(White) Longtime high school coach Ken Whitley says (black) student and (black) mother assaulted him     Longtime high school coach Ken Whitley was injured and briefly hospitalized Monday night after a run-in with a high school basketball player and his mother at Green Run High. The participants widely disagree on what happened. Whitley was a state champion wrestler and football All-American at Norview High School, where he helped guide the Pilots to the 1959 state football championship. Whitley has been coaching in Norfolk and Virginia Beach since 1968. A member of several hall of fames, the 73-year-old is believed to be the region’s longest-tenured coach. Whitley was taken by ambulance to Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital with a possible concussion, neck strain, abrasions on his face and head, a swollen ear and a broken nose. He said he was suffering from dizziness Wednesday afternoon. He briefly lost consciousness, according to his wife, Karen Whitley, who released photos of her husband’s injuries. Whitley swore out an arrest warrant Tuesday against Christy Kieschnick, 42, of Virginia Beach who says she is a senior chief in the Navy Reserve. She was charged with misdemeanor assault and battery. (Black) Man dropped pants to ankles, fondled himself in front of (White) young girls on street   INDIANAPOLIS — A man with past convictions for public indecency has been charged for allegedly pulling down his pants and masturbating in front of two juvenile girls. Jasper Williams, Jr., 41, faces two felony and two misdemeanor charges in the case. According to court documents, a mother flagged down an officer in the 600 block of North Jefferson Avenue just before 2 p.m. on April 2. The mother told an Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officer Williams had masturbated in front a 12-year-old girl and an 11-year-old girl, one of them her daughter. “They come running in and told me that there was a man who had been looking at them from across the street and was like shirt up, pants down,” said Amanda Wilkerson. Wilkerson’s daughter and a friend were playing on the front porch when the incident happened. She pointed the officer at the man, who could be seen walking down an alley toward Washington Street. (Shocking) (Black) DeKalb sheriff exposed himself, fled police, report says DeKalb County Sheriff Jeffrey Mann was charged with two misdemeanors after an Atlanta police officer said the sheriff exposed himself late Saturday night and then attempted to evade arrest. Mann, in a statement, vowed to clear his name. He was charged with indecency and obstruction. Mann was observed in a part of Piedmont Park known for “sexual acts after dark.” Mann had exposed himself and was walking in the direction of a police officer, the report states. Once he got within 10 feet, the report continues, the officer turned his flashlight on Mann, identifying himself as police and commanding him to stop. Mann fled instead, leading the officer on a quarter-mile run before finally giving up. |

Parents Catch Illegal Alien Allegedly Raping 15-Year-Old Daughter Auburn Police arrested and charged a Guatemalan National with second-degree rape after he fled the girl’s parents. Immigration officials confirmed he is illegally present in the U.S. Police Officers arrested Wilmer Adailt Lemus Villafuerte, 19, on Tuesday after he fled the home where he allegedly raped a 15-year-old girl, the Ledger-Enquirer reported. An immigration detainer was placed on Villafuerte by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) shortly after being taken into custody. “U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) issued a detainer for Wilmer Villafuerte-Lemus, 19, a Guatemalan citizen, on May 2, after his arrest by the Auburn Department of Public Safety,” ICE confirmed in an email to Breitbart Texas. The local newspaper referred to the man only as a “Loachapoka, Ala.” resident and made no reference as to his nationality or immigration status. |

18-year-old Hispanic gangster Angel Gomez charged in shooting of 2 Chicago cops in "Back of the (stock) Yards" hood CHICAGO -- An 18-year-old man was charged in connection with the shooting of two Chicago police officers last week in the Back of the Yards neighborhood. Angel Gomez faces two counts of attempted murder. Gomez is the first person charged in the shooting. Police said they know the identity of the shooter. He is accused of being the driver of a vehicle carrying someone armed with an assault rifle who shot at the two undercover police officers. The unmarked, gray tactical van carrying the cops was riddled with bullets from a high-powered .223 rifle. Both officers survived and were released from the hospital. The officers were conducting a gang investigation when a minivan pulled up and the people inside opened fire on their tactical van. Gomez confessed to his role in the shooting. |

