(BLACK) Georgetown (devil) charged with murder of (White) husband and father DANVILLE — A 31-year-old man with a long criminal record was formally charged on Friday in the brutal stabbing death of a fellow Georgetown man. Gregory A. Johnson, of Georgetown, faces three counts of first-degree murder, Class M felonies, in Tuesday's death of 21-year-old Timothy Ellis, a husband and father of two young children. Johnson was also charged with one count of criminal damage to government property, a Class 4 felony, and one count of criminal trespass to a residence, a Class A misdemeanor, stemming from a separate case. Shakur (BLACK DEVIL) Sharp gets 50 years for 2016 homicide (of White man), robbery in Fort Smith Shakur Shanden Sharp, 18, of Fort Smith was sentenced Monday to 50 years in state prison for crimes committed last year, including first-degree murder during an armed robbery. Circuit Judge Stephen Tabor issued his ruling Monday at the Sebastian County Courts Building. The ruling followed a hearing held earlier this month in which Tabor said his decision would be “thoughtful and prayerful” and his process would include Arkansas guidelines and reviews of sentencings on similar crimes, by both jury and plea negotiations, in the past five years. For the death of Kaleb Watson, a 22-year-old engineering student, Sharp was sentenced to 30 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. Two consecutive 10-year sentences for aggravated robbery of Watson and Bailey Smith are attached to the 30-year sentence. Tabor ruled the 10-year sentence for kidnapping to run concurrently with the 50-year sentence. Tabor also noted that Sharp would receive credit for time served so far since January 2016. Sharp pleaded guilty to the charges in late September after having been granted a trial separation from former co-defendants James Sharp Jr. and Dionte Parks. Both teen are also charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping and armed burglary in connection with the homicide at 4700 Windsor Drive on Jan. 23, 2016. All three defendants were denied a transfer to juvenile court in April. In May, attorneys for Parks and James Sharp Jr. appealed the decision by Tabor. - (Black-on-white) |

She was looking down at a photo when mere moments later he ran up behind her and smacked her in the face, she said. The sneaky strike “cut open my lip,” and knocked her glasses to the ground, she recounted. Himmelstein fled, and she flagged down cops–who found him wandering in a nearby park. “I just want accountability,” she seethed. This is the cuddly fiend’s third ambush. He most recently decked a Canadian tourist who refused to tip him following a hug, and later admitted to another hug-related assault. |

Illegal immigrant who paved way for Massachusetts’ ‘sanctuary’ policy arrested in stunning robbery The illegal immigrant whose case turned Massachusetts into a “sanctuary” state is behind bars yet again. Police say he committed a stunning daylight robbery by taking a wheelchair-bound woman, slapping her and stealing the $2,000 she had just carried out of the bank. Sreynuon Lunn had been free on the streets of Boston because his home country won’t take him back, leaving immigration officers no choice but to release him under a 2001 U.S. Supreme Court ruling. His case gained headlines over the summer when the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court ruled that state and local authorities could no longer legally hold immigrants for pickup by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Now ICE is trying to decide whether to try again to pick up and deport Lunn, even as he faces local charges from the latest robbery. - No problem - just take him out beyond the 12-mile limit & drop him off |
