arena for an unknown reason. During this interaction
with the suspects, Erskine and another teenager were shot.
Erskine was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other teenager was
airlifted to a local hospital in serious condition. LSP detectives
along with the West Carroll Parish Sheriff’s Office began a joint
investigation into the homicide and robbery. Investigators from both
agencies, along with several other local agencies, worked together

South Lansing fatal shooting by black man of white woman stemmed
from drug deal gone bad  LANSING
- A double shooting that left a young woman dead and another woman
injured last week in southwest Lansing resulted from a drug deal
gone bad, police said.Hanna Rose Barron, 19, and two other women went to a location in the Woodside Meadows housing complex to sell marijuana wax, Lansing Detective Matt Salmon testified Tuesday during a warrant hearing. A man who met them there pulled a handgun and fired one shot, killing Barron and injuring one of her companions, Salmon said. Police were able to identify the suspect, in part, through evidence found on a phone at the scene, Salmon testified. N.Y. (CBSNewYork) – Nassau County police are seeking a suspect in
connection to the deadly hit-and run of gas station worker killed
Monday following a dispute over a partial fill-up of gasoline.
Police say Joshua Roston was the driver of an SUV seen on
surveillance video shortly before 7:30 a.m. Monday at the Pit Stop
Gas Station on Grand Avenue in Baldwin.Witnesses say station manager Cemal Dagdeviren, 59, of Levittown, confronted the driver about not paying for his fuel after asking for a fill-up. Police say station employees were suspicious since the SUV has no plates and the driver was acting strangely. Surveillance video shows the victim talking with the driver before moving in front of the SUV to prevent it from driving away. The vehicle then appears to accelerate, and detectives say that’s when the victim was run over. Dagdeviren was transported to South Nassau Communities Hospital and pronounced dead. |

— Phoenix police say a nurse has been arrested in connection with a
patient who gave birth after a sexual assault at Hacienda
Healthcare. The victim, an incapacitated woman who is 29 years old,
had been at the facility since she was three years old. A
licensed practical nurse at the facility, 36-year-old Nathan
Sutherland, has been charged with one count of sexual assault
and one count of vulnerable adult abuse. Police were originally
alerted of the incident when staff at the health facility called for
help when a patient gave birth to a baby who needed immediate
medical attention. A nurse who cared for the victim during her
delivery said in a 911 call that she was unaware that the patient
was pregnant. Since the woman gave birth in late December, police say they have been working tirelessly to find the person responsible for impregnating the woman, who was originally said to be in a vegetative state. Officials collected DNA samples from male employees at the facility through court orders. |

officer suspected of committing sexual misconduct with a woman he
was investigating, including how a DNA match helped lead to his

Daniel responded Jan. 13 to a call about a confrontation
between a clerk and a woman inside a 7-Eleven convenience store at
4295 E. 29th St. Daniel found the woman as she was walking home and
learned she had an outstanding arrest warrant, records say. The
woman asked Daniel not to call the warrant in as she would be sent
to jail, according to records. Police said Daniel asked her to
perform oral sex on him and then sexual intercourse after she
refused the first suggestion. Police then say the woman lied that
she was pregnant to avoid having sex with him. |

sexually assaulted four women while on duty and

The 53-year-old was arrested after his shift ended Tuesday. He was charged with three counts of rape, four counts of witness intimidation and other offenses alleged in 2013 and 2014. He was ordered jail on $125,000 bail. Prosecutors allege that in three cases, Collins put women into his police car after finding small amounts of drugs or drug paraphernalia and forced them to perform oral sex by threatening arrest, and in the fourth case he forced a woman into the car, locked the doors and assaulted her. |

Police previously have said they questioned of those men and another man in the case, but they have not released any names and no charges have been publicly filed in the case. |

are still searching for the man, who is accused of intentionally
exposing himself to a female passenger “in a sexually explicit
manner” on the morning of Dec. 10, according to a news release from
the department. They are hoping tips from the general public will
lead to his arrest. He is described by sheriff’s officials as a
black man who stands about 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs

