(Black) Man Accused Of Killing (White) Good Samaritan Picked Up In Canada  FT LAUDERDALE – A man who shot and killed a good Samaritan who came to the rescue of an elderly person in Pembroke Park has been picked up in Canada. The shooting happened September 22nd at the Kwik Stop store on W Hallandale Beach Boulevard. According to records, Watson had been living in Canada since the incident. Philip Antonino was walking from the store back to his business when he saw Ervin Watson, 27, berating an elderly man who was cutting the grass in the adjacent field. Antonino stepped in and told Watson to back off. Moments after their first words, Watson pulled out a gun and shot Antonino twice. The incident was captured by security cameras. Antonino was taken to a local hospital where he died. Antonino owns the auto shop next door to the gas station. His brother, Luciano, and his friends were thrilled at the news of Watson’s capture. - (Black-on-white) |

Stupid worthless killer black arrested for fatal Akron convenience store shooting after leaving ID at scene  AKRON - Police have arrested the man accused of fatally shooting a customer at an Akron convenience store after he dropped his identification card at the crime scene. The suspect, 27-year-old Jarvell Henderson, fled through a neighboring apartment complex after the incident, police said. The shooting happened when a customer who tried to thwart an armed robber at Luei's Carry Out in Akron, 1012 Hammel St., was shot and killed Tuesday afternoon. Akron police say Henderson entered the convenience store, went behind the counter and demanded money from the register. The clerk handed him money and he ran out of the store. A good Samaritan in the parking lot saw what happened and sprayed Henderson with some kind of chemical. That's when the customer, 59-year-old David Dzatko, was shot. He was taken to Akron City Hospital. Police were able to identify Henderson after he dropped an out of state identification card at the scene of the crime. - (Black-on-white) |

Officers arrested Jose Oscar Esqueda, 30, and Jeff Shai Holliday, 24, at about 11 p.m. Saturday, said San Diego Police Department Lt. Todd Griffin. Both are suspected of murdering Ryan Evan Harris, a 21-year-old Northern California native, in an apparent fight that broke out on Island Avenue in the Gaslamp Quarter early Friday morning. Police dispatchers received a report of the fight and officers responded to the scene, finding Harris down on the sidewalk with what appeared to be stab wounds in his upper torso, Griffin said. Despite efforts from officers and paramedics, Harris died at the scene. Harris' grandparents told FOX 40 their grandson was trying to break up the fight when he was stabbed in the neck. - (Black-on-white) |
BLACK Johnson Utilities truck driver (killer coon with peculiar first name) arrested after fatal hit-and-run   Johnson Utilities work truck was arrested Friday after a hit-and-run crash in the company vehicle killed a woman on Hunt Highway in San Tan Valley, authorities said. According to the Pinal County Sheriff's Office, 42-year-old Marcigtan Winfrey Sr. of San Tan Valley turned himself in more than a day after the early-morning crash Thursday. Winfrey is being booked on suspicion of leaving the scene of a fatal collision, PCSO spokeswoman Navideh Forghani said. Earlier Friday, the sheriff's office released the victim's name, DesRay S. Lara of Florence. PCSO initially said Lara was 24; however, court records and information on social media indicate she was 25. The collision occurred on Hunt Highway between Johnson Ranch Boulevard and Thistle Trail around 1 a.m. Thursday. Lara attended Florence High School where she was an avid cheerleader, said squadmate Ashley Calderon. She said Lara was pursuing a career in nursing. Police records: BLACK sexual assault suspect linked to 2011 sex crime A Fort Myers man arrested this week in connection to a sex assault at Florida Gulf Coast University has been linked to another sex crime, according to police records. A report shows the Florida Department of Law Enforcement connected Willie Foust Jr., 33, to a 2011 Lee County Sheriff's Office case. Foust has not been charged in the case. Details of the crime were not included in a heavily redacted incident report that the sheriff's office provided. The crime was reported to the sheriff's office on Nov. 10, 2011. Foust's connection to the Lee County sex crime is included in a Dec. 21 report about how he was linked to the Aug. 25 sexual assault at FGCU. Foust was arrested Tuesday on a second-degree sexual battery charge. He is accused of sexually assaulting an FGCU student after telling her that he was an Uber driver and driving her to campus. A sexual assault kit from the FGCU case was submitted to FDLE on Sept. 1 for examination. When DNA from the kit was compared to DNA samples in a national database, DNA matching Foust's was found, according to the report. |

