(Black) Man killed in shooting on MetroLink train had robbed (a White) man on train in 2015, authorities say    NORMANDY • A man shot to death on a MetroLink train late Wednesday night at a station on the University of Missouri-St. Louis campus had pleaded guilty last year to a violent robbery on a MetroLink train, authorities say. In Wednesday’s attack, police say a man shot Jesse Boone, 22, of St. Louis in the chest as they rode in the back of the train at about 11:15 p.m. The shooting followed a fight between Boone and the gunman as their MetroLink train approached the UMSL South station, near Natural Bridge Road. Authorities did not provide a motive. Students riding in the same train car witnessed Wednesday night’s shooting and called for help. Police say they caught Djion Oates, 18, fleeing from the train station with a gun. He was charged Thursday with second-degree murder, armed criminal action and unlawful possession of a firearm. He was held with bail set at $500,000, cash-only. The shooting came less than six months after the victim had pleaded guilty to a December 2015 robbery on a MetroLink train in St. Louis. (White) Man, 69, Shot in the head by a black beast during home robbery in Fort Worth has died   A 69-year-old man who was shot in the head during a robbery at his Fort Worth home late last month has died. John Porter died Thursday morning at John Peter Smith Hospital, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner's office. Family members say a man burst into the home and shot Porter and his wife, Diane, on March 28. The Porters were getting ready to leave their home on Cool Spring Drive and had just opened the garage door when a man surprised them, said Diane 's brother-in-law, Larry Preuit. Diane was shot in the stomach and is recovering at John Peter Smith Hospital after a second surgery, Preuit said. James Floyd, 50, was taken into custody after investigators found his car with a flat tire abandoned at a gas station about a mile away from the Porters' home. Hickory, NC - Brillohaired spade pleads guilty to murder of White Iraqi vet   NEWTON – A Hickory man pleaded guilty Monday during a hearing in Catawba County Superior Court to second-degree murder, according to a press release from the District Attorney’s Office. Judge Nathaniel J. Poovey sentenced Maurice Centel Mayfield, 26, to 17 to 21 years in prison. The murder occurred Nov. 20, 2012, when Mayfield shot 35-year-old Billy Chad Dellinger in the chest with a .380 handgun. Dellinger and Mayfield were arguing at Dellinger’s residence around 3:30 a.m., according to the release. Witnesses told Hickory Police investigators that Dellinger told Mayfield to leave prior to Mayfield shooting him. Catawba County EMS transported Dellinger to Frye Regional Medical Center. He was pronounced dead around 11:45 a.m. Mayfield turned himself in to authorities around 5 p.m. the same day. Analysis by the State Crime Lab confirmed the bullet recovered from Dellinger was fired from a handgun found at Mayfield’s residence, according to the release. - (Black-on-white) |

Worthless black Tulsa Teen Sentenced To 35 Years For Shooting (White) UFC Fighter, Son   TULSA, Oklahoma - A 17-year-old charged with shooting a former UFC fighter and his son in a restaurant parking lot last year was sentenced to 35 years in prison Thursday. Harold Thompson was arrested and charged following the shooting. Earlier this month, Thompson pleaded guilty to two counts of assault and battery with a deadly weapon, two counts of attempted robbery with a firearm and one count of possession of a firearm after juvenile adjudication. A man suspected of hitting another man in the head with a rock was arrested after trying to run from police officers and getting his pants stuck on a fence. The incident happened at around 11:30 p.m. Monday in the 4200 block of Felton St. in Normal Heights, police said. According to police, the victim was standing outside of an apartment complex when a man walked up and struck him in the head with a rock. After hitting the victim, the suspected attacker ran until he reached a fence near a home off 33rd St. Cornered by officers and a police K9, the man was ordered to hop over the fence but a portion of his pants became stuck on it. Amherst man faces rape, abduction and other charges AMHERST COUNTY – The Amherst County Sheriff’s Office a rested a 45-year-old man on multiple charges. Dennis Bailey, of Amherst is charged with preventing another person from summoning law-enforcement, abduction, malicious wounding, forcible sodomy and rape. On April 2, deputies responded to a residence off of Galts Mill Road in Madison Heights for an assault. The female victim, an acquaintance of Bailey, was transported to the hospital for numerous facial injuries, according to the sheriff’s office. As a result of the investigation the sheriff’s office filed those charges against Bailey. He was taking into custody in Lynchburg without incident and has been transported to the Amherst Adult Detention Center where he is being held on no bond. |
Florida child sex-crime spook captured in Bradley County, TN  A Tampa, Fla., man wanted for sexual assault against a child was caught in Bradley County on Wednesday, the TBI said. In a news release, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said its agents caught Eric McNiel, 22, who was wanted on a warrant from Hillsborough County, Fla., on a charge of lewd and lascivious behavior against a victim age 12-16. On Wednesday, McNeil was taken into custody on Wampler Lane in Cleveland by TBI agents and officers from the 10th Judicial Drug Task Force and the Polk County Sheriff's Office, the TBI news release stated. McNeil was booked into the Bradley County Jail as a fugitive from justice. |