Del.- An armed home invasion, robbery, and sexual assault case has
ended with a guilty plea and prison sentence for a Dover man. The
Delaware Department of Justice on Friday said Mahdi Wilson,
26, pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree robbery, home
invasion, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony,
and first-degree unlawful sexual contact in Kent County Superior
Court. Prosecutors said that in February 2018, Wilson and a second
suspect forced their way into a unit at the Woodcrest Apartments in
Dover at gunpoint in order to rob a man who lived there. Once
inside, Wilson and the second intruder had the man and his roommate
lie on the floor while they ransacked the apartment. According to
prosecutors, Wilson found a third victim, a friend of the occupants,
in the bedroom and took her to another room in the apartment where
he sexually assaulted her. A Superior Court judge sentenced
Wilson to 20 years in prison, followed by home confinement or work
release and two years of probation. Wilson must also register as a
Tier 3 sex offender. The second suspect was never identified. |

accused him of raping her in a hotel room last week, French sources

— Family and friends have identified the man shot and killed at an
apartment complex in southwest Atlanta on Tuesday as 21-year-old Jimmy
Atchison. Kevin Rowson with Atlanta FBI said agents were
serving a warrant to an armed robbery suspect at an apartment
complex in the Adamsville neighborhood on Middleton Road off Martin
Luther King SW around 9 a.m.. When they tried to make contact,
the suspect led them on a chase through the building. An Atlanta
police officer who is part of the FBI task force fired the deadly
shot, according to police. No officers were hurt. "We went to
that apartment and confronted the suspect and the suspect fled,"
Rowson said. "He jumped out of a window of one of the apartments,
jumped down a couple of floors ... there was a foot chase that
ensued into another apartment building where the suspect was shot."
Relatives said Atchison was part of the rap group, "The OTG Gang."

Jacksonville police say - mother of suspect appears BLACK   JACKSONVILLE,
Fla. - Three people are dead and two were critically wounded in a
murder-suicide that happened early Saturday morning, the
Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said. Officers were called to a home
on Brian Lakes Drive, off Normandy Boulevard on the Westside, at 3
a.m., where they found two adults with gunshot wounds. The two were
taken to local hospitals. A woman who was shot told police the name
of the suspect. As police searched the rest of the
house, they found the bodies of three adults. It appears the suspect was known to at least one of the victims by way of a previous dating relationship. The suspect, Jacoby King, 26, is reported to have dated Ryan Chesser recently, though they were not dating at the time of the shooting, according to JSO. King's mother disputes the investigators' conclusion and said her son was dating one of the women shot, not Chesser. Police said they believe that after seeing Chesser while out hours earlier, King went to Chesser’s home and ambushed the group. After shooting the four victims, it is believed that King turned the firearm on himself, taking his own life. The deceased victims have been identified as Chesser, 33, and Eric James Bryant, 32. King is also dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to police. (He is not pictured.) |

who opened fire at Huntsville IHOP had multiple arrests for
violent incidents  HUNTSVILLE,
Ala. – As the investigation continues into the deadly IHOP shooting
on Wednesday night, we’re learning more about the man police say
first opened fire. This is not the first time 25-year-old Roderick
Turner was involved in a violent incident with a gun. In fact,
Turner was charged with assault involving a firearm three times with
three different victims.
However, Madison County prosecutors say those cases were hampered by
the unwillingness of the victims and witnesses to testify. Turner
was never convicted on any of those charges. The deadly incident started when Turner went to pick up a to-go order just before 10 pm. 56-year-old Roy Brown and his 32-year-old son were both working at the restaurant. Authorities say Turner grew angry, apparently upset about the food service. Police tell us the argument turned into a physical altercation between Turner and Brown’s son. Investigators say at some point Turner reached for his gun and shot at the two IHOP employees. His bullets struck Roy Brown and his son. It’s unclear which one of them was hit first, but police say Brown’s son then pulled out his own gun and shot Turner. HPD says seven shots were fired during the incident. Roy Brown and Turner both died from gunshot wounds in the upper torso area. Brown’s son survived but was hospitalized. - (Black-on-white) |

