Two blacks - suspect in murder of young White woman in custody (on unrelated charges)   A Kenosha Negro, suspected of strangling a Kenosha teenager found dead July 24 in Mount Pleasant, was in custody Friday on unrelated charges. Kenosha County District Attorney Mike Graveley identified Daniel Tate, 19, in court Friday as the "primary suspect" in the murder of Olivia Mackay. Graveley made that statement during Tate's initial appearance before Court Commissioner David Berman on two unrelated misdemeanors. Berman set Tate's bond at $20,000 — $10,000 for each of the two cases filed against him in Kenosha County Circuit Court. He was charged in 2016 with battery and disorderly conduct, both as domestic abuse, for throwing his mother to the ground and punching his grandfather in the face. He did not appear for his sentencing on that case, resulting Friday in a new charge of bail jumping. Detectives from the Kenosha and Mount Pleasant police departments arrested Tate and Jamari Cook, 17, also of Kenosha, late Thursday night in connection with the death of Mackay, whose body was found in Mount Pleasant on July 24. Cook told police he was there when Tate strangled Mackay on a Kenosha beach. Cook told police he helped Tate place Mackay's body in her car, which Tate then proceeded "to drive around as if it was his own." - (Black-on-white) |

Orange County deputies arrest (two tear drop tattooed) black man for killing of (White) woman found near Lake Apopka  An Orlando man was arrested in connection with the death of a 27-year-old woman who was found in a wooded area near Lake Apopka in May. Joshua Emmanuel Delarie Simon, 29, is charged with first-degree murder with a firearm, according to an arrest affidavit. Simon is accused of fatally shooting Kimberly Renee East, whose body was found about 8:30 p.m. on May 29 in the 900 block of McCormick Road. She was not identified until June. Simon was served with a murder warrant Wednesday in the Orange County Jail, where he was already booked on unrelated drug charges. (Black) Ex-HPD officer charged with intoxication manslaughter (of White man) found dead  FORT BEND COUNTY, TEXAS - The ex-HPD cop charged with intoxication manslaughter nearly a year ago was found dead Friday, according to the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office. James Combs, 33, missed a court date Friday morning. When deputies went to his house, they found him dead of an apparent suicide. Investigators said Combs' blood alcohol level was over twice the legal limit when he crashed into a car and killed 36-year-old Brian Manring last August. Deputies said the off-duty cop refused to take a field sobriety test shortly after slamming head-on into Manring's Corvette. Deputies at the scene said they "detected the presence of alcohol" on him. Combs' wife told investigators he needs help with an "alcohol problem," according to the arrest warrant. She told them he'd been belligerent with her on the phone that day and that his credit card statement showed he'd been at a strip club early that morning. Combs was taken to the hospital for a blood draw and minor injuries. His blood alcohol content was .17. - (Black-on-white) |

Ladaryl Jewayne Fisher, 32, was booked into the Dallas County Jail on Thursday, charged with murder in the death of Raymond Stewart, 50. A witness in the home at 14830 Kleberg Road heard gunshots in another room around 4:45 a.m. Wednesday and went to investigate, according Fisher's arrest warrant. A Pahrump couple is facing child abuse charges following an investigation by the Nye County Sheriff’s Office and the Nevada Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS) this month. The couple, identified as Matrix Walker and Whitney Lewis, were taken into custody July 28. One day prior, a sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to the Aspire Mental Health facility at the request of Child and Family Services officials, to take custody of Lewis’ 2-year-old. The deputy made contact with Lewis’ boyfriend due to an ongoing investigation by Child and Family Services officials for child abuse and neglect. “While placing the child in the car seat, we were able to observe bruising, dark in color, on the lower portion of the child’s left and right cheek,” the deputy noted. “A small bruise was also located in the middle of his forehead. Matrix stated that the child tends to get bruises from jumping on and off the bed in the trailer.” Further examination of the child, the arrest report stated, revealed additional bruises on the child’s body. Additionally, the report stated the child had bite marks over his body.

