-- A Milwaukee POS, 28, now faces multiple charges in connection
with the death of Milwaukee Police
Officer Charles Irvine Jr. The accused is Ladell
Harrison. Bail was set at $500,000 as he made his initial
appearance in court on Tuesday, June 12. Prosecutors say Harrison
wasn't alone during the pursuit that led to the deadly crash of the
officers' squad car on Thursday, June 7. Investigators say Harrison
is a heroin dealer that undercover officers had been tracking for
some time after a Waukesha County woman overdosed in 2017. Police
had been using criminal informants to build a case -- buying drugs
through Harrison at least four times. Officer
Irvine Jr., 23, died after the violent crash near
76th and Silver Spring on the city's northwest side on Thursday
evening, June 7. Irvine and his partner, Officer
Matthew Schulze, 36, were in pursuit of a reckless vehicle
when their squad crashed. Irvine Jr. was a police aide for two years

-- Chrystul Kizer, 17, of Milwaukee is now charged in
connection with the death of a Kenosha man whose body was found in
his burning home. The victim in this case is identified as Randall
Volar III, 34. Prosecutors say Kizer bragged about the
crime on Facebook. She's being held on $1 million cash bond,
and faces life in prison. "This is a crime, the most serious crime
known to man, the taking of another human being's life," said Jon G.
Mason, court commissioner as Kizer made her initial appearance
Wednesday, June 13. Kizer is accused of shooting Volar and then
setting his house on fire on the morning of Tuesday, June 5."Not only do you commit a set of really heinous crimes, you light a body on fire, when you're not sure if the person's deceased or not," WAS THE VICTIM BURNED ALIVE? connection with an apparent assault at a Philadelphia elementary
school. Police tell CBS3 that two parents were trying to remove
their child from the school while an end of the year celebration was
taking place, but they didn’t follow the proper sign out procedure.
That’s when authorities say a confrontation turned physical. Police
say the child’s parent, Nicole Myers, 37, punched the vice
principal of the school multiple times during the altercation.
Louis Kennedy, 40, also a parent, also allegedly punched the
principal in the back of the head several times when he tried to
stop the fight.The principal and vice principal suffered minor bumps, bruises and scratches. |

custody EAST
CLEVELAND, Ohio - East Cleveland police tell Fox 8 that the
remaining suspect in Sunday's deadly house explosion is now in
custody. Detective Joseph Marche says that Christopher Glenn,
50, of Cleveland was arrested and taken into custody by the
Cleveland police Tuesday afternoon. He was then turned over to the
East Cleveland police. The blast happened Sunday afternoon at 1073
East 125th St. The State Division of Fire Marshal said investigators
believe the group tampered with gas lines inside the home,
which caused the explosion. |

where he allegedly took her into a room and raped her. Both girls
positively identified him. Gillum is charged with two counts of
sexual battery. Detectives developed intelligence during both
investigations that give them reason to believe that Gillum may have
raped other young girls. |

a woman into an alley on Chicago's South Side and sexually assaulted

when police said she noticed she was being followed by a man she
didn't know. The victim told police she got scared and tried to run,

-- The Wisconsin Humane Society says it's one of the worst cases of
animal abuse in recent memory. A puppy beaten with a pipe, and the
dog's owner is behind bars. Despite all he's been through, Rocky
is still as sweet as his favorite treat. According to the Wisconsin
Humane Society, the 10-month-old dog was beaten with a pipe and
whipped repeatedly. "Right now, we do see some visible scars on him.
After the X-rays, we will have a better idea on the extent of the

the criminal complaint, children witnessed the beating and asked
adults to call the police, which resulted in the arrest of the owner

arrest has been made in the brutal kicking death of a dog captured
on surveillance video earlier this month, San Francisco Animal Care
and Control officials said today. After identifying Nicholas
Cornelius, 24, as the suspect, San Francisco sheriff's
deputies arrested him on Sunday. Cornelius allegedly kicked a
small dog, named Puppet, against a wall in an alley
outside of 638 Market St. on June 1, Animal Care and Control
officials said. Puppet, a three-year-old male terrier mix, suffered
a fractured skull and died from his injuries a day

who was arrested last December for the robbery. He set up a meeting
with the unnamed victim, then pretended to order an Uber to take him
home, prosecutors said. Allan Nunez, 36, allegedly
posed as the Uber driver, while Darrell Colon hid in
the back of the minivan. When the victim stepped in, Colon pulled a
gun and demanded his keys and a memory stick associated with his
Ether currency account, court papers charge. Meza allegedly had
enlisted his pal, Cesar Guzman, who works as a DOE
paraprofessional, to help plan the robbery. Officials said Guzman,
38, recruited Nunez, a church worker, and Colon from his motorcycle

