3 (black female) employees charged with murder after disabled (White) woman left in van of Brenham living center    BRENHAM, Texas -- Three employees have been charged with murder in connection to the death of a disabled woman discovered unresponsive in the back of a van in July. Officials have charged Sylvia Pratt, Charlotte Washington and Lecreshia Miles with murder. All three were employees at the Brenham State Supported Living Center. According to investigators, Amy Parrish went missing on Tuesday, July 11. After an extensive search, Parrish was discovered unresponsive inside the back of a van used to transport residents, according to a statement given to Eyewitness News by the Texas Health and Humans Services Commission. Employees started CPR, and Parrish was rushed to a nearby hospital, where she was then pronounced dead. "Our residents are like family to us, and this is incredibly upsetting to everyone," Carrie Williams, Chief Press Officer with Texas HHSC, said in July. Williams initially said the incident appeared to be an accident. It's not clear how long Parrish was in the van, how she got there, if the doors were unlocked or if she got in herself. Police Arrest BLACK Suspect Wanted for Hit-And-Run - White woman dead - White boyfriend injured   TREVOSE, Pa. — Authorities have arrested a suspect wanted in a hit-and-run that left a teenage girl dead. Police say 48-year-old James Howell struck 19-year-old Jessica Kurtz and 18-year-old Will Vanarsdale as they crossed the street in Trevose. The accident happened along Street Road and Philmont Avenue on Nov. 27. Kurtz later died from her injuries.
Police say Howell briefly stopped to move the victims out of the road. Howell’s truck was recovered a few days later and processed for evidence.
He was located Thursday near 52nd Street and Haverford Avenue in West Philadelphia and taken into custody. - (Black-on-white) |

BLACK Carjacking suspect charged with murder for crash near Lambert that killed (White) boy, 9    A suspected carjacker who crashed into a family's sedan near Lambert airport last spring, fatally injuring a 9-year-old boy, was charged Friday with the boy's murder. The boy, Caleb Lee, had just returned from a Disney World trip with relatives when their car was hit by an SUV that was fleeing police on April 25. Caleb died May 5. St. Louis County prosecutors on Friday charged Darian Cummings, 17, with one count of second-degree murder, three counts of second-degree assault and one count of tampering with a motor vehicle. Cummings' bail is set at $1 million. Cummings was 16 years old on the day of the crash, and has been held by juvenile authorities ever since. He turned 17 about a month later. On Thursday, Cummings was certified to stand trial as an adult. He has never been publicly identified until Friday. Nappy-headed killer black Suspect in Colorado Springs homicide (of White man) surrenders  COLORADO SPRINGS - Colorado Springs police announced Friday morning that a man wanted for a double shooting outside a Family Dollar has surrendered to authorities in Pennsylvania. 24-year-old Donte Jose Mayo was wanted on a charge of first-degree-murder for the shooting that killed 18-year-old Alex Eugene Ainsworth and seriously injured another teenager on October 26. On the day of the shooting, police arrived at the scene on the 2300 block of East Boulder St. to find the two victims with gunshot wounds inside a car. Ainsworth died from his injuries less than a week after the shooting. The name of the second victim has not been released by police. According to Colorado Springs Police, Mayo surrendered on Tuesday in Pittsburgh. Members of a fugitive task force had attempted multiple times to capture Mayo before his surrender. Robert has lived in Las Vegas for 55 years and is also a World War II veteran. "These golden years have not been so golden due to this and there's nothing I can do to undo that," said Hitechew. Hitechew can't change the past, but he hopes to change the future by telling his story. Robert was attacked and robbed while walking home two years ago. Herbert Jackson Jr. and a 15-year-old boy were arrested. "Mr. Jackson and his accomplice stalked him across the street and waited until he got into a residential area outside of prying eyes and came up from behind him and hit him on the head from behind," Hitechew said. They also broke Robert's hip and leg, he now lives in an assisted-living facility. This wasn't Jackson's first run-in with the law. In 2008, he was charged with a crime against a person 65 years or older. "This man chooses these victims carefully. He goes after elderly people because he thinks they're soft and they're vulnerable and it's an easy mark for him," he said. According to initial reports, Portis drove Allen to the emergency department after an incident at Western Motel, on US 80, in Meridian. New Orleans man indicted on rape, kidnapping charges  A 53-year-old New Orleans man was indicted Thursday (Dec. 7) on rape and kidnapping charges after investigators say he held a woman against her will for 19 hours in July, repeatedly raping her, forcing her to smoke crack and burning her with cigarettes. An Orleans Parish grand jury charged Antoine Smith with one count of first-degree rape and one count of second-degree kidnapping, according to the Orleans Parish District Attorney's office. The beatings and rapes, along with other abuse, occurred July 17 and 18 at Smith's apartment in the 7100 block of Crowder Boulevard in New Orleans East, police said. The woman who reported the crimes was an acquaintance of Smith's and had gone to his apartment to retrieve some of her belongings, according to arrest documents for Smith. An affidavit sworn by NOPD Sex Crimes Unit Detective Tyra Pryitt said when the woman arrived at Smith's home, about 9 p.m. July 17, Smith began beating her. |