Family to receive slain daughter’s diploma from Ohio State  COLUMBUS, Ohio — The parents of an Ohio State University student who was abducted and slain in February will accept her diploma this weekend. Family members of 21-year-old Reagan Tokes will be called on stage Sunday to receive diplomas from Ohio State President Michael Drake. Her mother says they are grateful for the honor. The university says this will be the largest graduating class in Ohio State’s history, with 11,734 degrees being handed out. Tokes was three months from graduating with a psychology degree when she was killed. Columbus authorities say a registered sex offender, Brian Golsby, kidnapped Tokes after she had left work and then raped and killed her. - (Black-on-white) |

A Milwaukee County judge sentenced 33-year-old Patrick Fowler on Friday, May 5th to life in prison without the chance for parole. He was found guilty last month of two counts of first degree intentional homicide in the deaths of a young mother and her child. Being called the devil at times by the victim's family, Fowler entered a courtroom with his hair braided into the shape of horns to hear his fate for the heinous murders he committed. Despite a chilling confession, Friday, Fowler did not take responsibility for stabbing and killing his girlfriend, Jessica Ellenberger and her four-year-old daughter, Madyson Marshel, then setting their home on fire. Black man with foreign name murdered two doctors (Hispanic female and White male) - He slit their throats   After a shootout with police, two dead bodies were found in a Boston luxury condominium. Bampumim Teixeira exchanged gun-fire with police officers Friday night. Teixeira suffered multiple gunshot wounds, yet his injuries are non-life threatening. Police were responding to a tip about a man with a gun on 141 Dorchester Avenue in the Macallen Building. It was just after 8 P.M. on a Friday night. When police confronted Teixeria, he reportedly fired his gun at the officers. Teixeria was only able to let out one shot, according to police. No officers were shot, but some went to the hospital to treat minor injuries. However, Bampumim was shot and was transported to a Boston area hospital to treat his injuries. Officers found two dead bodies inside Tiexeira’s apartment; a man and a woman in their ’50s. Both were found in the 11th floor condominium. Each victim lived in the building. (Black) Thief Steals Breast Pump Bag from (White) Little Rock Mom's Car  LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Some say a criminal will steal anything. One recent theft in the Stifft Station area of Little Rock is evidence. Kadi Lindsey reported an auto B/E on her car behind her Pearl Ave. home to Little Rock Police on April 25. Whoever ransacked her car stole her breast pump bag. It had other valuables as well including cash, glasses, and prescription medication. A neighbor captured the person they believe is responsible going through another car the same night. The bag isn't cheap. It's called a Nurse Purse and runs about $130. Lindsey doesn't use the bag to feed just her child either. She actually gives a lot of her milk away. "I don't know why I was so upset when my bag was stolen. I mean I cried all morning," she said. "Maybe somebody will recognize him by seeing the pictures." She does think she happened to leave her car unlocked that night but worries someone's going up and down the streets in her neighborhood every night pulling on car handles. The victim was about to exit Laundryland on Merrick Blvd. in St. Albans on Wednesday when the duo — dressed in all black — dragged him to the ground and stole his watch and $500 in cash, police said. Keyunta Murphy, 23, of Pierson, was already in the Volusia County Branch Jail on a charge of lewd and lascivious battery sex act on a person 12 years of age but younger than 16, use of a computer to seduce-solicit-lure child, and unlawful use of a two-way communication device. The latest victim is a 16-year-old student at T. DeWitt Taylor who came forward after news of Murphy’s arrest last month, according to Andrew Gant, a spokesman with the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office. The 16-year-old boy said Murphy sent him a message on April 14 via Snapchat asking him to meet him at a school office. When they met in the office Murphy asked the teenager to perform oral sex. The teenager did. Then they went into a restroom in the school’s auditorium where Murphy had (homo) sex with the teenager, Gant wrote in a press release. |
DNA links (black) child rapist to 1993 sex attack, officials say   An imprisoned child rapist was charged with the 1993 sex attack of an 11-year-old girl after his DNA profile came back as a hit for the cold case. William Dixon, 58, allegedly snatched the child from the hallway of a Hamilton Heights apartment building, forced her to the roof at knifepoint and sodomized her, court papers charge. After the attack, the young girl went to Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center where a rape kit was performed, but it languished for nearly a decade untested. In 2002, the kit was finally processed as part of the city’s Rape Kit Backlog Project, and a DNA profile was uploaded to an FBI database. The case remained unsolved until 2016 when Dixon pleaded guilty to the rape of a 12-year-old girl in the Bronx. He had already served a stint in prison for sodomizing an 8-year-girl in 1984. |
Long Island man accused in lewdness case WESTBURY, Long Island -- Police have charged a man they said exposed himself at least twice to different women on Long Island. Chad Sabessar, 27, of Hempstead, was charged with public lewdness. According to the Nassau County Police Department, on April 20, on Front Street, a man driving a black Honda Accord pulled up to a woman and asked for directions. When she walked to the vehicle, she saw that he had exposed himself and walked away. On April 23, police said the same man stopped on Cross Street and Linden Avenue to ask a woman for directions. When she approached the car, she saw that he had exposed himself and walked away. She got his license plate information and reported him to police. On Friday, a Freeport police officer arrested Sabessar. He was expected to be arraigned Saturday in Hempstead. |

