(Crazed
demonic black) Woman attacks (White) mother with baby with
butcher knife in West Seattle A Seattle woman was randomly attacked with a butcher knife while she was pushing her baby in a stroller Monday in broad daylight, say police. The suspect, Kierra Ward, 26, was being held in King County Jail on charges of first and second-degree assault. Bail was being requested at $400,000 due to the "extreme danger" she poses to the community. According to charging documents, the victim, Sarah Hanson, was walking on a West Seattle sidewalk with her son in a stroller Monday afternoon when the suspect walked up behind the victim. "I heard footsteps behind me," said Hanson. She had no reason to panic and thought it was someone else out for a walk, until she felt the knife. The suspect slashed the victim's face and head; when the victim crouched to cover herself with her arms and hands, the suspect stabbed the victim's hand, exposing her bones and tendons. Afraid for her baby's safety, Hanson gradually led her attacker away from the stroller and 5-month-old Luke. Then she focused on getting neighbors' attention. "I started screaming 'Call 911,'" said Hansen. "She's attacking me with a knife. I have a baby!" Some neighbors called police, another grabbed her baby and took him inside to safety. 79-year-old Bruce Johnson stepped in between the victim and attacker, who threatened to stab him as well. The victim suffered multiple large lacerations above her left eye and the back of her head requiring 20 stitches. She also suffered cuts to her nose, chin and a deep knife wound to her left hand. - (Black-on-white) |

Police Kill (black female) Temple University Student Accused of
Running Over Officer - Muslim
terrorism not suspected A possibly intoxicated 22-year-old Temple University student in town to celebrate her birthday drove her BMW into a Florida police officer and was killed by another officer in Miami Beach in front of a crowd of stunned onlookers, police said. Cariann Hithon of Bowie, Maryland, slammed into several cars Sunday evening as people watched from sidewalk cafes in the tourist district known as South Beach. Video footage showed people standing around the wrecked car, wondering aloud what had happened. Then the BMW suddenly started moving again and took out the officer standing in front of it. Another officer fired three shots into the car. "It played out like a movie set with people running, screaming, car crashes, gunshots, an injured officer lying on his back on the ground — all within a minute," retired Miami-Dade homicide detective John Butchko, whose car Hithon hit, told the Miami Herald. Butchko's passenger, Miami Beach lawyer Sean Ellsworth, added: "I was literally shocked she would drive into four or five officers. She just floored it." Ellsworth and Butchko suffered minor injuries. "One of the cops was in front of the car and when they were yelling at her to get out of the car, she just started the car again," witness Miguel Garcia said. Police officers then fired several shots at Hithon's black BMW, striking her. Cellphone video captured the moment as her car crashed half a block away then as officers rendered aid. While attending Hampton University, Hithon had contact with police at least six times and was charged with misdemeanor assault and battery, marijuana possession and falsely identifying herself to a police officer. She was found guilty of speeding in December 2015 and improper control while driving in March 2016. Her license was also restricted for six months in 2016 to driving to and from work and church in relation to a marijuana possession charge. In Maryland, she was also charged with several motor vehicle offenses in 2015 and 2016, including speeding, driving with a suspended license and giving a false name to police. But Hithon's father said his daughter aspired to be a lawyer one day. |

negro who "wanted to take a life" gets 50 years for role in
random Virginia Beach murder of a White woman (and another
victim) A teen who admitted gunning down a 60-year-old Virginia Beach woman last December because he wanted to “take a life” was sentenced Wednesday to 50 years in prison. “This was an utter act of senseless violence. Cold-blooded murder,” Circuit Judge James Lewis told Nicholas Cates . To the family of Christine Bender, the judge said, “I’m not sure it’s possible I can do justice for you.” The sentence far exceeded state sentencing guidelines, which suggested a term between 23 and 39 years. The guidelines take into account a defendant’s past criminal history, and Cates had never been convicted of a crime before. The 18-year-old pleaded guilty in July to first-degree murder and illegal use of a handgun for shooting Bender outside her home. He also pleaded to being an accessory after the fact for another random killing that occurred just 30 hours before Bender was shot. Each of Christine Bender’s three adult daughters read statements to the judge. The women described their mother as kind, loving, giving, funny and a great storyteller. They had planned to go to New York for a girl’s trip on Dec. 8. Instead, they cremated their mother’s body that day. Elizabeth Stevens, Bender’s oldest daughter, was there the night her mother was killed. She ran outside after hearing the shots. Her stepfather was already outside and asked her to go back inside and get a blanket. It wasn’t until she got back that she realized it was her mother who had been struck. Cates and his friend Angelo Worlds drove to a mobile home park, also off of Holland Road. Both were 17 at the time. Zacarias Aguilar-Ayala had just finished working on a home there that he was helping to remodel and was preparing to drive home when Worlds and Cates drove up in front of his car. Worlds got out and, using Cates’ gun, shot Aguilar-Ayala several times through the window of his car, according to prosecutors. Aguilar-Ayala died at the scene. About 30 hours later, Cates and his friend Maurice Boney Jr. were driving around the Chimney Hill neighborhood, looking for a “life to take.” When Cates saw Bender smoking a cigarette outside of her home, he told his friend, “She’s the one.” Cates asked to borrow the woman’s lighter, returned it, then fired several times at her back as she turned to walk away. Five bullets hit her. arah Johnson, the youngest of Bender’s daughters, said it was not surprising that her mother’s final act was one of kindness: offering to share her lighter. “She was nice to him,” Johnson said. “And he put five bullets in her back to say ‘Thank you.’ ” - (Black-on-white) |

(BLACK

abused her before There are two depictions of April Davis’ marriage to Dana Davis, her husband of more than 30 years and the suspect in her fatal beating. The first was shared over social media where the couple regularly and publicly spoke of their love. The second is a closeted story of abuse, recounted by family members and cataloged in court documents. The 51-year-old mother of six was declared dead soon after San Diego police officers found her unconscious on the floor of a City Heights apartment on Saturday. Her 55-year-old husband was also in the home on 38th Street at Cedar Street and was later jailed on suspicion of murder. Jeri Arcala-Tirona, the victim’s older sister, said April Davis, who no longer lived at the apartment, rushed to the address after her youngest child called her, distraught. The 18-year-old daughter said her father was flushing the ashes of her dead grandmother down the toilet, the sister said. Soon after April Davis arrived, a fight broke out. Mother, son charged after chasing teen into pool, watching him
drown MEMPHIS, TN —- A mother and son were charged after being accused of chasing a teenager into a swimming pool and watching him drown. Anneckarena Beason and her 18-year-old son Reginald Beason were indicted by a Shelby County grand jury in the death of 19-year-old Javaughn Williams. Police say the mother and son were armed with a tire iron and a box cutter, and they chased Williams over a fence where he drowned in a pool on the other side. "I got a call from my wife saying somebody's dead in the pool," the homeowner said. The man, who did not want to be identified, still remembers rushing home in August 2016 to find police and yellow crime scene tape around his house in Fox Meadows. "When I got there, he was laying in the pool. It was just horrible," the man said. Reginald is accused of following Williams over the fence and grabbing a piece of timber and jabbing it at Williams, who went under the water. The man said Beason told his wife, who witnessed what happened, this: "There's a n-word dead in your pool and he ain't coming out," he said. |
