NYPD marks 29th anniversary of hero (White) cop’s ambush murder by 4 black conspirator assassins   Some 100 people gathered in South Jamaica, Queens early Sunday to mark the 29th anniversary of the ambush murder of hero NYPD officer Edward “Eddie” Byrne. The gathering included Police Commissioner James O’Neill, former Commissioner William Bratton and Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association boss Patrick Lynch. The memorial is held each year at the corner of Inwood Street and 107th Avenue, where in the early morning of February 26, 1988, Byrne, 22, was shot in the head as he sat in a patrol car guarding the home of a police witness. The four conspirators in the murder were quickly caught and eventually convicted. “This is a tradition,” said one participant, Officer Gerardo Perrone. Since I was young I knew this is what being an officer is all about,” he told The Post. “Everyday when we wake up, we say goodbye to our families knowing that it could be the last time. Lawyer: Racist note on Loudoun Co. restaurant bill is fake * Another case of 'far-left' blacktivist fake 'hatecrime' FAKE NEWS WASHINGTON — Last month, a waitress at a Loudoun County restaurant said she was stiffed out of a tip on a bill by a couple who wrote at the bottom of the check that they “don’t tip Black people.” On Friday, a lawyer saying he represented one of the customers said the story is false. Daniel Hebda, of the law firm Simms Showers, said in a statement that he represents the couple who ate at Anita’s New Mexico Style Café, in Ashburn, on Jan. 7. The bill came to $30.52, and as NBC Washington first reported, waitress Kelly Carter said that while the couple paid the bill, they left without tipping, writing instead on the bottom of the check, “great service don’t tip Black people.” Hebda said that their client actually tipped Carter — a penny — and that the amount had nothing to do with Carter’s race but her service. Hebda says his client claims that Carter’s service was “poor,” and that the note he wrote on the bottom of the bill was “terrible service.” Hebda claims that someone reprinted the receipt, forged his client’s signature and lack of tip, then wrote the racist note on the bottom. |

Police Search For (black) Suspect In Sex Assault Of Woman, Robbery In Camden CAMDEN, NJ – Police in Camden County, New Jersey are asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted for sexual assault. Authorities say 32-year-old Ike Fitzpatrick of Camden is accused of sexually assaulting a woman inside his car on the morning of January 15. Investigators say the alleged victim began talking to Fitzpatrick as he pulled his vehicle up near the corner of Broadway and Spruce Street and she agreed to get into the car with him. Police say Fitzpatrick then drove the woman to a secluded area near 7th and Thurman Streets where he sexually assaulted her and took her cash before she was able to flee on foot. |

Brighton & Hove News reports that Jamiv Usman, 32, was upset with then-girlfriend Shanon Reynolds for expressing her desire for him to leave her apartment just days earlier in March 2015. Reynolds, the mother of a 2-year-old boy, was fed up with Usman’s behavior and his refusal to get a job. So, the young woman requested that he move out of their Brighton home in the UK. Instead of packing his things, Usman made one last request that would soon precipitate his deadly attack...Although 20 years still doesn’t seem like a good enough punishment for this thug, his sentence is much more than most Muslims or migrants typically get for such heinous crimes. (Black) Ohio woman pleads guilty to murder, decapitating her infant daughter CINCINNATI -- Deasia Watkins pleaded guilty to murder Thursday in the decapitation death of her infant daughter. Police said Watkins, now 22, stabbed her 3-month-old daughter Janiyah to death in March 2015. She was charged with aggravated murder; she faces 15 years to life in prison. According to Hamilton County (Ohio) Coroner Lakshmi Sammarco's report, the infant sustained multiple stab wounds to the right side of her face and head, and her “head was severed from her body." When asked how many stab wounds Janiyah sustained, Sammarco said she'd "lost count." The knife used on the baby was found placed in the dead baby's hand. |

1 killed, 4 injured when shots fired at (Negro) rap video shoot JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A man was killed and four other people injured early Saturday afternoon when shots were fired as rap musicians were beginning to record a music video near the intersection where Moncrief Road, Myrtle Avenue and West 26th Street meet, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. Police said [one] person was found dead about 1 p.m. in front of Holley's Bar-B-Q. Family has identified the man as Kyree Corley, 22. Two others were taken to UF Health Jacksonville by rescue personnel and two more by personal vehicles. Police said three of those injured had minor injuries, but one was taken into surgery. |

