The bride, Ashley Reid, 32, of Red Bank, says she was fast asleep in the bedroom of the couple’s suite around 2 a.m. April 15, 2016, following a welcome party for 70 guests on the eve of their wedding. Her soon-to-be husband, Jeffrey Pascarella, 32, was in the bathroom. That’s when the couple’s Sandals-assigned personal valet, Moral Adderley, snuck into the room, according to the Manhattan Supreme Court suit. “Something was prompting me to wake up, something was wrong,” Reid told The Post. “As I started to wake myself up, I realized his hands were down my pants and I jumped out of bed. “I screamed. He got up, he ran out of the room. I was just kind of disheveled and disoriented. I couldn’t make sense of what just happened. I was in shock.’’ Pascarella rushed out of the bathroom, made sure Reid was OK and then took off after Adderley. The butler — provided by Sandals as part of an extravagant wedding package that also included a pre-ceremony manicure and signature cocktails — was arrested after the couple gave statements to resort security and the police. Resort officials assured Reid that Adderley had been terminated that evening and his work phone with contacts of clients taken away. forced himself into a woman’s home then forced himself onto her. On
the morning of Nov. 18, the barefoot victim walked to the Osceola
Police Department to report 39-year-old Charles Micheal Davis
had kicked in the front door of her home on Poplar Street and
demanded she go with him to Bel-Air.When she refused to leave, she said Davis became angry, ripped off her clothes before throwing her onto the couch where he began to “force himself on her.” According to the incident report, when the woman tried to push Davis off of her he began “punching her in the face multiple times.” Fearing for her life, the woman told police she begged Davis to stop and said it was rape. “I don’t care,” Davis is alleged to have told the woman. “You don’t have no choice.” After the alleged assault, the woman grabbed her clothes and ran out the door. Davis reportedly followed the woman and threatened to “kill her” if she contacted police. |

Kan. (KWCH) -- Wichita police arrested a woman over the weekend in a
dog's deadly beating and attack. On Friday around 4:30 p.m.,
officers responded to the 1000 block of N. Poplar for a suspicious
character with a weapon call. They were told someone was beating a
dog and releasing other dogs to attack victim dog.Officers arrived and worked to separate the animals. Three aggressive dogs were controlled. The victim dog was taken to an animal hospital where it died from its injuries. Police arrested 30-year-old Carlett McPherson on Saturday on one count of animal cruelty. They are working to contact another person connected to this case. |

the 2300 block of West 18th St. in the Heights.Authorities say the suspect climbed over the victim's wooden patio fence and used a rock wrapped in a shirt to shatter the sliding glass door leading to the patio. The suspect is described as a man of possibly mixed race in his 20s with a medium to slightly stocky build. |

after walking a drunken neighbor home. Samir Ahmed tells
news outlets he found a man passed out near his front yard in Silver
Spring, Maryland, this month and helped him get home. He says he
returned to find Montgomery County police officers looking to assist
the drunken man. Court documents say an officer then “detected a
strong odor of marijuana emanating” from Ahmed, who denied
possessing the drug and resisted arrest. Video captured by neighbors

his way into a 16-year-old girl's home. The incident was reported
Nov. 19 in the 2900 block of Dewey Street. According to Hollywood
police, the girl was walking home from school when she was
approached by a man on a bike. The man began harassing the victim
and grabbed her arm, authorities said. Police said the man made
sexually lewd and explicit comments toward the victim, indicating
he wanted to have sex with her.The girl, who told detectives she feared for her life, went home, but the man tried to push his way in. "He tried to put his hands on my butt, so I slapped his hands and I tried to run in my house, and as I was running into my house, he pushed himself onto me and tried to sexually attack me." Police said the teen kicked the man in the groin and locked the door behind her. "I kicked him in his private area. I learned from watching 'Criminal Minds' that kicking a boy down there really, really hurts, so that's what I did," the victim said. While leaving the home, the man was heard saying, "I will return," authorities said. |

WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) — Police have arrested a 35-year-old
man after he allegedly kidnapped a teen from a local bus stop,
assaulted her, and took her back to the bus stop. According to
police, a 15-year-old was
abducted from a bus stop at E. Rudisill Blvd. and Smith Street on
Thursday, Nov. 29. The victim was talking to a friend on her
cellphone when the man abducted her. The friend called the
girl’s mother and told her that her daughter was in danger. Officers
say the suspect took her to a nearby shed and sexually assaulted her
before taking her back to the bus stop. Police have identified the
man as 35-year-old William James Ray. As Ray was
taking the girl back to the bus stop, the
girl’s mother saw the suspect holding her daughter.
The mother, Leila, yelled at the suspect, and he released the girl
and fled on foot. Leila then chased the man down and told officers
where he could be found. Leila,
said she took matters into her own hands before police arrived.
Ray was transported to a local hospital for treatment prior
his incarceration. |