County deputies Friday morning has a lengthy history with the
law. Sources tell KSN media partners Antoine Fielder
allegedly shot and killed Wyandotte
County Deputy Patrick Rohrer, 35, and Theresa King, 44,
as he was being transferred from the Wyandotte County Courthouse.Fielder was shot during the incident and underwent surgery but his condition has not been released. Fielder is already facing charges of aggravated assault, robbery, battery and murder. On Friday, he was at the Wyandotte County Courthouse for a hearing on the robbery charge. He also remains a suspect in Kelsey Ewonus' 2015 murder. He already went on trial twice for her murder but both ended in hung juries. Prosecutors blame the mistrials on witness tampering and claim he intimidated people he planned to testify in the case. Meanwhile, Ewonus' parents still wait for justice. Fielder was a free man until this February when he was charged with a different murder in Kansas City, Missouri from 2017. (black) Man set girlfriend on fire with children inside Batavia
apartment BATAVIA,
N.Y. (WHAM) - Batavia Police have charged a man with arson and
attempted murder after he allegedly set his girlfriend and her
apartment on fire early Friday morning. Crews arrived on scene at a
home on Maple Street in Batavia around 12:25 a.m. for the report of
a house fire. “I saw flames coming out of the front, which was
pretty scary,” said Katrina Smith. “Fire crews were blocking
everything.” “All I’m hearing is yelling, and, 'There’s
babies inside,'" said William Smith. Police said a woman at
the scene believed her two children were trapped in the fire.
Batavia firefighters went inside the home to see if the children
were inside. A short time later, the
two children - ages 11 months and 8 years - were
later found at the home next door. Investigators with the
Batavia Police Department said the fire was started after
22-year-old Plush Dozier became angry during an
argument with his girlfriend in their apartment on Maple Street.
Police said Dozier set his girlfriend on fire, as well as the
apartment. All of the children were able to leave the
apartment. “It scared the crap out of me,” said Katrina

— was slapped with more than five years in prison Friday.
Daquan King, 24, had already copped to the senseless
March 2017 assault, in which he tormented the
intoxicated homeless man before throwing him down a flight of
stairs. King “took money from the victim’s pocket, tossed it
on the floor, closed the elevator door and held it shut for several
minutes, trapping the man inside,” authorities said in court papers.
“After he allowed the victim to exit the elevator, [King] pulled him
to the floor, and hit, dragged and kicked him down the stairs as two
of [his] friends looked on and laughed.” At that point, King
started broadcasting the assault. The social-media post showed the
man fly about 15 steps down the stairwell and crumple on a landing. |

four-door vehicle that fled west on Fitzwater Street and at least 22
cartridge casings on the ground, so a lot of shots were fired,” said

Mo. (KMOV.com) – Two men are facing charges after an incident that
began in the Six Flags St. Louis parking lot ended with gunshots
near the Interstate 44 interchange. Police in Eureka said two men
called a locksmith to the Six Flags parking lot the afternoon of
June 7 to help them get into their vehicle. After the locksmith
gained entry, the men argued with the locksmith over the price of
the service and the locksmith left the area. After leaving the area,
the two men, identified as Devonte Jones & Arian Baldwin,
followed the locksmith to Six Flags Road and the Interstate 44
interchange, where shots were fired from a handgun, according to
officials. Police said the suspects were inside a silver Chevrolet
and they fired the shots towards a gold minivan. Baldwin and Jones
were each charged with assault first and armed criminal action by
the Circuit Court of St. Louis County. |