Black Man Convicted of Fatally Shooting Sister in San Gabriel After She Texted His Girlfriend A 32-year-old Pasadena man was convicted on Thursday of shooting and killing his sister in 2015, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office. Johnny Goins was found guilty of one count of first-degree murder, one count of willful, premeditated and deliberate attempted murder and two counts of shooting at an inhabited dwelling by a jury. Jurors also found true a special allegation that Goins personally and intentionally discharged a firearm, which caused death during the commission of the murder, according to prosecutors. Goins became angry with his sister, Tanaya Goins, 32, after she had a conversation with his girlfriend, prosecutors said. |

Missing Streator Woman Found Safe, Man Arrested  A woman who was driven off the road by her son’s father and forced into his vehicle was found safe in Calumet City on Friday night, authorities said. At 11:30 p.m. on Feb. 17, 24-year-old Kayla Stratton met Clarence Merritte, 33, to give him their 11-month old son, Paul Merritte, at 1904 E. First Street in Streator, according to LaSalle County Cpl. K. Pinney. Afterwards, Merritte chased Stratton in a vehicle and drove her off the road into utility pole, according to Pinney. Merritte then grabbed her by the hair and forced her into his vehicle. The FBI offered a $5,000 reward for information about the attack. About 6:30 p.m. Friday, Stratton was found safe after an investigation by the FBI Violent Crimes Task Force, the LaSalle County sheriff’s office, the Cook County sheriff’s fugitive unit, and Streator police, according to a statement from authorities. Merritte was taken into custody on Friday at 410 Paxton St. in Calumet City on arrest warrants issued for unlawful restraint, aggravated assault, driving with a revoked license and domestic battery, according to authorities. - (Black-on-white) |

According to police, Herod is a suspect in the investigation into the death of Meagan Dearman, 31, who was reported missing Jan. 17. Her body was found Jan. 27 near a lake south of Baird. Dearman's ex-boyfriend, Justin Bennett, was arrested Jan. 26 in connection with the homicide. Police suspect that Herod aided Bennett in "intentionally and knowingly" concealing Dearman's corpse with the "intent to impair its availability as evidence in any subsequent investigation," according to the arrest warrant affidavit. Detectives believe Dearman was killed elsewhere on Jan. 18 and moved to the lake. According to the affidavit, Herod and Bennett are in a relationship, and Herod owns a white 2005 Buick Rendezvous that she allowed Bennett to use. Herod allowed investigators to search her vehicle, according to the document, where blood evidence was discovered that matched Dearman's blood. - (Black-on-white) |

(White) Man says he was beaten up by pack of four subway break dancers  NEW YORK -- A man violently beaten on a subway in Brooklyn says he was attacked by break dancers. David Giaccone says four men attacked him when he told them not to badmouth his fiancee. The assault earlier this week happened while on a southbound A train in East New York. At one point, he says one dancer said if he had a gun he'd get better tips. "And the guy jumps in, punches me in the face, hits my girlfriend with his arm, sorry my fiancee, and I go and hold the door and go out," Giaccone said. "They're coming over and they're hitting me and I'm head butting their fists so I don't get a broken nose." Giaccone was treated at the hospital for cuts and bruises to his head and face. |

Somali Muslim cab driver beaten, robbed dies; 2 black Afro-americcan people arrested - 2 more on the loose  PITTSBURGH - A cab driver that was beaten and robbed earlier this week has died, according to the executive director of the Islamic Center of Pittsburgh. Police arrested King Edwards and Hosea Moore, both 20-year-olds from Beltzhoover, on Friday. They're charged with attempted criminal homicide, robbery and conspiracy for robbery of Z Trip driver, Ramadhan Mohamed. The men later returned to the scene to “make sure the victim was dead,” when they returned to the scene they kicked his “face and neck” trying to “kill him.” Betty Cruz said the victim is a member of Pittsburgh's Somali Bantu and Muslim communities. Cruz and others are calling on police to investigate whether the beating was a hate crime. Police said they do not have any evidence of a hate crime. |