police.Jontrell Robinson, 17, was booked into the Orleans Justice Center jail Saturday evening on one count each of second-degree murder and carjacking, online jail records show. Police also arrested 19-year-old Edwin Cottrell in connection with the Plessy’s death Saturday, hours after calling him a “person of interest,” in the case. Cottrell was booked into the Orleans Justice Center jail Saturday evening on one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, online jail records show, but NOPD said he is expected to be charged with one count each of principal to second-degree murder and principal to carjacking. A juvenile is also accused of being involved in the fatal carjacking. He was arrested on charges of principal to second-degree murder and principal to carjacking, according to NOPD. Police did not release the juvenile’s name. Plessy’s family described her as an amazing woman who touched many lives. “She did everything she could for the community. They served red beans every Monday in Central City. She just came back from a trip where she was a speaker through Samoa,” Nadia Sanchez, Plessy’s oldest daughter said. Sanchez was there when her mother was run over, as were Plessy’s other two children. Plessy was dropping her younger children off at Sanchez’s home in the 2400 block of Prentiss around 8 p.m. when a man ran up, pulled her from the car, pushed her to the ground and jumped into her vehicle. Sanchez’s husband stepped in to help, but the carjacker put the car in reverse, dragging Sanchez’s husband and running over Plessy. Both Sanchez’s mother and husband were brought to the hospital, where Plessy died and Sanchez’s husband is awaiting discharge, with internal bleeding and severe road rash, Sanchez said. The family said community support over the last few days is helping them deal with the tragedy. A Go Fund Me account is already raising thousands of dollars for funeral and living expenses for her husband, Pastor David Plessy, and the couple’s two pre-teen children. While the pain is great, they said Plessy, a woman of God, would have wanted them to forgive the carjacker who killed her. “It’s all we know right now. It’s what we have. I will say forgiveness is not an absence for justice,” Sanchez said. shortly after the shooting, according to police. Shotwell was

N.J. (CBS/AP) — A southern New Jersey man and his mother have been
charged in a shooting that left one man dead and another wounded.
Gloucester County prosecutors say 22-year-old Marcel Steele,
of Deptford, faces numerous counts including murder and endangering
an injured victim. The charges stem from a shooting Wednesday night
at a Deptford home where Steele and his mom, 41-year-old Shasta
Steele, both live.The incident occurred during a music recording session. Police found 22-year-old Jodeci Robinson, of Woodbury, in front of the home with a gunshot wound to his back. He was taken to a hospital but died there a short time later. A 26-year-old Pine Hill resident was wounded in the shooting, but their injuries aren’t considered life-threatening. Her girlfriend Sharon Forrest, 34, told sheriff’s office detectives Moseley, who was transgender, was prone to violent outbursts, heard voices in her head, owned a gun, and even ‘pulled it on her’ a few months prior to the incident. Forrest killed herself six weeks after the warehouse shooting on Halloween but told officials prior she wished she could have been awake when Moseley returned home from work to retrieve her gun on the morning of the shooting ‘so she could have stopped her’. Forrest died of asphyxia and her death was ruled a suicide, according to the Chief Medical Examiner Office in Maryland. A witness said she seemed ‘unstable at times’ following Moseley’s death and was getting evicted from her apartment. Cops found text messages on her cellphone addressed to her dead girlfriend saying ‘she was going to be with her soon’, according to the report. Moseley killed workers Brindra Giri, 41, of Baltimore; Hayleen Reyes, 21, of Baltimore; and Sunday Aguda, 45, of Dundalk in the shooting, then shot herself twice in the head. |

Van Dam ORANGE CITY, Iowa (AP) - A former Sioux Center teacher
has pleaded guilty to having HOMOsexual
contact with at least six young
boys. The Sioux City Journal reports that 37-year-old
Curtis Van Dam pleaded guilty Friday to one count of
second-degree sexual abuse, five counts of third-degree sexual abuse
and one count of sexual exploitation by a school employee. Van Dam
will be sentenced later. He could face up to 80 years in prison, but
that will depend on whether a judge lets him serve some terms at the
same time. Van Dam was separately sentenced in September to 15 years
in prison after he pleaded guilty to sexual exploitation of a child
after being charged in cases involving other victims. Until being
fired, Van Dam taught at Sioux Center Christian School. He
was implicated in dozens of