Sex offender linked to two Cleveland rape cases, charged in one - He remains at large CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A convicted sex offender accused of raping a woman at a Cleveland home is under investigation in a second sexual assault, according to court documents. Gerald Toney, 36, is charged with first-degree rape in connection with a Dec. 5 incident at a home on Navarre Court in the city's Glenville neighborhood. Toney is accused of raping the woman while she was asleep, court documents say. She woke up during the attack, pushed Toney off of her and ordered him to leave the house, documents say. A police report detailing the incident was not immediately available and a Cleveland police detective declined to say whether the pair knew each other prior to the assault. A warrant for Toney's arrest was issued Wednesday. He remains at large, records say. |
Armed man dressed in tactical gear at KCI Airport ‘tased’; suspect now faces charges - had stolen loaded .40 gun  KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A 44-year-old man faces charges over an incident that happened at KCI Airport Tuesday morning. James Swinton of Kansas City, Kan., is charged with one count of unlawful possession of a firearm and one count of receiving stolen property, specifically firearm/explosive/ammonium nitrate. Police were called to the airport, when a Chrysler Sebring parked at the curb in front of Frontier Airlines raised suspicions. The man in the front passenger seat refused to get out of the car when officers asked him to. When he was subdued, an officer frisked him for weapons. The officer reported that he found a Smith and Wesson, M&P .40 caliber handgun with 14 live rounds in the magazine and no round in the chamber. Officers discovered the gun had been stolen in Sept. 2014. |
(Previously attractive white) Woman dumps (black) paraplegic ex-boyfriend in woods, leaves him to die in cold    THOMASTON, Ga. – A Georgia woman is behind bars after police say she dumped her paraplegic ex-boyfriend in the woods and left him to die of hypothermia. Ruby Kate Coursey, 27 faces felony murder charges and neglect charges in the death of Troymain Johnson, 33. Investigators say the victim was last seen on March 14 when Coursey picked him up to run an errand, leaving his wheelchair at home. Johnson was later found at a hunting camp about 70 miles south of Atlanta after a tipster, believed to be a relative of Coursey’s, pointed authorities to his body. Investigators say Coursey pushed her ex out of her car and left him to die in the cold. The cause of death was ruled a homicide. Family and friends remember the victim as a funny, kindhearted man with a talent for rapping. |

Police: HISPANIC Former DHS Program Assistant Jorge Alcon Arrested for Sexual Assault of a four-year-old little girl BENTON COUNTY, Ark.- - A former Department of Human Services program assistant was arrested for sexual assault after being accused of touching a four-year-old foster child in Oct. 2015. 70-year-old Jorge Alcon was arrested for sexual assault after a four-year-old said they did not want to go to their visitations because they did not want to see Alcon. In an interview with the Children's Advocacy Center of Benton County, the child said she was abused by Alcon. Alcon was the driver who gave transportation and supervision for the child's visitations with their biological parent. When deputies interviewed Alcon, he said the child was the one who brought on any contact. |

