  Police have arrested a 16-year-old NWORD-POS accused of kidnapping and robbing an elderly couple in Oklahoma, then fatally shooting a 44-year-old man at his home. Tulsa Police Sgt. Dave Walker says the teenager forced the elderly couple to drive to an ATM and withdraw cash Sunday, then forced the couple back to their home where he sexually assaulted the woman. Walker says the teen, identified as 16-year-old Deonte Green then ran to a nearby home, where a woman and her two daughters were in the garage and preparing to leave. Police say the Green forced the woman and children back into the home, where he encountered and fatally shot the woman's 44-year-old husband, Broken Arrow Public Schools geography teacher Shane Anderson. 'The husband fought with Green, and Green shot the husband,' Walker said in a news release. 'The husband continued to struggle with Green before collapsing inside the house.' Green allegedly sexually assaulted the woman during the robbery and robbed the couple of cash and a handgun. He then fled on foot away from the home where the killing took place. Walker says 16-year-old was arrested late Sunday on complaints of murder, armed robbery and sexual assault. (Black) Man arrested on child sex charges 8 days after release from jail, Titusville PD says TITUSVILLE, Fla. — Detectives arrested a man who they said sexually abused a child after he was released following charges for a similar crime days earlier. According to police, Wilbert Sailor, 66, of Titusville was arrested on Monday on suspicion of battery of a child under the age of 12. The victim's mother contacted authorities and told them Sailor sexually abused her child the Saturday before. Sailor, who allegedly knew the victim, was released from jail eight days prior for a similar crime that was dismissed, detectives said. |
U.S. Marshals arrest (black) rape suspect in Dayton DAYTON, Ohio - A rape suspect who authorities say has been on the run since June of this year has been arrested by U.S. Marshals. The SOFAST Task Force, which stands of Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team, have arrested Ali Payne, 39. Dayton Police were called in July of 2017 to a home on Oakridge to investigate a reported assault and rape. Payne was charged with Rape, Kidnapping and Domestic Violence on July 20, 2017, but authorities say he was avoiding police. SOFAST tracked Payne down and arrested him Monday morning, October 2, at an address on Brooklyn Avenue. He is now in custody at the Montgomery County Jail. |
Black Man wanted for sexually assaulting girl in the Bronx - arrested  SPRINGFIELD, Mass. –A suspect in the gunpoint rape of a 12 year-old girl in New York City back in August was arrested in Springfield last week. 20 year-old Malcolm Lugo of the Bronx was taken into custody on Thursday, September 21. Shelton said that on the afternoon of August 13, Lugo allegedly followed the victim on Weeks Avenue in the Bronx, and near the intersection of East 173rd Street, covered her mouth to prevent her from screaming, and placed a gun to her head. She says that Lugo forced the girl to the rear of a home, where he raped her. He then ran away. |

Providence man pleads guilty to 2015 stabbing death of Newport man  PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Just before jury selection was to begin Monday in the stabbing of a man outside the 7-Eleven near Kennedy Plaza in 2015, the defendant changed his plea to guilty. Araya Brinkley, 54, was charged with second-degree murder, which carries a maximum penalty of life in prison. A news release from the R.I. Attorney General’s office said Monday that Brinkley will be sentenced Nov. 27. There was no plea agreement, spokeswoman Amy Kempe said. The state was prepared to prove that Brinkley stabbed Troy Henderson, 41, of Newport and Providence, 15 times outside the convenience store at about 2:30 a.m. on May 23, 2015. A verbal argument in the checkout line spilled onto the street. Brinkley pedaled away on his bicycle but was arrested a short time later by a Providence police officer. - (Black-on-white) |