Dreadlocked black demon pimp sentenced to 25 years in prison for sexually assaulting, torturing woman LAFAYETTE, LA - An Oregon man was sentenced to 25 years in prison Thursday for sexually assaulting and torturing the mother of his child at a Calcasieu motel. Gammion McCloud, 37, originally from Washington, D.C. but living in Oregon at the time of his arrest, was sentenced to 300 months in prison for sexually assaulting and torturing the victim. McCloud abused his victim at a Calcasieu motel between March 5 and 22, 2014. McCloud was also linked to the search for a body that may have been dumped under the I-10 bridge in August 2015. McCloud pleaded guilty to one count of travel to engage in criminal sexual activity and one count of interstate domestic violence. McCloud was also sentenced to five years of supervised release and ordered to pay $73,550 restitution. While on supervised release, he must obtain sex offender specific treatment. According to the March 2, 2017, guilty plea, McCloud acted as the “pimp” for the victim, whom he convinced to engage in prostitution. They were together from 2008 until 2014. McCloud had a child with the victim and thereafter became progressively more abusive to her. He raped and tortured her repeatedly in the presence of her young child. He also locked the victim in a small cage, forcing her to engage in acts of prostitution. The victim and her child were able to escape while in Louisiana after McCloud doused her in gasoline and set her on fire. During all of these acts, the defendant was in possession of a firearm, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office. |
Sodomy, kidnapping and a robbery led to the murder of a 25-year-old victim, police say Authorities in Mobile have a 22-year-old man in custody in connection with a kidnapping and sodomy they believe led to the murder of a 25-year-old victim on Thursday (August 3) evening. The Mobile Police Department took (LGBT-Queer dirty deviant black) David McBride of Mobile into custody and booked him into Mobile County Metro Jail at 3:47 a.m. on Friday. His arrest stemmed from shooting reported at approximately 6:40 p.m., on Thursday. Police officers responded to the Central Stop located at 7008 Howells Ferry Road. The 25-year-old victim found suffering from gunshot wounds was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased. |
Police: Dog put down after organs 'melted' due to being left in heat OKLAHOMA CITY — A man faces an animal cruelty charge after a dog in his care died due to high temperatures. Oklahoma City Police Department reports show on June 15 officers were called to a home at 1726 NE 53 Street to assist Animal Welfare. At the home, officers found an unresponsive pit bull and another pit bull walking around in the sun. One of the dogs reportedly had an internal temperature of 109 degrees. The dog walking around had an internal temperature of 103 degrees. A police report shows the dog with an internal temperature of 109 degrees had to be put down because the dog's internal organs had "melted". The other dog was saved. Officers spoke to the dog's owners who reportedly had no remorse for not giving the animals water or shade. Police were able to collect enough evidence to charge the dog's owner, 43-year-old Brian Hall, with animal cruelty. Hall was cited in 2011 for animal cruelty to horses. |

Dubbed "Operation Maple Empire," the large scale investigation targeted the alleged leader of the drug ring, 42-year-old Shawn Davis of Trenton. “We allege that Davis was a major heroin supplier, as revealed by the 358 bricks of heroin – or nearly 18,000 doses – seized from his car as he returned from a weekly drug run to Newark,” said Attorney General Porrino. “The allegations make clear that Davis was fueling a staggering amount of addiction each week, and by shutting him down, the (New Jersey) state police and their partners undoubtedly saved lives.” Also facing first-degree charges in the indictments are 24-year-old Tracy Edwards, 37-year-old Tamica Freemand and 48-year-old William Holzendorf. |

Police Identify Black Suspect In Deadly Haverford Township Shooting of Chinese Man    PHILADELPHIA — Police have identified the suspect in the deadly Haverford Township shooting as his vehicle has been recovered in West Philadelphia. Police have identified the suspect as 24-year-old Derrick Rollins. He still remains at large. Rollins is accused of shooting and killing 29-year-old John Le on Saturday near Haverford Road in Delaware County. Police say he was caught on a security camera fleeing the scene wearing a red hoodie. Investigators say Rollins is also linked to another seemingly random attack in the Overbrook Park section of Philadelphia. It happened 45 minutes before the Haverford homicide. Police say the suspect is accused of shooting at two people, missing them, but hitting the car they were in. He was then seen fleeing in the gray Volvo. |