Police have warrants for Jamall Killings on charges of murder and felonious assault, according to court records. Killings fatally shot Jamie Urton in Walnut Hills March 24, police said in an affidavit. Urton had hit a boy, that Killings said was his 4-year-old son, with a car before the shooting. Police previously named another man as a suspect in Urton's death, Deonte Baber. Authorities also released 911 calls Friday that include a recording of someone saying he had killed the driver. Black charged in murder of (White) delivery driver   RACINE — Charges were filed against the alleged triggerman Wednesday in last year's shooting of Super Steaks and Lemonade delivery driver James Norris. Norris, 37, was shot and killed on the night of March 25, 2016, after making a delivery of food at an apartment in the 3900 block of Green Street on the city's north side. Alex Adams, 28, of the same block of Green Street, is charged with felony first-degree intentional homicide and armed robbery in connection to the incident. According to the criminal complaint: Last March 25, at around 11:33 p.m., police were dispatched to the 3900 block of Green Street regarding a shots-fired call. Norris had just made a delivery and was on his way back to his vehicle when he was shot three times. No shell casings were reportedly found on scene, suggesting that the weapon used was a revolver, the complaint stated. The witness allegedly told police that Adams stated "I had to shoot him," referring to Norris, and that Adams was only trying to rob the driver. Bernard Simmons III, 16, is charged as an adult. Police say Simmons shot Craig Alan Henise, 50, in the leg on Newton Avenue. Henise later died at the hospital. In the affidavit of probable cause, investigators say they interviewed Simmons in the presence of his mother, and he admitted to shooting Henise, but said it was in self-defense. “Bernard Simmons confessed to shooting Craig Henise on 4/3/17. Simmons stated that he saw a gun in Henise’s waist and shot him. He claimed to shoot in self defense and stated that he gave the gun to a friend afterwards,” the document states. New photo of black suspect wanted for mugging (White) restaurateur  Police have released new surveillance images of the men who attacked and robbed famed restaurateur Silvano Marchetto in his Greenwich Village building last week. The new images show the suspects walking through a subway station around the time of the March 26 assault. The thugs put the 70-year-old Marchetto in a chokehold and threw him on the floor of his Sixth Avenue lobby before stealing more than $1,800 in US and foreign currency, according to police. Marchetto did not immediately call police, but later reported the incident after going to the hospital for a fractured trachea. Man Charged With 10 Counts Of Rape Believed To Have More Victims LOS ANGELES — Detectives say a man charged with 10 felony counts of rape and sex-related crimes may have more victims. Ronald Douglas, 33, was arrested on March 5 and booked on suspicion of raping a 40-year-old woman, according to the Los Angeles County sheriff’s officials said. Ten felony sexual assault-related counts — including forcible rape, forcible oral copulation, attempted sodomy by use of force and false imprisonment by violence — were filed March 7 against Douglas, who is being held on $2 million bail, according to the sheriff’s department. He is scheduled to appear in court Friday. |
Jury convicts (black) Woonsocket man of raping woman after becoming angry about cigarette PROVIDENCE, R.I. — A Superior Court jury found a career criminal guilty of repeatedly raping his then-girlfriend upon becoming enraged after she smoked their last cigarette, according to the attorney general’s office. The jury on Monday found Leopoldo Belen, 36, of Woonsocket, guilty of four counts of first-degree sexual assault for the April 1, 2014, rape. Belen violently assaulted the then 21-year-old woman, who fled the Woonsocket apartment wearing only a bed sheet, according to Amy Kempe, spokeswoman for Attorney General Peter F. Kilmartin’s office. A neighbor called 911 on behalf of the woman, who testified at the trial before judge Daniel A. Procaccini. Belen, a repeat felon aka “Blah” or “Black,” also stands accused of the 2013 beating death of a 78-year-old man during a home invasion. He has pleaded not guilty to all 13 charges he faces in that case. |