LOUIS, MO — A jogger simply running her normal route in the Central West End is punched by a stranger who then took off himself. The victim, a woman in her 30's, has a black eye and some swelling. While the punch shook her emotionally, it didn't knock her down. She wanted to share her warning, but asked that we not share her name for her protection. "I was walking south, he was walking north and at the very last second he stepped in front of me and just clocked me as hard as he could," the victim said. "I want people to be aware. Just because it's daylight doesn't mean you're safe," she added. According to St. Louis Police, the attack happened Thursday at 5:15p.m. near Newstead and Laclede. The victim said many people were around at the time and rushed to her aide. Others followed the suspect until they lost him. One man even took a picture of the suspect. Other photos were obtained from surveillance video in the area. The victim positively identified the man in the photos as the man she believes attacked her. Police describe the suspect as a black male, between 30 and 35 years old, 6 feet tall, 185 to 200 pounds, medium build, clean shaven, wearing blue jeans and a grey t-shirt. Second man charged in fatal shooting on I-70 at Noland Road   KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A second suspect has been charged in connection with the fatal shooting on Interstate 70 in Independence on Friday, Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker announced Monday. Donovan L. James, 18, of Kansas City, is charged with 2nd degree murder, unlawful use of a weapon, and armed criminal action. Prosecutors charged Michael T. Dumas, 26, of Pleasant Hill, with 2nd degree murder and armed criminal action on Saturday. Court records state that witnesses told Independence police they saw shots fired from an occupant of a black vehicle at a silver vehicle, and that the victim had exchanged words with a man at a nearby gas station before the shooting. The victim, identified as 18-year-old Phillip Anderson, eventually ended up at a QuikTrip in the area of 40 Highway and Sterling where officers roped off the gas station in crime scene tape. The shooting victim was found behind the store. There are about three miles in between where shots were first reported and the QT. Witnesses told police James leaned out the back of a passenger window and shot at the other vehicle. James later admitted to authorities that he fired shot near I-70 and Noland Road. Police found Dumas’s vehicle abandoned near the stadiums, where witnesses said Dumas was hiding in the woods. |

(Black) Driver cited in deadly, multi-semi crash on I-80 in Joliet; two (non-black) FED-EX truck drivers were killed, 1 woman, 1 man   JOLIET, Ill. -- Douglass Norfleet, a 46-year-old Chicago man was cited in a fiery, multi-semi crash that killed two people on I-80 in southwest suburban Joliet. The man was behind the wheel of a semi that veered off eastbound I-80 just after 6:10 a.m. Tuesday and struck a woman and two semis parked on the right shoulder at milepost 129, Illinois State Police said. The two semis on the side of the road were FedEx trucks. One of the FedEx trucks, which was pulling a double trailer, had broken down. It was driven by 49-year-old Jugoslav Djordjevic, of west suburban La Grange, state police said. A replacement FedEx truck, driven by 50-year-old Sami Guzick, of Joliet, was parked in front of the disabled semi. Guzick was outside the cab of her truck, helping with the vehicles, when the third semi struck her and burst into flames. She was pronounced dead at the scene by the Will County coroner, ISP said. Preliminary autopsy results revealed she died of multiple injuries she suffered in the crash. Djordjevic was airlifted to Loyola University Medical Center, where he died Wednesday, state police said. An autopsy found he died of full-body burns in the crash, and his death was ruled an accident. The 46-year-old Chicago man was also transported to an area hospital with serious injuries. I-80 was shut down for more than 10 hours as crews cleared the scene and the Illinois State Police Reconstruction Unit conducted its investigation. - (Black-on-white) |

(BLACK) Suspect charged with murder in death of (WHITE) woman  FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - The Cumberland County Sheriff's Office has arrested a suspect and charged him with murder in the death of a woman from Greenville. The sheriff's office says Charles Lamont Cottingham is charged in the murder of Kristen Lee Stone. Stone, 19, was found in the Cape Fear River on August 17, 2017 by fisherman. She was from Jacksonville but had a current address in Greenville. No further information about the arrest has been released at this time. Deputies say the body of an Eastern Carolina young woman was pulled from the Cape Fear River last week and they're asking for the public's help to piece together what happened. The body was found last Thursday by fishermen on the Cape Fear River near Fayetteville. The Medical Examiner's Office was able to make positive ID of the victim as 19-year-old Kristen Stone. They say the teen was from Jacksonville, but had a current address in Greenville. An autopsy was performed on Saturday and those results are still awaiting lab analysis, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office. - (Black-on-white) |
(BLACK BEAST) Morris Brickle-Hicks found guilty in murder (of White woman)  BISMARCK, N.D. - The murder trial for a Bismarck woman found dead a year and a half ago comes to a close Thursday. The jury unanimously named Morris Brickle-Hicks guilty of Misty Coffelt’s murder. Police found Coffelt’s body between pallets behind Runnings in Bismarck on April 14, 2016. . During trial the jury heard testimonies like the one of Alicia Baisch. One of the last people to see Misty Coffelt on the day of the murder. Baisch said she was staying with Coffelt and her boyfriend Brian Carver in a car. The day of the murder the three took meth. The medical examiner confirmed that it was in Coffelt’s urine when it was tested. Police took Brickle-Hicks in for questioning the morning of April 15 after they found out about the call from the hospital claiming a man had bloodied shoes and pants in the emergency room the night of the murder with no visible injuries. The police interview was shown in the courtroom on Tuesday. Through their investigation police found out that Brickle-Hicks was trying to buy a bus ticket from the area after the incident occurred. Brickle-Hicks bond was set last year at $1 million. He now faces possibly faces a life sentence without parole. - (Black-on-white) |