can at their Houston home on Friday, police said.Lihui Liu, 43, was arrested Friday after the boy’s father discovered the 5-year-old’s headless body in a trash can in the garage of their home, the Houston Chronicle reported. Officers initially responded to a 911 call of a stabbing at the home around 7 p.m. Friday. Police arrived at the scene to find the boy’s body in the garage partially covered with a plastic bag. The boy’s father later told cops he came home from work and Liu told him she sent their son away. After he started looking for the boy, his wife allegedly admitted the child was in the trash can, the Houston Chronicle reported. He found the body covered in a black bag inside the trash can along with the head. Police recovered a blood-soaked knife in the bathroom and blood splatter in the tub. |

gas in public is often embarrassing. But for a Dania Beach woman,
doing so while waiting in line at a Dollar General store led
to her arrest on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
without intent to kill. It’s what police say she did after a man in
line complained about the act that led to the charge.According to a Broward Sheriff’s Office complaint affidavit, Shanetta Yvette Wilson, 37, was in the checkout line at the Dollar General store on Sunday evening. John Walker, the customer standing next to her, got into a verbal dispute “in reference to the defendant farting loudly.” Wilson allegedly pulled a small “lock back knife” from her purse, “opened the knife and told the victim she was going to ‘gut’ him.” While doing so, she pulled back her right hand with the knife as if she was going to attack the victim with it. Walker was “in fear that he was going to be stabbed by the defendant,” the affidavit read. After police were called, Wilson was found by deputies and identified by Walker. Wilson was arrested and taken to the Paul Rein Detention Facility in Pompano Beach. Her bail was set at $2,500. |

attempted car ramming of two men outside a Los Angeles synagogue
Friday -- allegedly by a Somali immigrant -- is being
treated as a potential hate crime as federal officials work to
establish a motive in the attack.Mohamed Mohamed Abdi, 32, was arrested outside Congregation Bais Yehuda after the incident, which took place around 9 p.m. on Friday, the Los Angeles Police Department said Monday. Two men reported they saw a vehicle being driven by a man, identified as Abdi, who yelled out anti-Semitic expletives "referencing their Jewish heritage" before running a red light, making a U-Turn and accelerating towards them "really, really fast." "The reason we knew he was coming at us is because, when he did the U-turn, he was burning rubber, so it additionally caught our attention," one of the victims, who wished not to be identified, told FOX11. "He came within inches or feet from us and we both scrambled in different directions. He backed up and tried hitting me while my friend ran into the synagogue." Surveillance video released by police shows the car, allegedly being driven by Abdi, making the sharp U-turn before speeding at the two men. In another video, the car can be seen crashing into another vehicle two blocks away. Abdi is a U.S. citizen from Somalia, but had only driven to the Los Angeles area a few days ago, LAPD Chief Michael Moore said at a Monday news conference. The 32-year-old Abdi had emigrated to the Seattle area several years ago, and recently rented a car to drive to Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Times reported. pair in New Jersey is facing human trafficking charges after
allegedly holding a woman captive and forcing her into prostitution,
prosecutors say. Tyrone T. Washington, 33, and Shameka M.
Lambert, 28, were arrested Nov. 24, by Edgewater police, and,
subsequently, charged with human trafficking and endangering the
welfare of a child. On Saturday, the Edgewater Police
Department received a report that a woman was being forced into
prostitution by Washington. Allegedly, a subsequent probe revealed
that the victim has been held against her will in Edgewater by
Washington for about 12 days. |

Sought, 9 Others Arrested in Connection With Sexually Explicit
Video Involving Underage Girl  Nine
individuals were arrested after video emerged of several males
engaging in sex acts with a
17-year-old girl, but detectives are still searching
for one outstanding suspect whose Victorville home the footage was
filmed in, officials said Monday. Tyrese Williams Lawrence,
18, was identified as a suspect in the case after an administrator
at Goodwill High School contacted authorities on Nov. 13 about the
video, which was circulating on social media. Investigators allege
that the girl went to Lawrence’s home in the 12400 block of Freeport
Road, where the two engaged in sexual conduct. During that time,
nine other males entered the room, deputies said. Some of them
joined in the sexual activity, while others watched, and at least
one pulled out his cellphone and recorded the girl, officials said.
The males passed the video among themselves, and it eventually found
its way onto social media, according to the Sheriff’s Department. An
investigation led to the arrest of Derick Corleone Smith, an
18-year-old Adelanto resident, and eight minors, among them
four 17-year-olds, three 16-year-olds and one 15-year-old. |

Man Arrested After Stolen Pit Bull Attacks 4-Year-Old Boy, Two
Others, Police Say  FREDERICA,
Del. (CBS) — A Delaware man was arrested after a stolen pit bull
attacked a 4-year-old boy and two others on Sunday, police say.
Delaware State Police say 62-year-old Roger Scarborough, of
Frederica, is currently in custody. Troopers responded for a
dog attack of a young boy. The boy’s mother and a friend struggled
to free the boy from the pit bull, and sustained serious injuries
themselves. The boy was transported
to Kent General Hospital where he had lacerations to his right
shoulder, face, neck and scalp. He was then taken to
Nemours/Alfred I. DuPont Hospital for Children where he is currently
in stable condition. The boy’s
39-year-old mother was taken to Kent General Hospital with a
fracture to her left hand and a puncture wound to her right leg.
The mother’s 35-year-old friend was also transported to Kent
General Hospital for several lacerations to his right hand. |

