Deadly (black-on-White) Shooting Outside Bar in Pittston PITTSTON -- A man is dead after a shooting outside a bar in Pittston. Neighbors were already worried about the rowdiness outside the bar, but now their concerns are only growing. Police say a handshake refusal led to the deadly shooting outside of Saints and Sinners Irish Pub on Center Street just after 1 a.m. Sunday. When officers arrived on scene, the alleged shooter still held the gun in his right hand. According to police, when officers ordered him to drop the weapon, he said, "Here is the gun. I shot him." Officers arrested Stephen Spencer, 30, and charged him with criminal homicide, simple assault, and terroristic threats. The coroner identified the victim as Christopher Williams, 32, of Pittston. Neighbors have complained about loud noises coming from the bar, but they were shocked to learn someone was killed. "A shooting you never suspect it. There's fights and stuff but not a shooting," said Joyce Cook of Pittston. Police say the violence started inside the bar after a witness refused to shake Spencer's hand. According to court papers, that unidentified witness says they left the bar and started to walk home. They saw Spencer reach into his pants, grab a gun, and fire. Williams was rushed to Geisinger Wyoming Valley where he died. - (Black-on-white) |

Charges dropped against black accused of strangling his (White) calculus tutor to death - family says state messed up WEST PALM BEACH The Broward County State Attorney’s Office dropped its manslaughter charge Friday against Joni Donley, a Riviera Beach man accused of strangling his calculus tutor, after prosecutors failed to secure the testimony of the key witness to the 2012 homicide before he moved back to his home country. According to police reports, Donley and his tutor, David Grant of West Palm Beach, had agreed to meet for an evening math session at a Davie Dunkin’ Donuts on Jan. 17, 2012, as Donley, then 28, had a Calculus 2 test scheduled at Broward College the following day. Shortly after midnight they got into an argument, which turned into a physical fight just outside the shop. A witness saw Donley kick the 49-year-old Grant in the neck, jump on him, strangle him and drive off, police said. Another witness took down Donley’s license plate number as Donley drove off. Police using that plate number located Donley within hours, and found his bloody shirt. Left alone in an interview room after his arrest, Donley was heard saying to himself, aloud: “You killed somebody, Jon. How could you? How could you have done that? Oh, my God, I took a life … This guy’s dead for nothing, for nothing, Jon.” He told police he was set off by Grant calling him a racial slur during the argument, which witnesses confirmed. The key witness to the fight was deposed by defense attorneys but prosecutors neither attended nor sent notification that the testimony should be preserved for their use, according to Grant’s sister, Carol Field, who spoke at Friday’s hearing before Judge Lisa Porter. If prosecutors read the transcribed copy they were sent of that interview, they would have seen that witness Ahmad Alsuvae stated he planned to return to Saudi Arabia after completing his studies, said Field, a civil law attorney. Field said Assistant State Attorney Vegina Hawkins told her and her husband “point-blank” about three months ago that prosecutors felt obliged to drop the case because of their inability to use the deposition or get hold of the witness for the trial. In fact the Hawkins’ close-out memorandum on the case said that Grant weighed about 380 pounds and had partially clogged arteries, making the prosecution’s case vulnerable to defense claims that Grant died of a heart attack, not strangulation. “The state has no competent evidence to rebut the argument that when Donley is called a (derogatory name for black), he was suddenly provoked to turn and strike Mr. Grant. The witnesses all stated that Donley was walking away, and suddenly the combat ensues, with Grant attempting to place Donley in a bear hug. By all accounts, no weapon was used, and the fact that Donley held Grant for approximately 15 seconds does not rise to the level of a cruel and unusual manner.” Without the one witness who saw the whole fight, and the legal reality that the death could by law be construed as accidental, the memo said, “It has become abundantly clear that there is no likelihood of successful prosecution, and the state cannot pursue the charges set forth.” Friday’s hearing closing the case took just a few minutes, most of that time allotted to Field, who spoke of the State Attorney’s Office’s mistakes and of her loss of faith in a justice system that was letting her brother’s killer go free despite abundant evidence against him. “They did not fulfill their obligation to the family or the public,” she said afterward. Donley did not speak at the hearing and declined comment. “David was a good man. He loved math and he loved his students,” Field said. “Joni physically attacked him and left him face down, dead in the parking lot, like a dog. He drove away. He didn’t turn himself in. He was picked up with blood on his shirt. In his own words, he killed him for nothing.” - (Black-on-white) |

(Black) Tots dead from ‘asthma attacks’ investigated as homicide: cops Cops initially thought that 2-year-old Olivia Gee might have died from asthma after her mother’s boyfriend said he found the girl and her 3-year-old brother, Micha, struggling to breath in their beds early Monday, sources said. But the fact that the two kids died from simultaneous asthma attacks in the same home raised “red flags” for investigators, according to a source with the city’s Administration for Children’s Services. An autopsy on the child later determined that the girl died from severe trauma to her stomach, law-enforcement sources said. “The cause of death is blunt-force trauma. It looks like this girl was punched in the stomach. It’s a homicide investigation,” a source said. Cops are questioning the mother’s boyfriend, but there have been no arrests, a source said. The mother is hospitalized and receiving psychiatric care, a source said. |

