New DNA technology used to generate (BLACK) suspect sketch in murder of (White) woman Sherry Black   SOUTH SALT LAKE Utah - A new lead in the unsolved murder of Sherry Black was announced Thursday. Police say they sent off blood evidence found at the scene that did not belong to Sherry Black to a lab specializing in a new DNA technology. The lab called Parabon NanoLabs uses a technology called "Snapshot" to extract DNA and produce a report and composite sketch of the person involved. In this case, they used the DNA to reverse engineer what the suspect would look like. They are able to determine ancestry, hair color, eye color, skin color and face shape. Police are able to use that information to narrow the suspect list and generate leads. At the Thursday after press conference, Sherry Black's daughter spoke about finding the suspect. "As has been said, seven years ago to the day, my mom Sherry Black was brutally murdered," said Heidi Miller. "The person who killed her is still out there. It's been way too long. We need to catch that person so he can't hurt anybody else." To date, there's been no arrest despite clues left behind by the suspect. At the crime scene, police said he left behind a belt and blood. In recent months, the teenager caused him more and more grief, a friend of Heath said. In the last few years, Allie started associating with individuals that Heath wasn't particularly fond of. But Heath kept his heartache private, said Bill Zimmerman, Heath's friend for more than 20 years. Heath, who worked as a welder and pipefitter and was a cancer survivor, kept working to be a good parent and kept loving Allie, Zimmerman said. "He just had a heart as big as the sun," he said. Authorities have accused Alexandria Heath and her POS black boyfriend, Romaine Jirdon, 19, of killing the 58-year-old in the father's 459 W. Ferry St. apartment where the 17-year-old also lived. Heath was found beaten and stabbed to death. Allie and her boyfriend each face a second-degree murder charge and were being held without bail in the Erie County Holding Center. They're due back in Buffalo City Court on Wednesday. Disgusting Egyptian gymnastics doctor pleads guilty to sexual assaults   LANSING, Mich. — A sports doctor accused of molesting girls while working for USA Gymnastics and Michigan State University pleaded guilty Wednesday to multiple charges of sexual assault and will face at least 25 years in prison. Dr. Larry Nassar, 54, was charged with molesting seven girls, mostly under the guise of treatment at his Lansing-area home and a campus clinic. All but one of his accusers were gymnasts. He faces similar charges in a neighboring county and lawsuits filed by more than 125 women and girls. BLACK Jones faces murder charge in death of (White) bail bondsman and White cabdriver Ricky Lillie   A black man charged in the slaying of an Iowa City cab driver earlier this year now faces a new murder charge in the death of an Iowa City bail bondsman who was found shot to death in his office seven months ago. Curtis C. Jones, 41, of Mount Pleasant will face a first-degree murder charge in the death of Jonathan Wieseler, police and prosecutors said at a news conference Monday announcing the charge. Jones is already in jail facing a first-degree murder charge in connection with the death of Iowa City cab driver Ricky Ray Lillie, 46, in June. He is set to face trial on that charge on April 9, 2018, in Scott County. Jones was out on parole, released last fall seven years early following an armed robbery conviction. He was paroled even though he had been deemed a high risk to commit more violence, according to state records. Wieseler, 34, was found dead in his office at Lederman Bail Bonds on April 23. His death was ruled a homicide. An Iowa City police complaint states that between 10:20 and 10:32 p.m. on April 22, Jones shot Wieseler in the head with a small caliber firearm, killing him. - (Black-on-white) |

Black Tampa Serial Killer arrested, to be charged in string of Tampa murders   Tampa police said Tuesday night they had arrested a 24-year-old man and that he would be charged with murder in four shooting deaths in the Seminole Heights neighborhood that had stoked fears of a serial killer in the area. Howell Emanuel Donaldson III, 24, will be charged with four counts of first degree, premeditated murder in the killings of Benjamin Edward Mitchell, Monica Caridad Hoffa, Anthony Naiboa and Ronald Felton, Tampa police chief Brian Dugan said in a press conference Tuesday. Donaldson was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon at a McDonald's after another employee said he handed a gun to a manager, who then reached out to an officer in the building, CBS affiliate WTSP reports. "When I think I found out there was a gun, and when we looked at his description, it was a little more than what we really had," Dugan said. "It just felt right. I kinda had a feeling that we were going to get a break." Investigators are still determining Donaldson's connection to the neighborhood, Dugan said. - (Black fags) |