New Details Revealed in Murder Investigation - (White) woman dies protecting her dog from Negro killer  MOBILE, Ala. – A judge in Mobile County denied bond for Nathanael McCorvey Wednesday saying he was a danger to the public. McCorvey is charged with murder, robbery and kidnapping after an incident Monday at a home on Westchester Drive in Theodore where one woman was found dead in her front yard. The victim was identified as 45-year-old Shannon Montgomery. Prosecutors also revealed new information about the events leading up to the shooting and the events after Montgomery was killed. Prosecutors say there were three separate victims for each one of the charges that McCorvey faces. During his bond hearing, prosecutors said McCorvey went to the home on Westchester Drive to confront his ex-girlfriend who was staying at Montgomery’s home. During an argument, he stole her backpack, according to prosecutors. During the argument, Montgomery’s dog began barking and prosecutors say McCorvey shot at the dog. Montgomery got in the way of the bullet to protect her dog and was struck. She later died from the wounds. After the shooting, prosecutors say McCorvey held his ex-girlfriend’s mother at gunpoint and told her to get in her car to drive them away. Winston Burton, 58, was officially sentenced Monday to life on a charge of first-degree murder. Prosecutors say Burton waited for 42-year-old Shelli Crockett to arrive at the Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital — where she worked — in November 2016. Witnesses who testified in the case said Burton dragged Crockett out of her car and stabbed her to death. Crockett had taken out a protective order against Burton two months before her death. Burton faced a mandatory life sentence due to his violent history — which included shooting his girlfriend and stabbing his wife — that dates back to 1976. Kiehm met one woman on Tinder in August 2015, and repeatedly hit her up for cash, saying it was for his sister’s cancer treatment. Johnny Phifer, 15, was certified Thursday to stand trial as an adult. He is charged with capital murder and attempted capital murder for his alleged role in robberies on June 6 and July 12. Dustin Bernard, 22, who was charged this summer with attempted capital murder in the July 12 robbery, is also a suspect in the June 6 killing of Kera Teel, according to a probable cause affidavit released on Friday. Kera Teel, 19, was seven months pregnant when she was shot in the parking lot of the SiennaTrails apartment complex just before 2 a.m. on June 6 during an attempted robbery. Kyndal Teel died after her birth at a Beaumont hospital. According to the affidavit, autopsies revealed that Kera died from gunshot wounds to her upper body, and Kyndal "died as a result of her mother dying." Bernard allegedly drove Phifer and another 15-year-old, who is in police custody but has not yet been certified to stand trial as an adult, to Sienna Trails in his black BMW, planning to burglarize cars and rob people, the affidavit states. Phifer told police that the other minor, wearing a white cloth over his face, tried to open Teel's car door. When she refused to open the door, he forcibly opened it and shot her, Phifer said. He told police that he and Bernard witnessed the shooting and that all three fled in the BMW to another location, where they attempted to rob another person, according to the affidavit. - (Black-on-white) |

Memphis police said the incident happened on the evening of Monday, November 20 in the 3600 block of Jackson Avenue. Knight was suffering from a gunshot wound after being shot in the left side of her neck. She was rushed to Regional One Medical Center in critical condition but later died from her injuries. Surveillance video was later released by a nearby business. The footage revealed a suspect vehicle. Investigators identified four possible suspects. After interviewing the suspects, all four admitted full or partial involvement in the homicide as well as a prior robbery attempt. But the victim’s family feels she has not spent enough time paying for her crimes. "Do your light sentence and, early release after six months, that's just a slap in the face right at the holidays," said James Majkut, whose 34-year-old wife Debra was killed. He tells FOX 7 that he suffered a severe concussion and has temporarily lost hearing in his right ear. For now, it has caused him to stop performing as a saxophonist. The man said he was minding his own business when he was assaulted. His biggest hope is that police can find the guy, before something worse happens. "I didn't do anything and to have this random, random act of violence against you...like how safe would you feel after that?" said Michael Temple, victim of alleged assault. Michael Temple was leaving Friends Bar around 1:45 Saturday morning. He was headed to his car when he said he came across a group of six or seven African American men at sixth and Sabine.