Police: (black) Man fatally beats puppy, later shakes infant son to death  MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. - A young man could spend the rest of his natural life in prison for allegedly killing his infant son and pit bull puppy within the same year. Roger Lee Miller Jr., 20, is currently incarcerated in Montgomery County, facing criminal charges of fatal child abuse and animal cruelty. On Oct. 28, Montgomery County police say Miller savagely shook his five-month-old son to death in an apartment along Heather Hollow Way in the White Oak section of Silver Spring. Around 8 a.m. that day, Miller called 911 to report his son was gasping for air, bleeding from his nose and vomiting. The child died two days later at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. with severe brain and spine injuries. |
Brownsville medical supply store robbed, 2 women attacked by cowardly predator parasite worthless black criminal BROWNSVILLE, Brooklyn -- Police are looking for a man who attacked two women working at a medical supply story in Brooklyn during a violent robbery. Around 3:40 p.m. Friday, at Belmont Medical & Surgical Supply on Belmont Avenue in Brownsville, a man walked in and went into a back room. He threatened two store employees with a black semi-automatic gun and and demanded money. According to the New York City Police Department, one woman refused and the suspect punched and kicked her, then hit her with his gun. Another woman working at the store gave him $80 before he fled. The first woman was taken to Brookdale Hospital where she was treated and released. There were no other reported injuries. The suspect is described as a black man, 40-50 years old, about 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing beige work boots, blue jeans, a brown jacket and a brown skull cap with a light brown stripe. |
Black woman stabs woman at GM blat that was having affair with assailant's husband  WENTZVILLE • The wife of a General Motors worker used her husband’s ID to enter the Wentzville assembly plant, then repeatedly stabbed a woman employee because she was having an affair with him. The assailant — Alicia J. Turner, 27, was charged with assault, armed criminal action and burglary. The victim was stabbed five times and was treated at a hospital for injuries which police said were not life-threatening. Turner entered the plant shortly before 10 p.m. Wednesday armed with a stun gun and a knife. Turner asked an employee where she could find the victim and the employee directed Turner to the victim’s work area. Turner found the victim driving a forklift and used the stun gun, leaving the victim helpless to defend herself. Turner then stabbed the victim and told her it was because she was sleeping with her husband. After the victim was able to get off the forklift, she screamed for help and ran away. Turner chased her and stabbed her in the back, then fled. The victim, who also suffered stab wounds to the left leg, left arm and chest, told police she knew Turner. The victim also confirmed she had a sexual relationship with Turner’s husband. |

Ex-employee to pay $1.3 million, go to prison for theft from Huntsville nonprofit A Madison man was sentenced to two and a half years in prison and ordered to pay over $1.3 million in restitution after stealing from his former employer, a Huntsville nonprofit. Reggious Sanchester Bell, 30, was sentenced for stealing more than $1 million from the Huntsville Rehabilitation Foundation, which does business as Phoenix and contracts to provide jobs and counseling services for people with disabilities, the Justice Department announced. Bell pleaded guilty last year to one count of federal program theft and two counts of federal income tax evasion. He was sentenced late Tuesday by U.S. District Judge Karon O. Bowdre. |

Twenty-two-year-old Deasia Watkins pleaded guilty Thursday in Jayniah Watkins' March 2015 death. She told a Hamilton County judge she loved her daughter. Watkins had been ordered to have psychiatric treatment and been found competent to stand trial. Her attorneys say she was diagnosed with postpartum psychosis, which can be characterized by depression, confusion and hallucinations beginning shortly after childbirth. Police found the decapitated baby on the kitchen counter in the home of an aunt who was caring for her. The baby had been stabbed multiple times. |

Former Yeshiva Boys School Rabbi Suspected Of Sexually Abusing Young Boys - caught in the act in the school library PITTSBURGH — A former rabbi from the Yeshiva Boys School of Pittsburgh is under investigation, accused of sexually abusing children. Word of the probe first surfaced in the Jewish Chronicle. The publication states there may have been more than one victim and that Rabbi Nisson Friedman, 26, was caught in the act in the school library. Friedman has been with Yeshiva Boys School since 2013. He has been fired, but is not yet charged. He’s the son of a prominent rabbi in Minnesota. The school declined to speak on camera Friday, but in a written statement they said: “We swiftly reported this disclosure to the police and the state’s mandated childline.” The Jewish Chronicle quotes detective Bryan Sellers as saying: “[Rabbi Friedman] is suspected of sexually assaulting at least three boys.” The detective is “absolutely certain” there are additional victims. Friedman, who is married and in the middle of a divorce, is now living in New York with relatives. |