The body of 62-year-old Enfield resident, Pamela Cote, was found behind the homes on Windsor Court near Lafayette Park on Oct. 28. The complex on Windsor Court is a public housing complex for the elderly and disabled. During their investigation, police determined that the death of Cote "appeared suspicious." On Nov. 3, 2016, police learned that 33-year-old, East Hartford resident Howard Bowen was a suspect in the death of Cote. On Friday, Bowen, who was incarcerated on an unrelated robbery charge at the Walker Correctional Facility, was charged with murder and was arrested at Enfield Superior Court on Friday morning. The Little Rock Police Department arrested 35-year-old Andre Jackson in Carlo Marigliano's death. Police have also put out a warrant for 34-year-old Charina Fort (Gender: Female). The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force helped the police department make the arrest around 12:30 p.m. at the Super 7 motel on August 4. Officers were called to 1600 North Shackleford to the Berkley Apartments after the 31-year-old was found shot to death in a car on July 28. According to LRPD spokesperson Lt. Steven McClanahan, Marigliano was shot and then crashed the vehicle into the side of one of the apartment buildings. Gianni Sulmonte, Marigliano’s cousin issued a statement to THV11 that said, “This is a good thing, we have confidence in the Little Rock Police Department. This is the beginning of bringing closure legally and to our family.” Jackson and Fort are facing capital murder charges in this case. Fort is considered armed and dangerous. Charges against (black) man in fatal shooting of (White) Wayne State University Sgt. Collin Rose   DETROIT - Charges were announced Thursday against a man in connection with the fatal shooting of Wayne State police Sgt. Collin Rose last year. Raymond Durham, 60, will be charged with first-degree premeditated murder, murder of a peace officer, possession of a firearm by a felon and two counts of felony firearm. He returned to court at 3:30 p.m. Thursday for his arraignment and was found incompetent to stand trial. He returned to the forensic center and is scheduled to return to court Nov. 3. “We are confident that we have the correct charges and the correct defendant,” Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy said during a press conference announcing the charges. Durham was previously charged with shooting two police officers on the city's west side in March. Rose was shot in the head Nov. 22, 2016 while stopping a man on a bicycle in Detroit's Woodbridge neighborhood. Rose was investigating car break-ins in the neighborhood. Slaughter shot himself in the shoulder in order to sell police on the idea that two men showed up to Masters' home and shot them. (WHITE) Bystander hurt in restaurant fight by beer mug thrown by black woman    MEMPHIS, TN - The man hit in the head with a beer mug during a wild fight at a popular Memphis restaurant is sharing his side of the story. Joey Facello was caught in the crossfire after someone complained about loud children at El Toro Loco. Facello is all stitched up and he has lots of head pain. He was trying to enjoy a friend's birthday party at El Toro Loco last Friday when the incident happened. “That's when I stood up to go to the bathroom and the next thing I know, blood's everywhere,” Facello said. Witnesses said someone threw a beer mug that hit him in the head during an argument. However, he wasn’t the intended target. Witnesses said a man sitting at a different table approached a woman nearby and told her that she or her child were being too loud. After an argument, a beer glass was thrown, hitting Facello smack in the head. The GoFundMe set up so far has raised almost $400, but he needs more to pay for the mounting hospital bills. (Black) Man charged with fatally shooting wife, teenage girl in Crystal Lake A northwest suburban man has been charged with fatally shooting his 31-year-old wife and a 15-year-old girl inside their Crystal Lake home Thursday night. Ryan C. Yarber, 31, faces four counts of first-degree murder, according to Crystal Lake police. About 8 p.m., officers were called to a home in the 100 block of Marian Parkway for a report of a female armed with a knife, according to police. Before they got there, police got another call saying a gunman was in the house. When they arrived, the officers found the girl and woman with gunshot wounds inside the home. Both were pronounced dead at the scene, police and the McHenry County coroner’s office said. Two young boys were in the house at the time, but were not injured. The woman was identified by the McHenry County coroner’s office as 31-year-old Allania S. Yarber. The coroner’s office did not release the girl’s name, citing her age and privacy requests by the family. The coroner’s office said both victims died of multiple gunshot wounds. |

