(WHAS11) -- A 19-year-old accused of murder appeared in court
Wednesday morning.William Bald is accused of shooting and killing 23-year-old Mollie Michaela White in January. It happened at a home on Symington Circle in Worthington. Woman aided by (White) Good Samaritan allegedly lied in deadly
assault investigation - lying black bitch booked    WILMINGTON,
NC (WECT) - A woman has been charged in connection to the death of a
man who tried to help her during a reported domestic disturbance at
a Wilmington supermarket.Alessia Davis, 26, of Wilmington, was arrested Monday on charges of accessory after the fact and obstruction of justice, both of which are felonies, in the killing of Edward Alan Pearson, 58, of Wilmington. According to the Wilmington Police Department, Pearson was in the Safeway Food Market on Wilshire Boulevard around 11 p.m. on March 12 when he saw David and her boyfriend, Hakeem Kaalf Sanders, 31, involved in a dispute. Pearson reportedly told Davis to not go back to Sanders, who overheard the comment and attacked him. Pearson was taken to the hospital, where he died two days later. Davis’ charges were filed after she allegedly lied to police, claiming she did not know Sanders. - (Black-on-white) |

Montgomery County District Attorney says Tristian Jones used
a paring knife he’d bought hours earlier to end White’s life. |

VEGAS (KSNV) — 22-year-old Malcolm Aubry is the man police
say they found with blood all over his body at an east valley
apartment complex. Neighbors living near Nellis Boulevard and Desert
Inn made the 911 calls Saturday afternoon. Homicide detectives
say Aubry beat his 63-year old roommate to death, the victim was a
woman. Police tell us the suspect bashed the woman in her head with
his fists. Police have not said what sparked the violence. |

Boston man accused of robbing a 52-year-old man who later died at
the MBTA’s Downtown Crossing station early this morning will face a
judge, transit police say. Anthony Stimson, 30, will be
arraigned on a larceny charge after allegedly rummaging through the
man’s pockets and stealing items, including his prescription
medication. Transit cops responding to a 5 a.m. report of a
medical emergency at Downtown Crossing pronounced the man dead at
the scene, police said. A preliminary investigation revealed that
before they arrived, Stimson “approached the victim as he lay
unconscious and rummaged through his belongings and person and stole
items from him,” according to transit police. |

veteran, was ordered held on $200,000 bail on charges of aggravated
criminal sexual assault and official misconduct. When the other
officer left to eat, Calhoun began to massage the man’s bare foot as
his left hand and foot were shackled to the bed. Calhoun then grabbed the victim’s genitals and took a cellphone photo of them. Calhoun escorted the man to a bathroom. Inside, he sexually assaulted the man despite his protests to stop and again took a photo of his genitals. |

(CBS) — A Lansdowne man is facing charges for an alleged sexual
relationship with a teen girl who police say he met while working at
a juvenile detention center. Police say Davon Robertson, 27,
sexually assaulted the victim who had been released with an ankle
monitor. According to police, Robertson met her at the Delaware
County Juvenile Detention Center. Police also say the victim told
them that the sexual encounters happened “numerous” times over a
period of several years. Robertson is in prison after failing to
post bail. |

Man Rafael Antonio Perez who burned woman alive decades ago gets
up to life in prison  
A horrific 1997 murder case — in which an innocent Harlem mom was
burned alive — finally came to a close Tuesday when the second of
her two killers was sentenced to up to life behind bars.Rafael Antonio Perez and cohort Daniel Santana had entered the apartment that Carmen Cecilia Maria, 30, shared with her sister in the early morning hours of Dec. 7, 1997, looking for drugs. They roused Maria, her sister, and a companion who had been sleeping and ordered them onto the floor, where their hands were tied behind their backs with wire hangers. When no drugs were found, Perez and Santana started torturing the man with a hot iron and shocking him before turning to Maria. Perez then poured acetone down her pants and lit a match in an attempt to intimidate her — only she caught fire. Perez, who had fled to the Dominican Republic, was eventually located and extradited to New York City in September 2014. He was convicted of murder and other charges at a January trial. |