Black beast sentenced for mutilating ex-girlfriend's breasts with scissors LINCOLN COUNTY, S.D. — A man convicted of aggravated assault for using scissors to with mutilate the breasts of his ex-girlfriend has been sentenced to 45 years in prison. Prosecutors had asked that Tony Ledbetter be sentenced to 30 years as part of plea deal, but on Tuesday a judge rejected the deal and sentenced Ledbetter to the maximum number of years allowed under the law. Ledbetter, 46, called 911 in October 2016 after assaulting the victim, who was pregnant with his child. The victim told police they were arguing when Ledbetter punched her, slammed her head on the ground, and tried to muffle her screams by placing a forearm on her throat and stuffing a blanket in her mouth. The teen was arrested for forcing a boy down an alleyway on East Pleasant Street in East Mount Airy and sexually assaulting him. After serving search warrants at multiple addresses believed to be connected to the teenager, it was a jacket seen in home surveillance video that ultimately helped police link him to that crime and possibly others. Volusia County deputies on Tuesday arrested Obtravies Watkins, 34, and charged him with kidnapping, sexual battery using force and driving with a suspended license. He was taken into custody at the Volusia County Branch Jail where he remained Wednesday morning awaiting his first appearance. Detectives are also working up arrest affidavits on Watkins for sex battery charges in Flagler. |
Woman who wandered away from friends in Raleigh was raped by silverback negro  RALEIGH -- A search warrant alleges an intoxicated woman who wandered away from her friends in downtown Raleigh was raped after getting in a man's car. According to the court document, it happened November 26. The alleged victim got in the man's car in the area of 300 Fayetteville Street. The woman said she later woke up to find herself in the back seat with 63-year-old Charles Singleton on top of her raping her. She got out of the car and ran to a nearby gas station where she called a family member for help. The search warrant asks a judge to force Singleton to submit DNA evidence for matching with a sexual assault kit from the victim. It also shows the evidence was collected along with some of Singleton's clothing. Singleton is charged with second-degree forcible rape by the Raleigh Police Department. |

Mother fights off negro trying to assault her in a Royal Palm Beach park bathroom  ROYAL PALM BEACH, Fla. - Parents are frightened to hear what a mother went through Sunday evening while at Commons Park in Royal Palm Beach. "It's a mother's worst nightmare." Another parent said, "Definitely scary to hear." Sheriff's deputies said the woman told them she was at the park with her 1-year-old child when they went to the restroom. When the woman walked out of the bathroom stall, a man was coming out of the stall next to her. She told detectives the man, 20-year-old Carlos Andresil, offered her money for sex, not once, but twice. When she refused, she told deputies the man grabbed her and pushed her into the stall. She said she fought back, screaming and hitting him. The woman and her baby, who was in a stroller escaped. She called for help. "Thank goodness she was able to get away and I'm glad that they apprehended him. Good for her for actually fighting him off. You always hope that that would be your reaction and outcome, really scary," a parent said. |

Cape Coral negro gets life in prison for August 2015 kidnapping, rape  A 29-year-old Cape Coral man was sentenced to life in prison for an August 2015 rape. Chunsi William Vines, 29, on Tuesday received life for one count of kidnapping, 30 years for sexual battery by threatening use of force or violence and five years for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. In October, a Lee County jury convicted Vines on the charges following a two-day trial. Vines found his victim by responding to an advertisement placed on Backpage.com, a search engine for free classified ads. Vines met her at a home for sale in Cape Coral in August 2015 where he raped her, threatened her with a weapon and to drown her. When he filled the bathtub in the home with water, the woman was able to jump out of a window to get away. A second woman came forward after hearing about his arrest for that crime. She had been attacked by him in May 2015. He raped her too, threatened her with weapons and tried to drown her in a pool. She was able to cut through a screen to get to safety. |
Canada Groid in Raincoat sprays bleach on subway riders  A Toronto man is facing assault charges after he allegedly sprayed subway passengers with an unknown substance last week. The incident happened on a northbound train near Spadina station around 1:45 p.m. on Nov. 17, when an unknown man approached two passengers, police say. The man then sprayed the passengers, police allege. The liquid caused one of the passenger’s eyes to become red and irritated. The passenger was rushed to a hospital and was treated for exposure. Police released an image later that day of the man carrying a spray bottle and a green plastic bag. On Sunday, Tristan Anthony Miller, 26, was arrested and charged with two counts of assault with a weapon and two counts of administering a noxious substance. |