ROCK (KATV) — A man is behind bars after a shooting outside the La
Michoacana ice cream shop that left one dead and three more injured,
including the suspect. Authorities say Ahmad Salaam,
39, was taken into custody Thursday after being released from the
hospital where he was being treated for a gunshot wound. When police
initially arrived at the ice cream shop, Salaam was performing CPR
on an unresponsive victim, identified as Justin
Foster, 31, and told officers he had been acting in self
defense. Foster was later pronounced dead as a result of his
injuries. Officers on the scene also located two additional gunshot
victims, identified as 59-year-old Maria
Briceno-Gonzalez and 27-year-old Juan-Carlos Jiminez,

have a person in custody after a man was shot and killed in Garrett,

teen charged with murder in Arlington shooting (of White man)  JACKSONVILLE,
Fla. - Jacksonville police have made a murder arrest in the killing
of a 20-year-old man struck by a hail of gunfire Wednesday night
while his car was stopped at an Arlington intersection. Izhaan
Shamar Scott, 18, is charged with one count of murder and two
counts of attempted murder in the shooting that killed Trevor
Christian Gray, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s
Office. Gray was found shot multiple times behind the wheel of a car that crashed near the intersection of St. Johns Bluff Road and Atlantic Boulevard at about 9 p.m. Wednesday. The Sheriff’s Office said the shooting stemmed from a fist fight that broke out moments earlier between Scott and one of Gray’s associates in the parking lot of a nearby Circle K gas station. Gray and his acquaintances left afterward, but Scott got into a silver Toyota Avalon and followed Gray’s vehicle until it came to a stop at the traffic light at Bahia Drive. Witnesses told police the Toyota pulled up next to the driver’s side of Gray’s vehicle and someone inside opened fire, striking Gray multiple times. - (Black-on-white) |

Ind. (WISH) - One person is dead and a second person is injured
following a Thursday evening shooting in Bloomington. According to
the Bloomington Police Department, officers were called to an
apartment complex in the 2000 block of North Walnut Street for
reports of shots fired at approximately 9:15 p.m. After arriving on
scene, officers located two victims inside an apartment. One
person,21-year-old Skylar Maupin,
police say, was shot several times in the upper torso. The other
victim had been shot in the shoulder. Both were taken to IU Health
Bloomington for treatment for their injuries. However, Maupin later
died at the hospital, according to police.The surviving victim, who is said to be in stable condition, provided officers with suspect information. As a result of that information, a Morgan County deputy apprehened two suspects in Martinsville. Police believe the suspects traveled to Bloomington in order to purchase marijuana but instead robbed the victims. It was at that point a physical altercation occured, with one of the suspects firing multiple shots in the apartment as they both ran outside, according to police. Police then say the other suspect began firing shots into the front window of the apartment. Those suspects, who have been identified as Jamarius Turnage and Cleodis Collins, have been transported to the Monroe County Jail |