(White) Lee's Summit family shocked after learning convicted (black) murderer gains parole  LEE'S SUMMIT, Mo. - Mark Weibel's family is devastated after learning his killer will be set free. "My nephew grew up without a father because of Eddie Ramsey," said Paul Weibel. Paul's brother, Mark, was killed on February 23, 1989. Eddie Ramsey murdered Mark and his boss in their auto shop off Troost. "He laid them on a concrete floor and blew their brains out and he's gonna be walking your streets," said Paul. Ramsey was convicted in Jackson County in 1991 on two counts of murder, sentenced to life in prison without parole. Therefore, the entire Weibel family was deeply troubled when they learned Tuesday that Ramsey was granted parole. "Why would you let a two time convicted murderer go? He executed two people," said Paul. Jackson County prosecutors confirmed that Ramsey will be released in five years. They say it's due to a recent Supreme Court decision that struck down mandatory life terms for juvenile offenders, even retroactively. This means that because Ramsey was 17 at the time of the murders, he's just one of thousands of inmates across the country with mandatory life sentences who will not only get a parole hearing, but could be released. Paul wants to warn others about what he feels is a tragic injustice, and will only be satisfied if Ramsey dies behind bars. "My parents went to their grave thinking 'he's done, he's gone.' I got some justice. And now you're telling me that thirty years is enough? It's not," he said. The Weibels still hope to fight to keep Ramsey behind bars, but aren't sure if they have any recourse. They’re aware the decision by the state parole board does coincide with a Supreme Court ruling. A petition they filed attempting to prevent Ramsey's parole gained hundreds of signatures. - (Black-on-white) |

OKC Police: 3 (blacks) Arrested In Shooting Death Of (White) Colorado Resident  OKLAHOMA CITY - Three people have been arrested in Oklahoma City in connection with a shooting death in Pueblo, Colorado. Officers say 44-year-old Raymond Davenport, 45-year-old Marvin Hopgood, and 27-year-old Lionel Mosley were arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail. The three men are suspected in the Dec. 2 shooting death of Pueblo resident Brad Fowler, 43. Surveillance video captured three suspects breaking into Fowler’s home in the 500 block of West 23rd Street in Pueblo at just before 9 a.m. Mosley was additionally arrested on a complaint of possession of marijuana after a former conviction. - (Black-on-white) |

Black Greensboro man arrested with a gun from Jack Little (murdered White victim)’s store BURLINGTON, N.C. — A 19-year-old man was arrested at a Burlington motel Thursday night in possession of a gun stolen from Jack Little’s gun store, according to a press release. The gun was not taken during the robbery and murder of Jack Little. It was taken during a burglary in September last year. Police responded to Motel 6 located at 2155 Hanford Road around 9:14 p.m. in reference to a person waving a firearm from a vehicle. When they arrived, officers found Damian Mikal Williams, of Greensboro, inside a hotel room. After an investigation, police found the stolen .22 caliber firearm, which was stolen from Jack Little’s gun store last year. He was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of stolen firearm. |

2 (black) brothers, woman arrested in Saturday's High Point murder of (White) man at his Army Navy surplus store - weapons stolen  HIGH POINT — Police today arrested three people in connection with Saturday’s killing of a High Point businessman. Police arrested brothers Kemione Grady, 18, and Larento Grady, 23, and Shirley Harrington, 24, all of High Point in connection with the death of 65-year-old Jack Carter Little. A customer found Little, of 1905 Wakefield Place shot about 1:50 p.m. in his business, Whetstone Surplus, an Army Navy surplus store at 1222 S. Main St. Numerous weapons were taken from the store. An exact list is not yet available. The U.S. Marshals Office, U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) are helping with the investigation. The ATF took out search warrants that led to the arrests, according to High Point police Capt. Mike Kirk. Kirk said some of the stolen weapons were recovered, but he did not know how many. - (Black-on-white) |