Maurice Harris, 19, faces four counts of first-degree murder, according to Chicago Police. A press conference was scheduled for Wednesday morning to release further details. About 3:30 p.m. last Thursday, a shooter walked into Nadia Fish and Chicken at the corner of 75th and Coles and opened fire, according to family members of the victims. Emmanuel C. Stokes, 28, and Edwin Davis, 32, were fatally shot inside the restaurant, authorities said. Two other men, 19-year-old Raheem Jackson and his 20-year-old brother Dillon Jackson, ran from the restaurant as gunfire erupted, but both were fatally shot in different parking lots within a block of the restaurant, authorities said. |

Bronx carjacker who shot postal worker was recently arrested A carjacker sporting a bullet-proof vest who shot a mailman in the Bronx is a parolee recently arrested for three other crimes, officials said Wednesday. Clarence Brooks is accused of forcing an off-duty mailman out of his car at gunpoint on E. 232nd St. and Carpenter Ave. in Wakefield Tuesday afternoon. As Brooks, 27, tried to speed off in the mailman’s car, an on-duty postal worker blocked his escape, witnesses told police. Brooks firing wildly at the 30-year-old postal worker, grazing his arm. After crashing the stolen car, Brooks allegedly carjacked a woman’s Nissan Pathfinder — but crashed into another vehicle, trapping himself in the crushed SUV. He had to blast out the window to get out as police approached and took him into custody. |

4 (black) women accused of stripping victims, beating them indicted CINCINNATI — Four women charged in connection with stripping two sisters naked and beating them were indicted Thursday. A Hamilton County grand jury indicted Kianna McMeans, 25, Geawnna Higgins, 23, Lashawanda Jones, 24, and Jakeda Phillips, 25, on two counts each of aggravated robbery and robbery. Detectives said the four women were involved in beating two sisters outside a Winton Terrace apartment complex on March 23. The beating was captured on video and posted on Facebook. The two victims said they were assaulted and had their purses and wallets stolen. Officers said they found stolen property in McMeans’ car. Phillips has not yet been arrested. She was convicted of a similar attack in 2011. |

Three HISPANIC Men (at least 2 illegal aliens) In Jail Following Fort Smith Club Shooting FORT SMITH — Three men have been arrested following a shooting at a nightclub. Carlos Hernandez-Garcia, who is an undocumented immigrant, is facing felony first-degree battery, according to police. He is also being held in jail on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement Hold (ICE). He has no bond. Carlos Santos-Cortez of Fort Smith was also arrested in connection with the matter, and is facing felony second-degree battery. He was released Sunday evening from the Sebastian County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond. Another man at the scene, Brayan Adalid-Lozano, 23, was reportedly stabbed in the neck. It’s thought he was stabbed by Santos after he and another man beat Santos during a game of pool. Adalid is also in the Sebastian County Detention Center on an ICE hold, as he too is an undocumented immigrant, according to police. He also faces a felony charge of hindering apprehension or prosecution after reportedly lying to officers about what happened at the club, and also a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication. 2 (black) teens charged in connection with Hoke County murder (of White father) , 1 suspect on the run   SHANNON, N.C. — Two teens have been charged in connection with the shooting death of a 38-year-old man in Shannon Monday night, the Hoke County Sheriff’s Office announced. Hoke County officers responded to the 100 block of Piney Bay Lane just after 11:45 p.m. Monday in connection with a homicide call. Johnathan Alex Nipper, 38, was found dead from multiple gun shots to the upper body, authorities said. Detectives began an investigation and learned that Delton Graham, Jr., 18, was the suspect in the shooting. Graham has been charged with first-degree murder. The sheriff’s office determined that Nyrek Moore, 18, of Raeford, drove Graham from the crime scene to another location. Moore was arrested and charged with accessory after the fact of first-degree murder. Graham fled before authorities could catch him and the sheriff’s office has said he’s considered to be on the run. (White) Henrico woman stabbed in Florida attack (by EVIL psycho black demon), suspect arrested at McDonald’s  BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. — A woman, raised in Henrico’s West End, is recovering from multiple stab wounds she received during an attack inside her South Florida apartment. Ashley Hall, 30, was stabbed more than a dozen times, according to friends who set-up a GoFundMe page for the Hermitage High School graduate. Hall was attacked in Boynton Beach, Florida, where she lives with her boyfriend, Freeman High School graduate Scott Rash. Rash and Hall were home Tuesday, March 28, when an acquaintance, described as a neighbor, named Benito Felipe Crisanto arrived to their apartment. The couple was expecting Crisanto, believing he planned to say goodbye to them before moving to New York. But while Rash played video games with his headphones on, Crisanto entered the apartment and allegedly pulled out a gun to confront the couple. Rash, according to the report, wrestled the gun away from Crisanto and he and Hall tried to escape the apartment. Crisanto grabbed Hall, the police report stated, pulled out a knife, and stabbed Hall, she told police. When interviewed in the hospital, Hall told investigators she did not know why she was being stabbed, but recalled Crisanto saying that, “I have to make a sacrifice.” After grabbing more than $3,000 cash, Crisanto fled. “By the grace of God, Ashley survived, but she has a long road to recovery and to get back to the sweet girl we all know and love,” friends and family wrote on her GoFundMe page. “Ashley will probably be in the hospital a month or two, but she is fighting hard and strong to recover.” Money raised through the account will be spent to help the couple move back home to Virginia, because they no longer felt safe in Florida. - (Black-on-white) |

