Jury decides against death penalty for (BLACK) man who raped, killed woman in 1987  A Palm Beach County jury on Tuesday recommended a life sentence for a man convicted last month of a strangulation murder near Lake Worth 30 years ago. Under a Florida law revised this year, the death penalty cannot be imposed without a unanimous jury vote. The jurors voted 9-3 in favor of a life in prison term for Rodney Clark, and Circuit Judge Charles Burton immediately imposed that punishment. While Clark smiled at his lawyers after the verdict, two of murder victim Dana Fader’s three children left the courtroom satisfied their long wait for justice was over. “It’s done, behind us now,” said Kolby Manis, standing next to his older sister, Angela Fader Sampler. “We just wanted him off the streets. He’s not going to hurt anybody else for a while, at least.” They were just 5 and 10 years old when their mom was raped and killed in the back seat of her car. A younger brother, named J.P., was three years old. After the slaying, the siblings were raised by different relatives, but they eventually settled near each other in Chattanooga, Tenn. Earlier Tuesday, Assistant State Attorney Reid Scott argued Clark deserves capital punishment. “There’s simply no place for him in society,” Scott said, displaying a photo of the 27-year-old lifeless victim after she was found. “He deserves the ultimate penalty.” The case went cold until Clark’s arrest five years ago based on DNA evidence. The Jackson, Miss., man was found guilty at a trial last month. “He chose to be the boogeyman on June 20, 1987, and chose to commit unspeakable acts on Dana Fader,” the prosecutor told the jury. - (Black-on-white) |

BLACK   A Cleveland County woman said she will never find closure, even after her daughter’s killer was sentenced to life in prison Tuesday afternoon. Aaron Rashun Byers was convicted of first-degree murder for taking the life of Hannah Bickley more than three years ago. Jurors deliberated for less than two hours before rendering the verdict. Misty John, Bickley’s mother, wept as she spoke in court following the sentencing. “She was my only child, and you took her from me. That was my only reason I was on this Earth,” she said. Bickley, 17, was shot and killed in her Honda Civic around 2 a.m. May 10, 2014. Who caused the single bullet to fire into Bickley’s side and pierce her heart? Byers, Bickley’s then-boyfriend, tried to rob two teens in the back seat of her car when things went awry. Byers, now 22, was committing a dangerous felony which resulted in death - a combination which equals first-degree murder in North Carolina. The night Bickley was killed, she was driving her car and Byers was in the passenger seat, with two males in the backseat of the two-door vehicle. When Bickley was struck by the bullet, the two men in the backseat fled, and Byers yelled for help. He moved the teen to the passenger seat and began driving to the hospital, when Byers saw an officer and stopped. Emergency crews worked to revive the girl, but she died at the scene. - (Black-on-white) |

WATCH: (Berserk psycho black) Woman Attacks Veteran for Having PTSD Dog in Restaurant - (nasty black obscene language) A woman visiting Kathy’s Crab House & Family Restaurant in Delaware City went off on the restaurant staff and customers for allowing a veteran to bring his PTSD service dog, a Great Dane, into the restaurant. The video was shared on YouTube by RJ Wisowaty, the owner of the restaurant. In the description of the video, Wisowaty writes, “A crazy woman argues with a veteran’s family about having his PTSD dog in a restaurant.” The video begins with the woman saying that she has a right to push the dog and that she won’t keep her hands to herself. It is unclear if, before the camera started rolling, she assaulted the animal or its owner. As the woman continues to rant, another woman off-camera interrupts, “He’s alive because he fought for our country!” As the video progresses, the woman becomes increasingly belligerent and yells at everyone in the restaurant. Her repeated point is that a service dog should be in a “sectional area” because dogs in restaurants are disgusting. Eventually, what appears to be the veteran gets riled and gets in the woman’s face after her repeated assaults. His friends calm him down while her partner ushers her out of the restaurant. - (Black-on-white) |