(Black) Murder suspect tells police he threw weapon in storm drain   LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A second person is facing charges for the murder of a Navy veteran. LaRon Clarkson, 26, is set to be in court on Friday, accused in the death of Anthony McIntyre, 60. McIntyre was shot and killed inside his apartment on East Saint Catherine Street earlier this month. An arrest report said Clarkson gave a recorded statement to police, admitting to the crime and saying he threw the murder weapon into a storm drain. Police: (Black) Man, 62, arrested after shooting (White) victim following fight at Md. apartment   FREDERICK, Md. — Police are investigating the shooting death of a man at an apartment complex in Frederick, Maryland on Wednesday night. The suspect, Richard Jerome Harriday, 62, was taken into custody after locking himself in a garage for nearly two hours, according to Frederick Police. Officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 400 block of W. South Street and determined a fight took place inside an apartment and continued outside, according to police. Harriday was pounding on the door of an upstairs apartment and Zachary Winters, 28, came out of his apartment. Harriday walked up to Winters, and police say Winters punched him in the face. Moments later, Harriday went to his apartment and grabbed his gun and shot Winters in the chest. Police say Harriday then locked himself in a garage off of Hoffman’s Alley for about two hours. - (Black-on-white) |

(Black) Brooklyn Park Man Indicted on Multiple Charges in Death of (White) Eagan Woman, Unborn (mixed-race, illegitimate) Child   A Dakota County grand jury has indicted an Eagan man on charges of two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of second-degree murder, the county attorney's office said Friday. Vern Jason Mouelle, 23, is facing murder charges in the death of 25-year-old Senicha Marie Lessman, of Eagan, and her unborn child on Jan. 24. An investigation into the incident showed Lessman's mother discovered her daughter that day in her Eagan bedroom naked, unresponsive and unconscious, with a bloody cloth stuffed into her mouth. Responding officers found what appeared to be a knife wound to Lessman's neck. The attorney's office said attempts to revive Lessman were unsuccessful, and she was pronounced dead at the scene. Lessman had been 32 weeks pregnant, and her unborn child also died. Lessman's mother identified Mouelle as the unborn child's father, the investigation showed. - (Black-on-white) |

PD: Video posted on Facebook shows 8 women, 1 man assaulting 19-year-old * "It's a black thang"   MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Nine people -- eight women and one man -- are charged with assault after members of the public alerted police to a beating video that briefly circulated Facebook, according to Middletown police. "Numerous members of the public contacted the department and sent the video to the MPD Facebook page," Major Mark Hoffman said Tuesday. "Although the post was quickly removed, the investigating officer was able to review the incident, thanks to the information supplied by concerned citizens." Watch the video below. (Black) Spalding County man arrested after wife's dead body found in home SPALDING COUNTY, GA - A man is in custody after the body of his wife was found at the couple's home in Spalding County Thursday morning. Earl Cherry, 50, was arrested after police found the deceased body of 50 year-old Sandy Cherry at their residence in the Pine Glen mobile home park on the 1700 block of McDonough Road in Griffin. Police were alerted to the home by concerned employees after Sandy Cherry didn't show up for work. When officers arrived at the home, they say Earl Cherry was acting evasive and gave them conflicting accounts on her whereabouts. After entering the home, officers saw a huge crime scene and the body of Sandy Cherry. Earl Cherry was arrested without incident. |

Deputies: (Black) Registered sex offender sexually abused 7-year-old in Utica  UTICA, NY -A Utica man, who Oneida County deputies said is a level two sex offender, has been charged with sexually abusing a seven-year-old child in Utica. Jerry Lee Miller, 36, of Utica is charged with first-degree criminal sexual act, a felony. Deputies said Miller had oral sexual contact with the child on Wednesday in Utica. Police said the investigation is continuing and additional charges are possible. Miller was remanded to jail, with no bail set yet, police said. |
(Black) Couple indicted in kidnapping of 7-year-old girl outside local theater - the black man named after an Egyptian mummy  HARKER HEIGHTS, Texas ----A Harker Heights man and woman arrested in November were named in indictments Wednesday charging them in connection with an aggravated kidnapping. Bobbie Battishia White, 37, was arrested in mid-November and was ordered held on a $500,000 bond on a charge of interference with child custody, Bell County Jail records show. Both were indicted on one count each of interference with child custody and Holt also was indicted for aggravated kidnapping. Harker Heights police were sent on Nov. 12 to the Cinemark Theater after a caller reported he had been assaulted by another man and the assailant left with the victim’s 7-year-old daughter. |
3 charged in abduction of 7-year-old girl in Colonial Heights - (Jun 14, 2016) Three men forced their way into a Colonial Heights home Monday, abducting a 7-year-old girl who was found safe several hours later in North Carolina, police said. According to police, Travis Deon Bennett and two other men came to a home in the 200 block of Lakeview Park Road and tried to forced the girl and her mother, with whom Bennett had been with in a prior relationship, into a vehicle. While the suspects were able to get the girl into the vehicle, her mother managed to escape and call police. Authorities found the child shortly before midnight in Weldon, N.C. |