Investigators say Amy Mabion died at the scene, and Philip Mabion died later at a hospital. VIDEO: Jacksonville Chick-fil-A trashed during fracas caught on camera  JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A Nassau County woman took to social media to vent after witnessing a fracas at a Jacksonville Chick-fil-A restaurant. The incident happened at some point Monday night at the River City Marketplace location. The witness, Allison Music, said several customers grew unruly during some sort of disagreement over chicken nuggets. The disturbance began as two male customers arguing with staff for roughly 20 minutes, Music said. She said it continued when two women -- who are related to one of the male customers -- undeterred by a locked door, barged in and confronted employees. "The teenage boy was arguing with them about his chicken nuggets and getting his refund back. They refunded his money, but I guess he lied to his sister and said they didn't refund his money," Music told News4Jax by phone Wednesday night. "So they came in, broke the door handle off the door while trying to get in one way. They came through the other way and started arguing with the manager." |
(Black) "Serial Library Exposer" arrested for theft  Papillion, NE -- - A “Serial Library Exposer” is back in jail this time for a more serious crime in the eyes of the law. Nathaniel Dixon, 31 is arrested for two counts of felony theft and is booked at the Sarpy County Jail. On Wednesday, the Papillion Police Dept. says Dixon broke into a home in the Tara Heights neighborhood, and stole dozens of pieces of jewelry. They put out an alert when neighbors saw the suspect jumping through yards near Hogan Drive and Beadle Street. Dixon was arrested the next day with the jewelry inside a pillow case in his backpack. Police also recovered a stolen car. Dixon is the “Serial Library Exposer” He's been convicted of masturbating in front of people at libraries in Papillion, La Vista, and Omaha and awaits trial this month for doing it at the South Omaha and Millard libraries.
Dixon served 3 year in prison in 2006 for burglary, 2 years in prison for possession of a deadly weapon and theft, and 2 months in prison for attempted burglary in 2016. |

(Black) Kansas City man charged with murder, accused of shooting woman trying to get her two children back KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A man faces second degree murder and armed criminal action charges for a deadly Wednesday evening shooting where 36-year-old Tamara Randolph was killed. Jackson County prosecutors charged John A. Frazier, 35, on Thursday. Court records say that witnesses told police Randolph went to a home in the 3700 block of Woodland to get her two children on Wednesday. Police responded to a ShotSpotter call and found her on the ground, she was declared dead on the scene. Frazier was arrested at the home. Police found a note on one of the home’s doors where Randolph asked Frazier to let her have the kids back. Video surveillance showed her arriving at the residence and knocking on the door. Frazier later arrived at the home and appeared to be holding a gun. Moments before ShotSpotter recorded seven sounds of shots, the video recording ended. A relative of the Randolph said Frazier pulled a gun on her. After a witness heard Randolph yell her kids’ names, she heard a struggle, then nothing. That witness stayed on the phone until she heard sirens and said Frazier had taken Randolph’s children two months ago and had not returned them. |

(Black) Suspect accused of running over Waco Officer had history with police  WACO - The man who police say ran over a Waco Police Officer Tuesday was a known drug dealer who had been arrested multiple times, according to Waco Police records. Kerry Bradley, 37, was arrested in 2005 for evading arrest and in 2004 for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver. Bradley also had misdemeanor arrests in May, 2000 and September, 2007, according to online records. Bradley was in a GMC Denali Tuesday morning, when police stopped him to serve a warrant. As police approached the vehicle, Bradley tried to drive off and ran over Officer William Graeber, according to police. Police on the scene shot Bradley multiple times. He died later at the hospital. Graeber, who was stuck under the SUV, was taken to Baylor, Scott and White Hillcrest in critical condition. Police gave an update on Graeber's condition Wednesday morning saying, he was breathing on his own and making good progress. His wife thanked the community for their support and asked for continued prayers. |
74-Year-Old Man Returning From Church Pummeled, Robbed Outside Manhattan Home by cowardly black thug An elderly Manhattan man walking back home from church was attacked and robbed outside his apartment building Wednesday evening, police say. The 74-year-old man was walking into the vestibule of his apartment building on Horatio Street, between Greenwich and Washington streets, when a stranger approached him and pummeled him, police said. The suspect then stole the victim’s wallet, which had $400 and multiple credit cards inside, according to police. Director of legal clinic for Black Canadians charged diamond ring to company credit card Funding for the African Canadian Legal Clinic could be withdrawn after audit also found that a clinic credit card was used to buy alcohol for on-site “Bacardi Friday” events. A Toronto legal clinic that has advocated for the Black community for over two decades is in jeopardy of having its funding cut amid allegations of financial mismanagement, Metro has learned. The African Canadian Legal Clinic has failed to address a number of issues, including misuse of public funds, since they first surfaced in 2009, according to a June 2016 decision from a committee of Legal Aid Ontario’s board of directors. The decision, obtained this summer by Metro, found the clinic was in "fundamental breach of its obligations" under its funding agreement with Legal Aid Ontario. The decision specifically cites an audit by independent auditors PwC, which names Margaret Parsons, the clinic’s executive director, and found she charged $754 for a diamond ring to a company credit card in 2007. (Black) Man slept in Phoenix hospital basement, robs them of computers PHOENIX - A man was caught stealing multiple laptops and large televisions from a Phoenix hospital last month. Phoenix police report that on July 24, Brian Leroy Nichols II, 35, was seen on surveillance video stealing three laptop computers from Abrazo Central Campus Hospital. The video reportedly shows Nichols wandering around the basement of the hospital for about three hours, going through classrooms and changing his appearance. He then allegedly took the computers from a classroom and stashed them under the staircase where he had made a bed with a gurney mattress. He left the hospital and sold two of the computers, but still had the third computer in his backpack when police arrested him. |