Authorities say the victim was able to identify Shaquille Tillmon as her assailant. The victim told officers she was grabbed by her hair and threatened with a knife while walking through Deshong Park around 2:30 in the afternoon on December 24. Police say the suspect dragged the victim into the woods, where he raped and stabbed her. Tillmon is being held on $1 million cash bond, and is currently at George C. Hill correctional facility waiting trial. |

A Cuyahoga County grand jury indicted Tyrone Leegrand on 10 charges, including aggravated murder, aggravated robbery, felonious assault and tampering with evidence. He was 22 at the time of the crime. Michael Prock, 41, was working as a driver for Nunzio’s Pizza on Lorain Avenue. He was delivering food at West 59th Street and Bridge Avenue on June 11, 2015 when he was approached by Leegrand, according to the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office. Prock started to drive away and Leegrand shot at the car, prosecutors said. The victim suffered a gunshot wound, but continued to drive until he crashed into a pole. Police responded at about 9:20 p.m. Tuesday to the home for a report of two people shot. In an interview with police, the suspect’s girlfriend told police Stewart lives with the family at Candy Halbe’s 61st Place home. She said Stewart has “issues with abusing alcohol” and “when he drinks, he gets violent.” The woman said while out running errands with Stewart and her young son, she questioned Stewart about his drinking, but he denied it, records show. When they returned home, a family argument ensued after an intoxicated Stewart allegedly “forcefully grabbed” and “pushed aside” a young child in the home. Shortly after Candy Halbe and Stewart’s girlfriend began arguing with him in the basement, Ryan Halbe joined them and grabbed Stewart by the shoulder, prompting Stewart to grab a gun from his waistband. The feud erupted in gunfire after Ryan Halbe said to Stewart, “Why you waving a gun around? I don’t want to kick your (expletive).” As Stewart fled the home, Ryan Halbe bled out onto the floor. “Dad, I’m dying,” he said, as his mother, Candy Halbe, lay on a nearby mattress, bleeding from a gunshot wound to her stomach. Plainclothes Officer kills BLACK who drove into police car and hit officer - would not show his hands A man who allegedly hit plainclothes officers with his car while trying to flee a traffic stop Wednesday night in Northwest Philadelphia was shot and killed by one of the officers, officials said. The man was "unarmed" (except for the 4,000 pound vehicle he was driving) and turned out not to be the subject of a homicide investigation that initially prompted officers to pull him over. Police identified the man as Dennis Plowden. The incident began just after 8:30 p.m. when the plainclothed officers saw a 2013 Hyundai that was wanted in connection with a homicide earlier this month. Tthe man stopped his car, police said. A woman was in the front passenger seat. As the officers got out of their unmarked car, Plowden accelerated the Hyundai, striking the police car and "contacting the officer." Plowden drove off. he did not respond to officer commands to show his hands. He put his hand in his pocket and an officer fired and shot him in the head. He was pronounced dead. |