Lowrie Simon, 37, of the Opa-locka Police Department, wanted to talk to the 17-year-old boy he believed was having sex with his daughter. The alleged incident occurred at the boy’s residence in Pembroke Park, the Sun Sentinel said. Two more suspects charged in Cleveland car dealership killings   CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Two more suspects are charged in the April 14 slaying of a couple at their used-car business in Cleveland's Collinwood neighborhood. Jerome Diggs Jr., 23, and Andrew Keener, 24, both of Cleveland, are each charged with aggravated murder in the deaths of Michael Kuznik, 47, and Trina Tomola, 46, officials announced at a Monday news conference. Family remembers (White) homeless man beaten to death in Mayfair MAYFAIR -- The search for suspects continues following the brutal beating death of a homeless man in the Mayfair section of Philadelphia. A surveillance camera captured the moments surrounding Sunday night's attack that left 57-year-old Kevin Cullen dead. "He was viscously assaulted by a pack of youths," he said. "They beat him into unconsciousness, from which he never recovered." Shortly before 6 p.m. Sunday police were called to the 4200 block of Loring Street for a robbery. Officers found Cullen lying on the ground unconscious. The seconds before the brutal beating were recorded by a home surveillance video camera. The video shows Cullen being followed before he was attacked out of frame. One resident ran to help. "They were laughing, like it was funny," that resident told Action News. "They hit his head into a wall so hard I felt it in my house on the second floor." |
Negro Son accused of killing, dismembering father; cut off penis - Posted selfies to Facebook - (graphic) CHICAGO — A 26-year-old man was charged after police said he brutally killed his 61-year-old father in the city’s Morgan Park neighborhood Saturday. Carlton Edmondson was arrested Saturday and faces a first-degree murder charge and violation of an order of protection, the Chicago Tribune reports. He is accused of killing and dismembering his father, Carl Edmondson on the 11500 block of South Bishop Street. Officers went to conduct a well-being check on the elder Edmondson. When officials arrived, they found his body in the basement with severe blunt force trauma to his head and other injuries. The Chicago Tribune said the man’s head had been smashed in and blood and brain matter were splattered on the floor and walls. The victim’s penis had been severed and police located a piece of it in the basement, according to a statement read in court. The man also suffered deep lacerations to his lower body. Officials also told the Tribune that the body smelled like gasoline. Carl Edmondson had requested an order of protection against his son. |

Three n*word feral fatherless male teenagers charged for rape of 14-year-old girl outside York Fair Three 16-year-old boys are facing charges of raping a 14-year-old girl at gunpoint outside the York Fair. The victim told investigators that she was walking around the fair with friends on September 22 as Andrew Miller, Kelvin Mercedes, and Daishon Richardson followed behind them. The criminal complaint states that the three boys told the victim that they wanted to show her something, and that she should follow them. The victim stated that they then left the fair and walked to Dick Auto Parts Store on Leonard Street, which is where she first saw the gun which was displayed by Mercedes, according to the affidavit. The 14-year-old said there was police driving around, so they left and went to another parking lot across the football field. The affidavit states that investigators later determined the lot was the Reliance Crane and Hoist on Orange Street. There, the victim says that Mercedes put the gun to her head and told her to perform oral sex. |
Black female (negress) ‘The Voice’ Finalist Arrested In Aspen ASPEN, Colo. – A woman who was a finalist on the reality TV show “The Voice” was arrested in Aspen. Gabrielle “Goldie” Nowee is accused of obstructing police. Investigators say it happened on Saturday when Nowee’s friend, Virgil Buchanan, allegedly stole a purse from a parked car. Police say Buchanan used a credit card inside of the purse to buy $6,000 worth of gift cards at grocery stores. Investigators say Buchanan was arrested and bonded out of jail. Police found the Buchanan and Nowee trying to get into their hotel room before police could get a warrant to search it. Nowee was on “The Voice” in 2012. She’s now a songwriter in Los Angeles. |