Tenn. — A convicted violent sex offender has been arrested after
authorities say he spent a weekend with
three young girls in hotel rooms. Lonnie Buckley,
49, was arrested Wednesday after a search by police. He has been
charged with violating sex offender restrictions. According to a
police statement, a person called police May 28 to say Buckley had
picked up her 14-year-old sister
at their home in Memphis. She recognized two other girls who were in
the car. When investigators located the girls, they told police they
had spent the nights of May 27 and 28 with Buckley in motel rooms in
Southaven and Memphis. He then dropped them off at the home of one
of the girls. Two of the girls
were 14 and one was 12, police said. Buckley was
convicted in 1992 of raping an
11-year-old. |

Whitman was charged in connection with the murder of Tiffany
Chambers, a Jacksonville woman who was killed by Prentiss
Hare in 2015. Whitman was dating Hare at the time, witnessed
Chambers’ murder and helped dispose of her body, according to
police. Hare pleaded guilty to Chambers murder last month, the

CITY – An Oklahoma man who was arrested in connection with a deadly
stabbing is now facing charges for the crime. Around 9:40 p.m. on
June 2, officers were called to a stabbing in the 700 block of N.E.
26th St.When emergency crews arrived at the scene, they found 27-year-old Evan Stehle dead from stab wounds. Days later, an arrest warrant was issued for 30-year-old Tony Lee Tarver for one count of first-degree murder. According to the arrest warrant affidavit, family members told police that Evan Stehle had told Tony Tarver to stay away from his apartment. On June 2, the victim’s wife says Tarver knocked on the door, and Stehle told him to leave. When Tarver tried to get into the apartment, a fight ensued. Stehle’s wife told police that she “saw Tarver on top of the victim making stabbing motions. The victim crawled back to the apartment and collapsed on the floor.” After seeing a photograph of Tarver, the victim’s wife said that he was “the man who murdered my husband.” The affidavit states that witnesses reported looking outside after hearing a commotion. They reported that Stehle fell to the ground and the suspect “got on top of the victim and stabbed the victim several times in the back.” Ultimately, Tarver was taken into custody after authorities began investigating a body that was buried in the backyard of a home in 2200 block of N.W. 34th St. However, officials say Tarver did not have anything to do with that crime. - (Black-on-white) |

murder.Charles Hardy Jr. and his girlfriend, Kendra Ryan, were initially arrested and charged with abuse of a corpse on Wednesday, May 23, after the Knoxville Police Department investigated a report of a dead male inside an apartment at Windsor Court Apartments. Investigators said the man, identified as as Kerry Eugene Dickinson, died as a result of foul play. Hardy allegedly told investigators that he and Dickinson got into a verbal argument after he did not stop making advances toward Ryan. He told officers the argument turned physical, and he struck Dickinson several times before pulling a knife from his pocket and stabbing him repeatedly. Officers discovered the body in the bathroom of apartment No. 12 upon arrival, and said his wallet and other personal items were missing. Hardy allegedly told officers that he dragged Dickinson into the bathroom, where he stayed for three days. Hardy also told officers that he attempted to clean the blood out of the carpet where Dickinson died. Following questioning, police charged Hardy and Ryan with abuse of a corpse, and they were taken to the Roger D. Wilson Detention Facility. Hardy is now facing a first degree murder charge, and is still in jail on a $503,000 bond. His girlfriend, Ryan, is still jailed on a $3,000 bond. So he went to his pickup truck, pulled out a breaker bar and charged inside. Eads then hurled it towards the suspects but just missed them. “It wasn’t that great of aim but I tried,” he said. The two suspects then ran out the lawn and garden section of the store. “I don’t know how it would scare him off. TOWNSHIP, N.J. (CBS) — An officer shot and killed a 36-year-old
Philadelphia woman who police say tried to run him over following an
attempted shoplifting in a Deptford Township shopping center. Police
were called to the Marshalls department store at 1800 Celements
Bridge Road at 3:40 Saturday afternoon for a shoplifting in
progress. As officers arrived to the scene three suspects, one man
and two women, fled the store with a substantial amount of unpaid
merchandise. The male suspect, Raoul Gadson, was resisting with lost prevention agents from the store. Gadson fled on foot while the two women, LaShanda Anderson, 36, and Chanel Barnes, 27, attempted to flee in a rented Nissan Armada. When officers outside of the vehicle commanded them to stop the driver, LaShanda Anderson, accelerated towards the officers. A Patrol Captain was struck by the open driver-side door as the driver attempted to flee the scene. Anderson reportedly deliberately attempted to run over the second officer, a Sergeant. He fired three shots at the driver, hitting her twice. The speeding vehicle veered, just missing the officer and continued across the parking lot, down the access road exiting the parking lot where it then came to a stop. Anderson was pronounced dead at the scene. |