Kenneth Wayne Lockings, Jr. 46, turned himself in Thursday, a day after police found 36-year-old Aracely Jernigan dead in the living room of a Houston home, The Houston Chronicle reported. Police said they were responding to a possible “cutting in progress” when they came across the gruesome slaying. It was not immediately clear what led to the slashing. Marie Carrier, Lockings’ grandmother who lives next door, told the newspaper that her grandson had visited her earlier in the day for coffee. She said she was unaware of what happened in the hours after he left her home, but said he had mental issues. “He’s really messed up in the head,” Carrier said, adding that Lockings received the samurai sword as a Thanksgiving present. Police said Lockings turned himself in at a nearby police station after family members convinced him to surrender. He's being held without bond in the Harris County jail on the murder charge and a federal parole revocation. Around 11:30 a.m. Thursday, deputies from the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office responded to England Run North Apartments on Heron Drive and found 36-year-old Melissa Dee Lee shot to death, the sheriff’s office said. Deputies put out a “Be On the Look Out” bulletin for a black Ford Explorer possibly connected with the homicide. A short time later, Virginia State Police Trooper Z.G. Torrance spotted the vehicle. The trooper tried to pull over the vehicle, but the driver, 42-year-old Gregory Lee, refused to stop. Two miles later, Lee suddenly stopped in the center lane of I-95, leaned out the driver’s side window and fired several shot at the trooper, police said. One bullet went through the windshield. Lee slowed down and starting firing out of his window at the police vehicles, VSP said. This time, a bullet struck the Stafford County Sheriff’s deputy’s windshield. The deputy suffered a minor injury. Lee was seriously hurt from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. A helicopter flew him to Fairfax Inova Hospital where he later died. The high-speed chase also led to a three-vehicle wreck on I-95. |

Negro caregiver beat, stabbed a 94-year-old Florissant woman in the face, then he called an Uber   FLORISSANT • A man who helped care for a 94-year-old woman in Florissant killed her by beating her and stabbing her in the face, then summoned an Uber to carry him from the murder scene, authorities say. The caregiver, Tommie C. Coffer Jr., 54, of the 1300 block of Hudson Hills Drive in Ferguson, was charged Dec. 21 with second-degree murder and armed criminal action. Coffer and his mother both worked as caregivers for the victim, Geneva Richardson. They called authorities shortly after 2 p.m. on Dec. 19, saying they had found Richardson dead after going to her home on a cul-de-sac in the first block of Club Grounds North Drive, which winds through the Florissant Golf Club. Richardson’s body was discovered in a pool of blood in the master bedroom. She had injuries to her head, and there was blood on the corner of a nearby dresser. At first her death appeared accidental, perhaps from a fall. Police discovered several checks were missing from Richardson’s home, and found Coffer had three bank deposit receipts totaling more than $2,800. - This negro is a suspect in two other brutal killings. |

One of the callers, a building security guard, said many customers told her of the threats. She found Williams inside and made eye contact with him. “If you keep looking at me I will shoot you in the face,” Williams told a security guard. A moviegoer said a man in the row behind her, who was later identified as Williams, talked to himself and loudly cussed while she was watching “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” in 3-D, the report said. “When (the woman) asked him to be quiet he became verbally aggressive and wanted to fight her.” Another woman added Williams threatened people with a gun, the report said. A theater manager watched moviegoers run out of the theater saying a man was threatening to shoot everyone, the arrest report said. “As he left the Auditorium he continued to threaten people in the hall with graphic sexual threats and challenged patrons to a fight,” the arrest report said. No gun was found, police said. Williams initially was thought to be holding a stick but was, in fact, holding an umbrella wrapped in a blanket, the report said. |

The incident happened around 4:30 p.m. at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, 1200 S. Arlington St., Akron, on Dec. 27, according to a police report. The victim told police that Jermonte D. Bailey, who was her grade school crush, threw a "Polar Pop of urine" on her while she was working at the Popeyes' drive-through, the report said. Polar Pops come in sizes up to 44 ounces. The man later confessed to police that he threw the urine on her because the woman had threatened his family on Facebook Live, according to the report. Bailey was booked into Stark County Jail on an assault charge. |