Surveillance cameras lead to arrest of (black) suspected serial rapist A suspected serial rapist is being held in the Dallas County jail after a city surveillance camera captured his license plate and led to his capture, according to Dallas police records. Desmond Fisher, 28, is currently charged with one count of aggravated sexual assault. His bail is set at $100,000. Fisher is a suspect in at least seven other rapes in 2017. The victim was walking in the 2100 block of Arden Road about 9:30 p.m. on September 12 when a man driving a green Ford F-150 offered her a ride. The woman accepted the ride because she walks with a cane because walking is difficult for her. The man drove her to an empty lot in the 3100 block of Persimmon Road where he threatened her with a screwdriver, strangled her until she couldn’t breathe and raped her. The man pulled her out of the truck, threw her in the bushes and drove away. Surveillance camera footage maintained by the city’s code compliance department captured portions of the incident. Police were then able to get a license plate off the truck, which was registered to Fisher. The victim picked him out of a photo lineup. |
(Black) Bus driver accused of luring a minor for sex in Phoenix PHOENIX - A public transit bus driver has been arrested after allegedly propositioning a minor girl for sex. Phoenix police report that on September 12, they arrested 52-year-old Sean Usher. Police say since August, Usher developed a relationship with a girl about to turn 16 years old, who was a frequent passenger on his bus. Over time Usher would reportedly spend his break time with the girl at a convenience store, near the bus stop. He would buy her candy and drinks and their conversation eventually turned to a sexual nature with Usher requesting sexual photos of the girl. After the girl reported the incident to police, a detective assumed the identity of the victim and continued the relationship via text. During that time, Usher allegedly sent sexually explicit photos of himself, one of them was taken while he was driving his bus. The detective, posing as the victim, set up a meeting with Usher at their usual convenience store near 40th Street and Union Hills Drive where Usher was arrested. |
Jiggaboo Jarvous charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor  A Wellford man has been charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor. Jarvous Duane McDowell, 27, of 2305 Nazareth Road, was charged Sunday with first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 11 years of age, a Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office arrest warrant states. The warrant states that in 2009 McDowell inappropriately touched the victim multiple times. A similar incident occurred since then, documents state. The victim had begun to harm herself recently, which led to her parents filing a police report, an incident report states. McDowell remained in the Spartanburg County jail without bond Tuesday afternoon. |
Cook County Sheriff's office searching for BLACK man who sexually assaulted woman UNINCORPORATED COUNTRY CLUB HILLS, Ill. -- Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart is seeking the public's help in finding a man who kidnapped and sexually assaulted a woman Tuesday in unincorporated Country Club Hills. About 2:30 a.m. on Sept. 12, a 44-year-old woman was forced at gunpoint into a vehicle by a man near 108th Street and Michigan Avenue in the Far South Side Roseland neighborhood, according to a statement from the Cook County sheriff's office. She was then driven near 171st Street and Cicero Avenue where she was sexually assaulted, police said. After the assault, she was pushed out of the vehicle and the man drove off. A passerby called police after finding the woman walking on Cicero Avenue, police said. The offender is described as a 5-foot-7 black man with a medium build and long dreadlocks. |

A phone call made by Fox 10 News to the Baldwin County District Attorney’s Office may have prevented the illegal immigrant from Mexico from already being out of jail. When asked what time the bond hearings would be on Wednesday, September 13, 2017, the DAs office told Fox 10 News that Maria Cortes of Mexico was in the process of bonding out of jail. When asked why she was being allowed to bond out because there should have been an Immigrations hold on her through ICE, they checked into it and stopped the bonding process. Foley Police investigators said 26 year old Maria Cortes heated up a spoon on her stove and burned her six year old son because of lying to her about disciplinary problems at school. Police were alerted after concerned citizens notified the child's school of suspected abuse. When the boy didn't show up at school Monday morning, the school called police. |

