Spring Hill, FL (White female) 18 to undergo reconstructive surgery after shot in face by (demon-spawn BLACK nword) colored boy SPRING HILL, Fla. – The 17-year-old boy accused of shooting an 18-year-old girl at a Spring Hill apartment complex was arrested Friday afternoon. Christian Fitzgerald was taken into custody at his apartment without incident by Hernando County deputies. They said he had returned just before 4 p.m. after being gone since the shooting occurred. Sheriff Al Nienhuis said witnesses and the victim identified the shooter as Christian Rakewon Fitzgerald. The victim, Brianna Goble, was airlifted to a trauma center for treatment after getting shot in the face. She was in stable condition and was expected to recover. Deputies responded to the Spring Haven Apartments north of County Line Road on Mariner Boulevard about 9:30 p.m. Goble was walking along the Spring Haven Loop area, near the apartment’s clubhouse and pool, when she was shot. “It was horrifying. It was horrifying,” said neighbor Kathleen Cancel, the first person to run to the girl’s side after the shooting. Cancel thought the pop of the gun was fireworks, then realized it was a whole lot worse. “She was shot in the mouth and just full of blood,” she said. “And she just started going through a shaking mode.” Cancel said the girl’s brother was with her and was frantic. He was not hurt. Fitzgerald is known to deputies. He has an outstanding pickup order on another offense. - (Black-on-white) |

Nword negro who "wanted to take a life" gets 50 years for role in random Virginia Beach murder of a White woman (and another victim) A teen who admitted gunning down a 60-year-old Virginia Beach woman last December because he wanted to “take a life” was sentenced Wednesday to 50 years in prison. “This was an utter act of senseless violence. Cold-blooded murder,” Circuit Judge James Lewis told Nicholas Cates . To the family of Christine Bender, the judge said, “I’m not sure it’s possible I can do justice for you.” The sentence far exceeded state sentencing guidelines, which suggested a term between 23 and 39 years. The guidelines take into account a defendant’s past criminal history, and Cates had never been convicted of a crime before. The 18-year-old pleaded guilty in July to first-degree murder and illegal use of a handgun for shooting Bender outside her home. He also pleaded to being an accessory after the fact for another random killing that occurred just 30 hours before Bender was shot. Each of Christine Bender’s three adult daughters read statements to the judge. The women described their mother as kind, loving, giving, funny and a great storyteller. They had planned to go to New York for a girl’s trip on Dec. 8. Instead, they cremated their mother’s body that day. Elizabeth Stevens, Bender’s oldest daughter, was there the night her mother was killed. She ran outside after hearing the shots. Her stepfather was already outside and asked her to go back inside and get a blanket. It wasn’t until she got back that she realized it was her mother who had been struck. Cates and his friend Angelo Worlds drove to a mobile home park, also off of Holland Road. Both were 17 at the time. Zacarias Aguilar-Ayala had just finished working on a home there that he was helping to remodel and was preparing to drive home when Worlds and Cates drove up in front of his car. Worlds got out and, using Cates’ gun, shot Aguilar-Ayala several times through the window of his car, according to prosecutors. Aguilar-Ayala died at the scene. About 30 hours later, Cates and his friend Maurice Boney Jr. were driving around the Chimney Hill neighborhood, looking for a “life to take.” When Cates saw Bender smoking a cigarette outside of her home, he told his friend, “She’s the one.” Cates asked to borrow the woman’s lighter, returned it, then fired several times at her back as she turned to walk away. Five bullets hit her. arah Johnson, the youngest of Bender’s daughters, said it was not surprising that her mother’s final act was one of kindness: offering to share her lighter. “She was nice to him,” Johnson said. “And he put five bullets in her back to say ‘Thank you.’ ” - (Black-on-white) |