Black Sports: Black Former OU football player-turned-pimp and (defiled white female) cheerleader-turned-whore arrested   NORMAN — A former University of Oklahoma football player and a former OU cheerleader were arrested Thursday in connection with an undercover prostitution sting in Oklahoma City. According to an Oklahoma County probable cause affidavit, Oklahoma City police were aiding an Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics investigation. An undercover OBN officer made contact with 23-year-old Micah Madison Parker through an online ad at backpage.com and arranged to meet her at the Sonesta Suites at 4361 W. Reno Ave. in Oklahoma City where she allegedly offered her services for $200. Police then sought out 22-year-old Lawrence Moore in connection with the case, believing him to be Parker’s pimp based on telephone conversations from jail and social media exchanges. According to the affidavit, Parker managed to throw two cell phones into the toilet before officers could arrest her. Moore was later arrested at the same hotel when he came to pick up Parker’s car, the affidavit states. Parker was arrested on complaints of destruction of evidence, offering to engage in an act of prostitution, and two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and booked into Oklahoma County Jail. Moore was arrested on complaints of aiding and abetting prostitution, pandering, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and possession of marijuana. Moore played just one season with the OU football team as a defensive back after signing with the Sooners in 2013. The victim confronted the man and then left the bathroom, officers said. He reported the incident to TTC staff, who then alerted the police. A suspect was identified by police in a news release Sunday. Toronto resident Sharaf Gutale, 44, has been charged with sexual assault. 7-year-old: (Black) Pastor 'Love' fondled me at his wife’s daycare A 7-year-old girl bravely testified in Queens court Tuesday against a Manhattan pastor on trial for sexually abusing her. The child told jurors that James Love, formerly a minister at New Mount Zion Baptist Church in Harlem, had fondled her several times when she was just 6-years-old between March and June of 2016. Love’s wife ran a daycare out of the couple’s Woodside, Queens, apartment where she watched the victim and seven other children. The 46-year-old minister was making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for his son when the young girl, wearing her school uniform, went into the kitchen to get a glass of water. “He touched me,” she said at the first day of Love’s trial in Queens Supreme Court. She told him to stop, but he persisted then led her into a bedroom, pushed himself against her and tried to kiss her. “It was kind of disgusting,” she said. |
Black Sports: Former Dallas basketball star charged with sexual assault RANGER - A former basketball star from Dallas' James Madison High School, charged with manslaughter in 2014, is now being accused of sexual assault. Johnathan Turner, 22, was arrested by Ranger police last week in Eastland County and charged with second-degree felony sexual assault and third-degree felony obstruction and intimidation after a woman reported Turner had sex with her without her consent. Officials say Turner, who also played basketball for Ranger Junior College, is likely to have his probation revoked as he faces these new charges. He has been booked in to the Eastland County Jail, with bail set at $300,000. Turner pleaded guilty to manslaughter in 2015 after fighting with and killing his roommate and best friend, fellow Madison basketball player Troy Causey, Jr. in 2014. Turner punched Causey during a fight over a video game, causing Causey to hit his head on the street; Causey died the next day. |