According to police, a man met two women, aged 21 and 22, on an online dating website in March 2017. The man reportedly met and engaged in sexual activity with the women, which he allegedly secretly recorded and published online. Convicted BLACK AFRICAN child rapist throws a fit while being deported A convicted rapist from Africa threw a fit as he was being deported from the US — telling federal agents that he “would rather die than go back to Togo” — during a violent confrontation at Dulles International Airport, a report says. “I am not going back to Togo,” seethed Koffi Ameyapoh, 51, of Maryland. “You will be shipping a dead body back to Togo,” he told the agents. “I am going to make a commotion at the terminal, so the marshals can shoot me because I would rather die than go back to Togo.” Ameyapoh, who was convicted in 2006 of rape and sexually abusing a child, had been scheduled to take a flight to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia — en route to the African nation of Togo — as part of his removal from the country. He was being escorted through the top floor of an airport garage when the incident occurred last month. Wearing full restraints, Ameyapoh reportedly ran toward the railings and began tussling with the agents. He is accused of injuring at least two of the officers, causing bruising and arm abrasions. As a result, the Maryland sex offender was charged with a federal count of “hampering departure from the United States.” Ameyapoh’s deportation has been temporarily called off and he was ordered detained until further proceedings for the newly filed case. - SEND THEM ALL BACK |
(White woman) fed her murderer Thanksgiving dinner: (Black) given two consecutive life sentences for Mason City homicides     MASON CITY | A North Iowa man found guilty of two counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted murder was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences plus 25 years Tuesday. As he walked out of the courtroom in handcuffs, Peter Leroy Veal, 31, Lake Mills, looked at his family, who told him, "love you." The families of the victims were emotional during the sentencing at the Cerro Gordo County Courthouse. “His violent act changed the world of my family and Caleb’s family,” Melissa Kavars Hall, Mindy Kavars' sister, wrote. Mindy Kavars died of a gunshot wound to the throat shortly after 2 a.m. Nov. 17 at a residence in Mason City, police said. Caleb Christensen died of multiple stab wounds. Melissa claimed Veal has shown “no remorse” in the death of her sister. “She was a great cook,” Melissa wrote. “She fed her murderer Thanksgiving dinner…” A few hours later, Mindy was dead, Melissa said, killed by a man she just met. Veal was also convicted of attempting to kill Ron Willis, who was also in the house that night.   A cannibal caught eating a woman he beheaded has died after a police shot him in South Africa. Aphiwe Mapekula, 23, collapsed in a hail of bullets with arm, leg and stomach injuries when police officers tried to arrest him at his home. He is said to have ignored several warning shots as he continued to eat Thembisa Masumpa's raw flesh. Officers finally opened fire on him when he attacked them with a knife, police said. Mapekula is said to have slit 35-year-old Thembisa's throat and hacked off her head in Mount Frere, South Africa. His horrified mum called cops after witnessing the gruesome slaughter. But officers said he was tucking in to Thembisa's raw flesh by the time they turned up. He then attacked them with a knife before being shot, said police Captain Edith Mjoko. Mapekula's devastated mother said: 'I never raised a son like this one. I never imagined this.' Police originally said Mapekula had dragged Thembisa from the street before butchering her. But neighbours said she did odd jobs at his home and was washing in the back yard when he attacked her. |

(Black) Woman shot, killed sleeping boyfriend before dismembering body  BAYTOWN, Texas – A woman has been charged with the murder of her boyfriend after she fatally shot him and then dismembered his body inside their home, according to the Baytown Police Department. Cierra Alexis Sutton, 30, has been charged with the murder of 32-year-old Steven Coleman. Detectives say the gruesome crime took place on August 16, 2017 at the Briarwood Village Apartments in Baytown. According to detectives, Sutton and the victim got into an argument earlier in the evening and later while the victim was sleeping, Sutton shot him in the head, killing him. She then cut up his body with a machete and placed the remains in various dumpsters. Detectives said several friends reported Sutton confessed to the crime and told them, she dismembered the victim’s body because he was too heavy to carry. Two days after the crime, Sutton reported Coleman was missing at the Baytown Police station. On August 22, detectives were notified of a male torso found at a landfill in Baytown. The description of the body matched the description of the victim, though the remains have not been positively identified as Coleman. Sutton fled to Louisiana weeks later and dropped off her daughter at a friend’s home in Metairie, a suburb just outside of New Orleans. Sutton was found on Thursday, September 14 at an apartment complex in Louisiana and was taken into custody. |

Tamira Mobley, 32, pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter, second-degree assault and the unauthorized practice of a profession in exchange for 1¹/₃ to four years in prison. Mobley admitted to injecting silicone into the rear end of Tamara Blaine, 22, at a seedy Meatpacking District hotel in July 2013. |
Woman Thrown to Ground, Punched in Robbery Outside NYC Grocery Store by obese purple-haired black female thief Police are trying to track down a woman cops say brutally beat a woman during a robbery in Brooklyn. It wasn’t immediately clear why the suspect targeted the 30-year-old woman outside a grocery store on Hegeman Avenue in East New York last month, but the NYPD said she threw the victim to the ground and punched her repeatedly.
After the beating, the woman took the victim’s bag from her and took off, police said. Officials took the woman to an area hospital after complaining of pain, but her condition Monday morning wasn’t known. Surveillance footage shows the suspect, who authorities want to find, wearing a hat and a yellow shirt. |
Homeless (black) Man Arrested After Assaulting 2 Women With Knife DALLAS – Police arrested a homeless man after they say he assaulted two women with a knife in downtown Dallas on Sunday. Police say the man, 22-year-old Brandon Holbert, approached three women just after 12:20 p.m., at the intersection of Main Street and North Ervay Street. According to police, Holbert accused the women of taking a picture of him and while ranting pulled out a pocketknife and began making threats. Police say two of the women ran from the suspect and into the Wilson Building in the 1600 block of Main Street. Holbert allegedly cornered them in an elevator and cut them with a knife on the face, arms and shoulders. One of the victims was able to escape the elevator and ran out of the building. The other woman was taken to an apartment inside the building by a witness. Good Samaritan Michael Osman said that he was out walking his dog when he saw what appeared to be a group of defenseless women who were under attack. “When I walked outside there was a guy on the corner he had ripped his backpack off and started screaming about a cell phone and then just punched the woman in the face,” he said. |
Temple child sex assault suspect arrested in Colorado TEMPLE, TX - A 36-year-old Colorado Springs man has been arrested and brought back to Temple to face charges of indecency with a child and assault by strangulation. Temple Police Department spokesperson Shawana Neely says Robert Lee Porter was picked up by Colorado Springs police in the case that began back in August of 2016 when Temple police were brought into a Child Protective Services investigation. The victim had been identified as a 13 year old girl with the investigation developing evidence the child had been abused at a location in Temple in July 2016. Charges include indecency with a child by contact and two counts of assault strangulation. |