woman) Justine Damond is charged with murder 
A police officer who mistakenly shot and killed an Australian woman
last July in Minneapolis was indicted on a charge of third-degree
murder Tuesday, and the city's top prosecutor blamed "uncooperative"
cops for slowing down the investigation.Officer Mohamed Noor was also charged with second-degree manslaughter in connection with the death of Justine Ruszczyk Damond, according to records from the Hennepin County Jail. Bail was set at $500,000. Damond, 40, a life coach and motivational speaker from Sydney, called 911 on July 15 to report a possible sexual assault in the alley behind her home. When Noor and his partner, Officer Matthew Harrity, drove up in their SUV, Damond walked toward the car. Harrity, who was at the wheel, said that he was startled by a loud noise just before Damond approached the open driver’s side window and that Noor fired from the passenger seat, striking the woman. Both officers were wearing body cameras, but they were turned off, as were the headlights of their vehicle. No evidence of any sexual assault was ever found. gone cold. Jaclyn Burkhart, 32, was killed in a January drive-by shooting near 39th Street and Jackson Avenue. No arrests have been made, leading Kansas City police to release a sketch on Monday hoping it would bring in new clues. Authorities say they are looking for a black man in his 20s with shoulder-length dreadlocks. Burkhart was in a car that stopped at the intersection of 39th and Jackson when a silver sedan pulled up and fired shots. "It was just a barrage of gunshots at the vehicle," said Kansas City police homicide detective Jason Fidley. “These are frustrating knowing that at least 3 or 4 people witnesses were a part of a homicide and we’re not getting anybody or any information on it." Wash. – A 19-year-old man admitted to detectives that he shot and
killed a cab driver in Tacoma while he was trying to rob him last
week, according to documents filed in Pierce County Superior Court
on Monday.Eddie Lamont Hogan was charged with first-degree murder and first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm in the death of 54-year-old Robert Crall. According to court documents, Hogan at first denied knowing about Crall’s murder, then claimed he was acting in self defense because Crall grabbed him to keep him from leaving the cab without paying his fare. After being shown photos from a dash cam showing that he was wearing a bandana over his face when he got in the cab, Hogan admitted he’d tried to rob Crall and shot him during the ensuing struggle. Monday morning.A jury convicted Black in January for the killings of James David Gough and Ann Marie Gilkerson in 2012. Prosecutors said Black stabbed Gough two dozen times before putting his body into an SUV and setting the SUV on fire. Later that day, Black stabbed Gilkerson 123 times in Port Norfolk because she knew where he was when he killed Gough. Black faces a third murder charge in the 2011 death of Samuel L. inappropriately touching a 6-year-old
girl in her bed, according to court documents.
Quinelle Crump faces a charge of indecent contact with a
child. He was booked into the Bexar County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
According to his arrest affidavit, Crump assaulted the girl in her
bedroom after he had told her mother, whom he had been dating for
two years, that he was going to take a shower. He turned on the
shower faucet to make it seem like he was in the bathroom, but when
the victim's mother went into her room to check on her, she found

the girl walked in, he threw her to the ground and raped her. The

found inside his Woodbridge home, authorities said.The Prince William County Police Department reports that Tyquan Stoney meet the 12-year-old on Instagram and was having an "inappropriate relationship" with her. Police say on Monday, Stoney picked the girl up from her home in King George County and brought her to his house on Belvedere Drive. After being notified that the girl was at his home, police responded to the scene and say as officers approached the front door Stoney fled out a back door, but was quickly arrested. |