2 Copper Thieving Negros Found Deaf At Detroit Public Lighting Authority Were ‘Fused Together’  DETROIT – Detroit police say two men were found dead inside of a Public Lighting Authority building on the city’s east side were electrocuted. The discovery was made around 6:50 a.m. Friday by an employee at the facility on Raymond Avenue near Harper and Gratiot. According to police, two unidentified black males pried open the front door of the substation. Once inside, they made contact with roughly 24,000 volts of electricity, police said, which caused their bodies to be fused together but later changed their statement to say the men were found lying closely next to each other. |
Illegal Roach Arrest Made In Davie, FL Sexual Battery Cold Case Hugo Giron-Polanco, 38, was taken into custody Thursday after detectives compared a voluntary DNA sample to one taken from the victim when the attack happened.Police say she was walking in the west end of Robbins Park when a man jumped out, grabbed her, and pulled her shirt over her head in November 2010. The woman said when she struggled to break free, the man repeatedly punched her in the head as he dragged her down a path. She said she was able to see him holding a screwdriver pointed at her abdomen. She said at one point he threw her down on the ground and removed her pants, and underwear, and sexually battered her. At the time there was no DNA hit and Florida’s first “John Doe” warrant was filed. The DNA was recently submitted to a private company for analysis that provided a sketch based on the sample’s profile. Detectives said that new technology led them to find their suspect. Police say Giron-Polanco is in the U.S. illegally. U.S. Border Patrol has placed him on a hold. |

Woman says she was thrown from bridge into Arkansas River after witnessing deadly shooting by black    A woman who witnessed a deadly shooting in Lonoke County was found soaking wet near the Arkansas River early Christmas Day, according to a police report. Jamie Shipp, 42, told police she witnessed a shooting and that she was thrown off of a bridge and into the river. Police said they found Shipp shivering and soaking wet after being called shortly after 3 a.m. Monday to 4400 River Mountain Road. The report said she appeared to have early signs of hypothermia. Shipp said she swam across the river after being thrown from the bridge. The Lonoke County sheriff's office said deputies responded to a shooting shortly before 12:30 a.m. They reportedly found two people shot. One, identified as 49-year-old Arlin Wayne Nugent, suffered fatal injuries. There was no word on the condition of the other. Authorities said two men entered the residence "and began to shoot at the people" inside before kidnapping a female victim. (Nasty, resentful negro) Richard Gilliam, 33, of Little Rock was arrested on charges of capital murder, attempt to commit capital murder, kidnapping and aggravated residential burglary. Joshua Ryan Bridgewaters, 36, of Taylorsville, was charged on Monday in 3rd District Court with first-degree felony murder for 33-year-old Stacey Buchanan’s May 2016, death. Bridgewaters also was charged with obstructing justice, a second-degree felony; and tampering with a witness, a third-degree felony. On May 29, 2016, Bridgewaters and Buchanan had been drinking wine at a house in Murray. Fayetteville negro charged with rape of underage girl, kidnapping Fayetteville — A man is behind bars after police say he raped an underage girl and attacked his family. Police responded to an apartment complex off of Leverett Ave. in Fayetteville where they say 21-year-old Tyri Tasco lives. Police say Tasco raped the victim before holding her down, choking her and covering her face with a pillow. Police say Tasco's mother tried to stop him but couldn't. They say the suspect's brother then stepped in to try and stop him, but Tasco but his ear, cutting it. That's when, police say, Tasco's dad stepped in, but that Tyri wrestled him and punched him in the face. Tasco was later arrested and is facing several charges including rape, kidnapping and assault. |
Woodstock negro charged with rape, child molestation  A Cherokee County black devil has been jailed after reportedly taking a minor against her will to Ridge Ferry Park and raping the minor at Ridge Ferry Park on Wednesday night, police reports stated. According to Floyd County Jail reports: Cameron Jerome White, 30, of 3104 Elana Way, Woodstock, is charged with rape, child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes and false imprisonment. He is accused of transporting her to the park for the purpose of committing child molestation. |
(Black) Male, 29 + Boy, 7 Shot to Death Swissvale, PA Home; 3 Negros Arrested SWISSVALE, Pa. – A man and a young boy were killed in a shooting at a Swissvale home and three people have been arrested. Allegheny County police say the shooting happened Tuesday afternoon on Columbia Street. When officers arrived, they found (black) 29-year-old Walter Stewart Jr. dead and a 7-year-old boy wounded. The boy was taken to a hospital, where he later died. He has since been identified as Jo Lawrence Stewart, a first grader at Wilkins Primary in the Woodland Hills School District. KDKA’s Amy Wadas spoke to the superintendent of the district on Wednesday. He says Jo was a great student and a good kid who touched many lives. Police have charged 23-year-old Donavan Wilson, 26-year-old Brandon Barnett and 30-year-old Jacqua Barnett with two counts of homicide and conspiracy in the shooting. It was not immediately known if they have attorneys who can comment on the charges. |