Police announced Monday that 21-year-old Jermaine Stevens was arrested by North Braddock Police on Friday. According to police, Stevens lured and sexually assaulted a 12-year-old girl from North Braddock on July 11 of this year. Stevens is facing multiple charges, including aggravated indecent assault of a child, rape of a child, and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a child. |
Police Investigating Child Luring Attempt by black male In Feasterville  FEASTERVILLE, Pa. — Lower Southampton Township police are investigating an attempted luring incident involving children in Bucks County. The incident happened at 4 p.m. Sunday in the unit block of Park Lane in Feasterville, Pa. According to police, a man driving a silver SUV approached two girls who are 8 and 9. The driver, who is described as a black male with braided hair, black and gray shirt, and sunglasses, stopped his vehicle and reportedly asked the two girls if they wanted to go for a ride in his car. Police say the girls responded “No” and the driver of the vehicle left the area, heading towards Bustleton Pike. In addition, police say the two girls said they saw a black female seated in the front passenger seat of the SUV. Officers combed through the area but report that they were unable to find the driver or vehicle. |
Auburn student raped on campus 'Tiger Transit', 2 (black) bus drivers arrested, police say  Two men - both Tiger Transit employees - are charged in the sexual assault of an 18-year-old Auburn University student. The Auburn Police Department on Monday announced the arrests of James Don Johnson, 32, and Tony Martin Patillo, 51. Both men are charged with first-degree rape and first-degree sodomy in connection with the attack that happened Friday night on the campus shuttle. Authorities provided this account of what happened: About 11:50 p.m. Friday, Auburn police received a report of a man exposing himself while standing over a female in the 700 block of Aspen Heights Lane in Auburn. Officers arrived on the scene and found Patillo near the roadway and detained him. They weren't, however, able to find the female at the time of the initial report. Patillo was arrested on four counts of public lewdness and taken to the Lee County Jail. As the investigation continued, detectives determined that the female, who "appeared to be incapacitated," got on the bus near Magnolia Avenue in Auburn. While on the bus, she was sexually assaulted by Patillo, an employee of First Transit which operates Tiger Transit. Further investigation showed that Johnson, who was driving the bus, engaged in actions to perpetuate the crime while Patillo was in the rear of the bus raping the victim. Patillo later exited the bus near Aspen Heights Lane with the female victim, and it was at that point he was seen by passersby standing over her. |

Hispanic Bar victim calls out (black) ‘thug’ cop after beatdown over spilled drink   An NYPD officer indicted for attacking a 23-year-old over a spilled drink is a “thug,” the victim said, adding he’s just “happy to be alive,” following the beat-down. Officer O’Keefe Thompson was on duty and uniformed when he approached 23-year-old Raymond Crespo, and ordered him to pick up a cup a friend had knocked from his hand, according to the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office. Crespo refused, and that’s when Thompson, of Brownsville, allegedly threw him into a doorway and then dragged the Coney Island man down the sidewalk while shrieking, “Don’t you know I’m from the ‘ Ville?” |