(Liberal female idiot) Judge releases ‘mentally ill’ (black) man who allegedly tried stealing cop’s gun A deranged man allegedly stormed into a Brooklyn police station house and attempted to steal a cop’s firearm over the weekend — and was then let back on the street by a judge without bail. Kurdel Emmanuel lunged at the officer inside the 83rd Precinct Station house Saturday and violently clutched her firearm belt while attempting to yank out her service weapon, according to court papers. At his arraignment Sunday, Emmanuel was hit with a slew of charges, including assault on a police officer, attempted criminal possession of a weapon and attempted robbery. Prosecutors asked Brooklyn Criminal Court Judge Loren Baily-Schiffman to hold him in lieu of $250,000 bail. Instead, she ordered Emmanuel released on his own recognizance. Law enforcement slammed the judge for the release — which took place on the eve of a wake for Officer Miosotis Familia, who was killed by an apparently mentally disturbed man last Wednesday. “Prosecutors are taking this case seriously but the judge clearly didn’t,” one source said. Dennis Quirk, president of the New York State Court Officers Association, declared, “This idiot should be removed from the bench.” |

Ligon was the last to get off and says the woman stabbed her in the back as she did. "The handle of the knife broke off and landed on the floor of the bus, so I got off and I'm trying to feel around. I couldn't reach to where it was so I didn't feel anything," she recalled. With the blade in her back, she scrambled to safety. EMS crews removed the blade, and Ligon was in the hospital only a few hours and received only a few stitches. She says she's never met or saw the woman before and doesn't hold anything against her. She's just glad to be ok. "Lucky and blessed that I, you know, am fine," she confided. Helen Benjamin was arrested at the scene and is now charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. - (Black-on-white) |

Orlando man arrested in 2004 rape case at Florida airport BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. - An Orlando man was arrested at Fort Lauderdale International Airport on suspicion of raping a mentally handicapped woman in 2004, Boynton Beach police said. Pascal Estime, 55, sexually battered the woman, now 33, on two occasions and impregnated her, police said. Police used genetic material from the fetus to determine Estime had fathered the child, police said. The case went cold for 12 years because police could not determine Estime’s whereabouts. In July 2016, a Boynton Beach detective tracked Estime to Orlando and obtained a search warrant for his DNA—but Estime flew to Haiti before the warrant was served. With assistance from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, the warrant for Estime’s DNA was executed at his home in Orlando mid-June. Police determined that Estime had booked a flight to Haiti on JetBlue for Saturday and were able to arrest him before he boarded his flight. Police said he confessed after being taken into custody. |

Cops believe this (black) man is behind (jewish) ‘mitzvah’ bus torching Police have released new video showing the man who allegedly set fire to a popular “mitzvah” minibus in Brooklyn last month. The firebug was caught on camera hanging out inside a store around the time of the June 26 arson. Video previously released by cops shows the same man walking down the block where the bus was parked near Troy and East New York avenues in East Flatbush. Police believe the suspect smashed the windows of the multicolor bus before torching the interior of the vehicle around 11 p.m. that night. The colorful bus had Jewish phrases and images of the Torah and a menorah painted on the side. It was designed by a local artist who wanted to make kids and others feel proud of being Jewish. |
Large (black, negro, afro-american fatherless, feral) teenage brawl ruins out-of-town family’s experience at Worlds of Fun KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A family vacationing in Kansas City says their Fourth of July at Worlds Of Fun quickly turned into a nightmare when a huge fight broke out, and they were surrounded by dozens of teenagers fighting. Just before 10 p.m. on Tuesday, a family of four from South Dakota was at Worlds Of Fun trying to catch a shuttle bus back to their hotel, but what happened as they waited is something they say they’ll never forget. “It started to get really packed, a lot of people coming in, and we decided to have the shuttle bus pick us up at 9:45 to get out of there and beat the rush,” said Michelle Gibson. As the Gibson family was leaving the theme park at the pick up and drop off area, they say dozens of teenagers started making their way toward them. “A group of kids had come up and they were being pretty rowdy, a lot of foul language, made us pretty uncomfortable. I explained to my kids, don’t stare, and just watch the fireworks, the fireworks were still going on, so we just tried to ignore them and move as far away as we could from them,” added Gibson. |

Negroid Woman convicted of hiring hitman to kill husband for insurance money CLEVELAND -- A Cleveland mother and newlywed accused of ordering her firefighter husband's killing to collect $100,000 in insurance money has been convicted of aggravated murder in a scheme that was flawed from the start: His ex-wife was still the beneficiary of his policy. Uloma Walker-Curry, 45, could receive life in prison without parole for the November 2013 slaying of William Walker, whom she had married just four months earlier. Walker-Curry's trial began on June 21, and she did not take the stand in her defense. She'll be sentenced on Aug. 8. Prosecutors said Walker-Curry was nearing financial ruin after running up tens of thousands of dollars in debt when she asked her then-17-year-old daughter and the daughter's boyfriend to find someone to kill her husband so she could collect the insurance money. |

Slidell man told police he had to 'defend his territory' in road rage beating of elderly man A 73-year-old man was severely beaten late Thursday morning in what Slidell police described as a road rage incident near the intersection of Reine Avenue and Old Spanish Trail. Officers responded to a 911 call about two young men beating an elderly man who was inside his vehicle, Slidell Police Department spokesman Daniel Seuzeneau said in a news release Friday. Officers who arrived at the scene found 19-year-old Brett McCraney of Slidell and 26-year-old Adonis Young of New Orleans hiding in a nearby house. The victim, whom Seuzeneau described as disoriented, was discovered nearby with severe injuries. McCraney told police that he and Young were crossing Reine Avenue on foot when the man nearly hit them with his vehicle, Seuzeneau said. They began yelling at him, and he pulled over to the side of the road, which the two interpreted as a sign of aggression, according to Seuzeneau. McCraney told officers he felt he had to "defend his territory" and "show him what was up." McCraney began to beat the man, who was still in his vehicle, while Young got in the passenger side and also began hitting the man, according to police. |