Police name black killed after attempted robbery at Reading Rd. O'Reilly's Auto Parts store An 18-year-old man was found fatally shot in the parking lot of an automotive parts store on Reading Road after a reported robbery attempt, police said. Cincinnati police responded to the O'Reilly Auto Parts location in Roselawn after reports of a shooting and robbery at about 8:25 p.m. Wednesday, police said. Responding officers found a person shot and down in the parking lot of the store at 7701 Reading Road in Roselawn. The Cincinnati Fire Department responded and was unable to revive the man who was shot. Police identified the man Thursday morning as James Hutsell. A homicide investigation is underway. Cincinnati Police Captain Dennis Swingley said preliminary information indicates two armed suspects entered the store and one of the suspects was shot by a person already in the store. |

26-year-old black man charged in early morning Independence murder after shooting at man 14 times INDEPENDENCE, Mo. — A 26-year-old man is facing charges for the murder of an Independence man on Thursday. William M. Miller-Kirkland has been charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action after the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office said he fired a gun at Teddis A. Burns-El more than a dozen times. Police officers were called to a home in the 1400 block of N. Osage at about 3 a.m. Thursday because of a disturbance. According to court records, witness told police Miller-Kirkland arrived at the home with a gun. Miller-Kirkland’s mother said she tried to get the gun away from him, but he then fired it at Burns-El, hitting the man in the arm. Burns-El fell to the ground, prosecutors said, and then Miller-Kirkland allegedly stood over him and fired several more times before leaving the home. Police found Burns-El dead and 14 shell casings when they arrived at the residence. Officers located Miller-Kirkland, fleeing in a vehicle. He initially refused to stop and then refused to cooperate as police took him into custody. |

San Pedro, CA WF, 21 clinging to life after drunken beaner crashes into Uber car   Family and friends of a 21-year-old San Pedro college student kept vigil at her hospital bedside Wednesday, praying, speaking to her and playing music in the hope she will awaken and recover from serious brain injuries caused by a suspected drunken driver. Ashley Elizabeth Murray remained unconscious in the intensive care unit at County Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, five days after a Carson man allegedly driving under the influence ran a red light in Redondo Beach and plowed into the Uber car she was riding in with a male companion. “We’re doing a lot of talking to her, doing a lot of praying and we are playing music to her,” said her friend, Patrick Garcia. “We know how strong she is and the doctors say the biggest thing she has going for her is her youth.” Murray’s companion, identified in a court document as Blake Reeves, also was seriously injured with internal and facial injuries and remains hospitalized. The Uber driver, who was not identified, complained of pain, but was not seriously hurt.The suspected drunken driver, Jossy Patrick Avalos, 24, suffered a sore wrist in the Dec. 22 crash, authorities said. |