Spencer appeared at a Tuesday afternoon hearing in Philadelphia federal court. Spencer was indicted last week, along with Allentown Mayor Ed Pawlowski and three alleged co-conspirators. Spencer is charged with bribery and fraud for allegedly taking part in pay-to-play schemes. Pawlowski pleaded not guilty to similar charges last week. |

Elderly Insurance Salesman Attacked, Robbed Inside Bathroom At Deerfield Beach Park - by pack of cowardly black parasites DEERFIELD BEACH – Bert, a 75-year-old insurance salesman, was on his way to meet with a client in Deerfield Beach on Tuesday when he decided to make a pit stop. He had to use the restroom so he stopped at McKeithen Park. What happened next left Bert, who asked that we not use his last name, unconscious and without his valuables. “I pinched myself this morning to make sure that I was here,” he said. Bert said he was leaving the bathroom when he saw a guy standing by the door. “He was like looking out to see, as a look out,” he said. “I knew I was in trouble.I was grabbed around the neck, thrown down to the ground, like a toy, just against the wall.” Bert said the man who grabbed him in the bathroom appeared to be about 25 years old. “He grabbed me so tight,” Bert said. “He was like football player. He was so strong. If you had 200 pounds of pressure pulling your throat and stopping you to breathe, you’re gonna have a problem for a while.” At that moment, Bert thought his life was over. “I was praying to God, because I’m a religious man and I said, ‘God, is this the way I’m gonna go? On a bathroom floor? After being a nice person all these years and so forth?” he said. That’s the last thing Bert remembers. Marshall sex assault suspect arrested in Dallas Dallas County — A suspect in a Marshall sex assault case is now in custody in Dallas. According to Dallas County judicial records, Kameron Maxfield, 22, of Marshall, was booked into the Dallas County Jail on July 31. Maxfield has a warrant out of Marshall for a charge of sexual assault by force. He was arrested after a pursuit involving Dallas officers. The Marshall sexual assault charge stemmed from an April 2017 incident in which, a woman accused Maxfield of driving her to a remote location in Harrison County, sexually assaulting her, choking her until she passed out, and assaulting her again. She said that be punched her continually, as well. She reported that he warned her if she tried to escape, he would run over her. When he left the dead-end road where the assault occurred and drove to a convenience store, she did jump out of the car to try to get away and he did then run over her. |
Interracial couple arrested for murder of black woman Two people who were being sought by police in connection with Friday’s fatal shooting of Ciara Philumalee on Madison’s North Side were arrested Wednesday. Jennifer Lovick, 34, and Korey Johnson, 33, are in Dane County Jail on tentative charges of being a party to first-degree intentional homicide and first-degree reckless injury, according to a Dane County Jail deputy. After Johnson’s arrest, deputies searched for and found Lovick in Token Creek Park. Authorities had been looking in the park for the two on Tuesday. Philumalee was shot in the head around 1:45 a.m. Friday in the parking lot of an apartment building at 3718 W. Karstens Drive, police said. She later died at a hospital. |

The woman and her children ran out a side door as deputies spoke with Kariem Ali Muhammad Moore, who had been reluctant to let them inside, Carey said. They had gone to the home after a caller asked for a welfare check, expressing concern that no one had seen nor heard from the family in quite some time, he said. The family told deputies that they had not been allowed outside the home in at least two years. The woman is Moore's girlfriend and he is believed to be the children's father, Carey said. Moore was unemployed and apparently rarely left the home, Carey said. |