"When I was walking by them the dude said, 'F Donald Trump' and then just full force punched me right in the ear," said Temple. He was knocked to the ground, then got back up. Moments later he said he was sucker-punched again, in the back of the head, before the men scattered off. "Got back to my car, made it home thank God. That night I couldn't hear out of my ear at all. The next day I wake up and couldn't hear out of my ear, so I went to urgent care. She saw there was fluid behind my ear," said Temple. "To me, honestly, I think it's a hate crime. Why would you say 'F Donald Trump' and hit me? If you just hit me and didn't say anything... but am I associated with Donald Trump because, does white mean you're associated with Donald Trump? I didn't vote for him, I don't stand for anything he believes in," said Temple. |

Statistics from Consumer Affairs show 23 million Americans will have their packages stolen this year. Philadelphia police released surveillance video of recent package thefts in Manayunk. A man takes packages from the front steps of homes along the 4300 block of Dexter Street and the 200 block of Hermitage Street. Police say he has a distinct limp and drives a dark-colored four-door sedan, possibly a Hyundai. Shocking surveillance footage of the attack and the two guards fleeing emerged last week as the Department of Corrections launched an investigation into it. The victim: Danny Carlos, a 32-year-old father from Redwood City. The deal started on the ‘letgo’ app. What was supposed to be a quick sale turned into a robbery and eventually murder. “Danny was doing everything right in regards to using the app,” said Alameda County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Ray Kelly. Perhaps you’ve seen the commercials for the letgo app, where people can list items for sale similarly to Craigslist. On Sunday, November 18th just after 1 p.m., Danny Carlos drove to a busy gas station in San Leandro to sell his iPhone 10. He’d listed it for sale on the app. Investigators say the two men who were supposed to buy the phone decided to rob him, and when something went wrong, they shot him. Carlos died instantly. Kelly said, “He left behind a young daughter, a daughter that will grow up without her dad.” Investigators were determined to find Carlos’ killers. The 34-year-old was booked late Monday night and charged with burglary to a motor vehicle. He also had active warrants for domestic assault, theft, evading arrest, burglarizing a vehicle and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon. Police say Canada ransacked a St. Jude family’s vehicle while they were parked outside of Gus’s Chicken’s Downtown location this past Thursday. 87-year-old (White) Elderly Woman Dead After Three Demonic Black Beasts Rob Citrus Heights Rite Aid  CITRUS HEIGHTS -- An 87-year-old woman died Saturday after she was knocked down while she was walking into a Citrus Heights Rite Aid as three men were escaping after robbing the store's pharmacy Monday. Marilyn Stribley had been in critical condition since the incident. According to the Citrus Heights Police Department, the men walked into the store on Auburn Boulevard, jumped the pharmacy counter and demanded pharmacists give them various prescription drugs. After being handed an undisclosed number of medications, the three men ran away as Stribley was entering the store. One of the men knocked her over, causing her to fall back and hit the ground. She lost consciousness and when first responders arrived, Stribley had no pulse. First responders revived Stribley and she was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.They are described as three black men all 18 to 20 years old. One man was seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black gloves and black and white shoes. The second suspect was seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt with the number 100 across the chest and blue jeans. Charges upgraded after 88-year-old (White) Florence dies from gunshot by n*gger devil in attempted carjack  TIMMONSVILLE – Timmonsville Police Chief Billy Brown says three adults and a juvenile face murder charges for the shooting that killed an 88-year-old woman. According to Chief Brown, the incident occurred while the woman was stopped at a stop sign on Kershaw and Byrd Street in Timmonsville around 6 p.m. Aug. 28. Brown says two men got out of a white car and went up to the woman’s vehicle and shot into her car when she would not open the window. Brown says two other men stayed inside the car during the incident. Officers arrived within minutes to find the 88-year-old woman had been shot. The woman drove, wounded by at least one gun shot, to a neighbor’s house. “It all happened in a flash,” said neighbor Woody Timmons. “She just made it here to my driveway and pulled in and started honking the horn.” Timmons said it was obvious something was wrong. “A lady was sitting in the driveway with the engine running and was shot. She had a hole in her shoulder, a bullet hole, and the car windows obviously someone had shot the car so I just grabbed