Police arrest DC man twice in two days for masturbating on Metro train and bus - WE NEED SEGREGATED TRAINS AND BUSES    WASHINGTON — A man was arrested twice in two days after police say he was masturbating in front of passengers on the Metro and a Metrobus on Monday and Tuesday. Metro Transit Police say they first arrested Alex Thomas-Dorsey, 27, of D.C. after a he was seen masturbating on a Silver Line train between Metro Center and L'Enfant Plaza at around 8:45 p.m. He was arrested at L'Enfant Plaza but was later released on a citation. According to police, Thomas-Dorsey was on a Metrobus on Tuesday in the 2000 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, SE when, at around 8:15 a.m., police say he "began masturbating and completed the act on the floor of the bus" in front of passengers, including a juvenile. Thomas-Dorsey got off the bus and fled the scene after a passenger told the bus driver. Police identified him in a video from the bus' onboard camera and later arrested Thomas-Dorsey while he was at work on Tuesday. He has been charged with indecent exposure on the transit system which is a misdemeanor in D.C. |

Camper, 23, is dragged from her tent and raped in front of her boyfriend by machete-wielding attacker in Germany Police in western Germany are searching for a man who is suspected of raping a young woman on a nature reserve after threatening her and her boyfriend with a machete. The young couple were on a camping trip in the Siegaue Nature Reserve, north of the former German capital of Bonn when they were approached by a man at about 12.30am on Sunday. The man had approached their tent holding a large knife - believed to be a machete - and threatened the couple before demanding the 23-year-old woman leave the tent with him, according to police. He then raped the woman in front of the tent before running off in the direction of the Rhine River, police said. |

She was one of nine on the bus when a car with three men on an alleged crime spree smashed into them. The Sheriff’s office said after the crash the trio ran from their rented car, but not before grabbing a purse they had stolen earlier from a Pasco County daycare center and a license plate they took too. “It’s despicable that you just crash this car and you don’t help the people and you don’t render aid. You’d rather run into a pond because you are a coward, over a purse,” said Pasco Sheriff’s Office captain William Davis. Her stolen car was recovered two days later in the 3800 block of Notter Avenue off Golfair Boulevard, and Lt. Steve Gallaher said they located some surveillance video from a nearby business that helped led them to 24-year-old Adam Christopher Lawson Jr. A woman also had come forward to police saying Lawson had told her about the killing. (Cowardly cruel colored stepson) charged with kidnap and homicide in beating death of 74-year-old (white) woman  A man accused of beating a 74-year-old woman with a broomstick and trying to strangle her is now charged with homicide. Rodney Deavers, 47, of Harrisburg, was charged Friday in the death of Martha Watson, who was found beaten March 17 in a home. Watson died March 27 in Penn State Hershey Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Harrisburg police say Watson told them she been held against her will in her apartment for several months by Deavers, who had been beating her daily. Deavers was charged Friday with criminal homicide, strangulation, aggravated assault, terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment and possession of instruments of crime. Police said they were conducting a welfare check on the woman, after receiving a tip, home when they found her March 17 on the floor, wrapped in blankets next to her bed. She told police that Deavers had been beating her for several months. Watson described Deavers as her stepson. "She reported that Rodney hit her 10-15 times (on March 17) with a green broomstick. He also wrapped an item around her neck and strangled her for about five minutes," records state. The woman told police that Deavers handed her a kitchen knife and told her to cut her own throat. "He also told her that she was going to die today." The woman's arms were covered with dark bruises and she had red marks on her neck. An autopsy March 28 concluded Watson died due to the injuries sustained during the assaults. - (Black-on-white) |