LOUIS COUNTY • A man from the Lemay area was forced to withdraw
money from an ATM for several robbers before being beaten with a
golf club and stabbed inside his home this month.
Jeffrey Breitenfeld, 51, was found dead in his home
in the 600 block of Bayless Avenue on the afternoon of March 5, two
days after the attack.St. Louis County prosecutors have charged Sherman Kinchen, 27, with second-degree murder . Police allege he stole from Breitenfeld, beat him with a golf club and stabbed him. Kinchen also faces charges of first-degree burglary, kidnapping and second-degree robbery, the same counts filed against an alleged accomplice, Kimberly Cartwright, 24. The kidnapping charge includes the allegation the crime took place while facilitating a felony or for the purpose of injuring or terrorizing the victim. Cartwright and Kinchen both live (together) in St. Louis, Cartwright admitted that she was at Breitenfeld’s home sometime around March 3, police said. -- A Wilmington man charged with second-degree murder Wednesday in a
fatal assault has been accused of murder before, public records
show. Court records in Hakeem Sanders’ home state of New Jersey, indicate the 31-year-old man was was charged in February 2011 with murder and three counts of unlawful possession of firearms. Sanders is being held in the New Hanover County jail on a $1 million bond in the death Wednesday of Edward Alan Pearson, 58, of Wilmington. On Monday night about 11 p.m., Pearson was inside the Safeway convenience store on Wilshire Boulevard when he witnessed a physical altercation allegedly between Sanders and a woman, Wilmington Police Department spokeswoman Linda Thompson said. Thompson said that as Sanders walked out of the store, Pearson turned to the woman and warned her against going outside with him. Sanders overheard Pearson and punched him. Thompson says Pearson was on life support for two days before succumbing to his injuries. Sanders was initially arrested Tuesday and charged with assault inflicting serious injury. Cantrell said the argument stemmed from Sexton seeing a text message on her phone. She said before she could even talk to him about the situation, he headed to the bathroom and retrieved a gun. "He was waving it in my face. I stood up and said, 'Please don't shoot me,'" Cantrell recalled. "He was standing right beside me, and that's when he shot me." times, police said. Jaquan Joas, 27, was driving a 2018 Honda

stopped him, according to Suffolk County Police. It’s unclear why
police pulled Joas over. But when cops checked Joas’ driver’s
license, they discovered the slew of suspensions — and learned that
he was not the registered owner of the vehicle, authorities said.
Joas, of North Amityville, was arrested and charged with
first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and
unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He also had an outstanding

Ludlow Street. Police say Moore beat and sexually assaulted a woman
near 13th and Lombard streets early Sunday morning. Moore's alleged
accomplice, 38-year-old Kenneth Faixmel, also known as Rashawn
Spann, was taken into custody around 5 a.m. Thursday.
Investigators said Faixmel is the suspect seen in surveillance video

The woman told police she was convinced he was going to rape her. Bystanders nearby heard her screams and came to help. They found Mohamed choking the woman with one hand and smoking a glass pipe with his other hand. The woman was screaming and hitting Mohamed while her pants and underwear were down around her knees. The 42-year-old Elizabeth man was convicted Friday on 60 counts,
including aggravated sexual assault and robbery charges. Prosecutors
say the assaults occurred during a two-month period in 2012 at
motels in Linden and Elizabeth.They say Powell stalked couples as they entered their rooms, then forced his way inside and made them perform sexual acts on each other. He then locked the men up in the bathroom and sexually assault the women. Authorities used DNA to identify Powell as a suspect. He was arrested when he made a municipal court appearance for an unrelated motor vehicle citation. |

In what has been described as a dispute between rival Sri Lankan
migrants, two men attacked another with a machete, scalping
him and cutting off his arm in a Paris restaurant.The attack occurred on Monday evening at a restaurant in the 10th arrondissement of the city not far from the heavily migrant populated area of La Chapelle in northern Paris, broadcaster RTL reports. Two attackers, both wearing hoodies and covering their faces, were said to have stormed into the establishment at around 9:30 pm armed with a machete and a sabre. The pair immediately attacked the victim, cutting at his scalp as well as cutting off one of his hands and his arm. |

Australian proposal to grant emergency visas to white
South African farmers, after a leading Australian
politician said the group needed protection in a “civilized
country.” White farmers “deserve special protection,” Peter Dutton, Australia’s home affairs minister, who oversees immigration, said in an interview on Wednesday, amid a debate in South Africa over redistributing white-owned land to black citizens. “I think these people deserve special attention and we’re certainly applying that special attention now,” said Mr. Dutton, who proposed offering white farmers expedited visas to resettle in Australia on humanitarian grounds. “We want people who want to come here, abide by our laws, integrate into our society, work hard, not lead a life on welfare,” Mr. Dutton said after watching a documentary about the rise in the number of South African farm murders. Former Akron resident sentenced to life in prison for repeatedly
raping two girls AKRON,
Ohio - A Summit County judge on Tuesday sentenced a former Akron
resident to life in prison for repeatedly raping two girls over a
five-year period. Judge Alison McCarty sentenced Anthony W. Long
immediately after he pleaded guilty to two counts of rape of a child
under age 13, a first-degree felony, in Summit County Common Pleas
Court, prosecutors said. Long, 59, of Erie, Pennsylvania will be
eligible for parole in 20 years, prosecutors said. |