James McGriff, 31, was arrested Thursday under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, the jail docket shows. The charges are lewd act on a child under 16, committing sodomy on a child under 12 and enticing a child under the age of 18 to take part in sexually explicit conduct. |
Police arrest (black) suspect in kidnapping, sexual assault of Providence teen PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Providence police say a man pretending to be an Uber driver kidnapped a Providence teen and sexually assaulted her. Providence Police Maj. David Lapatin Thursday morning announced the arrest of Francis Scott of Woonsocket. Lapatin said investigators arrested Scott and he was arraigned on a charge of sexual assault. He was later released on bail. A 15-year-old high school student was walking on Elmwood Avenue around 10 a.m. Feb. 14 when a man – claiming to be an Uber driver – approached her and offered her a ride. Lapatin said the teen got in and the man eventually assaulted her. |
Fayetteville police charge (black) man in 2014 rape FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – Fayetteville detectives have charged a man with committing a 2014 rape. On Aug. 30, 2014, a woman accepted a ride from a man she didn’t know, and the man raped her, police say she told them. Police have charged Derrick Womack, 41, of the 700 block of Italy Street, with first-degree rape. He didn’t know the victim at the time of the attack, police said. Womack was already in custody on charges including breaking and entering and larcney, police said. Womack is in Cumberland County Detention Center on a $55,000 secured bond. |

On Friday around 4:05 a.m., the Auburn Police Department responded to a reported assault in the area of Clymer Street and Westwood Drive. Officers said they found a 24-year-old female, who said she had been punched in the face and head repeatedly by Brandon Tape, 28, of 5 Parsons Street. She told officers she had refused his sexual advances. The woman suffered swelling to her head and a swollen black eye, according to a release. |

Naked black woman breaks into church, goes on rampage  STAMFORD, Connecticut -- Police said a naked woman broke into a Connecticut church and went on a rampage with a fire extinguisher, destroying items inside Wednesday. Stamford police said witnesses flagged down an officer after seeing a naked woman smash the side window and enter St. Clements Church on Fairfield Avenue at about 5 p.m. The officer looked inside and saw the woman, later identified as 32-year-old Celina Kelly, going on a tirade with a fire extinguisher. A priest, who lives in a section of the church, confronted Kelly in the basement as she was kicking in a door to his living quarters. The priest was able to escape during the ordeal, and he opened the door to the chapel so officers could get inside. |
Negro Man touched woman inappropriately at Wal-Mart  The alleged assault happened Feb. 19. The suspect faces a sexual battery charge. Police say a man accused of sexual assault touched a woman inappropriately at a McDonough Wal-Mart while she was shopping. Police say Cleveland Omar Dixon, 21, pulled into the South Willow Lane store on Feb. 19 and walked toward the pharmacy. Oliver said Dixon paused, but then moved up behind the woman and “gently pushed himself and his pelvic area against (her butt).” The victim told police she yelled and cursed at Dixon, who then left the store, got in his car and drove away. |

HISPANIC Suspect identified in 1997 cold-case rape, murder of 26-year-old woman in Costa Mesa - killer fled to MEXICO  COSTA MESA, Calif. -- DNA evidence has led investigators to identify a suspect in the cold-case rape and murder of a 26-year-old Costa Mesa woman that occurred in 1997, authorities said. Twenty years to the day that Sunny Sudweeks was found brutally attacked in her apartment, the Costa Mesa Police Department on Thursday named Felipe Vianney Hernandez Tellez as the suspected killer. The determination was "based on the the familial DNA and the fingerprint evidence, as well as the evidence that we possess in the case," police Chief Robert Sharpnack said. Sudweeks was a photography student at Orange Coast College when she was murdered. Tellez fled to Oaxaca, Mexico, in 2006. |