(Black) Woman, 21, arrested in connection to trafficking a child PORTLAND, Ore. — A group of multiagency law enforcement officers arrested a woman Monday, accusing her of crimes connected to trafficking a child. According to the Portland Police Bureau, a girl from out of state was reported missing and was in the Portland area. Investigators learned the girl was at an apartment complex in the 8200 block of Northeast Sandy Boulevard. They found the girl there with 21-year-old Shanell N. Rix of Portland. After they investigated, they arrested Rix and took her to the Multnomah County Jail, where she faces charges of compelling prostitution, promoting prostitution and attempting to use a child in display of a sexually explicit act. |
Black Man wanted in Cincinnati Zoo stabbing Cincinnati police released an image of a man who they said was involved in a stabbing at the Cincinnati Zoo Saturday. A 22-year-old man was visiting the zoo when a man stabbed him in the neck with a box cutter at about 4 p.m. Saturday, police said. There was an altercation before the stabbing, police said, but the report states that they men were strangers. The victim is from a Dayton, Ohio suburb, the report states. Police said a black man, about 30 years old, 6 feet, 1 inch tall and weighing about 180 pounds, is wanted in the stabbing. He was wearing a black shirt with red and white lettering and blue jean shorts. |

Patients suing Kaiser Permanente alleging (black) doctor sexually assaulted them UPPER MARLBORO, Md. - Patients of a doctor are suing Kaiser Permanente after they said he sexually assaulted them. While no criminal charges have been filed against Dr. Bryan Williams, Kaiser Permanente said he was fired and the Maryland State Board of Physicians said his license was suspended. On Thursday, attorneys in a class action lawsuit announced they were suing Kaiser Permanente on behalf of a dozen alleged victims. The attorneys alleged Kaiser Permanente knew about the sexual assaults as early as May of 2013 and failed to act when the first allegation from a female patient was made against him. The lawyers alleged the sexual misconduct was carried out during medical exams by the anesthesiologist and pain doctor at Kaiser Permanente in Largo and Kensington from 2010 to 2014. “During that time Dr. Williams sexually assaulted at least a dozen women that we know of and some patients who we don’t know of," attorney Hassan Murphy said. "Some women we know of were courageous enough to step forward. Those who we fear, multiple or dozens we suspect, unfortunately do not have the courage to step forward because they are victims who are ashamed of the stigma that comes from these types of crimes.” |

Shawn Waters is accused of trading the ill-gotten reptile, which went missing from the Alley Pond Environmental Center on July 17, to a Connecticut man for $300 and a musk turtle. Cops initially said Waters stole the tortoise, but prosecutors are only charging him with possession of stolen property. Waters claims he did not know the tortoise, named Millennium, was stolen and told investigators he acquired the the animal only after making a series of trades through a network of Queens reptile traffickers, according to a criminal complaint. |
(Black) Mom arrested for street racing with unrestrained toddler in car, reaching 120 mph A teen mom was arrested for driving about 120 miles per hour during a street race while her toddler was inside the car, according to police. Kierra Beaty, 19, crashed when she hit a pole along Highway 310 in Dallas, Texas on Sunday. Police said no one was seriously hurt in the crash, although Beaty had apparently hit speeds well over 100 miles per hour while racing. Police found Beaty's 13-month-old son inside the car, along with three other passengers. The child was apparently not in a car seat. After the incident, the boy was placed with his father. |

Va. CVS store employee accused of killing manager found by dumpster  WARRENTON, VA. - A CVS store employee has been arrested for allegedly killing his manager last week outside of the Warrenton CVS pharmacy, Warrenton police said. Police arrested Bernard Clark Duse, Jr. 76 early Wednesday morning in connection with the homicide of Rex Olsen, 64. The homicide happened on July 26 at the Warrenton CVS pharmacy located at 510 Blackwell Road. Olsen was the store manager and was the supervisor of Duse. Olsen was found near the dumpster at the CVS. Duse is being charged with first degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of murder, authorities said. - (Black-on-white) |

BRIDGETON - The man charged in the April 9 fatal shooting of 
Rhaquen M. Freeman, 19, met a 26-year-old woman about 10:40 a.m. Tuesday in the 7700 block of Nordica Street in north suburban Niles, claiming he wanted to buy four all-show Lollapalooza passes she was selling, valued at $1,340, according to Niles police. They met in the suburb, and while the woman explained how to use the electronic bracelets, Freeman grabbed them out of her hand and ran to a 2006 Toyota SUV that was waiting nearby, police said.
Thurston County Sheriff’s detectives are hoping you can identify this woman who used a stolen credit card at the Fred Meyer in Lacey on Friday, June 21st. It was taken from a vehicle in Tolmie State Park belonging to some tourists to our state visiting from Illinois. Deputies believe she is actively prowling cars and using stolen credit cards. “We’re looking for a young, African-American female who’s been taking stolen credit cards and using them at stores in the Thurston County area to purchase Visa gift cards. We do not know who the female is. We don’t have her by name.