(Black) Boardman man wears clown mask to scare daughter, gunshot is fired  BOARDMAN, Ohio – A father decided to prank his daughter by wearing a clown mask and chasing her, which resulted in a gunshot and charges against two Boardman men. Vernon Barrett Jr. wore a clown mask and chased his six-year-old daughter from their apartment. A woman called police saying a child who was being chased by a masked man ran in front of her car screaming and then jumped into her car. Police were notified by dispatch that the child ran into someone’s apartment, as the front door was unlocked. When the child ran into the apartment, she asked the family living there if she could stay because a clown was chasing her, the report said. Dion Santiago, a member of the family, told police he looked out the window and saw Barrett Jr., still wearing the mask, standing outside of the building. The report said Santiago fired his gun toward the yard of the building next door to scare him off, but Barrett Jr. was not hit by the gunshot. - (Drudge) |

What he didn't steal was gas. The (Northwest Indiana) Times reports that a state trooper arrested 33-year-old Sean Harris on Wednesday after finding him stranded by the side of a two-lane highway with his vehicle out of fuel. Police say the South Bend-area man's blood alcohol level was above the legal limit. |

Authorities seize large amount of heroin and fentanyl in Oxford Circle from black drug dealer OXFORD CIRCLE -- Authorities have seized a large amount of heroin and fentanyl in the Oxford Circle section of the city. Philadelphia Police said approximately $370,000 worth of drugs were found in a home on the 1000 block of Rosalie Street. Officials said the recovery follows a lengthy joint investigation with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Police arrested 20-year-old Frank Rondon in connection with the bust. Rondon faces multiple charges, including possession with the intent to deliver and endangering the welfare for a child. Rondon could face approximately 20 years in prison if found guilty. |

Sunday, according to authorities. D.C. police say that they have charged Habtamu Gebreslassie, 24, of Silver Spring. Md. with first-degree sexual abuse. Gebreslassie was a massage therapist at the Massage Envy in Tenleytown where the alleged assault took place. The woman told police that at around 1:45 p.m. she was getting a massage at the parlor when she says her massage therapist performed oral sex on her against her will. |

New York: (Black female) Ex-worker in public advocate’s office says agency covered up sexual assault by her Pakistani boss  A former worker in the city public advocate’s office is accusing her ex-boss of drugging and sexually assaulting her during a holiday party — and says the watchdog agency swept it under the rug. Angel DuBose, 47, says in a complaint filed with the state Division of Human Rights that Public Advocate Letitia James’ chief of staff, Ibrahim Khan, attacked her in 2014. DuBose claims in the papers that Khan drugged and sexually assaulted her. |

(White female) State Lawmaker's Niece SHOT IN FACE - Wounded in Vista Shooting, Bond Denied for (black male) Suspects    Columbia, SC - South Carolina Representative Leon Howard says his niece, 26-year-old Kristie Logan, was among the eight victims of Saturday's shooting in Columbia's Vista district. Howard revealed that fact Sunday morning while at a bond hearing at the county jail for three of the suspects charged in connection with the shooting. During the hearing, John Bates Jr. and Keveas Gallman, both 28, were denied bond. Bates is facing seven counts of attempted murder, while Gallman is facing one count on that charge. The two are also facing other related charges. Jarvis Tucker, 26, was given $250,000 bond for the one charge he's facing, accessory after the fact. A fourth suspect, 22-year-old Maleik Houseal, was wounded in the shooting and is still receiving treatment at the hospital. He's facing weapons charges, but no counts of attempted murder. (Racist black female) attack suspect caught on video calling old man a ‘white honky’  Police have released video of a woman who roughed up an 80-year-old man on a city bus while making anti-white statements earlier this month, authorities said. The suspect got into an argument with the man on an MTA bus near the East 30th St. and 1st Ave. around 6:30 a.m. Sept. 3. When the elderly man got up to change his seat to get away from the woman, she shoved him into a pole and shouted “Fu–ing white honky.” The assault caused the man to stumble and cut his leg on the edge of one of the seats, officials said. The woman then left the bus. She is believed to be in her 40s or 50s and was last seen wearing a red jacket. The man was treated by EMS for a minor injury to his leg. BLACK Fort Bragg soldiers charged in deadly NC parking lot shooting  Two Fort Bragg soldiers and a third man have been arrested and charged with murdering two men they allegedly were trying to rob in a North Carolina restaurant parking lot. Fayetteville Police Department announced Satureday the arrests of 20-year-old Ferris Brown, 19-year-old Javier Rashad Johnson and 19-year-old Daivon Tahjai Chambers on charges of first-degree murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery. Brown and Johnson are active-duty soldiers at Fort Bragg. Brown is with the 1-17th Calvary Regiment; Johnson is with the 2-504th 82nd Airborne Division, according to police. Chambers is from Fayetteville. All three men were jailed without bond and it's not known if they have attorneys. They were accused of killing 18-year-old Dareon Tyrese Cook and 32-year-old Jonathan David Goodman who were found in a parked car on Sept. 5 as officers conducted security checks. Cook was pronounced dead at the scene. Goodman died at a hospital on Sept 7. Their car was parked outside a Smokey Bones restaurant in Fayetteville. |
Slidell sex-beast convicted of molesting 8-year-old girl SLIDELL, LA. - A Slidell man faces up to 99 years in prison after a jury found him guilty of molesting an 8-year-old girl in 2014. A jury found 26-year-old Latroy O. Simmons guilty Friday of molestation of a juvenile, District Attorney Warren Montgomery reports. Investigators say Simmons was staying with the girl's family one night in 2014 when he molested her. Montgomery said the girl was awakened when Simmons grabbed her legs. He then continued touching her until a noise startled him and the girl ran into the bathroom. The child had problems emotionally and in school for two years until she told her mother what happened. The Slidell Police Department investigated the case. Assistant District Attorneys Blair Alford and Luke Lancaster prosecuted it. Simmons is scheduled to be sentenced on November 2 and faces between 25-99 years in prison. |