Nassau County cops arrested a father and his two sons Tuesday for importing $25 million of phony luxury bags, watches and other accessories, officials said. Mahmood Nasir, 55, was charged with counterfeiting after an investigation by Nassau police and federal authorities found millions of fake goods in his home, at a storage facility and in another rental property. The phony accessories were emblazoned with brand-name goods Rolex, Burberry, Hublot, Gucci, Prada and Louis Vuitton. The conniving trio shipped the millions in faux luxe goods from China through JFK, and would then resell them to counterfeit merchants in the City, Nassau Police said Wednesday. Phoenix police identify (white) woman, 2 (mixed-race) children killed on Christmas Day by black husband  PHOENIX - New details have been released after a local author and motivational speaker allegedly shot and killed his ex-wife and two children on Christmas Day at a Phoenix apartment complex. According to court documents, witnesses told police they saw the suspect, 45-year-old Anthony Milan Ross, shoot his ex-wife Monday afternoon near 16th Street and Highland Avenue as she tried to run away from him. When witnesses asked Ross if the victim was OK, he responded with a "no" and pointed his gun at them, police said. He then went into his apartment, and witnesses heard two or three more shots, police said. Police have identified the woman as 38-year-old Iris Ross. According to police, he later killed his two children, 10-month-old Anora Ross and 11-year-old Nigel Ross. "I received a text yesterday about 2:52 p.m. Two messages, first one saying 'I just killed Iris and the kids'. The second message was 'with a gun'," said Wogas. "I knew that man was very unstable. Prosecutors Seek Life Without Parole For (black) suspected of murdering (White) man     The Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office wants Earl Martin to spend the rest of his life behind bars. Martin is accused of killing Christopher Hoefling in what police are describing as a drug deal gone bad. Hoefling’s body was found in a car in Evansville last week. Martin is also accused of killing Erica Bradfield, dismembering her body, then stuffing the body parts into trash bags. Martin’s mother found the body parts inside the bags and called police. A DNA match led detectives to Paul Shannon Jacob, who they believe raped a minor in 1995 in Fort Myers. The crime happened Dec. 9, 1995, near Veronica Shoemaker Blvd. The victim told deputies that the suspect offered to drive her to get something to eat. Instead, the victim said the suspect drove to a wooded area and raped her in the car. Then the suspect drove to a nearby apartment complex where he let the victim go. |
(Black) Mucker accused of attempting to rape relative on Christmas Day  A man was arrested on suspicion of attempted rape and sodomy of a relative on Christmas Day, according to court details. Shawn Wayne Mucker, 37, of Louisville was arrested Tuesday evening. On Christmas Day, Mucker began allegedly groping the victim and kissing their neck. When the victim told him to stop, he snatched the relative's phone and threw it in a chair. When the victim ran to get their phone, Mucker grabbed them and pushed the victim into a bedroom. Mucker then grabbed the relative's wrists, pinned them to the ground, undressed them and exposed himself telling them to "suck it," according to online court records.. Mucker also offered the relative $200. |
(Black) Man, 50, arrested in 2016 rape of prostitute Jerry Junior Harvin Jr., of Gainesville, was arrested Tuesday afternoon on a sexual battery charge. A 50-year-old Gainesville man is suspected of raping a woman in February 2016 after an argument over sex for money. Around 11 p.m. on Feb. 21, 2016, a man approached the woman, and the two got into an argument about exchanging sex for money, the report says. When they couldn’t come to an agreement, the woman tried to walk away, but the man pulled her into an empty lot behind a tree and raped her. In November 2016, police identified Harvin as the suspect. Semen found in the woman matched his DNA, according to GPD. |
Court upholds Escambia County sambo sex offender's life sentence - 8-year-old victim An appellate court upheld the sentence of an Escambia County man serving a life sentence, plus 30 years, for sex crimes against a juvenile. In June 2016, James Anthony Stevenson, 34, was convicted of two counts of lewd or lascivious molestation, one count of lewd or lascivious conduct and one count of lewd or lascivious exhibition. Stevenson appealed his most recent convictions, claiming he was denied a fair trial because the court allowed the 8-year-old victim to testify from a chair directly in front of the jury box. |

Keith Alexander Mayes, 37, of 3350 University Ave., No. 50, was arrested Dec. 26 at the Black Hawk County Jail and charged with second-degree sexual abuse. The incident was reported Aug. 19 and allegedly happened around that time, according to police. |
Negro worker charged with homo sex crime of a mental health patient  A man is charged with sexually assaulting a mental health patient in his care earlier this month. The arrest warrant from Fort Pierce police says Atiba Anthony Adams, 29, of Port St. Lucie inappropriately touched the man around Dec. 4. Investigators said he lied to them before eventually telling the truth. The warrant says the patient told another staff member who then called police. Adams turned himself into the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office. A Fort Pierce police report said Adams was an employee of the Department of Children and Families. However, according to a written statement from DCF Communications Director Jessica Sims on Wednesday, Adams is not a current or former employee of DCF. Sims also said the alleged incident occurred at a private medical facility, not a state facility. |
Police: Omaha man captured for killings of parents, niece A man suspected of killing his parents and niece in Nebraska was taken into custody Wednesday in western Tennessee, the same state he fled to after killing his wife two decades ago, authorities said. John Dalton Jr., 46, was captured by the U.S. Marshals Service without incident on Interstate 40 in Jackson, Tennessee, according to a statement from Omaha police. The shootings were reported Tuesday evening in Omaha, which is about 680 miles northwest of Jackson. Dalton was wanted on a first-degree murder felony warrant for the shootings of his parents, 70-year-old John Dalton Sr. and 65-year-old Jean Dalton, in their home. His 18-year-old niece, Leonna Dalton-Phillip, was also killed. Court records indicate John Dalton Jr. was charged with second-degree murder in the fatal shooting of his wife, Shannon Dalton, in September 1998. |