(Black) Suspect pleads not guilty in murder of (White) LMPD Officer Nick Rodman  LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- The man charged in connection with the murder of LMPD Officer Nick Rodman pleaded not guilty in court on Monday. Wathaniel L. Woods, 37, also known as James L. Woods, was arrested Sunday night and booked into Metro Corrections facing multiple charges, including; murder, assault, fleeing or evading police, trafficking a controlled substance, wanton endangerment, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, driving on a DUI suspended license, operating on a suspended or revoked license, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to maintain insurance. Sheriffs deputies and EMS workers brought the 37-year-old to his arraignment. He is still being treated for injuries from the crash. According to the arrest report, Woods had been in a verbal argument with the mother of his child. During that argument, Woods "pushed the victim and punched her on the face multiple times causing pain and visible injuries." Woods then displayed a handgun and struck the victim with it on the left hand. The report noted that "as bystanders attempted to stop the assault, Woods fired multiple shots from his handgun before fleeing the scene in a vehicle." The crash happened not long after that as Rodman was attempting to join a pursuit of Woods who was driving a 2001 Lexus, struck Rodman's police cruiser as he was trying to make a left turn at a green light at 26th and Duncan, causing the car to burst into flames. Rodman was trapped inside the vehicle until being removed and taken to the hospital in critical condition. He died on March 29. - (Black-on-white) |

Before the attack, victim Janis Buswell was knitting clothes for her expected great-grandchild and husband John was watching a boxing match on TV. Adams and Wallace tied them up and tortured them for two hours, demanding to know the codes for their safes, Chelmsford Crown Court was told. Blood in (gay white) stabbing victim's kitchen matches (black) accused killer's DNA  MADISON, Wis. - Blood found in the kitchen of the apartment where police say a Madison man was stabbed to death matched the DNA of the man accused in the homicide, according to a criminal complaint filed Monday in Dane County Court. Darrick E. Anderson, 23, was arrested on suspicion of a retail theft at East Towne Mall around 5 p.m. Tuesday and was a person of interest in the slaying of 46-year-old Andrew G. Nesbitt. Anderson was in court Monday, when a charge of felony first-degree intentional homicide was added to theft charges. Nesbitt was found dead March 27 in a Madison apartment after Dane County dispatchers got an emergency call just before 4 p.m. from 27 N. Butler St. According to the criminal complaint, blood evidence collected at Nesbitt's apartment matched Anderson's DNA. When Anderson was arrested in the retail theft from Gordmans Tuesday, about 24 hours after Nesbitt was found dead, he had cut wounds on the insides of both palms. Anderson's right hand was bandaged when police arrested him, and the wounds on that hand had been sutured. - (Black-on-white) |

Black man killed white man while trying to rob him of drugs & guns Jan 17, 2017   WELLINGTON --- The teenager facing murder charges in 34-year-old Joseph Bilella III’s death told deputies he wanted to rob the Wellington man of his drugs and guns. Yasir Jackson, 19, told a mutual friend he wanted to buy marijuana. The friend took Jackson, known as “Philly,” to Bilella’s home on Periwinkle Place, near the intersection of Wellington Trace and Greenview Shores Boulevard, the friend told Palm Beach County sheriff’s deputies. The three men were in Bilella’s bedroom early Tuesday. Shortly before 2 a.m. Jackson said he needed to use the restroom. Before he made it out the door, he grabbed Bilella’s gun from a table and pulled another from his waistband, the friend said. Jackson pointed the guns at the friend and Bilella, records show. The friend immediately dropped to the ground, he said. Vernon Andre Cox Jr., 29, and Leon George White III, 27, both of York have been charged with criminal homicide and robbery in the death of Ryan Small. Small was found bleeding from two gunshot wounds when officers responded to the scene of a crash just before 9 p.m. at West Princess and Hartley streets in York. He died later at York Hospital, police said. The incident was the result of a drug deal gone bad, the York Daily Record reported. According to court documents, White met Small to buy marijuana and something went wrong. 2 (black) students charged with sex assault at Raleigh high school Email  RALEIGH, North Carolina -- Raleigh police say two students are facing charges after an alleged sexual assault at Athens Drive High School on Friday. Police said 16-year-old Taquan Shmar Jeffries is charged with second-degree forcible rape, first-degree forcible sex offense, and possession of marijuana. He was being held under a $1.5 million bond at the Wake County jail. A second teen, 18-year-old Ajeema Caribe Bullock, is charged with aiding and abetting a first-degree-sex offense and obstruction of justice. His bond is set at $750,000. According to arrest warrants, Bullock was acting as a lookout when the incident happened. According to a 911 call - which was made from WakeMed Cary - a 16-year-old girl was attacked in a stairwell during fourth period at the school. |