Cowardly, craven and cruel black attacks on animals - black Arrested, Charged With Animal Abuse After Shooting LEXINGTON, Ky. — A man was arrested Monday after police say he shot a dog multiple times. It happened around 6 p.m. on New Orleans Court. Police were called to the area for a report of shots fired. When they arrived, Jeremy Lawton, 32, of Lexington, gave multiple conflicting statements regarding a dog on the property. According to the arrest citation, witnesses told police they heard multiple gunshots, then a dog whimpering, followed by additional gunshots. They also advised that there was a dog at the residence earlier day. Officers later found the dog, which had suffered multiple gunshot wounds all over its body and head. They also recovered two weapons from Lawton's home, which police say he admitted to purchasing. Lawton was arrested and charged with persistent felony offender, two counts of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and torture of a dog/cat with serious physical injury or death. |
14-year-old (White female) Colleyville Heritage student killed in crash caused by drunken illegal mex alien  LAKE WORTH, Texas - Counselors will be at Colleyville Heritage High School this week to help students deal with the loss of a classmate over the holidays. School district officials said 14-year-old Rhyan Moody was killed in a car crash on Thanksgiving night in Lake Worth, a suburb of Fort Worth. Her family said the crash was caused by a suspected drunken driver. Police confirmed the arrest of 38-year-old Jose Victor Chaparro-Saenz at the scene. He was charged with manslaughter, two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and resisting arrest. Chaparro-Saenz allegedly ran a red light and was speeding when he slammed into the back of the car Moody was riding in. Two other people in the car were hurt. First responders found alcohol in the suspect’s SUV and said he appeared intoxicated. Police said he could face more charges pending the outcome of the investigation. "He rolled up the window on officers and wouldn't get out of the vehicle had to break out the glass got the door unlocked he tried to fight them, fight the officers they got him out of the vehicle got him handcuffed at the scene," said Lake Worth PD Chief Corry Blount. The U.S. Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement also has an immigration hold on Chaparro-Saenz, so he has no bond. |

(BLACK) Man accused of murdering (white) woman, burning condo takes plea deal  CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — A man accused of murdering a woman in her home and setting her condo on fire will avoid life in prison after taking a plea deal. 44-year-old Onyale Hughes was charged for the murder of 62-year-old Robyn Furmanski. Furmanski was pulled out from a fire in her condo at 1218 Oakland Road NE back on March 31 2016, but died at St. Luke's Hospital. An autopsy revealed that she died from blunt force head trauma, smoke inhalation and thermal injuries, but her death was ruled a homicide. - (Black-on-white) |

Hobart Police said 32-year-old Lenard Adams has been charged with rape, kidnapping, fraud, intimidation and theft. These charges were the result of accounts from at least four women, according to police. Adams, who lists home addresses in Park Forest, Ill., and Merrillville, Ind., operated in Las Vegas, Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin and Illinois, police said. He is charged with crimes that occurred between November 2016 and last month, police said. Lt. James Gonzalez of the Hobart Police Department said in most cases, Adams told women he was a neurosurgeon who needed to buy children gifts for charity. (Black) Robbery suspect beaten with bat by Raleigh store clerk RALEIGH, N.C. — A suspected robber was beaten with a baseball bat by the store clerk who he robbed Tuesday morning at a convenience store in Raleigh, police said. Police responded to the scene of the robbery and beating at the Circle K located at 2506 S. Saunders Street around 12:25 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found the clerk standing above the suspect and holding a baseball bat. The clerk told CBS North Carolina that the suspect, identified as William Winston III, 51, of Raleigh, said he had a gun and demanded money. After the clerk gave him cash, the clerk chased him down with a bat. Police said the clerk was on the phone with 911 during and after the robbery. |