19-Year-Old (BLACK) Gets 58 Years for Murder (of White teen) After Maryland Party; 3 Other (BLACKS) Get Lesser Sentences  A 19-year-old has been sentenced to spend nearly 60 years in prison for killing an 18-year-old on a rural road in Maryland after two groups of teenagers left a party and argued. Tyreq Kaylin Tilghman, of Waldorf, Maryland, was sentenced to 58 years in prison for the murder of 18-year-old Mason Atkins and an assault on Nicholas Brennan.
Atkins, a volunteer fire cadet, died after Tilghman shot him and Brennan on Sept. 25, 2016 in La Plata, Maryland. Three other teens received lesser sentences for their role in the shooting. At Tilghman's sentencing, prosecutor John Stackhouse argued for a lengthy sentence. "Tilghman took his brother’s gun out of a safe, then took the gun to a party, then gets out of a car with the gun, then kills somebody and almost kills somebody else," he said, according to a statement from Charles County officials. "He made the choice to fire that gun at point blank range into a defenseless Mason Atkins. Tilghman needs to be held accountable for the life he senselessly took and that means spending as much of his life in jail as the statutes allows." Kevin Averell Jones, 19, of Waldorf, was sentenced to seven years in the second-degree assault of Brennan. Talivah Laraih Salahuddin and Shanya Imari Milstead, who were both 17 at the time of the shooting, were both sentenced to a 10-year period of incarceration with all of the time suspended except for the time they had served prior to sentencing in the second-degree assault of Brennan. A fellow juror said she overheard Juror No. 3 mutter, “I won’t send a black man to jail, that’s crazy,” as she left court after the first day of father-of-six Marlon Sewell’s trial in Brooklyn, which started on Sept. 11. But Juror 8 didn’t say anything until Thursday — three weeks in and after three full days of deliberations that got so heated because of the biased juror’s obstinateness that she fainted in the jury room a day earlier — because she thought the middle-aged woman would ultimately change her stance and keep a fair and open mind. Juror 8 — who told reporters that she and another panelist heard the utterance — as well as Juror 3 and Sewell are all black. The runaway juror refused to answer questions as she left court Thursday, hissing to reporters, “Get away from me.” Sewell, who was driving with a suspended license at the time of the fatal crash, will be retried on manslaughter charges Nov. 12. It happened Tuesday night at the Century 16 Belmar theater. Heather Piper went to a movie with a couple friends where a small group of teens was allegedly “acting out of control.” “They were crawling over seats and yelling,” Piper said. “I asked them to be quiet several times and they wouldn’t and I finally yelled at them to ‘shush.’” when Piper left the theater with her friends, one of the raucous teens confronted her. “She was screaming and just punched me on the side of the head,” Piper said. Piper said her two friends ran inside to get help as the young woman continued to punch her. “I said, ‘What are you doing? What’s wrong with you?’ And she lost it. She started hitting me again and then started crying saying, ‘Well you called me ghetto,’” Piper said. “I had blood all over my face,” Piper said. “It was on my shirt all the way down to my shoes.” Lakewood police are investigating the assault and are reviewing surveillance video from the Belmar shopping center. Police have questioned (BLACK) murder suspect for another (BLACK-on-WHITE) murder   IOWA CITY, Iowa -- Police have questioned the man accused of killing a cab driver for the murder of a bail bondsman. Curtis Jones faces a first degree murder and a robbery charge for the death of Ricky Lillie. His trail starts next month.
Police say Jones shot Lillie shot him in the back of the head and robbed him. Officers found Lillie slumped over in the cab in June.
In court documents, we learned police have questioned Jones for the death of Jonathan Wieseler. Officers found him shot to death at Lederman Bail Bonds in April. There have been no arrests in Wieseler's death. - (Black-on-white) |