Police: (Black) Man arrested after allegedly putting shotgun in woman’s mouth, raping her OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma City man was taken into custody after a woman claimed that he raped her. On April 2, officers were called to a home along N.E. 17th St. after a victim reported being raped. According to the arrest affidavit, the victim told authorities that she was sitting with 51-year-old Ronrago Green when he said he wanted to have sex with her. She says she declined, which made Green angry. Green grabbed a shotgun, put the barrel in her mouth and forced her to have sex with him. She tried to fight him off. She was able to get out of the home and take Green’s car to her house, where her roommate called police. When officers went to check on Green, they reportedly found him asleep on the couch next to the shotgun. |
Woman Dead, Young Sons Hurt in Florida Shooting Spree - Suspect also allegedly shot her dad, 2 bystanders  A man has been arrested in a series of shootings in Sanford, Fla., that police say killed his girlfriend and injured her two young sons, her father, and two other people Monday, the Orlando Sentinel reports. A few hours before the 6am shooting, the suspect and his girlfriend were fighting at a gas station; she said he wouldn't return the keys to her home, while he said she had the keys to his vehicle. A police officer separated them; shortly after that, someone called police to report that the fight was continuing on the front lawn of a nearby home. An officer went to the house to talk to the couple, during which time someone else called police to report that the suspect, 31-year-old Allen Dion Cashe, had a gun. Since the officer couldn't find a gun, Cashe was allowed to leave, and the woman gave the officer a bag of Cashe's belongings—including a gun. Hours after that officer left, a shooting was reported at the house. |

cRapper charged with hate crime in slashing outside gay club  A Brooklyn rapper accused of screaming homophobic slurs at fast-food chicken patrons and slashing two men because he thought they were gay has been charged with assault as a hate crime. Little known rapper “Mousey Baby” – real name James Thomas – was arraigned on the charges Wednesday before Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Danny Chun, who held him on $150,000 bail. Thomas, 32, barged into a Fulton Street Crown Fried Chicken on May 5, and started hurling vitriol at a number of men inside the restaurant, who had recently left the nearby Langston Club, according to authorities. The Prospect Heights man then allegedly slashed one man across the face and fled the fast-food joint, but ran into two other men leaving the night club, known for its predominantly gay clientele. Thomas pushed one of the men down, pulled out his knife, and stabbed the third man twice in the torso and once in the shoulder as he attempted to help his friend, prosecutors said. He fled on foot before cops could arrive. |

ST. LOUIS • Prosecutors have charged two men with a MetroLink train robbery that left a passenger bloodied and astonished that other passengers watched but did not intervene. Demond Wilson, 19, and Jesse P. Boone, 21, were charged Thursday with second-degree robbery. Bail was set at $45,000 each. Wilson lives in the 700 block of Beardsley Court in Ferguson. Boone lives in the 4900 block of Maple Avenue in St. Louis. The victim is 
In February, a Florida woman answered a Craig’s List ad that led to a man paying for her to ride a bus to Macon. Soon after the Jacksonville woman arrived in town she realized she’d been brought to Macon to work as a prostitute. She went to what she described as a “date room” where men knocked on the door, set up as potential customers by a man she knew as “King,” Young said. The woman refused to answer the door. After four or five customers were turned away, Najiy Williams — the man who’d paid for her to come to Macon — came in, the prosecutor said. Along with Williams were several men. The men stayed behind after Williams left. “They proceeded to gang rape” the woman, Young said.