Troopers arrested 33-year-old Kwanza Jermaine Donald and charged him with two counts of attempted murder. He is currently being booked into the Lake County Jail. Troopers were able to review surveillance video and identified Donald's vehicle as being in the area and matching the victim's description. According to police, Elizabeth Richardson, 27, was shot in the face by an unknown assailant at around 3am while she was working at Lachey’s Bar. Local police believe the shooter was driving a van and shouting obscenities at her at the time of the incident, according to WLWT-TV. (BLACK) Man convicted of murder in beating death of (White) man in Stowe Township     A Mount Oliver man was convicted Thursday of the 2015 murder of a man in Stowe Township. A jury convicted Brandone Johnson, 21, of second-degree murder, robbery and conspiracy. He was sentenced to life in prison without parole. The victim, 44-year-old David Poole, was walking with a woman on Frazier Avenue on Memorial Day weekend in 2015 when three men approached them. Police said Johnson robbed Poole of $60 and a cellphone, punching him twice and knocking him to the ground. Poole died from his injuries about two months after the attack. Poole's sisters told Channel 11 that they are thankful justice was served. "We were overwhelmed with emotions," said Tiffany Chioda after the sentencing. "We're just thankful ... that he's off the streets so (Johnson) cannot hurt anyone else." Tina Ernst, Poole's other sister, said it's been a difficult two years. "We watched my brother pass away for 59 days, and that was probably the hardest thing we've ever experienced together," Ernst said. (Black) Inmates brutally attack (White) Rikers correction captain  RIKERS ISLAND -- Exclusive new video obtained by Eyewitness News shows inmates brutally attacking a New York City Department of Correction captain at Rikers Island. The attack occurred on Thanksgiving inside the Otis Bantum Correctional Center around 2 p.m. Captain Ghauri was making rounds in the housing area followed by two other captains, when suddenly an inmate spontaneously attacked him, punched him in the face, and knocked him to the floor. Two other inmates then joined in on the assault. "It's a horrible video to view, but the more horrible thing is this is not isolated," says Correction Captains Association President Patrick Ferraiuolo. The inmate who slammed Ghauri to the ground and repeatedly punched him has since been identified as 33-year-old Jason Reid, a known gang member. Eyewitness News spoke with Captain Ghauri before his follow-up doctor's appointment on Saturday. BLACK Texarkana man allegedly seen in viral video of beating a pit bull has been arrested  TEXARKANA, Texas - Texarkana Police have arrested the man, they believe is connected to the vicious abuse of a pit bull puppy. A warrant for LeGus Holloway, 69, was issued on Monday after a video surfaced online last weekend that showed him viciously abusing a pit bull puppy outside of a Texarkana residence. The video went viral and garnered attention from across the nation and around the world. The puppy's owner (which is not Holloway) took it to a local veterinary clinic for treatment on Sunday evening, where it was determined that it had suffered a broken leg. |

Police: (Black) wraps chain around woman, holds knife to her neck before being shot by officer PHOENIX - A suspect is dead after an officer-involved shooting in downtown Phoenix Friday afternoon. Crews responded to the scene near 3rd Avenue and Culver Street after receiving reports of a suspicious person yelling in an alley. When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered a man sitting with his back against a garage and his arms wrapped around a 57-year-old woman while holding a knife to her neck, a Phoenix police spokesperson said. Police have identified the suspect as 43-year-old Thomas Aikens. An officer attempted to negotiate with Aikens, but he continued to threaten to kill the woman and at one point told officers he was sitting on a bomb, officials said. According to police, a second officer at the scene shot the suspect. The shooting officer was later identified as Alan Bansky. When officers approached the woman to move her away from the suspect it was discovered that the man had wrapped a chain around her waist to prevent her from leaving. |

Police have released photos of two suspects sought in the incident that began shortly before 4 a.m. on the parking lot of a Walmart store at 700 S. Bowman Road. According to a Little Rock Police Department report, the 28-year-old said the suspects armed with handguns approached her as she sat in her car before going inside to work and forced her to drive to a bank ATM on Chenal Parkway and withdraw money. After taking her money, the suspects had the woman return to the Walmart parking lot and drive around because they told her they were looking for another vehicle. (Racist black) Suspect in Kansas City serial trail killings (of White men) charged in new case       KANSAS CITY, Mo. – A suspect in the surprise-attackshooting deaths of two men in Kansas City, Missouri, is now charged in a woman's killing. Prosecutors on Friday charged 22-year-old Fredrick Demond Scott of Kansas City with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in the shooting death of 64-year-old Karen Harmeyer of Grandview. The indictment didn't include details of the death but KCTV reports an officer was called in July to investigate a dead body. Once the officer arrived, witnesses told him about Harmeyer, who lived in woods behind a church. The officer entered the campsite and found her decomposed body inside a tent. Scott previously was charged in two killings and is a person of interest in three others. All those victims were older white men. Scott is black. The men were shot in surprise attacks, some near recreation trails. - (Black-on-white) |

Doctor: Victim Suffered Second-Degree Burns Over 20 Percent Of Body 
ARAPAHOE COUNTY - A man convicted of sexually exploiting women as a pimp will spend the rest of his life – and then some – in prison. In a sentencing hearing Tuesday afternoon, Arapahoe County Judge Peter F. Michaelson sentenced the man found guilty of running a child prostitution ring to 472 years in prison. That is more than four times the minimum required sentence - and the largest sentence brought down for a human trafficking case in the country. Brock Franklin was indicted in 2015 by a grand jury for allegedly using drugs and violence to control young girls, often forcing them into lewd acts as part of a child sex trafficking ring. Four others have already been sentenced for their involvement in the human trafficking ring. Prosecutors said Franklin preyed on young women and girls who were vulnerable. In his trial, a jury heard from eight of the nine victims in the case.