An Anchorage grand jury indicted Devon Brown on 16 charges, including: attempted murder, first-and second-degree assault, weapons misconduct, criminal mischief as well as 12 counts of third-degree assault for threatening the lives of others at the scene. A group of “unruly teens” had been fighting inside the store and breaking merchandise, and one had even urinated in the aisles. The employee was shot twice as Brown fired at the store. |

The victim was walking on the southbound F train platform at the 34th Street-Herald Square station around 7:30 a.m. on Thursday when her attacker suddenly socked her on the side of the head, police said. The woman refused medical attention for bruising and swelling to her face, cops said. | Ferguson activist in iconic photo found dead in car - SUICIDE ST. LOUIS - A man known for his activism in the City of Ferguson was found dead in the backseat of a vehicle late Thursday. Edward Crawford, 27, of St. Louis County is known in the community for his activism in Ferguson. He’s also the face of an iconic photo that has been seen across the country of him on the front lines during protests in Ferguson over the shooting death of Michael Brown. The photo taken by the Post-Dispatch won a Pulitzer Prize for breaking news photography in 2015 Two witnesses told police Crawford was in the backseat of the vehicle they were in, which was traveling eastbound on Salisbury approaching Blair, when he started expressing he was distraught over personal matters. The witnesses heard Crawford rummaging in the backseat, then heard a gunshot and observed Crawford had sustained gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene. |

NYC: Black African street vendor beaten to a pulp for stopping black thief  Five men took turns beating up a south Bronx street vendor who stopped one of them from stealing a purse from his stand, police said. Porso Souleymane, 53, suffered a fractured skull and bleeding in the brain following the Tuesday altercation, officials said. Souleymane was selling purses and other items from his stand near the corner of Third Ave. and East 149th St. when he noticed a man trying to make off with one of the handbags around 5 p.m. Tuesday. The vendor saw what he was doing and successfully thwarted the attempted theft before telling him to get lost, police said. The man vowed he would return with some pals — a promise he later made good on. The suspect returned with four other men, who took turns beating Souleymane, knocking him to the ground and slamming his head on the pavement, police said. |

James “Fly” Williams – who played streetball in the Bronx and was a standout college player for Austin Peay before a brief stint in the old ABA -- and his cohorts allegedly sold some $2 million worth of heroin-filled glassines in the past three months alone, Acting Brooklyn DA Eric Gonzalez said. The drugs were bought in the Bronx and then sold across Brownsville, Bushwick, Flatbush, and Fort Greene, the top prosecutor said. Williams, 65, acted as a community advocate and was public about his own battle with addiction, was described by Gonzalez as “a local legend who never made it to the pro-level.” |