the phone and called 911,” said Timmons. The woman, later identified as Katherine Wilson, was in the hospital for nearly a week before she died. Florence County Coroner Keith von Lutcken says the autopsy showed that Wilson died as a result of the shooting. Javarius Smith, Juwan Smith, and Alfred Lamar were first charged with attempted murder, kidnapping and possession of a firearm during a violent crime. Now those three suspects, and a 16-year-old, each face a murder charge. Kevin Kvon Commander was arrested for accessory before the fact and criminal conspiracy. He will also be charged with unlawful possession of a handgun. Diante Rogers was charged by Marion police with larceny, possession of a weapon by unlawful person, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, robbery, kidnapping, and conspiracy. - (Black-on-white) |

3 teens charged as adults in deadly beating of homeless man in Philadelphia  Three teenage boys were charged as adults Monday after they allegedly beat a homeless man in Philadelphia, robbed him and left him for dead, police said. Brandon Conrad, 14, and Malik Page, 16, were charged with murder, criminal conspiracy, robbery and other related offenses, FOX29 Philadelphia reported. Emmanual Harris, 17, was charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, robbery and other offenses. Kevin Cullen was in the Philadelphia’s Holmesburg neighborhood on Nov. 26 when the teenage boys allegedly beat and robbed him, Philly.com reported. LOUIS, Mo. _A man has been charged in connection with a fatal shooting involving an Imo’s Pizza delivery driver. The Circuit Attorney’s Office issued warrants for one count of Murder 2nd and one count of Robbery 1st against Montel Smith, 24, of the 1400 block of Hoage. His bond was set at $500,000 cash only. The delivery driver shot and killed a man who tried to rob him in south St. Louis on Thursday, November 30. Officers were dispatched to the 4600 block of Spring around 11:30 p.m. for a report of a shooting. The victim, a 41-year-old white male, told police he was in the process of delivering food when two men attempted to rob him. One of the suspects struck the man in the head with a firearm. The same suspect started to fire shots at him when he ran back to his vehicle. The delivery driver returned fire with his own handgun and was not hit during the gunfight. Smith fled the scene on foot. The pizza delivery driver, who suffered a cut to his head, was able to return to work after the attempted robbery. That is where he called police. (Black) Gunman who dressed as elderly woman in attack on ex, her brother sentenced INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – An Indianapolis man was sentenced to 80 years in prison for the attempted murder of his ex-girlfriend and her brother in July 2015. Witnesses said Michael Love was dressed as an elderly woman, wearing a brown dress, stockings, a wig and a mask, when he approached a Sultanna Reed and Zach Guyton as they loaded children in an SUV to go to day care. Love approached the vehicle, pulled a handgun out of a plastic grocery bag and fired multiple shots at Reed, his ex-girlfriend, striking her three times. Her brother tried to come to her aid and Love shot him once in the face. At the time of the attack, there was a protective order in place intended to prevent Love from approaching his ex-girlfriend. The two victims were rushed to a hospital in critical condition but survived. Love was arrested soon after. Love was found guilty on Nov. 1 and sentenced Friday to 80 years in the Indiana Department of Correction. |
Owners Chase After Coons Who Run On Dems Pretty Feets Out of Phao's Nails Salon Without Paying   Nail salon employees were pepper sprayed in the face after they chased after customers who darted out of their business without paying, Concord police said. The incident happened just after 8 p.m. Thursday at Ruby's Nail Spa. Owner Thao Phao said four people had elaborate manicures, with each nail having a design or diamond sparkles. A man with the group got a pedicure. Phao said the group owed about $200, but ran off. When she and her co-workers chased after the group they were pepper sprayed, Phao said. |

(Racist black) Suspect in Kansas City serial trail killings (of White men) charged in new case     KANSAS CITY, Mo. – A suspect in the surprise-attackshooting deaths of two men in Kansas City, Missouri, is now charged in a woman's killing. Prosecutors on Friday charged 22-year-old Fredrick Demond Scott of Kansas City with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in the shooting death of 64-year-old Karen Harmeyer of Grandview. The indictment didn't include details of the death but KCTV reports an officer was called in July to investigate a dead body. Once the officer arrived, witnesses told him about Harmeyer, who lived in woods behind a church. The officer entered the campsite and found her decomposed body inside a tent. Scott previously was charged in two killings and is a person of interest in three others. All those victims were older white men. Scott is black.