A woman walked into a back bedroom of a dilapidated, family-owned home and found the body of Heather Camp. She was naked and her mouth was wrapped with duct-tape. She had been badly beaten, sexually assaulted and strangled to death. While processing the scene, investigators noticed a closet door that was nailed shut. Behind that door was the badly-decomposed body of Nicole Sartell. She too was naked, and had visible strangulation marks on her neck. She had been reported missing for four months. Authorities determined that both women had last been seen with Ardendric Dion Johnson. He's often been seen at the house, which had no running water or electricity and was known as a drug house. It was Johnson's mother who found the two bodies on Dec. 19, 2014. On Sept. 25, 2017, a jury found Johnson guilty of two counts of felony murder, two counts of false imprisonment, rape, aggravated sodomy and concealing of a dead body. (BLACK) Florence man douses (white) wife with gasoline, sets her on fire, deputies say  FLORENCE, SC – Florence County deputies are searching for a man they say poured gasoline on his wife and set her on fire. According to Major Mike Nunn with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office, deputies are looking for 32-year-old Charles Durell Nethercutt, of Florence. A warrant for attempted murder was issued for Nethercutt after he allegedly tried to kill his wife. Deputies say Nethercutt poured gasoline on his wife and set her on fire on Sept. 19. The report states that deputies were called to the home on Longfellow Drive and found the victim being treated for severe burns to her arms, torso, legs and feet. At the time, the victim was conscious and alert and was able to tell investigators that he husband accused her of cheating on him before he doused her in gasoline and lit her on fire. The incident report also says the suspect left before officials arrived and took the couple’s 1-year-old child with him. Wednesday, Major Nunn confirmed that the child was no longer with the suspect, but would not release where the baby was. Warrants for Nethercutt state that his wife was taken to an out of state burn center to be treated for her injuries. Nethercutt is described as a black man, approximately 6′ tall, weighing about 230 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. (Black) charged in grisly killing of pregnant (White) Jefferson Parish woman, her (White) parents (does the right thing) hangs himself in jail cell    A man charged with murdering his pregnant girlfriend as well as her parents and torching their home in Old Jefferson last year killed himself at the Jefferson Parish jail on Wednesday, according to officials. Jatory Evans, 29, apparently hanged himself in his cell at the jail in Gretna, Jefferson Parish Coroner Dr. Gerry Cvitanovich said. Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office spokesman Glen Boyd said Evans was taken to a hospital after being found about 4:25 p.m. and was pronounced dead a little more than an hour later. Cvitanovich said his office will be conducting an autopsy on Evans. Authorities said Evans stabbed his estranged 20-year-old girlfriend, Sydney Hanson, in an upstairs bedroom of a home in 4100 block of River Road on Nov. 7 before igniting the room while she was still alive. She was seven months pregnant. He also fatally shot and stabbed Sydney's mother, Samantha Hanson, outside the home, and he killed Sydney's father, Dwayne Hanson, by shooting him twice in the head in the kitchen, authorities said. Investigators arrested Evans at his home in New Orleans early the next morning. Even though he maintained his innocence and offered investigators an alibi during questioning, prosecutors eventually charged him with three counts of first-degree murder and one count of first-degree feticide. He could have faced the death penalty if convicted of those crimes. Authorities suspect Evans had a history of abusing women. Before the Hansons' slayings, he had been accused of threatening to set a prior girlfriend on fire during a domestic dispute. Friends told investigators he had also abused Hanson, becoming jealous and controlling after she ended their relationship. Charges: (BLACK) Man doused (white) ex girlfriend in gas as she slept, then set her alight  The woman who died in a fire at a Minneapolis duplex was set alight by her estranged boyfriend, who doused in her gasoline as she slept, prosecutors say. The horror unfolded at the property on the 2900 block of Taylor Ave. NE Thursday morning, with 36-year-old Vanessa Danielson dying from the burn injuries she suffered in the blaze. Charged with her murder is Wyndale Fayson, 32, an abusive partner who WCCO reports had been ordered not to have contact with Danielson following a felony domestic assault charge in July. According to the criminal complaint released by the Hennepin County Attorney's Office, Fayson had been at Danielson's apartment a few hours before the fire, when he turned up and accused her of cheating on him. He grew angry, grabbed her cellphone and smashed it, before telling her he would kill her by setting the place on fire. Police were called by Danielson's downstairs neighbor when he heard her screaming "he's going to kill me, he's got a gun." By the time police arrived Fayson had gone and wasn't found during a search of the area. Police, however, were called back at 6:40 a.m., along with the fire department. BLACK Macon man with HIV denies raping 15-year-old, who later discovered she has AIDS  An HIV-positive Macon man denied allegations Thursday that he had raped a 15-year-old girl, who later discovered she has AIDS. During a bond hearing Thursday at the Bibb County jail, 43-year-old Torrence Fatai Thornton admitted that he has HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. Thornton is charged in two separate indictments. In one case, he is charged with statutory rape, rape, aggravated child molestation, reckless conduct and two counts of child molestation stemming from allegations that he forced the teenager to have sex between March 1, 2016, and Feb. 19, 2017. Ronald Melvin McKenzie, of San Gabriel, has been charged with the following: four counts of lewd act upon a child; four counts of possessing child porn after a prior conviction; and one count of sexual penetration with a child under the age of 10, according to a DA’s Office news release. |