Charges against him are pending, officials said. Ray Garcia, the victim’s brother, said he paid the couple a visit around 1 a.m. where he saw his sister outside and her boyfriend loading a gun in the doorway. Garcia said Rodriguez was known to carry a firearm and often bragged about it, so he was not immediately alarmed by the sight of the weapon.she was brain dead because the bullet went in her eye and out through her brain.” |
Black woman (named 'LATRINA') police say assaulted Overland Park detectives during shoplifting arrest faces four charges  OVERLAND PARK, Kan. -- Johnson County prosecutors filed three felonies and one misdemeanor count against a Mississippi woman who is accused of shoplifting and then injuring three detectives who tried to arrest her and another man on Friday afternoon. Court documents say Latrina Newsome, 40, is charged with three counts of battery on a law enforcement officer and one count of theft for allegedly taking less than $1,500 worth of property from an Overland Park store in the 11500 block of W. 95th Street. The three detectives were hospitalized. "Once the officers tried to detain them, a fight ensued. Three of our officers were injured, one was pepper sprayed," Officer John Lacy said. "The officers were transported to a local hospital, they will be okay, one will be held overnight for observation." The male suspect was chased, but officers lost sight of him at the southwest corner of 95th and Quivira. He's described as a large black male between the ages of 19 and 22, he's 6-foot tall with a thin build and was wearing blue jeans and a red & white plaid shirt. | Jury awards black woman $250K after cops chained her to hospital bed A jury awarded a Brooklyn landlord $250,000 after she sued the city for an arrest that left her shackled to a hospital bed for 17 days. Karen Brim alleged that the NYPD roughed her up in the stairwell of her Flatbush building in 2012 as they pursued four teens who had been hanging out on the roof. The officers chased the kids into Brim’s building as she was mopping a hallway, she claimed in a federal lawsuit. Brim told the police the kids were visitors, not trespassers, and the officers claimed Brim hit one of the cops with a broom. Brim ended up in Kings County Hospital, where she was handcuffed by her wrist and ankle to her bed for more than two weeks as she awaited multiple surgeries before her arraignment. Her attorneys, Marshall Bluth, Gerald Cohen and Joshua Fitch, collected $375,000 in fees. |

Police encountered Scout Schultz, a 21-year-old computer engineering student who identified as neither male nor female, in a parking lot outside the dorms after someone called 911 to report “a person with a knife and a gun,” according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. Schultz didn’t appear to be holding a gun in video recorded from a window above the parking lot, as the campus was placed on lockdown shortly before midnight. But the student was armed with a knife, the bureau wrote in a statement — and video shows officers repeatedly telling Schultz to drop the weapon as the student advances. “Come on man, let’s drop the knife,” an officer with his gun drawn says in the graphic video. But Schultz walks toward him. “Shoot me!” |