47-year-old man is in a coma after two teens assaulted him at a St.
Paul bus stop in front of Regions Hospital late last month,
authorities say.The man was knocked off his feet during the encounter, and hit his head on concrete, according to legal documents. He suffered two brain bleeds and was still in a coma as of last week. Officers found the man unconscious and bleeding from his ears after responding to a report of an assault at 640 Jackson St. on Dec. 30. Isaiah Coleman and Jeremiah Ward, both ("NWORDS") 16 and from St. Paul, were charged Monday with first-degree assault resulting in great bodily harm in the incident. Both are expected to be certified as adults in the case. Coleman and Ward told officers that a white man made racist comments toward the black teens at the bus stop, prompting them to approach him. The man, who appeared drunk, referred to one of them as “another angry black male,” and used a racial slur, Ward said. The man’s comments caused Coleman to “snap” and strike him in the chest, knocking the man to the ground, Coleman said. Ward said he tried to break it up, but that the man continued to “say all types of stuff,” including threatening violence against the teens and using racial slurs. An investigator reviewed video footage of the assault and said it showed Coleman pushing the man to the ground and kicking him. the patrol division and has been on the job for 17 years. The officer is in serious condition, but Lt. Chris Cook said he’s hopeful he’ll make a full recovery. An officer had stopped a vehicle around 10 p.m. for failing to signal their turn. Police said a woman was driving, with three men inside the car. The officer made contact with the woman and smelled marijuana from inside the vehicle. The officer then called in two additional units to the scene. As the other officers arrived, a second officer asked the front passenger to get out of the vehicle. Police said (tattooed-neck negro) Treshun Miller, the passenger, took off running. Officers chased Miller, who pulled out a nine millimeter handgun and fired at the officers. Miller hit one of them in the pelvis. The original officer who made the traffic stop, fired back, hitting Miller several times. Miller died moments later at the hospital. Police said he had prior arrests for possession of marijuana. said a carjacking suspect was fatally struck by a police car as
he and two others ran from the car late Sunday afternoon.The (worthless illegitimate black criminal) suspect who died was identified as Dion Lamar Taylor, 20, of Baltimore. He lived one block from the scene of the crash. Police said Taylor and two other suspects carjacked a pizza delivery person just before 4 p.m. Sunday in the 3400 block of Merle Drive in Woodlawn. The car was discovered by police a short time later. A chase started at Essex and Liberty roads in Baltimore County and ended at Northern Parkway and Highgate Drive in Baltimore City. When they reached the intersection of Northern Parkway and Liberty Road, the suspects bailed out while the car was moving. A Baltimore County police cruiser hit the car and another gave chase as the suspects ran. Taylor was killed when he was hit as he turned down Highgate Drive. "From what we can tell at this point, there's nothing that shows that this officer intentionally struck the suspect," Baltimore County police Cpl. Shawn Vinson said. Police said officers arrested one of the other suspects, Taron Kelly, 16, of Baltimore, who is charged as an adult with armed robbery, armed carjacking, motor vehicle theft, possession of a handgun and being a minor in possession of a handgun. Human remains were found on Dec. 28 at a local scrap yard. Investigators say they originated from Hodges Funeral Home in Metter. On Thursday, authorities arrested Percy Hodges, 70, for Throwing Away or Abandonment of Dead Bodies. Hodges is listed as a mortician for Hodges Funeral Home. He has been released to the custody of the Candler County Sheriff’s Office. They claim 'anti-Semitism' but the Airlines claims they were just trouble-making nasty negroes that are trying to blackmail the airlines into giving them money for their alleged discrimination. Spirit spokesman Derek Dombrowski said
the couple have not yet contacted the airline, but that “records
indicate that this guest ignored flight and ground crew
instructions multiple times, beginning with the boarding process

assaulting a woman on a bus bench.Erick Alvarez Hernandez, 27, was charged with one count each of kidnapping to commit a sex offense, forcible oral copulation, attempted forcible rape and assault with force likely to produce significant bodily injury, all felonies. He also faces sentencing enhancement allegations for inflicting significant bodily injury and kidnapping. |

The Butt Butcher of 34th Street may have botched his last bottom.
The state has yanked the medical license of a celebrity cosmetic
surgeon Dr. Ayman Shahine, 55, who did butt lifts on
reality-TV stars and left more than a dozen women claiming their
buttocks had been battered. The Brooklyn gynecologist who did
liposuction and cosmetic procedures at night in a midtown office is
not fit to practice, according to a decision by the state Board for
Professional Medical Conduct. The board sustained 16 allegations of
misconduct against Shahine, including gross incompetence and
negligence. |

Suspect on the run after smashing statues at Queens Buddhist
temple 
A vandal smashed nearly a dozen statues at a Buddhist temple in
Queens this week, cops said Saturday. The suspect barged into the
China Buddhist Associates, a temple on Main Street near 39th Avenue
in Flushing, around 11:10 a.m. Wednesday — and hurled a large
concrete stone at 11 statues, damaging all of them, police said. His
motive for the desecration was unclear, and he remained on the loose
Saturday. He’s described as around 30 years old, Asian, about
5-foot-6, with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a gray
hooded sweatshirt with blue denim jeans and tan construction work

investigation led detectives to Arlington, where they issued
arrest warrants for the three suspects. Jessica Lawson,
19, who was in the getaway car, was arrested three days after
the shooting. The driver, Treshun Miller, 18, was
caught in another state and will be extradited back to Texas
soon. The alleged shooter, London Lane, 18, is still
on the loose.
