BLACK POS does not deserve 'life' in prison - shot two White women to dead during back robbery Newly released court papers give a graphic account of what unfolded inside a Conway CresCom bank branch on Monday when two female employees were killed. Authorities say a suspect shot and killed Kathryn “Katie” Davis Skeen, 36, of Green Sea and Donna Major, 59, of Conway during the robbery before fleeing the scene in one of the victim’s vehicles. Brandon Michael Council — the man accused in a deadly bank robbery — was arrested following a brief foot pursuit by police Wednesday afternoon after being spotted by someone near a Red Lobster in Greenville, N.C. Once he was captured, he allegedly admitted to police that he shot the bank employees, according to an affidavit. The documents go on to say, “he knew he was going to hurt somebody that day.” He told agents he had watched the movie “Get Rich or Die Trying,” and also stated “he did not deserve to live.” The day of the robbery and murders, Council allegedly went into the bank just after 1:10 p.m., had a brief conversation with a female bank teller, pulled a gun on her, and then shot her multiple times, the documents state. He then jumped over the bank counter, according to the affidavit, and is allegedly seen discovering another female teller hiding beneath a desk. Video surveillance then allegedly shows him shooting the second female multiple times as she tries to hide under the desk, the document states, and also says he was seen jumping over the counter multiple times during the incident. - (Black-on-white) |

They stalked Black Friday murder victim ‘like people stalk a deer,’ prosecutor says FORT WORTH A jury took about an hour Thursday to sentence a man to life in prison for tying up a popular Fort Worth assistant store manager on Black Friday in 2014, beating and killing her, then burning the body. Ashlea Ann Harris was murdered Nov. 28, 2014, by Clarence David Mallory, 22, and his co-defendant, Carter Carol Cervantes, 28. Cervantes also received a sentence of life without parole at a separate trial in May 2016. “Imagine the horror,” said Kevin Rousseau, Tarrant County prosecutor, during closing arguments Thursday. “Someone is probably sitting on you while someone else is taping up your hands and then your ankles. “They slash her throat and then, when she is finally dead, they set her place on fire. There are a lot of people at her apartment complex, which says a lot about the defendants in this case.” Police said they believe Mallory and Cervantez killed Harris so they could steal her keys to the American Eagle Outfitters store at the mall, to get in later and steal the store’s cash the day after Thanksgiving, popularly known as Black Friday. Harris, 31, was an assistant store manager at the store. Cervantez was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole in May of last year after taking the stand and blaming the murder on Mallory. Prosecutors did not seek the death penalty against either defendant. “Our personal preference would have been that they both would be executed,” (stepfather) Charles Cassity said. “But the state made the decision to not pursue the death penalty. - (Black-on-white) |

Black Sports: Ex-NFL player from Chesterfield convicted of $10 million fraud scheme RICHMOND, Va. — A former NFL and University of Virginia football player was convicted by a federal jury Thursday for his role in a fraud scheme that cost his client’s a total of $10 million. Merrill Robertson Jr. and a co-conspirator started Cavalier Union Investments, LLC, and Black Bull Wealth management, LLC. Robertson played football at L.C. Bird High School, Fork Union Military Academy, and the University of Virginia. He then played briefly for the Philadelphia Eagles in the early 2000s. Prosecutors said from 2009 to 2016 the 36-year-old and the co-conspirator, identified as Sherman Carl Vaughn, solicited individuals to invest money in private investment funds that they managed, as well as investment opportunities that they proposed. They said Robertson identified potential investors by using contacts that he had from the NFL, the University of Virginia and the Fork Union Military Academy. Court records show that Robertson defrauded elderly individuals, former coaches, donors, alumni, and school employees. Prosecutors said Robertson and Vaughn led clients to believe they were experienced investment advisors, and that they employed other experienced investment advisors to manage their investment funds. Court records show that Robertson and Vaughn fraudulently obtained more than $10 million from over 50 investors. Prosecutors say the men spent most of the money on mortgage and car payments, school tuitions, spa visits, luxury goods, and vacations. |