(BLACK beast) Husband accused of beating his (white) wife to death had abused her before There are two depictions of April Davis’ marriage to Dana Davis, her husband of more than 30 years and the suspect in her fatal beating. The first was shared over social media where the couple regularly and publicly spoke of their love. The second is a closeted story of abuse, recounted by family members and cataloged in court documents. The 51-year-old mother of six was declared dead soon after San Diego police officers found her unconscious on the floor of a City Heights apartment on Saturday. Her 55-year-old husband was also in the home on 38th Street at Cedar Street and was later jailed on suspicion of murder. Jeri Arcala-Tirona, the victim’s older sister, said April Davis, who no longer lived at the apartment, rushed to the address after her youngest child called her, distraught. The 18-year-old daughter said her father was flushing the ashes of her dead grandmother down the toilet, the sister said. Soon after April Davis arrived, a fight broke out. The daughter was outside when she heard her mother’s screams, Arcala-Tirona said. The teen tried to get into the apartment, but the door was either locked or barricaded. She shouted for help, and someone nearby called 911 about 5:35 p.m., police and family said. When officers got inside, they found Davis with severe blunt force injuries to the upper body. “She did not deserve this,” the sister said in a phone interview Sunday night. April Davis endured years of abuse at the hands of her husband, two of her sisters said. - (Black-on-white) |

Prosecutors describe (white female) cheerleader's gruesome burning death - BURNED ALIVE by BLACK 'boyfriend' dope-dealer The man accused of killing 19-year-old Jessica Chambers burned her alive in her car after he mistakenly thought he had suffocated her, the prosecution alleged in its opening statement Tuesday. Quinton Tellis, 29, could face life in prison without parole if convicted of capital murder in the death of Chambers, who was found near the remains of her car along a rural Mississippi back road on Dec. 6, 2014. The defense claims that Chambers told firefighters that she was set on fire by a man named Eric, not by Tellis. She died hours later at a Memphis hospital. The horrific circumstances surrounding the former high school cheerleader's death garnered national attention. The trial in Batesville, Miss., about 50 miles south of Memphis, is the focus of tight security. The jury is being sequestered and spectators are being screened by metal detectors before entering the courtroom. Prosecutor John Champion warned jurors that they will see graphic photos of a burned Chambers and they will hear from about 35 witnesses. Chambers had burns on about 93 percent of her body when she was found. He said Tellis repeatedly lied to investigators about spending time with her in the hours before she was found. He also said that Tellis had repeatedly asked Chambers for sex, and she had told him no. Champion said cellphone records show that Chambers and Tellis — who had met about two weeks before her death and had become friends — were together twice on the day she was burned. Tellis later acknowledged they were together in the evening, saying he met her to sell her marijuana and had sex with her in her car Chambers was found walking on the road — wearing only underwear in 40 degree temperatures — when a passing motorist spotted her shortly after 8 p.m., Champion said. Her car keys were later found nearby, and they had Tellis' DNA on them, Tellis faces another murder indictment in Louisiana, where he's accused in the torture death of Meing-Chen Hsiao, a 34-year-old Taiwanese graduate student at the University of Louisiana at Monroe - (Black-on-white) - (Burned Alive!) |

In April, David Haigh of Pennsylvania traveled to Brooklyn to meet James Johnson. The pair met through an online dating and chat app called “Jack’d.” But Haigh, 42, was unaware that the 41-year-old Johnson was under investigation by the NYPD for criminal sex act charges stemming from an attack nine days before, the Daily News has learned. “An unnamed victim indicated that what started out as a consensual encounter with Johnson quickly turned into a nightmare.” On the weekend Haigh was hanging out with Johnson, the men went back to his Fort Greene apartment. At some point, Haigh felt threatened, and he admitted to repeatedly stabbing Johnson in his chest and body, according to the criminal complaint. |

(White) Special Needs Student Attacked by (savage jungle black) Teenaper in Delaware High School Cafeteria A Delaware high school student with special needs was assaulted by another student and then suspended for using inappropriate language. Now, the victim’s mom says her son doesn’t want to go back to school. Rose Boyles said her son, Josh, was beat up in the Caesar Rodney High School cafeteria after an argument with another student over a girl. Just when her son through the argument seemed to be over, felt a punch to the back of his head, Boyles said. And the blows kept coming. “The boy jumped over the table and continued to punch my son,” Boyles said. A video showed her son attempting to protect his head as the second student threw punch after punch. Josh remained on the ground for the duration of the attack. After the ordeal ended, Josh was suspended for two days while the student who punched him was charged with offensive touching. “It’s more than offensive touching,” Boyles said. “It is actual assault.” Josh, who has special needs, refuses to return to school and Boyles said she wouldn’t feel comfortable sending him there anyway. Caesar Rodney High School said in a statement that “disciplinary action was taken and an arrest was made." - (Black-on-white) |