Video recorded at the scene Wednesday afternoon showed two cars ramming into people, other vehicles, and eventually the Pinecrest Apartments in Lawrenceville, according to WTVR. Sheriff's deputies were called to the apartment at about 4:50 p.m. after someone reported a violent encounter among relatives. The deputies arrived and found the vehicles on nearby Industrial Park Drive. The drivers, Mortici Thomas, 35; and Shana Cleaton, 32., were arrested. |
Pa. teacher knocked out in wild high school brawl among (black female) girls A brawl among high school girls was caught on cellphone video yesterday showing female students punching each other, pulling hair and ripping clothes. And then a female teacher attempting to break up the fight appears to be knocked out cold. The teacher who was knocked out suffered a concussion, according to media reports. In all, several other school staff members also were injured while trying to break up the fight, school officials told the press.All four students involved were taken into custody. King’s death concludes a days-long manhunt after police named him the lead suspect in Monday’s the fatal shooting of Jacqueline Dicks, 41. “He’s gone, he’s dead and my mother can sleep easy now,” Dicks’ daughter, Tatiana Dicks, 24, told The Post Friday night. According to court records unsealed Thursday, Dalian Washington, 25, and Akeem Beazer, 21, waived their rights to preliminary hearings and are being detained pending trial. Both men are charged with sex abuse of a minor. Washington is also charged with sex trafficking of a child. |
Black madman with machete slashes Asian woman in Bryant Park - gets 12 years   The madman who used a giant machete to randomly slash a tourist in Bryant Park was sentenced Wednesday to 12 years in prison. Frederick Young, 45, previously copped to first-degree assault as part of a plea deal in Manhattan Supreme Court. Young alleged spotted South Korean tourist Sook Yeong Im as she left a Bryant Park yoga class June 23, 2015, and repeatedly hacked into her arm. She was rushed to the hospital and required several emergency surgeries. Authorities said that Young, who has been in custody since the horrifying crime, has at least two dozen prior arrests, including a 2010 machete attack. |

Black Handyman Gets Life Term in Murder of 85-yr-old Elderly Woman   A neighborhood handyman has been sentenced to life in prison without possibility of parole in the beating and stabbing murder of an elderly north Philadelphia woman almost two years ago. Jurors deliberated for a little over an hour Friday before convicting Leroy Wilson, 39, of first-degree murder in the June 2015 death of 85-year-old Regina Brunner-Holmes. Judge Glenn Bronson immediately sentenced Wilson to the mandatory life term, telling him he had killed the victim "in the most awful way anyone could imagine." The judge added a consecutive 22½ to 45 years on robbery, burglary, and weapons convictions. The defendant's former girlfriend testified that Wilson came to her home hours after authorities said the slaying occurred and told her "I caught a body," which she interpreted to mean that he had killed someone. His new girlfriend also reported being told he had killed someone. |

Sister remembers 86-year-old (White) man murdered Friday  WICHITA, Kan. A family grieves an 86-year-old man stabbed to death Friday. Police said Otto Meyer died of stab wounds at a home he owns. Neighbors said he was trying to rent the home to new tenants. 18-yea-old Yvonne N. Mosqueda and 28-year-old Boe Wayne Adams,were arrested in connection to the murder. Family and friends said Meyer was kind, hardworking and friendly. "He was a good, good man," said Meyer's sister, Marti. "Had a good heart. Christian. Hard work ethic." Marti first learned her brother was murdered at one of the rental properties he owned, after her other brother called her. "I just went into a panic," said Marti. "I just, I couldn't believe it...I've been crying a lot." Pictures and memories are all Marti has left of her brother. She said she's not ready to forgive. "At this point I cannot forgive you," said Marti. "You're horrible, soul less people. You need to pay for this, and I hope you will." For now, Marti shares his story and remembers the vibrant man he once was. "I'm not afraid to speak out for my brother," said Marti. "This should not ever happen ever again to anyone." |

Doctor accused of flashing monkey photo at black worker A doctor was booted from a nursing home because a black security guard claims the physician flashed a photo of a monkey at him. Dr. Richard Lewkowitz is now banned from seeing patients at the Terence Cardinal Cooke Health Care Center in East Harlem after showing guard Wayne Knight an ID badge with the animal photo taped to it on Sunday, according to Teamsters Local 272, which represents the guard. Knight, 57, says it was the second time Lewkowitz had pulled the stunt — and he’d been warned against it the first time. “It hurts, I couldn’t sleep at night. I’ve had sleepless nights. It’s traumatizing to know this could happen to me a second time,” he told The Post. |