"Depraved young man. I talked to the officers who arrested him and there was ice blood, there is basically ice water in his veins. Described to me as a sociopath," Mayor McDermott said. Cold Case Arrest Follows Investigation - old negro still living in the same apartments as when he murdered a WHITE woman in 1999 CENTENNIAL, Colo. – The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest in an 18-year-old cold case murder following information obtained through a CBS4 Investigation. Investigators arrested Robert Lee Williams, 70, on Tuesday. Williams is being held on a murder charge, suspected of killing Arapahoe County prosecutor Rebecca Bartee in June 1999. Bartee, 41, was found dead in her bathtub after she failed to show up for work. It appeared someone had staged the scene to make it appear that Bartee had killed herself. While investigators soon determined Bartee had been murdered, they were never able to make an arrest or charge anyone in the case. In February of this year, a man contacted CBS4 Investigator Brian Maass, saying he believed he might have crucial information on the Bartee murder. He said he had lived with Williams in the Copper Terrace Apartments on South Dayton Street around the time of Bartee’s death. The witness recalled Williams leaving Bartee’s apartment around the time of the murder and remembered Williams behavior as being strange and suspicious. But the man said he had been unable to talk to Arapahoe County investigators. CBS4 connected the witness to Arapahoe County Sheriff investigators who looked into the new information. Williams was still living at the Copper Terrace Apartments nearly two decades after the murder. The arrest affidavit in the case has been sealed. - (Black-on-white) - (victim found in bathtub, most likely nude, most likely the black had raped her) |
Two low-life slime/scum parasitic predator POS black punks stealing TVs from Sears kill 81-year-old WHITE man after violently shoving him COLUMBIA, SC - An 81-year-old Richland County man trying to stop two men from stealing television sets from a Midlands department store was killed last Tuesday. The two shoplifters will now be held accountable for his death after they shoved him violently to the ground, according to Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott. According to Sheriff Leon Lott, Duaine Hamilton, 81, was working loss prevention at the Sears on Two Notch Road at 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 21 when he was assaulted by two men who were attempting to leave the store with the televisions. "An 81-year-old man who was out here living life, enjoying the golden years of his life and it was just snatched from him by these two punks who want to go steal two TVs from Sears. And those two TVs were more important than Mr. Hamilton's life," Lott said. Hamilton tried to stop the two men by standing in front of them but was shoved to the ground. Hamilton, Coroner Gary Watts said, was shoved so violently that his head hit the ground, causing injuries that led to his death. "Think about this, this 81-year-old man and grandfather who by all rights should have been at home playing with his grandchildren was doing what he thought was the right thing and working," Watts said. Hamilton was taken to the hospital where he later died. One of the men, Jeffrey Alan Simmons, was arrested at his home on Ferrell Drive on Friday and charged with strong armed robbery and murder. The other, Jason Randolph, was apprehended Wednesday. Both have lengthy criminal records. Lott said Simmons has 17 arrests for shoplifting, nine convictions. - (Black-on-white) |

70 (pit bull) dogs tied to trees in the woods in worst negro animal cruelty cases POLK COUNTY, GA - Agencies are scrambling to find shelter for more dogs discovered in what Polk County Police Chief Kenneth Dodd calls one of the worst animal cruelty cases he's ever seen. “It’s heartbreaking,” he said. The Polk County Animal Control facility is overwhelmed as it tries to find space for 107 dogs. Shelters in nearby Paulding and Douglas counties are housing some of the rescued dogs. However, other shelters in metro Atlanta are having trouble making space because of all the animals they’re now housing in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey in Texas. Acting on a tip, officers first discovered 72 dogs chained to trees and car axles in the woods behind a home in the small community of Aragon. Most of the dogs seemed to be in decent health, though some appeared to be malnourished. On Monday, the police department posted a live video on Facebook as Chief Dodd walked through the woods showing the various dogs discovered on the property, located on Cashtown Road. On Tuesday, CBS46 learned that 35 more dogs were found on a property on Puckett Road in nearby Cedartown. Police arrested 32 year-old Devecio Rowland in connection to the case. |

Prosecutor says DNA evidence on bottle, shirt & cigarette led to charges in Indian Creek Trail murder case KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker announced charges Tuesday afternoon against Fredrick Scott, a suspect in the Indian Creek Trail murders and another homicide at 67th and Troost. As a news conference Tuesday afternoon, Kansas City Police Chief Rick Smith named 22-year-old Fredrick D. Scott as the suspect in two fatal shootings, and said the investigations are ongoing. Scott is also considered a suspect in other homicides in the area. Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker said Scott faces first degree murder and armed criminal action charges in the murders of 57-year-old Steven Gibbons on August 13, 2017 near 67th and Troost, and 55-year-old John Palmer found dead near E. Bannister and Lydia Avenue on August 19, 2016. Baker said investigators were able to use DNA evidence to link Scott to the murders of Gibbons and Palmer. "Surveillance video showed our victim, Steven Gibbons, on an ATA bus. A man exits that bus with him and is seen following him, getting closer and closer and closer. The man following the victim is carrying and drinking from a bottle and the camera pans away at the time of the homicide. DNA from a screwtop bottle found at Gibbons homicide scene matched the DNA found on a shirt also at the Palmer homicide scene. DNA from a cigarette that Scott was smoking was also matched from that bottle and KCPD detectives recovered that cigarette after Scott identified himself to police,” Peters-Baker said. Jean Peters Baker named Scott as a suspect in three other murders that occurred in close proximity. Baker said Scott remains in custody in the Jackson County jail with a request for bond to be set at $1 million, and is considered a suspect in the other three homicides on the Indian Creek Trail, but as of now there is not enough evidence to charge him in those cases. Scott is now considered a suspect in the three other killings along the Indian Creek Trail.