former roommate inside a Kips Bay halfway house.A security guard at Friend’s House in Rosehill discovered Ybarra Moses’ lifeless body around 1:45 a.m Saturday after rushing to the room to check on commotion coming from inside, police said. Moses, 54, had just been visited by his former roommate, Ashraf Ahmed, when police said other residents and security heard loud noise inside the apartment on East 25th Street near Lexington Avenue, which the men had previously shared. A Florida man could face jail time following his arrest in Long
Island Sunday morning for driving drunk with his two young children
in the car, police said. Mahendra Ro Samaroo, 39, was
driving his 2018 Dodge Caravan south on Glen Cove Road in East Hills
around 1:30 a.m. when Nassau County cops allegedly saw him change
lanes without signaling and struggle to stay within the lane. When
officers stopped Samaroo, his eyes were bloodshot, his speech
was slurred and he reeked of alcohol — and he had two children
in the back seat, Nassau County police said. Samaroo, from Gotha, Fla., (Trinidad and Tobago Islands) was charged with aggravated driving intoxicated per Leandra’s Law, endangering the welfare of a child, driving while intoxicated and multiple traffic violations, police said. |

counts of child endangerment. Police say she admitted to driving
from Whitehaven to Collierville with her 8
and 9-year-old grandchildren sitting in kennels in
the back of her truck. The video was filmed by a concerned citizen
who passed by. The kids also said sitting in the kennels was very
hot, because there were no vents for air. |

for a Texas death row inmate who removed his only eye and ate it in
a bizarre outburst several years ago are arguing to a federal
appeals court that he's too mentally ill to be executed for killing
his estranged wife's 13-month old daughter.Andre Thomas' estranged wife and their 4-year-old son also were murdered in the same attack in March 2004 in Grayson County, about 60 miles (96.56 kilometers) north of Dallas. The victims were stabbed and had their hearts ripped out. Thomas told police he put the hearts in his pocket, took them home where he placed them in a plastic bag and then threw them in the trash. Thomas, 35, has a history of mental problems. While in jail in Sherman five days after his arrest, he plucked out one of his eyes. A judge ruled him competent for trial. Drags Delaware Trooper During Traffic Stop, State Police Say A
routine traffic stop in Seaford turned dangerous when the suspect
began to drive off with a state trooper hanging from his SUV,
Delaware State Police said. The trooper pulled over a man for
rolling his Dodge Durango through a stop sign on German Road around
5:25 p.m. Tuesday, police said. When the trooper approached the
vehicle, the driver, later identified as Brandon Showell,
gave the officer a false name and attempted to pull away from the
scene. The trooper’s arm became tangled in the steering wheel,
police said. While hanging from the car, the officer attempted to
deploy his Taser using his free hand. The vehicle then came to a
sudden halt followed by a struggle between the officer and Showell

Delaware woman has been sentenced to 15 days in prison after
attacking convenience store workers over a botched sandwich order.
Tiffany Evans also was ordered Wednesday to have no contact
with any local Wawa store after pleading guilty to third-degree
assault. She also must pay $900 restitution to a Wawa employee
involved in the April incident at a Dover store. Dover police say
Evans ordered a sandwich, then yelled at a male employee for making
a mistake. A female employee told Evans to stop yelling and said
they would make another sandwich. Police said Evans
then threw hot coffee in the woman's face. The coffee
also struck the male employee, damaging his cell phone and about
$200 worth of food. Police said Evans then pepper-sprayed the
female employee and threatened to shoot her. |