(Black) Man convicted in 1985 murder of (White) LAPD detective granted parole, outraging police union  A state review board has granted parole to the man who planned the assassination of a Los Angeles police detective more than 30 years ago in front of his 6-year-old son in the San Fernando Valley, prompting outrage from law enforcement. Voltaire Williams was one of six men connected to the ambush killing of Detective Thomas C. Williams — no relation — in a hail of machine gun fire in front of a Canoga Park church school on Halloween 1985. He was convicted in 1989 of conspiracy in the plot to kill the 42-year-old detective and acquitted of a first-degree murder charge. The board’s action brought a swift rebuke Wednesday from the union that represents Los Angeles police. “It is outrageous that the Parole Board has once again granted parole to Voltaire Williams who helped orchestrate the murder of LAPD Detective Thomas Williams in front of his son,” according to a statement released by the Los Angeles Police Protective League. “Detective Williams was assassinated because he did his job. The Parole Board’s decision is an affront to every peace officer who risks their lives to protect others on a daily basis.” - (Black-on-white) |
Big burly black robs disabled White woman at Tampa ATM - runs off with her money    TAMPA, Fla – When Aimee Ross went to the Amscot at 8409 N. Florida early Monday morning to conduct a transaction, she felt safe. That particular branch is busy at that time of the day, the parking lot is well lit and there are cameras galore. She didn’t think she would become the victim of a crime. She was wrong. Tampa Police released surveillance video of her being robbed of her cash as at least one other customer watched. The video shows a man in a white t-shirt and a hat with a red rim pacing back and forth. He then approaches and takes Ross’s cash. She remembers the man approach.“Once I got my money out, he was standing behind me, and when I went this way, he went ‘b****, give me your money.’ I had my money like this, and he went ‘b****, give me your money’ and he went this way to grab it,” said Ross. “And pried my hands open…. And I said ‘no…'” The other customer moved out of the way as the two struggled over the money. Ross said the clerk at the Amscot branch also didn’t appear to be taking any action. “They were just standing around. I said, ‘he’s robbing me, he’s robbing me’ and nobody was doing nothing.” Ross is disabled and was relying on that money to pay bills. Now, she doesn’t know what she’s going to do. Feds: DC (racist black Muslim) ISIS Sympathizer Bought AK-47 to Start 'Race War' A D.C. resident who sympathized with ISIS bought an automatic weapon that he wanted to use to start a "race war," federal prosecutors say. Clark Calloway, 38, was arrested by FBI agents Thursday after he arranged to buy an AK-47 from an FBI informant, court documents say. He faces federal charges of possession of a firearm by a felon and transportation of a firearm with the intent to commit a felony. "Soon the great killing will commence," Calloway wrote in a Facebook post April 20, prosecutors say. |

Round Lake Beach man sentenced to prison for child sexual assault  A Round Lake Beach man has been sentenced to nine years in prison for sexually assaulting a child he knew, officials said. Micah Williams, 27, of the 1600 block of Hickory Avenue, is required to serve 85 percent of the prison sentence imposed in Lake County court Thursday by Judge Christen Bishop. He also must serve a sentence of 3 years to life on parole upon his release from prison, and register as a sex offender for the rest of his life, defense attorney Jim Schwarzbach said. Williams was arrested in March 2015 and charged with four counts of predatory criminal sexual assault and three counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. |
Man charged with sexual assault after 71-year-old woman's rape SUMTER COUNTY, SC - Sumter County deputies have arrested a man accused of attacking and raping a 71-year-old woman Thursday morning. According to the sheriff's office, Van Curtis "Jody" Mungo, 44, is charged with first-degree burglary and first-degree criminal sexual conduct. An incident report released by the sheriff's office said the woman heard a barking dog at her door around 1:15 a.m. and went to check on it. The woman, the report said, then opened the door and found Mungo standing before her. According to the report, Mungo forced his way inside the woman's home and raped her after she fell to the floor. Mungo, according to the report, ran out of the home while the victim fled to a neighbor's home where she was able to dial 911. Sheriff's investigators say Mungo was quickly identified as a suspect and arrested Thursday evening. |
(Black) Teacher accused of raping student at South Gwinnett High School  GWINNETT COUNTY, GA - A teacher was arrested after being accused of raping a student at South Gwinnett High School. An 18-year-old student told authorities that she was raped by the teacher on multiple occasions, mostly recently in March 2017, according to a police report. Police say the student also provided names of other students who were allegedly involved in a sexual relationship with the teacher. The teacher, identified as Villie Jones, resigned from Gwinnett County Public Schools prior to being arrested, according to a letter sent to parents by the school's principal. A spokesperson with the school district told CBS46 that Jones resigned on May 4, and had been with the high school since July 29, 2014. Jones was booked into the Gwinnett County Jail around 9:35 p.m. Thursday, and is being charged with four counts of sexual assault. |