PLATTE, La. - A man wanted for a rape that occurred in 1995 is
behind bars.Allen Reed Richard, 57, is charged with one count of aggravated rape. Richard is accused of raping the victim back in June of 1995. The original police report filed back then stated that a black male subject stopped at a residence and asked for water, then kicked in the door of the residence and raped the homeowner. The victim was 47 years old at the time of the reported attack and died in 2004 before the suspect was identified. |

Beach family hopes for justice for UCF student Christine
Franke's 2001 killing by black beast  INDIAN
RIVER COUNTY — On Oct. 21, 2001, Christine
Franke, a 1994 Vero Beach High School graduate and University
of Central Florida senior, was shot to death in the foyer of her
Orlando apartment. The homicide was never solved.Fast-forward 17 years to Nov. 2, when Orlando police arrested 38-year-old Benjamin Lee Holmes less than 10 miles from the scene of the shooting. The first and only suspect, Holmes was charged with first-degree murder and armed robbery in Franke's death. The arrest was made possible years later by the development and novel application of a DNA testing technique used by genealogy websites, police officials said. For Franke's family, including her mother, Tina Franke, who still lives in Vero Beach, it was an emotional conclusion to a case that had driven out all but the faintest hope of closure. A friend discovered Franke's body laying in a pool of blood inside her apartment in Orlando’s Audubon Park, according to Holmes' arrest affidavit. The friend called 911 and tried to help her, but authorities determined she had died at the scene. The cause: a single gunshot to the head. ........ For Tina Franke, the overarching feeling was relief. Relief that the man suspected of killing her daughter was behind bars. Relief that he was still alive — and with him, the hope of justice. “To be honest, I thought he was dead. He hadn’t surfaced for 17 years,” she said. “This is such a blessing for our family. … We are so overwhelmingly grateful for what (the investigators) have done for us.” Police said it may be two years before the case goes to trial. In the meantime, family members said they hope the technology that led to Holmes’ arrest can offer solace to others. 16-year-old girl after using drugs with her was
charged with rape, a first-degree felony, according to Toledo
police. Kengi Williams, 39, of Findlay, appeared for
arraignment Monday in Toledo Municipal Court. His bond was set at
$100,000, according to court records. Police pulled over a vehicle
traveling west on Campbell Road early Sunday morning, records show.
Upon pulling the vehicle over, the driver, Williams, opened the door
and fled. After a short chase, officers found Williams and took him
into custody. One of the passengers in the car was a 16-year-old who
told police she and Williams used drugs before he sexually assaulted
her, records show. |

Ohio — A Cleveland Metropolitan School District security guard is
accused of raping several students at East Tech High School.
Derrick Dugger, 29, is charged with rape, a first-degree
felony. He is being held in the Cuyahoga County Jail on $300,000
bond after his first court appearance on Saturday.Dugger is accused of raping and sexually assaulting several of the students at the high school, according to court records. A Cleveland police sex crimes detective wrote in court filings that several other students have reported sexual assaults to the school district and that it’s “anticipated” that more will come forward, according to court records. In one case, he forced a 15-year-old girl to perform oral sex on him, court records say. The assaults all happened away from the school, court records say. Dugger also sent several inappropriate messages to the students via social media, including photos of his genitals. |

charged after emaciated dog found in Des Moines dumpster  A
Des Moines man has been charged with animal neglect after he threw a
kennel with an emaciated dog inside in a dumpster earlier this
month, authorities said. Derrick Peterson, 35, was arrested Friday on charges of animal neglect and abandonment of cats and dogs. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges. A passer-by Nov. 2 found the dog, Oscar, inside the dumpster near 605 Forest Ave. in the River Bend neighborhood and brought him to the Animal Rescue League of Iowa. The 2-year-old chihuahua, found without food or water, was in poor health and in distress, police said in charging documents. It appeared the kennel broke when it was thrown in the dumpster and Oscar was able to climb to the top of the trash pile before he was found, the ARL has said. The dog weighed 4 pounds, suffering a loss of muscle mass and hair as well as intestinal parasites. Its fur was also stained from being caged "in his own filth for a long time," the ARL said. "It is unimaginable that anyone could look into Oscar’s eyes and just throw him away," Tom Colvin, CEO for the ARL, said in a written statement. |