On Thursday, detectives charged 23-year-old Jaquan Bullock, of Roxie Avenue, with statutory sex offense and indecent liberties with a child. Authorities said the incident occurred on Wednesday with a 13-year-old victim Bullock knew. Bullock was booked into the Cumberland County Detention Center on a $100,000 secured bond. |

Over the course of the investigation, 29-year-old Marvin Harold King of Longs was charged with first degree criminal sexual conduct, kidnapping and first degree assault and battery. His bond was set at $75,000 for the three charges. |

Police release sketch of (black) suspect wanted for South Side kidnapping, sex assault CHICAGO -- Chicago police released the sketch of a suspect who they say kidnapped and sexually assaulted a 27-year-old woman on the city's South Side last month. Police said the assault happened at around 4 a.m. on August 22. The woman was parked in the 8800-block of South Crandon Avenue when the suspect drove up and showed the woman a gun before forcing her into his car, police said. The suspect drove the woman to an unknown location where he sexually assaulted her, according to police. |
(BLACK) Man arrested for robbery, rape of woman he met on Facebook MEMPHIS, TN - Memphis Police Department arrested a man accused of raping a woman he met on Facebook. Police said Roy Harvey, who was using the name "O'lee gettinmunyasz" made contact with a woman on Facebook. Harvey then picked the woman up at her apartment; police said he put her in a chokehold while she was in the backseat, and forcefully raped her. Police said Harvey and another man stole her phone, Jordan shoes, and $15 before kicking her out of the vehicle. Harvey is charged with aggravated rape and robbery. |

Black boy, 2, who accidentally killed black father in St. Louis is asking for his dad, relatives say  ST. LOUIS • The bubbly 2-year-old boy flitted around his front porch Monday morning in nothing but a diaper, grabbing chips from a bag his cousin held. He was oblivious to the sadness around him. His stone-faced older sister missing her father. The aunt who sat on the stoop, shaking her head about the tragedy there two days earlier. On Saturday afternoon, the 2-year-old boy was handling a handgun inside the home when it discharged. A bullet struck the boy’s father, Darrion Noble, in the neck while he was sleeping in his bed. No other adults were home, but three other children were there at the time: a 13-year-old child, along with Noble’s 10-year-old and 5-year-old daughters. They raced to a neighbor’s home for help. The neighbor called police. Noble, 27, died at the scene. Homicide detectives went to the home. “However, at this time, the incident appears noncriminal,” the department said Monday in a brief summary of the shooting. Authorities are classifying the case as an accidental shooting death. |
Four Hispanic gangster suspects arrested for murder after two (White) people killed in Kearns  KEARNS, Utah - Four suspects are facing murder charges after two people were killed and two others were seriously injured following a crash and shooting in Kearns Tuesday night, according to the Unified Police Department. Officials said Rosalio Alvarez (age 19); Argenis Daniel Ramirez (age 19); Jose Luis Cirilo Muñoz Lugo (age 24) and a 17-year-old juvenile are in custody. Unified Police said all fours suspects will face felony charges for murder and discharge of a firearm. Officers said the two people who were killed were innocent victims who had nothing to do with the gang fighting; 55-year-old Lloyd Everett Pace and 50-year-old Tami Lynn Woodard. Detectives say the four people who were inside the blue pickup truck which crashed into the victims' car were attempting a drive-by shooting at a home on the corner of 5240 W. and 5400 S. The people inside the house returned fire and at least one of those bullets hit one of the teens inside the pickup. The driver then hit the gas and tried to race across 5400 S. when he slammed into a white car.
The force of the impact carried both vehicles across the road and into the yard of another home.
The two people in the white car died at the scene. |