(Black) Former Las Vegas security guard sentenced for sexual assault  A former security guard was sentenced Friday to 10 years to life in prison for sexually assaulting a female tourist in her hotel room. Jerry Johnson, 48, was found guilty of sexual assault at a trial in February, while being acquitted of another similar allegation. Prosecutors alleged that Jerry Earl Johnson took advantage of two drunken women within a month’s span in 2009. The first allegation was made in February 2009, when a woman said she returned drunk to the Wyndham Grand Desert hotel, near Harmon Avenue and Koval Lane, and a security guard helped her up to her room. She told police the guard then raped her. The jury acquitted Johnson of that charge. A month later, another woman made similar allegations and said her assailant resembled LL Cool J, prosecutors said. Johnson was convicted in that attack, from which DNA evidence was collected. |
San Antonio PD: 58-year-old man arrested in sexual assault at Dominion-area shopping center Police on Wednesday arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a woman at a Dominion-area shopping center. Lionel Payne, 58, now faces a charge of sexual assault, a second-degree felony. He remains in the Bexar County Jail on a $20,000 bond. Officers responded to the alleged sexual assault around 3:30 p.m. in the 22200 block of Interstate 10 near the Dominion Ridge shopping center. There they detained Payne, and paramedics with the San Antonio Fire Department checked the victim. Both Payne and the victim were transported to the Special Victim's Unit for further questioning. They also visited a hospital for a sexual assault examination, police say. |
Man charged with sexual torture, police live-stream arrest  A 31-year-old man from Prichard is behind bars facing sexual torture charges after his arrest was live-streamed on social media late Thursday (May 4) night. The Prichard Police Department took Derrick Myles, 31, into custody just after 9:30 p.m. Prichard police live-streamed the arrest on Twitter and Periscope. In the 32-minute video Myles was taken from a home and investigators searched a vehicle that was parked in the driveway for evidence. |
Rape, unrelated shooting charges added against Elkhart man accused of holding hostages  ELKHART — Criminal charges against an Elkhart man accused of holding four people hostage for five days mounted on Thursday. Jail records show a Level 1 felony charge of rape while armed or by drugging the victim has been added against 31-year-old Derrick Glass, who is accused of holding a 68-year-old man and women ages 64, 26 and 21 hostage inside a house in the 400 block of West Franklin Street from April 28 to the evening of May 2. In addition to the new rape charge, Glass now faces three charges stemming from an unrelated shooting incident that happened nearby on April 22 in the 600 block of West Franklin Street. In the shooting incident, a 24-year-old man told Elkhart police he was arguing with another man police later identified as Glass around 8 a.m. when Glass pulled out a handgun. They continued arguing a little more before he fired multiple gunshots at the victim. |
(Black) Registered sex offender arrested again  GASTONIA, N.C. -- A Gaston County man with a long history as a registered sex offender has been arrested again. Stephan Leon White was arrested Tuesday by Gastonia Police and charged with indecent exposure after police say he committed a lewd act at the Target parking lot on Cox Road. "It's sad these days that you have to worry about things like that," said Rebecca Denton who as shopping at the same Target store today. White was first put on the sex offender database in July 2013, when he exposed himself to a 13-year-old girl in a Walmart parking lot also in Gaston County. He was also charged with doing the same thing to a 38-year-old woman in the same parking lot two weeks earlier. Then in February 2015, he was convicted of using social media, something sex offenders are barred from doing. In April 2016, police picked him up for being too close to a child daycare center. |