"Crazy" Negro gets life without parole for execution of White Houston Deputy Darren Goforth   HOUSTON - Shannon Miles has pleaded guilty for the murder of Deputy Darren Goforth. Miles will serve life in prison without the possibility of parole. The guilty plea was part of a plea deal that the prosecution, defense, sheriff, and Deputy Goforth’s family say they’re happy with. It's a sentence the prosecution says is still harsh and just, while also sparing the Goforth family from a trial and allowing them to move forward. Miles pleaded guilty to repeatedly shooting and killing Deputy Goforth at a northwest Harris County gas station in August 2015. Wednesday's hearing lasted just seven minutes. After Miles pleaded guilty, his attorney told the judge he’s confident his client is competent. He said he and others on the defense have had several conversations with him since Miles’ was sent to a state mental hospital. This plea marks the end of an emotional two years for the families of everyone involved in this case, especially Deputy Goforth’s widow, Kathleen. She spoke publicly for the first time after the hearing. "He loved our kids. I'm so grateful for the memories they have of him and I hope to always honor that, as that is what they need. And it's what Darren deserves," Kathleen Goforth said.Prosecutors say Miles’ longtime mental illness weighed heavily on both their team and Goforth’s widow. They also said getting their chances of getting a death penalty conviction on someone with severe mental illness was “almost zero”. “I can kill a drug-induced crazy guy, and frankly, that’s what I thought I was getting when I started. It’s different when you have a true mental deficiency, and Kathleen is such an amazing person. It weighed heavily on her, it weighed heavily on all of us. It played a large part but not the only part," said Special Prosecutor Brett Ligon. Miles’ motive is still a mystery in this case. "Due to the severity of his mental illness, he is episodal psychotic, he has no memory of the day, that day of his life even," said Anthony Osso, Miles' defense attorney. - (Black-on-white) |

(BLACK) Man charged in shooting deaths of his white girlfriend Boston, and a (White) male motorcyclist on I-93 - his father wounded    BOSTON — A man was charged in connection with two fatal shootings that claimed the lives of a woman in Dorchester and a motorcyclist on Interstate 93 this week. Lance Holloman, 30, was charged with murder, armed assault with intent to murder, and other offenses for allegedly shooting Scott Stevens Jr., 32, and his 54-year-old father as they rode their motorcycles southbound on I-93 near the Neponset Avenue exit Sunday at 5 p.m. Stevens, a resident of East Taunton, died of his injuries at Boston Medical Center on Wednesday; his relative is expected to survive. Holloman is also charged in the fatal shooting of (his white girlfriend) Michaela Gingras. The 24-year-old resident of Manchester, New Hampshire, was found with fatal gunshot injuries several hours after the I-93 shooting inside a residence on Santuit Street in Dorchester. She was pronounced dead at the scene late Sunday night. Holloman was arrested by Franklin Police on three outstanding warrants following a motor vehicle collision early Monday morning. One of the warrants charged unlawful possession of a firearm for a May 31 incident in which he allegedly directed another person to throw a loaded handgun from a vehicle while fleeing a traffic stop; Holloman evaded police but a warrant issued for his arrest. - (Black-on-white) |

(BLACK) Mother, son arrested in fatal Labor Day hit-and-run crash - that left a young White father, National Guard member dead   CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. -- Police have made two arrested in the death of a Florida man struck and killed in Clayton County while riding his scooter on I-75. Christopher Walthall and his mother Sonya were taken into custody for the death of 31-year-old Demosthenes Kostapapas Jr. who was riding along I-75 near Bob White Trail when he was struck. He soon died at the hospital. Armed with a piece of the car's body, investigators worked diligently for days to solve the case until they finally narrowed down the exact make, model, and color of the suspect's vehicle. Speaking with dealerships, investigators learned that the car was taken to Hennessy of Southlake for repairs in Christopher's name. In his confession, he later admitted to being the driver during the fatal crash on I-75. He has since been charged with first-degree vehicular homicide, improper lane change, leaving the scene of an accident and driving on a suspended license. Additional warrants were taken out for Sonya who is the registered owner of the vehicle - and the mother of the suspect. She was charged with tampering with evidence and insurance fraud. The warrants were obtained based on her involvement in the case pertaining to the car's repair. Kostapapas was an Army National Guard member and a new father. In a previous interview his mother said she wondered if he would have survived had the driver stopped to help. - (Black-on-white) |
BLACK man indicted on manslaughter charge in killing of his (white) girlfriend  COVINGTON — A Kenton County grand jury indicted Marquil Brooks, 23, Thursday on one count of manslaughter in the shooting death of Kelly Cocagne, 30. Prosecutor Rob Sanders said Brooks turned himself in. Sanders said Brooks and Cocagne were in a relationship and lived in the same home where Cocagne was shot last month. Covington police would not confirm what led up to the shooting and Sanders said the details about Brooks cleaning the gun is "not consistent with the police investigation." - (Black-on-white) |