Deadly Tennessee church shooting: (BLACK AFRICAN) Sudanese immigrant arrested, FBI to launch civil rights investigation  One woman was killed and seven other people were hurt after a suspect identified as a Sudanese immigrant opened fire at a Tennessee church Sunday, police said, as federal officials told Fox News the FBI will initiate a civil rights investigation into the shooting. The suspect, 25-year-old Emanuel Kidega Samson, immigrated from Sudan two decades ago, police said. He's suspected of bringing two pistols and a mask to the predominantly white Burnette Chapel Church of Christ in Antioch, southeast of Nashville, before opening fire just after 11 a.m.Metropolitan Nashville Police Department tweeted that Samson had been released from the hospital and will be charged with murder and attempted murder. Photos from a Facebook page under Samson's name seemed to show him lifting weights and showing off his physique. A post earlier Sunday read: "Everything you've ever doubted or made to be believe as false, is real. & vice versa, B." Another post read, "Become the creator instead of what's created. What you say, goes." Police have not commented on the Facebook posts. An usher, identified as Robert Engle, 22, confronted the gunman at one point and was pistol-whipped, causing "significant injury around his head," police added. They said Engle went to his own car, grabbed a pistol and headed back into the church. Law enforcement confirmed Samson is a legal U.S. resident who immigrated from Sudan in 1996. Police said that Burnette Chapel churchgoers recognized Samson as attending their church one to two years ago, but noted he hadn't attended services "in quite a while." The woman who was shot and killed in the church parking lot, identified as Melanie Smith, 39, was walking to her car when she was hit, police said. The gunman, with his blue vehicle still running in the parking lot, then entered the back of the church and shot six people – three women and three men – who were rushed to the hospital, police said. Police identified those being treated at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and in stable condition as: William Jenkins, 83; Marlene Jenkins, 84; Peggy Spann, 65; and Linda Busch, 68. David Spann, 60, was also being treated at Vanderbilt, but was listed as in critical but stable condition. Katherine Dickerson, 64, was in stable condition at Skyline Medical Center.       A story about an African-American male who allegedly murdered multiple white men after once saying he wanted to “kill all white people” is being completely ignored by the liberal media. Fredrick Demond Scott, a 22-year-old black male, has been charged this week with the murder of Steven Gibbons and John Palmer, two middle-aged white males. Gibbons was reportedly found dead on August 14 of this year and Gibbons was killed in Aug. 2016. Scott is also a suspect in three other killings of white men. PHILADELPHIA (AP) - A Liberian accused of war crimes during the country’s first civil war falsely told an immigration official he was being persecuted in his homeland so he could enter the U.S., a federal prosecutor said Tuesday at the start of his fraud trial. 
A “heartless crook” who left a woman and her son homeless by pocketing nearly $100,000 of their money as part of a long-running mortgage scam was slapped with charges Tuesday. Ravin Lakhram offered to help his victim modify her mortgage payments after she discovered her son had taken out a second mortgage on their two-family-home, a prosecutor said. Yet the former Universal Mortgage employee never filed the appropriate paperwork, and instead allegedly lied to the woman – saying he’d knocked more than $1,000 off her monthly payments. Then, from 2010 to 2015, he pocketed the $1,567 monthly installments she gave him, instead of depositing them with the bank.