Mesa police: Woman awakens to sexual abuse on light rail (by ugly vile black pervert) MESA, AZ - A woman, taking a nap on the light rail, woke up to a man sexually abusing her. Mesa police report that on April 22, a woman was sleeping in the back of the light rail and woke up when a man was moving on top of her back while exposing himself. Police say they reviewed surveillance video which reportedly shows 41-year-old Michael Earl Chaney moving from seat to seat before placing himself directly in front of the sleeping victim. He then allegedly exposes himself, and puts himself over the back of the woman and begins thrusting. The woman felt him between her legs, woke up, kicked him and ran away. |
No Charges Against (Hispanic) Philly Officer Who Shot (Black Hispanic) Husband Outside Bucks County Home but Husband charged NORRISTOWN, Pa. — No charges will be filed against the off-duty Philadelphia police officer who shot her husband in the driveway of their Bucks County home last month. But the husband is now facing charges of domestic abuse. The April 18 shooting was ruled self-defense. Off-duty officer Caren Perez shot her husband David Perez in the abdomen. He was charged with stalking and simple assault after Northampton Township Police Chief Mike Clark says their investigation turned up a history of abuse. |
Black Officer Accused Of Punching Wife In Head, Chasing After Her In Police Vehicle  PHILADELPHIA — A Philadelphia police officer has been arrested after being accused of punching his wife in the head and then chasing after her in his police vehicle. Police say Officer Antonio Mayhew, 30, has been suspended for 30 days with the intent to dismiss. Police say around 1:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Mayhew, while on-duty, punched his wife in the head with his fist while she was sitting in the driver seat of her vehicle on the 5200 block of Market Street. Police say the woman left in her vehicle, and Mayhew pursued her in his police vehicle, activating his lights and sirens. Police say the woman then got into an accident with another vehicle at 61st and Walnut Streets. The driver sustained critical injuries in the crash and was admitted into an area hospital. |
Black Paterson Firefighter Faces Murder, Other Charges In Fatal Shooting PATERSON, N.J. — firefighter from Paterson has been arrested and charged with murder. He’s accused of shooting and killing a man in the street in the middle of the day. Surveillance video from a corner deli shows multiple people walking from different angles towards a fire hydrant on the corner of Madison and Essex Streets. They suddenly scattered after shots were fired in broad daylight leaving one dead. Police said a Paterson firefighter was involved in the shooting. “Detectives were able to identify one individual, Kaheem Hunt, 30-years-old, a resident of the city of Paterson as a perpetrator to murder,” Paterson Police Captain Richard Reyes said. |
Police: Black Man Injures 4 Officers During Arrest, Leaves One With Concussion  NEWARK, Del. — A man from Idaho is accused of injuring four Delaware officers while they were trying to arrest him on Tuesday. New Castle County Police say two patrol officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of Janice Drive around 5 p.m. for a suspicious person with a gun. Police say the officers stopped Dion Brown, of Newton, Idaho, who was allegedly soliciting door-to-door and telling people he had a gun in his bag. Police say when they tried to take Brown into custody, he bit one officer, and struck another officer, leaving him with a concussion. Police say officers used their Taser on Brown, but it had little effect. |

Jury Convicts Black Robber of Killing Bucks County Homeowner's Dog  A Pennsylvania man has been convicted of killing a homeowner's dog during a botched robbery. The Courier Times reports 23-year-old Montel Johnson, of Philadelphia, was convicted of robbery, attempted burglary, cruelty to animals and related charges by a jury Monday. This is Johnson's second conviction for robbery. Police say in 2016 Johnson threatened a man with a gun outside of his Levittown home when he was confronted while trying to steal the man's motorcycle. Officials say Johnson then fatally shot the victim's mastiff when the dog got out of the house. |