Negro being chased by police - calls 911 to report car he is driving as 'stolen'  YOUNGSTOWN — Reports said a man being chased by police Tuesday afternoon called 911 during the chase to report the car he was driving was stolen. Jamarious Abrams, 21, of Youngstown, is expected to be arraigned on charges of child endangering, fleeing and eluding and other charges emanating from the 3:15 p.m. chase. He also had five warrants from municipal court, including two for robbery. And he has an outstanding warrant from Campbell Municipal Court, reports said. Vice squad officers on patrol tried to pull over a car driven by Abrams on Victor Avenue for failing to stop at a stop sign. Instead of stopping however, Abrams led police on a chase, cutting through several parking lots as he did so. Reports said he lost control of the car at Jacobs Road and Kenyon Avenue and crashed into a utility pole. Tree climbing negro sex offender charged in sexual assault of Jax beach woman  JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. - Police have arrested a 58-year-old registered sex offender from South Carolina and charged him with the sexual assault of a Jacksonville Beach woman two weeks ago in her oceanfront condominium. Jacksonville Beach police arrested Freddie Ellis Jr. on Saturday and charged him with sexual assault, home invasion, armed burglary and failure to register as a sex offender. Police said he entered the 63-year-old victim's home through an open sliding glass door on the second-floor balcony of the South First Street condominium about 3 a.m. Dec. 13. Police have not said how the attacker got up the 12- to 14-foot wall surrounding the back of the building. One resident said that there is a palm tree so close to the wall that it's possible for someone to climb up the tree and then grab the railing. |

BAYTOWN, Texas -- Police will reveal more Wednesday about the murder suspect wanted for stabbing a woman to death more than a year and half after the killing. According to court documents, Byron Lloyd Collins, 29, has been charged with capital murder. On Mother's Day of 2016, Nataliya Shal, 50, was found stabbed facedown in her Baytown apartment. Court records show Collins is accused of trying to sexually assault Shal before the stabbing. Police said her husband, David Englerth who is a truck driver and was out of town, called them asking that they check on her. He wasn't able to reach her by phone. "People talk about soulmates. We were. No doubt," Englerth said in a press conference last year. Officers reportedly saw her body through a window when they arrived. Since then, the search continued for the killer. Police released this sketch of a suspect, but had no luck finding him for months. Now, police have Collins in custody. 
BAYTOWN, Texas - Baytown Police have announced an arrest in the Mother's Day murder of a woman in 2016. According to Baytown PD, Byron Lloyd Collins Jr. has been charged with capital murder in connection with the death of 50-year-old Nataliya Shal. Shal was found inside her Baytown apartment in the 300 block of Baker Road on May 8, 2016. Police say she was "brutally" murdered. According to court documents, Collins also allegedly sexually assaulted her. “We got a killer off the streets. I hope they can sleep a little better tonight,” said Baytown Police Lt. Steve Dorris. “She was always a full-of-life person," said Sheila Shelton, neighbor. "Always smiling - every time I saw her she was smiling."
SPOKANE, Wash. - A dispute between an alleged shooters father and the manager of the apartment complex he lives in could have been the motive for a shooting rampage in Spokane last Tuesday, according to court documents. Twenty-three-year-old Anne Carpenter is facing First-Degree Murder and Attempted First-Degree Murder charges for her alleged involvement at the Westview Manor apartment shooting on the Lower South Hill Dec. 19th.