man who had a stolen gun with him when he exposed himself and
masturbated on a Kansas City bus was sentenced Wednesday to eight
years in federal prison. Roscoe D. Teagues III, 40, was
sentenced in U.S. District Court in Kansas City where he pleaded
guilty in November to illegal possession of a stolen firearm.
Teagues was arrested in December 2015 after he refused to get off a
bus in the area of 75th Street and Prospect. The female driver
told police that when she told Teagues he had to leave the bus, he
made lewd comments, exposed himself, and began to masturbate.
Arriving Kansas City police officers reported that Teagues was
“actively masturbating.” The officers could see a handgun on a seat
next to Teagues. Police used a Taser to take Teagues into custody.
The gun, a .357-caliber revolver, had been reported stolen in Texas.

Self-Proclaimed Herbalist Charged In Death Of Diabetic Teen HARBOR
GATEWAY (CBSLA) – A herbalist is facing child abuse charges in the
2014 death of a diabetic 13-year-old
Harbor Gateway boy. The suspect, 83-year-old Timothy
Morrow, advised the victim’s parents to treat their son with
herbs instead of insulin just one day before his death, the Los
Angeles city attorney’s office reports. On Wednesday, the DA’s
office filed one count each against Murrow of child abuse causing
death and practicing medicine without a license. The victim’s name
was not released.According to prosecutors, the boy suffered from Type 1 diabetes, for which he was prescribed insulin from a pediatrician. The victim’s mother met Morrow at a herbal healing seminar. Then in August of 2014, Morrow was called to the victim’s home after the boy became semi-comatose due to complications from diabetes, the DA’s office said. Morrow, prosecutors allege, advised the parents to administer herbal oils that he was selling, instead of the prescribed insulin. The boy died from a cardiac arrest the following day. |

Home-Care Worker Accused Of Elder Abuse While Out On Bail TUSTIN
(CBSLA) — A home-care worker arrested last year for preying on
senior citizens is once again accused of targeting patients and
stealing their money. Tustin Police say Aujana Johnson-Payne
previously worked for at least three home-care agencies and was
fired from each one for financial
elder abuse. Somehow she managed to get hired at
another agency in Orange County this year, they say. Investigators
say Payne, who is in her mid-20s, cared for elderly patients with
dementia, Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease in their
Orange County homes. In the most recent case, they say Payne
targeted at least two elderly patients. Detectives say she stole
their credit card information and went on shopping sprees. They also
say she used patients’ credit card information online to book Long
Beach hotel rooms and order food and liquor from DoorDash and Uber
Eats. |

A Honduras citizen pleaded guilty yesterday for his role in a
plot to set off a bomb in a Miami-area shopping, the Department of
Justice said. Vince Adolfo Solano, 53, pleaded guilty
to one count of providing material support to ISIS. He faces a
maximum of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Sentencing is set
for May 30. Prosecutors allege Solano planned to detonate an
explosive device at the Dolphin Mall west of Miami. Solano discussed
the plot with a confidential informant and two undercover FBI
agents. Just prior to his arrest, the FBI provided him with a
fake bomb outside the mall, according to court documents.
Solano is also accused of making pro-ISIS statements and anti-U.S.
sentiments in three videos, court papers allege. |

La. – The man convicted of manslaughter in the 2016 road rage
shooting death of former NFL running back Joe
McKnight was sentenced to 30 years in prison
Thursday.Ronald Gasser, 56, had faced up to 40 years in prison. Defense lawyers argued that Gasser fired in self-defense when McKnight walked up to his car following a 5-mile confrontation that began on a bridge spanning the Mississippi River in New Orleans and ended with gunfire in neighboring Jefferson Parish. Witnesses at the trial said McKnight had been weaving in and out of traffic at high speed before the shooting. Prosecutors acknowledged to the jury that he was, in the words of Assistant District Attorney Seth Shute, "driving like a jerk."  Gasser
did not leave the scene of the shooting and he was released for a
time after being questioned. He is white and his release after the shooting of the black athlete sparked protests from some who said race was a factor. Jefferson Parish Sheriff Newell Normand, who has since retired, denied that race played any role and noted that a thorough investigation led to Gasser's arrest and indictment. |