(Black) Newton man gets 38 years for stabbing a (White) man to death  Kevin Jamal Haqq, 38, of Newton, will spend 38 years in prison after a Catawba County jury found him guilty of second-degree murder on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017. Haqq was found guilty of the July 24, 2014, stabbing death of 20-year-old Jason William Margarita of Sherrills Ford at a Balls Creek residence. Following the jury’s verdict, the Honorable Daniel A. Kuehnert, Superior Court Judge from Burke County, gave Haqq an active prison term of 38 to 46 years in custody of the North Carolina Division of Adult Corrections. Should a demonic psycho black youth get away with murder of a White teacher just because he was only 16 years old when he killed?    SMITH COUNTY, TX - A hearing was held today in Smith County for the man who is accused of fatally stabbing a teacher at a Tyler high school. Byron Truvia is currently in a state hospital and charged under a juvenile petition in the 2009 death of John Tyler High School teacher Todd Henry. Due to his commitment to a state hospital, Truvia was not in the court hearing in the 114th District Court on Thursday. He has been at a state hospital since being found "incompetent with probability of attaining competency." The hearing Thursday centered around the issue of the juvenile petition still pending and an indictment which was returned in 2011 for murder. The petition and the indictment could potentially result in different punishments if the case were to reach trial. If Truvia were convicted and sentenced under the juvenile petition, he could be sentenced up to 40 years in prison. Black Ex-con charged with double murder of (White) loan company workers   An ex-con from Brooklyn was charged with murder on Wednesday, for a double-slaying on Staten Island last month, officials said. Ricky Dennis, 32, was arraigned and ordered held without bail for the Jan. 24 killings of Michael Genovese, 57, and Carl Clark, 52, in the Dongan Hills neighborhood of the island. Dennis was also charged with gun possession. (Black) Man pleads guilty to killing (white) girlfriend in 2014 - he shot, burned and stuffed her body into garbage bags  Antoine Bosley Sr. praised the woman he shot, burned and stuffed into garbage bags in October 2014. He told the mother that her daughter had helped him get his life together and he thought he was doing well enough to stop taking his medications. Bosley, originally charged with murder, pleaded guilty last week to an amended charge of first-degree manslaughter and was sentenced to 25 years in prison. He also pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, unauthorized use of a vehicle and abuse of a corpse. (Black) Phoenix man (Smutty Johnson) caught exposing himself to child, mom and grandmother   PHOENIX - A man is caught after exposing himself to a teenage girl, her mother, and grandmother. Phoenix police report that on February 15 they were called to a Circle K store near 7th and Roosevelt Streets for a report of a man exposing himself. Police say 32-year-old Smitty Johnson Long Jr. was in the parking lot of the store when he exposed and touched himself in front of a 14-year-old girl, her mother and grandmother. When police arrived and arrested Long, they say his pants were so low, that only his shirt was covering his genitalia. Long also allegedly admitted to smoking methamphetamine just before being contacted by police. He has been charged with public sexual indecency. |
(Black) Man arrested for masturbating in public in Fairfax County, police say  FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. — A 21-year-old man was arrested for masturbating in public on Feb. 21 in Fairfax County, Virginia. Daquan Lane was charged with trespassing, masturbating in public and indecent exposure, according to police. Lane was trespassing on a property and "touched himself inappropriately" in the 9000 block of Lorton Station Boulevard. Police say Lane was later found and arrested. |

Two people arrested in jewelry theft in Casa Grande   Casa Grande - A 66-year old man has been arrested in Casa Grande in connection to last week's jewelry theft. Casa Grande Police arrested Cleveland Armstrong. His accomplice, 57-year old Carolin Strange, was located by the Eloy Police Department and also arrested. On February 15th, Armstrong and Strange entered Sommers Jewelers, at 503 East Florence Boulevard. Armstrong requested an item from the back, that he claimed was being repaired. As the employee went to retrieve the item, Armstrong removed a tray of jewelry, valued at nearly $20,000, from one of the display counters, as Strange distracted another employee. |