Suspect named in shooting over chicken bones Baltimore police have named a suspect in connection with a shooting after an argument over chicken bones. Gerald Gaffney, 26, is wanted on first-degree attempted murder charges in connection with a shooting April 15 in the 1800 block of Harlem Avenue. Investigators said a man and a woman were walking down the street, eating chicken and throwing the bones in people's yards. The 90-year-old woman told them to pick up their trash, and others nearby got involved in the argument. The couple left, but police believe that the man came back with a gun. Police said a 90-year-old woman and a 56-year-old man were wounded in the shooting. "Just an absolute heinous act of crime," Baltimore police media relations Chief T.J. Smith said. Residents said they had just cleaned the 1800 block of Harlem Avenue, when the suspect threw the bones in the street. The 90-year-old woman asked him to pick up his trash and things escalated. |

Jose Montano, 17, and Henry Sanchez Milian, 18, who are both undocumented immigrants, were arrested and accused in March of raping a 14-year-old girl in a bathroom at Rockville High School during school hours. |

Gregory Lepsky, 20, will appear in Newark federal court to face once charge of attempting to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization. Lepsky was arrested Feb. 21 after a relative called police and said he had threatened to kill the family dog. While being treated for wounds to his arms, Lepsky said he had joined ISIS and had plane tickets to Turkey, according to a criminal complaint. While searching his home, authorities found a brand new pressure cooker hidden in his closet. Lepsky had multiple conversations on Facebook in which he said he had converted to Islam and wanted to go to Syria to fight non-believers |

(LGBT-Queer) Organist spray painted ‘Heil Trump,’ swastika, gay slur on Brown County church BROWN COUNTY, Ind. – The organist at a Brown County church is accused of vandalizing the church in order to “mobilize a movement” after he was disappointed by the election results. After an extensive six-month investigation, George Nathaniel Stang, 26, of Bloomington, is charged with institutional criminal mischief in connection with the vandalism that occurred at St. David's Episcopal Church last year. The investigation began on November 13, 2016 when Reverend Kelsey Hutto called police to report that the phrase “HEIL TRUMP” was painted on the north wall of the building, and a swastika and gay slur were on the west side. She said she found out about the graffiti from Stang who is the organist at the church. Officers obtained a search warrant for Stang’s detailed phone records and determined he was in the area of the church from 10:38 p.m. and 10:44 p.m. on the night the vandalism occurred. But when an officer questioned Stang again on April 28, 2017, he admitted to vandalizing the church. Stang said he wanted to “mobilize a movement” after being disappointed in and fearful of the election results. He said his actions were not motivated by “anti-Christian or anti-gay” feelings; rather, they were strictly out of fear. The Brown County Prosecutor’s Office says they do not believe the crime was motivated by hate, which is why he will not be charged with a hate crime. |

(Black) Illinois man facing rape charge  GREENSBURG – An Illinois man was arrested early Wednesday on the suspicion he raped a woman in a hotel room. Police were called to the Baymont Inn at 2317 N. SR 3 shortly before 1:30 a.m. Wednesday after a report of a sex offense, according to police call records. Law enforcement officials subsequently arrested Teddy M. Muriithi, 38, of Hoffman Estates, Illinois on a preliminary charge of rape. An oral probable cause hearing took place in Decatur County Circuit Court Wednesday afternoon, after which Muriithi was formally charged with rape, a Level 3 felony, according to court records. A Level 3 felony carries a maximum sentence of 16 years in prison in the event of a conviction. Muriithi is alleged to have performed or submitted to a sex act on a young woman while she was “unaware that the sexual intercourse or other sexual conduct is occurring,” according to court documents. |
(Black) Teenager behind bars and charged with track murder is ‘mentally challenged,’ lawyer says   Neven Butler, 18, appeared in Sacramento Superior Court Monday for arraignment on charges he murdered and attempted to rape an 86-year-old woman who was taking an early morning exercise walk last week on the track of Highlands High School. Butler wore a quilted green smock intended to prevent him from attempting suicide. His attorney said he has “significant” mental issues. It was his second appearance in court in the past few days. On Friday, he was charged in a separate assault on a 92-year-old that occurred just hours after Fusako Petrus was sexually assaulted and beaten to death on the high school track where she had been walking with a 61-year-old friend. Authorities allege that Butler attacked the younger woman first, and turned on Petrus when she came to help fend him off with her walking stick. |