Black man and new? white female fornicater convicted in beating of the black guy's older female fornicater who they beat and locked up  A Roanoke man was convicted of beating a Roanoke woman with whom he shared a residence. Aaron Wesley Jenkins, 32, pleaded no contest to abduction and malicious wounding. Roanoke Circuit Judge Charles Dorsey found Jenkins guilty. Jenkins was the second of two defendants convicted in the case. Jenkins lived in the apartment with the victim. On March 16, he brought another woman inside, Kimberly Renee Markham, and they beat the victim and dragged her inside a closet. Police, alerted at 12:40 a.m. to screams coming from the apartment unit, knocked but got no answer. After forcing open the door, officers found Jenkins and Markham engaging in sex in a bedroom and found the victim in the bedroom’s closet. Markham pleaded no contest last month to malicious wounding. The victim, age 55 at the time of the incident, was treated at a hospital for injuries to her head, hand, back and chest and released. She was later hospitalized and spent time in intensive care as a result of complications from the attack, but survived. |

The Calhoun County DA’s office issued warrants on a charge of 2nd-degree sexual abuse, and a charge of sexual contact with a student under 19 as a school employee against Shedrick Bernard Long, 46. |
More students come forward with sex crime allegations against black former substitute teacher CHARLOTTE, N.C. - A Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools substitute teacher at Rocky River High School was arrested after he was accused of sex crimes involving a student. Lamont Barrett 31, was suspended two weeks ago and was fired Thursday. Mint Hill police officers now say they have spoken with more students who have come forward with allegations against Barrett. Mint Hill police charged the former substitute teacher with seven counts of indecent liberties involving a student. Police said on Thursday there was one victim. Records show the abuse happened during school hours and inside a classroom. Barrett was hired in March of this year. He only worked at Rocky River High. Officers are asking parents to talk with their children to find out if they encountered Barrett. |
Black Cleveland man stabbed after being found naked atop girlfriend's 12-year-old daughter - charged with rape CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A Cleveland man faces felony charges after his girlfriend found him sexually assaulting her 12-year-old daughter and stabbed him several times at a West Side home, records say. Troy Parks, 31, is charged with rape and gross sexual imposition in the incident that happened Tuesday. The mother of the victim has not been charged with any crimes. The mother told police that she stabbed Parks six times after she found him naked on top of her daughter around 2:30 a.m. The girl told investigators that Parks had also touched her in the past. Police asked a judge to hold Parks on a high bond due to fears of retaliation against the victim and her family. Police also asked the judge to issue a no contact order between Parks and the victim. Parks suffered five stab wounds to his chest and one in the back of his head. Officers found "lots of blood on scene" when they went to investigate. |

Newly Hired (BLACK) Fort Smith Police Employee Resigns After Being Charged With Misconduct FORT SMITH — The newly hired Fort Smith police deputy director of administrative services, Harold Rochon resigned from his position. Rochon had been employed for a week. According to city administrator Carl Geffken, last Friday, Rochon spoke with Police Chief Nathaniel Clark and mentioned that an issue surfaced in Detroit and that it could result in criminal charges. According to assistant Wayne County prosecutor Maria Miller in Detroit, Rochon is a former Detroit police official and has been charged with misconduct in office. Rochon was arraigned Tuesday in court and was released on a personal bond of $3,000, according to Miller. Miller stated Rochon is accused of having Detroit officers build a deck at his home during work hours. Rochon is scheduled to go back before a judge for a probable cause hearing on Sept. 19, said Miller, and before a judge on a preliminary examination on Sept. 25. |

      A story about an African-American male who allegedly murdered multiple white men after once saying he wanted to “kill all white people” is being completely ignored by the liberal media. Fredrick Demond Scott, a 22-year-old black male, has been charged this week with the murder of Steven Gibbons and John Palmer, two middle-aged white males. Gibbons was reportedly found dead on August 14 of this year and Gibbons was killed in Aug. 2016. Scott is also a suspect in three other killings of white men. (RELATED: White Men In Kansas City Have Been Shot Dead By Possibly Racially Motivated Serial Killer) This comes after Scott reportedly once said that he wanted to “kill all white people.” Many media outlets appear to have completely ignored this story. HONOLULU – Trial for a Hawaii-based Army soldier accused of attempting to support the Islamic State group won't happen until at least late next year. That's because of the amount of classified information prosecutors say the case involves. An indictment accuses Sgt. 1st Class Ikaika Kang of attempting to provide material support to the group. Court documents say he allegedly provided undercover agents he believed were part of the Islamic State group classified military information.

This might explain why these women are exposed to higher rates of STDs.”
